Youtube daily report Feb 20 2018

Hi everybody I am Andy and today

i'm going to teach you how to make french fries

The first thing we have to do is to put water in a bowl

or in the sink

And put some strainer

so we can put in the potatoes

and it will be easier to get the water off

So, we are going to peel our potatoes

And we are going to cut them into strips

Once we have that ready

We are going to let the potatoes in the water

so we can avoid them gettin brown

In a sauce pan we are going to put

800 ml of oil to heat

And now we are going to drain the water from our potatoes

if you see they are wet yet, you can dry off them with some paper towel or with a cloth

We are going to prepare the bowl that we are going to use

to drain the oil from our potatoes after frying them, with some paper towel

To avoid burning yourself when you put the potatoes inside the oil

the easiest way is the one that i'm using, that is

letting the potatoes fall softly on the sides of the sauce pan

so they enter very slowly, and you don't get burned.

7 minutes has passed, or

when the potatoes are getting golden brown on the edges

is time to getting them out, and putting on the paper towel that we had prepared.

And they are ready to eat

we have to repeat this process with all the potatoes that we have.

I wish that you liked this video and have a great day :D!

STETSOM. POWER UNLIMITED. AMPLIFIER REVIEW - Duration: 13:14.

Hi, everyone! LOUD SOUND speaking.

Today, we're reviewing the Stetsom amplifier family.

Today, we'll check the ones available for ordering in Russia

and we'll also take a glimpse at whatever Stetsom produces nowadays.

I am also going to spare a couple of words on the company itself.

The brand Stetsom was founded back in 1989 by just two people.

As a matter of fact, I'd love to tell you about those people, about how the company started

about their journey that lead them to what they have now.

But there's buttcus history on their website.

Moreover, I failed to find their history anywhere at all.

There is a belief that Russians are lazy people.

Are you lazy, Denny? Like hell, you're not! When are you hitting the gym?

I'm really un-lazy, too, y'know.

Anyway. There's this belief that the Brazilians are even lazier than the Russians.

I have, in fact, encountered it more than once.

The amps are amazing but there's a flavor of not giving a f*ck

somewhat similar to the Russian.

I mean it, there is barely any history of Stetsom as a brand.

I'd love to know which amp came first, what was next.

The brand Stetsom has been on the market for almost 30 years - since '89.

And yet there's barely a crumb of info on the company as such.

In 1989, the first amp AMX-5 was released.

Two channels, 50 W each.

At the moment, Stetsom has sold over 4 million amps alone.

They are exporting amps to over 45 countries around the globe.

In 2002, they expanded the assortment.

The company started producing not only amps but also accessories, antennas.

In 2007, the World SPL Record was set with the help of Stetsom amps.

It was the first Brazilian brand to have contributed to such an achievement.

At the moment, the company produces - apart from amps - RCA cables, audio processors,

external Xovers and lots and lots of stuff

like remote controls, security systems etc.

But amps, for sure, are what we are interested in most.

And there's something to tell about them.

Today, our table here houses almost all the amps

you can purchase in Russia at the moment.

What makes Stetsom amps stand out? They've always been notorious

for tremendous power, compact size and stability below poor.

The latter has been recently upgraded

while the compact size and the high power have remained intact.

The assembly has leveled up significantly, too.

Now, let's take a closer look at them.

The Stetsom amp family is divided into several lines.

Not all of them are imported to Russia.

I'll stop on those of more interest.

The Export Line covers most of what we got here.

Among those amps are very powerful monoblocks,

like 10500, 8000, 6 and 5 kW amps.

With these, HL stands for High Line.

These are multi-channel amps - meaning they have more than 1 channel.

2- and 4-channel amps.

The Vision line has transparent lids.

You can see the guts through them.

The Iron line is the one you might find the most interesting.

I'll show them to you today.

This here is a 4-channel amp.

Meaning, 4 by 70 Watts.

There's also a High Voltage line. Those are high voltage amps

that deliver more power, respectively.

They feed off circuits of 200+, 300+ Volts

and voice those famous Brazilian walls that beat the dust up the ground

and make girls' hair move from a distance.

Those are mids - not bass!

And this all happens outside, not in a closed facility.

People often ask what is used to amp up massive systems like those.

High Voltage is the type of amps used for that sort of jobs.

The amps have quite the substance, feel really nice to touch.

And - I have to admit it's purely subjective, but they're pretty. I love this kind of designs.

All the amps are wideband.

It means not only can they play the lower range frequencies.

Their filters also enable them to play mid- and higher ranges as well as the lower one.

Apart from the habitual what I'd call HPF and LPF Bass Boost,

there are also BBs for the mid and the higher range

landing us with a nice full-swing equalizer.

We can add bass, mid-bass and mids. No highs here, tho.

I'm pretty sure 15 kHz is an overstatement here.

We also have a Clip Limit key. According to the official distributor in Russia,

the button works miracles.

Meaning it limits you the distortion at the amp's max output.

It should be noted that with Stetsoms, each amp has the impedance

it's supposed to work at written on them.

It's either 1 Ohm or 2 Ohms. I'll try to explain why they do it.

They increase the voltage in the power supply unit in order to reduce the electric current.

This way, if you have, say, 2-Ohm subs, one or several,

which you can't connect in any other way

you can get the 2-Ohm version instead of a 1-Ohm one

and retrieve even higher power.

On the other hand, if your impedance is really low

according to the Ohm law, the lower the impedance the higher the current.

And the 2-Ohm amps have higher impedance in their power supply unit

but lower current. They are not designed for this kind of use.

That's why those things blow up.

Some of these Brazilian amps just don't have it for low impedance.

Here is what I was talking about. There are 1- and 2-Ohm versions.

And here are the claims - 1 Ohm, 2 Ohms etc.

You can see here that a 1-Ohm has the claim of 11 600 W @ 1 Ohm while the 2-Ohm has none.

Hense, if you get... If you have 2 Ohms and you can't help it,

this version wouldn't give you a lot.

While the 2-Ohm one would double the output.

Be careful when choosing. Make sure you know your impedance.

Also, consider its increase.

If you have 0.5 Ohms, don't get the 2-Ohm version.

You might get yourself one hell of a fire show.

Or just a shock, if lucky enough.

If you have high impedance, don't get the 1-Ohm. Better get the 2-Ohm.

Apart from wideband monoblocks, we have multi-channels, wideband, too.

Those are 2- and 4-channel amps.

The 2-channels are, unfortunately, sold out. They barely crossed the border

before they were all gone. Well, the demand is hot for two powerful channels.

It's usually a set of hardcore doors.

In today's review, we have 3 models:

2000.4, 1200.4 and 800.4 - all of them 4-channels.

I said it in the Avatar review, I'm repeating it now: is this tongue in cheek

or a marketing device?

They used to name amps like this: power-dot-channel count,

and for the 'power' they would state the power of each channel.

Now they only list the total power. To find out the rest - read the manual.

Okay, let's pick the version 2000.4.

Here it says in huge letters - 4 by 500 Watts.

And then we start looking into all this hot mess.

13.8 V, Stereo, @ 2 Ohms it's 4 channels, 580 each.

@ 4 Ohms, it's 4 by 364 W. Quite a precise number, huh? As if they'd measured.

When bridged @ 4 Ohms, it gives out 2 by 1 kW + 160 W.

With dropped voltage, @ 4 Ohms we get 2 channels, 1 kW each.

That's how potent they are. This are, in fact, impressive numbers.

Okay, so, we got the mono- and the multi-channels all figured out.

Now, let's move over here. This is an interesting row today.

We got a 25 A fuse at the input point.

What does it say?

That only a current below 25 A can pass in through it.

A stronger current would burn the fuse.

Multiplying it by the voltage, we get the approximate input power.

Let's say, the voltage is 10 V. The power is 250 W, then.

Let's suggest it's 12 V. It makes it - what? - 300 W.

Here, 300 W input. With the efficiency - Stetsom's usually is 80%

240 W per amp, guys, is what it puts out.

The claim is 400 W total. Meaning 4 by 100 W.

It's not right. I don't know why they're putting it here.

Tbh, these claims don't seem completely truthful, either.

The trick must be the conditions of power measurement.

Anyways, if you take the real power into account

the amp's gonna eat at least 300 W.

And if you want it to put out more, you're gonna need to put in more.

That's why this fuse would definitely not be enough.

However, even if it's 50 W, we have a 4 by 50 W amp this small.

Or a 3-channel option. Two by 50 and a 100-W-one. This small.

A motorcycle, a boat, a bike - whatever you wish.

These are really small amps with impressive real power.

If you consider the unreal power, you really get goosebumps.

I mean, can you imagine, Denny, 400 W in a body his small?

Quite the boiler, huh?

These are not the smallest ones in the family, by the way.

Here is a monoblock. This. Is. A. Monoblock.

Roughly speaking, 120 W. Here's this baby monoblock.

It could pump up a Mystery, no?

This teeny thing here.

100 W input. Well, a 2-channel - by how much? 2 by 40?

Let's say it breaks in two.

Even if it's 2 by 30 W.

Guys, it's still more power than your HU can give.

Apart from everything else, most of these amps have a hi-level input.

So it's no biggie with the hookup at all.

You don't need your HU o have RCA outs.

You can just grab this amp and hook it up to your stock speakers.

So you buy this amp, cut the wires leading from your HU to the speakers,

put this in, set a + and a - for it.

and lead them back on to the speakers in your car.

Your signal is louder right away.

This is a pretty simple way to improve your car audio

without installing any subwoofers, tweeters, mid-bass speakers, processors...

...and smoothly we move over to audio processors.

Denny, is this a processor or a X-over? What is this?

I've never seen anything like this. We're definitely playing with it. I'm thrilled.

It has no PC hookup option.

Meaning this is an autonomous unit. You feed it, you put the signal in.

And here the outs. We have 8 channels which we can set up right on the device.

This is, indeed, dope.

You can usually find this sort of thing on external Xovers which Stetsom has, too.

Unfortunately, we haven't had the chance.

And now, let's conclude.

I was really pleased to see the progress Stetsom has done.

They're moving forward.

I mean, when I just started taking interest in car audio,

sometime after that, they started importing these amps to Russia.

Sure thing, at first they would burn off like Roman candles.

My 2K5 was among the few survivors. I had the 2-Ohm version.

My 2K5 was somewhat like this. And it would pump up my 15" Fi BTL easily.

With a nice result, actually.

I mean, this baby and the 15" BTL - I hope I remember it correctly -

in my Ford, it was over 145 dB.

And the arrangement was @ 2 Ohms, I think.

I mean... With a box, too.

I'm happy to see Stetsom look better

and having richer guts.

I'm really glad to see all those tiny amp families

as well as Xovers and processors.

And we need to spare a few words about the official dealer in Russia.

It's one Grigoriy 'Grisha' Kashin. He is, indeed, a notable figure in the Russian SPL.

He's the first person to import Sundown Audio subwoofers,

the first one to promote the culture of wind

low frequencies and loud audio, let's say, regarding the bass.

And now he's dealing these Brazilian amps and accessories.

His e-mail is under this video.

If you want to collaborate with him

you can find his info below.

Apart from bringing Sundown Audio and Stetsom to Russia,

Grisha's also known as the shaggy lad I trolled in one of my old videos.

We ate some McDonald's takeout and started working out.

Grisha followed into my footsteps and put on some.

Now he's not that much of a shaggy lad.

He's a bit fleshier. I didn't overdo with the trolling, did I?

Grisha won't hold a grudge, right?

I hope Grisha Kashin brings us more of Stetsom asap.

They have a bunch of interesting items on their catalog. I've named some already.

Starting with RCS cables and up to programmable IR remote controls.

I can't wait to check those things out.

Let's wish Stetsom further development.

Thank you, guys, for commenting my Instagram. I follow you, too.

I hope you all liked the review and found it interesting and informative.

In case I forgot to mention something or you want to add something,

leave your comments. Make sure, tho, you mind your manners.

Bye, everyone. Live LOUD!

It's late at night here, really cold and really dirty.

This is no option. I mean, you need to be a whacko.

[yelling] My eyes are freezing!

It's cold as f*ck!

Don't do that!

One of the favorite health and wellness specialists is to motivate each individual to stay healthy by trying out the latest fitness trends.

It is possible for many of us, 2017 is really a year of many things monster.

But we are in the present time of 2018, with great hope.

We set new ideas, new tips, lifestyle changes, positive direction, and skills to help maintain and achieve goals.

Certainly so.

The first month of the new year, will help you set new goals, with greater determination, easier to implement.

One of the healthiest pleasures of health care professionals is to promote each individual and stay healthy by trying out the latest fitness trends.

By 2017, we focus more on health care, and pay more attention to mental health, by doing yoga and meditation in a thoughtful, careful manner.

So in 2018, what is the most desirable fitness trend?

In response to this question, some of the top professionals in the fitness and health field will be coming up with a new fitness trend in the new year right below:

1. Go back to the type of play and play.

Although push-ups, anti-push and squat, squat, will certainly bring more efficiency

Dietitian Jenny Eden Berk believes that getting back into a state of fitness and fun will cause a storm in 2018.

Classes will focus on games, with constant movement, with real fun.

As I shifted from the hard-core and spinning layers to a more cheerful, fresh, and conscious way of moving, it changed the whole of my life. I.

I desire, exercise right now and burn as many calories as possible, says Berk.

She emphasized, the words that we need to keep in mind in the 2018 gymnastics trend are, just play and practice.

The state of both training and fun, will cause storms in 2018.

Strongly develop online interactive classes, between learners and coaches.

While online classes are not new, by 2018, you will see the online interaction between trainees and coaches becoming stronger than ever.

The role of personal trainer will also be raised to a new height.

Dr. Carrie Burrows, a specialist in human body movement research in the United States, states:

People will be more aware of their own time, exercise more effectively, by exercising at home with more breakthroughs, thanks to online space.

While online classes are not new, by 2018, you will find online interaction between trainees and coaches stronger than ever.

Exercise with pets.

Whether it's running with a dog, or meeting at a cat yoga studio, a certified personal trainer

Trinity S. Perkins, who predicts that exercise with animals will be a fitness trend, will take care of hurricane health in 2018.

You can combine your love two in one, exercise and play with your pet.

4. Boxing on the throne.

2017 has been a boom year for boxing, and Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness predicts that our love for the sport will not be forgotten in 2018.

The feeling of punching a bag on an object

Feeling punched on something, giving you inspiration, feeling fierce and of course cool.

I even thought there would be a big trend in boxing practice in 2018, not just in your kickboxing cardio gym.

Whether at home, in a private gym, or in group exercises, more women will learn boxing in 2018, the expert said.

Our love for boxing can not be stopped by 2018.

5. Form family exercise classes.

Spending time practicing with children is considered impossible, but will change in 2018.

Coach of bodybuilding athletes, Nikki Walter, believes that family fitness classes will grow in popularity in 2018.

Although, many people believe that bringing young children to the gym can interfere with your ability to burn calories.

But some tricks, says Nikki Walter, will help you sweat more when you bring your kids along.

We must keep eye contact with young children, may even carry them on their backs, cuddle them on their laps, on their belly, and so on.

Now we can combine such things, to make home gymnastics, explains Nikki Walter.

Spending time practicing with children, is considered impossible before will change in 2018.

6. Check your DNA at high-end gyms.

DNA testing has become more popular than ever in the past year.

EverlyWell CEO and Founder Julia Cheek said:

In 2018, I believe more and more people will start discovering, health information and health insights, at a higher level with their genetic data.

"The promise of DNA testing is that it can tell you how your body is built," he added.

To be able to adjust your lifestyle to fit your biological body, and ultimately change your exercise habits, to get the most amazing results.

DNA testing has become more popular than ever in the past year.

Use a lot of technology on the body in the gym.

Adam Sedlack, president of UFC GYM, believes that wearing technology, especially in the gym, will expand exponentially in 2018.

Modern gyms and gyms use technology in group classes, Sedlack noted.

FitMetrix, for example, is used to accurately measure heart rate, cycling performance, rowing, and show the athlete's real-time performance index, which can be easily compared to participants. other.

Practitioners can see their results compared to other practitioners in the classroom, which helps them to motivate themselves harder during practice.

Adam Sedlack, president of UFC GYM, believes that wearable technology, especially in the gym, will expand exponentially in 2018.

8. Use the phone app in workout better.

Pacer Health's Mike Caldwell, HealthDepartment of Health, said:"Right now, health care and fitness through the mobile is becoming more crowded.

The differences attract users, mainly high quality content, community engagement and personalization.

We've also seen a sharp increase in the number of users who are willing to pay, for mobile content

It is hoped that application developers, increasingly well-off, will be providing different types of paid content, the expert adds.

Health care and fitness through mobile, is becoming more crowded.

9. Abstinence interrupted the throne.

Fitness expert Caleb Backe at Maple Holistics believes that 2018 will be the year of the fasting diet.

This stems from the fact that, more and more people want to focus on metabolism

That means people with health care, trying to find ways to make their own diet.

Discontinuous fasting, involving cycling during fasting, will promote weight loss and health protection, which is highlighted by some prominent fitness experts.

The problem is only time, Caleb Backe said.

I've been in love for 13 years now! Only Su-ju❤️ [Hello Counselor Sub : ENG,THAI / 2018.01.29] - Duration: 20:27.

"Just Let Me Love."

"Hello.

I'm a man in his 20s.

I've been in love for 13 years now.

But people tell me this.

'What? You like who?'

'You? Are you crazy?'

'He's nuts.'

'Get a grip, man.'

The love that I've kept for 13 years

is...

Super Junior.

(Ha)

He's a man?

A man has been in love with Super Junior?

- He's a man in his 20s. / - Oh my.

We always look at the audience but

he sent this himself.

So he will be out here in a minute.

He was like, "It's not me."

(Disgusted)

They wanted to be clear.

They didn't have to hate it that much.

He's telling his friends now.

"Hey! Did you see Super Junior's new album?

Their gaze! My heart is racing!

Their dance is awesome like crushing the earth!"

- Crushing the earth? / - What did you say?

What was that? Crushing the earth?

'I don't want to hear it!'

'Stop saying that, you psycho!'

You must be quite happy.

Yes, it feels great.

Not many. Just him.

Not many. Just him. (I see...)

Right.

Let's hurry and bring him out.

You can go welcome him.

So you've been a fan of Super Junior

How does it feel to be next to them?

Shindong, Yesung, Donghae.

Let's start with Donghae this time.

Yesung.

- He never looked at me. / - He's trembling.

He's not looking past this line.

He hasn't looked at us once.

(Stop beating so fast, my heart)

What was that? Crushing earth?

Maybe you made this up

even though your concern isn't too serious

because you heard that they're our guests?

It's not like that at all.

People ask, "Why do you like a male idol group over

all the girl groups out there?

Why do you live like that?"

What was the harshest thing you heard?

Someone said, "That's disgusting."

Have you done something

to make people misunderstand you?

- Concerts. / - You've been to their concerts?

(Keeps appealing to them)

They held a relay concert, too.

Even a relay concert.

(Unbelievable)

Only our pure fans know about that.

- We only did it once. / - You went to that?

It was the final concert.

When I'm at their concerts,

I sometimes call them "oppa," which is

what girls call guys older than them.

"Oppa, oppa." Like that?

I sometimes do, but it's because

people stare at me if I yell out "Bro!"

People stare at me and it's overwhelming.

Of course it's easier to call them "oppa."

Yelling out, "Bro, bro, bro, bro!"

That would be weird.

But it's weird for a man to call someone "oppa."

"Oppa! Oppa!"

You could insert it in between.

"Oppa, bro! Oppa, bro!"

Fill in the gap.

There must be a girl group that

you've liked while you liked Super Junior.

I don't dislike them, I'm just not interested in them.

They made an impression at first.

Of course they released albums before that.

It was the SMP genre.

We have his friends here.

They were mistaken as fans before.

Hello.

Hello.

I'm his high school friend, Kang Minsu.

(Nice to meet you)

What do you think about him liking Super Junior?

Men usually like girl groups.

But my friend only had pictures

of Super Junior in his phone in high school.

At the time, we listened to MP3 files.

He only listened to Super Junior's songs.

He would buy many albums to apply for something.

He would go to public broadcasts

and get in line all night long.

I think it's serious if a man is going that far

for a male idol group.

Most people would think that.

Let's meet another friend.

What I was most surprised about Jinseok was...

I went over to his place one time.

He had so many posters of Super Junior.

Good job.

You must have posters up.

Not only that. He had them as his computer background

and he has many calendars and pictures, too.

That's his room.

He has autographs on the posters.

(He has a box full of CDs)

He has all the albums. Look.

(He even went to concerts!)

He only took pictures of some of them.

How many more do you have?

- 5-6 times more. / - 5-6 times more.

And sometimes he is also very...

Feminine.

He covers his mouth when he laughs.

Or when he talks girly, like...

"Why'd ya do that? Like, no, I didn't!" Like that.

(Like this?)

He talks like that and he likes Super Junior,

so we can't help but think he's not a man.

So... Are you into guys?

No. I've had a girlfriend before.

Instead of seeing my girlfriend

I went to their concert, so we broke up.

She didn't want to fight over a male group.

What was something that

you couldn't understand?

Sometimes when we're walking down the street

and he hears Super Junior's song he...

Dance!

We were so embarrassed.

On the street?

Yes. He danced in public.

I'm sorry that we made our songs so cheerful.

It made him dance.

Do you really dance and sing to their songs?

I do it unconsciously, but it isn't that bad.

My friends have seen it often,

so they think it's a concern.

You are here with Super Junior.

Why don't you show us?

(You have to dance with them)

Everybody. All together.

He can dance with Eunhyuk.

Eunhyuk is his fave, after all.

(Will I do a good job dancing?)

(Go, Jinseok!)

(He's nervous, but his body reacts first!)

(As long as I'm with my favorite star)

(He dances perfectly!)

(Are you watching?)

(Satisfied)

He knows all the moves.

(He's good)

(Look how in sync we are!)

(Even to the last move!)

(Bravo)

Unbelievable!

Guys!

He just has different tastes.

Couldn't you just acknowledge that?

He isn't harming you.

We can't encourage him because

we have been harmed often because of it.

What kind of harm?

It's harmful to like Super Junior?

Let's say Super Junior came out with a new song.

He sends us the music videos to watch

or asks us to click on their videos.

- Or he tells us to buy their albums. / - Good job.

It's aggravating and frustrating.

It's aggravating?

That's understandable.

I understand.

He sends us pictures on his cell phone.

Saying, "Aren't they handsome? Aren't they sexy?"

He keeps asking us those questions.

Just answer him. "Nope, they aren't sexy."

You can do that.

(That's one way to handle it)

And?

So we tell him to cut it out when we get annoyed.

Then he gets all serious and asks,

"Do you know who they are?"

"Do you know who they are?"

He gets so serious which makes us perplexed.

And he always says he's broke.

He spends his money on Super Junior's concerts.

So he always refuses to pay.

The most disappointing thing is that he has

cancelled on us many times to go meet other fans.

Did you hear the definition of a friend from him?

Someone that it's not awkward with

even if you only meet sometimes.

(Oh my)

I understand that you're their fan, but why do you

send photos and tell them to listen to the songs?

I send them songs because they're good.

I tell them to buy albums because they're good.

But they don't like it.

Isn't it bad to cancel on them?

I don't do that on purpose.

When I have time, they're busy.

When they have time, I have to go to the concerts.

They only sell some goods at concerts.

I need money to buy those goods,

so I do that. They misunderstand me.

Let me ask you this.

Have you had a positive change from being their fan?

There are so many. They only talked about

bad things. For example,

Super Junior performs overseas a lot, too.

So I ended up majoring in Japanese in college.

You majored in Japanese?

That was influenced by Super Junior?

I'm pretty short

and I didn't have many friends.

And I used to be obese.

How much did you weigh back then?

I am 167cm tall and

I weighed more than 120kg when I was obese.

120?

The maximum number on the scale was 120.

There was a girl I liked.

I told her that I like her and she said,

"Your favorite singers are handsome.

Why do you live like that?"

I was shocked by the comment.

So I lost weight by watching their videos.

- You lost 50kg? / - More than 50kg.

(An obese boy who weighed over 120kg)

- You look completely different. / - They like it.

Super Junior saved a boy.

(He has transformed into a handsome boy!)

You're handsome.

How did you lose weight? Tell me.

How long did that take?

It took me about 7 months.

It didn't take that long.

Were you very timid before?

Yes.

Did that change after you started to like them?

I've become more active.

I'm impressed.

Please give him a round of applause.

(You're great)

You've watched him over the years.

What do you think about the positive changes?

He is such a Super Junior fanatic

that it affects his daily life.

I think if this program is aired

people will look at him differently

at his workplace.

I don't think it affects my daily life.

- You don't think so? / - No.

- It doesn't affect your life? / - No.

It doesn't affect your job?

I get my work done.

Do you mind if I ask what you do?

I'm a teaching assistant at a middle school.

A teaching assistant.

(Oh)

He has his income. He does his job.

Young people these days are like that.

They have their own ways of thinking.

The other friend.

What do you think about his positive changes?

I've been his friend since high school.

Because he was a fan of a male idol group

they made him dance.

Some asked him to get girls' autographs.

10 students at a time asked him to do that.

- He was harassed. / - Yes.

So I thought maybe he was relieving

stress from school

by liking Super Junior.

It changed gradually,

but now that I think about it

I liked male singers when I was young.

Cho Yongpil.

Songgolmae.

You're so old.

So whenever they were on a radio program

I went to see them with my friends.

- Sure, sure. / - Many kids did that.

Why don't you tell the viewers that you are

happy to be Super Junior's fan and don't regret it?

I'm sure there are many other male fans.

Don't think of that badly. It's a hobby,

so I hope you are more understanding.

I don't think it's a problem for a man

to be a fan of male idol groups.

I think it's a problem because

you spend so much time and love on just this.

Right. You should listen to your friends, too.

They're concerned and I do overdo it.

So I'm thinking of lessening that.

What?

I'm not saying I won't be as active.

I just won't force it on my friends.

- Pretending to lessen it? / - Yes.

His favorite member was almost disappointed.

What would you like to say to Super Junior?

Look at them. When would you get to do that?

He's your favorite member.

Crushing earth.

I brought something for you.

I wrote a letter.

Thank you.

He brought something.

A handwritten letter.

- Please read it out loud? / - Me?

(His favorite member, Eunhyuk, will read it!)

Why did you write it on a pink sheet of paper?

"Hello. We're ELF.

I've seen you many times at your concerts

but I get to meet you up close.

I'm a successful fan.

I've spent a long time watching you guys.

You brought me so much happiness.

You're like a miracle to me.

"Why I Like You" is the title of one of our songs.

It has lots of our song titles in it.

"Happiness," "Miracle, "Why I Like You."

They are our song titles.

"If people ask me why I like you

it's because since your debut you've

- brought a storm..." / - That's a title, too.

"You've brought a storm of satisfaction.

Thank you for giving me joy for so long

and I hope you become a Super Junior

that everyone likes and are happy together.

Thank you.

P.S. If I may dare ask a favor,

I hope you remember that I'm a big fan of yours."

He's a true fan.

(Thank you)

- Thank you. / - He's a true fan.

That's great. I'm jealous.

Super Junior.

Is it a concern or not?

How can this be a concern?

Why don't you all say it together?

Is it a concern or not?

It's not.

I think it's a concern.

Not many people can understand him.

We'll work harder so male fans feel okay liking us.

We will have to work much harder.

So I think it's a concern.

Yes, it is a concern.

What's going on here?

You hope that it's not, but it is.

He's just enjoying his hobby but

people look at him differently.

That's why he is here with his concern.

I don't think it's a concern.

There isn't anything that's 100%.

If you think it's joy, just look at that.

I think it's a concern for him.

- From his perspective? / - Yes.

If you can relate to his concern,

please press the button.

(What does the audience think?)

Please stop.

Please say a word to your friend.

You liking a male group isn't the problem.

You should live your life,

but you go overboard.

That's why we're saddened by you.

I wish you could control it better.

If you could act a little less feminine,

I think people will look at you differently.

Why I Practice Fasting (even though i'm not muslim) + fast benefits - Duration: 6:23.

I like to do a 36 hour fast every month

now what this means in reality is that basically I skip a day of eating food so...

say i'm fasting on a Friday

i'll have my last meal on a Thursday evening

and then I will not eat all of Friday

and then I will eat again on Saturday at some point, maybe midday, maybe a bit later

most of my 36 hour fasts actually turn into 40 - 42 hours just because i'm not really somebody who gets hungry

in the morning

i tend to wake up the day after my fast

and i'm still not really hungry, sometimes till midday, sometimes 1, or 2, or 3, or 4 o'clock in the afternoon

now the benefits of fasting... I've done 10 fasts now

so... I've been doing it about a year

and I've been doing it about once a month each year

since i started

and the benefits, personally, come in different categories

the first one is...

just, I'd say directly a health benefit in that...

my general mental clarity and my feeling of health is a lot better

a lot higher quality, not just the day after or the week after fasting

but actually on the day of fasting as well

I find that my mental processes are much more 'sparky' they're a lot more switched on

I find that once I've gone through those initial headaches

of the food deprivation which normally comes between 6 and 10pm on the fast day

I guess that would be around 24 hours after the last meal roughly

once those are gone

I have no discomfort, no neck, no shoulder... i'm not somebody who has a lot of aches and pains but...

sometimes I might get a headache, I might have a backache, neck ache

I might need the occasional massage here and there

and I find that after fasting, those just vanish

When you fast you smell, you release a lot of toxins

and there's a definite feeling of your body just cleaning out all the nasty toxins

and basically anything that it doesn't want there

there's a lot of waste products in the body

and those are in the blood, in the guts and actually in your plasma as well

so in... think of it as the lymph system which isn't directly in the blood or in the digestive system

but it's kind of in between those layers like the tissue fluid

Now when you fast, you actually get rid of these

now i'm not going to go deep into the science but from my personal experience

I definitely feel the benefit in that way

the other way is the mental clarity which I briefly touched upon

and thirdly, for me it's like a sense of...

power, control, discipline

and appreciation, let me just say those again: power, control, discipline, and appreciation

When you fast, you are self inflicting calorie restriction

you're self inflicting and you're self controlling what you eat

now it's a normal human craving, it's imprinted deep within us biologically to want to eat food all the time

and when you see that piece of sugar

that piece of chocolate and those crisps, and that fatty food

and maybe even more so when you haven't eaten for a while

you want it, you want it bad, you want to eat it

now what fasting does is challenges your brain to make those tough decisions

'no, i'm not going to eat that'

why? I'm not... even if you're not fully convinced about the reasons you're fasting

maybe you're just trying it

that test of discipline and self control

and the opposite of indulgence

the opposite of... abstinence is what i'm looking for

just abstinence from things which you crave

this comes up again all over history

and you know there are major groups of people and religions who practice fasting

as part of their ritual

not only does it have health benefits

but it tests you, it tests you to...

control your desires to tame your urges

and to actually...

regain and retake back that

control and power

over what you do

what you eat, what you do eat, what you don't eat

what you do smoke, what you don't smoke

what you do drink, what you don't drink

and it gives you a sense of overall and overwhelming satisfaction

and a reward when you finish

it also changes your relationship with food

you no longer look at food like something that you need but something that you choose to put in your body

everything you put in your body after you've fasted a few times

you really think twice, you think...

this is actually going to...

go in my mouth

in my digestive system, in my blood stream, do I want that in there?

maybe I do, maybe I actually don't on reflection

so it definitely changes your relationship with food in a good way

it changes your relationship between your mind

and your body and...

and your overall, I guess you could say soul, not sure what a soul is

but it changes your mind, body and soul

it gives you this overall greater sense of satisfaction

and power

I'm an advocate of fasting, I do it every month, sometimes twice a month

it's difficult when you can't...

find the time

it's difficult if you're working a busy schedule

to be honest when I've been particularly busy

I've missed it out but...

normally I can find one day

a month, that's all it is, one day a month

make it a day where you don't have plans, where you don't see people where you're not scheduling too much

but I highly recommend giving it a go

Remember Who You Are! - Duration: 1:57.

Hi my love! Are you all right? Do you know what I came to say today? I came to say why you

like to hear what I say. You like to hear what I say because you identify

with what I say! You identify with the good things you see in me

and you remember when I talk to you about the possibilities that exist within

you! You get in touch with the possibility of being happy!

Something says to you, "It's possible, because I'm not telling you

anything new, I'm reminding you of what's already in there,

I'm reminding you of your essence, your greatness,

remembering your abilities, your possibilities , and, this is unique, this is

incredible. So when I say that it touches your heart you can believe it was

always there. So it's time to put it into action. It's not believing because Léia spoke, it's

believing because it makes sense to you, inside you.

All these possibilities and capabilities are within you,

as well as the possibility of being happy, too. Because we were created to be happy.

Although sometimes it seems the opposite, sometimes it seems that life is not fair,

but it is a way to see and to look, it is the way that one is taking

against the other hand. We need to take the right path

so every time I say something that touches your heart, understand that it's

because you're remembering, it's nothing new that I'm talking about. Grab it,

grow it, and let's move on. Ok my love

Look, there's something new for you: I've made my E-book.

It's ready, brand new "Redeem Your Personal Value". I'm leaving the link

down here, okay? For you to take a look. There's the e-book version to read and

an audio book to listen to. A kiss! Take it!

She's just avoiding my camera right now

Kickin' it in..

And finally

On Being a Christian Introvert - Duration: 6:49.

I get lots of questions in through the Ask Me Anything feature and I like to answer them

from time to time. Trinity from Houston recently wrote in and she wanted me to talk a little

bit about introversion, about being an introvert. So let's try that.

Yes, I'm definitely an introvert. You know introversion and extroversion aren't biblical

categories, they are helpful terms though in terms of expressing people who are more

outgoing or people who are more withdrawn. I guess you could say, people who recharge

by being alone, would be introverts. They're drained by being with people, where extroverts

tend to be drained by being alone and need to be with people in order to recharge. So

that's probably a useful way of breaking down the two sides. Most people are somewhere on

the scale between them, there are people right in the middle, but most of us lean one way

or the other a little bit more. I'd say I'm pretty significantly introverted. My safe

space or my happy place is usually being alone with a book or something like that. A quiet

person. I can feel even awkward in social situations or in big crowds, that kind of

thing. So yes, definitely introverted.

Yes, I think as human beings, we're always searching around for identity. We're always

trying to land on different things, saying this defines me. And, I want to say that introversion

is what I am. I mean, it describes who I am. I believe God has made me introverted. It's

not sinful to be introverted. But it doesn't define me. It's not all that I am. And what

I really meant to say by that is, I can not use my introversion as an excuse for disobedience.

If there are things God calls me to. Say God calls me to speak the Gospel, and I know he

does, right. That's very clear in the great commission. I need to go and preach the Gospel

to all people. I can not allow my introversion to be an excuse that keeps me from doing that.

It doesn't define me in such a way that I can say, I don't have to evangelize people,

I'm an introvert. I don't have to speak to that person, I'm an introvert. So, very clearly,

I want to say, it doesn't define me. It is part of who I am, but not in that sense. I

think that's a very, very important distinction for us to make.

Okay, again, so self-denial is saying, this makes me comfortable, yet I know that God

calls me to this. And let's just turn it around, as extroverts, you have to deny yourself too,

right. You might always want to be in a crowd, but the Bible calls you sometimes to silence,

or to praying, to meditation, to those things. So, it's not just introverts who struggle

with this. The Bible calls me to self-denial. That might be on Sunday going up to somebody

in church and greeting that person. That can be very, very difficult for me. But God calls

me to love people, to reach out to them, and so I'm going to do that. That might be sitting

in a taxi somewhere and I'd rather just stay quiet but yet I really think I've got an opportunity

here to speak truth to that person, to preach the Gospel to that person. And so I'm going

to deny myself comfort and I'll reach out to that person and tell them about Jesus,

or at least initiate a conversation. As parents, it can be having conversations with our children

when we'd much rather be reading a book or doing something quiet. As spouses, reaching

out and having a deep conversation with our spouse when that can actually be hard. So

there's a hundred different ways that as introverts we just need to say, no, this is something

I want to do out of comfort, yet I believe God's calling me to something uncomfortable,

so I will do that in order to honor God and serve another person.

Yes, when I first was invited to do public speaking, I found it utterly terrifying to

stand in front of a crowd. There were a couple of times I had to call Aileen and actually

have her talk me out of my hotel room or out of the room I was staying in so I could go

and stand in front of a group of people. Honestly, what I had to do was just leave it before

the Lord and say, I believe you've given me this opportunity, I believe I have the opportunity

here to serve other people, so I'm going to. So I'll deny myself the comfort of staying

in my room or whatever it is. I'm going to go and serve you and trust that you'll bless

me through it. You know what I find is interesting though, I find it easier to speak in front

of a crowd of 500 or 5000 people than a crowd of 5 people. It's actually, in a big crowd,

it's actually easier than in a small group of people, because it's never really awkward

when you're on a stage in front of many people, you're sort of in control of the room, everybody's

looking at you, you can just do your thing. It's much harder, casual conversation, social

situations, that's where I think most introverts really run into introversion based fear. So

for me, it's much more those smaller situations, but even then, I have to serve people. I get

the opportunity to love people. I get the opportunity to exercise self-denial and so,

to the best of my ability, I just do.

I don't know that we gain a lot by comparing ourselves to other people, to be honest. I

think it's better just to ask, what is God calling me to? What does God desire of his

people? What does God demand of his people, and how can I do those things? Well like anything

else, the longer we go before we obey, the harder it is to obey. And so, if you really

feel that God's challenging you here, that I'm not just introverted, I'm withdrawn. I'm

not just introverted in my personality, I'm using that as an excuse to avoid people, or

not to express love to people. Allow yourself to be convicted, and believe that's the Holy

Spirit convicting you and then just chose to do something about it. Maybe that is just

greeting one person on Sunday. Set a goal; I'm going to meet somebody new every Sunday,

I'll just march up. You know what; you'll have some awkward situations. Who really cares?

You're doing the right thing, you're honoring God. What's a little awkwardness or a stilted

conversation compared to the joy of meeting somebody created in the image of God? Somebody

that God has set his love upon. Meeting that person, welcoming that person. You probably

won't ever become an extrovert and that's okay. It probably won't ever be easier, or

even energizing for you to be in that situation. I don't think God's calling you to change

your personality. He does for some people. I think God's calling you to obedience. So,

just ask, how can I obey God? What obedience is he calling me to today, this week, next

Sunday? Set yourself some goals, and just see what the Lord does.

5 Potentially Six Figure Jobs from Home - Duration: 10:32.

Hey, Angie Nelson here from theworkathomewife.com.

Now, finding legitimate work from home can be hard enough, but what if you need to earn

enough money to actually support your family on your income alone?

In today's video, I am going to be pointing out some great at-home opportunities that

offer great pay, and this video includes some ideas for everyone, regardless of your skill

set or background.

Make sure you stay to the end of the video so you can find out how to get my free seven-day

series on finding work at home, free.

It's the dream of many people wanting to work at home to earn six figures a year, but most

people think that that's just a dream, that it can't happen to them.

In today's video, I'm going to be talking to you about several opportunities that we

know from experience has the potential to earn you a full-time income, and not just

a full-time income, but an income that can actually support your family if you're relying

on your income alone.

We're going to start out with our first opportunity, which is going to be freelancing.

Now, some freelancing can really include a lot of different things.

We're going to touch on several opportunities that are within the freelancing industry as

a whole.

The first one I want you to talk about is freelance writing.

Now, many people, when they're getting started working at home, they may run across some

of these opportunities for writers, and it's really low pay.

They automatically dismiss this opportunity and don't really give it a second chance;

however, if you really get into freelance writing and start specializing in certain

industries based on your knowledge and your experience, you can really make a name for

yourself, and you can also start warranting some really great rates as a writer.

I know many blog writers today that are just writing for your everyday blogs.

These aren't things that are too technical or anything like that.

The writers for these blogs right now are getting upwards of a 150 or $250 for a thousand

or 1,500-word blog post.

That's some really pay when you're considering that maybe you can write those based off your

knowledge and experience alone.

You don't have to do a lot of research.

That can end up being a really good wage for you.

Now, to get involved in this industry, you're obviously going to need to love research and

you're going to have to have some great English and grammar skills, but as from there, it's

really just about gaining experience.

You might have to take a couple of lower-paid gigs in the beginning just to get up your

portfolio, but after that, you can really start reaching out to the clients and the

companies that you want to work with and make those connections happen.

Start pitching them your ideas, and offer your availability as a writer for their site.

Now, another industry that we know has a lot of great potential is virtual assisting.

Now, many virtual assistants get started as just general VAs offering some very basic

and entry-level skills and services, but over time, they really start specializing based

on their own interest and the skills that they pick up along the way.

The more specialized that you get and the better your skillset is, the more money that

you can ask for.

When we are talking about virtual assisting, we can really get into a lot of different

branches there.

You may get out into social media management in marketing, which is a really big industry

right now.

A lot of people in that field are really able to make some of the big bucks because they

can really provide results for their clients.

That's something that clients are willing to pay for, is results.

If you can get them making more sales, getting more subscribers, getting more traffic back

to their sites, those are things that they're willing to invest in.

Now, another branch of virtual assisting that we can talk about is digital marketing as

a whole.

This is a newer term that is really starting to pick up steam, and we're talking about

digital marketing, it can include a lot of different things, but at the end of the day,

what it typically involves is getting traffic from one platform back to your client's site,

and then getting them converted into a subscriber or a sale, or both in many cases.

The digital marketing industry is going to include a lot of things like running advertisements,

whether that be Facebook ads, search ads.

You're going to be designing a sales funnel through their email service provider.

You may be promoting their content across different channels in order to really expand

their brand reach in recognition.

You may need to have some different skillsets here such as copywriting, web design, graphic

design, advertising.

These are all things that you can outsource if it's not something that is your bread and

butter, or you can also pick up these skills online.

Everything that we're talking about today, you have the opportunity to learn these skills

on line and on your own time.

A college education is not necessarily needed or involved in many of these opportunities.

Now another industry that we are seeing some really big successes come out of is consulting.

Consulting can, it's another industry that really involves a lot of different things.

It mean different things to different people, and it can really touch on some different

industries depending on where your skillset and experience is.

If you come from a strong business management background, you can certainly offer consulting

and coaching services to small business and online entrepreneurs that are looking to get

started, helping them learn the ropes and show them what steps they need to take to

succeed.

Some other facets there may be personal finance.

That's a really big topic, a really trending topic right now is personal finance.

Maybe you can offer some consulting there in regards to budgeting or investing, some

things like that.

Now, another work-at-home opportunity that we are seeing a lot of people succeed in today

is blogging.

This is probably something that you have read across as you have been looking for work at

home.

You've likely heard these success stories of these women that are making six figures

or more a year just from their blogs.

It's certainly possible.

One thing that you need to know is there is a big of learning curve with blogging, and

it does take some time in order to ramp up that traffic and those monetization avenues

that are going to bring in reliable and steady income that you are going to need.

If you want to get started in blogging, you certainly should get started ASAP.

There's really not a lot of barriers to entry there, but you do need to keep in mind it

is going to take you some time, so if you do need to pay the bills right now, you should

probably combine it with one of the other opportunities that we spoke about today.

Blogging is something that can be done on the side and with just a few hours a week

while you're getting rolling.

Pick up some other work to get those bills paid in the meantime, and pick up those blogging

skills in your spare time.

Now, another area that we have seen really picking up in popularity in the last few years

is online reselling.

Reselling can mean going through tradition avenues like eBay that we, people have been

using that for many, many years now to sell things that are profit, whether it's things

that they have lying around the house, or maybe it's going out and finding a great deal

somewhere and taking those items home and reselling them online.

Another great opportunity is going to be Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon, or FBA program.

That is going to allow you to resell your goods right on the Amazon platform, which

is going to give you access to a far larger market pace and a lot bigger of an audience

that you can reach in order to sell your items.

Now, this one, it is going to involve some investment upfront.

Obviously, once you run out of things around the house that you don't want anymore that

you're going to sell online, you are going to have to go out there and probably make

some purchases of the items that you want to resell.

That is something to keep in mind if you are working with a minimal budget right now.

Reselling is one of those things you can start [inaudible 00:09:10] with on the site as well,

just like we talked about with blogging.

Now, one thing you need to keep in mind with all of the opportunities we spoke about today

is that they are going to involve work.

None of these are a magic bullet that is just going to take off on its own and provide you

with the wealth that you're seeking overnight.

You are going to have to put in the leg work and put in the long hours in order to make

it a success.

That being said, all of the things that we talked about today are skills that you can

learn online.

You can pick up new skills.

There's so many online courses that are available or sites like Houdini who offer a lot of great

courses for really affordable prices.

Really, think about what things you're interested in and what skillsets you can take and job

experiences you've had in the past and can turn that into a work-at-home business of

your own that can really provide you with a great income.

Now, if you like today's video, please give it a like and share it with your friends,

and make sure you're subscribed so you get a notification of the next video.

Until next time, I wish you most success online.

5 MYTHS about the DOBERMAN - Episode 1 - Duration: 3:14.

I'm the Doberman guy.

Today I'm going to show you: "5 Myths about the Doberman"

There are a lot of myths and outright false lifts about the Doberman.

This is the first episode of this series and as a owner of Dobermans for the last

three decades, I will try to debunk many popular ideas concerning the Dobermans.

But before we go if this is your first time here and you want to learn and know

more about the Doberman breed

start now by subscribing and clicking the bell

so you don't miss anything.

Here we go

Number 1: "If you want a Doberman to be

protective, you have to make it mean"

A Doberman is naturally protective of his family and home.

Nothing needs to be done to enhance that aspect.

If you abuse a Doberman to try to make it mean...

the process will backfire and your dog will only

protect himself from you.

Number 2: "Dobermans are difficult to train"

This is also false!

Dobermans are very highly intelligent and easy to train.

Extremely loyal, and yes: even they are sensitive, they are very

devoted to people.

Number 3:

"Dobermans should be kept locked up and away from people"

This is false!

They like to be close to the family members physically

right from puppyhood they need socialization

and firm but yet gentle training.

A good Doberman is the result of a good puppy in the hands of a good owner!

Number 4:

"Dobermans turn on their owners"

When properly bred, raised socialized and trained

Dobermans are loving, loyal, family oriented dogs who will never think

of doing such a thing!

The only reason a Doberman would turn on anyone is due to abusive treatment!

This is not something that is unique to a Doberman!

Any animal, humans included, will defend themselves when threatened.

Number 5:

"The Doberman brain is too small"

This one is one of the oldest and stupidest myths about the Doberman

The idea was it that the brains would grew continuously!

Ultimately causing the dogs to go crazy and turn on their owners!

Variations of this tall tale, even suggested that a Doberman skull was too

small to contain its swelling brain and that the expanding organ would

eventually explode inside its cranial home!

It's totally false and biologically impossible!

The Doberman's brain grows a same rate as any other dog's brain.

These were the first 5 myths about the Doberman.

If you would like to be notified when new videos are published

don't forget to subscribe to the channel and activate the bell

to receive update notifications!

Feel free to write in the comments if you know other myths that

should be mentioned on the next episodes of this series!

Thanks for watching

A kiss! Take it!

Mixér Vidia Personal Blender PBL-001 - Duration: 8:55.

Hey it's Dan from eujuicers.com, coming to you as always from the heart of Europe, and

in this video I'm going to present to you something we just got in.

This is the new Vidia personal blender.

Now, we focus at eujuicers mainly on juicers, but we have some blenders and we take a look

really closely when we bring something in.

When we decide to offer it.

This little personal blender had some features that we thought were pretty cool and we decided

to offer it in our eshop.

So let me tell you about it real quick.

You know, personal blending, the whole idea is you're not replacing a countertop blender

like a Vitamix or a Blendtec.

This is something that is low-cost, value-priced, and to go.

You want to make a smoothie really fast in the morning, you've got a couple of minutes.

These are designed to do that quickly, easily, minimal cleanup and even the cups here are

integrated so you just pop this thing off, put a lid on, and you head off in your car.

So some of the features on this guy - why did we decide to offer this?

First of all is the motor.

This thing has 1000 watts.

A lot of personal blenders out there are anywhere from 300 to 600 watts, there are some higher-end

ones around 900.

The fact that this came in at 1000 was impressive.

And a lot of times watts - that's just marketing speak in some products but in a blender it

really does matter because in something like this you're making a smoothie and the more

power lets you cut through thicker ingredients.

Things like leafy greens or some seeds, nuts, dates.

If you're using dates to sweeten.

Ice - crushing ice.

Something like this - I view this mainly as a smoothie machine.

Now I saw a video with this same blender just about an hour ago making cake batter with

oil and eggs and flour and all sorts of things and it looked like it did pretty well.

You could also do things like maybe grind coffee.

But for something like making soup or, I don't know, nut butters or things like that, leave

that to the countertops.

This is designed to just be fast and to be on the go with your smoothie in a couple of

minutes.

Some of the other features I like about this.

A lot of these personal blenders require you to hold down on these cups, or hold and twist.

And when you do that, that blends it.

It's a cost-saving measure so there doesn't have to be a control panel.

This one actually has a control panel.

It's a 3-button control panel.

There's a start/stop, there's a pulse button, and there's an auto blend which I'll try today

in just a second here.

Auto blend is nice, it does an automatic cycle with a series of pulses and then varying speeds

to make -= supposedly - a great smoothie in about 60 seconds.

We'll see in a second.

And besides that, it does come with three cups.

There's a 700 milliliter, there's a 500 milliliter, and a 350 milliliter to-go cup with a handle

here.

Also three lids.

It has a storage lid if you're going to store your smoothie.

We normally don't recommend storing smoothies very long - depends on the ingredients in

there - because of the oxidation.

If you have a vacuum smoothie like the big brother to this, the Vidia Vacuum Blender,

yeah you can store smoothies up to 24 hours.

But these are designed - you make it and you drink it and go.

But you could keep it in the fridge for an hour or two maybe.

It also has these two to-go lids, which just have a little flip-top so if you're in the

gym, you got it at work, if you're in your car even, you want to drink your smoothie

in the car, you're not going to spill it with that.

And besides that, that's about it.

It's got a nice stainless steel body, simple unit here.

it has some suction grip cups so it stays pretty solidly, we'll see when I blend.

And what am I blending today, what smoothie?

I'm making a basic recipe.

You want to do about half greens is what we recommend so I've got some spinach here, I'll

fill it up about half with that.

A couple of fruits to sweeten things up, some fresh strawberries and bananas.

Frozen also works well.

And then added some protein and some fats.

I've got flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and also some cashew milk.

I'll also put in some ice just to give it a little more texture and see how this guy

does with ice.

So let me get to it there and I'll start filling this guy up.

So to take this apart, it's super simple.

All these caps fit on each jar, they each use the same threading system.

And I'm going to shove some spinach in here.

Like I said about half greens, depends how much greens you want in there.

That should be fine.

There's a line in here that says MAX so I don't want to go beyond that.

Start out with maybe half a banana.

Yeah a whole banana will be fine.

Couple of strawberries.

Maybe a spoonful of each of these.

Again, maybe a couple of spoonfuls.

Since I have cashew milk it's already going to have some nut fat and protein in there.

Often times I would just make a smoothie with water.

And then flax seed just for some nutritional benefits.

Those healthy oils in there.

Now what I want to do, I've got some ice.

I really want to see how this guy will do.

I've crushed frozen berries in it.

It did fine so it should do fine on ice.

And then you just want to fill up, generally a smoothie should be about half liquid.

Up to about the max line.

Yeah that looks pretty good.

Maybe a bit more.

Just screw this thing on, pop it in, and I'm going to use the auto blend.

We'll see how it goes.

So what it did, it ran about seven cycles if I counted right.

Seven or eight.

Where it would blend from slow to high like pulses almost for like five seconds and then

it would stop for a few seconds.

I did notice one little piece of spinach leaf was stuck on the top, so it just meant I probably

could have filled it more, but that was all.

You can see the consistency here.

It's pretty smooth.

I see some tiny bits of green which is little bits of spinach leaf, maybe a few bits of

flax seed.

But otherwise it looks pretty good there.

I'm just going to try it and see.

yeah, it's fine.

It's smooth.

It has a nutty taste.

I think it's the combination of the sunflower seeds and the almond milk.

But otherwise it's pretty good.

Sometimes I'll put dates in too.

If you want things real sweet, or if you want your kids to get into smoothies but with a

banana and strawberries it's fine.

And the beauty of this is the whole cleanup.

This is all you've got to clean is just this piece.

Just rinse it right when you're done with your smoothie.

Ten seconds, you're done.

And this is your to-go glass.

So you'll just put this in your car.

And then when you're done with your smoothie, just pop this in the dishwasher.

It's made of Tritan plastic, it's BPA-free.

So it's dishwasher-safe and that's it.

So in about a minute you've got a smoothie.

And that's it.

That's our first look at the Vidia Personal Blender.

For the price, I think it's a really good value.

And it does the job well.

It's a good value, it's fast, it's simple, easy to clean.

So it's definitely worth taking a look.

If you want more information, you can come to our website.

That's www.eujuicers.com.

Thanks for watching.

I'm Dan.

I'll see you next time.
