Dragons in Harry Potter - Letters to July 31 #WithCaptions - Duration: 2:11.
Dear July, Today is Harry Potter's birthday, a day I celebrate even in years when I don't
celebrate my own because he is the bo y who lived and his story has taught me how to live.
(intro).
On the 20th anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone,
I published a video detailing 20 things I've learned from Harry Potter, but only 20 things.
I don't think I'll ever be able to list everything that I've learned because it keeps teaching
me new things.
That's why I love them because wherever I'm at in life, the books, they're there for me and ready
to reveal something new.
Lately, I've been thinking about the dragons and how they parallel Harry's journey.
The first dragon we are introduced to in the story is Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback,
or rather, Norberta.
She is a lot like Harry in that they are both taken in as infants by Hagrid, who just wants
to love them.
Hagrid picks an infant Harry out of the remains of his house and picks Norberta out of a pub
when she's still just an egg.
Hagrid also willingly gives up Harry and Norberta so that they can be with some sort of family
- Harry with the Dursleys and Norberta on a Romanian Dragon Reserve.
Both of Hagrid's wards are eventually taken in by the Weasley's as well, Molly considers
Harry a seventh son and Norberta is accepted into the reserve because of Charlie.
The next set of dragons we encounter are those used in the first task of the Triwizard Tournament.
Much like HArry, they are unwilling participants in the tournament who are being attacked and
gawked at.
They're just trying to live their lives, and suddenly their handlers - people they trust
- drag them into a dangerous situation.
Kind of like how teacher entered Harry into this tournament.
The last dragon I'll talk about is the Ukranian Ironbellly that guarded some of the deepest
vaults in Gringotts Wizarding Bank.
You could get past it by using something that made a noise the dragon had learned to associate with pain.
The Ukrainian Ironbelly was a survivor of abuse, much like HArry had survived and escaped
abuse from the Dursleys, from Snape, from death eaters, and countless others.
That's why I love when Harry, Hermione, and Ron free the Ukranina Ironbelly because after
you escape an abusive situation you want to help others get out of them too.
Happy Birthday, Harry.
Thank you for all you've done.
Love, Katrina.

Gun Violence in America - The REAL Stats - Get Informed to Stay Safe! - Duration: 4:11.
mass-casualty shootings in public places have occurred regularly in the United
States in recent years prompting action from government but deaths from mass
shootings actually make up a very small percentage of firearm related deaths in
the u.s. so what does firearm violence in the u.s. actually look like to inform
public debate and to help guide legislation on the prevention of firearm
related deaths and injuries it is instructive to consider the epidemiology
of firearm violence over the past decade the first thing to note is that compared
with other nations the United States is an outlier in mortality from firearm
violence its rates of firearm homicide and suicide both substantially exceed
those for the other industrialized nations in the Organisation for Economic
Cooperation and Development the OECD this finding is not likely due to a
predisposition to violence in the United States however because among those same
oacd nations the u.s. ranks near the bottom in its prevalence of
self-reported assault the most recent data available revealed
that between 2003 and 2012 more than 300,000 people died from firearm related
injuries in the United States that's more than the number of us combat
related deaths in World War two and more than the total death count for all other
US wars combined and while the overall fatality rate from
firearm violence remained constant between 2003 and 2012 at almost 10
deaths per 100,000 persons per year this stability masks a notable divergence
firearm homicides have decreased since 2006 while suicides have risen by the
same amount suicide has been the most common form of
fatal gun violence over the past 30 years and in 2012 accounted for 64
percent of fatal firearm violence gun homicide is concentrated to a
remarkable degree among black males especially young black men in 2012 the
gun homicide rate for black males aged 20 to 29 was almost 18 deaths per
100,000 person which is five times higher than that for Hispanic males and
20 times higher than that for white males the pattern for firearm homicide
among females is similar to that for males but the rates are lower by a
factor of 10 black females age 20 to 24 had the highest mortality rate in 2012
with approximately 7.5 deaths per 100,000 persons the risk of gun suicide
on the other hand is highest among white males in 2012 suicide rates for white
males peaked at 40 deaths per 100,000 persons among 80 to 84 year olds while
the rate for Hispanic men was below 15 and that for black men was below 10 per
100,000 persons between 1999 and 2012 the death rate due to firearms increased
among white males aged 35 to 64 by almost 36 percent white females are
similarly more prone to firearm suicides than black or Hispanic females although
the number of cases is lower than male cases by a factor of 10 it peaks at 4.5
per 100,000 persons among white women aged 45 to 55
the societal costs the firearm suicides and homicides are enormous for 2010
the estimated cost was 164 point six billion dollars approximately 1.1
percent of the u.s. gross domestic product for that year
while there are many factors associated with the risk of death from firearm
violence the most widespread appears to be gun ownership the u.s. is home to
more than 50 million firearm owners approximately 35 percent of men and 11
percent of women report owning firearms further research on the nature and
prevention of firearm violence is sorely needed evidence-based interventions may
lead to substantial reductions in deaths and disability from this important
public health problem

Q&A - Frequently asked questions update - Duration: 5:38.
hiiiiii -
heyyyyyy
welcome to my channel
im gonna do a video in portuguese today for all my brazilian followers and other portuguese followers that keep asking me
to make one for themmmmm
so today video im just gonna respond to the frequently asked questions
on this channel and over on my social media
btw what do you guys think of the wig ?
im loving it so much
so just gonna introduce myself first
my name is laura
im brazilian
portguese dad, brazilian mum
i was born in Brazil
but i was raised in london my whole life
i'd english is my first language
but im also fluent in portuguese
i'm 25 years old
so yeah i live here in japan for about 3years almost 3 and a half
i like it here
i can speak japanese
which takes me to the next question that i always get asked
whats your job ?
i work here as a model
thats how i make my moniesss
with this face
question: why do you speak english?
i grew up in england, went to school.... learned...
i speak portuguese because of my parents
my parents always spoke it at home
my portuguese accent is a little weird because , my mum has the brazilian accent and
and my dad has the portuguese accent from portugal
sooooo its a lil cray
ive lived in brazil before
only for like 1-2 years
and also in portugal for
like 3 or 4 years
i've moved countries a lot of times, but apart from that i also travel a lot
i speak english , portuguese, japanese
all 3 in one day
whats it like living in japan?
initially it was a bit difficult living in japan
here they didnt speak much english when i arrived
yeahh.... i went through a lot
the culture is completely different from what i'm used to
people really follow the rules (which is great)
but there are a LOT of rules
you cant even breathe lol
but after 3 years of living here
japan has taught me a lot of things
ive visited portugal countless times, my dad is portuguese
from the north of portugal
so a lot of times, but its been a while
like 7 or 8 years since i havent been back to portugal
how do you see yourself in 10 years?
honestly
well as long as im happy
and living the life that i want for myself
being 100 percent true to me
i dont really like planning that far ahead
and i dont rely on fixed plans
because its just never been me
i live really open-mindedly
prepared to move to another country at any time if there are opportunities
since ive moved/travelled all my life
i dont feel like
im forced to stay in one country forever
i find happiness in travelling to many places
there are people that think - hey i wanna stay here for the rest of my life
i dont think like that
here everywhere you go is beautiful
i think thats why i stayed here for so long
every place you visit is gorgeous
my fav place - and ive said this 3272395632 times before
okinawa, this little small tropical island of japan
3 hours away from tokyo
and its super beautiful
theyve got some mini island nearby that i heard are also gorgeous to visit
secondly
yeah i would say kyoto
how old were you when you started your model career ?
i started when i was 21
so its been about 3-4 years
i started my model career quite late cause i didnt really plan it
it wasnt like my dream initially
it just happened and i let it happen
cause at the end of the day i just wanted to travel/explore
i'd love to speak spanish again
i know its not a new language but
because ive learned it before and i still understand it
and its similar to portuguese
but i'd like to be fluent at it again
where would you like to move to if you could?
brazil would be nice
now that im older, would be nice to experience that
anywhere in europe
that isn't england cause
i grew up there and i;m bored of it haha (Sorry)
any place really
so guysssssssss, thats all for todays video
if you have any more questions leave them below
and im gonna reply to them maybe in a next video
im gonna organize my life and post more videos
i'll see you in my next one
byeeeeeeeeeeee

Mom Summer 2017 MUST Haves!! | Summer Time Essentials - Duration: 10:49.
hey everybody welcome back to my channel today I'm going to share with you guys
what are my summer essentials for toddlers and babies so it is summertime
here in Southern California and it is hot we are out at the beach at the pool
all different types of summer activities and so I thought I'd share with you guys
what are my go-to things must-haves for summertime for my little ones pertaining
to more water type activities so the first off is sunscreen now I didn't grab
the sunscreen to show you guys but I will insert pictures on the sunscreen
that we use I love baby ganic sunscreen now kind of smells a little bit like bug
spray I've been told by other people and once you're told that then you smell
they're like yeah kind of but it works I have very sensitive skin kids so baby
ganic works perfect I have the spray bottle and then I also have like a tube
of it and we got it when Liam was little and it still works great it is like
50-plus I believe SPF and it does amazing it does not make them break out
I can now use something a little bit different on them but when he's the baby
I had to use this otherwise he broke out so another one that I use is kind of
just a generic one and it's the spray 50 plus for kids now my husband uses it
because he has to have a really high SPF sunscreen as well I have a bunch of
gingers in my life so they are all head to toe sick babies sponge green and I
found that the spray works really well for when they're more active when
they're baby you can actually like rub the lotion on them but then the spray
for when they're a little bit more active and my boys are fine with getting
sunscreen on because I've been doing it since day one they have needed it so I
really recommend finding a sunscreen that works really well for your kids
skin and the baby Ganic is awesome I'm not sponsored by them so you don't have
to worry that I'm just a real mom who is sharing
what works for our family the next thing is when you're up in the pool you're
going to need the towel now I found that getting a towel for my son has
characters on it or something that he really enjoyed he just fell in love with
it so we have like a paw patrol one we have a monkey one and he just loved
using his towel another thing that I thought was a little bit silly but now I
love it is this it is a towel robe my mom got it for him and I thought that's
a little silly but this worked perfect especially after like swim lessons I
could put him in this he could be warm and I could just just put this on him
and I don't have to sit there and rub him so if I'm wet too and I need sure
myself off I throw this robe onto him and he is getting dry while I'm getting
dry so I'll put it on him and I'll sit him there and he's getting dry and he's
warm because it has a hood this one doesn't fit him anymore this will be for
Nolan and I'm gonna have to get him a different one but he loves it and it
works perfectly next our swim outfit so I put my boys in boy boy short little
bit I put my boys in board shorts and then have a rash guard t-shirt I swear
by these dress rash guard t-shirts not for the rash C's or originally surfers
wore them and it helped them from not getting a rush by being on the surfboard
I believe is what this how this started but it helps protect their skin from the
Sun so like I said I have very sensitive skin kids and they get burnt so easily
with their skin tone these are amazing they're just lightweight you can either
get the short sleeve this is Liam I use it for both me and and Nolan you get the
short sleeve one or you can get the long sleeve one so it's perfect for long
sleeves for Nolan because he is so little and then short sleeves brilliant
because his arms have been in the Sun enough that they just with sunscreen
they're usually fine they're lightweight they come in so many different colors we
get our usually from Target or Walmart I believe this one is from Walmart so P
you can get that from actual surf shop but you don't need to spend a lot of
money on them they're just little kids and they're probably going to ruin them
or grow out of them super quick but I highly recommend they have them for
girls too not just boys and they just protect their skins in the Sun and you
don't have to slather on so much sunscreen another thing I guess that is
board shirt obviously if it was a little girl she probably being a little is too
bikini or one-piece but I have boys so just board shorts basic four charts
do the other ones they got for fourth of July the matching one and they have so
many different kinds so many different you'll find them everywhere and it's
just simple board shorts so the combo they're usually really
protected except for their arms face and legs another thing I would suggest is a
hat now my kids don't like to keep them on but we try our hardest and that is
more of a bucket hat when they're little and then like a baseball cap when they
get a little bit older but the bucket hats with the babies are awesome the
some come with a little strap some don't my voice has never liked a strap so they
just square the bucket hat if they will keep it on
they make water hat those are perfect for if you can keep it on their head and
there's jumping in and out of the water I highly recommend getting one of those
like I said my kids don't really keep them on but we try our best the next
thing is swimming diapers if your kid is not potty trained you will need swimmy
diapers or wet side dress however you want to whatever you want to call them
these ones are the Pampers splashers we have had Huggies and pampers we also
have the reusable ones but I find that they don't always do that hold
everything and if need be but so disease and so we have them
I just I'm kind of tempted to not put them on them because then I have to
clean that off but certain places require either the reusable ones or
rubber pants so it's good to just have it if you need it and then you can just
reuse this but these work just as well and you can get them from any store that
sells diapers they have swimmy diapers as well so if you haven't seen them
they're kind of like a lightweight diaper
obviously they don't hold the pee in the cuz their water diaper so water's gonna
be coming in and out but it definitely holds the poop William put these to the
test every time so he knows little and so you just pull this tab on the side in
the rip off so they're not obviously not reusable they are disposable but they
work awesome so I highly recommend getting these disposable ones and then
also having the reusable one just in case say you run out of these you have
that one to fall back on next up life's car life jackets or swimming arm this is
the combo puddle jumper I love this thing this is Liam new one
he had one that was from 30 pounds to something he used it way before he was
thirty pounds and I'll probably put it Nolan in it soon because you just cinch
up the box but this goes I just move up the front so their little body goes in
it like this their arms go through this and they cannot they don't fall forward
they sit there perfectly they look like a little buoy sitting there so like the
water wings used to go on our arms you could still like get your whole body in
there a lifejacket I always remember choking me this
doesn't just sits right across their chest and their arms and they can still
move Liam gets out of the pool jumps in to the pool goes crazy with this thing I
highly highly recommend kitten one of these now I don't believe these are safe
for boat use you do need the regular jacket I believe but like don't quote me
on that but yes puddle numbers um I got this I think it target they have my
Costco I have my target they have a Walmart and they have different brands
you don't have to get puddle jumper you they have some that has like a mesh
thing more like a life jacket and then they have this so so many different
brands but I highly highly recommend getting a puddle jumper for your toddler
for baby and toddler so that they don't know how to swim
right even if they can swim this helps sense that they don't have to struggle
you don't have to worry about them and the little clasp in the back does not
come undone and they can't get to it so this is awesome love love love this
staffed final product is for babies this is for babies who can sit up by
themselves it does have a feature where you can kind of like lay them in there
and this is of course the picture is not on here have it in its carrying case
this so it is a little pool float I guess you can call it but it has a shade
it blows up so it's super easy but then it also when it is completely deflated I
was lazy and didn't completely deflate mine it goes into a carrying bag so when
you're going to the beach for the pool or anywhere and you want a pool float I
highly recommend this one because it folds up goes back into the bag and it
can be stored away and it is super cute I got this one on Amazon they have every
kind of brand you can get them at Target you can get them at Walmart you can get
them anywhere that they probably sell any cool stuff because that is mostly
for the pool we haven't used it at the beach but yeah it's awesome he loves it
he will sit in it he can splash it has mesh where the water can come up to him
but he doesn't completely fall into the water his little legs can dangle in the
pool and he just looks so darn cute in it my sister had one so then when I
didn't have one for Liam for some reason but Nolan we got one and he just loved
it so I hope you guys enjoyed this a quick look at my summer must-haves if
you have any questions whatsoever letting them down below give this video
a thumbs up subscribe if you're new if you have not joined the days of many
family Co hit that subscribe button we would love to have you I hope you guys
enjoyed and we'll see you guys next time bye guys

Politics, Sci-fi, and Action! | BookTube - Duration: 10:13.
Hello I'm Rogan and welcome back. Yes! One video before August starts.
So today will be a BookTube video.
I'm still trying to decide, do I like that sign or not? But I'm going to go with that for now.
And the reason why I'm not doing this with the books, the background…is because
We're doing renovations, so… Forget that. I'm not doing that.
Yes, the library is right there. It's on the other side of that wall.
So I have seven books that I have finished from the last time I did…a…video.
Normally, I would have WAY more done, but… [shrugs] Life happened. And I'm a little lazy.
The first two books that I'm going to talk about, I don't have because I borrowed them from the library.
I had to return them and I read those a while ago. I've mentioned them in my previous videos as well.
The first one is "Language at the Speed of Sight."
It's…a good book yes, but.. It feels more aimed at academics, teachers.
It's not for the everyday, casual reader so…
If you have a passion for language, and really love heavy, dense science, read this book.
It's good, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone.
I would just suggest you look it up yourself, because I feel like I can't really explain it well, so do that.
The second book is "Liberty and Coercion: The Paradox of American Government From the Founding to the Present."
It is actually good. It's really good.
It talks about how the American People have always wanted freedom.
They don't want to be told what to do by the government.
But at the same time, they want the government to enforce others to do things.
It's really interesting. It talks about how that want was right there from the beginning,
from the founding of American government. And continues to now!
It is interesting, so if you really like politics and that kind of stuff, this is a good read.
Next book is mine. "A Wrinkle in Time" Yes, it's old!
When you see yellowed pages, you know it's old.
I don't even know how many times I've read this book.
And I do have the second book, "A Swiftly Tilting (Planet)." Yeah.
It's on the shelves, I haven't re-read it but yes I've read it.
If you don't know what this book is, who are you and where have you been? Read it!
Okay. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about.
"A scientist has vanished. Now an eerie midnight visitor leads three children in search of him —
though a wrinkle in time, to the deadly unknown terrors beyond the tesseract! Chilling science fiction!"
That's the description on the back if you didn't get that.
Read it.
I am SO excited for the re-make! (I'm talking about the movie re-make.)
They just announced it, I'm like (unable to say anything).
It looks like it's going to be SO GOOD and I'm excited about it for several reasons.
There are a lot of people of color in it. A lot of women. A+.
The director is a woman. A woman of color if I remember correctly.
Mrs Who, Mrs Whatsit, and Mrs Which. Two of them are women of color.
There are scenes where they didn't HAVE to be diverse, but they were! Fantastic. I am ready.
I don't think you understand how excited I am for this. [devolves into silence]
Moving on. The next book is one I borrowed from a friend when we were camping together in the Olympics.
"Chocolat." It is good! I wasn't expecting to like it, but it is actually pretty good.
It's apparently a series. And…please don't let the cover on GoodReads deceive you.
I was really disappointed in the cover. The cover on GoodReads makes it look like one of those…
Dare I say this word? Trashy romance novels.
Now. There is nothing wrong with a good trashy book every once in a while.
But! You get what kind of book I'm talking about.
The GoodReads cover is here.
Yeah, it's not like that at all.
It's about a woman who has a gift of being able to see people's secrets,
and she opens up a chocolate shop in a small town that's strongly controlled by a priest and the church.
I don't want to tell you too much of this book because it's really good and I think you really should read it.
The writing style is different, but it's really good.
The next book that I read… I don't have a physical book,
and I also will not be giving you my review because I did it for Chanticleer, the website I did a book review for before.
"The Tide King." It's…interesting. I will link that review when it's posted, I will link that below.
Moving on! Next book.
Ooh shiny! Okay.
"Honour Among Thieves." This is the title, not this. Ignore this.
That kind of bothers me that now, the author names are bigger than the title. Why? Why do you do that?
You confuse people! Stop!
Especially if the title of the book is the name of a person. Why?
ANYWAY.
This book is…hm. It's set in 1993. The year I was born!
And basically, it's about a group of criminals who got hired to steal the Declaration of Independence.
If you want action, adventure, spies, that's the book for you.
Next! I was disappointed in this one.
"A Wanted Man - A Jack Reacher Novel."
What's up with all the shiny author names?
But yeah, see my point! This is the author. This is the name of the person the series is about.
You probably recognize this name because of the recent movies with Tom Cruise.
I'm sorry, but Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher? Mmm.
His appearance doesn't match what's described in the books.
But also, disclaimer, I've never seen one of those movies so…
I've read Jack Reacher books before, and I do like the series, but this one.
This book is basically an action novel and I expected action to start kind of early, with Jack Reacher.
It should happen around maybe a third, maybe earlier.
But this, it felt like it didn't really happen until halfway, or more. So… [shrugs]
And that's all for the books that I've read since.
The book I'm currently reading is this one. "Hidden Figures."
I haven't seen the movie. So I want to finish reading this before I watch the movie.
I bought this a while ago, like November, I think? Something like that.
And yeah, finally getting around to reading it now.
I have a whole stack of books that I got a while ago that I think I've shown on camera.
I still haven't even read them.
So I am finally getting around to them.
That's because I forced myself to stop getting books from the library until I actually read what I have.
And speaking of not getting books from the library so I can actually read what I already have.
I bought these like, last week.
Those five books all together cost $15.
So. What happened is that the local bookstore, used bookstore, that I'm getting these from had a going-out-of-business sale.
I thought about it and decided to go ahead and go in, see if I can find anything. And good thing I did!
I thought they weren't closing until July 31st. I was wrong.
They closed down and were completely empty except for the bookshelves.
Like, three days after I went. So good thing I did.
But there is another used bookstore just down the street, so we're good.
I'm hoping to do my next BookTube video a little sooner than this.
Because I'm starting to feel like I'm doing it every two months.
I would like to try and do it at least once a month with more books than just…you know.
So if there's any book recommendations that you have, leave them in the comments below.
Yes, I am aware I don't really need more because my TBR (To Be Read) list is growing.
It grows every day. Every day.
At this rate, I'll never finish reading.
Hey, that's the life of a book lover.

Attack on Titan OP - 'Guren no Yumiya' [English Cover] - Duration: 1:33.
Our names won't be rememberd
If we die like trampled flowers
I refuse to be forgotten
Written off as less than worthless
Scream and cry
But none will hear you
Plead and beg
But none will help you
You no longer live as cattle
Will you rise and join the battle?
There are beings that live off of fears And their words are like knives
As they play with our lives They'll try to control you As if they own you Will you let them steal your freedom?
Channel the anger swelling inside you Fighting the boundary 'till you break through Deep in your soul there's no hesitation So make yourself the one they all fear
There is a wild fire inside you Burning desire you can't extinguish Your crimson arrow Rips through the twilight This is the moment for war

"American Splendor" by Harvey Pekar comic review - graphic novel recommendations - Duration: 2:57.
[Book cover of graphic novel "American Splendor" by Harvey Pekar - comic review from comics recommendation list]
Alright, now let's talk about a landmark work of comics: it's American Splendor by Harvey Pekar.
American Splendor was a series of autobiographical comics that were published by Harvey Pekar from 1976 through until 2008, which was shortly before his death.
The comics were mostly autobiographical stories about Harvey's everyday life. Which was quite a revelation in the time when he started publishing these comics in the 70s.
It was Harvey who had the foresight to see the comics didn't have to be about superheroes, or dragons, or outer space.
He saw that comics could equally be about needing to take your car to the mechanic.
Or, being called up for jury duty.
Or, his experiences working his day job as a filing clerk in a Cleveland hospital.
Throughout the run of comics, you get the sense that Harvey is a battler, living a slim existence.
Even though he gets invited for regular appearances on the David Letterman show, the actual sales of his comic were fairly low.
So, balancing his budget and money issues continue to be a recurring theme of American Splendor.
As is his relationship with his wife, and his efforts to be a good dad to their adopted daughter.
Harvey was the writer of all of these comics, but he didn't draw the artwork for any of the comics.
So all the different stories are drawn by a variety of artists, including the legendary R. Crumb.
Actually, it's really interesting to see the way that all of the different artists drew Harvey in their own style.
It's really interesting to see the juxtaposition between those who draw him in a realistic style,
compared to those who seem to delight in drawing Harvey in a grotesque style.
Now look, on one hand Harvey Pekar was just an average working class guy,
but on the other hand he was a real visionary who essentially invented a whole new genre of comics.
And as I shoot this video, it's been about 7 years since Harvey's death,
and there hasn't yet been a great effort to grab the American Splendor back-catalogue and reprint it in a comprehensive way.
So until now, until someone gets around to releasing a new anthology,
probably your best bet is the book American Splendor: The Life and Times of Harvey Pekar,
which is a reprint of his first two anthologies – and includes comics from the late 70s and early 80s.
But honestly, someone should get this stuff back into print.
Including his book Our Cancer Year, which was written by Harvey and his wife about the year the Harvey had cancer.
So, check out the American Splendor comics, and also check out the film American Splendor, starring Paul Giamatti as Harvey Pekar, which is really well done.

thats how i make my moniesss
with this face
question: why do you speak english?
i grew up in england, went to school.... learned...
i speak portuguese because of my parents
my parents always spoke it at home
my portuguese accent is a little weird because , my mum has the brazilian accent and
and my dad has the portuguese accent from portugal
sooooo its a lil cray
ive lived in brazil before
only for like 1-2 years
and also in portugal for
like 3 or 4 years
i've moved countries a lot of times, but apart from that i also travel a lot
i speak english , portuguese, japanese

whats it like living in japan?
initially it was a bit difficult living in japan
here they didnt speak much english when i arrived
yeahh.... i went through a lot
the culture is completely different from what i'm used to
people really follow the rules (which is great)
but there are a LOT of rules
you cant even breathe lol

japan has taught me a lot of things
ive visited portugal countless times, my dad is portuguese
from the north of portugal
so a lot of times, but its been a while
like 7 or 8 years since i havent been back to portugal
how do you see yourself in 10 years?
honestly
well as long as im happy
and living the life that i want for myself
being 100 percent true to me
i dont really like planning that far ahead
and i dont rely on fixed plans
because its just never been me
i live really open-mindedly
prepared to move to another country at any time if there are opportunities
since ive moved/travelled all my life
i dont feel like
im forced to stay in one country forever
i find happiness in travelling to many places
there are people that think - hey i wanna stay here for the rest of my life
i dont think like that
here everywhere you go is beautiful
i think thats why i stayed here for so long
every place you visit is gorgeous

i started my model career quite late cause i didnt really plan it
it wasnt like my dream initially
it just happened and i let it happen
cause at the end of the day i just wanted to travel/explore
i'd love to speak spanish again
i know its not a new language but
because ive learned it before and i still understand it
and its similar to portuguese
but i'd like to be fluent at it again
where would you like to move to if you could?
brazil would be nice
now that im older, would be nice to experience that
anywhere in europe
that isn't england cause
i grew up there and i;m bored of it haha (Sorry)
