¿Existen los unicornios? | Learn liberty - Duration: 2:55.

I have an idea for a new mass transit system it's based on unicorn power.

They will pull the wagons through the streets and carry the passengers.

The reason this is so great is that unicorns are extremely strong and so they can pull lots of passengers

They only eat rainbows and we have plenty of those

most important they have low emissions, unicorn farts smell like fresh strawberries

and that's good for the environment and smelly City a pure win

you might object of course that there's a problem with my plan unicorns don't actually exist.

But they do, unicorns clearly exist.

Just close your eyes think of one.

I bet your vision of a unicorn is pretty close to mine,

a pretty white horse with an orange horn on his forehead surrounded by rainbows.

It must be lunchtime. The point is that it's easy for you to imagine a unicorn,

and it's a lot like the unicorns that I imagine.

We have a shared vision.

Now that may sound silly when we say it about unicorns.

but that's exactly how many people think of actual public solutions to real world problems.

We imagine that the government will have the information that it needs,

and act to serve the public good.

Take health care for example, people imagined that it would be easy to create a new program

to make insurance both Universal and cheaper.

But the details didn't live up to what we imagined

and that's always true of government action in the real world.

We think those are mistakes aberrations, we'll get it right next time!

If we just choose better people and make those urgently needed reforms.

If your notion of government comes from the policies you can imagine

then criticisms of actual politicians and actual bureaucrats seem beside the point.

The ideal system of government is... well ideal.

The mistake that many advocates for Liberty make is to try to defend their own unicorn.

Perfect markets.

That's no more realistic than an imaginary state

and it's no more useful as an argument for organizing society.

Markets often make mistakes too

people really do suffer from poverty and lack of health care.

But markets are useful not because markets are perfect but because the world is imperfect

Markets provide information about resources through prices,

and about what products we should make through profits and losses.

Those signals are far from perfect but they're the best source of information we've got.

Markets are better than relying on the unicorns that we can only imagine

GINGER CAN HELP YOU LOSE BELLY FAT AND WEIGHT EFFICIENTLY - Duration: 2:46.

GINGER CAN HELP YOU LOSE BELLY FAT AND WEIGHT EFFICIENTLY

As of today, belly fats have become one of the major problems of both men and women.

And the good news is that Ginger can effectively eliminate those annoying fats of yours!

Ginger can not only help with weight maintenance in general but can also eliminate those belly

fats that you have.

Ginger targets the main reasons behind the accumulation of belly fats which includes

overeating, hormonal changes and low energy which caused by lack of exercise.

Eating ginger or drinking ginger water limits the urge to overeat and can also make your

stomach feel full.

Hormonal imbalance and prolonged stress can cause the increase in level of blood cortisol

which tosses the immune system and metabolism out of balance.

According to an article that was released last 2014 in the Biological and Pharmaceutical

Bulletin, ginger helps defeat cortisol production in the body.

High levels of cortisol might contribute to weight gain which makes it hard to lose belly

fat.

Consuming ginger can help bring back the internal balance and help promote the overall well-being

and weight loss.

The sharp and distinctive flavour of ginger can naturally help improve your energy level

in both physical and mental.

HOW TO USE GINGER FOR WEIGHT LOSS

If you want to use ginger as an instrument in order to lose weight, just follow these

simple instructions:

Before eating, chew first a thin slice of ginger root.

This will effectively help you in normalizing your metabolism, stimulating your digestion,

reducing the production of cortisol in your body and will increase your energy.

You can also grate small pieces of ginger, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of

salt in a bowl and mix them together.

Eating a few pinches of this mixture before eating any meal can actually help you to control

your appetite and digestion.

On the other hand, you can also make a ginger lemon tea because lemon can effectively help

you in weight loss.

Do not limit your consumption of ginger before any meals.

Use ginger as a spice whenever you are cooking in order to increase your consumption of ginger.

Cooking ginger for a short period of time can actually enhance your health benefits.

Fortunately, ginger contains a tasty flavor that doesnt need to be masked in order

to get all the nutrients and good health effects of this plant in our body.

I Quit My Job - Secret to Retiring in 4.5 Years - Duration: 2:28.

My pain was deep enough on not wanting to repeat my previous generations

financial past and I was bold

and I was very risky that's what most people would

say for me the greatest risk however is what? staying in my comfort zone.

So I

leapt out of my comfort zone as big as I could and for 4 and a half years later through

this investing I had more than $12,000 a month coming in. I quit my job. And that

next year doubled together it just kept on growing and expanding and then I

start buying hundreds of homes. But I did it with the idea and I did that helped

me along the way it says, if you want something done right, don't do it

yourself. In my life, I'm surrounded by people. I'm surrounded by people where we

share a common dream. Something that we want to create and together we're far

more powerful than we are on our own. When I say retired four and a half years

later what ended up happening was I felt lead and guided to Mentors. I started

watching them, learning from them, mimicking them, in fact if you ever asked

me, Kris what's the secret to getting where I want to go in life it'll always

come down to one word what is it? (audience: Mentors)

You've got to have mentors. And in this room

almost none of you have got Mentors. A mom or dad is not a mentor, a brother sister is

not a mentor. They could be, but almost none of them will qualify for that. As

someone who has already been where you want to be it's not a friend who's in

the ditch with you it's somebody that has already been there. And if you don't

have those people in your life don't expect to grow or go very far because

you're going to accomplish a hard feat. You're going to tackle something you've

never done before. you want to climb to the top of Everest?

what are you going to need?

You need a guide, a mentor. How would you like it if

you met your guide? and by the way after you sent the money training, company

there's a training, got your body prep, you got your big coats in, this when you

like it to everything everything that you need and then and then your mentor

says, all right dude you and I both is our first time in this mountain but I read

great books or Everest. You know, 5% of people died climbing Mt. Everest?

How

many of you would prefer the mentor that has been up and down a hundred times?

make that true in your life.

8 DAYS IN MALAYSIA : A dirt cheap trip (200 Ringgit) - 2017 - Duration: 11:04.

I am at Kolkata airport

I am going to visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

how do you say Thank you?

TERIMA KASIH

I am from India

I am waiting for a bus

I don't think I'll be staying with my CouchSurfing host

i am in Malaysia for next 7 days (Speaking Bengali)

Are you from Pakistan?

YES

I am from India

We can understand each other's language

There are many Bangladeshi and Pakistani in Kuala Lumpur

Both are Malaysian Sikh

They are helping me to plan my trip

Its not easy to open umbrella with 1 hand

I hope my shoes don't get drenched

I am back after a week long trip to Malaysia

I tried a few things for the first time on this trip

I managed all the trip expenditure in 200 Ringgit

200 Ringgit equals 3000 Indian Rupees

Let me tell you about the flight tickets from India to Malaysia

Few experiments helped me to make this a dirt cheap trip

I stayed in Gurudwaras and Mosques

For the first time in my life, I saw a mosque from inside

When people inside the mosque came to know that a non-Muslim has come all the way from India.....

They welcomed me open heartedly

I stayed the first 2 nights in a hostel in Kuala Lumpur.. for 23 Ringgit/night

Third night I stayed at Tat Khalsa Gurudwara in Kuala Lumpur

Fourth night in a mosque at Cameron Highlands

Fifth night in Jelapong Gurudwara at Ipoh

Sixth night ....

...

Sixth night i stayed in a hostel in Langkawi

I paid 15 Ringgit to the hostel

which equals 225 Indian Rupees

The last night I took rest for a couple of hours at a 'worship' place in a Petrol Station near KL

The petrol station employees allowed me to take rest in the place of their worship

I am so thankful to them

By staying in Gurudwaras, Mosque and Petrol station I saved a lot of money

There are lot of options for vegetarians in Malaysia

Thanks to the Tamil people

You can have vegetarian dishes like Dosa, Idli & Vada at Tamil restaurants

I also had a delicious food at Gurudwaras

Hitchhiking helped me to save on travelling expences

After over all experience of hitchhiking, I can say Malaysia is a good place for hitchhikers

Most of the time I got the lift instantly

Only once I had to wait for 23 hours to get another lift. This happened in Ipoh

I successfully completed the whole trip of Malaysia by Hitchhiking

Only from the Airport to KL city center and Kedah to Langkawi I had to buy tickets to travel

So this way I could manage all the expenses for 8 days trip in 3000 Indian Rupees

How Hellblade's Mechanics Tell a Deeper Story Than You Might Think - Duration: 9:28.

Hi, I'm Hamish Black and welcome to Writing on Games.

During my time with Hellblade, I was forced to confront some very real things about myself.

I would often find unnerving parallels to some of my own lived experiences; I've badly

hurt myself in the past, I've pushed loved ones away as a result of illness; I've been

the guy to angrily shout into a mirror as if I were being attacked by a distant facsimile

of myself.

These are all things I've since thankfully moved past, but reflecting on it all through

Senua's protracted anguish was tough, especially given that on a mechanical level, it's not

particularly captivating.

With that in mind, I can't call my time with Hellblade "enjoyable".

I don't want to play it again; contrary to what you might believe the function of

a game to be, it was most certainly not "fun".

But that doesn't matter.

That's a good thing.

What Hellblade is, is necessary.

Like Mafia II's critique of the American Dream or Spec Ops' deconstruction of the

military shooter, Senua's story is further proof that the strength of games is in their

ability to convey narrative through interactivity, and that sometimes the best stories come from

dull mechanics.

Hellblade, however, perhaps goes further with this idea than any game previously; flat out

rejecting the notion of "fun" to bypass any ambiguity in the team's vision.

This game wants you to know exactly what it's about but isn't afraid to make you work

to realise that.

On a symbolic level, Hellblade toys with your expectations from the outset, at least partially

framing itself as an action game replete with sword-swinging and dodge-rolling.

It's developed by Ninja Theory, known for their bombastic hack-n-slashers, which itself

is a genre that typically rewards style and flow.

I mean, it's called Hellblade for god's sakes – you be hard-pushed to find a more

cartoonishly action game name if you tried.

But no, instead what you get is a mediocre, stop-and-start affair; the monotonous environment

puzzles in which you walk around looking for symbols, feeling ruthlessly and jarringly

segmented from the barebones combat, in which the only real escalation in difficulty comes

from the number of enemies you must fight.

And that's the game, for eight hours.

There's no UI, no rewards for combat outside of making it through another fight, merely

allowing you to wander further into Senua's torment.

There is no player expression or progression here, in the way you might expect from other

action games.

On every level, the game removes your agency from a genreframework that usually seeks to

maximise it, in place of a distinctly mundane series of encounters.

All of this fits with the idea that for the vast majority of people, mental illness is

mundane.

It's a constant, numbing battle against yourself, at times feeling like every minor

victory only gives way to more internal conflict.

Eventually you deal with it so much, learn its signals, that it becomes rote; never satisfying.

Thoughts of pain and death become the norm; as a great scholar once said, it's every

day, bro.

To accurately reflect that experience in a game then, that game can't be truly "fun"

in the traditional sense.

To produce Hellblade in such a way would be to trivialise the very real conditions Ninja

Theory was referencing when they consulted people living with this illness.

But Hamish, mechanically engaging representations of mental health struggles can be achieved!

Just look at Souls!

That series still manages to be fun while also acting as a metaphor for depression!

Sure, but the difference in my mind comes down to purpose.

You can ignore the symbolic implications of hollowing in Dark Souls – you cannot ignore

the mechanical narrative of Hellblade.

It isn't trying to be a fun game that also happens to be about mental illness.

It exists purely to tell a specific story of specific suffering.

No, the beauty of Hellblade, where the game goes deeper than any representation of mental

health issues seen previously, is that its mechanics aren't merely symbolic – in

many ways, they are literal; symptomatic of Senua's condition.

You see, the team could have just told a spooky story in which Senua sees and hears things,

but as the head writer himself describes, to do so would be to rely on low-hanging fruit;

to rest on the surface-level understanding most have of psychosis.

Instead, the team cements the tedium of your interactions; forcing you to face the realities

of what this condition can do to people.

Those boring environment puzzles aren't there to break up the humdrum combat– they're

representative of the fact that Senua's psychosis manifests itself in a kind of heightened

apophenia; what psychiatrist Klaus Conrad described as the process of "repetitively

and monotonously experiencing abnormal meanings in the experiential field".

Which is to say that, in very broad terms, Senua tends to recognise and attribute meaning

to patterns where they don't exist; isolating herself through an increasingly paranoid and

conspiratorial internal logic that only she experiences; rooted in the ordinary.

In short, she suffers delusions, and while it might not make for enjoyable play, what

better way to represent these symptoms than through protracted mechanics based solely

on pattern recognition?

Constant repetition forces you to internalise enemy attack patterns in the same way you

constantly seek naturally occurring runic shapes in the world.

You see the puzzles as unnerving, as hiding some meaning you just can't quite figure

out yet; you see the combat encounters as dangerous.

You become fearful that you're going to lose hours of progress.

Senua's delusions feel real to you because you're experiencing them with her.

At the end of the day, however, that rune you found is just a coincidental arrangement

of trees; all it ever does is open a door with seemingly no physical barrier.

Waves of enemies appear out of thin air and only stop arbitrarily; your progress will

likely never be erased.

There was never any objective danger - Senua's greatest enemy is herself; the peril you feel

is largely of your own creation; beginning with a seed that germinates into immutable,

ubiquitous paranoia.

Such is the nature of Senua's psychosis and, indeed, of the many others who experience

it.

It can be as terrifying and potentially dangerous as it is ordinary and tedious.

To create traditionally "fun" mechanics to represent that then would be disingenuous.

It would be dissonant with the reality they are trying to portray.

To dedicate themselves so wholly to this notion, however, the small team Ninja Theory clearly

took a risk.

They could have created an action game rife with gripping combat and player expression

and the like; they have proved themselves capable of that.

In going the other way, however; by refusing to cater to a demand for instant gratification

that seems so prevalent in this industry, they were able to achieve something much more

important – they told a genuine, heartfelt story about a widely misunderstood and misrepresented

condition that, while not enjoyable to play, will stick with me for a long time to come.

A Beginner's Guide to INTERMITTENT FASTING - Duration: 13:51.

We're going live in 3, 2, and 1.

And hey, hey, hey, everybody.

Shaun Hadsall here, the owner of Get Lean in 12

and stubborn fat expert for people over 35 years old.

And we are going live here on Facebook to talk about one

of the hottest topics in the weight loss community

in today's day and age.

And that is intermittent fasting.

So if you're over 35 years old, you're

in your 40s, 50s, or 60s, stop by.

Say hi.

Drop a comment below.

Let us know where you are from, because inside this live video,

I'm going to talk about how to customize

your very own intermittent fasting plan to quickly lose

belly fat.

And I'm going to show you how to combine intermittent fasting

with a 12-minute metabolic protocol

that I've created and refined that is specifically designed

to help people over 35 years old re-active

declining fat loss hormones and quickly lose belly

fat in only 12 minutes per day.

So by the time you're done watching this video today,

I want you to do me a favor.

I want to share this and like this if you get something out

of it, because I'm going to show you exactly how to customize

your own intermittent fasting plan

and how to get great results and quickly

lose belly fat in just 12 minutes per day.

So first of all, I consider this the number one diet

for summer of 2017, because by using an intermittent fasting

protocol, that's one of the best ways to be able to stay lean

or actually lose belly fat during the summer

when we want to indulge.

We have barbecues, right?

We have graduation parties.

We have vacations.

We have hot days.

We want to drink more.

We want to eat more.

Intermittent fasting is one of the best things

that you can use to be able to have more leeway in your diet

during the summer, to be able to eat little bit more

and drink a little bit more and still get great results.

And Karen and I have proved this.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for over five years

now.

And using intermittent fasting in conjunction

with my 12-minute metabolic protocols,

I've been able to maintain around 10% body fat or lower.

So I keep my abs pretty much year-round.

I'm not very lean right now, but I'm pretty lean.

And the reason I share this with you is not to impress you,

just to impress upon you that I'm 46 years old.

I have four grandkids.

My wife Karen is 11 years older than me.

And she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer

when we met well over 10 years ago.

And this forced her into early menopause,

in which she accumulated a ton of upper belly fat.

And so we started incorporating intermittent fasting

with our 12-minute metabolic protocols,

and this allowed her to flatten her belly.

So somewhere around this video, you're

going to see a link to click or tap.

And it's going to introduce you to my Over 40 Ab Solution.

And the backbone of this is the 12-minute daily metabolic

protocols.

We also have a full-blown guide in there showing you

how to combine it with intermittent fasting.

You'll also read all about my wife's inspiring story.

And you'll see her after photos as well.

So let's talk about the number one diet for summer of 2017

and how you can customize your very own intermittent fasting

plan and lose belly fat in only 12 minutes per day.

So up here you'll see the first column

is the last meal of the day.

The second column is the first meal of the day for men.

And the third column is the first meal

of the day for women.

So if you stop eating at 6:00 PM the night before,

intermittent fasting, all you're going to do

is you're going to fast for 16 hours straight

and just drink lots of water.

And I'll also share some other tips and tricks

you can use when you're experimenting

with this for the first time.

So you wouldn't break your fast until 10:00 AM the next day.

Now, if you're a late night eater,

you see the scale slides up.

So if you're eating your last night at 9:00 or 10:00 PM,

this is OK, depending on when you go to bed.

As long as you're eating healthy late at night,

it's not going to make you gain belly fat.

That's a myth.

However, I do recommend waiting two hours after your last meal

to go to bed, because that allows insulin to stabilize

before you go to sleep.

And that allows the body to potentially release

a lot more growth hormone, because insulin

is considered an antagonist to growth hormone.

So if you're a late night eater, 9:00 or 10:00 PM,

and you're a guy, you break your fast at 1:00 or 2:00

PM the next day.

Now, if you're a female, I closed down

this window a little bit to 14 hours because

of the hormonal differences.

And again, I recommend Monday through Friday.

I like to take a break on the weekends.

But you could even do this six or seven days of the week

if you really wanted to, and lots of people do.

So if you're a female and your last meal is at 6:00 PM,

your first meal the next day is going to be 8:00 AM.

And again, it slides up the scale again.

So if you're a late night eater and you eat your last meal

at 9:00 or 10:00 PM, you're going

to break your fast the next day at 11:00 or 12:00 PM.

So what happens during this fasted window?

Most people think that if you're not

eating every two to three hours, you

can't lose belly fat, because weight loss slows down.

The metabolic rate slows down.

And this is a myth.

In fact, I'll put references and studies

above in the description.

And you'll also see over 30 scientific references backing

up my claims over at our website when

you click the link around this video to learn about our Over

40 Ab Solution system, so you know

that all the claims I'm making here

are backed by scientific, peer-reviewed, published

studies.

So what happens during this fasted window?

The metabolism doesn't slow down.

Research shows that people who fast for 48 hours actually

increase metabolic rate 11%.

Now, I would never recommend fasting for 48 hours.

But it proves the point that small frequent meals do not

increase the metabolism and they do not increase weight loss.

So what happens during this fasted window

is insulin is very low.

Insulin's the body's storage hormones.

When insulin is elevated, it makes

it nearly impossible for the body

to access fat as a fuel source.

So because when you're in a fasted state insulin

is very low, it makes it easier for the body

to access fat cells as a fuel source.

The second thing it does is it increases adrenaline

and ghrelin and growth hormone.

So these are three hormones that are linked to fat loss.

Adrenaline converts into the hormones

that are responsible for releasing

stubborn fat cells into your bloodstream

so they can be burned off.

Ghrelin is your hunger hormone.

And when ghrelin is released during the fasted window--

so the key is to drink a lot of water

to forge off the hunger if you have any.

But when you get a hunger pang, that

is a signal ghrelin is being released.

And ghrelin is a precursor to the body releasing more growth

hormone.

So this is really beneficial for the metabolism.

So growth hormone levels will increase dramatically as well.

Then there's a process inside the body that

takes place called autophagy.

Some people call it "auto-fogi."

And this is basically cellular cleansing.

So by intermittent fasting five to seven days of the week,

you actually decrease cellular aging.

And research shows that you can increase lifespan.

Now again, I'm making a lot of claims here.

I'll make sure I post references backing this stuff up.

Also, you'll notice the RMR here like I talked about.

Your Resting Metabolic Rate will increase as well.

Now, what do you do during your fed window?

Because if you're a man, you're going

to be in a fed window eight hours.

And if you're a woman, you're going

to be in a fed window approximately 10 hours.

So what you do during this window

will also determine the results that happened

during your fasted state.

And inside the Over 40 Ab Solution, what we've done

is we've set up a strategic protocol

that you can follow in conjunction

with intermittent fasting, where on Monday, Wednesday

and Friday, you use body weight movements that

are compound movements that are strategically

designed to increase and elevate growth hormone up

to 400% to 700%.

We'll also allow you to eat lots of carbs on Monday, Wednesday,

Friday.

You see, after this 12-minute body weight protocol,

the muscles are like sponges that have been wrung dry

and they want to suck up nutrients.

We call this nutrient partitioning.

And within the hour after your workout,

you can go ahead and get away with eating lots of carbs,

because they're much less likely to spill over

and being stored as fat.

Not to mention, including these carbs strategically

after a workout about three days of the week,

it increases your thyroid's ability to convert T4 to T3.

It increases your testosterone-to-estrogen ratio,

which is extremely important for men and women

over 35 years old.

So it resets leptin levels.

Leptin is known as the body's number one weight-regulating

hormone.

And by having carbohydrates strategically a few days

of the week after our 12-minute protocols,

you reset leptin levels to keep the body

in a fat-burning environment.

Now, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays,

these are more fat-burning days, where

you're going to engage in something that we

call metabolic bursting.

Now, these are specific movement patterns with specific rest

periods and specific intensity levels

that are strategically designed to reactivate those declining

hormones.

And when you do this, we're going to keep carbs down

on this day, because it's going to be

more of a fat-burning day.

So this'll be more of like a ketogenic day.

And so when you combine these two back and forth,

research shows that combining weight training or body weight

training days alternated with high-intensity metabolic

bursting cardio days, you'll burn more fat

and gain more muscle than if you do

them together on the same day.

Now I'm not saying you can't get great results doing them

on the same day.

I'm just letting you know how we've set up our Over 40 Ab

Solution system to maximize your results.

Now, if you want to hold up a cross to me

like I'm a vampire, because I'm talking

about not eating for 14 to 16 hours of the day, I understand.

I get it.

I was programmed for years to believe

that I had to eat five, six, seven small meals per day

to stay lean.

And it's simply not true.

And I proved it.

So what I'll do is I'll put progress pictures below showing

how I've maintained my abs for over 10 years straight

using intermittent fasting with our 12-minute metabolic

protocols.

So I'm almost finished with this video,

but if you're getting something out of this,

I want to make sure I've still got your attention.

Are you learning something?

If you are, can you please type yes in the chat box below?

Make sure you tag somebody that could benefit from this.

Give me some likes.

Give me some hearts.

And then I want to close this out

by talking about little tips and tricks

you can use to enhance the results of intermittent fasting

and to make it easier.

If you're thinking about being hungry all the time, what

you'll find is after a week or two of trying this,

the hunger will go right away.

So a couple things that you can do.

Number one is called pulsing.

And this is also known as a warrior method.

And you can use amino acids as well.

But pulsing is basically just having

a protein shake early in the day,

maybe once or twice during the fast.

I recommend keeping it under 500 calories.

This will mimic most of these benefits.

You won't get as much of an effect here,

but it will mimic it and you won't be starving all the time.

Or you can use servings of amino acids.

Now, I personally have experimented

with this and without it.

I personally think you could choose

to skip it all together, because you're going

to enhance all these benefits.

However, it's a great way to get acclimated to mimic

intermittent fasting.

The other thing you can do is drink tons of water;

black coffee with--

you can do a little bit of stevia; tea, non-calorie teas;

calorie-free herbs and broths.

So these things will help during the fast

if you struggle with the thought of fasting

for 14 to 16 hours of the day.

Now let's talk about what else is included in my Over 40 Ab

Solution system.

First of all, there's going to be five digital guides

that you'll see when you click the link around this video

and you go learn about our system.

And what I want you to do is I want you to focus

on the Success Tracker.

The main guide is over 100 pages, so if you're a geek

and you want to read through it, great.

But if you want to get started and start quickly

losing belly fat as fast as possible,

go right to the Success Tracker, because it

has the exact 12-minute exercise charts and the exact nutrition

plan you need to follow.

It's a 22-page guide that'll have everything

that you need laid out step by step

to corporate intermittent fasting

with our 12-minute protocols.

You'll also see a guide called The Lean 19.

And on page 11 of that guide, you're

going to get a crash course in intermittent fasting.

So it'll show you how to set it up

and it'll rehash all this stuff.

And also, on page 4, you'll have a grocery list

so you'll know exactly what foods to buy

to use in conjunction with our 12-minute protocols

and intermittent fasting.

Lastly, I want to talk about something that we're

very passionate about.

For anybody who grabs a copy of the Over 40 Ab Solution system,

we donate water to a needy child in a third-world country

for almost 90 days.

Now, this might not sound like a big deal.

But last year, we raised almost $30,000

and install four water wells in needy villages.

So these are people that are drinking contaminated water,

the same water the cows are drinking, and they're sick

and they're dying.

And we come in and we install water wells

with Living Water International.

Living Water International follows up with them for years

afterwards to maintain the well, make sure that they're

educated on the hygiene.

And so we want you to be a part of this amazing cause.

So all you have to do is grab a copy of the Over 40 Ab Solution

by clicking the link somewhere around this video.

We have a 90-day money back guarantee,

so you have nothing to lose except stubborn belly fat,

and everything to gain except stubborn belly fat

by trying our system and then being

a part of this amazing cause.

Now, we don't just donate to this cause.

We're part of this cause, so it's part of who we are.

My business partner and I have went down

to Nicaragua for the last three years

to personally install a water well in a needy village.

And this year we're going again in October.

And we'd love for you to be a part of this amazing cause.

So I hope you got a ton of information

out of this live video.

Do me a favor again.

Give me some hearts.

Give me some likes.

If you have questions, post them below.

If you learned something, post it below.

And then make sure you go over to our website

and you read all about my 57-year-old wife's

amazing transformation story about how

she overcame menopause to get rid of her menopause belly

to quickly lose belly fat by combining intermittent fasting

with our 12-minute protocols.

Thanks for watching and keep going strong.

Alexis Sanchez called up for Chile squad despite injury and lack of football at Arsenal - Duration: 3:43.

Alexis Sanchez called up for Chile squad despite injury and lack of football at Arsenal

ALEXIS SANCHEZ has been called up for international duty, despite carrying an abdominal injury that has seen him sidelined for Arsenal. The 28-year-old will be included in the Chile squad for the upcoming qualifiers against Paraguay and Bolivia.

Antonio Pizzi has included the 28-year-old within his international squad.

The wantaway striker watched Arsenals Community Shield final against Chelsea from the sidelines. Despite missing the Premier League opener, Sanchez has been deemed fit to play by his international coach.

On Thursday, Chile chief Antonio Pizzi said: The information we have is that he is available. He will not have problems getting to the qualifying date.

Chile are set to take on Paraguay on August 31, followed by Bolivia on September 5 at Estadio Hernando Siles.

Sanchez has been out of action for Arsenal due to an abdominal strain, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirming he is likely to be out for a while.

The future of the Chilean at the Emirates has been a talking point for most of the year, but he currently remains training in North London.

Sanchez has less than a year remaining on his contract at the Emirates.

Despite training with the Arsenal squad, the striker is yet to feature this season. The former Barcelona and Udinese goalscorer is also expected to miss the Gunners trip to Stoke City on Saturday.

Sanchez has tallied 115 international caps and appeared in all five matches as La Roja reached the Confederations Cup final in July. Chile currently sit just inside the CONMELBOLs automatic qualification spots for the 2018 World Cup.

Arsene Wenger believes that Sanchez is not currently fit enough to play a competitive game. Antonio Pizzi is keen to include Chiles all-time leading goalscorer in his 19-man list of international options.

The international   squad will also include the likes of Claudio Bravo, Arturo Vidal and Charles Aranguiz.

Sanchez is set to continue his stint on the sidelines for Arsenal and will miss the next match against Stoke City. Keep up to date with all the latest news, gossip, rumours and done deals in SunSport's live transfer blog.

A Preemptive Review Of Hillary Clinton's Shameless New Memoir "What Happened" - Duration: 5:18.

I have to start this particular video by explaining something.

Several weeks ago, I made a promise to everyone that I would never talk about Hillary Clinton

again, and, unfortunately, right now I have to break that promise.

The reason I'm breaking that promise is because Hillary Clinton has decided to thrust herself

back into the public spotlight by releasing a shameless new memoir titled, What Happened.

Today, to save you the trouble of having to read through that garbage and having to pay

money for it, I'm going to give you what I like to call a preemptive review of Hillary

Clinton's new book, What Happened.

And, if you look at the cover, it says, What Happened, and then it answers it for you.

Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Probably should put a spoiler warning on that.

Nonetheless, here is what I see will happen with this book.

She's going to talk about the fact that she should have gone to Wisconsin, she should

have spent more time in the Rust Belt.

I see the errors of my ways.

Darn it.

If only I could do it again.

She's not going to go after people like John Podesta.

She's not going to throw any shade at Debbie Wasserman Schultz and blame her for the hatred

that erupted over the Democratic Party from the people who supported Bernie Sanders.

Hell, she may not even mention Bernie Sanders whatsoever in this book.

She's not going to talk about the fact that her campaign created the narrative of the

Bernie Bro, just like they did in the 2008 primary with Barack Obama.

For those of you who aren't pay attention, or weren't paying attention, or weren't even

old enough to vote at the time, her campaign, her advisors did the exact same thing with

Barack Obama.

The Barack Bros.

I forget exactly what they call them, but it's the same thing they did with the Bernie

Bros.

They create this narrative, say that anybody who doesn't support Hillary Clinton is a misogynist

and they just hate all women, which is not true.

But they created that narrative and they're partly responsible for the massive rift taking

place in the Democratic Party today.

But again, don't expect Hillary to say that that's what happened.

Furthermore, she's not going to talk about the fact that maybe she shouldn't have spent

so much time behind closed doors with her millionaire corporate donors, and instead

should have started reaching out to people.

She's not going to talk about the fact that she only discussed issues 25% of the time,

according to analyses, and just spent the other 75% of the time making fun and talking

bad about Donald Trump, which would seem like a decent strategy except for the fact that

the American public actually tends to care about policy.

Hillary Clinton grossly underestimated what the American public wanted and she grossly

underestimated everybody's intelligence.

Now, I'm not saying that Donald Trump is an intelligent guy, but he knows how to manipulate

people.

That is a form of intelligence and his manipulation, his speaking of the issues, enough though

he was lying through his teeth, still convinced more people to vote for him than Hillary Clinton

in those Rust Belt states.

I know she won the popular vote, I'm talking about the Rust Belt.

That's what cost her the election.

Sure, she's probably going to blame Jill Stein a little bit.

Might even throw Gary Johnson, a Libertarian candidate in there, accusing him of stealing

some votes.

She'll give us a few passages that show that, oh, maybe she learned.

Maybe she understands what she did wrong.

Maybe we should give her another chance.

Do you see how that train of thought works?

It's going to be enough to convince the Hillary Clinton supporters that we should absolutely

give her another chance and we should run her again 2020 or whenever the hell she wants

to run again.

But that can't happen, folks.

This book means nothing.

Hillary Clinton is trying to, once again, capitalize and make a buttload of money off

of the worst campaign in American history.

She is trying to make money off of the fact that she lost to Donald Trump.

Everybody else is living in misery, but I'm going to write this memoir and make so much

more money.

That's all this is about.

So, do me a favor.

Do yourself a favor.

Do not buy this book.

Do not go read any reviews.

Do not believe any of the nonsense that she spews in this book because she's trying to

make a quick buck.

She's trying to manipulate the public into thinking that she actually learned something

from that campaign, and eventually use that to make her way back into the national spotlight.

She needs to go away.

It's time to put the Clinton legacy in the United States to rest.

You can do that by not going out and buying this book.

Photographer-nim is explaining in details!

Staff: Is his hand also going to show (in the frame)?

Staff: Should we remove his watch? (wrist watch)

Photographer: Ah~ yes yes!

(I want too go along... T.T)

(Saw Gwanghyun who's going to change his clothes without saying a word.)

(Camera appears!)

I'm sorry...

Noooo~!!

Staff: Do you have ear pierce?

No! Because I'm allergic to iron

Staff: This is not iron, it's silver!

Ah... if it's silver- yes! I'm glad it's silver!

VJ Starship: But don't you used to have an earring?

No, not even once!

Staff: I think I used to see you with earrings

I have never ever use earrings, not even one! (swear with all of his life ă…‹ă…‹)

(where are you going again!)

Hip hop!! (swag)

Photographer: Let's take that necklace off~

Should I take this off?

(Only using it for 3 seconds lol)

Photographer: Just the T-shirt~ (isn't the outfit good?)

Should I only wear the T-shirt?

Photographer: Only the T-shirt!

Okay! Got it~!

HOW TO DO THE NEYMAR CHOP - Neymar Chop Tutorial! - Duration: 3:56.

Hi! Here is FreeKicksPT

And today we're going to teach you how to do the "Neymar Chop"

It's a skill widely used by Neymar in his matches

And it's also really efficient

Let's go!

In first place, this trick can be done in movement or stopped

In 2nd place, before you do the trick

You have to look around to see if you have enough space to perform it

In the 2nd step, you put your foot above the ball

And you do this movement

You should practice this movement until you do it perfectly

In the 3rd step, after you do this movement

You have to do the "chop"

Do that a lot of times

Until it's fine, as you want

To do this skill, it doesn't matter if you start with your right foot or left foot

You have to test both ways and choose the best way

If you can do that with both feet even better!
