vacation at their best! - Duration: 3:44.vacations
Vacations are awesome. I mean I love
Vacations, I mean who doesn't love vacations. They're the best. I mean if you don't like vacation
There's absolutely something wrong with you, and I mean it. I mean like there's something mentally wrong with you
Actually, I'm kind of kidding about that part because that can be kind of offensive to some people
But I mean if you don't have a good reason not to like vacation
I don't know what's wrong with you. I just don't know
Do you know what's actually a funny thing that I like to see?
Have you ever seen like those signs that say I need a vacation six months twice a year? I love those I
need one of those times that would be kind of sweet like my old teacher had one of those but I
Mean vacations are just great. They get rid of stress and problems
Unless you're surrounded by people
Who can get on your last nerve and make you want to shove them off the face of the Earth that?
Was how a kind of wet when I went on ships with my brothers and sister
You can guarantee that we would fight over something stupid within probably the first 20 minutes of the long ride
Like who gets a cup holder or who gets the front seat?
Usually at the end of by eating expect on being grounded for a whole week so yeah, that was my car trips
I'm pretty sure you guys can relate in some way if you have a brother or sister
So there are so many places
I would love to go and visit again like I mean I saw San Francisco. I loved that place that place is sweet but
My sister has this one place that she would love to go and obsess about it's called Disney
And I find that kind of ironic because the most evil person I know
Love's the Happiest place on Earth
Yep, my sister is obsessed with anything Disney Disney movies Disney
clothing Disney
pins Disney stuff animal Disney costumes anything Disney related she actually
Loves to make reservations will not actual reservation
She likes to see how much a fake reservation would cost for fake family. I mean that's pretty far. I mean I
Don't honestly know why she does that but I don't know I went only on one bad vacation in
My lifetime and that is because it was not handicap accessible
And that is a problem because my dad is in a wheelchair and it needs to be able to get around
But on the bright side of that trip I got to see many cool things and I got my New York sweatshirt there
So I mean I wouldn't have this shirt on me right now. If I didn't go there, so
the one thing that sometimes
stinks in
the ride to your paradise is
That you have to deal with people who will snore and people who will get air-sea or Carsick?
But the funny thing does that happen you could expect to make one sanitary stop that will last a bit you also
better hope you're not the one in front or next to the person or
Else you are in for a huge
surprise
you

BTS(방탄소년단)피 땀 눈물 韓版解析/Blood sweat& tears Theory-KR Ver.[Eng/한국어] - Duration: 18:09.In the VCR which is played in the WINGS TOUR concert
There is a scene describing the whole story concept
Here is the remade version VCR with Chinese subtitle
How many roads must a boy walk down before you call him a man?
School,home.
School,home,alleys,the sea
Shutting the sky of youth away, inside broken drawers
The dead end was an entrance to the maze
Stigmata-like smeared blood,across the palm
Wracking pain rising up open wings
Is a dream to soar
In search of a sea nowhere to be found
The boy walks
The boy with not One but Seven hearts
Seven beats and One stride forward
Altered perspective and One is Seven
To run is to be bound to fall
Up against a cliff
In the world of swaying seduction
What is he looking for with closed eyes?
When curtains are open to break the mirror
A path leading into fragments appears
Outside is Inside, Inside is Outside
Entangled world
A crossroad for all
Two worlds back-to-back
Relentlessly merge into One
Now the Seven boys are on the road
Seven, but One
Seven boys with One heart
One boy with Seven hearts
One and Seven, reflection of each other
How many roads must a boy walk down before you call him a man?
Roads are another name for the world
Night and day, crossroads and tunnels
The roads take endless forks
And always alone in the moment of decision
Turn around the corner
And are the crimson flower of youth still in full bloom?
Where is dream leading to?
Fear is another name for hope
Tears are another way to smile
The boy smiles
He can smile when he is whole
The boy walks on
In the beginning of MV,seven boys walk into the museum together.
They are actually divided into four groups
Suga and Jimin
Rap Monster and Jungkook
J-hope and V
Rap Monster reads a green book with Jungkook
Notice that there is a red book beside the statue of Demeter's right feet
The last group is Jin who is alone
<The Fall of the Rebel Angels> originally describes the scene that Michael pushed the rebel angels into the hell
But,this painting has another meaning(in CONCEPT BOOK)
It represents that if we want to grow up,
then we need have the consciousness and step forward to fight against the fate given by God
The words on the pink neon is ''the tempter''
The scene that Suga covers Jimin's eyes comes from the last scene of Demian(in CONCEPT BOOK)
Excerpts from a talk that Demian said to Sinclairs in the last chapter of Demian
''Then you'll have to listen within yourself, and you'll notice that I'm inside you.
Understand?—And one thing more! Lady Eve said that, if things ever went badly for you,
I was to give you the kiss from her that she sent along with me…… Close your eyes, Sinclair!"
Jimin who is closing his eyes just like Sinclair, whose mind and ego becomes one
Suga is Jimin's guide, hoping that Jimin can listen to his own mind
However,Jimin pulled his hand away
Also,J-hope's hand is pulled away.
It's obvious that Jimin wants to understand the grown-up world by his own eyes
On the left is Medusa and Perseus; on the right is Demeter
We will become different people after growing up because of our own decisions
Probably,we'll be like Perseus,Demeter,or Medusa
V hesitates whether he should fall or not
Jin's eyes are covered by other boys. They hope that Jin won't be allured by the dark side.
Jungkook is on the swing, like he's going to fall just the same as the main character of Lament for Icarus'
Jungkook who is eating a lollipop shows that he hasn't escaped from the stage of teenagers
Green smoke comes from the floor on Suga's room
Rap Monster lights the candle. The green liquid beside is absinthe
Burning the sugar on a spoon and dripping into the absinthe is a traditional way to drink it.
Burning the sugar also means the end of childhood
The moment when fire burns represents that Jungkook's foal eagle picture is also burning.
(This is the picture that Jungkook sends to Rap Monster in WINGS short film)
Drinking the absinthe means growing up and the mind to fight against God and fate(in CONCEPT BOOK)
The pool under J-hope's feet is melted chocolate(in CONCEPT BOOK)
In Demian,Sinclair's mother will give him a piece of chocolate for reward when he does something right
The melted chocolate means that J-hope has no longer been protected by his mother,
but he still sits in the chocolate pool and aspires to the positive power of mother's love
He aims the arrow at V to remind V that is the time to wake up(in CONCEPT BOOK)
"The bird fights its way out of the egg.The egg is the world.Who would be born must first destroy a world.
The silk is just like egg membrane and V is a bird that hasn't broken the egg yet
This is the candle lighted by Rap Monster
The green wax drips on Jungkook's fingers
Eating the wax means Jungkook comprehends the fact that he must grow up(in CONCEPT BOOK)
But,I think the better explanation is Jungkook has followed Rap Monster's guidance and understood the so-called adult's world gradually
The former scene Rap Monster leads Jungkook to read a green book.
Apparently, Rap Monster is the guide who boosts Jungkook to grow up
In the beginning of MV,green book, green smoke and green wax appear subsequently.
It has already mentioned that drinking the absinthe represents growing.
The green absinthe is just like the color of devil's blood
Our blood color is originally red.Red means the most original and innocent mind
There is a red book beside the statue of Demeter's feet in the beginning of MV
When green leaks into red, it will produce a chaos stage said by Nietzsche. For a specific explanation please watch Theory Intro2
Seven boys with One heart
One boy with Seven hearts
Jin is a boy who has seven hearts
It means that there are six other boys' personalities in Jin's heart
The seat which Jin is sitting is the master's seat.Because Jin is the main of those boys
The forbidden fruit, apple on the table and the wine in Holy Grail are the symbols of temptation
Jin raises the grail and hoping six boys can cheers together
Just at this moment,Jin seems feeling something
Jin stops drinking and looks back
Jin mentions the arrow shot by J-hope
J-hope reminds V is time to wake up,but V is still behind the silk
In Theory Intro2,we have already mentioned that Angel Michael has red hair and holds a sword or an arrow. This image is just like J-hope.
J-hope plays the role of Michael and tries to lead the boys back to the right way
Jin doesn't drink the wine because of the arrow and it means that innocence in Jin's mind persisting.
But,Rap Monster,J-hope and Suga can't resist the temptation and drink the wine
But your wings are wings of the devil In front of your sweet is bitter bitter-Rap Monster
Baby,I don't care if I get drunk,I'll drink you in now Your whiskey, deep into my throat-J-hope
So I can't serve anyone that's not you Even though I know,I drink the poisonous Holy Grail-Suga
Jungkook and Rap Monster's rooms are full of green smoke
The uplifting smoke will cover Suga and Jimin's room
The green smoke keeps lifting, then influences Jimin and Suga
Jimin holds an apple and feels excited to accept the evil world
But, Suga takes out a piece of cloth and tries to cover Jimin's eyes
The painting behind V is '' Landscape with the Fall of Icarus'' .
V jumping down means that he has already escaped from the teen stage and looks forward to stepping into the next stage of life
J-hope is the last kindness in Jin's heart
J-hope is the last kindness in Jin's heart
J-hope tries hard to get other fallen characteristics back
The scattered feather symbolizes the Icarus who lost the wings
Icarus pursues flying higher and higher, then the wings got burned
Just like the boys must leave the most innocent selves behind to grow
Rap Monster acts as he's smoking,it also means that he's not a boy any longer
Suga covers Jimin's eyes to let him listen to his own mind
When boys wake up one by one, those hands covering Jin also get away subsequently
Jimin wanders between a boy and a man, hesitating if he should accept the dark side of the world or not
The song Suga plays is <Passacaglia>
There is a pianist has given a lot of guide to Sinclair in Demian
Whenever Sinclair has any questions, the pianist will play <Passacaglia>
Suga is playing this leading character, hoping the boys grow and want them to accept the concepts of evilness
The boys find out the exit and run outside symbolizes that they all accept the evilness in this world and made a resolution to be a man
But, only Jimin is pulled by Suga.It means that Jimin still can't make up his mind
The silk fades slowly symbolizing that V breaks out of the egg
Jin keeps looking back and hesitating that if he should betray his innocence or not
V covers Jin's eyes
When V's hands get away from Jin's eyes,Jin can only see a statue of angel
Jin is attracted and steps forward to the statue
Jin is allured by the face of angel, but he doesn't notice that the wings of this angel are black
It means that V lures Jin to comprehend the happiness of adult's world
and not let him know that he needs to sacrifice his kindness and innocence to grow up.
After Jin kisses the devil on his lips
It also means that the personality of V is gradually growing and V is the deepest evilness in Jin's heart
Green water sprays J-hope's original world
Green tears and red blood come out together
Jimin abandons innocence at last and ends the period of being a boy. Thus, he sheds with the green tears
The words in the mirror is excerpted from Nietzsche
one must have chaos in oneself to give birth to a dancing star
The Mary Mother of God statue symbolizes innocence.
When Jin accepts evilness and he isn't naïve anymore, the Mary Mother of God statue also collapses.
The lily outside of the mirror turns into purple cassia flower in the mirror
The white lily has the meaning of innocence. The cassia flower means temptation.
The mirror reflects the dark side of Jin's heart. The surface of the kindness starts to crack
Good and evil are never opposing They will both exist in everyone's minds

How to Develop More Talent to Attract What You Want (The Secret) - Duration: 6:40.Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people
Expand their consciousness now in this video. I'm gonna be sharing with you how to develop more talent?
Using your creative abilities and really understanding how your definitions can shape yourself in a very powerful way now
I believe that this video can help you let go of some of the definitions that may be holding you back from actually
Accomplishing what you want and the reason I want to do this video is because so many times we prime ourselves
And we limit ourselves with the true capacity of what we could do just
Simply because we assume that we can't do certain things now
I want to propose an idea to you that maybe you haven't heard many times before and this is idea of
Understanding our personality in a completely new way
What if the inherent ability that all of us has is much more vast than we priorly thought that it was
But because as we grew up
We just started to associate ourselves with being good at certain things and not good at other things
That then in our own mind
We created our own limitations as to what we can do and what we can do now the reason
I say this is because I believe that people can become very good at things that they're currently not good at
Simply by deciding to develop that skill and deciding to really buy into their own power now
this is something that I've come to really study and understand because I've been learning about the power of
Priming how and I used this example before how if when I wake up in the morning I go
And I'm looking at like the news on social media or all of these terrorist attacks that happen and all this negative stuff
How as I go through the rest of my day?
My mind the ras the reticular activating system in my brain will see those words pop out even more if it says
Terrorist attack Or if it says violence
It's like my mind is tuned to it therefore that is becoming something
I see more and more of and at a certain level it means that at subconscious levels
I'm buying into that reality more and more I'm buying into the negativity that
Media projects out to people so the idea is what can we do to prime ourselves to really?
Start to feel more powerful
Well an easy thing to do is to just simply
Remember a couple core values and what this means is
What we can do
And there's science that has backed us up before is that if you put people in a stressful situation
In this example this experiment that they did was where they put people?
That signed up to be a part of it. They put them in really stressful situations
they had to give like a 10-minute report or a 10-minute presentation in front of an audience of like 10 high
Executives who had blank stares on their face had no emotion whatsoever?
Now what they did is they would prime one group of people?
And then they would go up and give that speech or whatever they had to do under that high-stress situation
And then they would do the same for another group
the only difference was is that one of the groups what they had them do is they had them write down some of the
Values that they have that they think are very important, maybe like Honesty authenticity
Feeling confident or whatever it is and what they did is they also had that same group look through prior memories of times that they?
succeeded in the past
Now what happens is as you're looking and you're reading and you're remembering things from your past of when you were successful
You start to feel more successful. You start to feel more powerful
now what they did is they put both groups through the test and the ones that had the
values they wrote down or had the memories performed much more better better and
Afterwards they tested their saliva for cortisol the stress hormone and what they found is that those people were much less
Stressed now the idea behind this is what we can learn to do is to
Prime ourself in a very powerful way
And to just start to remember times that we were successful in the past to really start to focus on the positive attributes
Of who we are the positive characteristics and what we can do is we can do that before especially
very important times maybe an interview or
Negotiation or before we're getting ready to do anything important like a presentation and as we do that
We will literally be releasing less Cortisol store less of those stress hormone
We're gonna start to feel more powerful now on the other side of this coin
How can we develop a stronger ability?
Towards
Developing talents that we think are latent or that are just simply not there
The idea is to be honest with yourself first off. You know. I'm not saying that if you are you know like
Never played basketball in your life that you can just start deciding that you have this amazing talent for basketball
And you're gonna be in the NBA
What I am saying is that if there's certain things that you want to do?
And you just priorly thought that you weren't good at them
develop an intention to figure it out and to start doing it and simply decide and start to
Identify with being good at it start to take action from that point of view if you don't think that you're a good painter
That's fine
But if you're passionate about it
Start to do it and just decide that you are creative to do it for a long time
I always just viewed myself as somebody that's a speaker somebody that's not very creative when it comes to doing certain things
But what I learned is as I simply dropped those definitions as I started to focus on being creative in my own way I
Developed an ability to really see things in a completely new point of view and to put unique
Twists on certain ideas which is a lot of the you know videos on this channel that I share have
Little unique ideas in them that I like to give new perspectives on so that's part of my own creativity
But understand that there's something that you want to find
Passion for and you want to see if you're talented with you can simply decide you're going to do it
You can put in the action in doing it and as you do that
See how it begins to develop now the other side is you can start to prime yourself every day I?
recommend doing it right when you wake up in the morning because then as you prime yourself as
You go throughout your day you'll find more and more of a reflection of what you're focused on and as you do that
You'll find that it continues to grow and grow
So with that being said I hope you guys enjoy this video feel free to like this video if you liked it subscribe
If you haven't already and as always I will see you guys on the next vid please much love

Defying Gravity in ASL - Duration: 3:59.
Something has changed within me
Something is not the same
I'm through with playing by the rules of someone else's game
Too late for second guessing
Too late to go back to sleep
It's time to trust my instincts
Close my eyes and leap...
It's time to try defying gravity
I think I'll try defying gravity
You can't pull me down
I am through accepting limits
Because someone says they're so
Some things I cannot change
But 'til I try, I'll never know
Too long I've been afraid of losing love
I guess I've lost
Well if that's love, it comes at much too high a cost
I'd sooner buy defying gravity
Kiss me goodbye
I'm defying gravity
And you can't pull me down
Unlimited
My future is unlimited
And I've just had a vision almost like a prophecy
I know
It sounds truly crazy
And true, the vision's hazy
But I swear someday I'll be up in the sky
Defying gravity
Flying so high, defying gravity
They'll never pull me down
If you care to find me
Look to the western sky
As someone told me lately
Everyone deserves the chance to fly
And if I'm flying solo
At least I'm flying free
To those who'd ground me
Take a message back from me
Tell them how I'm defying gravity
Flying so high, defying gravity
And soon I'll match them in renown
And nobody in all of Oz
No wizard that there is or was
is ever gonna bring me down...
Ahhahhahhah!

How Exploring the Universe Opens Up New Realities: Innovation, Elon Musk, Aliens | Scott Parazynski - Duration: 6:38.Why do humans explore?
Well, part of it is quite fundamental to our nature; there's adventure and challenge
in it.
But for me, the reason I'm drawn to exploration is because it forces us to think in novel
ways.
And as an inventor I love going into extraordinary environments and finding ways to do that more
safely, more effectively, developing ways to extract better science.
And so for me it's actually been a wonderful catalyst for innovation.
Similar to NASA's history—when you think back to the Apollo program, which is sort
of the icon of my childhood, the thing that I wanted to be a part of as a kid, the things
that had to be invented to safely send astronauts first into Earth orbit and then to the moon,
the list is so long.
But what came of that is an extraordinary list of technologies that we now take for
granted.
For example, the heart monitoring capabilities called the Holter monitor that we now have
in daily practice around the world, that was something that was driven out necessity.
We needed to monitor heart health, needed to make sure that the crew is still alive
onboard those early tiny capsules.
So by pushing our capabilities, whether it's up in space, down in the Antarctic, inside
volcanoes, underneath our oceans, we have to develop new technologies that benefit all
the rest of us in our daily lives.
And so the world is still very, very unknown and what I mean by that is yes we've been
to most parts of our globe, but now we have a whole array of new sensing capabilities,
new technologies, new analytical capabilities, big data analytics that will allow us to go
back to these places and extract more knowledge and press our capabilities more.
So I think it's an incredibly exciting time to be alive and certainly as an explorer.
Through the course of our space program and our space exploration thus far, we've developed
the tools and countermeasures to safely send astronauts, colonists, to far-away worlds.
And so, as I've already alluded, I think it's our human destiny to go beyond Earth
to hopefully create an outpost on the moon similar to what we have at the south pole,
where we could conduct deep space research and also create a waypoint to resupply spacecraft
that could travel further on, to Mars and other exciting places in our own solar system.
You may have heard of Enceladus or Europa or Titan, these are ice-encrusted moons of
our outer planets that have geothermal or volcanic activity within them and so they're
actually ice-crusted oceans, and wouldn't it be amazing if we could send a spacecraft
and/or crew there and sample those waters?
I would think that the likelihood of finding at least some simple life forms there is quite
high.
That would change everything, to realize that life is perhaps not as unique as we thought.
I think deep space exploration is a human imperative, understanding our place in the
solar system and in the broader universe.
And one of the exciting things that's happening right now is we're discovering these exoplanets
surrounding far-away star systems, and in fact planets are probably not the exception
but probably the rule.
There are probably planetary bodies around every little star, twinkle twinkle little
star that we see in the night sky and so it's incredibly exciting to think about what might
be out there.
Is there life elsewhere?
And I think if we just think about it statistically, the trillions and trillions of star systems
and far-away galaxies and the incredible number of planets that are certainly out there, the
conditions for life must certainly exist.
So I'm excited about the prospect of sending, hopefully, crews first to the moon but then
on to Mars and I'm really so excited about Elon Musk's vision of colonizing Mars.
In fact, he's got designs to design rockets that would carry a hundred colonists at a
time and taking them to live out the rest of their lives on Mars.
He's a pretty interesting guy, as I'm sure you know, he's been successful at pretty
much everything that he has set his mind and his money to do, but he's so dedicated to
this concept of colonization that he's stated that he wants to die on Mars and I think that's
commitment.
I'm really passionate about virtual reality and mixed or augmented reality in the future,
ways in which we can interact and learn and train ourselves to do new things from very
remote places.
And it will allow us to actually control robotics and do things that we would never be able
to do in person because that environment is so dangerous.
So the human-machine interface is actually something that is part of my daily life now.
I'm at CEO of a tech startup company called Fluidity Technologies that is based on my
intellectual property, robotic controls, leveraging, machine learning.
So we're able, in a single hand with our controllers, to operate drones, potentially
even helicopters and ROVs, computer games, computer-aided design, augmented reality and
maybe even teleoperation of surgical robots.
And so in my far-away view, what I'd love to be able to offer the world is a surgeon
here in New York City being able to operate with one of our controllers and deliver the
same high-quality care to a patient in sub-Saharan Africa or in rural Nepal.
That sounds like science fiction, but it's really quite attainable with the technologies
that I see on the forefront.

5 Simple Ways to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally - Duration: 10:03.Hi, I am Qila.
On this occasion, I will talk about some available ways that you can do at Home to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally.
Vaccination and antiviral drugs are not the only options available to Lower High Cholesterol.
This video discusses the scientific evidence that certain nutrients and herbs,
may also be useful to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally.
Thankfully, many of you are well versed in watching "5 Simple Ways to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally".
EASY, HEALTHY, and NATURALLY.
Cholesterol is a naturally occurring substance made by the liver,
and required by the body for the proper function of cells, nerves, and hormones.
Cholesterol travels in the lipids of the blood stream, also called plaque,
and can build up in the walls of the arteries decreasing the flow of blood to vital areas of the body.
if plaque continues to build long term it significanlty increasing the risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
There are three lipoproteins in our blood that are important to our health,
LDL or Low Density Lipoproteins is known as the bad cholesterol because it is low in proteins and high in cholesterol.
HDL or High Density Lipoproteins, is high in proteins and low in cholesterol, and also known as good cholesterol.
And the last is Triglycerides, are a separate lipid in the blood stream that provide a away for the body to store excess energy.
Ignoring High Cholesterol as some people are wont to do, isn't a smart idea.
Left untreated, High Cholesterol can get progressively worse and can lead to dangerous complications.
And here are 5 Simple Ways that Naturally Lower High Cholesterol and you can do at home;
1. Lose your weight as possible.
Losing excess weight is beneficial for all sorts of reasons,
from improving your cholesterol profile to preventing diseases epidemic in industrialized societies
including High Cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, gout,
and many types of cancer.
Start by evaluating your eating habits and daily routine.
you can challenges to weight loss and ways to overcome them.
Small changes add up.
If you eat when you're bored or frustrated, take a walk instead.
And if you pick up fast food for lunch every day, pack something healthier from home.
For snacks, munch on carrot sticks or air-popped popcorn instead of potato chips. and don't eat mindlessly.
Do keep in mind that it's important to limit fat intake, even so-called "good" fats like olive oil,
because any fat is dense with calories, which means heavy consumption can easily lead to a heavy body.
And look for ways to incorporate more activity into your daily routine,
such as using the stairs instead of taking the elevator or parking farther from your office.
Carrying even a few extra pounds contributes to high cholesterol.
Losing as little as 5 to 10 percent of your weight can improve cholesterol levels.
2. Eat Oats.
Foods naturally rich in soluble fiber have proven particularly good at lowering cholesterol.
Excellent sources include oats.
Betaglucan, the soluble fiber found in oats, acts like a sponge,
trapping cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestines and eliminating them.
The result is lower "bad" LDL because there's less cholesterol to be absorbed into the bloodstream.
A big bowl of oatmeal per day (about 1 or 1/2 cups) could cut cholesterol an extra 2 to 3 percent,
suggests a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
If you're looking to lower your cholesterol, the key may be simply changing your morning meal.
Switching up your breakfast to contain two servings of oats can lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol by 5.3% in only 6 weeks.
The key to this cholesterol buster is beta-glucan, a substance in oats that absorbs LDL, which your body then excretes.
Banish bland oats with this dessert-worthy ginergersnap oatmeal recipe.
3. Eat Salmon & fatty fish.
Among omega-3–rich fatty fish, salmon is king:
One serving contains about 1.8 grams of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA),
important omega-3s that help cut your risk of deadly out-of-rhythm heartbeats;
reduce bad cholesterol and may even discourage atherosclerosis and the formation of blood clots.
Omega-3 fats are one of the natural health wonders of the world
and have been shown to ward off heart disease, dementia, and many other diseases.
Now these fatty acids can add yet another health benefit to their repertoire: lowering cholesterol.
According to research from Loma Linda University, replacing saturated fats with omega-3s like those found in salmon, sardines,
and herring can raise good cholesterol as much as 4%.
4. Drink Tea.
While tea has become well known for its cancer-fighting antioxidants,
it is also a great defense against high LDL cholesterol levels.
According to research conducted with the USDA, black tea has been shown to reduce blood lipids by up to 10% in only 3 weeks.
These findings were concluded in a larger study of how tea may also help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
5. Eat avocado.
In a study from Mexico's Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social,
women and men who ate one avocado per day for a week had a reduction in total cholesterol of 17 percent.
While their levels of unhealthy LDL and triglycerides fell, good HDL levels actually rose,
perhaps to the avocado's high levels of "good" monounsaturated fat.
This fatty fruit is also full of cholesterol-cutting beta-sitosterol.
Well, all you need to do is to try out one or two or all the above mentioned that you can do at home to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally.
Just take one step at a time.
Be proud of the everyday improvements you have already achieved.
It's never a bad idea to prevent it by changing your lifestyle before it too late.
Many people suffer from years of aches and pains, and would just ignore them,
and then feel so surprised when they find out it become a serious chronic condition already.
You have the choice to live a healthy lifestyle today by knowing 5 Simple Ways to Lower High Cholesterol Naturally.
By making significant changes to your diet,
It is important to stick to these initial changes and perhaps build on them in order to keep your cholesterol low.
Especially, if high cholesterol problem is detected, one had better seriously think serious lifestyle adjustments,
like changing diet, quitting smoking and losing weight.

Burnley man Jonathan Walters incredibly reveals Chelsea were horrendous losers in their - Duration: 6:16.Burnley man Jonathan Walters incredibly reveals Chelsea were horrendous losers in their Premier League opener last weekend… but not as bad as Arsenal
BURNLEY man Jonathan Walters has incredibly blasted Chelsea as lightweights and sore losers after they lost their opening game 3-2.
Antonio Contes Blues saw two men sent off and even went 3-0 down at home to the Clarets in their Premier League opener. Jonathan Walters has incredibly revealed Chelseas appalling behaviour last week.
Chelsea were beaten 3-2 at home to Burnley in their Premier League opener. While Chelsea blamed Sean Dyches men for their physicality, Walters has hit back in sensational manner.
The Republic of Ireland man told The Times: "Normally when you go to those places, you don't get the free kicks you should get. But the referee did unbelievably well, so they weren't happy.
"With some of their players, their discipline was horrendous. Generally when they all moan, they tend to get every decision, but they didn't.
"We were 2-0 up and got a free kick on the edge of the area and the gaffer was just standing, watching, and this guy on the Chelsea bench said, 'Hey, yeah, you want more, you want everything'.
When we scored off that free kick, I was laughing at him, going, 'Yeah, we want more'. Chelsea 2-3 Burnley: Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas see red as a Sam Vokes double and Stephen Ward belter stuns champs.
Chelsea did not take losing the game well, according to Jonathan Walters.
Gary Cahill gets a straight red card for Chelsea against Burnley. He gave me the finger. A few of the lads said, 'Has he just done that?!'.
So then I'm like, 'Tranquillo, tranquillo. ' [Quiet, quiet] I was laughing at him. "Then I was warming up, getting abused off the Chelsea fans. Grown men in front of their kids. Even women giving me abuse.
Expletives, hand gestures, the lot. I love all that. I spoke to the guy [on Chelsea's bench] afterwards. It was a bit of banter..
Walters revealed he would always be gracious in defeat, adding: "I'll always shake hands afterwards with players, the manager, wish them the best. "I always think, 'Be graceful in defeat, don't over-egg it when you win.
Sam Vokes bags a brace for Burnley against Chelsea. Jonathan Walters reveals he is always gracious in defeat, unlike Chelsea.
Antonio Contes Blues lost their Premier League curtain-raiser at home. You get sore losers but then they're at Chelsea for a reason - maybe they're sore losers and that drives them.
Arsenal are the worst for sore losers. On Chelseas weak - both physically and in terms of depth - squad for the game, Walters referred to the Blues as lightweight.
He claimed: They're nowhere near what they were last year. "I read a bit about he [Conte] maybe put a really weak bench to send a signal [to the board].
He said 'no', but I've seen managers do that. I was warming up and thinking, 'I don't know a lot of these lads'. Cesc Fabregas is sent off after receiving two yellow cards against Burnley.
Jonathan Walters got his Burnley career off to a flying start against Chelsea.
Sam Vokes scored twice as Burnley beat Chelsea 3-2 at Stamford Bridge. "Last year at the back, they were strong, big, and horrible with [Nemanja] Matic sitting in front of them, a tough lad.
Most of the Burnley lads were very surprised he went, to [Manchester] United as well. "They haven't got Diego Costa upfront. Everyone hated him but you'd love to have him in the team, he's brilliant, he's the best at winding people up.
But you could get to him in his head. "Chelsea were a bit lightweight. We didn't bully them either. I was watching our goals again, excellent goals, quick play, cross in the box, goal.
"It wasn't like we lumped them in the box. Chelsea need to buck up a bit.".
Chelsea slumped to defeat in the first game of the Premier League title defence. Chelseas Alvaro Morata scores on his debut against Burnley.

FOCUS ON - Orianna Bladecraft - MECHANISMS - Duration: 11:40.Hello guys! I'm Soo Cosplay, and I'm going to show you everything about my Orianna Cosplay
I'm working on some improvements, just like repainting and stuff.
It won't be perfect but you'll understand because you're nice <3
I'm going to show you how the skirt is moving, how the ball is moving, and how the key on the back is moving.
I'm going to put every references of motors and everything I bought for this cosplay down below, on the description.
Just a quick sum up about everything:
The key is only working with a battery and a motor
Whereas the skirt and the ball are moving with an Arduino!
I'm going to explain really quickly what is Arduino:
It's an open source platform that enable users to create electronic objects.
It's mostly used as prototyping but what we do as cosplayers, it's more than enough.
The skirt is divided in two parts
The first one is this
There are motors, three of them
Wheels, three of them also...
Two 9V batteries, because one is for the Arduino, and the other for the motor shield
The other part is this, the actual skirt
It's made out of fabric (faux leather), some velcro because thats how attach all the pieces around...you know...gold... yeah.
And inside it's... *dudududuuuu*...Not only fabric!
I wanted it to be pretty hard because it had to turn so it couldn't be only fabric.
I made some kind of framework for it with 1cm foam and a metallic ring (the ones used to make lamps)
The most important part of the skirt is the white thing here
This is 3D printed all around, I made them with the help of Philippe and Sarah, thank you ;)
Imagine it's like a train rail, I'm calling this the rail of the skirt.
The wheel go there, when they are on my body
On the outside it's like this, and on the inside it's like that.
When I'm wearing this, it has to fit on you. You see, I'm not 'struggling' but it's not easy to put on.
and this is really not easy to put on. Like "OK, I am a contortionist and I am putting it on!
Ok, it's on!
This here is powering the Arduino, and this is powering the motor shield.
And nothing if the shield isn't powered and vice versa for the Arduino
It's holding by the harness
And the wheels are moving and allowing everything to turn
So I'm going to demonstrate how it works...
Why are the motors turning kinda weird?
It's because the Arduino allows me to say in which way I want them to turn and how fast I want them to turn.
I don't think I can say much more about the skirt?
I demonstrated everything I need to..
I'm going to show you the key on the back!
In theory, the key is really easy to work
It's just that this piece go on this
This is a motor with a wheel that is trapped inside Worbla
There's a lot of Worbla so I put a piece of foam, so that it doesn't hurt my back
There's a wire going inside all the way here.
This is just a 9V battery
And it turns!
So, you have your key, you have your breastplate (or whatever),
And you're just shoving it in, like so!
It tuuuurns, yeeeeey
and it's just turning... like... turning...
Last, but not least, I'm going to show you how the ball is working
The ball...
Three parts:
One...
Two...
Three!
Because it had to move separately, I made 2 parts that are moving and this one is not.
The ball is made with is made with styrofoam
This is styrofoam, this is styrofoam...
Outside there's some Worbla
and regular craftfoam, like EVA foam and stuff.
They have motors, teeeeny tiny little motors
And a wheel glued to the styrofoam.
This one (bottom part) actually have some fabric inside, to balance the whole thing because it had to stay on the bottom.
The middle part is mostly styrofoam, craftfoam and worbla
This is styrofoam, like you can see on the inside and Worbla to make it harder
And this is regular EVA foam and Worbla.
There's a 9V battery, a motor shield (that didn't required an other power source) and an Arduino under the shield.
And a lot of wires going everywhere.
The bottom part and the part on the top have those:
I've found them at Leroy Merlin, which is a french hardware store
It's supposedly made for shelves...
Thats not how I used them.
You can see that they already had holes in them
That's why I bought those, because that's what allowed me to put them together
There's also a hole in this piece, going through and through
Like you can see here
and on the inside.
I'm going to wire everything...
it goes through the middle part...
you wire it like the top...
And you're going to put it here.
You need a metallic rod
so that everything is secured
Ok, now you're ball can turn.
You turn it on, you have the batteries in here
You have to put your hand inside..
Flip the button...
and there it goes!
It's kinda wobbly but it's because, otherwise, everything wasn't turning properly
so it has to be with some ease
The way to remove everything is the same process:
You remove the metallic rod
You kinda shake everything to make the bottom part loose
You remove the first wire
Same thing here
You shake it, put your fingers under
And pull really gently
And you remove the second wire.
So, I don't think I have anything left to show you?
I hope it was helpful and you've learn things
Don't hesitate to show me what you make in the comment section down below or on my Facebook page Soo Cosplay
And see you next time, byyyye!

Why I love Lady Gaga? - Duration: 10:51.Hi, I'm Geou and today I decided to upload
something. I didn't upload for so long
I needed a holiday and also
I need a little more, just a little.
Until I'll come back on YouTube in the way I should.
I didn't know how this return should be
So I was thinking
to do today or
to say today my oppinion about
the most loved artist by me.
So yestarday
I saw a video in which was
represented the life of
this artist without
to give the name. So it was an
certain... And at some point
someone in the comments said
"I never knew
about the life of this artist
always I sentenced her
and I judged her wrong." That's why I want to upload this video.
The thing is you don't even know
what is hidden behind that woman
you think is crazy.
- There was never a question in my mind that
I was gonna make it and that is my destiny
and we we're all gonna make it as the kids of this city
as the New York....
generation
My faith in
my creativity and my artist straight
has nothing to do with.
Making it because
we kinda of we already make it, right?
I mean...
when we we're playing for a nothing down town
it was so like we've made it. We still fall
like we we're superstars.
Uhm, can I have of a coffee?
"What size?" - A large
Actually make it small, I no got no money.
Lady Gaga is not
just a girl that only wear strange clothes
and scream on stage...
She is more than that.
That woman who you thought is crazy
rised more teenegers from depression than you think.
That woman who you thought is crazy
just because
she support LGBT
actually convinced a lot of people in the suicide risk
maybe because of you..
because of the peoples who banished and repels them.
She, trough her music, was able to save people's lives.
Born This Way and Marry The Night
are just two hits which
illustrate that belief
of her
and had a huge impact.
Someone came finally with something new, writting about things
like fear, writting trully hymns
for marginalised peoples
for black peoples, for LGBT
who day by day because of depression commit suicide.
Did you know that a famous boxer didn't kill himself because
the first verse of Marry The Night?
Did you know that she saved thousands of
peoples who then became fans? I love her because in an industry
where the others didn't have the courage
to risk their career talking about human rights..
she did it.
- I cannot be destroyed and I will not be destroyed
and you will never destroy the kingdom that is my fans..
Even she made it with
the hit "Born This Way"
That woman who you thought is crazy
went trought disappointments, trought fire
trought long depressions
and trought critics just because
so she, a simple woman
being made crazy just because
she wants justice in the world.
That woman who you thought is crazy taught me
to never give up on anything, the more on my life.
And for that she went trough all of this
She blamed herself and knocked herself
because of depressions and critics.
But she rise up and just moved on.
And now, that's the opinion of a anonymous friend.
About..
the same artist.
Why I love and support Lady Gaga...
I don't know even how to start, there are hundreds of reasons why.
I will start with what attracted me first time about her.
Her craziness, yes you heard right..
The fact that was something new, something different..
Something I never saw the womans at the time
in pop music because someone was finally
different, wrote about something different
than the old story of a boy, a girl and a love story.
On the other way because I had the courage to
look behind the make-up, behind the crazy clothes
behind the 15-inch heels
and what I can found there was a woman
a strong woman has been through a lot of things before to reach fame.
Someone who learn to play piano at 4 years old.
Someone who writing songs at 14 years old.
Someone who tooks a lot of kickbacks
before to reach fame...
Someone who was bullied in school
being made ugly, untalented
someone who was raped at 19..
With all of this, no matter how many peoples had tried to bring her down
she raised and she just moved on.
Real inspiration, isn't it?
To make a long story short, I will say
lastly that I love her for her talent and her versatility
because she's one of the few today's artists
who never make play-back even she dance hard.
Because she play to a lot of instruments
even make all three at once.
About her versatility, she reinvents herself again and again
with every new album. Not everybody is
a pop singer but she wins a grammy for jazz, right?
And after all of this is a real
actress. It took only a season from American Horror Storry
to win a Golden Globe for best actrees
even she was closely to Oscar.
Like Madonna says didn't know that
anyone hears her: This woman is a chameleon.
Summary, that's why I love Lady Gaga
because I found in her an wonderful model.
And this is true.
Is a wonderful role models, she is my model and
because
I've selected an excellent model in this sense.
I have faith that
I will get where I want to
I was thinking
if they only knew how many
bad songs I wrote before that good one....
.. so many....
Even if will exist critics
will exist a lot of things will bring me down
I hope with her music
I will rise and move on..
So..
I highly recommend you to don't judge
a book by its cover..
Better to judge ourselfs
to head ourselfs
to head our flaws
to judge just us
and then other peoples..
Ok, so that was all for today
don't forget to press the Like button if you liked it
don't forget to share and subscribe to my channel.
Soon I wil return here
So...

Indiana Jones ou CSI? - Duration: 2:57.Hi! I am Cristiane Amarante, an archaeologist,
and today our subject is:
archaeologists – Indiana Jones or CSI?
People usually compare the figure of an archeologist with Indiana Jones:
a guy with a whip and a hat who goes on adventures...
But, in fact, archaeological work does not look much like Indiana Jones.
But, in fact, archaeological work does not look much like Indiana Jones.
A TV show that we usually compare our work more with is CSI.
A TV show that we usually compare our work more with is CSI.
CSI is a series about researches related to crimes.
Well, archaeologists are not going to investigate a crime,
but we need the scene to stay in place, we can't change it.
So when we go to an archaeological site, we invade the site as little as possible.
Another thing that looks like CSI is that the archaeological work is very meticulous.
So everything has to be very measured, everything has to be photographed, everything has to be recorded.
Just as CSI, we spend a lot of time inside a laboratory, analyzing dates,
analyzing the pieces, analyzing what each piece is made of,
trying to figure out where it came from, who did it, how it did it.
And then we rebuild - not the scene of a crime; we reconstruct the past.
But, well, doesn't archeology have nothing at all of Indiana Jones, Lara Croft or Jackie Chan?
It does, in some situations. How so archaeologists look like Indiana Jones or Lara Croft?
Depending on the situation of the place where we work, it's a bit difficult to get there;
it's not an adventure, but we have to endure very hot sun,
in some places there are snakes, and when we go diving, we face situations that are a bit complicated.
But our work is not only that, this is a small part of the work,
and also there is a lot to be done in the laboratory, a lot of books to be read,
a lot of worksheets to be analyzed, a lot of sketches to be drawn, loads, loads of study,
many hours of reading and many hours writing on the computer and doing analysis.
At these times, our work looks nothing like either Lara Croft or Indiana Jones, and I think neither with CSI,
because that scholarly part is a specificity, a particularity of the work of archeology itself.
For today, that's our subject; I hope you have enjoyed it, and see you in the next video!
