I made it by request from my viewer.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Take the biggest styrofoam ball (8cm in diameter) and make a hole by using a cardboard tube.

Glue an end of ribbon to the cardboard tube under the ball.

Drag it around the ball...

...and attach it on the opposite side.

Glue a second strip of ribbon but this time cross the first strip on the very tip of the ball.

Cover entire ball in the same way.

Now, wrap the cardboard tube by using ribbon (25mm in width).

Glue a rhinestone tape to the top and to the bottom part of cardboard tube.

Next, we will be wrapping the middle styrofoam ball (6cm in diameter).

Glue the end of the ribbon,..

...drag it to the bottom,..

...go back to the top...

...and cross the ribbon.

Drag it to the bottom and cross the ribbon.

Cover entire ball in this way.

Glue the end of the ribbon to the ball.

Wrap the smallest styrofoam ball (4cm in diameter) in the same way.

Glue all 3 balls together.

Hide all the connections by using the rhinestones.

Finally, glue a kanzashi flower to the biggest ball.

And it's done.

This Christmas tree topper will looks great on our Christmas tree.

Of course you can use other sizes of styrofoam balls and different colors of ribbons.

Pixel 3 Night Sight vs OnePlus 6T Nightscape Camera Test - Duration: 5:34.

Hey Guys It's Sagar from Tecworkz.

Lot of you have been requesting me to compare the Night Sight mode on the Pixel 3 with the

NightScape mode on the OnePlus 6T.

So in this video we are going to do exactly that.

Compare the images shot with and without the NightSight mode on the Pixel 3, with the ones

shot with and without the NightScape mode on the OnePlus 6T, and see which one gets

the night mode right.

Just to make things interesting, towards the end, I will also compare a few images shot

with the moded Gcam on the OnePlus 6T, And see if the NightSigh mode images from the

OnePlus 6T can beat the NightSight mode images from the Pixel 3.

Now this video is only to test very low light capabilities of both these phones, so to keep

it short, I wont be going through the camera specs or won't be including any daytime

shots.

I'll be making a separate dedicated camera comparison video for that in the coming days.

Without wasting any more time, lets get right to the images.

First we will see the images without the night mode on both the phones and then see the difference

that that night mode makes.

In situations like these, when its night time, but there is still lot of ambient light, Night

mode on either of these phones don't show a huge noticeable difference right away.

But as we switch between the images with and without the night mode, you might notice that,

images with the night mode are sharper, and a bit more detailed.

While in NightScape mode, OnePlus increases the ISO and captures the image at a slower

shutter speed.

This lets in more light via the F/1.7 aperture on the primary camera.

OIS is supposed to help negate the shakes from the handheld shots.

But more often, we see blurry images from the OnePlus 6T, while shooting in NightScape

mode.

Pixel 3 on the other hand, takes about 15 images at various exposures, with longer shutter

speed, and then via its computational photography algorithms, use the best parts of those images

to form one sharp image, which has very less noise.

Most of the images from the Pixel 3 are detailed and sharp.

To get the best results, you might want to put these smartphones on a tripod or maybe

get some support to help you keep still, while capturing these images.

Coming back to the images, you can easily see that the night mode images from the Pixel

3 are much sharper and detailed compared to the ones from OnePlus 6T.

While capturing these images, I came across another fact, that the Oneplus 6T underexposes

most of its low light images.

I think OnePlus might be doing this deliberately.

When you see the normal camera mode taking image like this in lower light, and the night

mode enhancing the same image to look like this, you end up appreciating the Night mode

more.

Here is the same image from Pixel 3 without HDR+ and same image from iPhone XS Max without

the Smart HDR.

You can see that there is ample amount of ambient light here, which even the normal

mode on the OnePlus 6T should have captured.

This one is not the only image that I observed this with, here are other images from OnePlus

6T, Pixel 3 and iPhone XS Max.

HDR is turned off on all 3 phones, and you can still see the Pixel and iPhone showing

much more light in its images.

So either Oneplus is deliberately doing this, to make its nightscape images stand out, or

the lowlight performance of the 6T is really really bad.

Again coming back to comparing the night mode images, we can still see the Pixel 3 taking

better sharper images with accurate white balance.

As we move to even lower lighting conditions, Night Sight mode on the Pixel 3 really starts

showing its colours, and I mean literally.

You can barely see anything in dark part of these images with normal camera mode, even

with HDR turned on.

But with the night mode, you get so much more details and colours from the Pixel 3.

It's like someone flips a light switch, everyone you take NightSight images with the

Pixel 3.

Here is another example, where you can barely see anything without the night mode, but with

it, just look at the amount of details Pixel 3 manages to capture.

It also captures and shows a lot of noise in certain situations.

But I think most of us might prefer a noisy image where you can at least see some things,

as opposed to a completely dark one.

More examples of almost completely dark scenes, being perfectly lit up by Pixel 3's night

sight mode.

Night scape on the 6T does capture more light compared to the normal camera mode, but it

is nowhere close to the performance of the Pixel 3.

To make things interesting, I installed the Google cam mod with the Night Sight mode on

the Oneplus 6T, and took a few images with Night sight mode on both the phones.

Here are some of the results.

OnePlus 6T ends up capturing much better images compared to NightScape mode in its native

camera app, but Night Sight images from the Pixel 3 are still better, brighter, sharper

and more detailed.

It also shows better colours and white balance compared to the 6T.

And it is also better at focusing in much lower lighting conditions compared to the

6T.

So in conclusion, NightScape mode on the 6T helps it capture better images in lower light

compared to the normal photos mode.

But when compared to the NightSight mode on the Pixel 3, 6T's images fall way behind.

Google is doing some amazing things with the image processing on its Pixel devices, and

even with the Single camera, it is more than capable of taking on the competition and performing

better than them.

Channel Update From Spain (Thank You!) - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 4:13.

Hey guys Dan here first I want to thank you for the support over the last month

or two it seems that when I stepped up and started delivering three new videos

every week you stepped up in terms of watching and sharing and liking and

commenting and all that so thank you so much for that we're seeing a lot of

growth on the channel and it would be amazing I don't know if it's possible

I really don't but if we were to get to 20,000 subscribers by the end of the

year I don't know what it will be yet but I will do something special for

everyone so be sure to share the videos if something really resonates with you

share it with Facebook group or friends or someone else do you think you would

watch it like comment all that sort of good stuff this is a channel update by

the way I haven't filmed one of these for I think a couple of years since I

was last in Tenerife a Spain now I'm not I'm actually in run to Spain

preparing for this event I'm hosting here in a couple days but I wanted to

just do a quick update on the channel so if you missed it I am now publishing

every Tuesday Thursday and Sunday at 6 a.m. Eastern so there will be new videos

three times a week you can tune in they will always be out on time which is

saying a lot coming from an ENFP I'd like to think and what else what else

planning into 2019 already going to do some events I have not picked the exact

And when I see one of these lists, I've got a pretty good idea what's going to be on it.

But I also know for sure the one thing that's going to be missing.

It's one of the most vital ingredients in brain health, and yet it goes completely neglected.

When I tell you what it is, it's going to be a big letdown, because it's so obvious.

It's this.

It's water.

And I guess that's the problem, it's so obvious, it's too obvious, and it ends up getting neglected.

But here's the reality, if you aren't drinking enough water on a daily basis, and many people

aren't, it can cause cognitive problems, or if you're already experiencing cognitive impairment

caused by something else, dehydration can accelerate that cognitive loss.

Yet it's the easiest thing in the world to fix.

So today, let's raise our glass to water.

Hi, I'm Tony Dearing of GoCogno.com, the website for people with mild cognitive impairment.

So my goal in these videos every week is not to tell you something that you don't already

know.

And you know that water is the foundation of life, and essential to survival.

But what most people don't realize is how uniquely important water is to your brain

and to cognition.

Your body is 60 percent water, but your brain is 80 percent water.

And that water is essential to how well your brain functions.

Yet the amount of water we need on a daily basis, which is about 64 ounces, most people

are getting that much water, and they're paying a cognitive price for it.

I've never quite understood why water is such a neglected issue in brain health, and why

nobody is talking about it.

Well, almost nobody.

One of the exceptions of Dr. Lisa Mosconi, one of the nation's leading authorities on

cognition and prevention of dementia, and author of the book Brain Food.

In her book, she devoted an entire chapter to the vital role that water plays in cognition.

She says:

The body can't store water, so we need a fresh supply every day to make up for the

loss that occurs.

To meet the water needs of our brain, we need to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day.

But according to the CDC, 43 percent of adults drink less than 4 cups of water a day, and

36 percent who drink only 1 to 3 cups.

The result is dehydration, and that dehydration accelerates the brain shrinkage that occurs

either with normal aging or with cognitive impairment.

Yet the effects of dehydration can be fully reversed in a mater of days simply by drinking

more water.

The recommended amount is about 64 ounces.

So this is a 20-ounce bottle.

That means in order to get the proper amount of water, you need to drink three of these

a day, plus a little bit more.

Granted, that's a lot of water.

It's more than most people drink, and it's definitely more than I was drinking until

I began to really understand the importance of water in brain health and make sure I was

getting enough water.

This is one of the easiest fixes I will ever offer you, and one of the most important.

If you're not getting enough water, and your brain is suffering from dehydration as a result,

drinking the necessary amount of water has been shown to improve cognition by 30 percent.

A good tip is to start your day with a good, long drink of water.

Your body actually loses a lot of water overnight while you're sleeping, so that first big drink

of water in the morning can get your day off to a good start, and then you can just continue

from there, drinking more water throughout the day.

You might want to increase the amount of water you're drinking gradually, so that your body

gets used to it, and you want to be careful about drinking too much water later in the

day, as that might interrupt your sleep as you wake up in the middle of the night and

need to use the bathroom.

You also want to be aware of the quality of your tap water and consider filtered water

if that makes sense.

But with those things in mind, drink enough water.

Your brain needs, and your cognition will benefit from it.

Michelle Obama got a surprise appearance at her book talk in Washington D.C. on Saturday night when former President Barack Obama came out with a bouquet of flowers.

The crowd went wild when the former president, dressed casually in a black jacket with no tie and an open-necked white shirt, walked out with pink roses for his wife.

'You won't get this at every show,' Michelle Obama told the cheering crowd at the packed Capital One Arena.

'This is like when Jay Z comes out,' the former president joked, comparing himself to when the rapper came out during wife Beyonce's music tours.

The former president, who came out the tale end of his wife's 90 minute talk, discussed how the couple met at the Chicago law firm of Sidney & Austin, where she was his mentor.

'She's really tall and most of it is legs,' he said of his first impression of her. His wife chided him: 'Children are here.

The former president then kept his story kid-friendly. 'She was much cuter than I expected and very tall,' he said. He recalled she didn't want to date him because they worked together so he offered to quit his job.

It was mostly political free with most of the focus on her childhood, her career before becoming first lady, and raising her children.

And there was not a lot of focus on the Obamas' post-White House life either, although Michelle Obama noted she and her husband recently had a talk on what they had accomplished as the first couple.

'We haven't had time to reflect over these past eight years because we had to be prefect. We had to do everything right,' she said of their tenure as the first black couple to inhabit 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

But she added they recently had a long talk on the matter. 'We were able to do that the other night,' she noted.

President Obama is in the process of writing his own memoir. She will give a second talk in Washington D. , where she and the former president are living while their youngest daughter Sasha finishes high school, on Sunday night.

The former first lady has been on a media blitz to promote her first book, which is Number One on Amazon.com's best seller list.

She appeared on all three network morning shows, on the covers of 'Elle' and 'Essence,' and is on a nation wide book tour in concert venues where fans can buy tickets to see her questioned by celebrity pals like Oprah Winfrey and Sarah Jessica Parker.
