Hello, welcome to my channel

Today we are going to paint a mandala on a stone

Inspired by summer

We started

Awakening now let's first off understand

That when we become aware that our thoughts our belief and our actions are creating the kind of experiences

We have we can see then that synchronicity of seen

11:11 over and over again is a part of that process because the more we focus on it the more

We will see it

You can use this in the same way to understand our

ras or the reticular activating system of the brain

What I want to do is show you from this point of view because it really takes the woowoo out of it

And it helps you understand it from a point of view that's very practical

Now the ras in our brain is something that will have what we call our selective focus

Whatever we focus on we will see patterns - and we will see more and more of it

so if we see 11:11

And we start to see a meaning in it. We start to give it meaning. There's a likelihood

we could see it over and over again now the power of this is knowing that that is a

Natural byproduct of our focus and of that, we create our own reality

From the thoughts the beliefs and the actions that we are taking now

What exactly do different numbers mean now this is where I want to take this video a step further and I want to explain maybe

Something you haven't heard for about this

But I've said this before on the general idea that whatever meaning

We put into anything is the meaning we get out of it now this doesn't take the power away

But it really gives you the power in knowing that you decide what it means based upon your own

Beliefs and based upon your own interpretation or perception now the power of this is knowing that

Once you become aware, and you would tag on that 11:11 has to do with awakening

It's a very good sign that you are becoming more aware

That you are creating your reality you become more aware that the more you see these things the more

Synchronicity you find in your life. It is a natural side effect of simply the way that things work

It's just that before it was invisible from our perception because we weren't focused on it, and we weren't aware of

this perspective

And we weren't aware of this natural byproduct for the way things naturally work

Now when it comes to certain numbers that might be like you go to certain hotels in certain countries

They'll be no floor 13 because there's a superstition around 13 well is

13 really an Evil number

The idea behind it is that it's only evil if we give it that meaning the idea of 13 is fundamentally neutral

Some people will see the numbers six six six, and they will attain and attribute a negative definition upon

That is it really a negative thing or is it something that we've given a negative

definition to and therefore

we may get a negative result out of it now the power of this whole video is knowing that you give the meanings to the

Things that happen in life you give the meanings to what things mean to you and that means that everything is

Fundamentally neutral and if you give it a positive meaning then you will get a positive effect now

This means that it is a natural sign

11:11 can be a sign of awakening

If that's what we resonate with and the more that we see it the more that we know we are on our path

That is one way to look at it. The other way to look at it

Is that your ras the reticular activating system in your brain is?

Seeing it and then seeing patterns of it because it is attained

The meaning onto it and because it is focused on it

now you could say that that takes the power away and makes it not as

Connected, but the idea behind it is knowing that that is practical and that the meaning we give it is the meaning we get out

Of it the meaning is and the power is within you and the meaning you give now

I'm gonna take this a step further and explain

I don't know if I'll edit this out

But this is the next layer of the way at least I perceive things is that there is a consciousness

We can call it collective consciousness there are certain meanings that we have given to certain numbers whether it be numerology?

Or astrology and based upon these ancient connections. We had in our collective consciousness

We might attain certain meanings onto that therefore it can be strong within our collective consciousness

therefore something that's very easy for us to connect to so if

11:11 within the collective consciousness means awakening and different numerology numbers mean different things

That is something that's ingrained in our collective consciousness

And it's something that we can choose to connect to but remember

It is the meaning that you give it it is the resonance that you feel with it

And that's what it really means so with that being said just remember that everything in life is

fundamentally neutral that having synchronicity in your life is a natural byproduct of who you are a

Natural byproduct that your thoughts your beliefs and your actions are creating your reality

The more you give positive meaning the more positive you get out

And that's why it's important to really decide your definitions about life so with that being said I

like three weeks.

So I have been struggling with dandruff for years.

I mean in high school I was embarassed to part my hair in certain styles because I would

be so afraid of people seeing the flakiness on my scalp and being like "Eww what is that

on your scalp" And stuff like that.

So I was always you know, conscious about my hair problem and I used numerous products

and they didn't work.

So...

So yeah.

Like the flakes would disappear for like a period of time and then they would come back

in my hair so it wasn't permanent treatment for my dandruff.

They weren't permanent results at all.

Like three weeks ago I visited my dermatologist and she recommended a really really good shampoo

to me and I'm so glad I bought this and I used it because since using this shampoo I

haven't been experiencing anymore itchiness or flakiness or the ugly white things that

come up on my scalp.

Selsum Blue moisturizing shampoo with aloe.. with aloe yeah with aloe for dry scalp and

hair.

Every Sunday is my wash day so just as you normally would shampoo your hair, I would

shampoo my hair with this product and then I would leave it in for like five full minutes.

Five minutes and then I would rinse with water.

Rinse all my hair with water.

Rinse it thoroughly make sure that no more of this is left.

I bought this in umm walgreens but I will put a description of this in the description

So, after I umm shampoo with the Selsum Blue I would rinse my hair with Apple Cider Vinegar.

So make a solution of water and apple cider vinegar because this is like five percent

acidity.

If you just put the raw apple cider vinegar on your scalp..

I have sensitive scalp so for me I can't just put, just pour it on my head like that I have

to dilute it with water.

So what I do mix two parts water and one part apple cider vinegar and then I would that

as a rinse.

Yeah so it doesn't burn as much as it would with you using just the raw apple cider vinegar.

So that's a good tip.

Then I would rinse again with warm water.

Then I would you know dry my hair and deep condition, moisturize, all of that normal

hair wash day regimen.

Umm, so other than washing my hair, I use this umm, this is the head and shoulders clinical

Descent of Ganesha Super Human Energy August 25 - Duration: 8:32.

August is a very important time period as far as the evolution of the human race is

concerned.

Why?

It's the descent of the energy of Ganesha — this Being who has come from his own world,

from his own galaxy.

I don't know how I can summarize the importance of this time in a small video like this.

I have done, over a period of time, about 65 video clips, somebody told me, on Ganesha,

including the science behind Elephant head and so forth.

So, the best thing I can do is to make a series of statements.

And then if you want to research and find out what it isall about, I welcome you to

do that.

Ganesha is an extraterrestrial; the god himself is an extraterrestrial, who always comes to

the earth plane, taking great compassion towards the hardships that we go through with this

body which is subject to aches and pains, and diseases and death, and a mind that is

ignorant.

So they are all out there to help us out, including Jesus.

Jesus, why did Jesus come here?

"I want to bring down Heaven on Earth as it is in Heaven, he said in 'My Lord's

Prayer.'

My Lord's Prayer said, "I'm here to bring Heaven on Earth."

To transform the planet, and that involves also the transformation of the body.

I have done many videos on Jesus' transformation of the body as well.

So Ganesha's Birthday is very significant.

On this day, there is this special energy that comes.

And that allows you to get a great brain.

So that is the least that can happen.

And also an evolution towards a superhuman proportion where we can transcend our limitations.

So, the statements that I'm going to make are like, "Ganesha is an extraterrestrial

being, a God, who has the ability to transform."

And then, of late, I've been drawn to him in a very intimate way.

And how he helps to change the Brain through the changing of the breath, and how he controls

the senses and how he controls the Chakras.

All of these are things that I have never known before.

You know.

I have known other aspects of it, but then, the key aspects of it, I have been able to

know only very recently.

So, he's a God who is concerned with our own evolution, the human evolution, and then

he's out there to give it.

And I'm very happy to be instrumental in bringing that out to the people.

So I will do some program.

Several programs I've done, I think.

But on my part, I will do something.

And I'm in India and more in seclusion, doing my own thing.

So, the other statements that I want to make are that on the 25th day is the day of the

birthday of Ganesha.

And you can birth him in your own Body, Mind, and Soul.

And the important thing that can happen is activation of our Brain, of our Thalamus,

of our Anterior Cingulate, of our Hippocampus.

You know.

All of these things are associated with Ganesha.

And I've done some videos a few years ago, if you want to look at them.

Japan is one country where Ganesha is worshipped by the Japanese people, And the tradition

apparently came from India.

So he is the God of Wisdom.

He is the God of OM.

That's another statement — OM is the sum total of human consciousness, human and divine

Consciousness.

So all of these things are going to be available to us.

So what has happened over a period of time for the human race is that we have become

— the popular tradition is so under-informed that we don't — we miss out certain secrets

behind the religious traditions and how they all attempted to better humanity.

And we think science and technology have improved our life.

Yes, they have done a good job.

But then we are still dealing with new diseases.

And then biological evolution seems to have come to a stand-still, because we are only

looking at the biology as the end of our human existence.

Biology is only just what we can see with our own eyes.

There are a lot of other things that, other bodies within this body.

And the science and technology have no way of understanding that.

So what I'm going to do?

There are many ways of, many methodologies through which we can attain or obtain here,

Ganesha's Consciousness.

One is the use of sounds because the sounds, certain secret sounds delineate his energy.

And I'm going to be giving some of the sounds in some of the programs that will be there.

And then alchemy is another way of doing it.

Use alchemy.

And there is also the use of herbs that can give you Ganesha's Consciousness.

I think over a period of time, you know, between now and the 25th, I may do some more videos

for you.

How to train for a Half Marathon | Training series - Duration: 7:48.

In this video, I'm going to explain why I have started the Half Marathon Training VLOG

and I'm also going to give you a really important training tip.

What I'm looking to add to my channel is a series on how to train for a half marathon.

So, definitely subscribe and like this video.

This is really for any beginners who really don't know where to start or maybe you've

only run a handful of 5Ks, 10Ks, so you're not a total beginner but you're not quite

to that level of intermediate, this would be for you.

If you had loving and supportive parents, they probably told you that you can do anything

you set your mind to.

That's garbage.

You can't.

You cannot, I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you.

Fortunately, my parents never told me that so I didn't have to be let down when reality

smacked me in the face.

I have never been a fast runner.

I'm just decent.

And that doesn't mean that I haven't worked hard to try to improve my times but I'm just

not that fast.

I don't naturally have that talent.

And that's what I was referring by your parents saying that you can do anything or be anyone.

Whatever.

That is such a load of crap.

Either you have the talent or you don't.

Can you improve?

Yes, but just because you work hard and improve that doesn't mean you're going to become a

professional athlete or fast.

Just wanted to get that out of the way.

You know I definitely don't ever want to discourage anyone from running.

I love running so much.

I do my best thinking, creative thinking, when I'm out for a run.

It is the best feeling in the world to complete a training series and then to finish a long

distance race.

For me, it's one of the best feelings in the world.

I don't know about other people.

But I am into it.

I am so down with that.

Accept where you are.

Accept your physical and mental limitations.

And let's work from there.

So, my plan is to upload a video update at least one a week, hopefully, twice a week.

Every time I upload a video I will give you the workouts that covers the days that I won't

be uploading videos, if that makes sense.

So, essentially, you can follow along with my updates and train with me.

And you're more than welcome to comment and ask me questions.

I'm not a professional, never have been, never will be, but I have decades of experience.

I've had just about every running injury that you can have and once I learned how to really

train properly, I have successfully avoided any major injury.

Knock on wood, Jesus Christ, I probably just set myself up for like a blown ACL or something.

So, let me give you a breakdown of how your running schedule should go.

You should have two steady state runs, one speed workout, and one long run during your

week, at least.

You don't really need to do a warm ups before the steady state runs but it's a very good

idea to do them before your speed workouts.

It's so easy to pull a muscle sprinting on a track, thinking you're in high school still,

thinking you got the body of a sixteen year old, you don't.

So, you gotta be careful or you're going to really injury yourself.

I'm giving myself five months to get in shape for this half marathon.

I ran a half marathon at the beginning of this year and I ran it in two hours and ten

minutes, give or take a few minutes.

I'll post up the time, I'll have to look it up, I'm not sure exactly what it was.

A few years ago, I did the same race and ran it in, somewhere around two hours and five

minutes.

Again, I'll look that up and post it up, the correct number.

So, what I'm shooting for is to run the half marathon in just under two hours.

If I run it in one hour, fifty-nine minutes, fifty-nine seconds, that'll be fine with me.

And I know that that's not very fast and I'm ok with that.

Like I said before, I'm never gonna be a six-minute miler for, you know, a 10K or something.

That's just never going to happen for me.

So, the first tip is: hydration.

Staying hydrated is super important.

You know, when I hear someone say, "Well, I just don't like water."

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life.

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

How do you live?

Come on.

You have to drink water.

It is the oil to your engine.

Give me a break.

Just drink it.

It doesn't taste like anything.

Just drink it.

It's not hard.

You need to start your hydration at least the day before you run, not the morning of.

A couple of sips or "oh, I drank a whole glass of water before I went to run in 100 degree

heat."

That's not gonna help you.

You need to hydrate the day before if not two days before.

The minimum amount of water you need for basic body function like for your organs, is sixty-four

ounces.

So, think about that.

That's the 8 eight ounce glasses of water that you've heard your entire life that you

need to have.

If you live in a hot climate, like I do...and you're doing something that requires a lot

of physical exertion you need more water on top of that.

When I'm training I aim for at least a hundred ounces of water a day.

And it makes such a huge difference in your breathing, your muscles cramping or not cramping.

It makes a huge difference.

Hydration, hydration, hydration.

Drink water.

It tastes like nothing.

Drink water.

It's not that hard.

Stop being childish.

Just drink the water.

Just drink the water.

Alright, I just got to the trail.

I waited way too long to leave this morning.

I'm not a morning person.

I'm trying to change it...kinda.

It's about 10:45, the temperature outside says 89 but it says it feels like 98.

Great.

Alright everybody, I just finished running 3.1 miles and I did it in 30 minutes, 51 seconds, which

is not fast.

I'm really just trying to log the miles.

As you can see, I am sweaty.

It was a good run though.

I went nice and easy, steady state.

Feels good!

So, today was the first day of the half marathon training for me.

And it was a steady state run.

So, that means you're just trying to maintain the same pace throughout the duration of your

run.

Tomorrow, I will do another steady state run at the gym.

Hopefully, I can do three miles on the treadmill.

It's so difficult for me to run on the treadmill, I just can't handle it.

The most I've ever done is six miles and I was sooo bored.

So, my long run this weekend will be five miles.

Normally, it wouldn't be back to back to back like this.

I would have a day of rest in-between but I just started on a weird day, today.

The schedule will change going forward and I will have more rest days in there.

Even though I want you guys to train along with me, I don't know what your individual

needs are going to be or your limitations so I'm just going to tell you what I'm doing

and you can modify it around that, do a little less or a little more, depending on how you

feel.

Make sure that you listen to your body.

It's very important that you don't injury yourself.

You want to complete this whole five months of training and you don't want to injury yourself

you know, three weeks before, then it's like, totally wasted.

Total waste of time.

So, follow along with me and hopefully, we can run this half marathon together.

And as I'm driving down here, a semi-truck was swerving all over the road.

Lord, get me off this highway to Hell!

How to make a colorful bird - Instructions in the subtitles - Tips and recommendations - Duration: 3:09.

Read the descriptions first, how to sketch the bird up.

In this picture, i recommend to start with the darkest part.

After that, i painted the eye first.

I used yellow and black, as the most birds have these colors in the eye.

As every eye contains water, the eye always has a few white parts. Dont miss them out.

The next part is the beak.

The beak contains blue and orange colors aswell. I started with the blue.

The lower part of the beak is i bit darker. I used gray to make the shadows.

The next color is the orange.

The feathers on the head have blue color.

This is a pale color. I add some other blue aswell.

This bird contains a lot of purple, particularly on the upper section.

This goes slowly into a nice blue color.

I make the outline a bit darker, this helps a lot.

The belly has a pale, purple - blue color, i blend the two colors together.

Some parts on the belly are shady.

I used a lot of gray to create the shades.

Never be afraid to use some more gray or black. The bright and the black make your drawing living.

The feather almost always has a blue-ish color, the sky reflects on them.

The blue part slowly goes into purple.

The purple has a bit pink aswell, it looks more powerful.

After that, the orange becomes a big part again.

I blend them all together.

The orange goes forth to the back.

I add slowly a bit fewer gray to the orange.

But they get a few shades aswell.

The next part is the wing.

The wing has pure colors, orange, blue, and black, so i dont need a lot gray.

It has a lot pure black.

The end of the feathers because the shining is blue.

The black goes into the blue. Create some shades to make the feathers look realistic.

The other wing becomes the same colors.

Just in a smaller area. Look after the original bird, if you are not sure in the colors.

The tail feathers have powerful black color, with a few blue spark.

The other parts are all orange and red.

I added a bit of darkblue aswell.

The feets are yellow. The shadows are made with brown, so it looks more realistic.

Seri helped Nice beat Ajax in Champions League qualifying on Wednesday and Seri produced a spectacular assist in the 79th minute to help Vincent Marcel score a crucial equaliser for the Ligue 1 club.

His cheeky back heel into the path of his team dumped a stunned Ajax out of the competition they have won four times.

According to the Metro, PSG are looking to bring him on board alongside world record signing Neymar, whose stunning £198million was completed yesterday. Arsenal have also shown interest in Seri, with the Gunners poised to miss out on Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.

Seris future could depend on Champions League football though, with Nice set to face Napoli to qualify for the group stages. LEquipe reported last week that the Ivory Coast international has been subject to a £35m bid from the Gunners.

Hello, welcome to my channel

Today we are going to paint a mandala on a stone

Inspired by summer

We started

A stone painted black

Today we are on a private tour to Auschwitz

posted the video of my skate session and I got these comments from Jozef Mastena

my name is Joseph and I'm a big wheel addict and yes this is what I wanted to

see Royale on 3 125 I ran exclusively 3 125 so I know two

things one it's impossible to Lena will do it and then is a series I sent you a

tip on PayPal and I encourage everyone else to do the same so basically it sent

me these comments and then I went on my PayPal account and this guy just

transferred me 15 pounds which is around 17 years I can thank him enough for that

so basically what happens is for the last 7 months I've been putting so much

work into this channel I think you might understand what I've been doing here

right it's just like I need to film the video I need to edit the video and now

with the family just it takes so much of my time and money cuz like I end up

traveling end up buying gear and all that so I never ask anyone for anything

and this is not why I'm doing this video I'm not asking you to give me anything

but someone like Joseph just sending me these it made my day duty it made me

feel happy I feel happy it's not about the money because then right now I'm

almost in five thousand and five hundred subscribers and I would never expect

these to happen for me just meant five thousand people can you imagine skate

of like what I feel just like so good I feel so happy and so thankful to you

a set of lenses and I sell them at the shop and right now because they're

coming out with new products I know that they're giving lower prices on these

and what I started I'm going to take one of the sets that I have at the shop and

cloth to clean the lenses and all that and then also from my sketch shop we

make these bags I call it like a skate bag so it'd be enough ketchup here so

the logo on the other side it's waterproof and basically this the bag

that I use every day with my computer or if I go skate I put my shoes inside

it's not really a protective bag but it's the cool thing to scale with it's

like nothing you know what this is right and then my wife makes these shirts just

like my shirt is in my shirt it says skate eat sleep repeat Kate eat sleep

repeat skate eat sleep repeat scarcely to eat repeat escape and that's it and

that's basically what happens in my life not just that of course I got my family

and all that but I want to make a little pact with the shirt the lenses and the

bag and I want to give it to you and now am I going to choose the person that I'm

going to give these to basically I'm trying to grow these audience I'm trying

to grow this channel and I want you to help me so by the time that I'm going to

5 USELESS THINGS in Destiny! - Duration: 4:51.

Hi guardians, today we are going through the top 5 most useless things in Destiny.

In Destiny we had to put up with a lot of things in the last 3 years.

We have gone through ups and downs, buffs and nerfs, and we have been waiting for content

updates.

So What better way to end destiny 1 with a top 5 most useless things in Destiny.

So I gathered what is in my opinion the top 5 most useless things in Destiny and let me

share this with you in this video.

Let's start with number 5.

The ships.

In Destiny there are a lot of things that you can collect, like weapons, armors and

sparrows but also ships.

While you can change your weapon and armor load out and you can choose different sparrows

to race with, there is actually no need for ships.

The ships only acts as a loading screen and hell you can not even steer your own ship.

I wish we could use our ships for space battles or even just have the ability to fly them

in a mission.

I would be even happy if we could just move them from left to right in the loading screen.

But unfortunately ships are totally useless and it is just a fashion item that you can

show off to other guardians when you are loading into an activity.

In the number 4 spot we have the countless reputations that you can earn in the game.

We started off with a small group of rep that you could earn for example with the vanguard,

crucible, the three factions , the cryptarch and the gunsmith, but over time with all of

the content updates we now have in total 12 different reputations that you can level up.

I mean those are 12 different reputations!

And some of the reputations contains outdated activities like the Crota's Bane and the Queen's

Wrath and to some extent The house of judgment.

I mean you can do the updated 390 light level challenge of elders, but the player base for

that activity has really died out.

I hope that in Destiny 2 bungie will rework this confusing reputation system, because

at this moment it does not make any sense to have 12 different reputations in the game!

In the number 4 spots we have the blue engrams.

Once you are above light level 385, these things are useless.

There is really no need to have blue engrams once you are above light level 385.

Blue gear is not superior to legendary gear, and every decrypted blue engram or blue gear

that you receive always end up being scrapped for parts.

There are hardly any blue gear that I will keep, the only exception that I will make,

is for the Blue Hand Cannon Hard Luck which looks pretty awesome and it looks like it

is a hand cannon that Cayde-6 will use.

So yeah blue gear is useless and it is only taking up precious space in the vault and

that leads me to the number 3 spot.

In the number 3 spot we have the Vault.

The vault has been a real pain to deal with over the lifespan of the game.

First of all you can not even call it a vault if it does not have enough space for your

gear.

It has gone through several upgrades but in the end, after 3 years of content it is simply

impossible to keep everything that you earn in the vault.

There is simply not enough space.

Also I rarely use the in-game vault , Vault programs like DIM makes life so much easier.

You can simply just drag and drop anything you want without the need to fly into the

tower and access the in-game vault and then go back to your intended activity.

DIM was so successful in managing your gear, , that Bungie saw the need of this vault management

functionality that they have even built it into their website and mobile app.

So the in-game vault was never really useful and thus it earns the number 3 spot.

And our beloved Ghost sits in the number 2 spot.

Yes the ghost did woke us up in the cosmodrome, and it occasionally shows you hidden paths

in the game, but other than that the ghost was only good for scanning things and taking

way too long to open any doors.

But I do have to admit that the ghost does have some funny lines in the game.

We have woken the hive video, and little light

And in the number 1 spot, we have the sweeper bot.

The sweeper bot has been cleaning that corner in the tower already for 3 years, while it

wasn't even dirty in the first place.

Not only is there no use for the sweeper bot to stay in that place, he also just does not

do anything else than just sweeping the floor, whereas other bots in the tower does have

specific function like the postmaster which delivers you goodies and the vanguard quartermaster

that sells weapons and planetary materials.

But I do have to admire the Sweeper Bot's determination and hard work.

He never stops sweeping not even when the cabals invaded the tower in Destiny 2.

So although the sweeper bot is the most useless thing in Destiny, it did became a vital part

of the tower and I can not imagine to walk through the tower and not have him sweeping

that corner when I make my way towards the speaker area

So there you go, my top 5 most useless things in Destiny.
