Vaporizador Flowermate Hybrid X. Vídeo Tutorial - Duration: 9:56.

Today we're going to look at the Flowermate Hybrid X vaporiser.

A hybrid vaporiser suitable to vaporise herbs,

resins, essences and also e-cigarette liquids.

We open the box and the first thing we see is the body of the vaporiser,

and just underneath we find the instructions in several languages,

the warranty card and the certificate of authenticity. What else?

There's an atomiser to be able to vaporise electronic cigarette type liquids.

We also have a Mini USB charger cable, a couple of tools,

in this case you will get a cleaning brush and a Dabber type tool

to work the resins and also help with the cleaning.

What's next? A couple of capsules, now I'll tell you what these capsules are for.

One is to vaporise essences or oils

and also serves to vaporise any type of resins.

And then there's this capsule, which is very practical, and is for ground up weed,

this way you can put your herb inside the capsule,

and you can have 2 or 3 have several loads ready at once, which is very convenient

not to have to be loading and unloading, removing,

or cleaning the vaporiser in the middle of the street.

What else? It has a spare atomiser resistance and spare screens…

wow! And also another little surprise,

a practical and attractive cover for the vaporiser. That's everything.

Let's see how this vaporiser is used for all these types of material,

from dry flowers, to oil, tincture or any type of resin.

to vaporise any type of electronic cigarette liquid.

We're going to see how the vaporiser is set up,

on the upper part there is a button, we press it and a compartment opens,

inside we will see on one side we have the mouthpiece, which we remove,

and on the other side is the bowl where we will put either the capsules or the weed.

In this area here, the screen that can be removed and changed,

and if we close and remove the cap we can see the thread for the mouthpiece,

which is what we are going to do now.

We will start by seeing how essential oils are vaporised, for example, this one.

We take one of the 2 capsules, the one that has the big hole in the center

and with the dropper for the oil, we simply put two or three of drops

inside the capsule to impregnate the organic cotton.

Then we just open the vaporiser here

and place the capsule inside the bowl, this way up, like this.

We close it and it's ready to vaporise.

To vaporise resins we'll use the same capsule, but in a different way.

Obviously, if we have used it for essential oils we'd open it,

remove the cotton and put a new one in, ok?

Well, for the resins we are going to use the bottom part of this capsule,

here in this ring, with the hole in the middle,

is where we'll fill it with the kind of resin we'd like.

We take a dabber tool, and for example this CBD resin,

we take a little and place it in the inner area of this piece of the capsule.

We load it up and once it is filled, we screw it closed

and place it this way up with the hole facing downwards

and close, and now the vaporiser is prepared to vaporise resins.

For flowers, it's very similar, if we use the herbal capsule.

In this capsule we have some ground up weed,

we could prepare several capsules, and simply placing the capsule

inside the bowl with the grid upwards. Ready again… Very simple!

This vaporiser can be used with ground herbs, but also by putting grass

directly in the bowl, which is what I'm going to do right now.

I grab some grass, I could grind it or crumble it,

in this case I'm going to crumble it and put it inside the vaporiser,

it has a big ceramic bowl for a good amount of bud and, using the tool

we press it a little without squeezing too much, and we can close the vaporiser.

To switch it on, push the top button (this one here) 5 times

and the screen lights up. With the "+" and "-" buttons

we can select the temperature, and once the temperature is selected,

for example we'll set it to 195ºC in this case, we press the button above and

at this moment we see how the screen changes and the temperature starts to rise.

It will go up to the temperature that we've set

with the buttons "+" and "-" we that is 195ºC, when it reaches this temperature

it's going to stay there at 195 and we'll see a small icon

that means that the bowl is hot (it's a smoke-like icon)

okay? we are at 190ºC, we'll get there soon… exactly, 195ºC.

There we see the icon and the vaporiser is ready to use.

So we take this part of the mouthpiece and we inhale…

Delicious!

Let's see how this hybrid is also used to vaporise e-liquids from electronic cigarettes.

The first thing we are going to do is stop the vaporiser

with the top button, so it turns off, why? Because this button controls

the vaporisation of herbs, resins and essences,

and the lower button controls the vaporisation of e-liquids.

Let's see, first of all we clean the bowl, press the button,

open it and with the tools we empty the grass we already vaped.

We empty it and clean it with the brush.

Next we can unscrew the mouthpiece and if we want

to keep it in here like it was at the beginning, we close and replace the cap.

And now we turn the vaporiser over and it's another function.

This side vaporises e-liquids.

First we take the atomiser, we open it and we fill it with liquid,

in this case with CBD… with the dropper which has a safety cap, as you can see,

and we fill the tank. This will soak the filter inside, or the cotton,

which surrounds the electrical resistance. Perfect, we've filled it correctly,

we close it, we turn it over and we screw it in.

To start the vaporiser press this button 5 times,

1-2-3-4-5 and we will see that the screen lights up. In this case

it does not give us the temperature but the power in watts, and with the "+/-"

we are going to raise the power to the maximum, which in this case is 60 watts…

there, it's going up, and the screen also shows us the resistance

and the voltage that it uses, here on the side in small.

60 watts, just by clicking here we can vaporise…

A perfect toke, no?

Well, you've seen how a hybrid vaporiser like this one works, the Flowermate.

When we finish the session, just press 5 times and the vaporiser turns off.

I'm removing the atomiser to show you that here,

beside the atomiser thread is the Mini USB socket,

and using the cable that comes in the box, you plug it in to charge.

When He Looks In Backseat He Can't Believe His Eyes

It's hard to imagine how anyone could treat an innocent animal cruelly, especially a pet.

They have been nothing but loyal and loving and they deserve to be shown the same in return.

Unfortunately, some people don't see it that way.

They only want to keep the animal around as long as they are "useful."

Once they become a burden, these people want to wash their hands of them.

That's what happened to a sweet dog named Coralina.

Believed to be about 8-10 years old, she was heartlessly pushed out of a car in rural Kentucky

and left to fend for herself on the side of the road.

Not only was she getting up there in years, Coralina was also pregnant.

How heartless can a person be?!

Thankfully, Coralina was found and rescued, but she was taken to a shelter where she faced

euthanasia if she wasn't adopted soon.

That's when 69-year-old Art Shaul heard her sad story.

Art has been an animal lover his whole life and has been on a mission to rescue homeless

dogs ever since he watched a dog die in his arms as a child.

"When I was a little kid, I had a dog die in my arms after it got hit by a car," he

explained.

"That's what got me going."

The shelter was hundreds of miles away, but that didn't deter Art.

He jumped in his car and began the long drive up to get Coralina.

He made a comfortable place in the back of his car and put Coralina in there for the

long journey home.

Little did he know their adventure was just beginning!

As they crossed over the Florida state line, Art looked back and realized Coralina was

going into labor.

Soon, her first puppy was born.

"I was scared and thrilled at the same time," Art said of the surprise birth.

Though the back of a car is not the ideal place to give birth, Art made do with what

he had.

"We had a knife and had to use that to cut the umbilical cords," he said.

Coralina ended up giving birth to six healthy, adorable puppies.

Amazingly, Art was able to find loving homes for all of the puppies and Coralina!

"Coralina will be spoiled rotten," he said.

"And after what happened to her, she deserves it."

It is heartbreaking that some people view animals as disposable, but we are thankful

for people like Art who give them the chance for a loving home and a better life – just

like they deserve!

2-Minute Neuroscience: Olfaction - Duration: 2:00.

Welcome to 2 minute neuroscience, where I explain neuroscience topics in 2 minutes or

less.

In this installment I will discuss olfaction.

Olfaction refers to the sense of smell, which begins with a specialized collection of cells

called the olfactory epithelium.

In humans, the olfactory epithelium lines the nasal cavities.

The olfactory epithelium contains millions of olfactory receptor cells.

These cells have a single dendrite that extends to the outermost layer of the epithelium,

where cilia emerge from the end of the dendrite and spread over the surface of the olfactory

epithelium.

When odorants enter the nasal cavity due to inhalation or by rising from the mouth during

the chewing of food, they stimulate receptors on the cilia, depolarizing the olfactory receptor

cells and initiating action potentials that travel down the axon of the receptor cell

into an adjacent structure called the olfactory bulb.

These axons that travel from the olfactory epithelium to the olfactory bulb together

make up the first cranial nerve.

In the olfactory bulb the axons of the olfactory receptor cells converge on the dendrites of

olfactory bulb neurons in small clusters called glomeruli.

In these glomeruli, the receptor cells form synaptic connections with several types of

olfactory bulb neurons, including cells called mitral cells and tufted relay neurons.

Both of these cells project into the olfactory tract, a bundle of fibers that carries olfactory

information to the olfactory cortex, where most olfactory processing occurs.

The olfactory cortex consists of a collection of cortical areas that receive information

from the olfactory bulb, including the piriform cortex, an area of cortex surrounding the

amygdala known as the periamygdaloid cortex, entorhinal cortex, and two regions known as

the olfactory tubercle and anterior olfactory nucleus.

Hi everyone my name is Fazilat, I am from Azerbaijan, I am doing my master

degree in global politics and societal change at Malmö University.

Now the wonderful thing about her is that she's an SI scholarship holder

Now today we're gonna do a little chat about the SI scholarship I know everyone has been

wondering what to do where to get their work experience information from so she

has all the details because I was also an SI scholarship applicant I made the

shortlist but I did not get the scholarship so I think she is a much

better reference but overall we can talk about scholarships because I'm a Malmö

University Masters Scholarship holder so we have two different scholarships we're

studying at the same University so let's go oh, we're gonna have a minute timer

to talk about this I think it's a minute it's five minutes I don't know it's a

lot but this is over will end or chat okay ready yeah okay I have all the

questions in my head

okay so how was the application process for you

I applied to many application process, like many scholarships and I think this is

one of the easiest scholarship that I applied because it's everything from in

advance that you have to choose like you have to write a recommendation,

motivation,it's all in one procedure you don't have to wait for a sectional

second service okay so it's much smoother you heard that the scholarship

is pretty easy to apply to yes it is alright so question that I've been

getting a lot is the work experience and volunteer experience what should you put

you know people are nervous about what but what is real

so in your case how was that how did you choose which was best I think you have

two choices according to your major are you gonna have to study yeah look if you

my major is like political science I'm doing my global politics social change

here yeah so I put my political and social

experience or social activity would have done in many countries in my country as

well so I think wasn't mostly first of all you have to look your background and

I thought you want to study so it should be related to what your kind of study

okay that's that this is moving really fast yeah one minute we didn't I will

probably scrap this idea maybe time yeah five times it's too short for all the

things that we actually need to talk about so you you suggest making your

experiences relevant to what you're gonna spend yeah exactly

okay that's a good tip again so now I want you to tell me about the experience

of being selected how did you feel did you throw your laptop in the air did

you go crazy it's so increasing situation because when I got a call it

Azerbaijan and it was only seven people who got the scholarship this year yeah

and I was of course feeling kind of proud because I chose a Sweden because

it's one of the best country in the world for me

because it's totally different education system Mike is like Swedish different

education system digital system and I was like wow I will experience many

things in next year okay so before applying in the first place you were

really excited about coming to Sweden it was tough it wasn't just Google

scholarships and I really like the major because now I'm not doing political

science that I am studying global politics and social change care so it's

kind of difference right there's like an incident I was really happy for my major

in this country and the city because one thing I want to tell them where they

chose the country like the cities I want to study yeah I chose this so spot which

is not really good and they accept me there I think the warmest place of those

for like five minutes yeah but as for me I did not get that scholarship but I was

also really interested in coming to Sweden and I look for different

scholarships other from the Swedish Institute scholarship because one thing

I'd like everyone to know is that there are many scholarships out there for you

to choose from don't just put your eggs in one basket and then get disappointed

you know and then cry for days so of course I was disappointed I didn't get

the SI scholarship but then I had I had option B C D and E and option B was the

mama University scholarship which I applied to and I got that so and we're

here and maybe oh I'm Criminology okay I didn't tell

you and Konami so not not so much not not

the same as Yahoo yeah scary clothes so it is for you to look for look at the

universities and applied to their scholarships to they have some that are

what 50% of your tuition 75% and even 100% which is what I got which is

fantastic yeah and how about it with the your

scholarship what what do you think you will gain from I guess the SI global

network and the other leaders or scholarship holders that you are meeting

rubbing shoulders with and networking with how is that as I'm here or the six

months I thought that the networking is really really important in Sweden yeah

especially if you go change from master degree and you reading it's more like

networking to get to more information about everything and I think the second

thing is that like you learn kind of to approach the situation differently like

it gives you more chance to go too deep of the topics and you know to me more

able to criticize the situation and stuff like that so that's what I gain

sees and also that's very cool it's you can get a lot of internationals every

other students international yes now I want you to give all the viewers on

YouTube tips for writing the awesome awesome motivation mentor that you have

that everybody's talking about it's kind of not an expert of course and that but

I think just one thing diddly the students should have to know that people

want to apply that the motivation later first you have to ask

to yourself what makes you much a way to apply to this program yeah I mean your

answer should be really sensor it shouldn't be like something

extraordinary but it should be sensor that comes to your heart and you really

have to explain why you want to study in Sweden and why you want to study this

exact major this is what I actually do later

so no no no cookie cutter motivation images that you googled right this is

just why you think you want to study in Sweden why do you think you have to

study politics and why in Sweden and in one minute or whatever time this timer

is timing tell me what you you want to do after you've studied in Sweden are

you ready okay go well I'm doing the master as I say and as I learned Ettore

take apart here I want to do it some practical stuff so I will apply to

internship programs five months or six months internship programs yes I hope it

will be successful and I will try of course another

as well and I will try to learn switch more amusing like application programs

so there are lot of opportunities if you really want to learn yes always a lot

okay well there we go she just gave you a ton of tips in

applying for your si scholarship anything else any bonus anything extra

to tell them to come the Sweden distinct this is a really great experience and

just want to say that don't afraid of getting the scholarship don't always

think about if I'm gonna get or not just apply just to eat my part yeah and be

sure that it's not as complicated as it seems an application form yeah and don't

apply to just one scholarship apply to all the scholarships that are available

to you best to not put all your eggs in one basket right sometimes students ask

me that which is the most important since using like it is motivation letter

or recommendation or your back experience I can say that all of them

are important I mean as soon as you pay attention but you want to say yeah all

of them are really important like the most thing is just put your all real

motivation on that I really work hard on this all this application forms all this

section carefully and very motivated then you're gonna do that are you gonna

get this scholarship so good luck guys yeah good luck it's a nice process is

pretty fun and I mean it's a great experience to come to Sweden and study

you can have a lot of fun my custom
