Orientar Antena Parabólica con Brújula Android | Astra 19.2 - Duration: 6:40.hello welcome to a new video today I to show how to orient a satellite dish
using this as the only tool brujula
As we know we need to orient antennas a field strength meter is a great tool
but it costs money and go to dedicate professionally mounted antennas
and just want to mount a satellite dish on your house not worth buy one
There is also the SatFinder which costs about 10 euros and what it does is it emits a beep
a beep when it detects a satellite, bad It is that it gives to any satellite and that
It can be confusing because you do not know that is capturing satellite antenna,
I'll show you how to orient alone with the compass using a decoder and the
Google Help
So we went into google and put Azimuth Parabolic or dish azimuth in English
There are several websites as we entered this for example and put our location where
we are going to place the antenna, below we chose satellite as
the list starts with those on the east, I will choose the satellite astra 19.2 degrees
So I keep this down well and here we have it here and click on go
we have all the information we need
Elevating the antenna is 40 degrees, the magnetic azimuth that are 144 degrees and
the inclination of 20 degrees putting lnb
well started by the azimuth, degrees Azimuth is the turn must give
the antenna starting from the north this at 0 degrees and this will measure the
compass the application of COMPASS unlike android
a truth of always required calibration and this we got by
one number 8 in the air with the phone in hand, usually the Compass application itself
we will ask if you need to calibrate all ways if we leave the compass at one point and
we see that one is moving seal that needs recalibrate the compass as we see this phone
It does not move so is calibrated
when we go to measure the degree of displacement Horizontal azimuth we place ourselves close
antenna but but not too close because brujula sometimes gives an iron fence
misreading
in Spain and in general in the hemisphere North satellites appear in the south
this antenna not to this satellite oriented 157 degrees marking see that siginifica
which is southeast facing and may this oriented satellite hotbird or eutelsat
the lnb generally bow down to him if left to the left
south line of 180 degrees or right if It is to the right of the South Line
if you live in a country that is in the hemisphere then south satellites appear
North and lnb so we turn to the left if the left and the northern line
I turn right if the satellite is to the right of the line north or northeast
anyway the web and we will indicate to where I turn it and do not need to use
an inclinometer to measure the degree tilt simply turn a little hand
and the decoder connected to the antenna Parabolic the turn where we have the best
quality seal
to measure the elevation we will look at line frame showing us
degrees elevation
While we will see an antenna I have oriented the astra 19 only with brujula
you will see that there is a car next is that the car meets an elementary function is
hold the mast perhaps a little way traditional
This video could be called as putting A satellite dish in a car
to power the TV and decoder use This inverter current I did a
video recently
While we make an approach with the brujula and here we must not get so close to the post
iron but I have done for between in the plane with one hand as he recorded and
the other have the brujula
Here we see the mount that marks something more than 40 degrees because the mast is subject to
car wheel is slightly inclined right so to offset that
Fallen had to increase the elevation antenna
the LNB is turned a little account according to the inclinometer as they were 20 degrees
but anyway both the azimuth, elevation and LNB skew'll tune with
the decoder
the decoder will use is this it costs just over 20 euros which also
I made a video and setting it correctly we can see all channels open
but first we must set the decoder for astra 19 already have the datos.como the
Often we drive feeding and we transponder 11067
We search for other satellites Googe this same information for the satellite you want
orient the antenna
connect you with the connectors fa left I insercción fast and threadless
right threading, when we finish put him the plastic sleeve with the threaded connector
and grabbed the cable ties or tape to arm lnb
Once the first approach with the compass may not show us the satelite
on screen but it should be close so we must move very slowly antenna
allow time for the decoder to receive the seal
and to finish to ensure that guidance It's the closest we press about the mount
the mast so that there is no slack and we move upwards for example and should decrease
the seal and if the move down and decreases siginifica also the signal that height,
elevation is correct, We do the same with the horizontal orientation
antenna moving left and right and if you always fijais I try to move it
decreases signal quality at which is also good horizontally oriented
exactly the same thing we do with the lnb moving it obervando slowly and the optimal position
As we can see the open channels are no problem, but as I said this decoodificador
It allows you to view all channels open so that connecting to internet through a
wifi adapter and in this case estopy in field data sharing internet
the phone we have access to all channels, This type of connection and just spend data
, About 30 mb when more or less, so it's a pretty good way to view all
tv channels if you're camping in the field and we have connection wifi
good for even the video here today, I hope See you liked another video up
soon

Why I Don't Support The Daiya Boycott - Duration: 16:52.Hey there Modern vegans and vegan curious. It's Margaret, and welcome back to ModVegan.
Today on ModVegan, I'm going to be talking about Otsuka's
recent purchase of daiya foods. Now Otsuka is a Japanese company. They own a
bunch of different companies - including crystal geyser sparkling
water in the United States - a whole bunch of things but they specialize in health
and wellness, and they're also a pharmaceutical company, and so they test
on animals. And this has really upset a lot of people in the vegan community.
People in the vegan community absolutely love Daiya dairy free cheese and yogurt
and all that stuff, and they're really upset by this, and they're actually
calling for a boycott - super upset that the Daiya is being purchased by this
company. I want to talk about that today. I want to talk about why I think it's a
mistake to boycott Daiya, but first, if you want to see more videos like this
one and if you enjoy this video give it a thumbs up and subscribe and don't
forget to click on that bell icon so you're notified when new videos come out.
Otherwise, how you will know about a new video? So be sure and click on that bell
icon, and let's get to it.
So, Otsuka is a Japanese company and they just bought Daiya for 405 million dollars
Canadian. Daiya is a Canadian company, it is located in Vancouver - we actually
have quite a few plant-based companies here in Canada. We've got Daiya, we've got
Gardein and some other companies like that that have been created here in
Canada, and people around the world really love these companies, and they are
very attached to them. Especially vegans. And so, I was not entirely surprised when
I went to my local Calgary vegan and vegetarian website and saw plenty of
people calling for a boycott on Daiya and the reason they were calling for a
boycott is because Otsuka is - now, it's like a lot of other Japanese
companies: they own a ton of different companies so it's not just the
pharmaceutical company, they own water companies in the United States - I think I
mentioned in the intro, they own Crystal Geyser - which I remember from when I was
a really little kid is just a company that sold bottled water in the
U.S. - so they own a whole bunch of different things. Um, they also sell a
line of supplements in the US, but they sell a lot of different things.
But what people are primarily concerned about, and what vegans are concerned about, is
the fact that Otsuka owns a pharmaceutical company that is required
to test on animals and so the first point I want to make here - and I can state
right off the bat that I think the boycott is a mistake and for a variety
of reasons - but primarily because Daiya is going to stay the same company it
always has been. It still has the same leadership team, it still has the same
corporate structure. They are still going to be a 100% vegan company. There is
absolutely nothing to indicate that Otsuka wants to change any of that. They
are purchasing the company whole cloth, and they are going to be allowing it to
function the way it always has with the idea of expanding the market into Asia
and some other places, seeing what they can do with the product and helping them
to be able to spread further and obviously to also contribute to their
own bottom line.
So, Otsuka does own a pharmaceutical company. Now, this company
is required to test on animals just like any pharmaceutical company anywhere in
the world. I don't know how many people are aware of this, but if you own a
pharmaceutical company, if you introduce a new drug it must be tested on animals.
And now, different pharmaceutical companies will approach this different
ways, but if you introduce something that's new, that is going to seek
approval, it will have to be tested on animals. That is just part of the
approval process. It does not matter where you are in the world, that is part of it.
It is mandatory. Otsuka does try to minimize the amount
of animal testing that they do, and I mean - I do not agree with that. I'm a
vegan: I do not think that that makes any sense. I think it's the wrong way to go
about things. But that is the way that they do it. So they do use animal testing,
but Otsuka does use the 3 R's to try and reduce the amount of animal testing that
they do. The first principle that Otsuka tries to use is replacement or avoidance.
If a test can possibly be done by something other than an animal, if
there's a legal reason that they can get around it, they will try and do so.
So they'll try to replace it. The second thing that they'll try and do is, if they
cannot replace that testing, if it's not legal to do so, they will do anything
they can to REDUCE the amount of animals that are going to be used in these
experiments. And finally, they seek to REFINE the use of animals so that they
can use animals as little as possible, and also cause as little
as possible harm to the animals. We all know - I mean if you've ever had a friend that's
worked in, say, a biology department at a university, you know that even
when universities - and I mean my background is in academics, so I know a
lot of friends that worked doing animal testing at universities - and so, what they
had to do was, do all these different animal tests. But at least at Otsuka
they have processes in place to try and refine some of that animal testing so that
it's a doesn't end up resulting in the death of the animal - to shorten the
length of these study periods, all those kinds of things. So they are actively
aware and interested in that, and I'm going to be putting a link in the
description box below to explain their three part process. I'll be putting a
link to it down there. What I'm not trying to say here is that Otsuka
Pharmaceuticals is better than any other pharmaceutical company, or anything like
that. What I'm trying to say is that if you are a vegan that purchases things
from companies that are not vegan - so, like for me as a person, I try to always
buy the vegan version of a product, I try to encourage companies to make more
vegan products by buying vegan products. So if I'm going to buy something
from, say, Johnson & Johnson, I will look for a product that is vegan and that way -
and I even write letters to these companies, and I encourage you to do so
as well - if you're gonna buy something from those companies, buy something that
is vegan, let them know that you appreciate that they create that vegan
product by buying it - that's my philosophy. So I do purchase vegan items
from non vegan companies, and I would actually encourage that you do that as
well. But if you're someone who just absolutely does not believe in buying
anything from any company that is not 100% vegan, continue to do so. I don't
know how you manage it, but I absolutely would encourage you to do so. However, if
you are a vegan who buys things from non- vegan companies - if you buy vegan
products such as, you know, canned beans from your local Safeway store that are
Safeway brands...well, Safeway also sells dairy. Are you going to stop buying those
beans just because Safeway sells dairy as well? Or are you going to buy the
beans to encourage them to make more beans? I would hope that you would
be doing that, but everyone has their own way of approaching this. But I would say,
in my personal case, I have no problem buying vegan products from
non-vegan companies. And therefore, I am not upset by the fact that Otsuka's
bought Daiya. And there are a couple other reasons for this, and one of the
main ones is that Otsuka is a Japanese company. And I don't think that that's
immaterial. It is very important. I think the fact that they are an Asian company, they
saw value in Daiya, and now Daiya is being purchased for about four hundred five
million dollars, which is not a lot of money, especially when you compare it to,
say, Danone's recent acquisition of White Wave foods - who manufactures Silk dairy-free
products, so like it's Silk Almond Milk, Soy Milk - things like that - Dannon
bought White Wave foods for about ten point five billion dollars, something
like that. A lot of money. This is four hundred and five million dollars - it's a
lot less. But this Japanese company is seeing this dairy-free product line and
thinking "oh, you know our market could benefit from this". And if you're a vegan,
I hope that you can see how significant this is. We have a Japanese company
that's looking at this Dairy-Free Canadian company. We know that demographically
most people in Asia are lactose intolerant, and there are a lot of
food trends that are used in the US and in Western countries that are copied in
in Asian countries. So, you know, if cupcakes are really popular in in Europe
and in North America, the Japanese market is going to be interested in cupcakes.
And what are they going to want to put in those cupcakes? They're probably
going to put butter in those cupcakes. But a lot of their market is allergic to
butter, or very sensitive to it. And so a dairy-free margarine, or you know having
a dairy-free cheese for pizza. So, pizza's super popular also in Japan,
but a lot of the consumers there do have digestive issues with it - I mean, this is just
a fact - and so having this as an option is really important for Otsuka. And I can
see why they'd be interested in owning a company that allows them dairy free
options like dairy free cream cheese, all these kinda things, so that they can mimic
western products for the asian market. Things that people just want to try, they
can they can mimic those products, using daiya foods products, and they can avoid
the whole dairy issue. And this is really big, because what they're doing is - we
have the potential of having dairy-free products enter those markets before
dairy products do. So instead of ramping up dairy production in these Asian
countries, we might be able to see an increase in plant-based products instead.
So some of these cognate products - I don't know what you call them like these
you know corollary products - there's got to be a better name for than that - but you know,
dairy-free cheese instead of regular dairy cheese, things like that. I think
this is really important, and it's giving the Asian market a chance to get some of
these products early on, not getting them from cows getting them from other
sources. And I see that as nothing but a benefit. I understand that a lot of you
are probably on the fence about buying anything that comes from a non-vegan
company - of course, that is forgetting the fact that there really are not very many
vegan companies. We have a few - there is you know, there WAS White Wave Foods,
which was one of the biggest that has silk soy milk and things like that, as I
mentioned earlier in the video, they manufacture a lot of dairy free
beverages and things like that, but they were purchased by Danone and they make a
lot of the dairy products in the world. But they have been looking into
plant-based products and it's kind of interesting they went after White Wave
Foods. They purchase it for ten and a half billion dollars, which is a ton of
money, but they saw a lot of value in that company. And, obviously, this is
capitalism. They just want to make money. They see a way to get dairy-like
products without having to worry about the cows, and that obviously makes it a
more profitable company. It's a profitable acquisition for them and it
has been in the last quarterly results, danone was was showing a much better
profit than they'd been expecting, and this is - a lot of it is because of White
Wave Foods. I mean, that was something that I noticed - a lot of market
commentators talking about with how profitable these plant-based companies
are. So even Danone, which is one of the world's largest dairy companies, if not the
largest, sees the value in plant-based products, so much so that they actually
recently sold off part of their US dairy business. They sold off Stonyfield
yogurt, which a lot of people who like you know organic food and things like
that. I remember back when I was you know as someone we ate dairy and things like
that Stonyfield organic yogurt was kind of
like the "creme de la creme" of organic yogurt.
But it comes from cows and what what Dannon realized is like, why would we own
a company like Stonyfield, which is so expensive? You know, you have all of these
regulations with the organic dairy growth and things like that you know all
of these different regulations, but it's still animals and so there's still all
of these extra things being taken away from the system as well. You know,
obviously - you know take, giving these animal medical care and taking care of
their waste, and all those kinds of things it's incredibly wasteful! And they
make more money off of the dairy free version, so White Wave Foods is far more
profitable than Stonyfield was. And so, they sold Stonyfield for I think eight
hundred and seventy five million dollars - something like that - and it was a great
deal for them they got to get rid of something that was a drain on their
resources, which was Stonyfield yogurt, and they bought White Wave foods
instead. And all of this is causing a great deal of concern amongst dairy
farmers. It's been very interesting for me to see some of the comments that I've
gotten on this channel lately from people who are concerned about dairy and
the dairy industry people who maybe are vegetarian but own dairy farms - yes, I have
comments from people like that. And it's very interesting to see comments from
people who are very concerned and feel like vegans are attacking them. And
it's too bad. But, you know, one of the reasons that this channel is called
ModVegan is because I genuinely believe that the future of food is vegan.
It's not just because it's the right thing to do, it's because it is the most
efficient thing to do. And I know that lots of you guys don't like that, but
that's part of this channel. I do believe that veganism is not only the most
compassionate option, it is also the most efficient option. Because animal abuse is
not efficient. Abusing animals and using them, exploiting them is not efficient.
Trying to get all of these products that can be made perfectly easily out of
plants - it's not efficient to get it from animals. And so companies are starting to
realise that, and I see that as a huge thing. It's very interesting to me to see
how upset vegans have been by Otsuka's acquisition of Daiya foods. When you
consider the fact that Tyson Foods recently invested - they took a 5% stake
in Beyond Meat and no one seemed to bat an eye. Now Tyson, compared to Osaka which
is a giant conglomerate, but happens to own one pharmaceutical company that
tests on animals - you compare that to Tyson Foods which makes this living off
of abusing not just animals but probably people as well the way that they take
care of the people that work for them raising these animal is extremely
predatory, I think, is the nicest way to put it - I will put a link in my
description box below to a book that I read about some of the some of the
corporate practices of Tyson - but it is quite disturbing that a lot of these
pork pig and chicken manufacturers and animal abuser is what they do is they
force people to keep these animals in the most tightly contained circumstances
imaginable it's all about just making a profit and even though I think it's
great that Tyson is moving away from that and towards plant-based food I
still find it very disturbing and questionable that vegans are more upset
by this Daiya thing than they were by Tyson Foods investing in Beyond Meat. I think
that's completely hypocritical. There's a lot about this that I find totally
hypocritical. I would love to know what you guys think. I want to know what you
think about this acquisition. Are you going to jump on the on the boycott
bandwagon without really knowing very much? Like, what do you think about it?
I mean, honestly from my perspective, if you believe that it is okay to buy vegan
products from non vegan companies, to me the answer is completely clear: we should
be continuing to buy Daiya products if we like them and allowing this company
to hopefully expand, to spread plant-based foods to more regions of the
globe. I see that as a positive thing. I want to know: what you guys think? Do you
think that we just shouldn't buy anything from any company that's not
vegan? How, exactly, you manage to realistically sustain that in your life?
Because that's something I don't know how you do. So if you manage to do that,
I'd love to hear about it. I don't really see many options other than growing your
own food. If that's what you're looking for - and obviously a lot of us are not
going to be growing our own food, and so, it makes sense to buy - again, in my
opinion - vegan products from non vegan companies. I'm very happy that they will
be continuing with the same management team that they have in place now, they've
managed to grow that company very well, they've done a great
job making that company grow. And, I mean, I would love to see them develop some
better products. There's a few things from Daiya that I think could be improved
somewhat. Certainly their cheese. Our family is a huge fan of their yogurt. We
love their yogurt. I have another friend that also has become a big fan of their
yogurt lately, so I know that the yogurt is a hit. Some of the cheese products I
think that they have some catching up to do on, but it's been interesting to see
what people think about those things. I really want to know what you guys think about
this. I am concerned a bit that this has led to a boycott, whereas the Beyond Meat
Tyson Food things didn't really at all. People still seem to have no problem
at all touting the Beyond Burger, but they're very concerned about this with
with Otsuka. I'd really love to hear it. Do you think it's because it's a
foreign company? Do you think that's why people are more upset? I'd love to have you
weigh in on this. If you're someone who only buy vegan products from
vegan companies, I'd also love to know how you do that. I can really only
imagine that being possible if you grow a lot of your own food, but I'd be
interested in hearing what you do, how you manage that. And how you might
justify a book boycott, if you have a good justification for that boycott, I'd
love to hear that in the comment section below. Thank you so much for watching. If

Trump Official Admits They "Laugh A Lot" About Rick Perry's Stupidity - Duration: 3:11.Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke gave an interview to GQ recently, where he admitted
that he and other officials within the Trump administration laugh a lot about the fact
that Rick Perry is so damn stupid.
Now, specifically Ryan Zinke says that he and other folks of the administration laugh
about the fact that Rick Perry did not know that as the Secretary of the Department of
Energy, he was in charge of the country's nuclear arsenal.
In fact, Rick Perry actually thought the job of Department of Energy, was the job the job
of Department of Interior, and he just got it all confused.
He also seems to have forgotten the fact that just a few years ago he actually called for
the complete abolition of the Department of Energy, which is the department that he is
now running.
So, Zinke says that even though he's good friends with Perry now, that they basically
work together, he still likes to poke a lot of fun at him for not understanding what his
job was and being a big ol' doofus sometimes.
Well, it may be just good natured ribbing, maybe there's some truth behind there constant
ridiculing of Rick Perry, because obviously he's not a very intelligent human being.
But what's really terrifying is the fact that this is a joke to them.
It's a joke, that Rick Perry didn't understand he was in charge of the nuclear weapons in
this country.
It's a joke to them.
That he's unqualified for his job.
It's a joke to them.
That he doesn't have any clue what the hell he's doing.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country, the people who have to live with the decision that these
idiots make, we're not laughing.
We don't find it funny.
We don't find it humorous.
We don't see any joy in the fact that a complete moron like Rick Perry, is serving as the head
of the Department of Energy in charge of our nuclear weapons.
That doesn't make any of us in this country sleep better at night.
It's not a joke we go around telling our friends.
A few years ago, if we had said that, we absolutely would've thought it was a joke, because we
didn't think this country would ever devolve to the point where we would allow somebody
like Rick Perry to be in charge of really anything other than the state of Texas.
But that's the sad reality that the rest of us live in today.
So, go ahead laugh it up.
Laugh about the fact that the guy who runs the nuke department doesn't understand that.
Doesn't probably even know where they are.
While the rest of us worry.
The rest of us have to show our children what's happening in the administration, and explain
to them why this is not normal.
So, go ahead.
Keep laughing, and hopefully someday soon we'll be the ones laughing as the impeachment
papers come out.
And your entire administration goes down in flames.

Bernie Sanders Prepares To Push Single-Payer Healthcare Legislation - Duration: 4:21.Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders has announced that he absolutely is going to begin working
on single-payer healthcare legislation for the United States, and will be introducing
it obviously as soon as it's finished.
Now, several Democratic lawmakers, Bernie Sanders obviously Independent, several Democratic
lawmakers have said that they support this idea.
Other big-name Democrats have come out and said that it's inevitable.
Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, say that that is what we need, and Bernie Sanders, once again, had
to take the lead and say, "You know what?
I'm going to go ahead and start on the legislation."
Now, this is exactly what I had said last week, that the Democrats in the wake of the
healthcare failure from the Republicans need to draft the legislation today.
They need to get to work on it right now for single-payer, so that even though it won't
pass, and I think Bernie Sanders knows this, but so that during the 2018 mid-term elections
they can go back to their voters, hold up the legislation and say, "Look what we did.
We attempted it.
We wrote it.
We have it ready.
Give us the majority and we're passing it first day."
Republicans didn't do that with the Obamacare repeal.
They just said, "We'll repeal it and replace it," and then when they got the numbers they
said, "Oh, crap.
We got to write that thing, right?
That's due tomorrow."
Bernie Sanders is trying to help out the Democratic Party by doing it now, which is what they
all should be working on, because it's past time for a single-payer option here in the
United States.
That doesn't mean you're going to get kicked off of your private health insurance in favor
of some government-sponsored thing.
What it will do is give people an option.
You can go to the private companies, or you can buy it from the federal government.
Federal government's not going to charge you or not going to bar you from it if you've
got preexisting conditions.
It may not cover as much, but it's not going to cost as much, but maybe it'll cover things
that regular insurance won't.
Maybe it'll be better coverage.
We actually won't know until we get the legislation and they start working on plans, assuming
the legislation ever passes, but we need that.
There's no reason why the government can't be in that business.
They do many other things that are run as a business, the post office, for example.
They run the Department of Energy, and they get profits off of energy that we sell.
Why not health insurance?
There're a lot of areas where the government makes money other than tax revenue, and I
think health insurance needs to be one of those, because it's one of the few areas where
the private industry, and I shouldn't say one of the few areas.
There's many, many areas, but it's one of the main areas where the private industry
has failed.
They raise prices on us whenever they feel like it, regardless of what kind of profits
and revenues they're already pulling in, which they are currently pulling in billions of
dollars a year in profits, and yet they're still raising our rates because they want
more money.
Federal government wouldn't be allowed to do that, so why not give us that option?
That is what Bernie Sanders is doing.
That is what every single Democrat in this country elected or not needs to get behind.
Every single one of them has to be united in this push, because this would be a massive
overhaul of the entire system, and it will not work if we do not have everybody onboard.
Just like we did with the Republicans when we called them to tell them not to repeal
Obamacare, it's time to get on the phones again, get on social media, get those emails
ready, and tell all of the Democrats to support this legislation.
That is the only way we're going to effect change in this country, and it's change that
all of us desperately need.

HK MR556 Modifications and Upgrades - Are these Heckler and Koch rifle upgrades worth it? - Duration: 9:48.I still remember the feeling I had the first time I saw the HK 416.
I loved it.
Sure, it looked just like your traditional ARs with a few subtle changes, but I'm an
HK Fanboy so it was a big deal to me and the fact that it was a piston driven system made
it all the more special.
So, imagine how happy I was when they announced that they would be releasing a civilian version
called the MR556.
Sure, I could spend less money hiring Nathalie Emmanuel to give me a bubble bath wearing
a Pew Pew life shirt, than I could for a MR556 but my inner tactical hype beast had to have
it and I have a hard on for HK products much the same way Chris Harris drools over anything
Porsche Makes, especially the GT3.
More importantly, what I was most excited about was taking my HK MR556 and making it
look and feel as similar to the HK 416 as possible minus the fun switch of course.
What you're looking at now is what was supposed to be my MR556 / HK 416 Clone project, but
somewhere between getting the barrel cut down to 10.5 inches and becoming bored with the
idea I decided to turn it into something else.
Instead of an HK 416 clone I turned it into an overpriced, mall ninja, tactical douchebag
AR-15 SBR and I freaking love it and apparently so does everyone else because I got more request
to do a video on this particular gun more than any gun I've ever owned.
So, what did I do to my MR556 and why?
Right off the bat I knew I had to SBR it.
So I filled out the insanely moronic obligatory paper work at the same time I sent it off
to have the barrel cut down to 10.5 inches.
That's about where the 416 likeness begins and ends.
Hell, I actually think the 416 is shorter than 10.5 but you get my point.
When I finally got it back I had to do something about the hand guard.
I always felt the quad rail was a little too bulky for what I thought should be a more
streamlined looking gun.
The quad rail also made the rifle look a little dated.
The Geissele Super Modular Rail was a no brainer for me.
This Rail single handedly changed the entire look of my MR 556 and instantly made it look
5 years younger.
It also dramatically Improved the way the rifle felt in hand.
Quad rail felt like a handshake from an Olympic power lifter, the Geissele rail feels like
a hand shake from a beautiful female corporate executive a beautiful balance of soft and
firm.
To be honest, I think this rail makes this entire gun that's just opinion.
When you're into HK Firearms you tend to do some very stupid things with your money.
Things like spend $119 on a stock that looks exactly like the stock that came with the
gun only slimmer.
So why did I do it?
Well Because I think the slimline profile fit's the gun better and it weighs less.
I will say, the original stock has a better cheek weld, but the cheek weld on slimline
stock is livable.
So if the stock and rail didn't give it away, I wanted to make this rifle as streamlined
as possible and I feel the Aim point T-2 does just that.
Besides, I think variable powered scopes look weird on SBR's.
And Eotechs are little too bulky and the MRO I love but looks weird to me on this rifle
for whatever reason.
I thought about running an RMR but once you throw the high-rise base on it, it just looks
weird to me as well.
Honestly, I put way too much on how the optic looked on my rifle versus their functionality,
but I am also only considering red dots and it's not like I'm deciding between a Trijicon
MRO and Chinese knock off special.
All of the optics that I had at my disposal are good in their own right.
Ok, so this Steiner laser is by far the most poserish component of the gun.
It's not even sighted in, I got it purely for looks.
Now, if I'm going to be honest, it's actually no longer on the rifle, I put it on my PWS
MK114 where now it serves a purpose in that it's sighted In.
Honestly it just added to much unnecessary weight to the rifle and like I said before
I'm going for a streamlined setup.
However, once I sell enough of my organs to by some nods it'll go right back on MR556
SBR thus turning this into my stealth setup.
You know, for all of those late-night ops to the CVS.
Without a suppressor, this rifle is mind numbingly loud not to mention the brake doesn't do
any favors with mitigating the concussion.
But man, without a can this rifle has the most perfect proportions and is balanced beautifully.
I just can't live with how loud this thing is unsuppressed, so a suppressor was pretty
much mandatory.
I almost exclusively run the SilencerCo SAKER 556k can.
Even suppressed though, the sound is noticeable considering I'm still dealing with the crack
of the 223/556 round breaking the sound barrier.
As much as I love the proportions of the gun unsuppressed, with the 556k ehhh.. it's
still pretty compact, but in terms of weight it's obviously on the heavy side, but it's
more the rifle than the can, there's just no getting around it, this thing is freaking
heavy.
I love Geissele triggers.
A huge percentage of my guns have Geissele triggers in them.
So, when I found out Geissele made a specific trigger for the MR5556 it was really a no
brainer for me, at least I thought so.
Usually when I drop a Geissele trigger into a rifle it's like going from watching tv
with the TVs internal speakers to watching the same TV with a Bose sound bar.
In the case of my MR556 the Stock trigger is actually pretty good.
So you're starting with a top end Bose sound bar and the Geissele trigger takes it to 3.1
Martin Logan Ethos Electrostatic panel speaker territory.
Most people will be Impressed with the Bose sound bar but the audiophiles of the world
are willing to pay a premium for that slight improvement that to them means a world of
difference but for everyone else it's not really worth it to them.
I'm the audiophile in this case.
The stock trigger is great but the Geissele trigger is better in that the trigger breaks
cleaner than the stock trigger.
There's a slight amount of mush right before the breaking point of the stock trigger.
You literally have to have candles burning and your eyes closed as you squeeze the trigger
to notice, but it's there.
When you put a suppressor on this rifle it's already front heavy so the last thing I wanted
to do was put on mammoth sized torch light to add to the front heavy tendencies of this
rifle when it has a silencer on it.
The problem is I tend to hold my rifles like a Chris costa disciple and c-clamp the hell
out of my rifles and this rifle is no exception, so I was clearly going to be running a pressure
pad.
So, to keep weight to a relative minimum I went with the Sure fire M300 Mini Scout Light.
No, you're not going to light up the night with this light but it's 300 lumens is more
than enough for what I need it for, which I'm not really sure what that is yet.
I love this handgrip.
It's modular and durable as hell considering it's made out of aluminum.
The problem is, it's made out of aluminum so it's on the heavier side.
As I keep saying, this rifle is heavy enough, so I'm going to put this handgrip on a rifle
that doesn't have these problems and put a polymer handgrip on this one.
I came across the Hayley Strategic D3 Sling while attending Travis Haleys carbine vehicle
darkness course, which you can watch here.
I thought it was a single point sling and then a second later it was a two-point sling.
I was intrigued, so I asked him about it.
He said I could run it for the remainder of the course, but my plans were a little more
ambitious.
Let's just say, he ain't get this sling back.
Let me just be frank.
The Magpul MBUS Pro back up iron sights are annoyingly expensive.
I don't recall the last time I used iron sights to shoot this gun.
So, paying close to $200 for a set of iron sights is like I said, annoying.
However, I can't go back to anything else.
Flat out, these are my favorite flip up sights.
They're high quality, lay extremely flat, and visually stay out of the way.
I forget I even have them on the rifle.
All the reasons why I love them so.
The Raptor charging handle is easily my favorite charging handle and I've tried a ton of
charging handles.
Charging handles don't really mean much to you until you take a 3-day rifle course
shooting over 1000 rounds and have to use your charging handle more times in that 3-day
course than you ever have in your life.
Like I said, once I get some Night vision I might change how this rifle is set up, but
for now, it's setup exactly how I want it.
I keep entertaining the idea of sending it to Investment grade firearms to have them
re-profile the barrel to make the gun a little lighter and I think I need a new gas block
that's ported because this rifle is horrendously over gassed, especially when suppressed and
cause accuracy issues with heavier grain bullets loaded hot, but with all things considered
I am in love with this rifle.

It doesn`t seem that long since Chelsea were enjoying winning the Premier League and then watching Arsenal win the FA Cup to deprive Chelsea of the Double.
Time really does fly these days and tomorrow (Sunday) the Premier League winners go head-to-head in the Community Shield, at Wembley. Ahead of the fixture we have some early team-news.
Starting with Chelsea:
Absent from the Chelsea squad will be Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko, both are recuperating from ankle and knee injuries.
Also absent from the Chelsea squad will be Diego Costa, with the Brazilian born Spanish international striker set to leave Stamford Bridge.
Despite being red-carded in the FA Cup Final, Victor Moses will be allowed to play.

Antonio Conte has to choose whether to start with both Michy Batshuayi and Alvaro Morata, or just go with one.
Continuing with Arsenal:

6 Essential KEYS To Help Weight Gain - Duration: 14:20.Hey, hey, everybody.
Coach Hadsall here, coming at you.
The owner of Get Lean in 12.
If you're scrolling through your feed, stop and check this out.
Inside this video, I'm going to share
six keys that are get lean and 12 transformations superstars
used to transform their bodies and lives.
Now five of these six keys really don't have anything
to do with exercise or diet.
And these are the intangibles I think
that are the difference maker.
And if you're missing any one of these things
from your health and nutrition plan,
chances are you're going to fail.
Now if you're scrolling through your feed, check this out.
My name is Sean Hadsall.
I'm the owner of Get Lean in 12.
And if you don't know who I am, I've been in this industry
over 20 years.
And my wife, Karen, and I have been fortunate enough
to have our products sold to over 100,000 people just
in the last five years alone.
And so these six keys are what I see
every one of our transformation superstars have in common.
My wife, Karen, and I owned a personal training studio
franchising in Ann Arbor for five years,
and this is the keys that all our successful clients
use there.
And then, of course our online community that's
reached over 100,000 people, this--
with our greatest transformation success stories--
these are the six keys that you need to follow.
Now at the end of this video I'm also
going to introduce you to a system I've created.
It's called the Over 40 Ab Solution.
So it's designed for the metabolism of people
who are over 35 years old.
So people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s
should definitely move differently than younger people
if your goal is to lose stubborn belly fat.
So the sixth key that I'm going to share with you
will introduce you to that.
And inside the system that I've created--
there's a link somewhere on this video.
Usually it's above, could be below.
We'll put it in the comments section.
And if you're watching this, leave a comment.
Tell us your name.
Tell us where you're from.
And then at the end of this video,
I'll go ahead and introduce you to my system that
includes a 12-minute metabolic protocol specifically designed
for the metabolism and the hormonal condition of people
in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
So the first key is finding your big reason why.
So wanting a flatter belly or fitting into your skinny jeans
again, those are great goals.
However, it's only going to get you so far.
It's not enough to help you follow through.
You have to find your big reason why.
If you don't find your big reason
why, you're probably going to fail every time
the going gets tough.
Now a perfect example of this is way back in 1998,
when I was only 20 years old, I placed first runner
up grand champion in the Body for Life contest
with over 22,000 finishers.
Now in that short 90-day period, I
was fortunate enough to take my body fat from almost 20%
all the way down to 5%.
And I'll show pictures below in the comments
so that you guys can see how I've
used this 12-minute metabolic protocol found inside my system
to actually maintain around 10% body fat
since I was 28 years old.
And now I'm 45 years old.
I'm a grandpa to three beautiful grandkids.
And I have one more on the way here in March.
But the reason that I was able to place first runner
up grand champion in the Body for Life contest
is because I found my big reason why.
I was going through a custody battle over my daughter.
And she was six years old.
And I wanted more than anything in the world
to be a part of her life and to be a father to her
and have a deep relationship with her.
And that was my reason why.
That's what allowed me, when I was exposed
to the bad food, when I was supposed to be eating healthy,
when the going got tough, my big reason why,
anchoring back to my daughter and what I want to achieve,
allowed me to have a higher level of discipline.
So you need to find the deepest source
of your emotional triggers if you
want to succeed and transform your body in life.
The second key is your thought life.
So we become what we think about most of the time.
And I have a saying.
I always say, it's all about the b.s.
And it's not the b.s.
You're thinking about.
I'm talking about your belief system.
And I think Henry Ford said it best when he said,
whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're
probably going to be right.
So remember, we become what we think about most of the time.
Now here's a little bit of science,
and I'll post a study below, because I'll
make a couple of claims here.
According to Dr. Carolyn Leaf, who
is an expert on brain neurology, 75% to 95%
of the illnesses that plague us today
are a direct result of our thought life.
So what we think affects us emotionally and physically.
And the average person has over 30,000 thoughts a day.
So research also shows that fear all on its own
triggers more than 1400 known physical and chemical reactions
and activates more than 30 different hormones.
Again I'll post the reference source for these claims
below in the comments area.
Now here's four quick ways that you
can control your thought life.
Number one, you could read a daily devotional that
has a positive message in it.
You could also, what I like to do is I
write in a gratitude journal every morning
for five to ten minutes.
Research shows, and I can post some references
down in the comments area about this as well,
but shows that people who express gratitude
are healthier.
They lose more weight, and they're
more successful than people who are ungrateful.
The third one is you can write down some positive affirmations
on goal cards.
I have these 5x7 goal cards that I read every day
for each area of my life.
So spiritually, mentally, physically, family,
finances, you know, all this stuff.
So I read my goals, and I have positive affirmations
that I read every day to keep my head in the right spot.
Another thing you could do is create a vision board
with maybe an old picture of yourself
on it, when you were fitting into your skinny jeans.
Or you could create what I call a mind movie,
and this is just slides with music
behind it showing what you want to achieve
in every area of your life.
Remember, every thought we have, good or bad,
is creating our future.
So the third key is to unplug and recharge.
You see, every day we are bombarded with more information
than our previous ancestors were bombarded
with in their entire lifetime because of technology
and, of course, the Internet.
So it's very important that you unplug from technology,
and you recharge your mental battery.
This is so important for your health and fat loss goals.
So avoid negative news.
Yes, I care about what's going on in the world.
But I know when I turn on the news,
if I do that first thing in the morning, that's
going to be a reflection of my attitude the rest of the day,
and it's going to be negativity.
So seek out positive messages.
Read biographies of successful people.
The fourth key to succeeding is accountability and deadlines.
And I can tell you this, every single time in my life that I
failed versus every single time that I've succeeded,
it was because I was either being held accountable or I
wasn't.
My wife just walked in.
Hi, Karen.
Hi.
I'm live.
So anyway, accountability.
And there's a couple different things
you can use for accountability.
You can find a workout partner.
You can enter a contest or make a bet with a friend.
You can text each other your nutrition every day.
I started doing that with my stepson
at the beginning of this year because he
was having a hard time.
He was so focused on his career and being a dad to my grandson
that he gained a lot of belly fat.
So we start texting each other, every time we'd eat,
we'd text each other back and forth.
And this was really effective for him,
and it was really effective for me
because every time you go to eat,
if you know you have to text it to somebody,
you're being held accountable.
The other thing I like to do is schedule a photo shoot.
I know this isn't really realistic for everybody else.
That's my dog, Mindy, you hear barking, by the way.
Cockapoo.
So, where was I at?
Yeah, so, text each other.
Oh, schedule a photo shoot.
That's right.
I like to schedule a photo shoot like once a year
at least, because I know if I have a photo shoot scheduled,
for let's say six to eight weeks from now,
and I sit down to eat pizza, I'm going
to look at that totally different
and probably make a healthier choice.
Because I know I have to be in front of a camera in eight
weeks from now.
So it holds me accountable.
The fifth key, and this is very powerful,
is your reference group.
And this is about birds of a feather, flock together.
So we become who we hang out with.
And my mentor Jim Rohn said it best.
We become the sum of the five people
that we hang out with the most.
Harvard psychologist Dr. Dave McClelland
calls this your reference group, and his research
shows that it will determine 95% of your failure or success
in life.
So it's very important.
When you're trying to lose belly fat
and you're trying to live a healthy lifestyle,
and you want to change things, you
need to write down the five people
that you hang out with the most, and take a good hard look
at that.
Because that really is your future.
I'm not saying we should ditch your family and friends that
are dysfunctional.
We all have dysfunctions.
I mean, every time you point the finger,
you have three pointing back at you, right?
So I'm not saying that.
But I think you should be consciously aware of who you're
hanging out with, and make your best effort to surround
yourself with like-minded people who will support your goals
and not drag you down.
Remember when you make the decision to get away
from negative friends and family,
and hang around people that are more in line with your goals,
you're holding up a mirror to their shortcomings.
So they will fight you on it.
But it's very important.
I have a saying.
There are two types of people in this world.
Those who brighten a room when they enter it,
and those who brighten a room when they leave it.
And which ones are you hanging out with.
Something to consider.
Now the sixth and final key, and this is the most important one.
And that is to put exercise first in your life.
Now this is not a selfish thing to do,
and most women struggle with this more than anything else.
See, when you put exercise first in your life,
that discipline flows over into every other area of your life.
Because exercise is our number one source
of emotional renewal.
And it's the one thing that will impact in a positive way
every single other area of your life.
And I know this for a fact.
When I was done doing the Body for Life contest way
back in 1998--
when I was done, I had 5% body fat.
I'd lost 20 pounds of belly fat.
I'd gained five pounds of muscle.
And again, I'll post the pictures
below in the comments when I'm done with this live video.
But that was really just a bonus side effect.
You see, every other area of my life
was impacted in a positive way.
I had mended broken relationships.
I had paid off all my debts.
I landed a modeling contract.
Started a new career.
And the most important aspect is I had joint legal custody
rights of my daughter.
Now since that time, a few years back,
I was voted America's most fit health and fitness pro over 40.
My wife and I were voted franchise superstars
for our personal training studio.
So you can see how putting exercise in your life
will positively impact every other area of your life.
Now you just have to make sure that you're moving right
based on your age category.
So people who are 35 years and under
can do pretty much any type of exercise and get great results.
So exercise is like P90X and Insanity and CrossFit.
These are all very effective ways to lose belly fat.
But remember, they are designed for people under 35 years old.
And for people who are over 40, in their 40s, 50s, and 60s,
it's important to understand that your metabolism is
different.
And a hormonal condition of people over 40
is going to be a lot different than people under 35.
So these long duration workouts that I just mentioned, not
only do they use ballistic movements that
can be hard on your joints, the long duration workouts
can wreak havoc on people's metabolisms
when you're over 40 years old.
So somewhere around this video you
can see a link to click or tap, and you'll
be introduced to my system called the Over 40 Ab Solution.
And inside the system, you're going
to be introduced to a 12-minute metabolic protocol
like I mentioned earlier.
And this 12-minute metabolic protocol
is specifically designed for the metabolism of people
in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
This is the same 12-minute protocol
I use to maintain 10% body fat or lower pretty much
for the last 15 plus years.
Now it's also the same protocol that my wife used--
when we were first married 11 years ago,
she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
And it forced her into early menopause.
And she accumulated a ton of upper belly fat.
And so as a result, obviously her self-esteem plummeted,
and no matter what we tried, she could not lose the belly fat.
We tried long-duration cardio.
Now we know-- there's four published studies showing
that long-duration cardio can be bad for your metabolism.
One study shows that it can suppress the thyroid.
So your T4 to T3 conversion.
The thyroid is the master gland of the metabolism
because it regulates the metabolism.
It can also increase cortisol, which
is known as a stress hormone.
It can increase free radicals, which is also linked
to some of today's diseases.
And then the fourth thing it does
is its been shown to increase hunger levels.
So people who do too much cardio end up eating 100 more calories
than they burned off.
So it's in your best interest to be moving
based on your age category.
So if you click the link somewhere around this video,
you'll see my wife's story.
You'll be able to read about my wife's story.
You'll also see my grandson, and you'll also
see how you can put this 12-minute metabolic protocol
to work in your life, to help you quickly lose more weight.
So again, if you have questions, go ahead and post them
in the comments below.
If you're watching this, please leave your name.
Let us know where you're from.
Thanks for taking time out of your busy day
to check this out.
And keep going strong.

Going Out In The Rain - ThatguyVlogs 8 - Duration: 5:25.Let's go for a walk
so no topic right now per se but um...I'm just walking right now it's a pretty
it's actually pretty hot outside I mean this is the kind of like that that hours
of the afternoon so I don't really mind it apparently we have a thunderstorm
warning every single day of the week and right now it's like it's heated and I
didn't even bother to bring my hat out the house so I guess mans are living
dangerously whatever yeah why am I winded? I'm kind of loving these headphones
the ones that I'm wearing right now because it's kind of like giving me the
freedom to have the Bluetooth feature and at the same time I don't have to be
wearing it over on my ears like some other blue ones that I had and the Sun
is finally behind some clouds right now so I can get a little bit of chain cuz
yo, I am sweating like you can't really see it much in the video but trust me
it's coming down. Now as much as I prefer to stay outdoors I gotta go to work
later on today so I can't really stay out here all day
and watch this like this is the water section. Who put this here?! [Kiss Teeth]...look at this ignorance
we got all the milk here but like who had the nerve..... Alright, you see this, THIS is the
type of disrespect that I can't stand from people in grocery stores like
there's an employee that took the time to organize those shelves put things in
the right spot and you come up in there and while you're shopping you have the
nerve to put not even a have done a fully finished piece of garbage on the
shelf. WHY?! oh oh look at this look at this the rain has started first rain of
the week and I got inside long before this started so I'm safe and to think
there's somebody in the world that has to walk in this right now. It's a shame.
It's a shame really...but anyways I gotta go to work so I'm gonna come off here but before I
leave though...
I've always wondered why people think it's so romantic to like be
outdoors standing in the rain like you know that whole stand in the rain
holding hands is what listen that's not oh that's not romantic girl that's just
like that's how you say I remember one time I knew this one girl that you saw
always talked about how she loves the rain and how like she think you'd be so
romantic to be outside in the rain and whatnot you know you know how some girls
are and this is probably like eight nine years ago and I remember one day it
started raining outside I'm like alright she likes this so me now I go outside
I'm like alright it's raining and I go outside take the time to go outside you
know and I'm standing there and she comes to the door
and I'm trying to tell her to come outside because it's raining and I know
that he'd been saying she loves when it rains in all this scenario and stuff
tell me how she's looking at me saying no she doesn't want to get wet she stuff
like that so I ended up being the one outside all wet in the rain for nothing
I'm pretty sure at that point I was just like thinking to myself you know what I
need to really evaluate my life decisions and choices here because I'm
not having this all these little things that people think is cute or adorable or
whatever and it's just this is not practical like why would you stand
outside in the rain holding hands and stuff when they inside is dry and
nobody's gonna get sick oh it's getting outta hand again no this is actually
crazy it's fierce it's actually fierce those streets oh my goodness and once
again somebody in this world is walking and earlier today I was doing some
laundry and you know if there's one thing I love it's that feeling of taking
clothes out of the dryer and you put them on while they're still warm but
honestly I really had to go to work so I had to cut the vlog kind of short there
but hope you guys enjoyed video the little rat there about my experience
with going out in the rain and if you haven't already just like and subscribe
if you want to see more videos like this and I will see you guys in the next one

How To Fight Temptations! - Duration: 1:51.Let me ask you a question, do you feel tempted to do something that you know is wrong, whether
it's against God, yourself, or others?
Well let me first tell you that temptation doesn't make you a bad person, Jesus himself
was tempted, and as long as you live on this Earth temptation will always be an ongoing
problems for everyone.
The problem relies on how we deal with that temptation.
Where most people struggle with is finding a way out.
There's 2 promises that God makes, the first one is that he'll make sure the temptation
is never more than what you can bear and the second He promised to give us a way out of
that temptation.
So what's the way out?
Adam and Eve knew that the fruit was going to be delicious, and it probably was, but
the guilt and consequences of that moment lasted a life time.
Temptation for you may be drugs, sex, cheating, etc. and trust me when I say that it may be
fun at first, but the consequences are not worth it.
You can't play with fire for long without getting burnt.
To resist temptation is to understand that Satan is the supreme "tempter" and it's
been like this since Adam and Eve.
Temptation will always exist, but we need to use common sense and not put ourselves
in situations where we could be attacked to easily and stimulate our weakness.
Don't make it more difficult than what it already is.
Don't let the Devil and his schemes bring you down and undermine your faith.
Flee from what is tempting you, whether it's money or sexual desires.
And please don't underestimate the power of prayer and like Jesus always revert to
scriptures.
Put barriers in place which will prevent a close encounter with these temptations.
Understand that only God can give us the strength to overcome anything.
He allows us to be tempted, but his desires is not for us to fall into the Devil's trap,
but for us to proceed through it and master it so that it can spiritually transform us
and shape us to be more like Jesus.
Thank you for watching and may the Gospel give you life.
