How to Grow on YouTube - What I Wish I Knew Sooner - Duration: 7:07.

WHAT'S UP GUYS

IT'S YA BOY EVUL

BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH YET ANOTHER UPDATE VIDEO

AND WHAT'S THE UPDATE?

THE TALES OF SYMPHONIA SERIES IS ON HOLD

REALLY DUDE?

FIRST LEAGUE OF TROLLS AND NOW THIS?!

HOW ARE PEOPLE GOING TO TRUST YOU IF YOU KEEP STOPPING SERIES'

JUST AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM GOING

WHAT ABOUT THE CONSISTENCY

DOES THAT WORD EVEN MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU ANYMORE?

I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW

THIS LOOKS BAD

AND I HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO

I HOPE THAT YOU GET COMFORTABLE

BECAUSE THIS IS GONNA TAKE A WHILE!

OK SO RIGHT NOW I'VE BEEN ON YOUTUBE OFFICIALLY FOR A LITTLE OVER

3 MONTHS, RIGHT?

AND OVER THAT TIME

I FEEL LIKE I'VE GROWN A LOT AND I HAVE LEARNED A LOT

BOTH IN TERMS OF ACTUAL SKILLS AND IN TERMS OF HOW TO FIND SUCCESS ON YOUTUBE

I HOPE

BOTH LEAGUE OF TROLLS AND THE TALES OF SYMPHONIA PLAYTHROUGH SERIES

WERE IDEAS THAT I CAME UP WITH BEFORE FULLY UNDERSTANDING HOW YOUTUBE WORKS

YOU SEE IF YOU WANT TO FIND SUCCESS ON YOUTUBE

WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT I AM TRYING TO DO

IF YOU WANT TO GROW

YOU NEED VIEWS

THAT'S IT, IN A NUTSHELL

THE MORE PEOPLE THAT WATCH YOUR VIDEOS

THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO RUN INTO THE PEOPLE

THAT ACTUALLY ENJOY YOUR CONTENT

AND THE MORE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT YOU PULL IN

THE MORE LIKELY THAT SOME OF THEM ARE GOING TO SUBSCRIBE FOR YOU

AND THE MORE AND MORE PEOPLE YOU GET WATCHING MORE AND MORE OF YOUR VIDEOS

THEN THE MORE LIKELY YOUTUBE IS GOING TO THINK

HEY!

PEOPLE ARE REALLY RESPONDING TO THIS CHANNEL'S CONTENT

LETS RECOMMEND IT TO MORE PEOPLE

MAYBE IT'LL KEEP THEM ON OUR WEBSITE LONGER

YOU SEE

YOUTUBE WANTS TO MAKE MONEY

AND THE MORE TIME THAT PEOPLE SPEND ON YOUTUBE

THE MORE MONEY YOUTUBE MAKES

AND THE MORE THAT YOU MAKE CONTENT THAT KEEPS MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ON YOUTUBE

FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME

THE MORE YOUTUBE'S GOING TO LIKE YOU

AND THE MORE IT'S GOING TO PROMOTE YOUR CHANNEL FOR YOU

AND OF COURSE THAT'S A VERY GOOD THING FOR YOU AS A YOUTUBER

YOUR JOB AS A YOUTUBER BASICALLY IF YOU WANT TO GROW

IS HOW DO YOU GET THAT GROWTH SPIRAL WORKING IN YOUR FAVOR

AND IT ALL STARTS WITH THE VIEWS BABY

THE VIEWS

THE MORE OF THE VIEWS THAT YOU CAN PULL IN

THE MORE AND MORE THE OTHER GROWTH ENGINES WILL START WORKING FOR YOU

AND THE MORE GOOD THINGS WILL START HAPPENING TO YOU

AND SO YOU SEE WHEN I FIRST STARTED DOING YOUTUBE 3 MONTHS AGO

I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS

I WOULD SEE EVERYONE MAKING THE SAME TYPES OF VIDEOS

YOU KNOW FOR EXAMPLE SO MANY YOUTUBERS THEY DO AN I'M BREAKING UP WITH YOU PRANK

OR ICE BUCKET CHALLENGES OR WHAT HAVE YOU

AND NOW I REALIZE THAT THE REASON THAT THEY WERE DOING THAT WAS BECAUSE

THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE SEARCH FOR

AND THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO SEE

AND THAT'S WHAT GETS THEM THE VIEWS

WHICH GETS THE GROWTH BABY

AND NOW I WAS THE OUTSIDER LOOKING IN SEEING EVERYONE MAKING BASICALLY THE SAME TYPES OF

VIDEOS

AND I NAIVELY SAID TO MYSELF

MAN THERE IS SUCH A LACK OF ORIGINALITY ON YOUTUBE

IF I COME INTO THE GAME WITH SOMETHING ORIGINAL

I'M SURE TO FIND SUCCESS, RIGHT?

BUT OF COURSE THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS

YOU SEE YOUTUBE DOESN'T REALLY REWARD ORIGINALITY

OR AT LEAST IT ONLY REWARDS ORIGINALITY AROUND TOPICS THAT PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING FOR

OR MORE LIKELY TO SEARCH FOR

LOOK, DON'T GET ME WRONG

THERE'S STILL DEFINITELY TREMENDOUS OPPORTUNITIES

FOR ORIGINALITY

IT JUST NEEDS TO BE AROUND WHAT PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING FOR

OR ARE WILLING TO CLICK ON

IT'S A LIMITATION, DEFINITELY

BUT CREATIVITY THRIVES UNDER CONSTRAINTS

SO I AM NOT COMPLAINING BABY

THIS IS JUST HOW IT SEEMS LIKE THE GAME WORKS TO ME AT THIS EARLY EARLY STAGE OF MY YOUTUBE

JOURNEY

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE BIG YOUTUBERS

THEY DO ORIGINAL VIDEOS AND SERIES ALL THE TIME

HOW COME THEY GET AWAY WITH IT?

BIGGER YOUTUBERS ARE ALREADY ESTABLISHED, DUDE

AND WHAT THAT MEANS IS THAT HEY HAVE A LARGE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE

CONSTANTLY TYPING THEIR NAME INTO THE SEARCH BAR

SO JUST BY ATTACHING THEIR CHANNEL NAMES TO A VIDEO

THAT CAN BE ENOUGH TO GET THEM A LOT OF VIEWS RIGHT OFF THE BAT

AND LOOK I'M NOT KNOCKING THEM AT ALL

THEY'VE WORKED HARD TO BUILD THEIR BRANDS TO THE POINT WHERE JUST

THEIR NAME ALONE IS ENOUGH TO GET THEM LOADS OF VIEWS

THEY ARE BASICALLY REAPING THE REWARDS OF ALL THEIR HARD WORK OVER THE YEARS

AND DON'T GET ME WRONG

THEY STILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR VIDEOS GOOD

IT'S JUST THAT THEIR AUDIENCE IS MORE WILLING TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT

AND WATCH THEIR VIDEOS EVEN IF THEY MAY NOT BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CONCEPT OF THE VIDEO

OK SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF ALL THIS

WHY ARE YOU TELLING US ALL OF THIS INFORMATION?

WELL I WANT TO GROW ON YOUTUBE

I DO

AND TO DO THAT I NEED VIEWS

I NEED TO MAKE CONTENT AROUND WHAT PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO CLICK ON OR ARE SEARCHING FOR

BIGGER YOUTUBERS CAN GET AWAY WITH IT, SURE

BUT I AM AN ANONYMOUS NOBODY YOUTUBER

AND SO I HAVE TO PAY MY DUES

JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE

AND THAT MEANS MAKING THINGS THAT PEOPLE REALLY WANNA WATCH

EVEN IF THEY SEE THAT IT'S COMING FROM AN UNKNOWN SMALL CHANNEL LIKE MINE

THEY'LL STILL CLICK ON IT DESPITE NOT HAVING ANY IDEA WHO I AM OR WHAT I'M ABOUT

I DIDN'T KNOW ANY OF THIS WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY CHANNEL AND THE TWO SERIES THAT I HAVE

SINCE PUT ON HOLD

NOW I DO

SO NOW I'M GOING TO BE SWITCHING THE STYLE UP, BASICALLY

COMING UP WITH NEW SERIES THAT PEOPLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO WATCH HOPEFULLY

AND DON'T WORRY, IT'S STILL GOING TO BE THE EXACT SAME STYLE OF CONTENT

THE STYLE WILL NEVER CHANGE

IT WILL ONLY KEEP EVOLVING AND IMPROVING AND GETTING BETTER

IT'S JUST THAT THE PACKAGING AROUND THE STYLE IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT IF THAT MAKES SENSE

NOTHING'S GONNA CHANGE

EVEN IF I DO A HOW-TO TUTORIAL VIDEO

IT'S STILL GOING TO BE MY STYLE MY CARTOONS MY HUMOR AND ALL THAT

IT'S JUST THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE LIKELY TO CLICK ON THAT VIDEO AND WATCH IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH

AND THEN HOPEFULLY SOME OF THEM WILL REALLY ENJOY MY PERSONALITY OR MY STYLE OR WHATEVER

AND THEN THEY DECIDE TO STAY AND CHILL FOR A SECOND

IT'S STILL GONNA BE TOUGH GUYS

BUT IT IS GONNA BE AN EXPERIMENT

AN EXPERIMENT THAT I NEED TO TRY OUT

I CAN'T AFFORD NOT TO

THIS CHANNEL IS ALL ABOUT EXPERIMENTATION

AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE ABOUT EXPERIMENTATION

DON'T WORRY GUYS

PRIORITY NUMBER

WILL ALWAYS BE ABOUT BEING AS ENTERTAINING AS I CAN POSSIBLY BE

AND TRYING TO MAKE YOU LAUGH

THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE

SO IF YOU'VE ENJOYED MY CONTENT UP UNTIL THIS POINT

I THINK THAT YOU WILL ENJOY MY CONTENT MOVING FORWARD

IN FACT, I THINK THAT YOU'RE GOING TO ENJOY IT MORE

BECAUSE I WILL RELENTLESSLY KEEP TRYING MY BEST TO KEEP IMPROVING AND ELEVATING MY GAME

TO THE NEXT LEVEL

SO THAT I CAN BRING YOU THE ABSOLUTE BEST ENTERTAINMENT THAT I CAN

I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO TELL HOW SERIOUS ABOUT THIS I AM

JUST TRUST ME ON THIS AND TAKE MY WORD FOR IT

THE FUN IS ONLY JUST BEGINNING GUYS

IT'S NOT ENDING

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING AND IT WILL KEEP GETTING BETTER AND BETTER

WE ARE GONNA HAVE ONE HELL OF A JOURNEY HERE ON YOUTUBE TOGETHER

OK OK WE GET IT

DOES THAT GUY EVER STOP TALKING?!

GOD DAMN

ANYWAYS

THANKS FOR WATCHING GUYS

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ON THE NEXT ONE

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES AND PEACE OUT!!!!

GET - 7 Most Common Uses of the Verb GET - Learn How to Use GET Correctly - English Vocabulary - Duration: 10:10.

Hello and welcome.

In this lesson, I will teach you

the seven most common uses of the verb 'get'.

So let's start.

Before we get into the lesson, as always, if you

have any questions, just let me know in the comments

section below, and I will talk to you there.

Also, there is a quiz at the end

of hits lesson to test your understanding.

Now, the most common meaning of 'get' is to mean

receive, obtain, or buy something.

For example, "I got some old books from my

grandfather."

It means "I received some old books".

In the next example, "We've gotten 50 emails in the

past three days."

It means "We have received 50

emails."

Notice that the first sentence is in the past

simple tense and the second sentence is in the present

perfect tense.

So in sentence number two, we are

using the third form of 'get' – the past participle

form.

The verb 'get ' is irregular – that is, we

don't say 'getted' to make the past simple or past

participle forms.

The correct forms are 'get',

'got', and 'gotten'.

In American English, 'gotten'

is more common, and in British English, 'got' is

the preferred past participle form.

So in number two, you could say

"We've got 50 emails".

That would be the British

English form.

Here are two more examples: "Harry just got a job at

the airport."

It means he obtained a job, or that he

was hired for a job at the airport.

And finally, "What are you getting me for my

birthday?"

It means "What present are you going to

buy for me for my birthday?"

OK, let's move on to the second use.

In British English, the expression 'have got' is

used a lot to mean 'have'.

It's used in American English as well but it's

more common in British English.

This expression is used in two ways – the

first is to talk about ownership or relationship.

For example, "I've got two sisters.", "Sara has got

Wi-Fi at home.", "Have you got time for a coffee?"

The second function is to express obligation or

necessity (that is, by using 'have got to' in the

place of 'have to').

Like in these examples: "You've

got to get up early tomorrow."

or "He has got to learn German to live in

Austria."

In all of these sentences, you can use

'have' or 'has' instead of 'have got' or 'has got' and

the meaning would be the same.

But there is an important point here.

When we use 'have got' in these two

ways, it does not have a past tense.

To change these sentences to the past, just

use 'had'.

For example, say "Sara had Wi-Fi at home."

which means she doesn't have it now.

Or "He had to learn German to live in

Austria."

Don't use 'had got' to mean 'had' – it's

wrong.

Remember that.

Alright, the third use of 'get' is to make offers and

requests.

Take this question for example:

"Could you get me the menu, please?"

You might say this at a restaurant.

Here, 'get' means 'bring'.

It's like asking "Could you

bring me the menu?"

Instead of 'the menu', you can say

'get me a cup of coffee', 'get me a sandwich',

anything.

The next example, "Can I get you something to

drink?" is an offer.

Here, I'm offering to bring you

something to drink.

It's very common to say this to

a guest, so the next time you have a friend over at

your place, ask your friend, "Hey, can I get you

something to drink?

Or something to eat, maybe?"

OK, let's move on to the next use.

The verb 'get ' is often used when we want

to talk about traveling to mean to arrive or to reach

a place.

For example, "I got home late yesterday

evening because of the traffic."

That means I reached home late.

A common question that is asked on

the phone is "What time will you get here?"

That means, what time are you

going to reach this place?

Here's another common example: "I don't think

we'll get to the movie theater on time."

That means, we're running late –

we're going to miss the start of the movie.

And here's one last example –

"Call me as soon as you get to the office."

Notice that in the first two examples, after 'get'

we have adverbs – 'home' and 'here'.

Because they are adverbs, we don't use

'to'.

But in the last two examples, we use 'to'

because we have nouns – 'the movie theater' and

'the office.'

Remember that.

Alright, the fifth use of 'get ' is to mean to become

or to change.

For example, "The kids got really scared

when they saw the spider."

That means they became scared.

In this type of sentence, you have 'get'

followed by an adjective.

In the next example, "I've made sandwiches in case we

get hungry."

Similarly, "I keep forgetting things.

I think I'm getting old!"

This is a common expression and it's said humorously

(that is, in a funny way).

In the final example – "Arnold and Erika got

married in 2011."

The phrase 'get married' is

very popular.

You will hear it a lot.

Other common ones are 'get ready', 'get

dressed', 'get cleaned up' etc.

OK, use number six is to talk about bad experiences

or events.

For example, "I got fired for being late to

work."

That means, I went late to work and my boss

fired me (that is, I lost my job).

The next example is similar – "Vijay's

wallet got stolen when he was walking in the park."

So maybe he got pickpocketed.

Notice that both of these sentences are

in the passive voice.

"I got fired" means "My boss

fired me."

"His wallet got stolen" means "Somebody

stole his wallet."

The words 'fired' and 'stolen'

are verbs in the past participle or the third

form.

But you can also talk about bad experiences with

adjectives.

For example, "Don't eat too much candy

or you might get sick."

('sick' is an adjective).

Or nouns such as "I got a cold from one of my

friends."

('a cold' is a noun).

Alright, and the final use of the verb 'get ' is to

mean 'understand'.

Probably the most common expression

in this meaning is "I don't get it".

This is an informal way of saying "I

don't understand it."

Another popular expression is the opposite – "I get

it."

It means "I understand it."

Or if someone (like your boss) gives you an

instruction like "Send me the report by tomorrow" you

might say "Got it!".

It's short for "I've got it"

meaning "I have understood it."

A related expression is "Do you get what I'm

saying?" – this is also informal, and it's just a

way of asking, "Do you understand what I'm

saying?"

These are all useful expressions that you

can use in conversation.

Alright, if you're ready, now it's time for the quiz.

There are ten sentences on the screen, but you see that

they're all jumbled up.

Stop the video, rearrange them

into correct sentences, then play the video again and

check.

Alright, number one is "I got a new laptop for Christmas

from my dad."

You can also say "I got a new laptop from

my dad for Christmas."

Here, 'got' means 'received'.

Number two – "Grace has got a great family."

In this sentence, 'has got' means

'have', so it's like saying "Grace has a great family."

Number three – "You have got to eat a good breakfast every

morning."

'You've got to' means 'you have to.'

Number four – "Could you get me a

glass of water?"

Here, 'get' means 'bring'.

Number five – "Make sure you get to the

airport on time."

'Get' means 'reach.'

Number six – "What time do the kids get home

from school?"

Again 'get' means reach here but we don't

use 'to' because 'home' is an adverb.

Number seven is "My brother got engaged last

week."

You could also say, "Last week, my brother got

engaged."

This means he became engaged, that is, he

has agreed to get married to a woman sometime in the

future.

Number eight – "Javier got arrested for drunk driving

yesterday."

You could also say "Yesterday, Javier got

arrested for drunk driving."

We use 'get' or 'got' here to show that something bad

happened to Javier – he was arrested.

Number nine – "I don't get why horror movies

are so popular."

'Get' means understand in this sentence.

So it's like saying "I don't understand why horror movies

are so popular.

Why do people like them so much?"

And finally number ten is "It was

confusing at first but I get it now."

Again, 'get' means 'understand'.

OK, how many answers did you get right?

Dubious Design - Duration: 12:38.

Hi, there. My name is Guillem Carbonell. I do usability design.

I want to tell you about how things can twist very easily in business

if you don't pay attention to your -so to speak- corporate "context"

I'm some sort of startup ranger, and I've been failing more than

succeeding but most of all, I've been learning. So this goes for you, so you don't fail where I failed.

I will go straight to problem so you can go into the fast track. If you like it; just follow me.

If don't, just stop it.

The thing is that once upon a time

We had to sell some stuff. Let's put an example: thousand units.

And how do you market thousand units, or whatever you want to market?

We needed some sort of reference

Then what we said what "what if we pay attention to the conversion rate?

Maybe, some of you already did this.

So to speak let's say the conversion rate is 1% so in order to sell a thousand units

you have to expose the product 100*1000 times, right?

Then we get the "Opprtunities To See"

Let's say that nobody buys a product the 1st time they see it

You have to give the message a few times. Let's say three times.

So now we know we have to tell that we have a product to sell 300.000 to the right target

to sell it all. — An old case; we had to sell something, I'll not go deep,

but it was some sexual stuff.

So let's let's say that we have here — it was an event, an event about an erotic...

We have the event and we have a lot of people who could potentially go

We accounted that

We needed about

7 million impacts

to sell it all.

I don't remember exactly . Then we came to realize it most of the people taking part in the event

I mean the so-called artist

already had an audience on Twitter, that could potentially match this people.

So each one of the so-called artists had a piece

of the pie.

So we said "hey, we only need to make one message".

As long as everybody replicated, it's already sold. And we started building a model from here on.

On the top of the model we were working at already, for a ticketing system.

Now I will tell a bit more of how this work in depth.

Here is us.

And we've got

a whole bunch of influencers. We started devising this in a greater scale

And each influencer has an audience, right? If we connect ourselves to the influencers,

we have two very interesting things here. The 1st one has been already said: that we only have to press the buttons to reach an audience.

The other thing is that some influecers share their public/market.

Imagine that

You put this work and then you've got

a distribution and work on it. Let's say that we put shoes here, ok?

We put shoes into the network and

We send it to some influencers on shoes. Their audiences get the messages, right?

But let's say that it's not hoes but it's about welfare. Okay, We have some health products.

I go "health" and I put health in the network.

And this influencer says things about health.

It happens that people here is not that likely to buy,

but they somehow, sometimes, eventually will get something so I put the product here.

It's not how to realize it the distribution channel is an important asset.

I mean you make money out of it, but the most important value of it lies

On the core

the core doesn't know just has transactions, but it has the big data of all the market segments working at the same time class this year

plus de CRM, and working together.Imagine what you can do with machine learning or correlations.

I'm about to tell you what was my role building this thing. First of all my boss, the person who was wondering to make this with me.

told me: just pick a segment and We'll develop it, cause You've got the know-how. "You know how the Internet works"

They come from

old-school marketing from seventies they been doing things above and below the line

but online seems too strange for them and thing is that

investment doesn't work the same way,

feedback doesn't work the same way, And there are plenty of factors to take into account if you don't want to fail,

if you come from traditional marketing. So they needed me for the know-how.

But besides of that, they needed me to help them build what you cal UX and UI

So, if you have a platform,

and around the platform you have the segments, and around the segment you've got the influencers

it's crucial that for every segment, you need to know the generic components.

of the assets, so you can build the inner pie.

What we call The Core. I mean what will correlate everything.

Then you have to build the tools

for the owners of every channel, so to speak. Lets put a few more. Let's say this one is games.

The people here,

are the ones who will get video games to put them in the middle

and who will get influencers to give them videogames. In the case of fashion they will put shoes

and they will be diverted to fashion. In the case of health, they can put yoga or whatever and it will go to health.

So here you need tools, as well. You need this covered by me. And also, the influencers

need something. In this case, what I wanted to do is to provide them a link — if you know the Humble Bundle

think about it as something similar, but much more ambitious.

The Humble Humble Bundle has a landing page that

Puts in touch distributors going into the network with the people out there, the audience.

Every influencer has a custom link they can use when they produce your content so people can go up by

straightforward into the network.

So there's money for influencer. There's money for network, and there's money for the producer

straightforward from the acquisition acquisition?

Then imagine that you can connect everything, so you can do remarketing, you can cross-sale, you can do a lot

mechanics inside here.

And my goal was pretty clear: build the UX/UI and and help us build the first prototype.

So while producing this, I was in charge of developing

distribution channel:games. So the contract was clear. This is how it went:

Everything the healthier

You will help to build this

to build all this,

and we will put it on paper. But it's been three meetings. They want me to provide provide this, and I haven't seen a paper.

It's spite I got the emails proving the meetings happened.

Besides, "you will own this, and this channel will be exclusively yours so no one can go in and it's fully protected"

So no-one can go in and it's fully protected, so games is for you.

But, if games fall, "you can open another". That was the answer. You can open another here.

But I got my suspicions. I was saying:

But I designed this. I would like to have ownership on this society.

These will be societies apart. You will get your own society.

We will get a bit, maybe a 10% each of the colleagues that were in.

Then it's not my design?

Things start getting strange, because you want me to provide something but you don't want me to belong

to The Core? — If I build this for you,

I develop this for you and

and I work for you, and I fail, I don't have ownership or any right on the whole rest of the issue?

Indeed, that was the thing.

But there was more because the design was for granted I'd give it for free.

but the development had to be paid. So as long as the development of this was not paid,

me, here had to pay through sales.

So they'd get a percentage of the sale, plus a percentage of the development. It's not hard to see that

if I fail here I

I don't have access to here, in spite I helped to develop it.

But besides of that, neither I'm seeing any paperwork

telling me that I have rights over any other things.

Then I started researching. I started putting this

tool I've been telling you: Almost Everyone You Need To Know, which is like a Google for influencers.

And then I named it and my boss

skipped it, twice

It was strange because we need to get all these people and I'm building software to get them, catch them and putting them into the network.

So commercials can put it into the network.

So, what's going on?

I also named Influencity and

and he skipped it.

It was suspicious. I'm not a good commercial.

I'm not a salesman., and he knows that he was putting me here and telling me to design.

With no contract, every one a sole-trader. and then I researched at LinkedIn

and then I realized he's in contact with Clara Montesinos, the chief marketing officer of Influencity

And then I wondered what happens if We put Influencity in this equation?

Influencity allows you to target influencers and

go with marketing campaigns through them. The only thing they don't have beyond

It's the sales platform that I've been designing.

Let's put influencity here.

They provide access to every single segment of the money.

And then let's say that my branch fails.

There is another commercials bringing some stuff here. Eeach one has its own branch.

And "here". I'm dead "here". And then, there is a question:

I helped to design this. Why I'm not getting any credit out of it? Why is everybody making money but me?

I think things are pretty clear I wonder if

Clara is aware of this. I wonder is Clara and Javier, which is my former boss have been talking about it and

Basically I wonder what's going on

and why everybody seems to be attempting to backstab me and another colleague. Both of us where

designing all this together. So no contract, not ownership, free design, I owe the development

and I can only work around the structure because I have no ownership.

If I fail I fail.

What do you think about it?

Pregnancy & AFS Recovery - Duration: 5:36.

This is Dr. Lam, from drlam.com and founder of Adrenal Fatigue Center.

One of the frequent questions that I get asked by woman, especially in the reproductive age

and having adrenal fatigue, is when do you think the body is ready to get into the reproductive

cycle again?

Infertility and reproductive disruptions are a very common occurrence in people with severe

adrenal fatigue.

And the reason is actually quite logical.

The body's reproductive system is actually considered by the system inside as a nonessential

part of survival.

In another words, reproduction is really a luxury as far as the body is concerned and

the basic physiological and energy need has to be well taken care of.

During stressful periods, whether it is emotional or physical, especially if prolonged, people

can have their periods, menstrual cycles, being disrupted.

It is commonly reported for example that the woman who runs marathons and ultramarathons

oftentimes have skipped periods.

And the same thing with woman who are in severe stressful emotional situations.

So if you have menstrual dysregularity or reproductive disruption including inability

to conceive and very, very classically signs of miscarriages in the first trimester, these

are all signs of reproductive disruptions due to adrenal fatigue.

Of course you need to make sure that nothing else is at stake, and your OB doctor will

usually be able to detect that.

If everything especially the hormone department are normal then reproductive disruption due

to adrenal fatigue should be considered.

In such case one has to really back off on the reproductive effort and focus on nurturing

the adrenals back to health.

How long does it take?

Very hard to say, everybody's different, could be ranging area from a few months to

even a few years.

But what is quite clear is that if your body's not ready then you're trying to force reproduction

can have very bad consequences.

And the body will not only punish you by having miscarriages but also will make it very hard

for you to conceive, even if you are successful with artificial ways.

Now the good news is that because this is a natural cycle, the body self-regulates.

And if the body sense that your adrenal is coming back and is well supported then usually

cycle disruptions become less intense and reproductive efforts can commence.

How long does it, can it be?

It really depends on many, many, many, many factors, too many to mention.

Because when you come to this very technical and fragile bodies, the body's, the girl's,

the woman's constitution, their current state, the ongoing stress factors, the history

medically speaking, the nutritional reserves, all play a role.

Proper reproductive effort should commence in principle as the body become more stable

and free of many of the major adrenal fatigue symptoms.

They include reactive hypoglycemia, fatigue, insomnia, heart palpitations, et cetera.

But it's not a hard and fast rule because the ramification and the clinical expression

of adrenal fatigue varies from person to person.

So to answer the questions it is very difficult to give a precise answer.

The general concept is to seek someone who really understand reproductive disruptions

in the setting of adrenal fatigue.

Be patient, do it right, try to stay away from stimulants that may increase your energy

but mask the underlying problem.

Focus on the long-term reproductive goals and timing.

And then when the right time comes your health professional should be able to advise you.

And if the timing is not right, forcing it does not really help.

It is a very challenging situation but it's not something that cannot be overcome.

A lot of patience is required and a lot of professional comprehensive program is involved

in order to map up

a strategy properly.
