Game 3 line rushes: Ducks vs. Oilers - Duration: 3:01.

EDMONTON, Alberta – The Ducks might contemplate some changes for Game 3 as they're attempting to get back

in the best-of-7 Western Conference semifinals against the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday night at Rogers Place.

Sami Vatanen has yet to return to the defense corps since Game 1 of the first round against Calgary but he took part in the optional morning skate

occasionally winding up and taking slap shots. Vatanen has been dealing with an unspecified upper-body injury.

Korbinian Holzer played in the Game 2 loss to the Oilers, with his holding penalty being cashed in on a second-period goal by Edmonton's Patrick Maroon

Holzer will draw in again if Vatanen is unable to go as Kevin Bieksa (lower body) is expected to miss a second straight game

The Ducks recalled wingers Ondrej Kase and Nic Kerdiles from San Diego (AHL) on Saturday and Ducks coach Randy Carlyle has either available for usage

Nick Ritchie was a late Game 2 scratch because of flu-like symptoms. Ritchie did skate in the morning but wasn't sure if would be in the lineup.

"Wasn't feeling very good," Ritchie said about sitting out Friday. "Felt that I wasn't ready to play at that time. … I felt fine this morning. I guess we'll see when the game comes."

Kase and Kerdiles were playing with the San Diego Gulls in their Calder Cup playoff series against the Ontario Reign. Kase did make his NHL playoff

debut in Game 1 against Calgary when Ritchie had to sit out because of a suspension.

Kase is a skilled player," Carlyle said. "He was with us for a better part of the year. He's kind of like the Energizer bunny out there. He can make plays in small areas. He can score goals.

"He's an energized young hockey player that's getting his feet wet in the NHL."

The Ducks are obviously looking for a different result in Game 3 but they're planning to go about the game in a similar manner.

You don't change the effort," Carlyle said. "We increase the effort. It's just we're looking for results. It's a results-driven business we're in

They scored two, we scored one. There's a good feeling in our group because of the work ethic we've provided, the number of chances that we created.

"Now we know we're going to come into a somewhat hostile environment and that's what's going to be expected."

ohn Gibson (3-2, 2.76 GAA, .915 save percentage) came off the ice first and appears to be the Game

3 starter in goal. Gibson has allowed six goals on 54 shots in the two games for an .889 save percentage.

Here is the projected lineup for the Ducks: Rickard Rakell-Ryan Getzlaf-Patrick Eaves Andrew Cogliano-Ryan Kesler-Jakob Silfverberg Ondrej Kase/Nick Ritchie-Antoine Vermette-Corey Perry

Chris Wagner/Nic Kerdiles-Nate Thompson-Logan Shaw Cam Fowler-Brandon Montour Hampus Lindholm-Josh Manson Shea Theodore-Sami Vatanen/Korbinian Holzer

Halfway to a potential berth in the conference finals, the Oilers are looking at an opportunity to take a commanding 3-0 series lead after capturing the first two games in Anaheim.

Cam Talbot (6-2, 2.03 GAA, .934 save percentage) was the Game 2 star as he made 39 saves in the 2-1 win

Talbot already has two shutouts this postseason and has stopped 72 of the 76 shots he has faced.

"He's been very steady and gives us a lot of confidence," Edmonton center Ryan Nugent-Hopkins said. "At the same time,

"At the same time, we want to definitely be better for him tonight and put a lot more pressure on t heir goalie."

Talbot said he has dealt with a few bumps from the Ducks around his net but added that it comes to be expected in the playoffs, especially when going against a desperate team

"The identity of our team is when we start doing those things, we're able to wear teams down," Ducks defenseman Cam Fowler said. "You saw it in the third period

pucks his way in Game 2 but misfired on 27 attempts and had 18 blocked in addition to the 40 that Talbot faced

The Ducks have talked about getting more in Talbot's eyesight as they've felt the goalie has been able to see too many pucks coming his way. They threw 85

Anytime they give me a bump in there, hopefully the refs will see that. But I'm just going to try to keep getting out, getting in my lanes and hopefully find the most pucks."

"I just try to keep playing my game," Talbot sad. "Try to maintain my depth in net. Not letting them they push me back. Just try and get to the top of that blue line any time I can.

4 Hairstyles from Beauty and the Beast | Davis Does - Duration: 6:56.

[Music]: I wonder if she's feeling well/ With a dreamy far off look/ and her nose stuck

in a book/ what a puzzle to the rest of us is Belle.

Hello everyone!

My name is Davis and yesterday I just saw the live-action version of "Beauty and the

Beast" and I loved it!

I love Disney movies, I love princess movies, and I love Emma Watson, so all around it was

a great film.

And it was a lot of fun, I suggest seeing it if you haven't already, and anyways, this

is Davis Does: a hair tutorial for four of the hairstyles that Belle wore in the film

"Beauty and the Beast" so let's get to it!

This twisted low ponytail is a hairstyle Belle wore at the beginning of the film.

Start with a middle part.

Then take some hair next to your part and twist it away from your face, and to the back

of your head.

Every few times you twist, add in a section of hair from the front.

Stop adding in hair once you add all of the hair above your ear.

Continue twisting the section all the way down.

Secure with a clip and repeat on the other side.

Twist and add in all of the hair in the front of your face.

Then take the two twisted sections to the back of your head, and combine them and secure

with a clear elastic.

Take the ponytail and then flip it up and over the elastic to really secure the twists.

Then gather all of your hair into a low ponytail.

Now gently pull the sides of your hair to create a hole above your ponytail.

Then flip your ponytail up and around the hair tie, like before.

This creates a twist effect going into the ponytail.

Now, this part is completely optional, but Belle had a blue bow, and for this I am just

using a two inch piece of blue ribbon.

Lift up your hair and then put the ribbon under one of the wraps of your hair tie.

You can now drop your hair and bring the ribbon to the top of your ponytail and then knot

the ribbon to make a cute bow!

This next hairstyle Belle had in the film, is a messy updo around a headband.

So I did not have a blue headband, or any plain headband, so I again just used a longer

section of blue ribbon, and then tied it around my head.

This was kind of hard to work with just because the ribbon kept sliding, so I recommend putting

in bobby pins to keep it in place, or just put in a headband later on in the hairstyling

process.

So now take a medium sized section at the front of your face and gently twist and add

in hair.

I then put this section just in my mouth as I quickly twisted the other side.

Take these two twists and then wrap them around the ribbon, or you can just bobby pin them

down.

Now, take your hair and put it into a ponytail in the middle of your head.

For this messy bun part, you can do kind of whatever you want for results, but what I

did was tease my hair, and then I took half of the ponytail, separated it into another

two sections and then wrapped them around each other for a twist.

Then wrap it up and bobby pin it down.

Do the same to the remainder of your ponytail.

Twist two sections around each other and then pin it up.

And it's okay if there are fly-aways and sections sticking out because that is what

makes a cute messy bun look!

If you are just using a stiff headband, you can put it in now if you haven't already.

And that's the second look!

Now we have the well-known half up bun from the ballroom scene.

I began by taking the hair at the crown of my head and combed it into a small pony and

secured with a clear elastic.

Now twist the hair at the front of your face and add in hair and then continue to twist

without adding in hair and hold it with a clip as you mirror the twist on the other

side.

Now twist the hair to the back of your head and secure the two twists and the ponytail

together in one hair tie.

Then I like to gently pull on the twists to add some volume to them.

Now take your ponytail and twist it into a bun!

And Belle did have some kind of gold accessory around her bun, which I don't have, so I

just used these two silver flower bobby pins and pinned them on opposite sides of the bun.

I would say just work with what you have, and this step is completely optional.

I think this was my favorite hairstyle and it is an updo with flowers which was worn

in the very last scene of the film!

Like all of these hairstyles, twist the hair in the front of your face, and here you can

bobby pin the twists right behind your ears.

Now, tease your hair by brushing upwards to add some volume.

Now I took a section of my hair and loosely twisted it, and bobby pinned it to my head.

I did this three times.

Think of it as twisting your hair to make three separate buns.

And keep adding bobby pins to secure the hair, and again you don't have to worry about

strands of hair sticking out because it adds to the hairstyle.

Now for the fun part!

Of course you can buy little flower clips and accessories, but what I decided to do

was to buy these small fake flowers for about $2 from Michael's.

And what I did was cut off about 6 clusters of flowers.

Now, lay the flowers over your hair and above the buns and take a bobby pin and pin the

stems to your hair!

Keep adding in flowers so there are no gaps.

And voila!

Now be my guest and try these hairstyles out and let me know how it goes in the comments

or via Instagram!

So thank you guys so much for watching!

I hope you liked this video, and I hope you like the movie!

It was a lot of fun for me because I was just in my school's musical, which was "Beauty

and the Beast," so i knew the story front and back.

It was fun to see how they kind of made it their own.

Belle was actually my favorite Disney princess at one point, and then Ariel, now it's Moana.

So let me know who your favorite Disney princess is in the comments, and also make sure to

give this video a big ol' thumbs up!

Also make sure to hit that subscribe button, because it's free and it's fun to press, and

I'll see you guys very soon, sooo bye!

Ewangeliarz OP - 1 maja 2017 - (J 6, 22-29) - Duration: 1:35.

[music]

There are days that I am blind to all significant things

happening around me...

I pray to God to give me

perceptiveness.

Perceptiveness makes it possible that

one tiny detail can be an inspiration

to see the actions of God.

We read in the Gospel today

about people noticing a simple fact

that Jesus did not have a second boat

to get to the other side of the lake. How did He do it?

And this prompted a thinking process.

Is there anything that you have recently noticed

which led you to see things imperceptible to others?

Maybe a gesture, an object, a detail,

which inspired you to think about God´s actions?

This kind of opennes, this kind of receptivity,

is an opportunity to hear

lots of various parables -

parables starting with a tiny detail.

The Sims 4 Vampires - Snow: Tale of the ancient Ones (EP. 2) - Duration: 22:35.

Camille

Camille

Wake up...

Phone: (rings)

Camille: Hello? This is Camille speaking.

Camille: Oh, hey Sarah!

Camille: Yeah... Look I know, I know I am late.

Camille: I'm getting dress. I'm on my way.

Camille: My name is Camille. I am a 24 year old "best selling author".

My childhood life was a bit... You could say strange. I was home schooled for the majority of my childhood.

Due to this... I did not make a lot of friends, except for this one kid.

Another reason why I was home schooled, was due to this sickness I had... other than being anemic... also might be the reason I'm still...

Single...

Teenhood was prison life for me. My father wanted me to feel like I was Rapunzel, trapped in a castle... Waiting to be set free.

We argued about which college I should go to and my dreams about me becoming an author.

Thankfully my mom was very supportive about my career decisions. She was the hero who set me free.

Years had flown by. I do not remember the last time I had visited my parents. Do not fret though! I try my best to keep in contact with them.

Sarah: Took you long enough. Now we don't have enough time to eat here.

Camille: Look, I am sorry okay? I'll buy the coffee, alright?

So are you sure you can handle everything while I'm gone?

Sarah: I already told you Camille. I've got it all handled. You've written enough pages to get your fifth volume out.

You've earned that vacation..

Camille: You also deserve a vacation yourself. Without you, my stories would have been a mess.

Sarah: Hey, every author needs a sidekick! That's what I'm here for.

Camille: Maybe we can get Mr. Wellington to let you have some time off as well..

Sarah: I doubt it seriously. If the signs are not obvious for you Camille... He "likes" you.

Camille: Wait, what?! No way! Doesn't he have a wife?

Sarah: You know how some men are... Right this way.

Mrs.Paige: Miss Snow and Mrs. Thorn beck. Great to see you on time! Mr. Wellington is ready to see you now, Miss Snow.

Alright here is his office. Whatever you have to say, please make it quick. Mr. Wellington is a busy man.

Mr. Wellington: My, my... Miss Snow. So glad to be able to talk to you on your last day with us before you go to visit your parents. How are you?

Camille: I'm fine, and yourself Mr. Wellington?

Mr. Wellington: That's great! Great! I am also suiting well, thank you Miss Snow.

Camille: Thank you for letting me come in here to get a chance to talk to you about my recent work.

Mr. Wellington: Oh your book about "The black rose"? No need to worry. I understand that everyone can stumble upon a brick wall when it comes to creativity and such.

This is why I am sending you on a 3 month vacation. Hopefully after that long break you will be ready to finish the next book of your series.

Maybe a coffee for two?

Camille: Yes Mr. Wellington. The final volume will be worked on while I am on my vacation... And I would not mind having a coffee break together.

Mr. wellington: Great! Because you're gonna need all the inspirations you can get to get sales back up. Our performance has been dipping a bit because of this.

Mrs Paige: I shall walk you out.

Mrs Paige: My... a coffee break for two? He sure does seem to have an interest in you.

Camille: More like an interest in my looks and fame.

We both know that Mr. Wellington is not happy about my recent performance.

Hm... Let's see, so she's walking in the woods but... No...

Ugh... I can't do this. Not tonight...

Phone: (rings)

Camille, speaking.

Hi mom... I'm fine. I'm just tired...

Yeah, I know... I'll be there first thing in the morning.

Yes, yes. Okay... I love you too... Bye.

Maybe going back to Forgotten Hallow might not be such a bad idea. I'm sure the scenery, my parents, and possibly childhood nostalgia could help me for some ideas.

I hope.

Caleb: VLAD!

Vlad: Oh... Well if it isn't the two rotten fang twins. Caleb and Lilith...

Caleb: Well hi to you as well.

What the hell was that Vlad? I thought you said you were done with all of this?

You've attacked yet another Innocent human!

A female at that! How the hell are we suppose to live in harmony with them if monsters like you can't keep your fangs out of their skin!

Vlad: Oh, so now I'm the monster here? Have you not looked into the mirror lately? We are all monsters, Caleb.

When will you let you instincts take over? Trying to fit into live stock society is not going to change their opinions on how they view us.

Caleb: We can fit in just fine if you learn how to drink plasma from the plasma tree, or make pouches...

Vlad: Impudent fool. Your sister can barely drink those horrid things. Face reality Caleb, drinking fake blood will not satisfy you forever.

You are really staining your mother's legacy. I am sure she would have never wanted for you or Lilith to-

Caleb: You have no rights to talk us about our mother that way!

Vlad: All I am saying Caleb is that you cannot change nature. We are vampires. We pray on the weak.

Caleb: I told you this was a bad idea. The snarly crooked tooth old man will not listen to us

Lilith: Vlad, you've made your point... But aren't you willing to change? I know you of all vampires are tired of being at war with the humans.

Vlad: I've told both of you countless times. I will not change my ways.

However if you wish that your thinking is the right thinking, we can settle this right here and right now.

Caleb: Fine. I'll take you old on man...

Vlad: It's settled. Now get OUT.

Caleb: This isn't over... Old man.

Vlad: ... You two have so much to learn...

Jocelyn: Camille! Welcome home!

Aiden: Hello, Camille.

Camille: It's good to see you again Mom, Dad.

Aiden: Doing well? ... Good!

Jocelyn: It's been years since we last saw each other. My have you turned into a swan.

Your father and I are very proud that you are being successful in life.

I know things are a bit hectic with your career and all, but I am glad you've decided to come here and spend time with your folks on your vacation.

You must be exhausted on your journey here. Come, let us go inside and show you where you will be sleeping.

Camille: I cannot believe you guys left this place the way it was after I moved out.

Your mother wanted to keep your room like this. She was hoping that one day you could cherish the memories you had as a child.

There's been a lot of quakes lately. Sadly though, this room has been impacted by the most recent quake we had. So it's not exactly the safe haven we had in mind for you to sleep in.

We've remodel the unused guest room as a new room for you. It is has a nice queen sized bed, quite relaxing if you think about it.

Jocelyn: So... Do you like it?

I know it isn't a room where you could put all your make up and accessories and such in.

Camille: Like it? More like... Love it!

Jocelyn: Aww, that's what I like to hear.

Camille: Hey do you remember...

Jocelyn: That time I told you a story about the Giant?

Fi, Fie, Foe, Fum.

Who dares to enter my home?

Jenna: Well, look who it is... I almost didn't recognize you.

Camille: Funny how you'd say that. I was about to say the same about you.

Jenna: Come here you, it's so good to see you again!

Camille: It's good to see you too Jenna! Boy, you've grown so much.

Jenna: But you've grown more compared to me. *snickers*

Camille: Hey!

Jenna: So what brings you back to Forgotten Hallow?

Camille: Well I'm on vacation for three months. My creativity has been hitting a wall these past two months.

Jenna: Ouch... But look on the bright side! At least they did not fire you.

Camille: ... Yet.

But anyway, the main reason I came back was because my folks kept calling me to spend time with them.

City life can be busy at times. I forgot how peaceful and quiet rural areas can be.

Jenna: Yeah... Which is why I stayed home.

But about that lack of creativity... Do not pressure yourself to get back into it. That's not how it works.

Take the time off, relax. You've earned this.

That "light" will come eventually... And when it does, grab it.

Jocelyn: Camille! It's time for dinner!

Camille: I'm coming!

I've tried asking my parents about that mysterious old man that plays chess all by his lonesome at night.

They really didn't exactly give good answers. Other than my dad telling me to stay away from him because he is creepy looking.

During this past week I've been jumping from library to library, or reading books to get inspiration and such.

Jenna and my mom helped some, pitching their own ideas to try and inspire me

Being able to do other things other than sitting behind a computer screen typing your butt off was a nice change of pace.

But... There was something off about Jenna.

She would only want to hang out at night. She told me the reason why she doesn't do stuff throughout the day is because she works two jobs.

Yet, she still makes time for herself.

Hi there. You seemed a bit lonely, so I thought would come over and ask if I could play a game of chess with yo-?

Ugh... That noise!

My head... and I thought my mom's Piano playing was horrible.

...At least one of us is sleeping peacefully in this.

And of course the drunken lunatic isn't here.

Over in that mansion I see...

... Creepy.

Caleb: Did I scare you my lady?

Camille: Scare me? Scare me?! Not only are you playing that horrible music, but you're also scaring people half to death?!

That's not funny! That is actually childish! Also keep your music down! People are trying to sleep ya know!

Caleb: Whoa, whoa... Clam down lady. Let's not get our panties up in our britches okay?

I was not playing that music just now, I was coming up here to chat with my neighbor about his loud music as well.

He doesn't realize that people can hear his organ at times. So I come here often to tell him to lower his performance.

Camille: Ugh... I'm so sorry... I didn't mean to snap on you like that.

Caleb: Hey, it's all good. We all can get like that at times.

The name's Caleb... and what's your name if I may ask?

Camille: It's Camille. Listen... I have a long day ahead of me, and I would like to get back to my parent's place and try to get some rest.

I appreciate that you are willing to talk to your neighbor about his absurd organ playing.

Later that night... I gave up on trying to sleep. I was too restless, so I went to Jenna's place.

Jenna was about to head for work, but she wanted to take me to where she works at. It was a local cafe that Sarah and I like to go to.

Only employees are allowed to come up here. But thanks to Jenna, I was given access.

Jenna: Make yourself at home

Camille: Alright.

Music box: (starts playing)

That music... I heard it before... yet I don't remember anything about it.

Hey, Jenna? Do you have a music box somewhere?

Jenna: Yeah, sometimes it randomly comes on. The melody is very soothing.

Camille: Back to the shadows...

The music is coming from here.

I think I've found my light...

How to make Vegan Gluten free Tacos! Stump Kitchen 40 - Duration: 7:35.

[Jenica] Ahhh!

[Alexis laughing]

[theme music] STUMP KITCHEN, STUMP KITCHEN

GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN EATS AND STUMPTASTIC TREATS!

[Alexis] You might hear some dog noises in this episode brought to you by Jezebel.

I like your soft ears!

It's taco Tuesday!

For real, it's actually f#%kin' Tuesday today!

[Jenica] I know, we planned this perfectly!

[Alexis] This is my best friend, Jenica!

[Jenica] Hello!

[Alexis] So how long have we known each other?

[Jenica] This might be our twentieth year.

[Alexis] Oh my god!

This is like a celebration in and of itself!

Double decade taco friendship!

[Jenica] Yes.

[both laughing]

[Alexis] These are all the things that you need.

Okay!

Pinto beans!

[Jenica] I'm going to make you open them because I hate your can opener.

[laughs] [Alexis] Don't we all!

Really grip it with your stump and just twist it up.

Yeah!!

Rinse your beans!

So the smell of an open can of beans -

[Jenica] No! I don't even wanna experience it.

[Alexis] Rinse the f#%k outta them!

So the recipe says to use half a cup of veggie broth but I always use one cup cause, I do.

[Jenica] She does what she wants.

[both] Mix it up, mix it up!

[Alexis] Now what do we do?

We look at the recipe!

Wow.

So the beans can go in this pot.

Beans in the pot!

[Jenica] They left a wet spot.

[record scratches] [both laughing]

[Alexis] This is a PG show!

Kind of.

Okay, let's put in some coconut oil!

[Jenica] Into the beans?

[Alexis] Into the beans!

Half a cup of veggie broth.

Wahhh!

Two teaspoons of smoked paprika.

I think this is smoked.

[Jenica] Oh that's smoked paprika.

[Alexis] Yeah - that's - [laughs] Just use the chicken wing technique, hold

it in your stump and shake it in.

One!

[Jenica] Two and a half!

[Alexis] Two and a half! [laughs] Now it calls for two teaspoons of molasses.

I always put in much more than that because --

[indecipherable noises] I'll just lick this off.

[Jenica laughing] Okay.

[Alexis] Mmm.

It's a good way to get your iron.

Just chug on a box of this s#%t.

Next - oh s#%t that's open!

Oh god! - is some apple cider vinegar.

So about uh - ah!

It's dripping down me!

[Jenica] You did that to yourself.

[Alexis] I did.

Um... two - [Jenica] Oh!

That's strong!

[Alexis laughs] [Alexis] One, and a little bit more.

Ooh!

Two to three garlic cloves.

You're a professional garlic chopper so you get to do that s#%t.

[Jenica] Let's do it!

I'm using techniques learned on Stump Kitchen.

[Alexis] Shut the f#%king door!

[Jenica] So I'm going in this little seam and then twist the knife!

[Alexis gasps] Brilliant!

[Jenica] Right?

Things she taught me!

[Alexis] Now it says two to three cloves of garlic, but --

[Jenica] You like to use more?

I'm shocked.

[Alexis laughs] [Alexis] Jezebel we're making tacos!

[Jenica] And then I smash it with my knife and that makes it easier to peel.

Mmm mm-hmm.

[Alexis] Mm-hmm garlic hands are the best.

[Jenica] The best.

[ambulance siren wails] [Jenica] Arf!

[Alexis] So we chopped this much garlic, and we're gonna put it all f#$kin' in!

Boom.

Okay!

What's next?

Um... okay!

Now you just simmer that just about medium heat I think is good.

[Jenica] Sounds like simmering temperature.

[Alexis laughs] Just kind of forget about it for a little while while you do the rest

of your s@$t.

We cut up an onion and about two cups of sweet potato.

Just chop them up into little bits, whatever works for you!

[Jenica] And we're just going to leave the skins on?

[Alexis] F#%k yeah!

[Jenica] Can you teach me your technique of this?

Would you cut it in half first?

[Alexis] Yep, there you go.

Then I'd put them down like this and cut them that way.

Yep, really good.

And then you can just lay them flat and they're a lot easier to chop like that and then like that.

[Jenica] Okay.

[Alexis] You got it!

F#%kin' nailed it!

Onion time!

Push it down with your stump! [singing] Peel the skin, peel the skin off

the onion!

Okay, this?

Is a perfect f#%kin' size.

It's like the size of a-- um -- a-- um...

Let's check on the s#%t we forgot about!

Oh yeah you are good news.

[Jenica singing] Ain't a that good news!

[Alexis laughs]

[Alexis belches] Pardon me.

[Alexis] Boom! Two f#%king cups!

Now we just fry up the onions and sweet potato in some coconut oil and then mash everything

together and then shove it in our face.

[both laugh] [Alexis] It's gonna be a fire hazard!

We'll just forget that happened.

Yeah I just put those in there from the floor.

[Jenica] Oh.

[Alexis] That is a thing I do often.

Rah!!

Green onions.

Mmm.

Lazy guacamole - mashed up avocado.

[Jenica] Then I twist it.

[Alexis] F#%k yeah!

[Jenica] Ah-thank you.

[Alexis laughs] [Alexis] You can put whatever you want on

your tacos - lettuce, tomatoes, whatever.

Whoa sizzle!

Yeah!!

[Jenica] That smells delicious.

[Alexis] Yeah! [sings] Mah-mah-mah-mah-mah!

They're softening up really nicely.

This is the episode of dropping onions.

[ding!]

[ding!]

[ding!]

Runaway onions!

So many! [ding! ding! ding!]

F#%k how are these?

Grah!

They're everywhere!

Put the bean one into the potato one!

WAH!!!

Hot pan!!

This is where you use your leftover veggie stock if it's a little bit dry, just add some stock.

Great!

Then just put the lid on that and let it simmer for a bit.

Mmmmm!!

Let's open these taco shells.

Oh!

Ooh!

It's got a rip-off thing!

No it doesn't.

Yeah!

[Jenica singing to the tune of "Macho Man"] It's gonna be a taco time.

[laughing in fear] Oh no!!

What a waste of a good taco.

[Alexis] No, I'll use it.

[Jenica] I know.

[Alexis gasps] This is my taco Tuesday dress!

K, let's assemble our babies!

[Jenica] I want my "guacamole" on first.

[Alexis] Yeah?

Just stick your stump in there and just scrape it out.

[Jezebel snores loudly] [Jenica] Oh boy.

[Jezebel snores] [Alexis] I love you!

Fuck yes!

Just hold your taco.

Hnghhh.

[singing] Taco Tuesday, Taco Tuesday with your best friend!

Now you have to wait for your taco to cool down, but nobody wants to do that.

[Jenica] I'm goin' for it.

[Alexis] Me too.

Mmm.

Mmm.

Mmm.

[Jenica] Mm-hmm!

[Alexis] F#%k taco Tuesday is the best day of the world!

Mmm.

Oh.

Mm-hmm! [both laugh]

[Jenica] Not sorry about it.

[Alexis] Mm-mmm.

Unapologetically f#%kin' messy.

K, you have to make these at home.

Send me a picture of you eating them.

I want to see the beauty of this going into your body.

[Jenica] I recommend making them with your best friend.

[Alexis] Yeah!!

Thank you so much for being on Stump Kitchen.

[Jenica] Thanks for having me on Stump Kitchen.

[Alexis] Yeah, this was the f#%king best!

And thanks so much for watching!

[Jenica laughing] [Alexis] We're shoving tacos in our faces!

[Jenica] Mm-hmm!

[Alexis] I would love it if you would subscribe to my channel, give it a thumbs up, comment

below, share the taco Tuesday stump love!

This is the f#%kin' best.

So, we'll see you next time on Stump Kitchen!

#Day19of30 | Fear | Jason Roy - Duration: 4:59.

Day 19 of 30. Day 19 brings me back to

same thing I was talking about on day

one which is fear what controls you fear

what stops you from doing anything fear

what holds you back from everything fear

and the more people I talk to and the

more I look at it it's this fear is

quite quite substantial like a lot of

people can't can't commit or start

anything anything even if it's small

there's not the task that's the issue

it's the fear that it could go wrong or

the fear that you're not going to be

good at it or the fear that it's not

going to be successful or the fear

that somebody's gonna laugh at you or

the fear that you're just not going to

know how to do it and you're going to

have to admit defeat and I get it for

the big things I get how there's extra fear

it's probably a little bit harder but

a lot of people just can't

do anything can't commit to five minutes

of something can't commit to 10 minutes

something can't commit to one

conversation can't commit to doing one

task because it could go wrong

and I don't think it's that they feel or

think that that isn't going to work out

it's just this thing in here that

anything that's different anything

that's new we need to be afraid of and

we need to shy away from because we

might not be successful at it

I guess the point of this video is to

say this you need to step, you need to leap you need

to jump you take that step and then do

it without knowing what's on the other

the other side I don't know what's on the other

side of these videos I don't know what's

on the other side of these 30 days but I

started with video 1 and I just keep

pushing through and every

every day that I've posted a video every

day it's a day that I have to push pass

to step over that ledge step past the

boundary and push forward and press

upload doesn't get any easier yes over

time you start to know that the other

side isn't so bad but it's still

difficult still difficult to record this

video press upload and leave it open for

you to decide what you feel or think or

how you want a comment or judge or

whatever it is it doesn't really get any

easier but at the same time it gets

better because I feel better for doing

it whether anybody watches it or lots of

people watch it I still feel better for

doing it you feel better for stepping

over that ledge and pushing upload I feel

better for asking you to contact me if

you're interested in FBD so we can have

a conversation then I feel better when I

get to have the conversation with

somebody that I wouldn't have otherwise

had the opportunity had I not

pressed upload has I not stepped

past that so I'm asking you to find

something that you're fearful of and

take the first step you don't need to

know what's on the other side don't know

if it's going to work or not

we're leaving on Tuesday to go to Europe going to the UK

and go to Italy for six weeks. I don't have the

whole thing figured out I don't have the

whole trip figured out. I've got accommodations book and

that's about it and figure it out when we get there

I took the first step booked flights took the next step booked some accommodations

took the step after that is to get on the plane on

Tuesday step after that is to figure out

okay we're here how do we get to our

apartment that we rented ok now we're here

now what do we do where the grocery

store figure it all out will this figure

it out one step at a time. If I

was going to try plan this whole six

weeks out every day every step every

location I needed to be everything I needed

to visit every every place I could find

groceries or restaurants how the train

works whatever we would never do it there is

too much to do and the fear would just

hold back so instead of saying how you

need this whole thing planned out just

take step first step see how it goes

adjust take the next step see how it

goes adjust keep going keep moving

forward keep moving forward so do go do

be try something take that step if you need help

take that step need some guidance

message me let's talk about FBD and see where that can take you

I am going to go inside because it's

raining but I love to hear from you

thoughts comments messages and let's

let's chat tomorrow. Ciao.

Awesome.

She also gave us sea cucumber and sea squirt.

For free.

And she threw in this much lettuce.

Red pepper sauce with vinegar,

soy sauce,

chili and garlic,

and wasabi.

You can buy them in the market as well.

Then, these from convenience store.

What's in the last bag?

This.. for ice.

She put it to keep sashimi fresh.

Is this rockfish?

I don't know.

I don't know which one is which.

I like sashimi very much,

but I can't tell which one is which.

Let me try.

Very chewy, but not hard.

It's really nice.

Very nice huh?

Enough to put much more sashimi in lettuce.

Wait!

Is there a place to buy sashimi?

We bought it at Yonggung fish market.

[music]

There are days that I am blind to all significant things

happening around me...

I pray to God to give me

perceptiveness.

Perceptiveness makes it possible that

one tiny detail can be an inspiration

to see the actions of God.

We read in the Gospel today

about people noticing a simple fact

that Jesus did not have a second boat

to get to the other side of the lake. How did He do it?

And this prompted a thinking process.

Is there anything that you have recently noticed

which led you to see things imperceptible to others?

Maybe a gesture, an object, a detail,

which inspired you to think about God´s actions?

This kind of opennes, this kind of receptivity,

is an opportunity to hear

lots of various parables -

parables starting with a tiny detail.

Youtube daily report w May 1 2017

Hello, I'm Dalia and for the past couple of months

I've been fortunate enough to be part of a program where I've learned and grown so much. At each session,

I have been an alumni but

recently I've learned that being alumni isn't enough. All of these lessons learned from each session

I have been able to put into practice. As a student at the PERES leadership program

I have learned were to direct my vision and how to be able to see my own potential in what I can do

Although I may see a giant right in front of me, I know that I can run towards it with my vision and

go at it with my plan.

As Congressman [Brian] Mast said, "time is precious"

Why? Because, " it's the only thing none of us know how much we have of it". As a dance teacher at my church,

I work with a variety of ages ranging from 4 to 14 years old.

Tolerating multiple personalities, talents, abilities and

attention spans is something I have learned to work with. At our session on tolerance,

we learned about being "GREAT"

Having gratitude, reframing, energy, advancement, and working as a team. It has been a journey

Putting all these to practice and sharing them with my group has helped us move forward as a team

We all have learned to be grateful for each other

We have learned about our situations sometimes

We may not have all the things accessible to us at that time

but we know how to reframe and how to move forward. Our

energy is something we have to work on especially with four-Year-olds we get tired and 14 year olds have old energy in the world it's

A

process

We've advanced many different ways and increasing support amongst us as a team

has been wonderful :)

I'm so grateful for the lesson on tolerance. It's just been

amazing

At our latest session on judgment: It has taught me how to better understand and judge my peers

I know now that having a soldier mindset isn't always the best

And it's scary because it is, it does come to you naturally.

Having a soldier Mindset is just going through with your plan no matter what happens. Having a scout Mindset is when you

understand your surroundings and judge fairly. [It is] being able to assess a situation better and

Understanding others helps empower a leader; it helps it leader become transformational. It helps a leader consider others better.

Coming from a Mexican-American background,

It helps me individually consider others and their differences, their cultural differences, their different walks of life.

and it helps me become a transformational leader

Transformational leaders are

necessary in this world because they understand, they, I believe, they have that "scout mindset" that we are all looking for.

A leader is someone who accepts change, who accepts people for their

Cultural differences ,who accepts people for just them being themselves.

But most importantly a leader looks,

listens, and loves.

I believe that these are the key components in a leader and being a great

transformational

exceptional

tolerating leader and

Finally I would like to thank everyone involved in this program for helping me grow personally

And emotionally and as a leader

I would like to thank the Palm Beach Synagogue, Sarah, Sally for being the most amazing mentor

And Jay for helping organize [and host] this [program] and everyone else on the board of committee, and I'd like to thank

All you guys who participated thank you for allowing me to be part of such an amazing, wonderful,

transformative program.

Meet Emanuel Smedbøl: Outdoor and adventure photographer - Duration: 2:56.

I'm Emanuel and I'm an outdoor adventure photographer.

I first got started in photography when I just

picked up my dad's old film camera and

I fell in love with it pretty quickly.

It took like two weeks get your film back

but as always the anticipation was very exciting.

Megan I work as a team.

Often, I'll think of a photo that she won't

think of or she'll think the photo that

I wouldn't have thought of so we get a

pretty good well-rounded visualization

of a trip that we share. Also it's really

good to have someone in your photos so

just give some scale, a sense of place.

Last summer we went on a three-month road trip.

The car served as our mobile studio,

a refuge from the rain.

Just little home away from home.

The Subaru was our first car we've ever owned.

It's a 2011 Forester.

Buying a first car was a pretty big decision so we had

to do a lot of research but it helped

that a lot of our friends had Subarus.

And some of the first trailheads

I hiked up to we got to in my

friend's parents' Subaru.

For me some more about the outdoors,

it's about getting outside,

it's seeing new places.

One of the main things of inspiration for me

is just looking at maps.

There's so many places we haven't seen,

so many place's names that are unfamiliar.

So many trails we haven't yet hiked.

Photography is a good reason to get outside.

You always want to see something new.

It pushes you to see new places and explore new trails

and being able to share with people it's a really big bonus.

We've always wanted to come to Olympic Peninsula

It's so close and it

has beaches, forests, beautiful mountains

and it gets a lot of bad weather.

Like I wouldn't want to camp if it's raining

or if there's thunder

but with photography it looks better

when it's bad weather so

in that way it's a lot of fun.

For sure, it has a lot of space.

A lot of times we'd have to edit photos

on the fly while around the road it's

and it's really nice to make a warm beverage,

pop open the trunk and review the images of the day.

If nothing else has helped my photography

it's probably the connection to the outside world

to the fragile places that need out protection.

What I've learned from PERES Leadership Program 2017- Dalia Roman - Duration: 3:38.

Leo DiCaprio Caught 'Red handed' After Saying 'Trump's A Threat To Planet' - Duration: 5:24.

Leo DiCaprio Caught 'Red-handed' After Saying 'Trump's A Threat To Planet'

Leonardo DiCaprio is the arrogant Hollywood actor who lectures the public on so-called

climate change issues.

Conservatives are sick and tired of the Hollywood elite taking on a cause and blaming President

Donald Trump for every crime under the sun.

Now, patriots are laughing hard after Leo DiCaprio got caught red-handed in a compromising

situation after saying Trump is a threat to the planet.

You'll love this.

Liberal idiots gathered across the country to march, hoping to bring attention to climate

change, an issue which conservative Americans see as a non-issue.

As usual, the leftists tie any perceived problem to Donald Trump, using anything they can as

just another excuse to criticize our president.

"At the marquee event, the Peoples Climate March in Washington, D.C., approximately 150,000

to 200,000 people made their way down Pennsylvania Avenue on their way to encircle the White

House," reports Fox News.

One loudmouth at the forefront of the left's ridiculous attack is Leo DiCaprio, who made

crazy claims and tweeted it out to the millions who follow him.

DiCaprio was slated to join the Washington, D.C. march held on April 29th.

Tomorrow, I march for climate justice and to protect our right to a healthy future.

Join us.

#ClimateMarch https://t.co/KpdTUB0oYZ

— Leonardo DiCaprio (@LeoDiCaprio) April 28, 2017 Many Americans see DiCaprio as a

Trump-hater, championing Al Gore's bogus global warming nonsense, and they noticed

one thing that caused DiCaprio a bit of embarrassment.

DiCaprio urged people to know about their "greenhouse gas emissions," but the funny

thing is, DiCaprio was caught flying in private jets all over the world and even took one

to the climate change event itself.

He also was caught on a huge superyacht for a two-week cruise with a supermodel and no

one else.

That's not what global warming nuts should be doing.

So it's no surprise that all of those activities got DiCaprio scathing remarks by Americans

who are telling him to go to hell because he's the biggest global warming hypocrite

with a monstrous carbon footprint.

So, patriots told him to stop lecturing us about his bullcrap cause that his actions

prove he really cares little about.

"There's DiCaprio, in Cannes, France, on David Geffen's mega yacht, alone.

And there he is on a different yacht in St. Tropez with his blonde of the month.

There he is getting off a private plane in the celebrity uniform of sunglasses and hoodie.

And there he is getting on one again.

It might be funny if it weren't so galling," reported New York Post.

Leo DiCaprio was caught "red-handed" on this yacht with a supermodel.

No one else was on board as they took it out for a two-week cruise.

This proves his carbon footprint can only be described as "bigly."

Indeed, DiCaprio backs liberal causes just to back them, not because he understands them,

and he sure as hell doesn't believe in them.

He's a Trump-hater for one reason — because that's what is expected of him.

Like the other Hollywood elitists, he cares about nothing except himself.

"Polls have long shown that Americans either don't believe in global climate change or

don't consider it a serious issue.

A Pew poll last November found that the United States was behind only China in its 'concern'

about climate change," reports New York Post.

Who can forget Al Gore predicting the North Pole would be ice-free by 2014 and starring

in the environmental catastrophe film called "An Inconvenient Truth," all while racking

up an electric bill 20 times the national average for his 20-room house and pool house?

Americans with half a brain know global warming is not a "proven science," and that climate

fluctuations are normal.

Nothing in Gore's movie was true, and that has been proven.

It's a money making scheme to tax first world countries called "carbon taxing."

But, don't tell Leo DiCaprio or the other nutjobs who believe the world will end over

humans exhaling too much CO2; that might cause them to have another nervous breakdown, and

after President Donald Trump's huge upset over Hillary Clinton, I don't think they

can take much more.

I threw up in my pants.

Everquest Mysteries: Miragul's Highway - Duration: 9:26.

The mysteries of norrath whispered to me,

called my name, even screamed at me, like the death squelch of a bixie lord!

I knew there was only one thing left to do: Talk about more of them! There are so many mysteries

in Everquest that they couldn't possibly be contained in one video so I've made another.

And once again these are my own personal mysteries, they may be common knowledge to some or maybe

you've never even heard of this stuff?! I don't know! But in my most recent search for

knowledge I heard rumor of a man, a myth, a legend: Miragul and his magic highway!

That means I'm gonna talk about lore! Miragul was a man who lived thousands of years ago and

he was once one of the Erudites who founded Erudin with Erud. Air - rude? I dunno how

to say it. The Erudites were a small group of humans who were tired of their race's bickerings

and wars and sought out the Island of Odus as their new home. They were the intellectual

type and would usually study one of the three schools of magic; but Miragul was different,

he was power hungry, he wanted allllll the magic! And when he discovered a new school

out of Neriak, Necromancy, well, forget about it, he went nuts! In time he found others

who were interested in this forbidden art and formed the group known as The Heretics

and it wasn't long before the other Erudites discovered what they were up to and civil

war broke out on Odus, because trying to raise the dead is bad! So Miragul did the only thing that

anyone would do in that situation - he ran away. Miragul spent centuries roaming the

lands of antonica accumulating as many spells and magical treasures as he could and storing

them in his creepy ice tunnels in the north. He even discovered the use of portals, which

he created all around norrath to help speed up his search for knowledge and power. By the way, that's

what Miragul's highway is, but I really wanna finish the story. Meanwhile Odus was

ravaged by war! The Hole was created by the Erudites magical firepower and afterwards

the Hereitcs founded their city of Paineel there. And though after all this time Miragul

had prolonged his life to a great extent, he was finally dieing. He went back to the

Heretics hoping that they had discovered some crazy awesome way to cheat deat, and since

no one really knew who Miragul was after all that time they welcomed him and traded knowledge

for knowledge. And with his last remaining lifeforce he teleported back to his creepy

caves and prepared his final spell.

"The enchantment laced with necromancer was finally made, and

Miragul hid his remaining and fragile life within the phylactery, a small device he had

pilfered from the other necromancers. Clouds of mystical energy gathered and then dispersed,

revealing a shell of the man Miragul once was, an undead mage, what ancient scripts

and legends called a lich. In his haste however Miragul had made a miscalculation. The lich,

while retaining all the mystical power of his formal self, lacked a spirit. Only the

mage's soul, now locked within the phylactery hidden deep in the cache, retained

the ambition and desire to amass knowledge and power. The spiritless lich possessed none

of these human traits, and Miragul's soul screamed in silence as the undead creature

began to aimlessly wander his menagerie of wisdom and enlightenment, his rooms filled

with artifacts of power."

OH M YGOD! My f**king voice!

So what does this have to do with anything? Miragul's Highway!

Remember when I said that? For a long time I thought this was just a theory but I guess

it actually existed in the game for a brief time. The idea was that the more evil alligned

races would have a hard time traveling around norrath, you know, because the boats are in

good cities, and there's like, druid npc's at the druid rings and such, so these magical teleportation

firepots were added to the game so they could get around easier. And although they were

quickly removed they do seem to line up with Miragul's crazy hijynx. There's one in the

Qeynos Catacombs that takes you to this hut in Toxxulia Forest, complete with abandoned

heretic pets all around it. I rest my case. You can't interact with these 2 at all on

Project 1999 but you still can on the EZ server.

There's another fireport in Neriak, a place

that we know Miragul went to, and it takes you to the dark elf camp in Lesser Faydark.

Makes sense. There's also a super secret hidden zone entrance next to it. Where does it go?!

You can actually click on this one but it says that its locked! There isn't a key for

it, as far as I know, but I figure a rogue might be able to pick the lock and open Miragul's

highway one last time. So I went searching through all the slums, taverns, and back alleys

of Norrath until I found the most dasterdly, under handed, devious rogue in the history

of Norrath! it's Mashiara!

And thus we entered the city of evil and passed through

The Foreign Quarter un-marked. Traversing the narrow streets of The Commons we made

our way to the innermost gate, and crossing the mark of doom we found the archway to no

where, and there it was! The object of our desire: The last artifact of the legendary

necromancer! And Mashiara stepped forward, abandoning all sanity, logic, and fear. She

summoned all of her lore, and skill, and placed her hands on the ancient device... and then...

It doesnt work!

It's also super interesting to note that this fireport was mentioned much

later in EQ's timeline. There's a dark elf in the zone Sunrise Hills, whatever that is,

and he mentions the portal in passing, he probably sounds something like this, "Most

fools pass by that spot blissfully unaware of the great secrets hidden behind it. Have

you ever stopped to wonder why there is such a beautiful archway leading to nothing? Hmm?...'"

I like this game! Miragul's highway also gives some meaning to the secret portal room found in

The Hole. I actually wrote a guide on how to get there cause it's, you know, it's kinda

confusing, here it is : JUMP IN! Somewhere in this mess of a zone there's a false wall

and beyond it is a room with three portals; One takes you to Erudin, one takes you to

Paineel, and the other takes you to Neriak. One of em may as well take you to straight

to Miragul's frozen corpse strewn hell tunnels, I rest my case yet again! And if you go to Miragul's

cave in Evefrost you can actually find one of these erudite style huts; it's really small

and has no roof; it looks suspiciously like a teleportation pad surrounded by the results

of crazy Miragul necromancy. I rest my case, again. Aslo who is this wizard man?! There's

a wizard guildmaster in Miragul's cave that seems to be KoS to just about everyone. The

internet says he's on naggy / vox faction. That's wierd! Miragul was said to have four

different forms that he would take to study the different schools of magic without being

known. Could this be one of those forms? What's up with all the strange wizard guildmaster's

in this game? You know I never really understood wizards to begin with, I mean be a mage, or

a druid, or be nothing, ya know? what I'm saying? Get with it wizards.

I said THATS ENOUGH!! I'm putting a stop to this! That's Miragul's Highway, hopefully

you learned a thing or two! But this is just part one of a seven part Mysteries series

and next time I'm gonna be investigating one of the more lesser frequented yet super fascinating

zones in all of Everquest!!

Stupid fucking Jian Yang and his shitty app.

I don't even know if it is shitty.

Hey, you know, I could probably find out about Jian Yang's app.

He asked if he could practice pitch it to me.

-Do you have any nines? -Go fish.

Wait, this could be great.

What time are you guys doing that? I could listen in.

I don't know. He asked if he could pitch me,

and I said "sure,"

and then he kind of just like kept talking for awhile.

Oh.

You don't think that could have been the pitch, do you?

Goddammit, what did he say?

Jeez, I kind of zoned out.

Shit. Fives?

Uh, go fish.

Wait... I don't know if this would be relevant,

but he did say the word "oculus" a whole bunch.

-Wait, oculus? -Mm-hmm.

Oh, my God. It's a VR play.

That's the frothiest space in the valley right now.

Nobody understands it, but everybody wants in.

Any idiot could walk into a fucking room

utter the letters "V" and "R"

and VCs will hurl bricks of cash at them.

Then by the time they find out that it's vaporware,

it's too late.

I have got... to get in on this.

5 Unsolved Mysteries of Space that will Blow Your Mind - Duration: 11:37.

5 Space Mysteries That Are Still Unsolved

It is no secret that space is full of mysteries.

Our civilization has barely gone past our own planet's moon, and only one of our probes

has ever left the solar system.

Almost everything we know about deep space has been pieced together from falling objects

and views from telescopes.

Hi.

I am Mister Mysterious and today I'll be your guide through some of the most interesting

mysteries of the universe.

We will take a look at five of the most intriguing unexplained phenomena.

FIVE: Jupiter's Great Red Spot

The most powerful hurricanes ever recorded in our planet's history spanned over 1,000

miles with winds gusting up to 200 miles per hour.

That is wide enough to stretch across nearly all U.S. states east of Texas.

However, even that kind of storm is dwarfed by the Great Red Spot, a gigantic storm on

Jupiter's surface.

With winds peaking at about 400 miles per hour, the Great Red Spot has been swirling

wildly over Jupiter's skies for several centuries.

The earliest record of this phenomenon dates back to the 1600s, but it is still unclear

what's behind the Great Red Spot.

However, there is a reason for this.

Jupiter is a thousand times as big as Earth and it consists mostly of gas.

A liquid ocean of hydrogen surrounds its core, and the atmosphere consists of hydrogen and

helium.

That translates into no solid ground like we have on our planet.

On top of that, Jupiter's clouds obstruct clear observations of its lower atmosphere.

Thanks to orbiting probes and telescopes studying this massive planet, we know plenty about

Jupiter's upper atmosphere and its chemical elements.

However, scientists don't know exactly how or even whether these chemicals react to give

colors like those in the Great Red Spot.

After all, this planet is very different from ours and it would be interesting to know the

reason why and how this big red storm manages to exist for over 400 years now.

FOUR: Dark Energy

A mysterious quantity known as dark energy makes up nearly three-fourths of the universe,

yet scientists are unsure not only what it is but how it operates.

The only thing we today know is that dark energy exists.

In 1929, American astronomer Edwin Hubble studied exploding stars known as supernovae

to determine that the universe is expanding.

Since then, scientists and astronomers have sought to determine just how fast.

In the 1990s, two independent teams of astrophysicists discovered that the expansion of the universe

isn't slowing down.

Instead, it is speeding up.

This means that something must be counteracting gravity and that something is called "dark

energy".

Knowing how dark energy affects the spreading universe only tells scientists so much.

The properties of the unknown quantity are still a mystery.

The leading theory, however, considers dark energy a property of space.

Albert Einstein was the first to understand that space was not simply empty.

However, even this great scientist admitted that it'll take some time until we develop

technologies that will unlock this mystery.

In addition, dark energy shouldn't be confused with dark matter.

Like dark energy, dark matter continues to confound scientists.

While dark energy is a force that accounts for the expanding universe, dark matter explains

how groups of objects function together.

THREE: The Great Attractor

There is an incredibly strange place in the universe that seems to attract planets and

objects.

Unfortunately, it's on the other side of the Milky Way and we can't see it.

This is why scientists are trying to uncover what could be doing all this attracting.

Our galaxy and other nearby galaxies are being pulled toward a specific region of space.

It's about 150 million light years away and we are calling it the Great Attractor.

It lies in a direction of the sky known as the "Zone of Avoidance".

It is in the general direction of the center of our galaxy, where there's so much gas

and dust that we can't see it clearly.

What we know is that our galaxy and other nearby galaxies are moving toward the Great

Attractor, which means that something is causing this reaction.

That means either there must be something massive out there, or it's due to something

even more strange and mysterious.

Even though we predict that something massive is pulling our galaxy, it seems like there

is something even bigger out there since even the Great Attractor is being attracted by

something called the Shapley Supercluster.

All we know today is that the Great Attractor is not really a thing, but a place: the focal

point of our patch of the universe.

Naturally, some of you might conclude that our planet will be destroyed by the Great

Attractor at some point.

However, this won't happen and that is because of dark energy and its unknown influence that

prevents our galaxy from being destroyed.

So, despite its ominous name, dark matter is not that dangerous after all.

TWO: Black Holes

A black hole in space is what forms when a star of massive size collapses.

One of the main characteristics of a black hole is the tremendous power of its gravitational

pull.

The pull is so strong that nothing can escape it, not even light.

If a star moves close to a black hole, it will be absorbed and will not reemerge.

The existence of black holes was first suggested in the late eighteenth century.

However, it wasn't until 1967 that American physicist John Wheeler referred to this collapse

mass as a black hole.

Interestingly enough, we cannot see a black hole since it's invisible.

The presence of a black hole may only be detected by the influence it has on the objects around

it since it attracts them.

Needless to say, we don't know what happens when a black hole absorbs a star.

We are not sure if that star reappears somewhere else in the universe, or if it gets destroyed.

What we know is that black holes can become very big in time after absorbing a number

of objects.

In fact, the supermassive black hole is located in the center of our galaxy.

One thing is sure.

Black holes are incredibly hard to find and study.

For example, the Cygnus X-1 is a body in space that has been studied since the early 1960s.

Even after 50 years, we believe that we have found a black hole, but we are not 100 percent

sure.

As said before, this is not an object that can be observed in the same way a star or

a planet can be.

ONE: The Mysterious Pyramid on Ceres

In 2015, we received new images from a mysterious dwarf planet called . The stunning images

were taken by the Dawn Spacecraft which was sent to the asteroid belt between Mars and

Jupiter.

This historical achievement resulted in landing the spacecraft on Ceres.

This is how we learned about two of the most enigmatic features found on this planet.

Those are its mysterious bright spots and a pyramidal-shaped structure.

The "Alien Pyramid", as it has been dubbed by some, is in fact called Ahuna Mons.

From Earth, this structure looked like a pyramid on the surface of the dwarf planet.

As the Dawn Spacecraft circled Ceres at much lower altitudes, the exact shape of this pyramid

came into focus.

Today, we know that Ahuna Mons looks like a dome with smooth, steep walls.

Scientists say that on its steepest side, Ahuna Mons rises 4 miles in height.

However, this structure is still a great mystery.

Around 400 miles northwest of Ahuna Mons lies the now-famous Occator Crater with its enigmatic

and mysterious bright lights.

Scientists are currently claiming that the mysterious bright lights are caused by a type

of magnesium sulfate.

A different type of magnesium sulfate can be found on Earth, and it's called Epsom

salt.

UFO-logists have a very different opinion.

They claim that the Occator Crater is filled with anomalous structures that are anything

but natural formations.

Several UFO-logists are saying that several buildings can be seen next to the bright and

sparkly spots.

Regardless of what the truth is, researchers have not been able to explain the mysterious

shapes and bright spots.

What do you think about these mysteries?

Top Democrat ARRESTED – Facing LIFE In Prison - Duration: 2:24.

Top Democrat ARRESTED – Facing LIFE In Prison

Democrats were rocked by yet another arrest this week when Dr. Salomon Melgen, a top donor

to the party, was convicted of 67 counts of Medicare fraud stemming from a 2015 incitement.

It was during that time that Melgen was also indicted for bribing Senator Robert Menendez

(D-New Jersey), who is facing corruption charges.

Melgen's conviction will also likely result in Menendez being convicted for bribery.

Time reported that prosecutors argued that Melgen stole up to $105 million from the federal

insurance program between 2008 and 2013, by giving patients treatments and tests that

couldn't help them.

His defense lawyers argued that any billing issues were simply mistakes, but the jury

was not buying it.

If he does not strike a deal, Melgen is facing spending the rest of his life in prison.

His sentencing will take place on July 14.

Melgen and Menendez will go on trial September 6 in New Jersey on charges the doctor bribed

the senator for favors, including intervention in the fraud probe.

"I have spoken to Senator Menendez and he is saddened for his long-time friend and is

thinking of his family on this difficult day," Menendez's attorney, Abbe David Lowell,

said in a statement.

"As we have known for the past two years, the issues involved in Dr. Melgen's case

in South Florida had no bearing on the allegations made against the Senator, and this verdict

will have no impact on him."

Trump keeps options open against North Korea - Duration: 1:41.

In an interview that aired over the weekend, President Trump once again expressed his concerns

over North Korea's recent provocations.

While offering some grudging praise to the country's leader Kim Jong-un, he remained

steadfast in his policy against the regime's growing nuclear and missile threats.

Yu Joonhee reports.

Over the weekend,...

President Trump sat down for an exclusive interview with CBS' "Face the Nation" to mark

his 100th day in office.

When discussing North Korea, Trump said Pyongyang can't be allowed to possess more capable ballistic

missiles, with the regime continuing its push to acquire a nuclear-tipped ICBM that can

hit the U.S. mainland.

His comments were in response to North Korea's test launch of another ballistic missile on

Saturday, in the regime's latest show of defiance against international pressure.

The missile test was a failure according U.S. and South Korean officials, reportedly disintegrating

over North Korean airspace just minutes after launch.

President Trump also remained firm on his stance regarding the possibility of Pyongyang

conducting its sixth nuclear test.

Reuters ID: 7106 - 00:33~00:45 "I would not be happy.

If he does a nuclear test, I will not be happy.

And I can tell you also, I don't believe that the president of China, who is a very respected

man, will be happy either."

However, Trump did not elaborate when asked if he would respond to a North Korean nuclear

test with the use of military force.

He stressed he would not broadcast military action in order to preserve the element of

surprise.

Tensions remain high on the Korean peninsula following North Korea's latest missile test.

In recent weeks, the U.S. has strengthened its defense posture in the region by sending

warships and starting an early deployment of the THAAD missile defense system in South

Korea.

One day we'll prevent heart attacks - Duration: 2:43.

One day I went out on a simple family outing to go shopping

and I came back without a father.

My dad came home from work and said it's late night shopping, let's go check it out.

We got in the car and I don't know what caused it but we had some sort of argument, he had

some sort of disagreement with my brother and I, so he drove past the deli and he

stopped and he went out got us an icecream each and said I'm sorry.

We walked down the entrance part of the Kmart and then literally I just remember me walking

that way and then people walking the other way and then starting to run

So I followed and it turned out my father was in the middle of this group, just lying

there and there was somebody trying to help him him

but he was gone and we knew it just then and there.

Without any warning, without any inkling my father dropped dead.

Yeah, he just dropped dead.

As you can see it affects me to this day.

One day we'll have some answer to why even people who are following the best diets and

the best care can still have a sudden onset heart attack without any warning.

Even though we've understood this unstable plaque for thirty or forty years, nobody has

yet arrived at a solution to the problem.

One of the areas we're working on at the moment is to find out what makes that plaque become

unstable and administer a drug that can prevent that from happening.

My dad was 48, so incredibly young.

I'm just passed 48 and you're in the prime of your life

and it's not just the life, it's everyone elses life around them.

I very passionately believe that one day and it won't be too much longer, we'll be seeing

prevention of heart attacks and prevention of stroke.

We haven't got there yet, we need a lot more research but

one day we'll get there.

Turkmenistan celebrates "The Day of the Horse" - Duration: 2:39.

Turkmenistan, a Central Asian country famous for its rich natural resources,... is also

well known for its beautiful horses.

Our Kim Hyesung, who is in Turkmenistan for us,... reports on its national holiday, the

Turkmen Horse Day.

A National emblem, treasure and heritage.

Turkmenistan's national breed of horses, the Akhalteke, are famous for their endurance

and beauty.

"Every year on the last sunday of April, the once nomadic country celebrates the "Turkmen

Horse Day," or "the Day of the Horse," a chance to see the true speed of these powerful animals."

Also nicknamed "heavenly horses," in their coats of black, brown, and gold... the Akhalteke

show off their grace and agility.

"Horses are not horses, this is one of...our part of the family.

In the family, everybody celebrates this birthday or something special day and we care about

horses and we decided before to create the day devoted for the Akhalteke horses."

Akhalteke is not only a family member but also the symbol of the Asian indoor and martial

arts games to be held in Ashgabat this September.

Part of the weekend celebration was an equestrian beauty contest, providing a rare opportunity

for horse lovers around the world to see the Akhalteke up close -- visitors like Hong Ji-jun,

who breeds more than 100 horses in Korea.

"I think to make a new breed or revival of Korean horses take more than a hundred years,

but I start from Jeju horses because this one should have history and culture of Korea

otherwise it doesn't mean anything, so based on Jeju horses, I crossbreed with Lusitnao

from Portuguese, also Akhalteke from Turkmenistan, and also the Warmblut from Germany."

Turkmenistan's love for its native horses has led the state to invest hundreds of millions

of U.S. dollars into creating breeding centers, promoting equestrian sports... and helping

to increase the number of Akhalteke purebreds to over 400.

Their numbers had been devastated in the 1940s by war.

On a beautiful Sunday, the country's unique and rather endearing obsession with horses

is not just for the locals but also a chance for people from around the world to appreciate

the beauty of the Akhalteke.

[2017 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION] Meet the Candidate #4 Yoo Seong-min - Duration: 10:24.

Yoo Seong-min, presidential nominee for Bareun Party running in South Korea's 2017 presidential

election, thank you for squeezing time out of your absolutely hectic campaigning schedule.

I'm going to be very direct with you.

From an objective point of you, you're not running a very easy race here.

For a whole host of reasons in this country at the moment, it is not an easy time to be

a conservative running in the presidential election.

Why are you running for President of the Republic of Korea?

It is true that conservative politicians in Korea are going through a rough time because

of the recent presidential impeachment.

But, it's also very important that we give hope to the Korean people by showing them

a new way of being conservative.

As the presidential nominee of Bareun Party, I would like to show the Korean people that

there is new hope for the conservatives.

That is why I am running for President this time.

It has long been proven that Korea's progressive politicians cannot build a strong, stable

national security; lack competence in running the economy.

That goes for the candidates running in this year's election as well.

I believe that my policy strategy of being strong on national security and reform-minded

on economic issues is the path conservatives should take in the long term and my run for

the presidential office is the first step toward that direction.

I think I have a winning chance if the majority of the people agree with the new values I've

proposed.

The Korean peninsula at the moment is in the global spotlight.

There's been a rapid escalation of tension in this part of the world.

Continuous provocations by the North Korean regime.

What is your policy pledge vis-a-vis Pyongyang?

And more broadly your foreign or diplomatic policy plan?

The biggest problem when it comes to North Korea is its nuclear and missile program.

If it weren't for the North's nuclear weapons and missiles, the South Korean military could

easily win dominance using conventional weapons.

The grave threat from North Korea stems from the asymmetric threat of nuclear weapons and

missiles.

Therefore, should I become president of this nation, the main focus of my foreign and security

policy will be on the elimination of nuclear weapons.

It's pressure and sanctions rather than dialogue that we need to deal with the North Korean

problem today.

It's not enough for South Korea to act independently in pressuring and sanctioning North Korea.

We must work with the U.S. based on our ironclad alliance and negotiate on common strategies

in dealing with North Korea's nuclear and missile programs.

Another very important country is China.

China had been uncooperative and rather lenient in carrying out UN Security Council sanctions

on North Korea until quite recently.

Fortunately, the Trump administration has placed utmost priority on resolving North

Korea's nuclear and missile programs and I believe if the U.S. and South Korea could

together persuade China to join in on pressuring and sanctioning North Korea, it could lead

to resolving the regime's nuclear issue.

We could then corner the North's Kim Jong-un to make the choice of holding on to its nuclear

weapons or face a regime collapse.

When North Korea begins the abandoning process of its nuclear weapons and missiles is when

I'd be willing to start a dialogue or consider economic cooperation with Pyongyang.

What is the first thing you will do as president?

First and foremost, national security.

A crack in national security means life or death.

The nation's economy is on edge as well.

There have rarely been times where we've had crises on both fronts.

Should I become president, I will immediately review and establish the South Korean government's

stance on dealing with North Korea's nuclear and missile programs, its provocations and

meet with U.S. President Donald Trump and reach an agreement on that front.

Then, I will convince the nations surrounding the Korean peninsula including China, Japan,

and Russia to join in on our efforts and focus on getting as many countries on board as possible.

Next is the economy.

The last time we saw an economic crisis of this size was during the 1997 financial crisis.

Therefore, I will concentrate on overcoming the economic crisis.

I will spend the first year to year and a half of my term solving these two problems.

As soon as there is some stability on those fronts, I will carry out fundamental reforms

on long overdue issues such as low growth, low birthrate, and economic polarization.

This is my blueprint.

The Korean economy is at a point where we need to be concerned about both growth and

welfare.

But, of the major presidential candidates, I'm the only one with a balanced concern for

both growth and welfare.

Liberty Korea Party's candidate's pledge is an outdated policy centered on conglomerates;

candidates from the Democratic Party and People's Party only highlight welfare and distribution.

What the Korean economy needs at this point is a recovery momentum for growth.

That momentum will come from entrepreneurial thinking and innovation at SMEs, startups,

and venture firms.

It's what I call innovative growth and it has everything to do with startups, entrepreneurship,

cutting red tape, small and mid-sized enterprises, and science and technology.

The success will depend on how consistent and persistent the president pushes forward

with the plan.

On the other hand, I always emphasize growth while sharing.

Polarization, inequality, unfair practice are serious problems not only to the Korean

society but to the economy as well.

We've gotten to the point where we are concerned whether this country as a nation can even

create a single community.

In order to solve these issues, we must break free of this conglomerates-centered economic

system and help SMEs and startups prosper.

Another big concern in Korea today are temporary jobs in the labor market; disparity and disproportionality

in education and child welfare based on income; and social welfare.

The key to my idea of new conservative politics lies on how much the new government can make

and push forward with policies that address these problems; policies for the average,

ordinary people struggling everyday to make their ends meet.

So, should I become President, I plan to implement balanced policies promoting both growth as

well as welfare.

Why does the Republic of Korea need Yoo Seong-min as president in 2017?

This is a new era for the Republic of Korea.

The core value of this new era is stated in Article 1 of the Constitution: The Republic

of Korea shall be a democratic republic.

I envisage a just society and a warm community.

The reason I've been in politics is because I believe in creating a community where there

is no disparity, no prejudice between the have's and have-not's.

I believe in reviving our economy, picking up our recovery momentum, resolving the low

birthrate, creating a just and fair society where there is no more beneficiaries of corruption

like ex-President Park's longtime friend, Choi Soon-sil.

Achieving a fair, just and equal society, finding the most important value there; creating

a warm community and above all, fostering leaders that uphold the Constitution and abide

by the laws and overcoming the economic and security crises.

These are things that I am confident I can do better than any other running in this election.

Charting new path, new hope not only for the conservatives, but for all of the Korean people.

Absolutely.

That is my conviction.

I strongly believe in new hope for the conservatives and when conservatives change, the entire

nation can change.

Therefore, if I could become new hope for the healthy conservative, I can become new

hope for the Republic of Korea.

Julie Sondra on Chasing a Dream - Duration: 9:19.

Hello folks, it's Julie.

Uh, I'm gonna give you some real talk here, um, just an informal ramble based on a conversation

that I had with someone recently.

A young person was talking to me about, um, when you give up on a dream.

Uh, and they seemed really convinced that if they didn't "make it" by a certain point

in their life that that was when they had to just decide it was never gonna happen for

them, and that they should just go get a more lucrative but less fun job, uh, and I guess

this is actually a pretty common misconception about artistic careers, you know, that you

have to go compete for a limited number of slots, you have to try really hard to get

in and there's a time limit on it or something that, uh, you just have to keep trying to

get some kind of whatever you think success is, and if you don't by a certain time you

just have to give up.

Um, that's completely untrue, at least with writing.

Um, I can understand why some people feel like there's more of a time limit on it if

their profession is physical and they're required to be um, in a certain standard of physical

health, uh, which is only possible for you know, maybe the first half of their life.

Uh, but for something like writing, and uh, many other kinds of art, it's not accurate

to say at all that there's a time limit on it, and um, I've said in another video that

we have this kind of fixation on the idea that we have to make our living, make our

money, make most of our money doing the art that we love, or else we've s--we've sold

out or we're uh, we're not, uh, actually being artists or something, and it seems like a

lot of people just for the chance to work in writing and say that you're a professional

writer, they'll take writing jobs that aren't what they wanna write, like they'll go into

journalism or they'll write advertisements or something like that, which is fine if you're

good at that, like doing that, feel that it's helping you flex your muscles and learn how

to use it a professional context, um, but, some people are doing that and they hate it,

and they just wanna be able to say that they're doing writing professionally, and somehow

think that that's gonna be a path to the kind of writing that they want to do, writing their

own material that's, you know, not controlled by somebody else.

And um, so I just wanna say you don't have to put a time limit on it.

You don't have to say "If I don't get signed to a literary agent or I don't get a book

deal by this age, or after this many months or years of trying, then I give up."

This is a lifelong thing you'll be doing even if you do succeed.

You'll be constantly trying to do better than your last book.

You'll be trying to maybe make better sales, you'll be trying to learn new skills, you'll

be trying different genres, maybe.

Everything is going to be a journey whether you have to spend longer trying to "get in"

or not.

And uh, you know, I'm not saying this from the top of any heap or anything.

I know that I'm not some kind of uh, guru or anything.

I'm one author who has had some luck and some successes.

Uh, none of my successes have been massive or anything to you know, get super excited,

New York Times Bestseller-wise, but you know, it's like, I have had a day job throughout

all of my writing career.

I've found ways to make it work.

You don't have to starve or torture yourself while you're trying to make it.

You can make it slowly.

You can make it with lots of help.

You can make it on your own schedule.

Um, and there's not any kind of rule that says, you know, in order to make it as a real

artist, that you have to devote yourself entirely to that until you make it or until you quit.

That's just not how it works.

So, if you have this dream, you've gotta understand that you can be chasing it for a very long

time, and that's okay.

Uh, and there's not any point where you have to just say, "Okay, I didn't make it, and

it's time to give up or grow up," or something.

And this is the thing that I wanna come back to, the conversation I had with this young

person: Um, they had pressure in their life from older people who thought a writing career

was impractical.

I mean, sometimes it is, if you think you're gonna make your whole living from that.

A very few writers get to make their living entirely from their writing.

And many of the people who do, uh, are in a household that has more than one income

anyway, uhm, so, it's--it, it's a struggle to figure out, you know, what do you say to

somebody who's being discouraged by people who are saying what they're saying out of

love.

They're trying to get people to understand that the chances are low and that it's not

likely to be something that will put food on their table and keep a roof over their

head.

Uh, those are true things, but they're being very irresponsible by suggesting to these

young people that, you know, they--in order to dream about succeeding in this field, uh,

they have to be either extremely lucky or, uh, extremely foolhardy, or both.

Um, it's--it's just not true.

You can have a career that puts food on your table that doesn't have anything to do with

writing, or maybe it just has a little bit to do with writing, in a field than you wanna

be in.

And you're doing these things because you do have to eat.

You do have to pay your bills, and there's nothing sell-out about that.

And it's also not going to destroy your career or take away all of your time, because if

you were able to be in a situation where you could focus all of your time and energy on

writing, you know, there's a good chance that that would benefit you, but there's also a

good chance you would burn out, because there would be so much pressure.

There would be, you know, 24/7 you're thinking about the same thing, and also there's the

fact that if you put pressure on yourself that "Oh, I'm gonna, I'm gonna take a year

off school and I'm gonna write this book, and if I don't succeed I guess I'm just gonna

have to get a corporate job that I hate."

Um, you--you will put so much pressure on yourself that it'll be very difficult to,

uh, get in touch with the part of you that does this for fun.

And so, you can find a place in your life for your art that doesn't require you to starve

and doesn't require you to sacrifice everything else for this goal.

You can continue to have this goal, chase this goal, while you make practical choices.

There's never a time in your life where you have to just say "I tried, and I didn't succeed,

so now I've gotta give up, because it'll be better for my future."

You should only, you know, give up if there's some reason that you feel like you don't want

to do it anymore, not because you're feeling pressured not to do it anymore by external

factors.

Chances are, if you were ever called to writing in the first place, and you try to quit?

It won't let you.

So you might as well resign yourself to doing writing in your spare time anytime you have

it and maybe sometime that you don't.

Um, so, I hope that that is comforting to some of you who have this dream and you feel

like it might be out of your reach and that you have a lot of pressure on you to succeed

within a very short amount of time.

Um, so that's gonna be all for this one, and I'll see you guys next time.

just fill it up

okay now that you've got

all your pieces on there, it kind of sparkles :) Lets fill up the rest of our nails!

5 Tricks to Help You Lose Fat Faster - Duration: 3:27.

5 Tricks to Help You Lose Fat Faster

Getting rid of excess fat is usually difficult and takes a long time.

We at Bright Side found 5 simple tricks that will surely help you to reach your goal faster.

1.

Water

Make sure you drink enough water.

It helps your body flush away waste and stay at the right temperature.

Dehydration makes it hard for the body to control its temperature and burn stored fat

since it uses that fat to stay in balance.

Here are the best times to drink water: Drink a glass of warm water first thing when

you wake up in the morning.

Room-temperature water before meals.

When exercising, drink a glass of fresh water half an hour before exercise, a sip every

15 minutes during the activity, and one more glass at the end.

Fill your stomach with water when you have food cravings.

If you feel thirsty, it is a symptom of dehydration, so drink as much water as you want.

Drink cold water at midmorning and midafternoon to expend energy.

Drink a glass before going to bed.

This keeps your metabolism going and prevents heart problems.

2.

Carbohydrates

Switching to a low-carb diet will help you burn fat because youll be taking a decreased

amount of insulin, which is also a fat-storage hormone.

Choose carbohydrates that have a low or medium glycemic index, such as:

Fruits Raw oats

Pasta, rice, and brown bread The amount should be half a cup and only one

serving a day.

3.

Dumbbells

A fast metabolism means burning more calories and more pounds.

The best way to speed up your metabolism and tone your body is a good workout.

Adding some dumbbells to your fitness routine will make the workout more effective and help

your metabolism stay in a higher gear for hours after you exercise.

4.

Proteins

Amino acids are the key to muscle tissue development.

The foods with the highest amount of amino acids are those that are highest in protein.

If you want to burn fat, it is essential to include a high-protein food at each meal,

without overdoing it.

The best sources of protein are: Boiled eggs

Fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, and tuna

Turkey and chicken breast Fat-free red meat

Dairy products such as cottage cheese or yogurt Quinoa

5.

Fats

It may sound strange, but your body needs fats to produce the hormones that make you

burn fat: testosterone and growth hormones.

However, not all fat is the same.

The key is to replace bad fats with good fats.

Forget burgers and fries your diet should only include healthy fats that can be found

in: Canola, olive, sunflower, and corn oils

Avocado Tuna, salmon, and sardines

Walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts Eating a lot of saturated fat can increase

the cholesterol in your blood, but it doesnt mean that you have to remove saturated fat

from your diet completely if it comes from sources such as:

Eggs Meat

Peanut butter Coconut oil
