Hey, Springster! I'm Sheryl

And today, I'm gonna show you something that means a lot to me

My home-made lunch box

Why?

Because I learned three super-exciting things from packing my own lunch

First, making my own lunch for school is actually super fun

Who knows if it's going to be your next hobby?

Second? By making my own lunch, I was saving a little bit of money each day

And I can buy things off my wishlist

New bike, backpack, or maybe a new guitar?

I believe you can achieve your goal

And third, you don't have to go through

That rushed moment of picking just right meal at school canteen

Curious on what's next?

Here's a throwback

When I was little, I'd always go shopping with my mom

And I always had an opinion about what we should be eating

For breakfast, lunch, and dinner

And my mom would tell me

"Okay, honey, you can help choose the meals, but then you're going to have to help me cook, too."

Challenge accepted!

Every day, making my own lunch became an adventure

I had fun finding new recipes to try out

My mom was still giving me pocket change to buy snacks at school

But I didn't need to spend any of it

So, I was having fun and saving money

...and then, kids at school started looking at my lunches and asking me

"Ooooh, where'd you get that?!"

And that gave me an idea

To sell the super famous and delicious brownies my Mom always makes

I took the pocket change that I had been saving

To buy all of the ingredients that I needed

Then, I went to the market with my mom

I make a giant batch of brownies

And then I cut them up

Packaged them, and brought them to school with me

And you know what? They sold out

Before school even began!

Then, I did the math

I spent Rp. 45.000,- on ingredients

And another Rp. 15.000,- on supplies

So, I spent Rp. 60.000,- total

I cut the giant brownies

To small 20 brownies

And I sold them for Rp. 5.000,- each

So I got a total of Rp. 100.000,-

That means I made a profit of Rp. 40.000,-

And I turned my Rp. 60.000,- into Rp. 100.000,- in just a single day!

I was proud of myself for saving money and even better

I was proud of myself for earning my own money!

I saved that money, and eventually I was able to buy my first guitar!

So, that's my story!

The most important thing that I learned from this is that

Saving money isn't about how much money you save...

It's all about making smart choices and building up good habits

It all adds up over time! Really!

so today! tadaa Subway Haul Featuring their new sandwiches

Their website said they were brand new but.... I've got a feeling that all these have been around for a while

well it did say that these were 'new' so I figured I'd give them a try

you always get to eat so many veggies when you eat subway

I got 6 different types here and all of them are foot longs

they're footlongs but I got them to cut them into easy to eat sizes

and that is why you can see 12 in front of me itadakimasu

lets start with this one turkey bacon n' eggs

the bread is so moist and fluffy its packed full of veggies with bacon and egg salad

oh that's right I had some soup as well

I've got a corn cream chowder, 7 veg green soup, and a minestrone itadakimasu

the veggies are so crisp and the bacon is so tasty and yummy

the added egg salad is yummy

It's so sweet and yummy Filled with chopped bits of veggies

corn carrot potatoes and other stuff

and these footlongs have been cut in 2

Next is a Subway Club

It's got roast beef and turkey in it

its so nice, I asked for balsamic sauce and this sweet and tangy sauce goes nicely in this

next is a turkey breast

Packed full of Turkey

The turkey is very light tasting and it taste great with this balsamic sauce

This soup is called minestrone

its so thick looking and packed with so much veggies.... it looks so yummy

Since it's packed with so much vegetables It's full of all sorts of yummy flavors

the veggies lend so much flavor and its got a sweet taste to it

Next up is a teriyaki chicken

Big chunks of chicken all over

The teriyaki sauce is so yummy There's no beating teriyaki sauce

And now salmon and mascarpone

The salmon looks so scrumptious

The seven have a nice amount of fat to it And goes so perfectly with this basil sauce

This is called Green soup It's such a pretty color

spinach, and watercress

Slightly salty yet very tasty salmon Goes nicely with mascarpone cheese

Last up is ham and mascarpone

Lots of ham

A bunch fell out

That smoked ham flavor is so nice This is flavored with basil sauce

The ham has a nice saltiness to it

Last mouthful itadakimasu

All done gochisosamadeshita

Subway was totes delish

The mascarpone tasted perfectly Alongside the salmon and Ham

Everything was packed so full of veggies And the bread was so fluffy it was all yummy

What are the good things about sandwiches is that Even if it gets cold it doesn't affect

The flavor of everything inside Everything was so yummy won't you all give it a try

I Haven't Made Any Money And Am About To Give Up - Duration: 6:36.

Hey, it's Joe.

I've got another question here.

This is from Christian.

He says, "I haven't made a deal yet and I'm getting disillusioned.

I believe your method will work and I'll continue trying.

Is the original script you composed for the For Rent Method still the one that you're

giving to new members, or has it been modified?

If so, where can I get it?

I purchased your material several years ago and I'm now making a go of it again."

One of the things that, the most disillusioning thing about this process is learning how to

talk to sellers and if you don't put the work in to talk to these sellers, and I'm

talking eight to ten hours a week for a three or four month period.

If you'll talk to fifteen or twenty sellers and have full conversations with them, and

not get off the phone until they've said no to you at least five times – and the

way to do that is by keep asking them questions about their property – if you'll you do

that you'll start to understand what it means to analyze these deals.

You'll start to understand what it means to diagnose the problem that the seller's

having and then you'll understand what it means to be able to tell them what their options

are.

The script that we've used in the past is one we still use, it's called the One Step

Method.

But I've created a second method and it's called the Two Step Method.

And sometimes it's a little bit easier for a beginner to get going with.

And we use it in the Automarketer and of course in my mentor program, but basically what it

is is a list of questions where you're asking people how much do they own on the property

and how much their payments are and where they are moving and how soon do they have

to be gone and how long have been trying to do this and have they tried any of these other

options?

And all that is in the Automarketer.

So if you go into the Automarketer and you go into a lead and you say add, you click

on a button that says "Add Property" you can add a property and this questionnaire

will come up.

And you can start filling out this questionnaire just by asking them the questions that are

there.

And as you do it, you're going to, it's going to start to become clear, if you understand

the zero down structures, which that training is also in the Automarketer and in my mentor

program.

But if you understand those structures it's going to start to become clear what type of

offers you can make to these people.

But if you're unclear about that you can also go into another button on that form that

says "Seller Options" and if you click on "Seller Options" it'll open a list

of all the seller options and it actually is all written out for you so you can just

pretty much read it to them.

But it shows the pros, it first of all tells them what the option is, shows them the pros

of that option, shows them the cons of that option and then it has a little analysis section

that tells them, you know, here's why you might or might not want to do it this way.

It doesn't take an opinion on why you should do this particular option.

It just tells you what the pros and cons are.

Then it goes down to the next option.

And it has all these options, like, selling it with a realtor, selling it under, dramatically

under market value, giving it back to the bank, doing a lease option, doing a subject

to, doing a multi mortgage, doing assignable cash deal.

You know, it has all these different options that they have and it has verbiage on how

to explain that to people.

And one of the things that I suggest to my students is, they go in there and read these

docu- read this document into a recorder, with your own voice, in the clearest, most

concise manner that you can.

And then once you have it in the recording, listen to it over and over and over and over

again.

Five, ten, twenty, thirty times.

It's going to be an hour's worth of reading.

But once you get it into the, into your recorder, you can put it in while you're driving,

you can put it in before you go to bed at night and you know, let it put you to sleep,

and listen to it, and eventually it's going to start sticking in your head.

And you're going to find as you're talking to these people that this information is going

to start just spewing out of you because you're going to understand it and you're going

to understand the proper way to speak this stuff.

I've had people that I've worked with in my mentor program who have heavy accents,

or English isn't their first language.

And one of the best ways that they've been able to learn how to do this is by this method,

recording it and listening to it and then speaking it and reading it out loud over and

over again.

If you'd actually read it out loud, not just listen to it, but actually read it out

loud, you'll also get good at this.

So, but you have to do it multiple times before it'll start to sink in.

You're not trying to memorize it, necessarily, you just want to get the words in your mouth.

Get them comfortable coming out so that when you, what you'll find is, that it actually

becomes a part of you.

It'll become a part of what you understand about these deals and it'll make it really

easy for you to spew it out at the right time.

You know, learning how to speak on the phone is a little like, is a little like playing

jazz.

You know, if you learn how to play jazz on the piano, the way they teach you is first

they teach you how to do scales and you, you know, you play scales up and down, up and

down the scale.

And then you have to do the other scale, up and down, and you do that so often you get

muscle memory on it.

And all you're doing is scales.

And then you take those scales and you start learning riffs.

And you try little riffs and you do those riffs over and over and over and over again

and then once you learn the riffs and the scales and the chord progressions, once you

learn that stuff where it becomes second nature, it's easy for you to do, then you start

finding ways to creatively add those things together and make them come out, you know,

you put a little of this here, then you play this over here, and then you switch to this

chord, then you switch to that riff and then you do this scale, and suddenly you're playing

jazz.

And it took some time to get there.

But when you got there it sounds amazing.

And that's what you're trying to do when you're learning how to talk to people.

Because the stuff that you're trying to learn, it's not that much material.

Once you learn it, you'll be able to use it over and over and over again for the rest

of your life.

And it'll continue to make you money for the rest of your life no matter which structure

you use in order to do it.

So, that's my suggestion.

If you want to get the second, the new script, the new two part script, you know, get the

Automarketer, it's got it laid out as that form.

Having been unveiled on Monday, Mkhitaryan's squad number at Arsenal was revealed this

afternoon and he will wear the no.7 shirt -

last worn by Sanchez - and more famously by the likes of David Rocastle, Robert Pires

and Tomas Rosicky.

However, there's going to be another squad number announcement in the coming days for

the midfielder.

As revealed by the club's official website, Mkhitaryan will wear a different number in

this season's Europa League campaign

and this is because the Chilean international wore no.7 during the group-stage win against

Cologne back in September -

a game in which he scored his first goal of the season.

Per UEFA rules, Mkhitaryan must wear a different number for the remainder of Arsenal's stay

in the competition

which resumes with a two-legged game against Swedish outfit Ostersunds FK next month.

This gift was sent by Laila Qtees from Singapore :)

She wated to come to our Meet & Greet at Singapore but I remember that during that week, many qtees were taking National exams in Singapore

Therefore, she wasn't able to come to our Meet & Greet :'(

But now that she has many free time, she decided to make these earrings for us X)

She hand-made these earrings!! omg

She says that our videos always make her day >_<

She also wrote a quote saying, "Magical people bring the magic in people" <3

She also wrote, "I love you and thank you so much" in Korean :)

I can't believe she hand-made these earrings!!

OMG this is crazy!!!

She created Splenda, Perrier, myself and unicorns into a charm!

I'm guessing she used that oven-bake (?) technique to create these charms?

It's similar to yours, but she added the short hair me on the charm

And there are unicorn, splenda and perrier charms as well

Maria is from Florida and last December 23rd was her birthday; thus, she just turned 21

She loves drawing illustrations, so she works at the Michaels Craft Store

However, although she loves illustrations, her major is not the same field

So she wants an advice from us in terms of how she needs to deal with the situation

I strongly believe that your career should be something that you look forward to every morning

For us, we worked for a company for a year after studying Fashion Design

But we didn't enjoy at all :(

Thinking of going to work every morning was dreadful

and we had no passion for it and had no sense of accomplishment at the end of the day

SO! We took the courage to quit that job and went back to school to study Business Management

And now we have our own brand, "Q2HAN"

So we hope you listen to what your heart says and give it a go! (rooting for you) <3

For the ingredients we have mushrooms and some green vegetables

In Korea, it's a bit difficult to find these chickpeas

We're currently steaming these chickpeas

You'll also need bread crumbs

We weren't able to find burger bun, so we decided to use this whole yeast bread

Carb is my best friend yoooo

While steaming the chickpeas, we'll wash and chop these ingredients and slice the bread

I hurry want to eat!!!

When we cook, we're just going to eyeball how much we need

We used this grinder to grind the chickpeas

Mushroom is the main ingredient for today's recipe

Lastly, we'll add these bread crumbs

These bread crumbs will help the ingredients to mold into a shape, just like a patty
