Welcome to Your Straight Razor Edge Friday Special! Hey Eric here with Adventures In Wet
Shaving and welcome back it's good to see you in tonight Straight Razor Edge
Friday Special we're creating a Super Lather with glycerin or an Uber Lather
recently Kypros commented: I usually use Uber or Super Lather with Glycerin.
What is a super lather? you ask good question that's where we mix a shaving
cream a shaving soap and glycerin. Now tonight we'll be using George F. Trumper
and this is the Coconut Oil Shaving Cream I'm using this because to me it
has little scent if any I'm sure does taste or not taste they smell like
coconut but to me it doesn't so it doesn't matter and then for a soup
tonight we're using Proraso Red yeah and this does have a wonderful
sandalwood scent so that is going to be nice and we are going to be using
Vegetable Glycerin this is 99.7% okay and it is Food Grade now
I do have that in a smaller bottle so I could dispense it and for a brush
tonight I have had my Omega 10098 soaking okay I just got out of the
shower and it's been soaking while I was in the shower. Now do you need a boar
brush to do this? No you don't you use boar, you could use badger, you can do
just any kind of synthetic. Whatever your favorite brush is that's what you should
use. All right it's going to be the way to go.
now what we're going to do first off is I'm going to be pouring off this bloom
water just like that there just a little bit in there
and I'm gonna load my brush yep so I'm just going to load it just like a
normally would so if you are having problems with getting a good lather this
may do the trick for you you know mix them some things together
may actually be broom yep all right so you can always check it out so now what
I'm doing is I'm just gonna go ahead and get a nice pasty load just like normal
right this is the way I always do it and I think we are in pretty good shape it
looks like right about there now I did not use enough water so we're going to
just put a little bit more water in there okay because I want to make sure
and have enough soap I always overload but it's fine we're going to go ahead
and just do it okay there you go hear that that means we're nice and pasty and
that looks good so now I'm just going to clean up around that bowl like I always
do okay cuz I always make a mess when I'm doing this so we got that going
there now I got a bowl this is the bowl I was
soaking my brush in and it's just a fine bowl that I just found somewhere like at
a dollar store or something it was cheap but it's really kind of nice so we're
gonna use that tonight now get my hands dried off okay for the next ingredient I
will be using the George F Trumper Coconut Oil Shaving Cream and I'm going
to use about that much so that's maybe I don't know an almond size
I don't know but that's what I'm gonna use that's about how much I use normally
now what I'm going to do most people would stick this
that bowl but I face lather so I'm just gonna stick that right down off in the
middle of that brush just like that all right and next up we are going to add
about three or four drops of Glycerin so let's go ahead one two three four we got
four drops of glycerin in there and now I'm going to take that and this bowl
we're gonna put a little bit of water in that bowl not that much maybe maybe like
that so see I've got just a bit in there so we're gonna go ahead and we're going
to kind of start trying to make a lather with this but for me while I'm really
doing because I face lather I ignore like don't bowl oh I know a lot of
people do and if that works for you go for it because that's normally the way
this is done now what I'm doing is I'm just going to go ahead and get all that
in that brush kind of mixed up okay just like that and you can see there is more
than enough on that brush now I'm going to do what I would normally do and we're
going to pour pull some of that out of that bowl and put it on kind of as
pre-shave that's the way I normally do it
just like that now I don't have my sink full of water so I'm just going around
the water for just a moment now here we go
okay we got this nice beautiful load of soap let's go ahead and make a lather
now like I say I normally face lather if you bowl lather this is going to be
much more traditional for you than it is for me for me this is a little different
because I normally don't mix things but Wiley did that go just kicked up almost
immediately and now for me this again is the wet brush technique so normally it
can make a mess and make a great ladder look at that. Wow!
okay okay I don't know how long that was but that was not very long and that made
a brilliant lather lay that
now that's what I call a lather and that brush has got a nice bunch of lather in
it so that'll work out brilliant I've got another YouTube Premiere coming up

Homoromantic Asexual - some thoughts | Slice of Ace - Duration: 6:53.
Before we get the video started, I'd just like to quickly shout out to the asexual
community census. This is a survey done annually which is the largest survey of
the asexual community. It doesn't matter where you fall on the asexual spectrum,
even if you are allosexual, you can take the survey. The only requirement is
that you are older than 13 years old. I highly encourage all of you watching
this video to take the survey if it is still running when you watch this video.
So, that's all I wanted to say. I'll leave a link in the description below, and onto the video.
You probably know already that I identify as a homoromantic asexual, if
not from watching my other videos, then from the title of this video. This means
that I'm simultaneously gay and asexual, and I relate to so many things in both
of these communities. To me, they have equal weighting as part of my identity.
Asexuality is something that I have always been confident in, even when I
haven't known the word for it. But recently I've realized that I do want a
romantic relationship with a guy, and that equally is a tremendously important
part of whom I am. The words gay and asexual - to me, there's a sort of
dichotomy between them. And I think that's because of the way gay culture -
especially for gay men in particular - is very sexualized. Of course, this isn't a
negative thing, and it makes perfect sense.
What homophobes normally have a problem with is men having sex with men, but
that's not something I can relate to, and it's true that I have felt ostracized from
this community because I don't feel that way.
I don't feel sexual attraction. I realise that that's not really the whole picture.
I don't neatly fit into the gay community,
that is true. But, that's not a problem because I don't need to relate
to every single facet of being gay. Similarly, I don't need to relate to
everything in the asexual community, and that's fine. But, it's kind of amazing, I
get to be part of these two communities - the gay community and the asexual
community - and there is a lot within those communities that I can relate to,
that I do relate to. So yes, sometimes I feel like my identity is conflicting
with itself. But it's not. It's just an unfamiliar harmony. And we shouldn't
think that because we don't fit into the boxes that people have designed for us,
that we don't belong. So, I believe there's a place for all of us
no matter how ostracized or isolated or different we may feel.
of course it isn't all sunshine and roses (I meant rainbows...).
I don't want to ignore the problems, and there are
disadvantages with being asexual. I think for (allo)romantic asexuals, the main issue
comes in with that aspect - their romantic orientation. If you want to date other
asexuals, they're difficult to find. It is estimated that 1% of the population is
asexual. That's not many people, and it's not like
you're gonna run across them in the street. You have to look. And, of course
that's a problem in all spheres of the LGBT+ community, but
of course asexuals can have successful relationships with allosexuals. For me,
if I go on a date with someone, and after the first date, they don't know that I'm
asexual, the next time I see them I will sit them down and tell them straight.
It's frustrating, because it's almost like you're coming out again. There's
this person you're interested in, and you have to risk sabotaging a potential
relationship for the sake of honesty. But it is an important thing to do, because a
relationship built on dishonesty isn't going to last. If you either find another
asexual person whom you're interested in, or if you find an allosexual who is
content with accepting your asexuality, then... well the problem's solved really :)
Then you've just got all the hundreds of normal problems we face in daily life :(
And I am happy calling myself a gay ace. I am incredibly fortunate to live in a
time and a society which is open to the whole spectrum of the LGBT+ community.
That's all I wanted to say. I just wanted to have a ramble about what being a
homoromantic asexual means to me, and how I feel about it. If you enjoyed this video,

Homoromantic Asexual - some thoughts | Slice of Ace - Duration: 6:53.Before we get the video started, I'd just like to quickly shout out to the asexual
community census. This is a survey done annually which is the largest survey of
the asexual community. It doesn't matter where you fall on the asexual spectrum,
even if you are allosexual, you can take the survey. The only requirement is
that you are older than 13 years old. I highly encourage all of you watching
this video to take the survey if it is still running when you watch this video.
So, that's all I wanted to say. I'll leave a link in the description below, and onto the video.
You probably know already that I identify as a homoromantic asexual, if
not from watching my other videos, then from the title of this video. This means
that I'm simultaneously gay and asexual, and I relate to so many things in both
of these communities. To me, they have equal weighting as part of my identity.
Asexuality is something that I have always been confident in, even when I
haven't known the word for it. But recently I've realized that I do want a
romantic relationship with a guy, and that equally is a tremendously important
part of whom I am. The words gay and asexual - to me, there's a sort of
dichotomy between them. And I think that's because of the way gay culture -
especially for gay men in particular - is very sexualized. Of course, this isn't a
negative thing, and it makes perfect sense.
What homophobes normally have a problem with is men having sex with men, but
that's not something I can relate to, and it's true that I have felt ostracized from
this community because I don't feel that way.
I don't feel sexual attraction. I realise that that's not really the whole picture.
I don't neatly fit into the gay community,
that is true. But, that's not a problem because I don't need to relate
to every single facet of being gay. Similarly, I don't need to relate to
everything in the asexual community, and that's fine. But, it's kind of amazing, I
get to be part of these two communities - the gay community and the asexual
community - and there is a lot within those communities that I can relate to,
that I do relate to. So yes, sometimes I feel like my identity is conflicting
with itself. But it's not. It's just an unfamiliar harmony. And we shouldn't
think that because we don't fit into the boxes that people have designed for us,
that we don't belong. So, I believe there's a place for all of us
no matter how ostracized or isolated or different we may feel.
of course it isn't all sunshine and roses (I meant rainbows...).
I don't want to ignore the problems, and there are
disadvantages with being asexual. I think for (allo)romantic asexuals, the main issue
comes in with that aspect - their romantic orientation. If you want to date other
asexuals, they're difficult to find. It is estimated that 1% of the population is
asexual. That's not many people, and it's not like
you're gonna run across them in the street. You have to look. And, of course
that's a problem in all spheres of the LGBT+ community, but
of course asexuals can have successful relationships with allosexuals. For me,
if I go on a date with someone, and after the first date, they don't know that I'm
asexual, the next time I see them I will sit them down and tell them straight.
It's frustrating, because it's almost like you're coming out again. There's
this person you're interested in, and you have to risk sabotaging a potential
relationship for the sake of honesty. But it is an important thing to do, because a
relationship built on dishonesty isn't going to last. If you either find another
asexual person whom you're interested in, or if you find an allosexual who is
content with accepting your asexuality, then... well the problem's solved really :)
Then you've just got all the hundreds of normal problems we face in daily life :(
And I am happy calling myself a gay ace. I am incredibly fortunate to live in a
time and a society which is open to the whole spectrum of the LGBT+ community.

homoromantic asexual means to me, and how I feel about it. If you enjoyed this video,

지난달 31일(현지 시간) 동물 전문 매체 더도도는 앞이 보이지 않는 친구를 위해 듬직한 보디가드 역할을 자처한 강아지의 가슴 따듯한 사연을 전했다.
미국 켈리포니아주에 거주하고 있는 나다 로사(Nada Rosa)는 30년간 샤페이 종의 강아지를 구조하는 단체에서 자원봉사를 해왔다.
나다는 10월 초, 샤페이 종의 강아지 '스티비'와 치와와 종의 강아지 '지미'가 함께 길가에 버려져 있다는 신고를 접수한 뒤 현장으로 출동했다.
당시 두 강아지들은 사이가 매우 돈독한 듯 서로의 얼굴을 자꾸만 핥아주고 있었다.
처음 나다는 자신이 속해있는 단체의 정책상 스티비만을 구조하려 했지만, 너무나 애틋한 둘을 차마 떼어놓을 수는 없었다.
또한 나다의 자세한 관찰 결과 스티비는 앞이 보이지 않는 상태였다.
앞이 보이지 않는 스티비를 정성껏 보살펴주는 지미의 모습에 감동한 나다는 결국 둘 모두를 차에 실었다.
이후 동물보호소에서 새로운 삶을 시작하게 된 스티비와 지미는 먼저 건강 검진을 받았다.
지미는 다행히 건강에 아무 이상이 없었으나, 스티비는 앞이 보이지 않는 것 외에도 간헐적인 발작을 일으키고 있었다.
보호소는 약물치료와 더불어 스티비가 안정감을 찾을 수 있도록 항상 지미를 옆에 붙여주었다.
또한 보호소는 둘의 깊은 우정을 배려하기 위해, 스티비와 지미를 한 가정에 입양보낼 것을 굳게 약속했다.
나다는 "스티비와 지미는 '패키지' 형태로만 입양될 수 있다"며 "절대로 둘을 떨어트려 놓지 않게 해줄 가정을 찾고있는 중이다"고 전했다.

생애 처음으로 '자유'를 준 사람에게 와락 안겨 고마움을 전하는 원숭이의 모습이 가슴 뭉클한 감동을 선사한다.
최근 동물 전문매체 더도도는 8년 동안 서커스 생활을 해오다 극적으로 구출된 원숭이의 안타까운 사연을 전했다.
거미원숭이 종 페페는 태어난 순간부터 서커스 단원의 손에서 자라왔다.
페페는 단지 인간의 즐거움을 위해 혹독한 훈련으로 여러 가지 묘기를 습득해야 했다.
하지만 그중에서도 페페를 가장 힘들게 한 것은 바로 '목줄'이었다. 페페는 자유롭게 뛰어노는 대신,
목줄이 채워진 채 좁은 우리에만 갇혀 살아야했다.
이에 동물 구조팀은 페페를 구하기 위해 서커스 사육장 안으로 들어섰다.
그리고 페페의 목줄을 손수 벗겨주며 페페에게 '자유'를 주었다.
매일 갑갑함 속에서 살아가던 페페에게 첫 자유가 주어진 순간, 녀석은 곧바로 자신을 풀어준 사람에게 와락 안겨 오며 온몸으로 기쁨과 고마움을 표출했다.
가슴이 뭉클해진 구조원들도 페페의 손을 꼭 잡아주며 다독여주었다.
구조원 중 한명인 얀 크리머(Jan creamer)는 "페페는 내 아이나 다름없다"며 "나는 구조 센터로 가면 무조건 페페에게 직진한다"며 애정을 드러냈다.
크리머와 동물 단체가 홀로 지내며 외로웠을 페페를 위해 '친구'를 만들어 주기로 한 것. 페페를 위한 선물은 여기에서 멈추지 않았다.
페페는 새로운 보금자리로 옮긴 후 난생처음 자신을 닮은 원숭이를 보자 팔짝팔짝 뛰며 즐거워했다.
이와 같은 소식을 접한 누리꾼들도 페페의 앞날에 대해 열렬한 응원의 메시지를 보냈다.
누리꾼들은 댓글을 통해 "다시는 페페처럼 서커스에서 고통받는 동물들이 없길", "페페가 꼭 행복하길 바란다"는 등의 반응을 보였다.

oh boy do I have a video for you today like how on earth can you get to hate someone

let me tell you guys about the story of how I met my best friend of Avrona yes me
and my best friend

um what we're talking about again so who is this guy well just the random guy who
makes videos about Pokemon openings I found them on a discord server in this
case being created to help YouTube creators like myself with problems
questions and well etc even though it in this case just becomes me sitting around
and helping everyone on the server and not getting anything out of it myself
and on that note I have been trying to help this guy the problem I have of this
tool is how it blatantly doesn't want to take any feedback even though he's
asking for feedback he doesn't take any feedback and I don't mean like oh he
does he might take like one or two feedbacks every now I know he takes no
feedback no feedback even though almost the whole server has been trying to help
him multiple other people made also videos and now him now I'm making a video
maybe he comes onto the server tells everyone he has growth problems
literally everyone and it's okay everyone has had growth problems in
their life but you just gotta be patient and then you finally wait wait he's
talking about YouTube's growth ah okay oh that's my bad that's my bad
but b, make sure to send all the scripts right?
one of my first thoughts on him were well good really he seemed like a nice
dude we just wanted to learn and make great YouTube videos and stuff like that
I appreciate well we made ways he says changing to Photoshop from PowerPoint
yes PowerPoint will be a waste of time actually getting any editing software
except for the software already built into his PC would be a waste of time
trying to become better at editing would be a waste of time
you get the point I don't want to make him sound dumb but I swear he is he has
for five years using the same two softwares for making his videos and
there's no problem in that but when you're not getting any growth and those
two software's our Windows Movie Maker PowerPoint then I'm questioning if he's
making a YouTube video which is presentations for his job and we were
just talking about some 10 year old with his mom's potato PC no in fact he has
told me multiple times that he has a good PC and well this you know Twitter
too so thanks for putting this on Twitter around that makes quite easier
yeah he has also been telling me how he has so much time and doesn't care what
he has to do to finally grow so then I'm from now I know you're watching this
video if you really have so much time and you will do anything to finally grow
then maybe put some hours learn how to make some professional videos get
literally any software that is in Windows Movie Maker I might have two key
subs today but without quote unquote wasting my time I would probably not
have more than five subscribers right now otherwise well I don't know I'm just

to him about this and he said they were all spam spam what okay he said man
example of one of the spam comments he had disapproved and this wasn't spam he
was actually someone speaking about the problems a prawn is doing in a way he
could learn from in fact I actually took some inspiration from that comment in
this video he also mentioned before death how almost all the dislikes on his
channels are trolls
and look at me I'm just trying to be nice to him I'm sitting here in discord
trying to help him but it's just against me why I'm on your side I'm trying to
help you why are you against me so what is we learn well maybe it's a good idea
to listen to a full server of people when all they're trying to do is help
you maybe also be nice to everyone so people actually want to help you oh I
mean I know you watch this video now but please at the rate you're going out I
