m- I've come back again y- TYVM this we are shooting this in the evening

so I'm sure you can figure it out by just looking but I've got things ready to do a Takoyaki (octopus in batter)
y- I got all these ingredients here to cater to meme-san's tastes I figured she's like all these ingredients here
m- so yeah... we are hoping today to discover new takoyaki recipes by trying out some new things

m- yup most of these made by 7-11 taste great y- ahhh it foamed up way too much I dun goofed

lets start our takoyaki
lets start adding ingredients what will we be adding first?
m- lets start with the plain style - octopus -
m- half octopus
y- this machine is weaksauce its not making any sizzling sounds
m- hot dog y- hot dog .. looks delicious they'll be great
everyone loves cheese so lets add a bunch can I add it to everything ?
m- WUT? no way, you can't can you? y- how bout just the hot dogs here? m- that'll be ok
m- I was going to make these super plain (orthodox) m- and then she goes and tries to dump cheese on everything
m- hot dogs and cheese would be tasty for sure y- yep it'll prolly taste great
and now that we're done with that lets spin them
OMG I'm so sorry m- yeah don't worry bout it
looks so delish I love that cheezy smell
m- wow..... you're so good at this you're able to flip it in one motion
yeah its cuz I always eat so many at once I usually order 200 of these at a time
everytime I eat these its not getting full that gets me its the cooking of these that really wears me out

and then you go and keep making these look rounder and rounder huh
yup its starting to slowly take shape m- so amazing-
the cheese is melting... cheese is the 'bestest' stuff m- its taken on the finished color already they look yummy
they're looking so good right now m- so good... yup delish looking
they're looking really nice I like fried octopus... can I make these fried octopus?
m- you love your calories don'tcha ?
if you drizzle a bit of oil on top they take on a deep fried feel to them
waaa- they look so yummy and they're sizzling so nicely now
lets eat? there are some that are nice and golden and done now
y- meme-san you switched to glasses m- it was so dark that.....
y- so beautiful m- I been thinkin'... Yuka... you complimented me on my blog...
and we were saying what would happen if hundreds of people started following that blog ...
over 4,000 people followed it the next day Y- omg that's so awesome
m- and our nail manicure homepage had over 10,000 hits
m- so I've been thinkin' that the more I cover up my face the more people get curious
y- oh that's right there are those female internet celebrities that keep their masks on and you keep thinking that
there is a super gorgeous person under that mask and once it comes off...its like....oh..... :(
m- yes yes, I'm not much to look at, at all so I just don't want people getting their hopes up at all

on the one side is the cheese and hot dog and the one with all the stuff on it is the takoyaki
looks so delish ~ ITADAKIMASU ~
y- takoyaki look so delish I love them
the surface is so crispy and the inside is so hot and gooey
m- avocado are so good in these I heard avocados are good but avocados alone would be a bit plain so I have these babystar (ramen chips)
tuna and corn y- what about some cheese as well?
m- again with the cheese.... you want to cheese everything y- but tuna and cheese go so great together though
this.... uhh what is it again? hot dog/cheese
m- I want some too
m- you didn't put any sauce on it? y- yup
y- its like an american hot dog
m- soo good... I'm looking forward to the next batch y- I'm so slow at cooking these
do different beers taste different ? m-yup
y- I can't tell the difference... I like beer but they all seem to taste the same to me
m- they're so different... Beers taste so different
this is avocado/babystar
its so melty gooey y- the avocados are ... sort of sweet and delish
next up is mentaiko fish eggs m- so fish eggs and what will we add to it?
m- kimchi.... kimcheese (w/cheese)
half is mentaiko fish egg and the other half is kimuchi cheese
m- these are gonna taste good prolly
oh they're square shaped m- I adore these cheese's with the cow logo y- for reals? I haven't tried them before
tuna corn cheese
that tuna flavor is so good isn't it m- delish .... I'm thinking that both of these would taste great with some mayo
m- these aren't takoyakis anymore y- yup the corn/mayo combo is great m- lets rank these flavor combos
y- that's a great idea m- flavor ranking
oh that's right I brought you a present y- what? what did you get me?
m- I went to Atami the other day I brought you a nick nack from there y- TYVM its supposed to bring me happiness
y- TYVM meme-san you are so kind m- I bought it at 'Kinomiya' shrine
y- kinimiya shrine? m- its a 'power spot' (place of ephemeral energy)

its Kawaii don't you think? and its supposed to be from a major "power spot" y- oh is that right? is it well know this place in atami?
m- yes Kinomiya shrine is well know in Atami
m- I forgot what we're making here.... y- mentaiko egg with kimcheese m- oh that's right
m- I'mma gettin' drunk here
y- it was good luck that I met you meme-san m- yes that is right it was such good luck
m- to tell the truth... they're a matching pair (of charms)

next up is canned oysters and natto (fermented soy bean)
m- I saw you do a video on something like this and I totally thought it looked so good
this is a kimcheese
oops I was wrong its mentaiko fish egg
I want a taste of that mentaiko too y- soy sauce would go great with it I think
well salt would be good with it as well
the mentaiko is warmed up and it tastes like a baked mentaiko

is the cheese properly melted
y- hmm? well not really it doesn't taste like cheese... was there no cheese in it?
you can't really taste it that much but this second one I had tasted like cheese
m- yup you don't really taste it at all y- it doesn't scream out CHEEEEEEZ much at all
perhaps its due to the cheese we used it might have a milder flavor to it
but I enjoyed the mouthfeel of the kimchee
