>>> WELCOME BACK TO "HARDBALL." OHIO GOVERNOR JOHN KASICH WAS
THE LAST MAN STANDING IN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY AGAINST
DONALD TRUMP. KASICH TALKED ABOUT TWO PATHS
MOVING FORWARD POLITICALLY, ONE THAT EXPLOITS FEAR AND ANGER,
THE OTHER THAT OFFERS HOPE. LAST APRIL I ASKED HIM TO
SPECIFY WHO HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.
>> TWO DAYS AGO IN NEW YORK WITH THE REPUBLICAN WOMEN'S CLUB, YOU
TALKED ABOUT FEAR AND ANGER OUT THERE AND HOW CERTAIN CANDIDATES
OPPOSING YOU HAVE BEEN EXPLOITING IT FOR THEIR OWN FAME
AND TO GAIN ATTENTION. WHAT WERE YOU TALKING ABOUT, AND
WHO WERE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> WELL, I WAS TALKING ABOUT
TRUMP AND CRUZ PRIMARILY. DO WE HAVE PROBLEMS?
YEAH. OF COURSE WE DO.
PEOPLE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR JOBS. THEY'RE WORRIED THEY DON'T HAVE
GOOD WAGES. THEY PUT THEIR MONEY IN THE
BANK. THEY GET NO INTEREST.
WHAT THEY'RE REALLY WORRIED ABOUT IS THEIR KID WENT TO
SCHOOL, AND IS STILL LIVING WITH THEM.
CAN'T FIND A JOB. YOU CAN EITHER GET PEOPLE AND
DRIVE THEM INTO A DITCH AND FEED ON THEIR ANXIETY, GNASHING OF
TEETH, THIS PERSON DID THIS TO ME, OR YOU CAN WALK INTO A ROOM
AND YOU CAN ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEMS, AND YOU CAN TRY TO
GIVE PEOPLE AN ANSWER. HAVE A LITTLE HOPE.
>> GOVERNOR KASICH REFUSED TO ENDORSE DONALD TRUMP.
IN HIS NEW BOOK, I HAVE RIGHT HERE, A GREAT BOOK, TWO PATHS,
HE EXPLAINS WHY. ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS, QUOTE,
I DIDN'T ENDORSE DONALD TRUMP AS THE REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL
CANDIDATE AFTER I SUSPENDED END CAMPAIGN IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T
STAND IN FRONT OF KAREN AND THE GIRLS AND LOOK THEM IN THE EYE
AND TELL THEM I SUPPORTED THIS MAN.
I COULD NOT CONDONE HOW HE SEEMED TO TREAT WOMEN AND
IMMIGRANTS AND MINORITIES OR THE WAY HE LOOKED AT THE WORLD.
MR. KASICH CONCLUDED HERE, I PUSHED MYSELF TO IMAGINE A
FUTURE WITH DONALD TRUMP AS PRESIDENT, AND WHAT IT WOULD
MEAN FOR THE SOUL OF THIS COUNTRY.
SO LET'S TALK ABOUT IT NOW WITH YOU.
THANK YOU. 100 DAYS IN, GOVERNOR.
YOU'RE STILL GOVERNOR OF ONE OF THE GREAT STATES.
YOU WENT TO THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY.
>> I DID. >> WHERE I WAS LUCKY TO GET AN
HONORARY DEGREE. >> REALLY?
OH, YOU WERE A SPEAKER? >> THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT.
YOU HAVE TO EARN THESE. >> HOW DID YOU DO?
>> I DID PRETTY GOOD. 60,000 PEOPLE.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU. I THINK YOU -- AND I'VE SAID
THIS ON THE SHOW WITHOUT YOU BLUSHING HERE.
I THOUGHT YOU'RE THE PERFECT ALTERNATIVE TO TRUMP BECAUSE
THERE ARE CERTAIN REPUBLICAN VALUES THAT ARE REALLY VALUABLE,
EVEN IF PROGRESSIVES DON'T SHARE THEM.
THEY KNOW THEY'RE VALUABLE. FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY IS A GOOD
VALUE FOR A FAMILY AND SOMETIMES IT'S A GOOD VALUE FOR ANYBODY IN
GOVERNMENT. DON'T SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T
HAVE, DON'T WASTE IT, DON'T CHEAT, DON'T STEAL, AND BE
ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT. TRADE IS A GOOD REPUBLICAN
VALUE. I SAY SCHOOL CHOICE TOO, AND
SOME PROGRESSIVES DISAGREE WITH ME, BUT I HAD CHOICES IN SCHOOL.
I THINK IT'S A GOOD THING. >> HOW ABOUT IMMIGRATION?
>> BUT I THINK DISTINCTIVE TO THE REPUBLICANS.
SO ARE THEY GOING TO FOUNDER NOW WITH TRUMP?
ARE THE GOOD VALUES GOING TO DIE?
>> THAT'S WHAT I WARRANT ABOUT,
-- WARN ABOUT, CHRIS. YOU CAN'T BE IN THE NEGATIVE.
FIRST OF ALL TO THE VIEWERS, I'VE KNOWN CHRIS FOR A VERY LONG
TIME, AND I'VE ALWAYS LOVED HIM. WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS FOR A LONG
TIME. >> I'M BLUSHING NOW.
>> WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS FOR A LONG TIME.
HE WORKED FOR TIP, TIP O'NEILL. >> THAT'S WHERE WE FIRST MET IN
THE '80s. >> WE FIRST MET, AND WE BOTH
HAVE WATCHED THE SYSTEM. WE KNOW THAT IF PEOPLE CAN'T GET
ALONG, NOTHING HAPPENS THAT IS SUSTAINABLE.
THEY ALL WRITE ABOUT REAGAN AND O'NEILL, THEY ACT LIKE THEY WERE
GREAT BUDDIES. THEY REALLY WEREN'T GREAT
BUDDIES. >> THEY WORKED TOGETHER AND
COULD BE FRIENDLY AND THEY WERE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY ACTUALLY.
>> SO WHEN WE LOSE THAT -- >> ON THE BUDGET COMMITTEE, ON
EITHER SIDE, HOUSE OR SENATE, IT IS A TOUGH JOB TO SAY NO TO SOME
PEOPLE AND YES TO OTHERS. YOU GET 8 MILLION.
YOU GET 4 MILLION. I'M SORRY.
THAT'S ALL WE'VE GOT IS 12. TRUMP'S TAX CUT LOOKS LIKE IT'S
EASY MONEY. WE'RE GOING TO GET RID OF ESTATE
TAX. WE'RE GOING TO BE LATIN AMERICA
SOMEDAY WITH A CERTAIN NUMBER OF FAMILIES, YOU CAN THINK OF THE
BIG NAMES NOW. THEIR GRANDKIDS WILL BE ZILLION
AIRS. THE OTHER THING IS LIKE GETTING
RID OF THE ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM TAX.
AT LEAST NOW OUR GOVERNMENT SAYS, ALL RIGHT, IF YOU'VE GOT
EVERY LOOPHOLE IN THE WORLD, YOU STILL GOT TO PAY A CERTAIN
MINIMUM. HE WANTS TO GET RID OF THAT.
>> WHAT ABOUT THE DEBT? I MEAN WE'RE $20 TRILLION, AND
PEOPLE SOMEHOW ARE DISMISSING THE DEBT, LIKE IT DOESN'T
MATTER. THE INTEREST ON THE DEBT IS SO
BIG, IT KEEPS US FROM INVESTING IN THINGS LIKE NATIONAL
INSTITUTES OF HEALTH. >> TELL THAT TO LIBERALS BECAUSE
THEY OUGHT TO HEAR THAT. EVERY TIME YOU SAY -- THE MIDDLE
CLASS FAMILY SAYS WHAT'S THE GOVERNMENT DO FOR ME?
IT PROVIDES FOR THE MILITARY, SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE, AND
IT PAYS OFF THE DEBT. YOU KNOW WHAT, PAYING OFF THE
DEBT IS A BIG CHUNK OF YOUR TAX DOLLAR.
>> AND IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN PAY OFF A DEBT WHEN
WE COULD TAKE IT AND USE IT FOR CERTAIN THINGS.
>> YOU KNOW WHO GETS THE MONEY? OLDER T-BOND HOLDERS.
IN OTHER WORDS, HARD-WORKING 25-YEAR-OLD, 35-YEAR-OLD FAMILY
WITH THREE OR FOUR KIDS, JUST BARELY MAKING IT BY, THEIR TAX
MONEY GOES TO THE OLDER COUPLE ON TREASURY BILLS.
THAT'S WHERE THE MONEY GOES WHEN --
>> I KNOW THIS. WHEN THE DEBT GOES UP, THE JOBS
GO DOWN. AND WHEN THE DEBT COMES DOWN,
THE JOBS GO UP. >> WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF TRUMP?
>> LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE TAX THING.
I NEVER HAD -- I HAD -- PRO-GROWTH CONSERVATIVES WERE
FURIOUS WITH ME. I DON'T BELIEVE YOU CUT TAXES
AND ALL THIS MAGIC HAPPENS. I DO THINK IF WE CUT TAXES, YOU
SEE SOME IMPROVED ECONOMIC GROWTH.
BUT YOU CAN'T PAY FOR THESE MASSIVE CUTS JUST OUT OF
ECONOMIC GROWTH. SO WHO'S GOING TO PAY FOR IT?
MY DAUGHTERS. IT'S NOT RIGHT.
I'M NOT SURE THIS BILL IS GOING TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE HERE'S THE
THING WE HAVE TO THINK ABOUT. >> WHO'S GOING TO STOP IT?
THE DEMOCRATS OR THE MODERATE REPUBLICANS?
>> WELL, THE DEMOCRATS HAVE NEVER CARED ABOUT THAT.
ALL OF A SUDDEN, THEY SAY THEY CARE ABOUT THAT.
>> WILL THEY VOTE AGAINST IT? >> WAIT A MINUTE.
THE REPUBLICANS SAY THEY DON'T WANT THAT, AND I THINK IT
DOESN'T MATTER. >> WHAT ABOUT ALL THOSE GUYS YOU
SERVED WITH IN THE HOUSE, ALL THESE FISCAL CONSERVATIVES,
FISCAL HAWKS. THEY SAY I'M A REPUBLICAN, AND
MIME PRIMARY CONCERN IS FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY.
TRUMP COMES ALONG AND SAYS FREE MONEY, MONOPOLY MONEY.
>> IT USED TO BE THAT WAY, SO I HOPE REPUBLICANS WILL SAY, FINE,
WE NEED TAX REFORM. WE NEED LOWER TAX, ESPECIALLY
THE CORPORATE TAX. THE CORPORATE TAX IS TOO DARN
HIGH. >> IS THIS GOING TO BRING BACK
THE MONEY FROM OVERSEAS, THE
30-SOME TRILLION DOLLARS SITTING OVERSEAS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT
TO PAY TAXES ON? >> I DON'T KNOW.
THAT'S PART OF THE GOAL IS TO GET THAT MONEY BACK AND HOPE
THEY PUT -- LOOK, I CALLED ONE OF THE OBAMA PEOPLE.
I SAID, WHY DON'T YOU GIVE THEM A TAX HOLIDAY SO THEY BRING THE
MONEY BACK? THEY SAID, WELL, IF WE DID THAT,
THEY MIGHT GIVE IT BACK TO SHAREHOLDERS.
I SAID, WELL, THAT'S NOT A HORRIBLE THING.
>> YOU'RE A TRADE GUY AND A FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY GUY, AND I
KNOW A LOT OF THINGS ABOUT YOU WHICH I THINK YOU WERE AT ALL
MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, YOU'D SAY, YEAH, I LIKE THAT.
LET ME ASK YOU ABOUT MANNERS. YOU WERE THE ONLY GUY TO GET
THROUGH THAT TRUMP JAMBOREE THAT WENT ON FOR MONTHS WITHOUT
GETTING A NICKNAME. HE SEEMED TO HAVE AVOIDED YOU.
WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT? HOW DID YOU KEEP HIM FROM
ATTACKING IN A PERSONAL WAY? THE OTHER GUYS WERE LYIN' TED
AND LITTLE MARCO, VERY PERSONAL. I THOUGHT IT WAS HIGH SCHOOL.
>> I DON'T -- YOU KNOW WHAT? IF I ACTED LIKE THAT AND CALLED
THESE NAMES, WHICH MANY OF THEM WERE DOING, THEY'D THROW ME OUT
OF OHIO. I'D HAVE TO COME, YOU KNOW, I'D
BRING MY FAMILY. WE'D LIVE ON YOUR PORCH.
>> HE'S THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED GUY, AND HE GOT THE VOTES.
HE GOT OHIO. >> I KNOW.
>> HOW DID HE GET OHIO? HOW COME HE WON THE GENERAL IN
OHIO? >> YOU KNOW WHY, BECAUSE THESE
PEOPLE WHO WERE HURTING WERE LOOKING FOR A STRONGMAN.
>> COULD YOU HAVE BEATEN HILLARY?
>> YOU KNOW WHAT THE POLLS SHOWED.
THE POLLS SHOWED THAT I -- >> YOU COULD HAVE BEAT HIM IN
THE GENERAL? >> THAT'S WHAT EVERYTHING LOOKED
LIKE. >> YOU THINK BIDEN COULD HAVE
BEATEN TRUMP? >> IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN
INTERESTING RATE AND I THINK HE COULD HAVE.
PART OF THE REASON WHY TRUMP WON IS NOT JUST BECAUSE OF HOW HE
CAMPAIGNED. I WAS AMAZED, CHRIS, AT HOW MANY
PEOPLE DID NOT LIKE HILLARY. I NEVER TALKED --
>> WHEN DID YOU FIRST NOTICE THAT?
EARLY ON OR LATER? I LEARNED IT LATER ON.
? >> I THINK I GOT IT LATER TOO.
>> YOU THINK IT WAS COMEY? >> NO.
I NEVER HAD ANYBODY WALK UP TO ME IN THE CAMPAIGN AND SAY, YOU
KNOW WHAT, I LOVE HILLARY CLINTON.
THE WHOLE TIME I WAS RUNNING, NOT ONE PERSON.
AND I DON'T -- LOOK -- >> I SAT WITH ALL THESE 67 OR 68
WAR LEADERS, AND THERE WAS CAMERAS THERE.
I DIDN'T HEAR ANYBODY SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT HILLARY.

Veronica Campbell-Brown Before Winning 8 Olympic Medals | Before They Were Superstars - Duration: 4:18.
Veronica attended the Vere Technical High School
in Clarendon, Jamaica.
It's an institution with a rich history in sprinting,
having produced more Jamaican track and field Olympians
than any other school.
Veronica was in her final year here
and was already being hailed as
a future star of the athletics world.
When I came to Vere, I never really have any great aim.
I didn't know I would come out so great.
But I did like the sport.
At first when I came here, I came as a sprinter
and I end up doing the 400
because they think I could manage.
But after that I come back to the sprints
and I realised that I can run so started to train hard,
started to set some goals and I started achieving them.
Veronica's personal best times were
11.12 seconds for the 100 metres
and 22.87 for the 200.
She was the reigning World Junior champion in both events.
Her coach at Vere was Patrick Johnson.
Stardom is not beyond anyone as long as you work
and you are disciplined enough to maintain the lifestyle
that is necessary to carry you.
Then go for gold, because
gold is for anyone who wants it.
The facilities at this school were modest
with a basic gym and grass track.
But the competition was fierce.
Veronica would train for two hours a day, five days a week.
It was whilst at Vere that she really improved on her start.
Although the Athens Olympics were three years away,
her coach was convinced that if she continued to progress
then Veronica could win a medal there.
Based on her performance last year,
it is not beyond her to be in the final and to medal
because if we look at her time at
the World Junior Championships
it was good as a medal at the Olympic Games.
So anything is possible once you're in the final.
As well as excelling on the track,
Veronica was also an outstanding student.
She had classes from seven in the morning
until three in the afternoon,
and her favourite subject was mathematics.
Education is the key.
I think academics is more important than track and field
because you don't know what can happen along the line.
You can get hurt, you cannot do it any more
but if you have a good education,
you can have that to work with for the rest of your life.
So I think education is more important to me.
Most of the pupils at Vere High School were boarders,
including Veronica.
There were set times for meals
and it was lights out at 10pm sharp.
In later life,
Veronica would claim that it was the values of discipline,
hard work and respect instilled into her at Vere
that would play a huge factor in her success.
To further her career,
the Jamaican moved to a college in America
after leaving school,
and she'd go on to become a legend of track and field.

Everything we think and speak has a direct impact on our lives and the lives of all the
people around us.
Bad luck does not exist, your thoughts are your reality.
When you say, money is not given in the trees, how am I going to get that job ?, how am I
going to have money ?, I do not think they give me the loan, it's very difficult, tomorrow
they give me the job, To decompose the car and constant negative affirmations, you and
only you are marking your way in life.
God always gives you what you want, God always gives you what you want, always remember,
we are an insignificant point in the size of the universe, how do you imagine that we
are such a small point in the universe that we can not do something with The force of
God that moves the universe?
... We can do it all, all our desires can be reality, all the abundance that you want
in money, love and health you can get it when you want it.
We must only jump the obstacle of the ego.
The mind that has thousands of thoughts daily, and the great majority are doubts, fears,
envy, complaints, bad words and fears.
Our mind is the main and only obstacle to understanding that we are part of God and
that everything we want is in our hands.
We are the main obstacle and the only solution to get what you want.
We must educate our mind to always see things positively, as did Christopher Columbus, Gandhi,
Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett among many.
Your mind is your only obstacle and your only solution to obtaining the abundance of love,
money and health.
You attract everything you think and talk, the more you have complaints about something,
the more you will have the same.
Never complain about anything.
Teach your friends, family and children, never complain and always talk about looking for
the positive aspect of things, remember that you are part of God and God is in you, therefore
in your hands have the power to get everything you want .
I repeat: you are part of God and God is in you, therefore in your hands have the power
to get everything you want.
You are the problem and you are the solution.

What we're realizing is that more and more

And I think they saw the Lamborghini that we did

And now we just got done wrapping our GRXR.
And Charlie, out customer service guy, he just got

what you want to get painted, have to deal with
what's going on with the fuel tank,
probably empty it out, whatnot,
bring it all over to a paint shop,
have everything scuffed down or done some
sort of promoter to get it to stick to the plastic,
have all of this painted and then reassemble it
to basically change the color of a bike.
Now what can happen, is you can spend,
it should be right around a thousand bucks,
fifteen-hundred bucks depending on what you pick.
They don't take a lot of this apart.
A lot of this was done on the bike, because it's
actually easier to wrap and bend.
And you get the same look, but now all of
this could be undone and the factory parts
are still underneath there.
So, this is completely wrapped.
We had the plasti dip, this is a really rough,
weird piece of plastic that doesn't want
anything to stick to it, it would have been a pain
to paint as well, so that one you basically have
to dip into the old plasti to do little sections.
But it still blends in well.
The whole bike is now white.
Underneath here is black and charcoal GSXR 600.
Lamborghini same thing, this is a
silver 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo.
Back in the day, they had this big, crazy, red,
bright red taillight.
It's now got a smoked tint over it and then
went back over it with a matte, clear vinyl
which basically took any gloss away and just
made it flat matte like the rest of the car.
And then we even took at the top of the taillight
and covered up part of that taillight so that
it creates a new taillight half the size.
Which is more of the new styling of the newer Gallardo.
So that's another example.
Doing this with paint would have been really complex,
really time consuming and it would have
cost a lot of money.
So, the first thing that we really want to
talk about it cost.
So you're right around 1,000, 1,500 bucks for a bike.
Probably around $4,000 for the Lamborghini.
I don't even wanna know what a paint job
change would be on this.
I believe it's 10 to 15, 20,000 if you get carried away.
But at least 10 to 15,000.
Same thing with the Mini Cooper.
A fluorescent, iridescent, whatever you wanna call it,
pearl, fluorescent paint like this, would
have cost a fortune to do on this entire car.
Now this one, I'll show you some of the details,
it still does run right around 5, 6,000 dollars.
Because of the amount of detail and
the different techniques that they used,
and I'll get into those.
But still, I believe it would have cost
more to paint it and then that's the color it is.
So if you decide to get out of this vehicle,
it's yours to keep that color or try to sell it that color.
One of the biggest things I ran into when I
decided I was gonna do the Gallardo, is trying to
figure out how long does this stuff last?
I don't wanna put a wrap on it and have it fade out
and be a different color or turn bright pink
over time with the sun or something like that.
And I've got a matte black roof on it.
I didn't want that to bake in the sun and
turn into like a weird faded gray.
So that's one of things I asked is the longevity of it.
If you do keep this outside, and it's a daily,
a believe it's three to five years.
Depending on the vinyl company, they'll have
their warranties so you can check into that.
But it's right around the three to five year
time frame before it starts to get dry.
But you do have to take care of it,
you do have to maintain it.
And taking care of it is basically using
the approved detailers that you can use
on the matter or the gloss.
Matte, glossy, gloss finishes.
So they have a specific detailer you're supposed
to use that really works well and doesn't
dry out the vinyl.
The other one I hear all this time
is can you do it yourself?
And I'm like everybody else, I'll try
everything on my own and see how I do.
I did an absolutely terrible job, I would
not recommend ever doing anything beyond
the 24 inch custom offset windshield decal yourself.
Because we tried it, we were just trying to
do the large camouflage looking print on a Subaru.
It was a disaster.
One of the things is you have to use vinyl wrap
material, you can't just can't just grab some
vinyl and start cutting it and throwing it on there.
It's not the same material.
This is much stretchier.
Heat and steam are a big deal when you're
trying to wrap around curves and trying to
get it to form like this.
Another big thing is trying to get the vinyl
to stick underneath, so that it grabs because you
can't just cut along these lines,
everything's tucked in and underneath,
or taken apart, tucked in underneath
and then reassembled.
So, it is complex and if you ever want
to practice, I would grab a small piece,
give it a shot and then you will most likely
throw that away, the small sample that you
bought on eBay, and you will go to a
professional and have them do it.
That's the point that we're at.
We have someone that we have come in,
that's been doing our wraps, we worked
with AutoTrim on a need on this one and,
what was the name of the company here?
Is it right on it?
- [Man] It's on the back window.
- So, stickerdude.com down in Milwaukee did this one.
Did an absolutely stellar job.
- [Man] Chicago.
- Chicago.
He kept going past Milwaukee to Chicago and
that's where stickerdude.com is.
And he did this one, turned out absolutely killer.
It's all about the professionals,
these guys that have the experience and have
the training do such a better job than the DIY.
I just don't think that this is something
that should be a DIY.
Because you're gonna see lots of bubbles,
you're gonna see lots of tearing, stretching,
weird wrinkling where you've overheated
or overstretched it.
If you wanna do it yourself, go ahead.
Maybe you're really good at it and
maybe it will be your next, new dream job,
is putting vinyl on but we found that
it's not one of those things that
we should jump into.
You're either good at it or you're not.
The other one Fuller wanted me to talk
about was easier to change, so when I
did the Gallardo like this, I thought,
hey this is cool, I'll just change the
color of it every summer.
Well then I realized it was about $4,000
to do so I said, well maybe every few summers.
And then I decided one day I was gonna take it off
and maybe sell the car so I started looking at
what the price would be to sell it.
It was I believe about $1,000 just to have it removed.
And the reason is, this car was completely
disassembled so these louvers were all pulled
off of here, the entire engine cover was pulled off here,
the spoiler was pulled off, all the emblems were removed.
The taillights, all of the blinkers, the headlights,
everything was pulled off the car to wrap it.
And that's so that you get all of the wrap
tucked in and around, underneath the corners,
and really get a perfect finish on the car.
Well all of that's gonna come back apart,
if you wanna take it apart.
And things like the mirrors coming off
means you have to pull the inner door panels off
and on an '04, it's 13 year old plastic,
you start having plastic clips break,
you've gotta replace some plastic and some pieces.
It's gonna be all of $1,000 to remove that.
So it is easier than paint to change,
but don't think that you're just gonna peel
it off like a sticker and you're good to go.
It's also gonna leave behind a residue that
you have to remove from the paint.
And sometimes what will happen on a really
old vehicle that's starting to have a,
the clear coat is starting to loosen up,
or whatever you wanna call it,
that glue on the vinyl will be stronger
than the adhesion to the paint and it will
actually take the clear coat with it.
So that was one of the things they warned me about,
even with a '04, with wrapping it is they have seen
when you leave it on there for a long time,
when you go to peel it, it takes the
clear coat with it.
Now you're against re-clearing the car.
So it's definitely easier to change than paint,
but it's not a rip off the sticker and go.
Now this one, I believe he did have it removed, right?
- [Man] Yes.
- Because he had this one wrapped some
other crazy color and they did remove it
when they put this new on one.
What's nice about that is you're taking
it apart to wrap it again anyways,
so he was able to just have it pulled off
and of course, get rid of all the glue and everything.
And then re-wrap it.
And if you're changing it, then you're saving money.
Because you've got it apart anyways.
One of the things that we wanna touch on
is it's all about the details.
If you look at the Mini Cooper,
he went in a vinyled inside of the S on the logos.
He went in and wrapped around the headlights,
on the bezels, to basically make sure that there's not
chrome sticking out of the front of that thing
or whatever color that is.
And like I said, on the Gallardo, we went in and
changed the look of the taillights,
we used it on the front to change
the look of the headlights.
It really gets down to thinking through
how you wanna wrap it, and then starting
to use it to kind of transform the vehicle too.
And those details start to cost money.
We also smoked out all of the front turn signals,
and, like I said, cut down on the headlights
and kind of hid the front turn signal a little bit,
don't tell anybody about that,
I believe that's not legal.
So, one of the things with vinyl is you're
allowed to not do the door jams, as we said.
When you do it, you can basically just
cut a clean line, and then have your door jam.
It's really nice when it matches your interior
because then it even looks intentional.
But when you go to paint, nobody's gonna accept this.
This is not okay.
But, the world has decided when it comes
to vinyl, it is okay.
Because if you go an try to vinyl all of this,
you basically end up with a nightmare slices,
in weird bends and angles.
And then you start having wear problems.
So, we haven't seen that it pays off
or it's worth it to vinyl those door jams.
And with this covering, it seems to be okay,
versus if you were to paint this,
you friends wouldn't even let you to the Walmart meet.
So, that's where vinyl versus paint
is a big difference when it comes to the door jam.
So, we painted the whole front chrome bumper on CO2.
But what happens is, when you're painting chrome
is it typically is difficult to get adhesion,
it's best to paint a paintable bumper but we
weren't in the position to do that,
so we painted over chrome.
Now what happens is, you have adhesion problems
and when you get a rock tip it with pop
and chunk of paint up.
So what we're actually gonna do with that,
and I wish we would have done it back then,
is right when you get it painted,
once it's all cured and everything,
you can actually go through and clear bra it,
so now you can put clear vinyl over it.
Or we could have in the first place,
just vinyled it white and never had to
deal with paint and the adhesion issues.
So that's an example where we're actually
gonna ue clear vinyl to go over the top and fix
our rock tip issue that we're seeing.
So we'll go through, clean it up,
and then clear vinyl it.
So, that is our version of Paint Is Dead.
And we just wanted to kind of talk about vinyl.
We've been using so much of it,
we thought we could share what we learned so far.
Why don't you guys hit us up with any questions
you have and we will answer them or come
back with a part two if there's enough
questions that warrants us going at it again.
You should see that we've made a video now,
on the plastied up from back in the day.
When we dipped the avalanche.
And then we did a video recently on
bed liner, because we've been doing a lot
of scorpion bed liner vehicles.
We've done a couple of those and they
were really happy with them, super durable.
And then this would be another option,
outside of paint.
Which would be vinyl wrap, which we've been
doing quite a bit of lately.
And we'll basically be able to do a durability
test and let you guys know how it went.
Right now, paints not making me very happy.
So I think Paint Is Dead also against powder coat.
Because it just doesn't hold up.
Especially if you're gonna go on gravel roads
and then blow rocks at it.
So, that is Paint Is Dead, vinyl is the bomb.
Peace!

7 Breakfasts That Only Pretend to Be Healthy - Duration: 3:39.
7 Breakfasts That Only Pretend to Be Healthy
Not everything that were used to thinking of as a healthy morning habit is quite so.
We at Bright Side consider it important for you to know a few things about breakfast.
Your breakfast is what gives you energy for the whole day. If its really healthy, that
is. Skipping your morning meal is a grave mistake as it can result in various diseases.
Just make sure that what you eat is good for you. Our investigation of popular myths will
help you.
1. Granola is incredibly healthy, right?
Certainly. In theory. However, ready-made granola contains sugar and saturated fats,
which are not what youd expect from it. Still, its nothing to worry about because
you can easily make granola at home. Just mix cereal, nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon,
and honey, and bake it all until golden. 2. Fat free is better
This is a myth. Low-fat dairy foods compensate for their lack of fats with additives to retain
the taste and flavor of full-fat products. In addition, low-fat dairy negatively affects
metabolic processes. Opt for full-fat and low-sugar foods they will not only do
no harm to your body but also help keep you satiated for longer.
3. Neglecting proteins
If youre still hungry after breakfast, better throw some protein-rich foods into
your morning meal. Eggs, for one, which can be cooked in many different ways. If eggs
are not for you, opt for whole-grain carbs as theyll satiate you better for longer.
Adding some Greek yogurt to them wont hurt either: its a source of protein as well.
4. Egg whites instead of whole eggs
Quite a typical case: egg whites have little fat and thus little calories, while all the
healthy things are contained in the yolks, such as iron, vitamin B, and vitamin D. However,
fat in the yolk gave birth to the myth that it affects blood cholesterol levels, which
it doesnt according to recent studies. Feel free to have a full-egg omelet for breakfast.
5. Orange juice
A glass of orange juice sounds pretty healthy until you find out how many oranges it takes
to make it. Juices tend to be full of sugar, so its better to eat an actual fruit instead.
Itll give you a boost of vitamins and fiber. You can also try making juice yourself. Green
apple, carrot, celery, and ginger is a good combination.
6. Breakfast bar
Most breakfast bars are packed with sugar and saturated fats, while not containing any
protein to speak of. If you dont have time to prepare your breakfast in the morning,
think of it the night before. Making a cereal with nuts and berries wont take long, and
your body will thank you for it in the morning.
7. Breakfast on the go
Time is of the essence when we talk about a healthy diet. Having snacks on the go deprives
you of necessary substances, leaving you still hungry. If you had a small breakfast or none
whatsoever, be sure to take some healthy snacks with you: nuts, natural yogurt, or some fruit.
And then dont miss a good protein-rich meal. Only this way can you keep away that
nagging hunger eating you from inside the whole day.
