Party Help - Can I Hire My Maid? - Duration: 10:08.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Today's question comes from a homeowner who wants to hire her house cleaner to help out

with an upcoming party that she's going to be hosting at her house.

And she asks "What do I need to know in order to hire the housecleaner?

And what kind of tasks should I expect her to be able to do for party planning and me

hosting a party?

About how much should I expect to pay?

So those are excellent questions, and we're going to try to

wrap this all up in a little bundle here.

But the truth is, house cleaners are excellent people to hire for when you're hosting a party

because they already know your house.

You already trust this person inside your house and with all of your belongings.

Now, this person, this house cleaner that you have they already know where you keep

all your stuff.

And they know what your sensibilities are as far as how you run your household

and they kind of have a feeling for your budget.

So, as they help you plan this party and help you pull this party off, they're going to

be as conservative as you are because they respect your home and the way that you operate.

So, it's an excellent choice and I'm thrilled that you're thinking of your housecleaner,

or your maid, or your housekeeper, as the person that's going to be

helping you with your party.

Now as a homeowner there's one request that I have

right up at the very front of this conversation.

And that is, if your maid works for a company like a franchise for example

The Cleaning Authority, Jani-Pro or Molly Maids, something like that,

that you would go to their supervisor first.

And that you would request that specific person for a side job, because you don't want to

put your maid in a position of conflict with their boss where they're doing side work that

their boss doesn't know about.

So, you want to get clearance from the boss up front and just say "Listen I love Jenny,

she's an amazing housecleaner and I would like to hire her for a side project.

A one-time project to help me plan a party and pull it off at my house would that be

okay or is there a conflict of interest?"

And they might say yes that's perfectly fine because this is a moonlighting job on the

side so this is a separate job for Jenny that does not fall under the regular

category of maid service.

But because Jenny knows your house and all these things your family your pets she's a

perfect choice for you.

But you want to clear it with her supervisor first, just so that there are no conflicts.

And if it gets back to the supervisor that Jenny did this party you don't want her to

get reassigned to a different house and then never come back and be your maid again.

Right?

So, you want to clear that up front.

Okay, now that you've cleared it up front and the boss said yes, it's okay that Jenny

can come to your house and she can help you with the party.

Jenny has a lot of sensibilities.

She works in people's homes everyday so she has a certain set of organization skills,

so I would bring her in as early as the party planning,

And say "Hey, can you help me with the decorations?"

These are some of the chores you can expect from her or you can bundle together in your

offer to her when you ask her if she can help you with your party.

"I've got a lot of decorations that I'm going to put up.

I was thinking about putting these up here, I was thinking about putting these over here.

Out in the front yard I was going to have some balloons that lead at the sidewalk…"

You want to lay all of that stuff out so that in her mind she can budget how much time it's

going to require to help with the decorating of the party.

She already knows what you're going to need as far as the housecleaning goes.

So, before the party she may want to come in and focus on the rooms that are going to

be used for the party.

It's going to be your living room, your dining room, if you have a Butler's Pantry

or a Baker's area.

There will be people milling about having drinks in that area.

So, you want to make sure that area is all polished up, and that your coffee bar or your

drink bar is all nicely…

All the bottles are wiped down.

There's no dust.

They have plenty of glasses that are laid out all of these things.

And so, she can help you with that. Your kitchen area...

Even if you have a sunroom, or you have a back-patio area, those areas are also going

to need to be freshened up so that those will be welcoming to your guests.

And she can help you with that as well.

Now, if you have yard equipment this is something she can use.

She might actually have her own.

I know that a lot of the people in my company we always had a gas blower, and so for parties

and extra projects we would blow off people's sun rooms.

Or sun porches that have the screened-in, areas but that would catch a lot of pollen

and stuff like that.

So, it was one of the tools that we carried in our vehicles, so that we were able to clean

off apartment patios and sunrooms and stuff like that so she might be able to help you

with that as well, but any areas that the guests are going to be in during your party

you want to freshen those up the day before or the day of the party just so that they

are ready to rock and roll.

Now in your bathrooms you want to make sure that all of the bathrooms that you're going

to allow your guests to use are available for the guests.

And with that you want to wipe everything down make sure everything is sanitized and

then there's plenty of tissue and toilet paper inside those restrooms.

Because you'll go through lots of toilet paper if you have lots of guests.

During the party, you're going to need somebody to come in and freshen up those bathrooms

and make sure that the towels haven't fallen on the floor.

Or the people have wiped their nose and just thrown the tissue on the floor.

You're going to want to maintain those bathrooms throughout the party.

And a lot of people wash their hands and they get stuff all over the mirrors.

Those can be wiped down.

Jenny can help you with those things.

So, during the party you want her to be on site during the party as well, and this literally

means she'll bring a party dress with her.

After she does all the housecleaning she may dive into one of your bathrooms, take a quick

shower, freshen up, do her hair, put on a party dress and she can be the hostess for

your party.

And so, at the last minute, and this happens in every party - you don't want this to happen,

but it does.

The host of the party, the person whose house it's at, at the last minute, they're in the

bathroom getting ready because they've been working all day.

Their hair has been up in a bun, there's messy clothes… now they're trying to get

ready themselves for the party and the doorbell rings and the guests arrive.

Jenny can be the person that invites your guests in, welcomes them, and "Can I get

you a seat?

Can I get you a drink?"

Makes them feel at home until you come downstairs and you're ready for the party.

Now once your guests start arriving there will be lots of guests that you're visiting

with the doorbell is going to keep ringing, And so, Jenny can stand at the door and she

can welcome guests.

And she's now the hostess.

"Hey, I'm so glad you can make it to the party, come on in, let me get you a drink…"

and she can introduce them to the other guests she's just met.

So, she's playing hostess for a minute.

After everybody gets settled and the party gets started, she can also be the person that

makes sure that all the party and platter trays are filled.

So, as you start to run low on something she can restock the supplies of those things whether

they're drinks, whether it's coffee, whether you need more water in your Keurig machine,

whether you need more shrimp on your shrimp platter, any of those things.

So, she's just kind of a background help that's assisting, that's not making a big scene.

She's not wearing a butlers outfit or anything, but she's helping out with the party.

Then during the party she'll check the bathrooms and make sure that everything is wiped up

that there's plenty of toilet paper on hand when the party is over.

When the party is over and you go to bed, Jenny can stay there.

Change back into her regular clothes and she can put all the food away.

These are in small airtight containers with a Snap-On Lids or Zip Lock bags.

She knows your home and the way that you store things, so she can put those, and pack those

in your fridge.

She can wash up the dishes really quick.

She can do a quick sweep up of the floor and pick up crumbs and things that have fallen,

maybe food has fallen on the floor.

She can pick up and clean up all of that stuff in a brief… it's not going to be a full

house cleaning, but it's going to be a brief cleanup of the party.

Make sure that there are no chairs that are tipped over, (I don't know how Rowdy your

guests are,) but she can put everything back to where it was so tomorrow you can go about

living your regular life.

So, you've gone to bed because you've got work to do tomorrow.

She stays for an extra hour or two after the party is over, then she goes home.

And you wake up tomorrow and it's like you never had a party.

That is the benefit of having a housekeeper, or a house cleaner, or maid, come to your

house and host and help you and clean up after your party.

So, what do you want to pay this person?

What you want to pay this person is pretty consistent to what you pay them for housecleaning.

So, let's just say for example that you paid $400 for 4 hours of cleaning.

(That's a little high, but we'll just use that as an example.)

Let's see for this party it's going to be a six-hour party.

The four hours at $100 per hour - would be 6 hours = $600.

So, it would be whatever that price is - about the same consistent rate.

If you break it down by hour it's going to be about that same consistent rate - that

you would charge for a party.

So, if you only pay $50 an hour and you have her there for 6 hours it would be $300.

Does that make sense?

Okay.

So, you want to make it fair to her and make it worth her time because she still has to

get up tomorrow and she still has to go clean houses.

And so, if she's doing a side project, it is extra money for her.

But you have to make it worth her time.

And so, consider hiring her because this is a great way for a maid or housekeeper to make

some extra money on the side.

And if you're having a party, an extra set of hands is worth every penny.

So, there you go.

have an application known as energy bar and it has a very simple job of showing

your battery percentage in a really interesting way so if you go inside the

application you can change a lot of things like color size of the bar and

when you are done you can see the bar at the top of the screen which pretty much

shows your battery life so last but not the least application on our list is

launchify and if you are all about speed then this is the application you

must have it shows your most used application or the application you choose literally

everywhere it shows it on a notification area in lock screen you can choose some

settings and to the application you want from inside the app and after that you

Korean Skincare Review for Oily Skin (Beauty Water, Skinfood, Innisfree and more!) - Duration: 7:11.

Hey guys! So today, I want to share with you guys some Korean skincare beauty. I have

been recently been using Korean skincare for the past few years because it's very

affordable and number two it's accessible and although they may not have

physical stores in Singapore, I actually bought them online so I'll link them in

the description box below. So my skin is slightly too with the oily side, I will

usually get acne on the middle area and sometimes when I eat unhealthy food

I will mostly get acne and blemishes on my chin area so yeah. So, all these

skincare products that I'm going to show you, it's mostly for oily skin and yeah!

So, the first product that I would like to talk about is actually the Beauty Water. It is by Son

& Park. Um.. this Beauty Water was very hyped and I actually jumped onto the bandwagon to

buy it. I bought this beauty water on Qoo10, uh

for $28, so I'll link in the descript- description box below and one thing I

like about this Beauty Water is that it is very refreshing and it has a "lemon-y" scent

Um.. and it is very lightweight as well on your skin. It doesn't feel like rough but one

thing I don't know about this beauty water is

that it is very sticky on your skin after you put as a toner maybe it's a 'toner' thing

I'm not sure 'cause it's my first toner that I've ever purchased and yeah usually I

put it in a spray bottle like this and I spray, spray, spray and pat, pat, pat and

I'm good to go! So, the next product is the Berry AHA!

Bright Peel by Etude House, um. It's actually an exfoliator and it helps with peeling and brightening

and so after you wash your face, you dry or face and then you put-

I usually put five dots around my face and I scrub it and as I scrub, as you can

see, there will be um, my dead skin will come out and uh yeah so I have really a lot of

dead skin. I actually use this two times a week and um it's actually a good exfoliator

because after that my skin feels super super smooth so I highly recommend

this exfoliator. Um, yeah! Okay, the next product is actually the

rice mask wash off by Skinfood and omg, this is A-MA-ZING like omg

Okay, as you can see I'm gonna finish my tub and I bought it in Korea when I

went for work last October and fun fact I actually made friends with the person

over there. 'Cause I was wearing a blue eyeliner from NYX Cosmetics and she was

so intrigued by it and she was like oh my god (Korean word) which means, uh.. pretty in

Korean and I was like (Korean word) and I took out my NYX eyeliner and let her try,

and she was so intrigued and she- I kinda regret that I wasn't able to keep contact with

her because I've always wanted a Korean friend. Meh. Anyway, she actually recommended this

rice mask wash off and apparently is the most popular item and yes, it is really

really really good yeah so I've been using it and let me

just tell you yes it actually brightens my skin and I've actually gotten one shade lighter

So, if you guys are interested into like getting a lighter shade, this really

really helps and although it may not be a short-term thing that you will see in

two/ three days but let me tell you it works as a long-term thing

after you wash your face you gotta apply on dry face and I just gently massage it

and although they stayed on the packaging there is for 10 to 15 minutes

I find it that's too long and I get lazy so I tend to like gently massage it for

after this mask. The next product is green tea cleansing foam by Innisfree and

this actually has green tea from Jeju and it helps with moisturizing and

nourishment for deep into your skin and I really like Innisfree facewash 'cause

they are very very affordable. I actually bought this for one for one, for

$12 and so, technically, one is $6 and that is exactly the same price as (in)

Korea yep and at first and I was using the Barley

line, which I actually hated it so much because it's actually meant for dry skin.

Basically, I wash my face with this every day and every night and

before I go to sleep and actually pretty pretty refreshing. It actually clears all the

oil and all the gunk. If you have an oily skin I highly highly recommend this because

it's really really good. for the last product is face mask which

I bought from Korea I really like it so much because they help with your skin at

a convenient time you just put it on skin is really nice and I've tried like in

Innisfree, Faceshop and Skinfood. And honestly, the best one is Skinfood and I love Skinfood

masks. Oh my gosh!!! so I highly recommend this one, the Centella Asiatica one,

It actually helped with blemishes and oh my god my blemishes actually went

away in like one week and it actually clears up all of it and it's really really good guys

Let me just say, the texture of the mask itself is very rough but when you put

your skin right, it is very soft. Like it's very gentle one thing I like about this

is that it's not sticky and it's not too strong. um especially Faceshop masks,

they are very sticky after I put but this one is just nice and my skin feels very

moisturise after using the mask so I actually just not wash my face because it feels suuuuper good.

"Small Channel Update" - GTA 5 Online PC Survival Mode - Duration: 5:22.

Hello and uh, well - welcome to the first official video of my channel!

I thought it'd be a good idea to actually put something on my channel, as sort of an

introduction as to what my channel is about and - I guess an insight as to what you

can expect from me in the future.

To be honest, this is the first sort of gameplay commentary video I'll be doing and

I most likely won't do much of it, unless by some strange reason people love listening to the

blocked up, nasaly sound of my voice, which you know - is one main attribute to finding

a potential partner.

*whispered* [To be fair, I - uh, actually have a cold, but let's be real here

no-one gives a stuff]

As you probably noticed, I've got some GTA V Survival Mode footage in the background,

I spared you the horror of listening and looking at my ugly mug

for the next few minutes while I talk.

So anyway, for my eight subscribers who have seen some of the videos on my channel before -

I've actually unlisted them, so if you had actually liked that video before, you'll probably

find it in your liked playlist somewhere. But yeah - I wanted to give my channel a new

look and a clean slate for my future content - maybe one day i'll re-upload them so I can

cringe over them and get destroyed in the comments but, we'll see how it goes.

For those of you who don't know me, and if you can tell my by accent, yes I am a born

and bred Australian of a Chinglish heritage, and I'm the lucky one to not get eaten by

a dingo, or sold into a child labour factory.

I recently graduated from University with an Audio Production degree, but most of my

work lately has been in a Live Sound environment, or as a gigging musician around the city.

I'm the Bassist for a Post-punk band and I'm also a solo Singer/Songwriter

whose hoping to pick up a few gigs soon.

*whispered* [I bet the moment I said I was a bass player

half of you just shut down the video and... I dunno -

I may upload some of my original tunes to this channel when I

grow some balls to upload it so,

you might be waiting a while.

That's a good segway as to what I want to do with this channel;

*panics* Oh - not the growing balls bit I mean the actual content on my channel.

Primarily, this will be a gaming channel of various games that I love playing - things

like GTA V and a few other games. I love making small movies or machinima based things, and

I'm actually working on a machinima for GTA V at the moment, that project will take a

lot of time, because I'm trying to learn more about cinematography and - composing my shots

better and I - I guess knowing how to smoothly animate the characters with the modding tools

that I've got.

I think my greatest flaw though with this project is being a perfectionist.

Hopefully I can produce something decent without scrapping it every two weeks because I find something

new to do.

Not only do I want to do that, but I also want to upload some of the more obscure titles

that has a pretty small niche of fans like games from the Mechwarrior Series, or some

old PS1 games o-or just something different in general. Really, this channel is more of

a creative platform where I can play some games and edit some videos and just have fun

which is probably a hell of a lot more productive than posting memes on facebook.

Not only that, as I said before - I'll look at doing some of my music stuff and maybe

some vlog style videos if my life gets interesting enough to film.

I definitely want that diversity on my channel, so that it keeps me motivated, but it also

keeps it fresh for you guys as well!

I'll try my best to upload on a regular basis, so that I can get into some kind of a routine

I'm not going to promise a weekly upload or something like that, but - there is stuff

coming soon - one being a let's play of the Bioshock Remastered series, which I'm really

super excited for.

Anyway, thanks for listening to me waffle on. I'm - I'm excited to be finally doing

this and I hope that I can start interacting with you guys and just having fun.

On this occasion, I will talk about 5 Common Signs of Stroke that you should to know.

Knowing the early 5 Common Signs of Stroke can help you receive the best treatment before it becomes serious or even life threatening.

So let's get started with a closer look at what Stroke is first.

Stroke or cerebrovascular accident occurs when the blood supply to the brain is suddenly interrupted

or cut off completely due to lack of blood flow, blockage, or a brain hemorrhage.

Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the brain by blood vessels called arteries.

Blood may be interrupted or stop moving through an artery

because the artery is blocked (ischaemic stroke) or bursts (haemorrhagic stroke).

When brain cells do not get enough oxygen or nutrients, they die.

The area of brain damage.

As a result, the brains stops functioning normally and oftentimes the muscles in the body,

the reflexes, and the senses are all affected.

The signs of a stroke depend on the side of the brain that's affected,

the part of the brain affected, and how severely the brain is injured.

Therefore, each person may have different stroke warning signs.

And here are 5 Common Signs of Stroke that you should to know:

1. Speaking Problems.

The first common sign of stroke is speaking problems or trouble with speaking and understanding.

You may experience confusion, slur your words or have difficulty understanding speech.

For each minute a stroke goes untreated and blood flow to the brain continues to be blocked,

a person loses about 1.9 million neurons.

This could mean that a person's speech, movement, memory, and so much more can be affected.

Why is it happen?

A stroke may cause you to have less control over the way the muscles in your mouth and throat move,

making it difficult for you to talk clearly (dysarthria), swallow or eat (dysphagia).

And you also may have difficulty with language (aphasia)

including speaking or understanding speech, reading or writing.

If a person is having difficulty talking or understanding

it could mean that blood is not getting to the area of the brain that controls language.

One test that you can do at home: Try to Repeat the phrase.

"You can't teach an old dog new tricks.".

Are you slurring words, using the wrong words, or are unable to speak?

or If you suddenly has difficulty speaking or forming intelligent sentences,

it can indicate that you have a stroke.

2. Facial Paralysis.

The second common signs of stroke is facial paralysis

Oftentimes a stroke inflicts the facial muscles

Where one side of the face droops or goes totally numb so the face appears non symmetrical when they try to talk or smile.

This is a common symptom that's easy for other people to notice.

When you suspect someone if having a stroke, you should ask the person to smile.

This is a quick way to identify if they're having a stroke, and if facial paralysis occurs,

get them emergency medical attention immediately.

Even if the non symmetrical smile or speech difficulty isn't from a stroke,

it's still a sign that something serious is wrong.

Emergency medical personnel will ask you to smile or show your teeth.

If one side of your face sags or doesn't move, that could mean you're having a stroke.

This symptom is caused by either lack of oxygen to the facial nerve in the brain,

or bleeding that puts pressure on nerves and tissues.

3. Vision problems.

The other common sign of stroke is trouble with seeing in one or both eyes or vision problems.

You may suddenly have blurred or blackened vision in one or both eyes, or you may see double.

Stroke can diminish sight in one or both eyes or cause double vision.

It can also lessen a person's ability to make sense of basic visual cues

like recognizing a face or familiar objects

or being unable to differentiate between a mirror image and the object being reflected.

They could experience double vision, blurred vision, or complete loss of vision.

Many people who have had a stroke experience vision problems afterwards,especially if the stroke was on the right side of the brain.

You could have blind spots or trouble focusing because of the cells that are destroyed in the visual cortex.

While a high amount of stroke survivors have impaired vision,medical advances have increased the chance of seeing well enough.

Intense treatment involving retraining the brain has helped many survivors get some or most of their vision back.

4. Loss of Balance.

The fourth common sign of stroke is Loss of Balance.

You may stumble or experience sudden dizziness, loss of balance or loss of coordination.

You may become paralyzed on one side of your body, or lose control of certain muscles

such as those on one side of your face or one arm

Loss of coordination and balance or difficulty walking can signal that a stroke

has occurred in the part of the brain where voluntary muscle coordination is controlled.

While loss of balance is a signs of a stroke, you can also experience it after a stroke.

You may continue to feel dizzy and insecure in your ability to walk without stumbling or falling.

According to the Stroke Association, you are more likely to experience balance problems if the stroke affected the left side of your body.

Some stroke survivors may only feel mild balance issues, while others may have severe loss of balance, impacting their quality of life.

Physical therapy may help you return to activities hampered by paralysis, such as walking and eating.

5. Sudden headache.

The last common sign of stroke is sudden headache.

A sudden, severe headache, which may be accompanied by vomiting, dizziness or altered consciousness

may indicate you're having a stroke.

Many people who have had strokes experience some memory loss.

Others may have difficulty thinking, making judgments, reasoning and understanding concepts.

And One study found that people who experienced headache with the onset of stroke

tended to be younger and have a history of migraine.

A painful headache with no known cause may signal a stroke, most often hemorrhagic stroke.

Are you worried that you or someone you know, may have Stroke?

Having some of the signs of Stroke doesn't mean you definitely have the condition,

but you should always contact your doctor, just to make sure.

The earlier you can identify you're having a stroke,

the better your chances are at full recovery.

The longer you're having a stroke without treatment and attention from a medical team

the more damage it can cause on your brain.

It can also increase your chances of permanent damage resulting in severe disabilities.

While it may seem like a small issue,

it's never a bad idea to get checked out if there's cause for concern.

Ruling out a stroke or getting early treatment could save your life.

Get Motivated Home Sellers Calling You Today! Automation Finds The House And Makes The Offer - Duration: 6:50.

Hey, this is Joe Crump.

This video is going to show you how to use the Automarketer to help you find the houses

for sale, contact the seller, make an offer on their property, use the clone sites to

educate the seller and to close the deal.

And I'm going to walk you through the process of how that works.

First of all, you want to find the property, find the house and that's what you're

going to use the Automarketer itself for.

The Automarketer will go into craigslist and I'm going to just show you the default system

here, that only sends out one message, but and you can send out a series of these, but

if you send out one message you're going to get responses and you can pick the categories

that you want to scrape in craigslist, we're picking apartments, and we're picking For

Sale By Owner, and I'm picking the city and then you can pick any of the other categories

on craigslist if you want to scrape them for some other reason.

You can also add as many of these cities as you want.

I would suggest that you pick one city at a time and you set up one campaign per city.

But you can put as many of them as you like here.

We used to have limits on the scraper where we could only pick five, you know, craigslist

areas but now you can do as many as you want.

Just make sure you don't pick too many so that you have so many leads it's going to

be hard to chill with them all.

So that's what you're going to do.

You're going to start the Automarketer, it's going to start sending out a text message

and let me just take you to this step here, and this is the message that it's going

to send out by text.

"I say the home you advertised and I was wondering if you'd consider selling it rent

to buy?

If so, I'd be interested.

Let me know.

Thank you."

And that's the one without a URL, without a domain name for them to go to.

But, we also have campaigns that allow, that put a domain name in here.

They lead to the, that lead to the rent to own seller clone site.

So, this is going to go out to them, or one with a URL in it and they're going to either

respond to you directly and then you can call them or, you're going to send them the one

with the URL in it and they're going to go to the website.

When they go to the website they're going to go to the clone sites.

So let me show you where that's at.

It's going to send them to this rent to own seller site and everybody has their own

rent to own seller site.

And it explains how the rent to own, the For Rent Method, works.

And it asks them to fill out this information.

And there's an audio there they can listen to or they can read about it in this section

here.

And the whole concept is to get them to sign up for this program without even talking to

them.

You're going to have more luck with people that you're talking to, but, you're going

to get a certain percentage of people that are going to fill out this form and then all

you have to do is call them and close the deal.

Or, if they fill out this form, it also sends them an email that sends them another link

to lease option memo that they can sign online and when that happens it'll be sent to you.

Then you'll have a deal that you can sell.

Some of the leads are going to send a response back to you by text message and those leads

will come in to your lead dashboard.

So you'll have all these leads that you'll be dealing with.

But when these leads come in they get filtered.

This all happens behind the scenes, but let me show you what, how they're being filtered.

Going back to the Automarketer page, we can go into the blast and we could go into the

auto classification.

So we put them into classifications based on what they say in their text or voice message

and it could be any one of these phrases, we separate them by commas, but it could be

any one of these phrases.

So if they say, yes, or they're serious, or where are you located, or, would you carry

a note?

Then we put them into the "yes" campaign.

And those are the people we want to talk to first.

If they say not interested, I doubt it, selling only, these types of phrases, then we put

them into the "no" campaign.

And the system automatically follows up with these people in three weeks by sending them

another text at that time.

But the ones that say yes, they're going to go into a follow up system as well, but

it's going to give you time to give them a call.

And that's the first thing you want to do.

I'm going to go back to lead management and if you look at this drop down, it'll

show you which campaign they were put into.

This was put into a three-month campaign.

This one was put into the yes/maybe campaign.

So you want to call them immediately.

You want to read the message that they give you.

They said, well, they'd consider it, and they're telling you they need a credit report,

and deposits and stuff that you're probably not going to give them, but, you have to look

at what's possible for them.

And you're going to talk to them and you're going to help them see that it might make

sense to work with you despite what they want.

People don't always get what they want and a lot of times when you're, well, eighty-five

to ninety-five percent of For Sale By Owner's will never sell their property For Sale By

Owner.

They're going to have to either list it with a realtor, take it off the market or

find a different way.

We're going to offer them a different way of selling.

Once you get them on the phone, then you're going to start talking to them about their

property and you can open this up and you can add a property and start talking to them

about their property.

Just create a test property for it real quick.

And down the line here you can start asking them questions on this questionnaire.

There's a lot that this does and I'm going to explain this in some other videos that

we get into as we go.

But you can also use this as a guide to ask them questions.

The goal here is that you pick the low hanging fruit and you get the best leads and you deal

with them first and the other leads go into a follow up system, they get dripped on over

time until they're ready to do something or until they want to be taken off your list.

And then they can just type in STOP into a text and it'll keep them from getting any

more messages from you.

This system does so much more than this, but this gives you an overview of what it's

all about and how it works and I hope you're as excited about it as I am.

Discontent, boredom or almost continuous nervousness, a kind of background static.

You may not realize this because it is a frequent part of "normal" life,

Just as it does not become aware of a continuous low background noise, such as hum

Of an air conditioner, until it stops. When it stops suddenly, there is a sensation

Of relief. Many people use alcohol, drugs, sex, food, work,

Television or even shopping as anesthetics, in an unconscious attempt

For suppressing the basic discomfort. When this occurs, an activity that could be

Very pleasant, if used in moderation, it becomes a compulsive activity or

Addictive, and everything that is achieved through it is a brief relief of symptoms.
