How I Curl My Hair using Flat Iron | Everyday Instagram Hairstyle - Duration: 5:33.

Hey guys in today's video

I will make my everyday hair style tutorial today

so this is my hair look that I always have

for my Instagram photos

or when I am making my youtube video

And I often show my hair do on my

insta story,

and most of you are asking for this hair style tutorial

so today I am going to make the tutorial

Actually

the technique is really simple it's only like sea curl

but because I have a high layer hair

so it is short in the top, and long in the below

so the it seems better and I really like this hair style because

it is easy to made and fast

and it made my hair look more volume

and more bouncy, so let's get started

so this is my real hair

it is super straight and stiff so the first step

is comb the hair

okay,

use any comb that you like the most

because I have a very thick hair,

so if I curly it directly, most of them will not curl at all

So I have to separate it into two parts

then I pin it

I will use the flat iron, I am using the one from Philips which is pro care

keratin, because my hair is stubborn

so I have to make it warmer. Now take the little

piece at the back, then start to straighten them

pull it first,

pull it first, then twist the flat iron at the bottom of your hair

super easy then I will take another part

I take hair from the back first, for I could put it away

once I finish curling it, so it will not disturb at all

twist again

Slowly, hold it first

if it is curl perfectly, then just put it away again

When it finished, it will look like this

Then continue the same technique on the other side

finish with the bottom part,

now I take off the top part

then the I take the top part in front

and the one that curled to the back

so it will not disturb

because I have a high layer hair, so it

is not in the same length, so I have to take little by little

to curl it up, so all of the will be curled

So this is the result

Actually, there is no parting on my hair, so sometimes

I like to put it aside

but it still look good as it is more volume

If I am bored I will put it another side

So I am changing it so my hair will not look saucer

because my hair is a really stubborn type,

Not easy to style, so I must put hair spray on it

And I am using the one from Rudy hair spray strong

for volume and hold

but I don't feel like it is super strong because it isn't hold

the curl of my hair, but I have find the one I like the most

So I will use this one

Olivier Giroud, who struggled to hold down a regular starting spot under Arsene Wenger last season.

A move to Everton has been discussed, and while the Toffees re-signed Wayne Rooney, another No.9 is on Ronald Koemans agenda to compensate for the loss of Romelu Lukaku, who joined Manchester United.

Marseille have been touted as a possible destination for Giroud, who looks to rejuvenate his career. The Ligue 1 outfit have also fixed their sights on Celtic star Moussa Dembele and supposedly held talks over a £20m deal.

And now according to French paper LEquipe, they havent given up hope on Giroud.

The report suggests they are still keen on a deal and the sports director has already tried to establish contact with Gunners chiefs over a summer transfer. Interestingly, Giroud has been named in Arsenals 25-man squad for the Emirates Cup.

The 30-year-old was far from despondent when asked about trying to nail down a first-team spot following Alexandre Lacazettes arrival.

He said: Obviously, there will be more competition - even more than last year, but its always nice for a striker to feel the pressure.

"I always deal with it. Ive been through some difficulty this last year, but always succeed to bounce back.".

The True Way To Get Motivated - How To Get Motivated - Duration: 3:05.

Lots of people talk about what it take to get motivated

and once people answer that a question incorrectly but there's lots of ways out

there to get motivated it's like in my opinion you have to be at a point where

you're saying I had enough I'm tired of it and what do I meant about that

exactly what I mean is one example I'm going to have is in chemistry I was not

good at chemistry even though I'm top of my class I just couldn't do chemistry I

did some horrible I had like 60s as test grades when I went and did chemistry and

he brought my average down so far like at the end of the first semester my

average was an 86 and then by the end of the second semester it's all changed and

what I mean by that is like I'm the top of my class I can't even get a biggie or

it knocks me down and I was being lazy about chemistry and being tired about it

and I was like I'm done I was at this point where I was like I'm done with

these bad grades and I have to make an A in this class and when I did that I

started working really really hard at it and that's what I mean that motivated at

that point where I was like I'm done with it by the end of the second

semester I had a 95 average in that class and on that quiz I made a 99 I

miss one question on the entire final exam and that was it's the highest I

ever made on a final exam in fact I made the highest final exam grade out of

anybody in that class and that's just one way I've been motivated another way

I would say to be motivated is just be consistent make it a daily routine like

for instance right now YouTube I'm making videos and editing videos and

uploading videos while I'm on vacation at

this great resort and that's another way that I've been able to stay motivated

and it was just simple as that making it consistent doing every single day to the

point or even I'm on vacation and it feels just like I have to do it

same thing with running I started running every single day and now at

every like 12:00 or 1:00 o'clock in the day I have to run three miles or I just

feel like if there's something missing and there's something wrong and just

turn it into a daily routine and that's another way to stay motivated

in Java deniz the world is just such a small

place now you guys and the best news is each drink is only 8.5 calories I mean

that is a nothing all right so I'm looking at the website here and right

off the bat it does say low calorie like I said eight point five calories amazing

now inside of these drinks as well it does say that there's hyaluronic acid

ceramides royal jelly that is great for the skin with vitamin C vitamin E b6 B -

all right I know you guys are thinking enough with the talking just open the

goddamn package here we go fell into my lap don't worry now we did say to give

it a shake first and it said that it should be refrigerated obviously it came

in the mail not refrigerated so hope it didn't go bad that is the sound of a

fresh package now they say that you can drink one of these every single day and

that's going to give you the most optimal skin and hair that would just be

like a lot from oh wait I'm not so sure about this smell mixed fruit it

definitely smells like citrus more than any other fruit but like a citrus

cleaner maybe or like it definitely smells green like a green citrus fruit

but like one that you would get in that in like a really cheap candy all right I

MANCHESTER UNITED are ready to stump up over £40million to land Nemanja Matic, according to reports. Jose Mourinho had Eric Dier as his No1 transfer target but has been forced to look elsewhere with Tottenham refusing to sell.

Chelsea want at least £40million for midfielder Nemanja Matic. However, the Blues have already turned down United's initial offer of £35m.
