Youtube daily report Aug 24 2017

The WiFi at the albergue in Huesca worked without any problems,

but I haven't got any message from Anna.

Maybe she did not like the video I sent her.

I am an idiot, before she will have thought that I am a true filmmaker

and now she will have realized that I am only an amateur of the audiovisual arts.

Besides, I have to admit that Anna is not a pilgrim

and that she does not care at all what happens to me here and what touches me deep inside.

What a pity, because I really liked this girl...

Luckily I'm in contact with Joaquin and other friends pilgrims,

I even got an email from my Czech pilgrim friend.

Exactly four years ago I heard her voice for the first time in Oviedo, what a coincidence!

Good thing it's not raining now.

But I bought too many things yesterday at the supermarket and I could not eat everything

so I have to carry a lot of it in my backpack now.

I have never had such an experience on the camino,

today it's already eleven days on the way without having seen any other pilgrims.

Of course, at the beginning of the Camino de Madrid I did not see other pilgrims either,

and there were also very few on the Basque Way of the Interior, and it was an experience of loneliness,

but here it is even more extreme.

Several hospitaleros have already told me about two Japanese pilgrims, an older couple, they have recently seen,

but they are two days ahead of me, it is impossible to reach them.

Well, at least on the Aragonese Way there will be some pilgrims,

and on French Way so many of them that I might even miss the loneliness here, who knows...

Suddenly I arrive at a pond where the frogs croak so intensely

that it seems to me that they give me a welcome concert.

Today's stage will take me to Bolea, it's just a 23-kilometer stage.

The hardest part is between a farm with an old chapel on its land, and another farm.

The way seems to be incessant, leading to the Pyrenees whose distance never seems to diminish.

The second farm has a huge and impressive old residential building,

it seems like a fortress for a lot of people,

it also has a chapel of the thirteenth century, but already ruined.

The farm is called Anzona Castle and if it had walls and towers also,

it would have the perfect aspect of a castle.

Nowadays the owners live in normal houses next door.

In the restaurant in Bolea I got a key, but I have not been told

that there are so many doors in the building, and nowhere it says "pilgrims' albergue".

Not even the physical education teacher in front of the building knows where the pilgrims enter.

I finally find the entrance, the albergue is pretty basic,

there is no comparison with the last three, but hey, for one night is fine.

Pilgrims who need heating and WiFi will take a room at the restaurant.

In the late afternoon I take a walk around the village.

I have just had dinner at the Rufino bar,

something like that, bar-restaurant Rufino,

and it has been excellent.

I highly recommend you this bar.

Restaurant.

Whatever.

Good night!

From today the mountain stages begin,

although I do not even have plans to climb up to Loarre Castle.

It is another fairly short stage with not even 16 kilometers,

but there are tough ascents and descents.

Joaquin told me in his last email to send him more photos of the way.

This is the reason why I need more time to arrive because when I like something,

I film it at first, then I take a picture with my video camera,

and later another one with the smartphone to be able to send it by email.

Just back home I will realize that the quality of the photos of my smartphone is even better.

It's quite windy here. Very windy.

Loarre, the castle that can be seen at the beginning and at the end

of Ridley Scott's film "The Kingdom of Heaven",

is almost at hand, but I do not want to climb even higher,

it would be a detour of at least three hours,

and as a famous director already recorded it there is no longer need for it.

Also I got stung in the back by some insect yesterday

and even without WiFi I have not slept well.

For the first time since the Sierra de Montserrat I see other hikers,

but they are day trippers.

Some water droplets fall,

but nevertheless, so far it is a nice stage.

Three days ago, Josemari began the French Way in Roncesvalles once more,

to my regret, because I will never reach him

and I also will not be able to visit him in his village near Estella.

He is accompanied by the two Catalans, Vicente and Javier.

Yola had also expressed her desire to walk, at least from St.-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Burgos,

the stages that are still missing,

but finally she decided not to make any camino this year.

In Huesca I bought something for the albergue in Ena because there is no bar or restaurant,

but I did not know that more or less the same applies to Sarsamarcuello.

There is a kitchen here, but what I carry in the backpack I will need in Ena.

I thought there would be a bar in Sarsamarcuello,

but in fact it is a social club for members only, and they have nothing hot to eat.

I came too early through Loarre because the restaurants there were still closed.

There is a vantage point for vultures near Sarsamarcuello, but it is about one hour of walking,

it would be two and a half hours back and forth, I do not really want to do it today,

maybe I can do an excursion tomorrow, already on the camino.

The hospitalero told me about a Dutch pilgrim who stayed three nights at the albergue.

On his first free day he walked to Loarre Castle, and on the second to the vulture vantage point.

Well, if I only did the Catalan Way, that would be an option, but I want to keep walking,

at least until Leon to be able to do the stages I did not do last time,

I probably will not have time enough to walk to Santiago

if I continue with my rhythm of 20 or 22 km per day, but hey, who cares?

BREAKING: Obama's Iran Deal Has Turned Deadly | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:47.

Appeasement never works.

British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain found that out when dealing with Adolf Hitler;

Bill Clinton found that out when they first tried bribing North Korea to give up its nuclear

policies.

And now, it seems it's Obama's turn to learn that lesson as well.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, Iran has been caught using Obama's ransom payments

to ship soldiers into Syria on commercial airline flights.

This move is in direct violation of the nuclear agreement established by the Obama administration

– a mess that President Trump is going to have to clean up.

New photographs obtained by congressional leaders clearly show Iran shipping militant

soldiers into Syria using its flagship commercial air carrier, Iran Air.

These soldiers, once they arrive, will end up fighting against US forces in the area.

As such, many lawmakers are expressing their frustration with the Iranian regime, and are

calling for the Trump administration to start a formal investigation.

This piece of news is stirring up further controversy regarding Boeing's decision

to move forward with a multi-billion dollar deal to sell Iran Air a new modern fleet of

aircraft.

This decision has been criticized by many in Congress, as the country has a long history

of using commercial aircraft for military purposes.

Many are shocked to see a major US company making deals with foreign governments that

are not only potential enemies of the US, but that may cause the deaths of US military

personnel in the region.

Many inside the beltway question whether the pursuit of increased profits in light of the

potential harm it may cause is ethical.

"Iran's use of commercial aircraft for military purposes violates international agreements

a well as Iranian commitments under the JCPOA.

We believe these photos mandate a thorough investigation of these practices and a comprehensive

review of Iran's illicit use of commercial aircraft," reads a congressional letter

on the topic.

The letter goes on to say that, "the United States should suspend current and future licenses

for aircraft sales to Iran…Iran Air has engaged in Iran's illicit transportation

of military goods and personnel to Syria since implementation of the Joint Comprehensive

Plan of Action (JCPOA)."

In the past, the Treasury Department has promised to look into any new evidence that reveals

Iran's illicit use of commercial aircraft.

As many lawmakers are remembering Trump's previous campaign remarks regarding companies

that pursue profits at the expense of the American people (such as outsourcing, which

he has opposed), they are hoping Trump will stand up to Boeing in the same way to prevent

aircraft sales to Iran.

From the debt crisis to the North Korean situation, and now Iran, Trump has had to deal with all

of the problems the previous administration refused to face, choosing to kick the can

down the road instead of dealing with it when they should have.

Because of the Obama administration's failure to act, Obama's horrible deal might lead

to the deaths of countless lives.

Refusing to face the Iranian threat has proven to be the catalyst for a more emboldened–and

now better funded–Iranian regime.

Hopefully, Trump will look into these violations on the part of the Iran mullahs and will stand

up to them in a way that President Obama should have many years ago.

Meanwhile, applying pressure on Boeing to do the right thing by its home country–both

from the public sector as well as private–may lead them to voluntarily disengage from their

contract with the Iranians.

In our free-market, capitalist society, private sector businesses strive to maximize their

profits so as to maximize the return to their investors.

But business ethics must be included in corporate strategies.

Are Boeing's dealings with the Iranian mullahs ethical in nature given Iran's "Death

to America" political philosophy?

LOW CARB GROCERY HAUL for WEIGHT LOSS | KEILA KETO - Duration: 6:09.

half-naked an almost famous this is back in my mughelli

creative space hi guys it's Keila I am back with another video today we are

doing another grocery haul a lot of you guys really did like this video and I

loved seeing inside of other people's pantry so I figure I show you guys what

I have I picked up a couple of things from wow there's actually one thing that

I actually found on base a little bit later but I figure I show you guys what

I buy I have two bags of things so I'm not too big on the grocery haul but

first I have some chicken thighs I love to get the frozen chicken thighs in the

bag it's so much cheaper and it lasts a lot longer you can take out the portion

that you need and this usually left me two to three mil cut you guys know that

I'm obsessed with wings so I decided to pick up some of these farm fosters

farmed hot and spicy wings they are good at hiring carbs it's 3 grams per 3

ounces and I actually weighed it out and 3 ounces is only like two wings so I

think I'm going to have four wings I'm like a side salad or something like that

but this is for when I don't want to go out and get wing stuff or I don't feel

like it next they had vegetables on sale it was either cauliflower block broccoli

makes for like 3 dollars or you can get a cauliflower broccoli and carrots for a

dollar so I decided to pick up three bags and I really don't like carrots in

my mix but I have been craving cauliflower fried rice again because it

was so amazing last week so I think I'm gonna like take out all these carrots

and cut it up just for the cauliflower right cousins that boogy next I just

have some peppers I was thinking of doing

a kind of like chicken fajita taco salad I love to mix up what I add into my taco

salad so that way it tastes different and tastes like it has more stuff I have

guacamole in there that I bought a couple weeks ago the little packet so

that's still good so I'm gonna throw that on there as well and usually I make

my chocolate salads with ground beef so I'm excited to try it the chicken list

this week next I just have some blueberries I actually had two of these

and I've made some blueberry muffins they were amazing if you guys want to

see my muffin recipe I'll link it down below honestly the best recipe I have

encountered in a while it beats my craving or any type of cake that I have

I have been going to Starbucks far too much so I decided to pick up the

Starbucks medium roast the iced coffee I have this and I do have some sugar-free

syrups I have a hazelnut and vanilla french vanilla but I also picked up some

sugar-free classic caramel I'm excited to see how this will taste in my coffee

I'd love different flavors of my coffees so trying a lot of different syrups has

really like made my casements super happy I also like adding a little bit of

cinnamon in my iced coffee if you haven't tried that yet please do it I'll

go pick up some unsweetened vanilla cashew milk this is my first time trying

cashew milk I love the coconut almond milk blend that I don't remember the

brand if I think of the brand I'll put it right here or in the description box

below but I'm deciding to try the cashew milk

it's pretty good it's only 2 grams of fat which is a little bit low I think

coconut milk is a little bit higher but I wanted to see how this would taste in

my iced coffees because I love cream my coffee but cream always feels bad super

fast so I wanted something that I can add in my coffee

not just straight black next we have some Kerrygold blood up I never get

tired of butter I use it for my eggs I use it for my baked goods

I use it for sauteing anything but is my best friend

maybe bacon butter is a close second and I got some Newman's Own alfredo I

actually haven't tried this one yet I'm interested in trying I just used up the

last of my alfredo sauce that I had in the fridge I really didn't like that

brand so I'm excited to give this a try it was on sale and goes to four five or

two four seven or something like that and I hundred of the proceeds go to

charity so I usually love picking up Newman's own salad dressing so I figured

I would try it there alfredo sauce and last but not least I have these Duke

hickory peach barbecue of smoked Shorty's sausages that is the time

twister please hold my gosh the best snack ever they taste so good there's

other flavors there's like so many flavors but I found this on base when my

mom was here we went on base and there was like three flavors X naught B I

actually just reached in discovered that this is sold and sprout one of my

friends told me only a G so if you guys are interested in trying these out and

don't want just be boring the original flavor head over to sprouts

they're on sale too if they're a dollar off so definitely try this let me know

if you like it I'm obsessed with the peach flavor it is an avid gram of carbs

but total net is still only 2 grams and so these are so good but yeah that's

gonna be offered this video as always if you like these videos and let me didn't

think more grocery hog I love watching them so I figure I would add that onto

my channel because I like show you guys what I'm eating and throughout the week

and I'll see you guys in the next one bye

Wow doing that that's totally my mom like the bat right here that's my mom

does like 24/7 I am a moms child I guess I'm not mad

Hayrich Juliana:Eating After 7pm will make you fat (English Subtitles) - Duration: 5:20.

Jonid and I were talking about eating in the evening after we just got back from a training.

And we were having dinner that evening since this is very common to us.

Actually, we were just speaking about...

...how at my job...

...many people tell me that...

...they don't eat in late in the evening.

If they eat late in the evening, they gain weight.

They cannot maintain a certain weight.

So that inspired me to make this video.

I eat late in the evening regularly. Those are the times I get home from work.

And I did not experience issues with this.

That's why I thought let me make this video for you guys and share my experience with eating late in the evening.

What's up?!

Hi guys! I just got home from work. Right now it's...

...21.45. Today is Wednesday.

So that means... normally Wednesday or Thursday I have my cheat day.

If I hear: " I gain weight or I cannot maintain the same weight because I eat in the evening."

Once again, these are the times when I get off work. So these are the hours I eat.

Either way I like eating home-cooked meals for my big meal in the evening.

Like right now, I'm eating a carrot.

No, that's not true. Just kidding.

So like I told you guys, it's not every day...

Wednesday an Thursdays are my cheat days.

Like today I was feeling like a eating something nice.

I really felt like a cheat meal today.

And eh...

...when I was done at work I saw that Jonid messaged me that she got me something to eat.

At that moment I had no idea what it was either. So I was like: "Nice, you got me some food?"

And knowing Jonid, majority of the time she goes for the healthy options.

So I thought: "Okay, there already food at home. So probably I won't be eating unhealthy today".

So I'll cheat tomorrow.

When I got home I saw that she brought OP=OP. That one of my favourites!

And eh...

...they do really nice spare ribs.

Today was my cheat day.

Remember. I don't do this every day.

But what I do want to say is...

I also read on several blogs,...

...saw on several YouTube channels but also...

...quite some people are known for saying that..

eating late in the evening does not make you gain weight.

It does not cause you to fill out perse.

And the thing is everyone can gain weight...

Everyone can gain weight if majority of the time you choose the unhealthy option.

Like I told you guys. I, personally, like to eat late in the evening.

Approximately around 21.30 - 22.00 I eat my big meal for the day.

What I think is goo about this is that I stay awake for a while before I go to bed.

So I don't want to get the craving to eat something bad or cheat.

Not only cheat but also (SNOEP) before I go to bed.

So in this case that's also one of the advantages for me.

Once again, please don't worry too much about eating late in the evening.

It's not so that if you do it once or twice you are eating poorly.

And as if you will gain weight if you cheat once in a while.

So eh...

Look for more information on this on YouTube or...

...on blogs online.

As a matter of fact, eating late in the evening is not an issue.

Okay. If you have quite a busy schedule I would advise you...

...always try to eat before you go to bed.

Unless you are not hungry.

I, personally, cannot sleep on an empty stomach.

I'm already got used to this.

If I go to bed feeling hungry, I will not fall asleep.

I will keep on tossing and turning...

...ad I will have a very restless night.

So eating in late in the evening works for me very well.

It also helps me sleep better.

Again, this is not something for everyone.

But the idea that we have about eating late in the evening will make you gain weight...

...you will have to put that out of your mind, okay.

Of course your body goes into ,let's say, an idle state...

...so when you fall asleep it's not doing so much...

...compared to when you are awake.

So goes without saying that you will burn less calories.

But then again if you get home when it's 22.00 or 21.00 and you eat something healthy...

...that should not be a problem.

And also if you would say, today I'm going to the 'Truk'i Pan' (local fastfood)...

I'm gonna eat something tonight, you get home at 2.00 or 3.00 in the morning. And you do this once or twice.

This does not mean that this will cause you to gain weight.

But if you do this back to back...

Each week you eat 3 times on the road... 4 times...

In that case, I can guarantee you that you will start gaining weight.

So don't be afraid. Just have your late meals.

Just try to do this healthy and clean as much as possible. Don' make the portions too big.

This way you won't have any issues with this.

Alright!

Ciao! Just eat late in the evening.

Ayo!

meld fail - Duration: 1:11.

So if anyone cares why these exist instead of my voice,

well, short story long, my microphone didn't record me

Also how has it been for 7 months without an upload

This was on a classic/ironman playthrough, there was a piece of meld

it had 1 turn before it expired and I obviously wanted to get it

I opened up this door to check for enemies and it looked safe enough

I move in to get the meld and then,

EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER ON THE MAP TRIGGERS!

WHY?!?!?!

I was not happy when this happened to me

I somehow ended up surviving the apocalypse but it was not a fun experience

Remember, this was on an ironman run so I couldn't reload for a different map

10 aliens for 1 meld was not worth it at ALL

This is also why I played (AND BEAT) my impossible run on enemy unknown

How To Split Clips in GoPro Studio - Duration: 1:47.

Hello friends!

Today we are talking about splitting clips.

How can we use this function?

First of all, we use it if we would like to insert one clip in the middle of another clip.

Move the play-head to the location where a clip must be inserted, press Split button

(INSERT).

Then drag new clip between.

If the Play-head is at the first frame of a clip, clicking the SPLIT button

will split the clip in half.

Second, we use it to make several clips from one.

We sometimes shoot long clips, but need just some parts of it.

We need several parts so we cant use Mark In or Mark Out because of losing some video.

So we split the clip several times to make several clips, then we can trim it as we like.

Third, we can split clips into several parts to apply some effects just to a part of clip,

but I prefer to use keyframes instead.

I am going to make tutorial about keyframing soon!

Hope, you found it helpful!

I will appreciate if you thumbs up and subscribe!

See you soon!

Shy Introvert: How To Open Up Naturally - Duration: 10:07.

Shy Introvert: How To Open Up Naturally

For introverts, opening up is easier said than done.

We would like to open up, we really would.

But there just seem to be too many annoying obstacles.

For one, there are all the memories of the times that we tried to open up, but we were

interrupted by someone louder and more gregarious.

Then there is our secret fear of rejection, which we expertly hide beneath a mask of aloofness.

Now wonder we struggle to know how to open up!

On top of all this we also have our own unique communication challenges to deal with.

We take more time to think before we speak, which can make opening up that much more challenging.

We worry that we won't be able to find the right words at the right time.

We wonder if the other person is even interested.

To protect ourselves from possible rejection, we evade opening up through various clever

means.

The sneaky way introverts avoid opening up

One of our favorite ways to avoid sharing our secrets is by keeping the conversation

focused squarely on the other person.

We pepper our conversation partner with questions, partly because we're genuinely interested,

and partly because we want to deflect the spotlight.

We might even endure boring small talk which we despise, if it means avoiding opening up

about ourselves.

Believe me, I've been there.

I've used all of the above tactics to sidestep sharing personal information about myself.

But one of my all-time favorite ways to avoid opening up was to choose friends who would

never give me the opportunity to do so.

You know the type …

We introverts often attract and accept chatty extroverts who aren't so great at listening.

This gets annoying after a while, but it also keeps us safe and comfy in our cocoon of secrecy.

Because of course, opening up would make us vulnerable.

We would be risking judgment, rejection, and ridicule.

Some of us may fear that the other person will use our secrets against us in the future.

The bottom line is that many of us lack an essential ingredient for opening up.

So, in this video I'm going to show you 4 ways to open up naturally as an introvert.

Be sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't miss any interesting

update in the future guys.

Step 1: Trust

Opening up to another person, whether he or she is a lover, friend, or family member,

involves a lot of trust.

We have to trust ourselves enough to know that we can handle whatever reaction results.

And we have to trust the other personal enough to believe that they will handle our disclosures

with care and acceptance.

Again, easier said than done.

I know that the struggle is real when it comes to knowing how to open up.

I also know that it can be so much easier if you follow the steps I share here.

Step 2: Allow yourself to fumble and fail

"There is an art to flying, or rather a knack.

The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.

Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, that presents the difficulties."

– Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy

Opening up and getting vulnerable with another human does not usually go as smoothly as it

does in our head.

This is normal!

Life isn't scripted.

We need to give ourselves permission to fumble our way through the tough conversations, as

we learn how to open up.

In fact, studies have shown that sharing your flaws makes you more likeable.

People who seem too perfect come off as intimidating and inauthentic.

When you allow yourself to share your imperfections in an imperfect way, you'll start making

more genuine connections.

It's more like this:

I went to a new gym the other day and I tried out a piece of equipment I'd never used

before.

It was actually just a tilted mini trampoline that you throw a medicine ball at, which it

then shoots back for you to catch.

Ideally you catch the ball with your hands, and then just keep throwing.

That's not what I did.

After the first throw, I caught the ball with my face.

It was embarrassing, and painful.

But I decided to keep going because I knew that I'd get better.

Gradually, I realized that if I threw the ball out from my chest, it naturally bounced

back to the same spot, instead of slamming me in the face (which only happened the one

time, thankfully).

When we open up to someone new, we need to be okay with a few awkward exchanges, as well

as the occasional hit of rejection.

Eventually, we find the sweet spot that creates a true heart-to-heart connection, without

knocking us over.

The catch is that we have to be willing to take that first shot, even if we fumble, and

feel like we're failing.

Don't get me wrong, this doesn't mean that you have to share all your secrets right

from the get-go.

This brings me to my next point.

Step 3: Take a gradual approach

Many of us introverts are all-or-nothing people.

We either dive deep into a meaningful conversation, or we stay quiet.

When it comes to opening up to someone new, revealing too much at once can be jarring.

Let's get one thing straight.

Opening up does not necessarily mean throwing open the gates of your soul, and letting all

your fears, and emotions fly out.

That can be overwhelming, both for you, and the other person.

Here's what to do instead:

Gradually share more about who you are and what's important to you.

Your personal preferences are a great place to start.

This sounds straightforward, but many introverts, myself included, resist sharing even the most

basic information about ourselves unless we are explicitly invited to do so.

Go ahead and share your likes and dislikes without invitation.

Later, you can share relevant stories and experiences.

This is where you're actually one step ahead of the average extrovert.

Many especially chatty extroverts seem to talk just for the sake of talking.

A lot of what they share does not add any real value to the conversation.

Because introverts choose our words carefully, we tend to naturally edit out irrelevant experiences.

To get even better at sharing only the most interesting and relevant stories, focus on

experiences that excited, annoyed, intrigued, or touched you.

Distinct emotions and imagery are the key ingredients.

At the same time, look for common ground in what the other person shares.

For example, if they love animals, talk about your own experiences with animal friends.

The important thing is to see the conversation as a step-by-step descent into more personal

topics, rather than a free fall into your deepest, darkest secrets.

Step 4: Break down your walls

"Can one mask love another?

Does a mask know how to communicate?

Everything the mask says and does is for the purpose of hiding.

But true communication is for the purpose of love.

Each time we go to dokusan the implied question we are facing is: How much of your mask are

you willing to relinquish?

How much fresh air will you let into your life?"

Brenda Shoshanna, Zen and the Art of Falling in Love

Some of us are great at letting people in up to a certain point.

But there is an invisible wall around our flaws, fears, dreams, and past hurts.

We surround these parts of ourselves with prickly thorn bushes, which only the bravest

people can navigate.

This keeps us feeling safe, but there's a problem.

Most people won't bother fighting their way through our walls.

We need to create some kind of entryway for them.

Even a sliver of an opening will do.

The key to letting down your guard is becoming comfortable with the aspects of yourself and

your past that you are secretly ashamed of.

This is a multi-step process, which I go into in more detail in my confidence and connection

courses for introverts, but the first step is simple.

Look your flaws and insecurities in the face.

Call them out by name.

Sit with them without running, or fixing, or judging.

Be a parent to them, rather than a prison guard.

See how this feels.

Most importantly, know that you DO indeed having something of value to share with those

around you.

As an introvert, you're brimming with inner jewels that the right people will treasure.

Let them see a glimpse of your shining interior world, and you'll be amazed at the magic

that follows!

Well, that's the 4 ways to open up naturally as an introvert.

Do you find it difficult to know how to open up?

I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

TMJ TMD Pain Relief Exercises - Duration: 3:00.

AJ here with Stronglife Physiotherapy!

Temporomandibular joint disorder, or TMD, sometimes called TMJ

can cause pain in the jaw, face, around the ear. It can cause headaches

and make it hard to chew

You can also get locking of the jaw making it difficult to open or close your mouth.

In this video I'll show you some key exercises to resolve your temporomandibular joint dysfunction

These exercises decrease you pain by moving and strengthening the joint and surrounding muscles

It's not a quick fix but some people find they can get relief fairly quickly.

You'll also want to figure out the cause of your TMD.

Often times it is due to stress which causes day or night time jaw clenching

Or nervous habits like nail biting, pencil chewing or other things that irritate the joint.

To reduce stress I recommend meditation and whichever type of exercise that you enjoy the most

You'll also want to start being more aware of how you chew your food.

Only chewing your food on one side of your mouth can be a problem and is often the cause or at least a contributing factor.

Before I show you the exercises keep in mind that you should start out easy and don't push through pain if any of the exercises are painful.

If you have pain just lighten up your pressure or limit your motion to keep pain to a minimum.

It helps to do them in front of a mirror to make sure you're doing them correctly.

For the first exercise place the tip of your tongue just behind your two front teeth

and keep it there while opening and closing your mouth.

Open and close your mouth 10 times

Watch your jaw in the mirror to see if it shifts towards the left or right as it moves.

Try to keep it in midline as you open and close.

Now with your mouth slightly open, use the palm of your hand to apply pressure to the side of your jaw

and at the same time press back with your jaw into your hand.

Check in the mirror to make sure your jaw stays centered in midline and doesn't actually move to the side.

Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times on each side.

Now with the jaw slightly open place your palm or thumbs under your chin and apply pressure upward into your chin

while at the same time pressing down with your chin keeping your jaw centered.

Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times

Next we're going to stretch the joint.

With your mouth slightly open, and centered. And jaw relaxed apply pressure with the palm of your hand on the chin

in a straight backward direction. This requires some firm pressure to get a good stretch

But if it's painful just lighten up on your pressure.

Hold for about 1 second and repeat 10 times

Performing these exercises on a regular basis will help build strength and mobility in your TMJ and should help relieve your pain.

Do them once, preferably twice a day for at least a few weeks.

Some people will get relief more quickly than others but don't give up if it doesn't seem like it's working after a few days.

Thanks for watching!

Make sure to subscribe and share this video if you know someone who has TMJ pain.

Have a great day, and stay strong!

but this is something if you read the title that really helped me out of my

financial situation if I look kind of dark and tan and all that it's one of

the perks of being your own boss and being around this Sun too much that kind

of overdid it but uh it's all good also at the same time so to make sure that

you hit me loud and clear I had the music a little background it's not too

loud give me some thumbs up give me some thumbs up that you hear me loud and

clear at the same time you give me a thumbs up

let me know what city and state you're coming from at the same time okay so I

know that you see me and I hear you at the same time I see a lot of people

popping in right now so that's what's awesome but also I'm gonna give you

right now what's going on real quick you know what this is what the video is

going to be about it's a system that I'm part of a business business system from

home that I get delivered all the time these checks all the time from home guys

following me the whole time and I'm always providing value in helping people

get resorts from home 3,000 right 1500 hey guys I see you I see you give me the

thumbs up if you hear me loud and clear just to let me know that I'm good to go

I just want to make this short video 1500 um let me cover uh let's see let's

Jeffery Ruiz right there right there all right you hear me so to being able to

make these kind of commissions these kind of commissions all the time from

home from home it's a beautiful day what's going on Keith let me know where

you from guys don't be shy just let me know what's going on what's going on

fifty hundred and this week started off strong started off strong close to a

five figure week and it's Monday and what's happening right now it's a

momentum a big momentum happening and a lot of people you know the parents are

taking the kids back to school they're situating themselves what's

going on my man off in New York I see what's on my man people getting situated

now that's trying to see another second income build another signal a second

income from home which a possibility is very strong from online you know a lot

of people have a lot of things thinking it's not possible before this system let

me tell surprise um I'm a part of a lot of internet marketing businesses I've

been doing this for five years and to see how this system is especially if

you're busy with family um working 60 80 hours a week you're just not able to put

so much time in to invest in yourself well you're not

or you're intimidated because you're not technically savvy anything like this

this is the business for you guys like I showed you before so being able

to make the large incomes in everything let me know oh also I mean I'm here I

have music in the background if it's bothering you let me know at the same

time if it's cool thumbs up I have friends all over the place you know I

just love to vibe with music but this is something for you if you're looking for

another income this is also something for you if you want to leave your actual

job it really is you know we're in a dead age now that it doesn't it's not a

sea you know so many people say it's a scam it's a scam it's a scam it's not a

scam at all online it's not a scam there's so many opportunities out there

here's the difference is that people don't actually put the actual training

into place but anyway let me get to the point to those guys the system that I'm

talking about was called big profit system it came to me a friend helped me

out showed me and I said this is a very powerful this is very powerful I put it

to the test the first week you know the first week I made $3,000 wasn't even

trying and then I knew it blew my mind because honestly I probably put that

whole week one hour I sent traffic actually from the back

office and what I'm telling you about the back office if you don't understand

what I'm talking about please people don't be shy this is live

we're live right now question me then I'll answer

I'll answer Melissa what's going on and Tony what's going on Keith what's up

answer me or question me so I can help you out so let me turn this around real

quick so this is a website if you join if you join me this is a website you

will get personally done for you that it's called a big profit system you're

going to get this capture page basically you know you visit it this is where

people will go in watch this we'll go in read about the page put

their information this is how the coaches the systems are gonna follow up

with you you put your name email your phone number that's how we you know

follow up with you give you the information what kind of system is this

it said it's an internet marketing platform educational platform but this

is a thing guys you get all this education in the background that you get

to use but at the same time do not worry about doing the selling and

telling why because most people are not good at sales most people don't want to

talk to people on the phone most people don't like that it's okay this is where

we have coaches in place we have closers in place to actually explain what

happens is here's how the system works I go to my Lee's list I'm gonna go I'm

assuming because I don't want you guys to like you know private private

information from people so this person visited the website this this tells me

step by step gives me the points how what they're going through the funnel or

this system they have gone through all these a couple of pages websites and

stuff so I know this person is kind of serious soon they're gonna ask for a

coach request and when I mean by a coach request let's go and let's see I have a

bunch of these guys I just don't want to give numbers but anyway a coach requests

what happens is a coach will call them when they were they request a coaching

call the coach were explaining the whole entire business this is not your job our

job is just drive leads all we got to do is drive leads and let me tell you right

now let me flip this over real quick let me tell you right now when you say oh it

sounds too easy to be true no you got to stay consistent all you got to do though

is very simple steps you know what's so funny see anytime anybody asks how much

it is in the beginning right away you know they're not based on value they're

based on let me know how much it is you know let me tell you right now

somebody's smart enough if you can make $3,000 off of one sale right let me flip

this over let me flip this over if you can make $3,000 off one sale guys one

sale let me look let me keep them coming $1,500 off one sale guys right $500 off

one sale guys right $1,500 off one sale guys huh I hope you don't come and think

this is like a $40 $100 program no this is not a job either yes a job you don't

have to invest in a job this is an actual business opportunity meaning you

have to partner up if this is something that works for you but this is great for

somebody that's brand-new whose business minded whose business minded who wants

to take it to the next level and make real big commissions you know the kind

of commissions you see online all the time people talking about talking about

all on the beaches of the world and hanging out and automated this is the

kind of deal because what you're talking about

is this real big ticket you got to spend a little bit of money you got to spend a

little bit of money right but at the same time you're getting your value

you're getting the value to the people you're actually getting a system that a

system is following up with an email when the email says they want a coach

request a coach is calling your lead all you do is focus on providing the lead

guys give me some thumbs up if people are starting to get this if you get this

I'm trying to simplify this to the easiest level and at the same time I

don't want to hear this is too good to be true it's a process it's a process

guys thank you thank you so here we go email broadcast campaigns and I'll go to

resources and this is all we have to do all you have to do guys I'll bound look

it look it look it oh let's go right here I'll bounce text blastings

opportunity can action you go here you call this guy or

email them I prefer calling him and he gives you a

blast for $150 he reaches out to 2,000 people with your code meaning when they

sign up with your code and the coaches close the deal

depending what level you come in you can make 500 our commission 1500 our

commission $3,000 Commission 6000 our Commission all depending where you come

in this business it's all about positioning yourself in the right spot

you know what I mean Tina you're in awesome Tina that's what

I like to hear Melina I see you Lilly what's going on I

see people popping in that's awesome give me the thumbs up in hearts if

you're kind of understanding a little bit of a bigger picture if you want to

make serious money online you gotta spend some money but you get all the

products you get everything you know what I mean but at the same time I'm

right now showing you the how to bring people in part you know what I mean

not the product you you have all your products here people care more let's be

realistic how how can I make money from home from my smartphone from my laptop

from my computer you can do this while part time at your computer at your job

at the same time that's how fast it is all you got to do like I said hit the

resources buy some campaigns or done-for-you postcards here's about

here's a real live postcard for you right now hold on one give me one second

mm-hmm bang I was one of our postcards right here so there you go postcards and

here's the thing all you got to do is order it they do everything from the

warehouse you do not order it you don't have to stamp it you don't have to waste

three hours putting stamps picking out addresses no we pick people from a

buyer's list and when I say we I'm not part of the I am an affiliate I'm not

the don't get me confused as the owner or

anything like that I'm not that guy yeah I just worked the business and I'm just

showing you presenting you how easy impossible it is all right so people try

trying to see exactly how to do this all you got to do is like this video like it

like the comment like the post share it if you're serious and then comment you

know freedom you want freedom you want financial freedom I seriously spend one

or two hours a day that's it five days a week

weekends I really tried not to work I mean this is me right here obviously

it's me there you go Jeff Ruiz I'm legit like I'm getting packages all day that's

a serious that's a post I just recently made and let me tell you right now the

week is just getting started guys if you're in give me the hard to give me

everything also this is a QA guys ask me questions if you have if you're

interested ask me serious questions right now I'm sure I will answer this is

a perfect opportunity to want to do it

so Brown you want some information also I'll send you some information

there's no linking on top of this video so you know just comment down below to

know more information this has made so many people right now six-figure earners

within four to five months it's been crazy it's been it's absolutely a

blessing and you know what I like about it is just because a lot of people I'm

telling you I got a real I have to say this again just because a lot of people

hate selling and selling and stuff like that and you don't have to do that here

this is something that you just you just plug and play no I use automate or

author I use everything as the coaches or the coaches I mean I buy the ads from

the back the SMS text blasts are doing the best for me I've been sticking with

them the whole time and they've been doing they've been doing solid the only

thing I do different let me check it I'll show you

let's see only thing I do different is that I do email broadcast so I'll

broadcast like today like tonight actually I'll leave it for tomorrow

morning tonight what I'll actually do or tomorrow morning I'll do one of my own

emails to my whole list and showing them basically i'ma show what's going on all

my man I'm gonna give them i'ma show me i'ma give them the link to this video

and then give them the link to to make a coaching call so use this to man email

broadcast I mean you can only use it once every three days so use it once

every three days and use your and put your own personal email it's gonna blast

to how many people you have on your list which is powerful I mean when you're

able to make 500 one sale 1500 one sell 3,000 one

I mean I'm not I'm not smoke I'm not joking

fifteen hundred you know five hundred I'm showing you right now five hundred

three thousand one sale you know and I'm showing people I'll give you a my

private coaching I'll show you ii was going off with this system so simple

it's two three steps I do and that's it I let it run by itself all day guys all

day that simplicity but a lot of people are stuck in a whole different mindset

which is crazy that it's not possible you can make this kind of money and this

and that it's kind of brainwashing but the truth is you really can I'm um I'm

uh let's say I you can say I'm an example I'm an example to that so this

has been one of the most powerful systems that I've been able even a

newbie this is great for people who's brand-new just have to be willing to to

invest and at the same time be coachable be coachable and take action steps

that's all you got to do which that's the power of it give me some hearts give

me some love give me some some thumbs up if you feel me at the same time like I

said feel free to hit me up on my fan page anytime or if you want hit me up on

my my personal Facebook Jeff roars I mean that's me I'm not hiding anything

and uh let's rock and roll hope you're liking the jam and the music

and all that good stuff but let me tell you right now what would it be if you

could just make $3,000 extra $5,000 actual month right about ten thousand

it's all possible I'm not throwing crazy out numbers out there some people you

know in their minds they're not ready for that but I'm here to help you out

because you don't do the selling and selling you do everything and at the

same time you have me I am experienced five years full time online and I know

how to results and I just care about having

people just get results all you gotta be is don't be shy come to me and I'm gonna

help you out and I'm gonna show you the way but first thing you got to do is

take the road block away and jump in jump in when you're ready I'm here

alright guys so he's Richard you make that clear what you say per month or not

per week what are you talking about commissions let me know if you talk

about commissions or not sure what are you talking about

so make money got to make money Sam Carlos this is a big ticket program

like I showed you like I showed you if you're making one sale and you're making

3,000 or you're making 500 or you're making 1,500 I just tell people I hope

you don't think this is a little hundred dollar program obviously the first level

is 1280 1280 and one time you're a village so you're able to do 500 I'll

commissions most people come in right now at the level 2 or level 3 because

they have big bonuses I'm they're running until August late August and

then a month I mean they might extend it this is what I last heard late August so

you come in at level 2 it's three thousand two eighty one time and you get

bumped into the six K and now you're able to make $3,000 commissions here's

the thing at first it might seem a lot of money I understand totally I own the

same it's a lot of money for most people for me everybody it's a lot of money

look at the big picture I've been able to do with this program I came at level

three which bumped me into the 12 K within four months I've been able to do

over 150,000 so at first it might be like oh my god big risk big risk it is

big risk you want big money got big risk but here's the same time you have mean

you have me you have the company you have the coaches especially if you join

me I will help you I'll give you the resources that I'm using how to make it

happen you know like I said this is not for everybody not for everybody and it's

not attended to it's not intended for everybody this is only for the series -

serious-minded the entrepreneur is that no numbers the knows risk calculated

risk and see they got put money to make money this is not a job this is a

business opportunity for good questions time I appreciate you and Richard I'm

thinking you're asking commissions commissioners you can make them every

day you can make them every day there's no limit there's no limit

so if that's what you're asking there's no limit you could get paid every day

Randy what's going on what's good guy was good let me know where you're from

give me hearts give me love but guys it's been productive let's make things

happen here's the biggest thing that I've seen the biggest fault that people

always tell me Moe Jeff I've been trying online and you know I'm part of these

small programs 40 $50 programs I can't get on a bike let me tell you 40 $50

program people are very broke very broke I'm sorry I'm speak the fact very broke

they're they're wishing for a wonder of Hail Mary you know that like you know a

little Hail Mary out there and like a miracles just gonna happen when you have

people investing twelve one thousand two eighty three thousand six thousand

twelve thousand these are people with business minded and they know it takes

the money to make money it's a whole different kind of breed of people and

this is the people that actually make big money online because when they join

these small programs these are the people that are broke wishing for a

miracle and then all of a sudden they call everything a scam and they have

everybody else thinking it's a scam you know but now as you know you read the

news the most millionaires and billionaires are coming out of internet

marketing based businesses in fact is fact I'm just passing the news right to

you it's real talk that's all it is anybody else have any

other questions so I can help you out before I died out by the same time like

I said like this video share it and then comment you know freedom you know

financial freedom I'm gonna send you the information if you want to be a part of

it at the same time if you do join me besides the coaches you're gonna have

Camino catalán, 5ª parte: Huesca - Sarsamarcuello - Duration: 16:22.
