Hi guys welcome back to my channel my name is LottieCee thank you for joining me today
for today's tutorial I will be showcasing this look I think this look is really friendly
for girls that are my complexion that don't know exactly you know what kind of shades
might go with our skin tones if you're interested in seeing how I achieved this looks stay tuned.
I'm starting off the look today with a fresh clean face and as you guys can tell I've already
done my eyebrows off camera if you guys want to see a tutorial for how exactly I do my
eyebrows I'll leave the link below.
For my eye primer today I'm going to be using the LA Pro concealer in the shade toffee.
Next I'm going to be taking my Laura Mercier translucent powder and I'm going to use my
beauty blender to pat that all over my eyelid that way my eyelid is all one shade and it's
easier to work with for today's eye look I'm going to go with a neutral eye because I feel
like neutrals looks so good on dark skin women for my transition color I'm going to be using
the Amrezy Anastasia Beverly Hills palette and I'm going to be using the color morocco
out of the palette this is my favorite transition color especially for girls of color it comes
off so beautifully and it's like a perfect kind of orangy transition color
I'm using one of my sigma brushes and I'm putting the color in my crease and I'm just
going to do like a back-and-forth motion make sure that gets right in the middle of your
crease there.
Next I'm going to be going into my Morphe 350 palette and I'm going to be using a rustic
brown to finish my transition shade here putting that color exactly where I put my first transition
shade except this time I am focusing more on the outer V of my eye and I'm going to
do the same thing to the other side I don't know about most girls but I have a hard time
when it comes to doing one eye and then doing the other eye because I sometimes I forget
what color is actually put on the eye so I think it's easier for me just to do both eyes
at a time I'm going to go into the Morphe 350 palette again I'm going to be using the shade
right under this rustic brown color and the shade is kind of more of a chocolate brown
color and I'm using the same brush and I am doing the same motion just deepening my crease
color here which you'll begin to see is that the colors are beginning to kind of blend
in together with each other and I kind of just go back and forth between the rustic
color and the deep brown color until I get the shade that I want for my crease the next
thing I'll be doing is I'm going to be doing kind of a mini cut crease so I'm going to
go back into my LA Girl concealer in the shade toffee and I'm going to put that just on my
eyelid this time just put a little bit on my eyelid and then I'm going to take a blending
brush and I'm going to blend that out more of like a flat head brush and this is
a not have to be perfect just wanted to be one uniform color on my lid and then I have
kind of like the desired cut that I need I'm going to go back into my Morphe 350 palette
and I think I'm going to be doing kind of this pinkish goldish color I'm going to take
that color and just pat it all on my eyelid here I'm just going to pat when you pat the
eyeshadow on your eyelid it's better than rubbing the eyeshadow in because you get more
pigment that way I really like this color because even though it's kind of like a golden
color you can also see a little bit of pink going through I'm going to go back and with
my transition brush and I'm going to go back and forth between the rustic and the dark
brown color again and I'm going to blend that with my eyelid color just to make sure that
the transition again is seamless you don't want any harsh lines and with a clean brush
blending brush again you're going to go in and just clean all that up again this brush
has no product on it so it helps with blending all the colors together and I'm go in with
my... I'm going to go in with my pencil brush and I'm going to take the shade LBD out of the
Anastasia Amrezy Palette I'm going to put that on my outer V to get dark kind of almost
like a black do the same to this side and I'm only putting a little bit because it is
a dark color you don't want to put too much of the dark color on there unless you're going
for a smoky look smokey eye look and then go back in with my blending brush and I'm
just going to blend all that out and I always like to go back in with my concealer brush
again I'm going to use the LA Pro concealer in the shade toffee and I'm going to actually
clean up a little bit of the eye shadow that is around my eye area so that I can have a
guideline for my eyeliner
so typically I like to apply my eyeliner after I put my foundation and my powder on only
because I find that sometimes when you put those on the eyeliner kind of disappears a
little bit and I like my eyeliner to be dark so I'm going to jump right in and I'm going
to be using my Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless in the shade deep golden for this tutorial
today alright so the next step is I'm going to be using my LA Pro concealer and I'm going
to use that as my highlighting shade for today what you want to do is you want to try to
draw kind of triangles below your face Im going to use my beauty blender and blend it all out
I'm going to go back in with my Laura Mercier powder I'm going to use the powder today as
my under eye highlight I'm also use it to highlight my nose and also wherever else I
put the highlighting concealer.
Alright guys so when you're done baking you're going to take a fluffy powder brush and just
going to brush all the powder off of your face I forgot my contour for my contouring
today I'm going to use the same shade that I used on my eyelids in the Morphe 350 palette
contouring takes like 10 pounds off of your face it's the best invention ever whoever
came up with this should win like the Nobel Prize.
Alright I'm going to be a little extra today and I'm going to take my beauty blender and
a little bit of my Laura Mercier powder and I'm actually going to cut into my contour
to make it a little sharper make that contour sharp girl.
Here comes the fun part I'm going to be doing my eyeliner and for the purpose of this video
I'm going to be doing my eyeliner and my eyelashes off camera so after I apply my lashes and
my eyeliner I'm going to go back in with my Telescopic L'Oreal mascara I'm going to use
that to blend my real lashes with my falsies when I'm doing that I'm pushing up on my lashes
as well for today's eyelash I'm using the Ardell this time in the double wispies.
Alright guys here comes the fun part of highlighting so for this tutorial I'm going to be using
the Anastasia Nicole Guerriero glow kit and I think I'm going to be using the color glow getter today
I'm just going to put that along my cheeks look how pretty that is oh my gosh I'm having a moment glow getter I'm
going to be using the same shade and I'm going to put that in my inner tear dot and on the
bridge of my nose and my Cupid's bow going to go in with my powder brush and I'm just
going to use that to make my highlighter one in a little bit better I'm also going to be
erasing my cutting line below my contour do the same with my nose and Cupid's bow highlight
my brow bone this colors is so intense like a curse and like a blessing at the same time
really highlight that up here going in with my blush and this is the Ruby Kisses Days
Blusher and we're going to take the darkest shade in the palette
using my MAC Chestnut liner going to love my lips I'm going to be using two shades today
one of them is the Kat Von D in the shade crucifix and then I also have my Smashbox
in the shade out loud.
