Flatline Blood Sugars Eating 750g Carbs - What I Ate #14 - Duration: 11:09.

Robby: Throughout today, my highest blood glucose was 107.

So this was a super steady day.

Good morning everybody!

It is Friday, April 21 and I'm feeling really good about today.

Today's just going to be a great day.

I have 5 calls of people who are interested in learning about coaching.

I'm going to be packing for Tulum, which is super exciting.

It looks amazing.

I haven't been there, but it looks amazing.

Blood sugar wise, today's off to a good start.

I woke up and my Dexcom said 124.

I took 2.5 units to treat the dawn phenomenon, which

is a little more than usual but the problem is I

haven't been exercising so much lately.

We'll see what happens.

That should keep me pretty stable until it's time to eat breakfast.

Right now I'm just drinking some lemon water and i'm going

to make some tea and some celery juice and then head outside to the beach for a little

movement.

This is the tea I drink each morning.

I just soak it in water each night.

There's rosehips, shizandra berries, and elderberries.

So that's just straight celery juice, and I'm going to strain it because it tastes even

better when it's strained.

It's 8:33.

My 2.5 units are working out great.

Now it's time to head to the beach.

Okay, so I did a little bit of movement on the beach.

Went down to 62, so I'm going to treat this with 3 of these

dates.

Each date's like 5 grams of carbs so I'm going to treat this with 15.

Obviously the dawn phenomenon was a little too much.

Going to have to take less than that tomorrow because I'm

starting to be more active again.

One of these days I'm really going to try surfing.

It's a good morning at the beach.

Got in my movement, touching nature.

Now it's time for breakfast.

For breakfast, it's going to be papaya, mango, and some greens.

It's going to be roughly 180 grams of carbs, so I'm going to go for 7.5

units, which will be roughly a 24:1 ratio.

So here's the final product.

Dexcom says 80 and I've waited plenty long to eat.

It's probably been about 10 or 15 minutes ago since I injected, so I'm going

to go eat this.

It's just mangos, papaya, arugula, and spinach.

Okay, I'm 79 so far.

It hasn't even been two hours.

The ratio is too aggressive, so exercise is starting to lower my ratios.

So to correct this, I'm going to be proactive and try and keep it up.

So 3 dates and I should be okay.

Lunch is in progress.

This is white sapote.

It's an amazing fruit.

White sapote's actually not in the USDA nutrient database, so I guess that

it's similar to sapodilla.

That's how I calculate the numbers.

Here's the meal.

Everything right there, so I put it into Cron-O-Meter right here.

188 grams of carbs in this particular meal.

I've injected 7 units.

What does the Dexcom say?

Dexcom says I am 95.

I took insulin probably about 10 or 15 minutes ago, so I'm going to start

eating and enjoying this delicious lunch.

Okay, I'm running errands.

I'm actually going to Walgreens to pick up some blood glucose

strips.

Just to be safe, I'll eat 3 dates like I did last time.

I just measured out this afternoon snack right here.

I've got tomatoes, mangoes, wild blueberries.

I'm going to blend it all together and throw some spirulina in there.

And it's 93 grams of carbs.

Those are all the actual grams of each ingredient, so if I do 2.5 units then it's

going to be a 37:1 ratio.

That's what I'm going to do and then I'm going to workout soon.

So exercise class starts at 5:15.

That means I gotta eat this pretty darn quickly and get on my

bike.

So I ate 55 grams worth of dates during this workout.

I'm going to test and find out exactly how the Dexcom is right now.

It was a good workout and fun bike ride as always.

I'm just blessed to live in a great spot.

86.

See, the Dexcom was not giving me the completely accurate data,

although I will say I've had this Dexcom in now for like the 8th day now so it may be

time to change it.

I don't know exactly how many carbs are going to be at dinner, so I'm just going to guess

because I worked out and I'm pretty hungry.

I'm just going to take 4 units and I will measure this

stuff afterwards and see what the ratio ended up being and see if I feel good about it.

I'm going to take my long acting.

I always take my long acting with my dinner.

So Lantis here.

I'm going to do 16 units.

I've been doing 17 lately, but since I finally picked up the exercise

again I'm just going to go with 16.

All right.

Short acting -- I use Humalog and I got this pen that

does half units which is pretty cool.

I don't know if you can see that on the camera or not, but

anyways I only need half units so I'm just going to go with 4.

I'm going to go with the legs since I worked out the legs, so it's a good idea.

So let's talk for a moment about everything that's going on.

So if you have not signed up for the free summit, you've got to check out our free

summit, okay?

I'll put a link below for that: Mastering Diabetes Online Summit.

It's amazing.

If you have not heard about our retreats, go to

our website and check it out to see what's going on.

We've got our next retreat July 13 - 17.

You can read all about it on our website, MasteringDiabetes.org.

I will be in the United Kingdom at the UK Fruitfest on August 2 - 6.

I'm super pumped about this, so if you live in the UK and it's ike too

far for you to travel to a retreat, I mean this is basically

like an opportunity -- a cheaper opportunity -- to get all your food taken care of to ask

me anything you want about diabetes.

Like work on your transition, what's going on, I'll be there all

day just hanging out, having fun.

I've got a few lectures going on.

Plus there's other bunch of great people there giving lectures, so if

you are in Europe and you want to hang ut and eat a

bunch of fruit, you've got to check out the UK Fruitfest.

Hey, if you're in America and you want to travel there, I mean check it out.

I'm pumped.

I've never been to London.

I've never been to the United Kingdom.

So I'm just rally excited about it.

So that's happening August 2nd to the 6th.

If you enter the code MINDFUL, you have 10%.

So that is coming up real soon.

Okay, there's the salad so far.

That's what we've got.

I'm going to calculate these numbers in Cron-O-Meter.

Dexcom says I'm 98 and going up, so I have to be careful now with the insulin

timing.

So I'm going to test myself again.

Okay, when I measured everything out, it was 155

grams of carbs and going up it flattened out.

I re-tested myself.

I'm 76, so it's time to eat this beautiful dinner.

Wrapping up this video, putting all the numbers together, and I'm snacking on

cauliflower.

Blood glucose is in a good position right now -- 92 and going steady.

This is all the data in Cron-O-Meter.

Total carbs for the day: 743 right there.

Total carbs: 743 grams.

My boluses throughout the day were a total of 23.5.

My basal insulin: I took 16.

So my total is 39.5 units of insulin.

When you do the math here to calculate the 24-hour insulin

sensitivity ratio, which is super important.

Every type 1 should be calculating this number.

I take the total carbs divided by the total insulin

and today it's 19:1.

I'm happy with that and my macro ratios today are 90/5/5 with a total of 21

grams of fat.

And let's look at the Dexcom data.

So throughout today, my highest blood glucose

I believe was 107.

So this was a super steady day.

There were a couple lows in there, hovering in the lows a couple times, but none of these

are dangerous lows.

I might have missed by a little bit and I felt fine.

I was okay.

It's not a big deal, and that's part of really being in control

of your ratios, what's going on, just quality type 1

management.

So that's what happened today.

I know what a dangerous, shaky low feels like.

It was nowhere near that today.

I'm happy.

This was a solid day.

This flatline, it's usually not that flat actually so this was the result of really

diligent measuring, eating a lot of greens with meals,

insuiin timing, and eating at a good pace.

That's how I got the flat line.

And that's it, so if you have comments or questions, please write below.

DST Maxwell Playthrough Part 8: Volt Goats and Bee Queen (Day 82-91) - Duration: 22:58.

Hi everyone.

This is Part 8 of the playthrough.

I fight Bee Queen in this video and you can probably guess by now how I'm going to fight her.

There are other options but using the bunny farm just makes sense given how close the

hive is to the location of my base.

Another hound wave and this time I choose to use the tentacles in the swamp.

I can't use the pigs or bunnies because it's autumn and the fire hounds will burn down my base.

If I'm going to use the swamp for the hounds, I have to make sure not to use the tentacles

that are too close to any reeds.

I don't want to lose any reeds to the fire from the hounds.

I think that I decided that I wanted to start building a hound trap area around this time

to deal with future fire hounds.

So I'm entering this wormhole to see if it leads to a place where I can build my trap area.

I could always use the different mobs that I've used so far to deal with hound waves,

but a trap area just kills them so much faster.

It takes time and resource to build a trap area, but I think it saves time in the long

run if I choose to extend playing this world.

I'm digging up the turf where I will be placing down my hound traps.

I don't like placing traps where lureplants or eyeplants can spawn.

My trap areas tend to be a little bit away from my base and I do not always see them spawn.

The eyeplants can quickly devour a lot of the traps if I'm not able to destroy the lureplant in time.

So I'll place the traps down on flooring where they cannot spawn.

A hound trap area doesn't really have to be this far away from your base.

Even with fire hounds, I could place the traps in a small area where nothing would burn.

But hounds are not safe for me to spawn near my base because of the different mobs that

I like to have around me.

I cannot afford to risk a fire hound spawning near my pig or bunny farm, and I do not want

any hounds to spawn near my gekkos.

I don't have enough hound teeth yet to build as many traps as I want.

But the number of traps will grow in time with each succeeding hound wave, and I could

eventually cover all of the checked flooring with traps if I wanted to.

The gekkos are taking longer than I expected for them to spawn and I wanted to use the

second pen as my pen for volt goats.

I guess it doesn't really matter if I place the volt goats inside of the pen while I also

spawn the gekkos from the grass.

So I'm opening up the fences now so that I can move the volt goat herd in the desert

inside of the pen.

I made a few beekeeper hats to protect myself when I fight Bee Queen.

I would normally make more but the bunnies are going to do most of the fighting for me.

I'm also making football helms to give to the bunnies.

Beekeeper hats are better for fighting Bee Queen, but football helms are cheaper for

me right now because I've not yet made a spider farm.

Now I'm going to move the volt goats into that pen with the grass.

I'm just waiting for night so that it is easier for me to kill all of the goats except for

the last one before I move them.

I wasn't able to get the herd down to the last goat before they woke up, so now I'm

going to chase one of them to get it to fight me.

I don't really know what happened here.

I know I've done this before and all I had to do was hit it once before it remained aggroed towards me.

But for some reason this volt goat just kept running away.

I didn't want to walk all the way back to my base for a boomerang so I just kept chasing it.

Fortunately, I'm getting another hound wave.

So now I decided to just use the hounds to kill the goat.

The goat would also be enough to distract the hounds so that I wouldn't have to run away from them.

Finally, I can move the last goat into the pen.

You can click on this link for how to move volt goats to get them to spawn in your base.

I can't really do all that much while the goat is sleeping so I'll just return to it in the morning.

For now I'm going to drop my meat items here so that I can safely place the football helms on the bunnymen.

If I have changed the goat's spawn location, then this one volt goat should be able to

eventually multiply itself back into a full herd inside of this pen.

I'm almost ready to fight Bee Queen so I placed Chester here to act as my storage area for healing items.

It's not safe for me to carry jerky or pierogi while fighting Bee Queen because the bunnies

could actually turn on me if I'm carrying the meat.

This was pretty careless of me.

I did get a phone call at this point so I stood by the scaled furnace thinking that it would be enough light.

But I wasn't close enough and by the time I realized that I was in danger it was a little too late.

I had so much food from farming those bunnies so often that I decided to use some of the

excess food to befriend all of my pigs.

I wanted to bring all of them to the fight with Bee Queen alongside the bunnies.

I'm really overdoing it, but if I'm going to cheese the fight then I might as well go all the way.

I'm befriending a lot of the bunnies as well.

That too is not really necessary.

Bunnies are already naturally aggressive towards Bee Queen and her grumble bees.

But it will help me when I try to focus the bunnies' aggression towards the Queen and not the grumble bees.

I'm carrying some jerky at this point which is a little dangerous around the bunnies.

But Maxwell's life was dropping so quickly after just a few hits

and I didn't want to have to have to keep walking back to Chester to heal.

I just have to be a little careful not to get cornered by the bunnies if they decide to turn on me.

As expected I didn't really have to participate all that much in the fight.

Now I have the Bee Queen Crown which is a great item which I love to use for Deerclops.

It reverses the effect of the sanity aura from monsters while we wear it.

So instead of losing sanity while fighting Deerclops, I'll be gaining sanity.

I can now also craft the bundling wrap which is one of the best items in the game for exploring the Ruins.

I'll be using that later on when I clear the entire Ruins during the 2nd summer.

Royal jelly is used to make jellybeans in the crock pot.

They regenerate 2 health every 2 seconds for 2 minutes.

I think I'm trying to remind myself here what I want to do in winter by placing the items

I will need for next time.

That's all for now guys.

In the next part, I'll be farming Krampus for the Krampus sack and I'll also be fighting Klaus.

Thank you for watching and I'll see you then.

(reup)[cc] ep03 00:17~00:37 센터 선발전/center selection/produce101 - Duration: 19:46.

(The 101 trainees sit down in order from A to F) (What mission would be awaiting the trainees today?)

(The representative of national PDs, BoA appears)

Boa: Hi.

Hi.

Boa: Your first stage of title song is so close.

You're practicing well, right?

Yes!

Before starting your first mission, anyone know why I'm here?

[A] Ha Sung Woon: Huh? What is it?

[C] Kim Ye Hyun: Why... did she come here?

[F] Choi Min Ki: Ah something's up today..

Produce 101 Season 2.

We're here to select our first center.

[A] Ong Sung Woo: Never... It never came into my mind.

[A] Park Woo Jin: Never in my dreams.

[A] Kang Daniel: I didn't know it was today.

[A] Kim Sang Bin: Feel like I'm backstabbed. (It was unexpected.)

As you already know, the center for title song is only one person.

Also, only the 16 final A graders have the right to be nominees for the center.

There was a Season 1's first center included in I.O.I. Who was that?

Choi Yoo Jung.

If Choi Yoo Jung didn't get the center position, would it have been easy for her to be included in the final 11?

Now do you know how important the first center position is?

Yes.

Level A graders will create 1 minute creative performance on MR to show who you are for 1 hour starting from now.

[A] Kang Daniel: A mental breakdown.

[A] Ahn Hyung Seob: So this is survival?

[A] Lee Woo Jin: Never in my life I would have imagined myself creating a choreographty.

I'm doomed.

After 1 hour, we'll start the center selection.

I'll see you then.

(Nominees will perform their creation and all trainees would vote)

(The one with the most vote will be selected as a center for stage!)

[A] Ong Sung Woo: I could only think I should go for the center

[A] Kim Sung Ri: I really want it.

[A] Kim Sang Bin: Of course I want it cause it's center.

Everyone, you'll find the MR for the center selection in the mp3 we gave you.

(Nobody expected this mission!)

[A] Ahn Hyung Seob: What are you planning to do?

[A] Kim Sang Bin: I'll know after listening to it.

[A] Kim Samuel: I knew this day would come.

What should I prepare? Ha....

PD: You have time from 7:15 to 8:15.

[A] Im Young Min: Since center is the banner for ..

[A] Park Woo Jin: I really want the center position.

[A] Kang Daniel: My confidence became higher after becoming level A.

This time I can really do this.

[A] Kim Nam Hyung: Actually, I'm confident. The chance has come for my own rap.

[A] Lee Woo Jin: It's becoming a center in this fierce battle in

It would be so great!

(The given time limit has ended!)

Level A's.. Did you prepare well for an hour?

Yes.

Are you confident?

Yes.

Now we'll start the center selection, to decide on who will be the first center.

[A] Kim Samuel: I'm trembling so hard that I think my teeth will also tremble and come off.

[C] Lee Yoo Jin: The A levels would be very pressured, but we were actually looking forward to it.

(First one is MMO's Kang Daniel)

[A] Kang Daniel: I've talked with Jisung..

He said, "Daniel, I think you can become the center" "You can actually defeat Samuel and Daehwi."

I should try this!

Give us the beat for Kang Daniel's stage.

(First nominee, MMO Kang Daniel)

I should try this!

I did it a bit differently, I wrote lyrics on what I want to say

but I should look at the lyrics while singing, cause I couldn't memorize.

I'm writing it down and learning it by heart. Or I'll just read it while performing.

I hope you listen to me.

It's still too far

It takes time for the light

To the past, I bury myself who said that before

And greet the rising morning uh

My own lyrics that's right I wrote it just now

You said you wanna know my voice uh

I cough it up this time

Next trainee.

[B] Lee Hoo Rim: What was his name..

[F] Lai Guan Lin: I don't know well.

[D] Hong Eun Ki: Someone from Brand New Music... Not Lee Daehwi...

[C] Yoo Hoe Seung: He was someone I didn't know well. Someone I didn't see much usally.

[A] Lee Woo Jin: Ah! That's my name. Woojin hyung!

Brand New Music's Park Woojin.

(Park Woojin is far away from the other A level trainees)

PD: Do you originally don't talk much?

[A] Park Woo Jin: I... um..

Not originally.. I'm shy at first time.

(He's still shy even in Practice room/in the dorm.)

I'm really.. eager for this center..

I don't understand why I'm so bad at this.

(What would his stage be like?)

-Give us the beat. (What would his stage be like?)

(What would his stage be like?)

This time what, the center selection

Nothing's strong for me, you're just someone around me

I just go on even if I get wrong many times

Freestyle, it's freestyle now uh

Here where I'm standing, Produce 101

Everybody put your hands up

(He filled the stage with his specialty, dance and freestyle rap)

[B] Jo Jin Hyung: Honestly I got some goosebumps. He was controlling his pace from the beginning.

Wow~ He was waving and doing whwhwhwhhwack

To tell you the truth, it was cool.

[A] Park Woo Jin: I feel really good.

(Shy)

[A] Im Young Min: It was Park Woojin who came from the same company as me.

His preparation was a bit similar with mine.

Since we came from Brand New music (a hiphop label)

I can't lose on rapping.

(Rap position in the level test. Park Woojin and Im Youngmin)

Im Young Min, B.

After I got B, I wasn't really happy about it.

[A] Lee Dae Hwi: I got an A.

[A] Park Woo Jin: I got an A too

[B] Im Young Min: This younger one looked so happy with an A...

His eye fixation is good.

I like his feeling.

He's the first one to smile while dancing.

Im Youngmin, A.

When I came from B to A, I had this biggest goal to become a center

So I just came up only to be nothing but a center.

(Im Youngmin's stage)

Nobody can handle me

Basement to the penthouse

I've only thought about going up

What I only see is high up, reflecting me

Basement to the penthouse

Look at me who only thinks about going up

In no time, behind the door

I'll be reaching it closer

[B] Kim Dong Hyun: I felt sorry a bit. He must have been nervous and been shook, it's obvious.

[A] Im Young Min: I can't even remember what I said really.

I blew it up, ha....

(Soon follows other rap position trainee's creative rap performance)

(4th nominee Kim Sangbin)

(5th nominee Kim Namhyung)

[C] Jung Dong Soo: Namhyung! Do you want to be the center? (parody of season 1)

Shall we start?

[A] Woo Jin Young: Give me a second.

I'm rapping maknae, Woo Jin Young.

(What would his performance be like?)

[D] Hong Eun Ki: Fighting! (What would his performance be like?)

[D] Hong Eun Ki: Fighting!

[D] Justin: You can do it

[A] Woo Jin Young: Ok I'll start

Give us the beat.

(6th nominee Woo Jin Young)

Please put your hands up.

Who's the center? It's me!

Each one of your votes will help me a lot.

Please take good care of me.

These days

I listen to only tickly music ay

The weather is great

Telling me to meet you so perfectly ay

The heartthrobbing that came after a long time

I'm not used to this, so I get hesitant

But that's just for a moment, this is my character

So cute enough to tell in advance that i'll be kissing

Everybody put your hands in the air

Why think so hard on who's becoming the center

Me, me, me, me,me,me.

[D] Hong Eun Ki: He is usually very like, a common person.

[D] Yoo Ji Sung: He's actually not even that tall but I got surprised that his performance was so explosive.

Next trainee.

[A] Ahn Hyung Seob: My legs are...

Am I the only one trembling?

Everyone else are so prepared

I'm so far from this..

PD: 5 minutes left

(He was struggling more than other trainees)

I want to do well too.

(7th nominee Ahn Hyung Seob)

The main character for tonight is me!

Hi, I'm Ahn Hyungseob, in charge of 101's energy and endolphine.

I stood on this stage to show myself.

My name's kanji character stands for 'bright' and 'fire'

Like the spirit you never expected from me,

I hope we together will have a stage standing somewhere (?)...

(Can he manage to finish the stage well?)

(He redeemed his mistake with the dance)

[D] Justin: Hyung Seob hyung?

I don't remember.

[D] Lee Eui Woong: I would have preferred him just dancing.

[A] Ahn Hyung Seob: I was really sad.

(Next trainee who he appointed is?)

[A] Kim Tae Dong: It would be a lie if I tell that I'm not nervous.

Really... This...

(He became A from F)

Congrats. Trainee who became A from F, Kim Taedong. (He became A from F)

Congrats. Trainee who became A from F, Kim Taedong.

[A] Kim Tae Dong: I got eager to this.

After actually reaching A,

It would be so cool if I get the center, after getting an A.

[F] Kwon Hyun Bin: He'll do well..

[F] Choi Min Ki: A hope that F levels can do well too?

[F] Park Sung Woo: This is so dramatic.

[A] Kim Tae Dong: Since I came from F after working so hard, I want to show them that I can do better.

(8th nominee Kim Taedong)

(1 minute performance that was given only a short time)

(He can't go on because of pressure)

I really hated myself. It was so embarrasing.

I really hate it and was scared at the moment I was standing there.

[B] Lee Hoo Rim: I can't imagine the pressure.

[F] Park Sung Woo: Taedong..

[A] Kim Tae Dong: I didn't want to raise my head.

(His stage ended after continuous mistakes)

He's the youngest, I believe? Woojin's stage.

[A] Lee Woo Jin: Give me a second. Just 10 seconds.

It wasn't just a simple pressure, it was like 63-story building standing right in front of me.

Ah this can't be like this, I have to prepare quickly.

This is driving me crazy

Honestly, I just looked at hyungs practicing for 10 minutes

Whoa they were so good.

Ahh... This is really driving me crazy

Ah this is driving me crazy!

Of course I want the center, even though im not good at dancing.

I'll manage to do this with facial expressions or something.

(9th nominee Lee Woo Jin)

(His dance performance after vocals)

[F] Jang Moon Bok: I never though he would be so relaxed.

[A] Kang Daniel: This small Woo Jin was so cool.

Our team's youngest is a this level, everyone!

Other nominees should be tensed on this!

[A] Lee Woo Jin: I was so happy. When I came in at first they all took me as a baby.

Long time ago it was like "he is okay for a 15 years old"

but now it became "are you really 15 years old?"

[A] Ha Sung Woon: I think how the center position takes good camera shots is the most important

I'll try my best.

(10th nominee Ha Sung Woon)

(He competes with his strong vocals)

(Another vocal specialized trainee)

(11th nominee Kim Sung Ri)

[A] Ong Sung Woo: I don't have any competitor on dancing.

(12th nominee Ong Sung Woo)

I think I can become the center.

(13th nominee Noh Tae Hyun)

[A] Noh Tae Hyun: Center gets the most attention, (13th nominee Noh Tae Hyun)

[A] Noh Tae Hyun: Center gets the most attention,

a position that must get most attention

so I think I should go after it.

(Atmosphere is rising higher)

(Only 2 nominees left, Lee Dae Hwi and Kim Samuel)

[A] Ha Sung Woo: Of course, class A's aces are Lee Dae Hwi, Samuel and Ha Sung Woon.

The two are very young but very talented

Dae Hwi and Samuel, let's try this

(They showed their talent in A level dance class)

[A] Lee Dae Hwi: Actually Samuel and my talent is on same level.

I think it's a well-intentioned competition. A competition in good faith.

but when preparing for performance, we are competitors.

So I should be cool-headed.

Here..

I'm going to go up.

PD: Do as you like.

I went up upon the benches.

I didn't want to show people what I'm doing yet.

Samuel was the one who got my attention the most.

He was practicing on stage, really bravely.

But I practiced on the top of the bench, undercovered.

(Kim Samuel silently practices alone)

[A] Kim Samuel: Since the whole reason for selection is to pick the most suited one for the song

I want to show more of my skills.

A skill that differs from others

I want the center position.

We'll start. Give us the beat.

(14th nominee Kim Samuel)

Yeah i started from the bottom, where would i reach

My plate's size is grande like Ariana

Losers talk more than real action

Don't touch me, you're messing my vibe

Like my company, Brave

I've bravely walked this path, in front of me there's only uphill

I'm not Hyun Joon but yeah I get it poppin

Move busier everyday

(He showed his creative rap and dance together)

[C] Lee Yoo Jin: Yes samuel was...

[F] Lai Guan Lin: He's like male version of Somi. He has talent too.

[A] Ong Sung Woo: He has natural born talent. He has confidence.

(15th nominee Lee Dae Hwi)

[A] Lee Dae Hwi: I wanna be a center.

I want to be recognized in my skills and talent.

Give us the beat.

[A] Lee Dae Hwi: Pay attention to me!

(He showed a season 1 + season 2 collaboration stage)

[A] Ha Sung Woon: He's a strong character.

[A] Kang Daniel: He was cute.

[D] Yoon Ji Sung: I should admit that he is really talented.

[C] Kim Hyun Woo: He suits the center position. Visually.

[A] Kim Samuel: I think I'm better at dancing than him.

Now we you will vote to whom you think will most suit the center, who represents 101 trainees.

The voting starts now.

[A] Lee Dae Hwi: What should I do?

[A] Kim Samuel: It's so hard to decide.

[A] Kim Sang Bin: Can I write my own name?

[F] Choi Min Ki: I want to be the center.

(Voting ends!)

"Free will" (subtitles available) - Duration: 6:35.

Free will, It exists! It is in our choices, our direction that we all decide to follow.

No one can take or suppress what is inborn, your natural ability.

Whether you are looking out from the highest peak or pondering what you may have done in the

deepest dungeon.

It is irrelevant who pulls the worlds strings.

You still have free will to chose how you reside within the space you share.

How you see the world and participate in it!

I have moaned, complained about the powers that be, but had not realized until my end,

I had a choice to allow myself to be stunted in the displeasure of another.

The hard part of life for me, was making sure everyone was accountable for their infliction

on others, but was unable to see that I am accountable for my free will, too busy pointing

out others choices.

I looked at the world as if I was it were mine instead of admitting I was part of the

delusion.

I hide behind what I believed to be guidance, when in fact the preaching made very little

difference outside myself and the discharge of my words impacted me with a ferocity resulting

in shaded eyes.

The digital window to the world, I have reached out to express love and concern, when I myself

left "me" unattended and we all know the dangers of not being in the moment.

We are human beings, the now designers of our world.

we no longer adhere to the practicality of reality, we create our own.

My claims to be a Corvus perched from sight, witnessing the behavior, but yet contradict

and many times repeat what I have seen, just to have done so...

The days, now are short, the nights so very long.

My eyes strain to see what soon will be unseen.

For all those who have subscribed, to a channel that describes, please no subscriptions on

every page and we all know I am not a sage, but a reflection of all of you.

It is all of you that sit deep in my mind, it is you that has given the gift of realization,

that "I" to live in perpetuation.

I will never be able to repay the dragons you have slayed, for this worn, torn display,

this expression of a simple human being.

I love all of you in this world unconditionally, untainted, no requirements...

We are greater than we know and less that we expect.

I say good bye to "ALL" of you and will reflect in silence with all who listen to the end of this offering...

reach out to one another

I have to work.

A little apple against thirst.

It's not useful.

No, indeed.

A child crossed the road.

Ran across...

Why is he so odd that when you pet him here, he wants to attack?

He wants to play.

He was moving his paws...

...over the edge, and he grabbed his paws.

Really?

I'm an ugly ghost today since I haven't put on make-up.

No, you're not!

You're not. You're Always beautiful; You don't need make-up.

I do (need make-up).

Sixty.

Oh no!

Yes.

Go away!

Settlers of Catan!

Film my house for your vlog.

Have you ever been here?

No, never.

"Dean"

Play...

So now it's three yellow.

So someone who has three dice for the yellow card may grab a development card.

And afterwards, you say eight.

Okay, yes.

And then... - That's hard to say because I'm never sure.

I don't have my cards yet.

Wouldn't you do that first then?

O-M-G, I understand it a little better.

I want to buy a street, so there you go.

And then I put that in there.

Look how cute! - Look, yours can't look because I put on his helmet backwards.

Idiot knigt!

I need to throw those trash bags to you. - Oh, yeah!

From Here to Career - Ashley Gundermann - Duration: 1:47.

Hi, I'm Ashley Gundermann. I attended SPSCC

as a running start student.

I graduated in 2005 and I'm currently

studying naturopathic medicine at Bastyr

University. I'm passionate about

naturopathic medicine because I really

love the philosophy of it. It's about

treating the whole person and finding

out the cause of the persons symptoms and

starting with the least invasive form of

treatment first working your way up.

So I served in Uganda as a community

health volunteer from 2009-2011 and I

did a lot of community health projects

and I was able to use my background in

health there. But I also did a whole

array of projects that had nothing to do

with health so I really got to grow my

skill set. I learned about building

small businesses, project planning, and

project management. So it really

diversified my resume. My goal is to

definitely work with underserved

populations, specifically I really like to

work with Spanish-speaking populations

because I am a medical interpreter. So

that's my main goal. I think SPSCC gave

me a great foundation in writing which

really helped with all of my classes in the

four-year university and also in my

graduate studies. I think that with

professors at community colleges a lot

of them are there because they like

teaching. They have a lot of passion and

interest in their field and they like to

share that with students. So I feel like

some of the most interactive teachers I

had the most enthusiastic teachers I've

had has been in my community college

classes.

Hey there YouTube!

I wanted to check in real quick with all of my iPhone users out there.

It just occurred to me that some of you may not know how to do this.

I just watched a friend of mine close all of her tabs in Safari one by one.

I asked her if she was trying to close specific tabs, and she said she just wanted to close

all of them.

You don't have to close tabs one by one.

The same "Show All Tabs" button that you clicked on to access the tabs to close one by one,

if you hold the button down, you're presented with the option to add a new tab or close

all tabs.

Agra City Guide | Taj Mahal Travel Video in Uttar Pradesh, India - Duration: 11:30.

Well good morning good morning.

Today we are in Agra (आगरा).

How excited are you?

Super excited.

I mean 'hey guess what' there is a little kind of tiny attraction here we might be visiting.

Maybe the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

Maybe, we might work in a little time for that.

Still haven't figured it out but.

Okay, so here is the deal.

The Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) is actually closed on Fridays and we didn't realize that

until we got here.

So we can't visit today but instead we're going to visit Agra Fort (आगरा का

किला).

Yeah.

And maybe the Baby Taj Mahal.

Yeah, and the good news is that I've actually been to Agra (آگرہ) before and I've been

to Agra Fort (आगरा का किला) and it is one of the most impressive I've

ever visited in India.

If this fort was outside of Agra (आगरा) it would be a standalone attraction in another

city.

So we're going to go check that out today and maybe check out the Taj from across the

river.

And then we have to buy tickets for the Taj.

Can't forget that.

Right so busy day actually.

Let's begin.

Agra Fort (आगरा का किला) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that draws

big numbers, especially on a Friday when the Taj is closed.

Admission to Agra Fort (आगरा का किला) is through the Amar Singh Gate,

which is the south gate.

Outside the gates you'll find guides offering their services, so that's something you

can keep in mind if you're looking to learn about the fort's history and architecture.

So we've been getting all of these like teaser views of the Taj.

Last night we had it during dinner and today we have this.

And I think we're going to get one more vantage point later on in the day.

And then finally tomorrow we actually visit it.

Once you walk through a series of gates, you'll find yourself in a giant complex of marble

palaces, inner courtyards and gardens, complete with wild monkeys running along the fort's

walls.

You also get some pretty cool views of the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) off in the

distance - but we'll show you an even better lookout point later in this video.

So we think this lady is a gardener because it looks like she is picking weeds but she's

also taking a little break at the same time.

Just pulling out some grass.

Well good evening.

We are back from our day of sightseeing at the fort.

Our hotel room is a little bit messy for a tour right now but we're going to head downstairs

because we're having dinner and we're actually doing a homestay so they just finished cooking

up something really nice.

So yeah we're going to share a meal with all of the other guests and it should be good.

Let's go.

Well Sam are you ready for dinner?

Ready for dinner!

Always ready for dinner.

How hungry are you?

Always.

I'm in hungry hippo mode.

Hungry hippo mode.

Let's go down.

We stayed at The Coral Court Homestay which is a beautiful property run by a very kind

and attentive couple, and one of the highlights of that stay was the food.

We had the most delicious vegetarian curries made with eggplant, pumpkin, and paneer, and

I'm still thinking about those meals to this day!

Well good morning.

Today is finally the big day.

The big day.

It is Saturday the Taj is open again.

We got our tickets this morning.

Sam was up at seven in the morning.

My Dad and I we went and grabbed them and yeah.

So then we had a nice leisurely breakfast.

So we decided not to go right at sunset.

We decided to take it a little bit easy but now we're here and really excited to go inside.

Let's go in.

So first impressions we've only just entered through the East Gate and we're already like

wow.

We haven't even seen the Taj yet but the buildings leading up to it are exquisite so I can't

wait to see the Taj itself.

The Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) was built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his third

wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to their 14th child in 1631.

He wrote that the beauty of the structure made "the sun and the moon shed tears from

their eyes", and while I may not have shed a tear, it's a sight that did not disappoint.

So it is not a very long walk from the entrance to the Taj but we've been taking our time

slowly meandering taking lots of family photos and selfies.

So we are finally here now we're going to go drop our shoes off and finally enter the

Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

Okay, so we got these fancy little shoe covers to wear.

Um, once we step on to the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

So let's put these on.

So classy.

Do they fit your big feet?

Hahaha.

Yep.

They do fit but man this is just going to look really funny.

There is one.

They look like elf shoes.

Urgh.

Look at that.

There is the other.

Parade around in them.

Tada.

Show me your elf shoes?

Da da dah.

Elf shoes.

Forward.

Let's go in.

We're going to cover up them crocs and socks.

Crocs and socks.

Crocs and socks and shoe covers.

Oh la lah.

Now let's show off the full outfit.

Oh yeah.

Sam looks like he is going skiing.

I'm ready.

Ready?

We've only been here for 2 hours he says.

Alright, let's do some thoughts from the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

Sam has been here before.

Yeah, this is my second time.

Well the 1st thing that I want to talk about is uh it is so nice visiting it healthy.

The last time I came here I had food poisoning and I kind of had to drag myself here on the

final day that I was in Agra (आगरा).

So it was really nice coming here feeling healthy and being able to just walk around

and take it in slowly.

That has been really nice.

And it is one of the those attractions that lives up to the hype.

It does.

Yes.

Some places you visit in person and you're like 'ugh' womp womp.

Not as amazing as I would have hoped but the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) is simply incredible

and the thing that I really think is cool is that when you view it from different vantage

points, up close, from the side, from behind.

From inside the complex, the outside of the complex say on a rooftop.

It is just incredible from just about anywhere and it is one of those sites that is just

so worth visiting.

So we are doing lunch with a view once again.

Check it out.

We've got the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

After visiting the Taj, we exited through the South Gate and found a restaurant that

boasts one of the best views in town: Saniya Palace Restaurant.

The food took a long time to come and it was decent, but we were really here for the views.

The danger of standing under trees.

A bird just pooped in front of me.

It missed me by like a centimeter or two.

But anyways hello.

Hello.

It is day 3 in Agra (آگرہ) and today we're actually taking the night train to Varanasi.

Yep.

So we have all day.

So yeah we're basically killing time.

We did the two main things we wanted to do.

Obviously to go to the Taj and we also wanted to go to Agra Fort (आगरा का किला).

So today there is a couple cool things that we've got planned.

We're going to be doing a nature walk.

Taj Nature Walk.

And it is right by the East Gate of the Taj.

Yep.

It was only 100 Rupees to get a ticket so that is pretty cool.

And then later on today we're hoping to catch sunset from the Baby Taj (Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah

- اعتماد الدولہ کا مقبر).

So overlooking the Taj.

So yeah, it should be pretty awesome.

Alright, let's go enjoy the walk and avoid bird poop hopefully.

So this nature walk is located just east of the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) and that

means we get some pretty cool views.

And we've spotted a peacock.

Hello peacock.

Hello.

What did we just see?

We saw a peacock.

Are you going to sing Katy Perry Peacock for us.

No, I'm not.

You keep making me try to do that.

Haha.

The Taj Nature Walk is one of Agra's (आगरा) best-kept secrets and we only learned about

it thanks to our homestay family.

This nature walk was a stark contrast to Agra's (آگرہ) busy streets and we hardly saw

anyone there, save for a few couples enjoying the views.

If you have time for it, I would suggest going in the morning when the light hits the Taj

just right.

It's one of the best lookout points in Agra (आगरा).

Alright, so that was a really fun walk.

I think we all enjoyed it.

Yeah, we had some a lot of fun making silly poses you know by the Taj and it was just

really quiet and chill.

And after you know a really busy day at the Taj yesterday it was nice to kind of have

a relaxing moment here at the park.

Later that afternoon we went to visit the Baby Taj (Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah - اعتماد

الدولہ کا مقبر), which is a white marble mausoleum covered in semi-precious

stones.

This structure was built for the grandfather of Mumtaz Mahal, and she is the woman the

Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) was built for.

There are pigeons inside the tomb.

Last afternoon in town.

Sam is filming and I am interrupting his shot.

Come join the frame.

So we made it to the Baby Taj Mahal (Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah - اعتماد الدولہ

کا مقبر).

We're here.

It is different from the Taj.

How would you describe it?

Oh, it is so much smaller.

It is a lot smaller.

Yeah, it would be worth coming here first I would say rather than what we're doing at

the end.

Are you feeling underwhelmed?

It is a little underwhelming after you've seen the Taj to be honest.

But I mean we are killing time waiting for the trains so we're lucky to have a few things

left to do.

Yeah, I've noticed this one has a lot of designs and geometric patterns on the exterior.

It is a lot more elaborate.

Yep.

As opposed to the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल).

That is one of the cool things.

Also there is far fewer people here.

So it is nice to just be able to walk around and have it more to yourself.

So our last stop of the day is the Mehtab Gardens (मेहताब बाग़ - مہتاب

باغ‎,) which are directly behind the Taj Mahal (ताजमहल) so you get

some pretty cool views.

The Taj is hiding just behind us over there.

Just over there and unfortunately we can't stay until sunset when it is supposed to be

spectacular.

It is uh we're a couple of hours away from that but we still thought we'd come and check

it out anyways.

Yeah, so that is a wrap from Agra (आगरा).

We've really enjoyed our time here and there is definitely a lot more to see than just

the Taj and hopefully we were able to show you just a little bit of that.

And yeah, next up is Varanasi so see you soon.

We've got a long train ride ahead.

Ciao for now.

Bye.

BENETEAU FLYER 7 7 SUNDECK [ Barca in Pronta Consegna] - Duration: 7:02.

Bénéteau 7.7 flyer sundeck,

almost the top of Bénéteau sundecks.

7 mt 70 max lenght x almost 2 mt 60 breadth,

this boat is really huge and really has a lot of space. You're

able to host up to 10 people on board. Two whole families!

Thanks to the space arrangement, like the huge sunbeds,

one on the stern and the other one on the bow,

it could be used for every kind of holiday: the relaxing fun- sea day

to enjoy the seaside

but also to spend amusing hours with your friends by waterskiing

or fishing:

there's a lot

of space in here, into the cockpit.

You could fish with 3, 4 also 6 friends, as you prefer!

The big cockpit, isn't simply a big open space at

the centre

of the boat,

but ti's also a great space to

have a picnkick table

or to have a nice and romantic dinner

on

the seaside.

On the boat dashboard of this amazing Bénéteau 7.7

you can find the steering wheel, of course,

an idraulic pump,

this means that your drive will be very comfortable

and easy.

There are also the motor instruments,

a Honda 250 cc that I'm going to show you.

This is the control cloche

to start the gear up and to speed up:

the one needed to have fun!

Here's the control panel for to turn the motor on,

there already are the switchers for the accessorizes

like the lights, the bilge pump, which is used to

throw the water out

of the boat,

but also the switch to turn the shower pump on.

We've also 12 volt socket and many other tool for other accessories.

On the central part of the dashboard

there could even stay an echo sounder:

a cartographic gps to see the navigation route but

also water depth.

Let's see the bow sunbed

to use on your relaxing days.

You'll see it's dimensions.

As you can see

there's a lot of space

on both directions.

But Bénéteau wanted more and

created

another sunbed on the stern:

by pulling the seat back,

you'll get a queen-sized sunbed. If you'll able to host 6 people on board

6 of them are able to lay comfortably down.

The main difference between the sundeck boats (with an open bridge)

and open boats (composed by a huge sunbed) on the market is

the cabin. Here's not only a double sun bed but

even more space thanks to a cabin.

This 7.7 has also a separated toilette

and a queen-sized bed.

I'm going to show it to you.

This is the opening of the cabin: it has two convenient stairs.

There's a lot of space in here, both on breadth and height.

There's a huge queen-sized bed

with two large lateral ''bags''.

There's even a separated restroom

and a huge locker to arrange your things.

The central part of the bed

can also become a table to use on freezy days

or to be used for your children's toys.

You can use it even for your dinner

when it's colder.

I'm standing here next to this turned-on 250 Honda W-Tec

in order to make you her (or better not!)

the motor sound.

Thanks to the 250 cc, you'll se

the powerful performances of this motor.

This roll-bar could be used as a pull for

water sports like water skiing,

wakeboard

or a water donut for your child.

Guys, it's hot and I can't wait to

have fun with this boat.

Let's set into the gear and have fun.

We're driving 21 knots fast,

we're in total aquaplane.

If you've got a passionate interest on boats and motors, the motor's going 3400-3500 rpm.

A great speed for the max. motor

power. But let's see how fast this boat can go.

to talk with us and to know what do you need to decide.

I wish you a good wind and to have an

eye for the weather!
