okay, today is soooo hot, i am going to start the video by saying i am not wearing pants

because, its very hot today

okay, lets start

Hii guys, welcome back to the channel, i wanna start by saying that its really hot today where i live

its really hot, and its not like "lets go to the beach" hot, its more like "lets stay at home and be depressed" hot

because its raining, and i hate when the weather is like this, its humid, its hot, we cant do anything

and of course, now i have the little battery icon on my camera, telling me i have no battery,

because, when i finally sit down to record a video after 700 years, i have no battery , awesome

this video is going to be in Portuguese because , there is not going to be a English version of it like i have been doing

because this is a haul, and all itens where bought here in Portugal

soo i have here a lot of clothing that i bought yesterday, because yesterday i went shopping

also, please understand that i did not bought a lot of stuff, and i dont go shopping very often

so, please dont think i am one of those girls that every weekend goes shopping

i go shopping like, every 3 months, maybe 2

but yea, i am not one of those girls who is always going shopping, and most of the things i bought, its not even because of the sales

it was because i needed this things! For those who live here in São Miguel, most of the things i got

was in Parque Atlântico, so you guys know where to find this things.

lets start here with this super cute bracelet, i bought, this because i forgot to bring jewelry that day i went shopping

so i went to Parfois, and i got this weird bracelet, that is super cute, and it has 3 colors

why? because i dont have to match it with the rest of my jewelry or clothing lol

i'm so smart haha

this bracelet was not on sale, it was about 7€

okay, hold on, this bracelet broke on me like the day after i got it

but i tought it was super cute

lets now got to the clothing, got this pants, from Zara, its not really my style, but i still really loved it

wait, no, of course this is my style, its black distressed jeans, its totally my style lol

maybe a little to much tho, because look at the end of this jeans, its crazy

its really...shabby, looks like a dog bite this part , and....it just looks like this now

its not even sewed till the end, this is the kind of jeans that my grandma would say

darling, here, take this 20€ and go buy yourself some new jeans, cover that body honey

it came with this belt, but i dont think i will be using it , because it is kinda weird

this jeans used to be 29€ and i go it for 15€

i also got this other jeans from Bershka , they are simple but i really, really nedded some new jeans

like for real, most of the stuff i buy, e mostly because i really need it , not just because

they cost me 19.99€ they where not on sale, and its push up jeans, but tbh i dont really like push up jeans

i dont know why, but my but does not looks good with push up jeans, and you guys can see that in the clips

i dont know, it just does not looks good, i dont know why

they're super comfortable and stretchy, because i have a bit of a problem. Like, this jeans are a 36EU while the

black ones, where 38EU. Why? Because, if the pants are not stretchy i have to get it in 38EU or even 40EU

but on my waist it will look awful, while when the pants are stretchy, a 36EU its a perfect fit for me, and looks great on the waist

so i really like Bershka jeans because usually they aare very stretchy, and all that because my thighs,

are a bit thick, i dont know if it because of the gym or maybe just genetics, so sometimes

so that it fits my legs it has to be baggy on the waist, and i hate when that happens

this one is like this... super stretchy

anothher thing i got from Bershka, was this dress in XS, because the size S was baggy on my waist

so i got it in size XS so that it looks good on the waist, however, i am kinda regretting that decision,

i dont know, i will have to try this dress again, this dress was 17.99€, i think it is already from fall/winter collection

because of the colors and the kind of fabric, i wasn't even going to buy this dress because of the size thing

it looks a bit short on me, but i had posted a photo with it on, on instagram asking you guys what to do

and tbh i wasnt hopping to get many answers, but i ended up getting about 30 answers, and the were all "buy the dress NOW"

so i went back to the store, and got the dress, because it really was a lot of people saying to get it

only one person said "no, dont get it, it too short, etc", but since everybody else said i should get it... i got it

however when i went to Zara i found this dress, gorgeous, it has this cute details in the front, i dont know but i love the "X"

it goes like this on the waist, and then like this on the hips, and i love it, it fits me perfectly , so i got it

tbh, i got it because it was on sale, used to be 19.99 and i got it for 9.99€

i got this on size S, because it actually the size that usually fits me, i only bought the other one on XS because of my waist

i dont know if it shows on camera, but it sparkles, and i know i am not going to where it a lot,

i am pretty sure of that, but it was on sale, and i think its gorgeous, i tougth a photoshoot with it will look amazing

and also a night out or something, its going to look nice, so i got it, and yea this one was impulsive shopping

but oh well, was only 9.99€, another thing i got and i really wanted, was a jacket, i wanted a jacket with color

different from what i already own, and a color i didnt had and that i love is this one, red

i love this jacket , it is kinda short, and i got it in size M, because usually i always buy jackets in size M or L

because i like them to be a littler baggy, so that i can use more clothing under it,

it cost me 22.99€ because i think this belong to the new season collection,

because fall/winter collection itens usually have this kind of colors, this kind of red. And i loooove this color!!

another thing i got also because i really needed it, i didnt had any black purse like this, i used to have one but it got old

so i wanted a new one, so i got this one, from Bershka, it wasn't on sale

ups, no, it actually was on sale for 22.99€ and it used to be 24.99€

but yea, its super cute, and its super simple plain, but i love plain stuff

there's this strap, when it comes to tops, my mom saw this crop-top, it says shopaholic and shopping tour

i loved the colors, they are my favorite colors, i mean, black, white, and bloody red, i love it, so i got it,

this crop used to be 5.99€ and i got it on sale for 3.99€, a little bit more of impulsive shopping

and i got it on size S, its super confy, so i will use it anyway, even if it is as a pijama,

another t-shirt i got, and this was also my mom who noticed, she was like "ahh this shirt, is soooo you" why?

because it says "bad mood", and my mom says i am always in a bad mood, and i swear i am not always in a bad mood okay?

but yea, sometimes i am...

*this shirt was on sale for 5.99€ and used to be 7.99€ and it is size S

and i like it, its a another shirt, that its super confy, so it can be used as a pijama if later i feel like i dont like it anymore

you guys probably already noticed that i always go for the same colors black , red, black , and red, and balck, and red

so, i also went to Tino Gonzalez, and found this shoe, its super comfortable, because its compensated,

i nice show to break your foot and go to the hospital

but yea it looks great with different outfits, and i love it,

so this ones where 32.99€ and with the sale went down to 24.99€, this other ones, that are also super cute,

they are like this, black, compensated too, so super comfortable,

they used to be 35,99€ and with the sale would be 24.99€, but they had a "buy one get the second pair for 50% off" sale

so i got the 2 of them for about 37€ or something, so i got 2 for almost the price of 1.

still on the same day, i bought some other stuff, but to be honest, i only got this, because it was on a big sale

like 80% off, 70% off.. so i tough to myself that this would be a good opportunity to try some new products from Kiko

and that i never had tried before, one of the things i got was the "endless sky volum effect mascara" by Kiko

and i think i got it for around 1€ and usually it is way more expensive, i think it was 80% off

and i am glad i bought with the sale price, because i didn't liked it at all, i tried it, and i didnt liked it

i am used to use mascaras that are known for being good, i have the falsies from maybelline, i love it 100%

i also have one from MAC, that i also love, and yea, this one got nothing compared to this other ones

another thing i got, also from Kiko was this Heat wave lip oil, this is a oil that moisturizes our lips, and i always have my lips kinda dry

so i got it, however when we apply it, it looks like a super shinny gloss, and i am not a big fan of that

this is from the same brand that the mascara was, it has cute packaging, its like rose gold

i have here some other stuff that i didn't bought yesterday, i got it a few days ago, but i really liked it

so i wanted to shared it with you guys, i have a lot of acne scares on my face, and i hate it, so i had been looking for a while now

a make up brush, that could help me cover that up, because i feel like the sponge doesnt cover it 100%

also, the person who gave me this tip, was Rita Caetano, from the blog and channel "Dash of Glow"

so she told me, that what she does, and she also have the same problem as me, since she had acne too

so she said what she does, is she goes with a smooth brush, and then goes over it with the beauty blender for a natural look

so i got the brush from real Technics, that cost me about 12€, i bit expensive for a brush, but its really worth since the quality is amazing.

the name of this brush its " expert face brush", and it is made to use with foundation, and i love it

its by far the best brush i ever had for foundation, it really reallyyyyy helps me hide the scars i have from acne

so, yea, if you have acne, and those annoying scars and open pores, this is awesome!

i also use a primer before applying foundation, but even with the primmer its sitll not smooth enough

with this brush it gets way smother, and after i use the brush, i go in with my real Technics sponge

that i also got at the same time i got my brush, because i've always used sponges, but i never had one from real Technics

and i love it, it grows a lot with the water, i have been using it every single day, and yea

they are my new favorite face products

another thing i found, on my cousins makeup, Patricia, yea gurl i am talking about you,

so i saw this on my cousins makeup bag, and i loved it, so i had to buy it, and it is this W7 highlither

and this brand is like super in right now, and its a brand that its pretty inexpensive, it cost me about 5€

and it is gorgeous, i dont know if you can see it, its not expensive, its very affordable, about 5€, the girl that sells this where i live

she has a facebook page called "tons de mel" so i got this, the sponge and the brush from her

she has pretty affordable prices, and has lots of makeup available with good quality, so i recommend her

i going to leave the link of here page here on the description box, but yea i loved this highlighter

so if you're looking for a highlither that is affordable and works, i super aproved this one!

and thats it for today, a haul, i wanted once again apologize for not posting videos more often,

like i used to when i first started , i remember when i first started, i would post like 3 videos per week

and now i am making...like...1per month lol but yea, my life changed a lot, i started working full time,

i also started working more with photography, so my free time is rare, and also, my work its pretty much sitting

in front of a computer, and that makes my eyes hurt, i get headaches, i even feel kinda sick sometimes

and having to spend even more time in front of the computer, editing videos, is just very tiring,

youtube, also has been acting up, and what happened was we started having way less views than we had before

and that kinda got me demotivated , its not that i do videos just for views, but i put so much work into my videos

i dont know if you noticed but in the first videos i did, i would spend a loooooot of time editing and recording, like a week for a video,

and you know... putting so much effort and then nobody watches it very demotivating

so yea, its time for me to go now, and maybe put some pants on,

its 4h pm and i stil have no pants on, but at least i have a body on, btw, this body is super cute

so yea, i hope you'll be here for the next video, and tell me on the comments what kind of videos would u like me to do next,

maybe a DIY, decoration, vlogs, a video of me sitting down taking about something stupid, or something in special, i dont know

The T-Rex Torch Series bumper grille in black with the dual three-inch square LED lights

will be available for any '15 or newer EcoBoost owner looking to pick up not only something

that gives you a lot of added style and aggression to the front end of your F-150, but something

that also includes some functionality, which most bumper grilles do not.

Now, what I mean by that is, not only will it give you that aggressive look, you get

the diamond wire mesh in black, surrounded by steel plating and rivets along the sides,

but you're also getting two three-inch dual LED lights - or spotlights I should say to

be more specific - already included in the kit.

Now, not only does it have the pre-cut slots but these are already installed into the slot,

so it's a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter, and we'll talk about that

a little bit later on.

The first thing I want to touch on right off the bat is the functionality aspect of this

grille.

Since not many options on the site will offer you that functionality, you know, some might

offer you the cut-outs but very little will actually offer the spotlights included.

Now, if you're a guy out there hitting the trails a lot and you just want a little bit

of added lighting to help you along your way, this is a great, great aspect for that.

Now, if you're also the guy out there just wanting a daily drive or you're looking for

some added visibility at night, this is a great way to do so.

Or if you're running a work truck for a daily basis or a nightly basis, this is definitely

gonna add some safety to that aspect as well.

Now, what I do want to point out here is that this is great for people who do not want to

get some big "In your face" LED light strip or light bar, and for somebody who doesn't

want to mount it up, say, on the roof and do some drilling, or right under the hood,

somebody who wants this to be more subtle and added to the lower front end.

This is gonna offer a dual three-inch square LED lighting with actually four LEDs encased

in each.

Now, the housing itself is waterproof.

Great for guys out there doing some off-roading.

On top of that, they have 1,600 lumens a piece, as well as up to 50,000 hours worth of life.

This aggressive grille is gonna be made, head-to-toe, out of 304 stainless steel, the highest quality

stainless on the market for these aftermarket parts, and dead center is a fine-woven 12-gauge

diamond wire mesh that actually gives it a little bit more airflow going into the lower

grille.

Around the border you will see the rivets that are in a stainless steel polished material.

Now, those, I want to point out, are not fake.

Unlike some of the other options out there that will give you some fake rivets adhered

onto the surface, these are actually going straight through to the back here.

So that adds another aspect of authenticity to it.

Altogether, you can expect extremely high-quality materials which will factor into the price

tag since this is on the more premium side of the spectrum.

Speaking of that price tag, expect a $350 mark for this particular option.

Again, toward the higher end of the spectrum for a couple of different reasons.

You want to take into consideration you're getting two additional lighting sources already

included in the kit and already installed in the kit.

In addition to that, you're getting the highest quality material, something that is durable

and will take a beating, especially for off-roading.

And lastly, you are getting a complete bumper grille replacement, not an overlay.

A lot of options out there will just be an overlay you'll bolt to the front of your grille,

making just a slight change.

But this completely revamps the style and gets you something new.

Shifting over to the install portion of the video, like I said in the very beginning,

this is gonna be a very straightforward job for you to take care of, one out of three

wrenches on our difficulty meter.

However, there are two different ways you can do it.

For one, if you just pick up what you see here, you will have to do a slightly custom

wiring job to get this thing installed.

Nothing too over the top, nothing too crazy.

It definitely should not be a make it or break it.

Still a one out of three, just maybe an hour or two on the install.

However, if you want to skip over the wiring and the custom wiring, you can get a straightforward

wiring harness sold separately by T-Rex.

Basically, what that will do is knock off like an hour's worth of time on the install,

making it a little bit more straightforward.

Brackets are included in the kit to help you get this done.

And actually, they're welded on, so it's a very straightforward process.

Bolt that down and then get to town on the wiring.

Whether or not you pick up the harness, one out of three wrenches, about an hour or two

on the install.

If you're the owner of a 2015 or new EcoBoost F-150, whether it's a 2.7 or a 3.5, you should

probably check out the T-Rex Torch Series bumper grille, with additional three-inch

today we're going to darling harbour

when you arrived at the darling harbour

you will see restaurants and cocktail bars

SEA life aquarium and wildlife sydney zoo are also located at the darling harbour

but I didn't go there because tomorrow I will go to Taronga zoo

we bought tickets to rode ferries wheel to see a better view of darling harbour

you will see so many skyscrapers. it's so beautiful even at night

told ya. it's so beautiful right?

for dinner we went to pancakes on the rocks

we ordered two pancakes

we wait so long to get our food done

at that time the restaurant is not even crowded

when the pancakes came, guess what we got?

to catch The Taronga zoo ferry

the zoo is located 12 minutes from Circular Quay by ferry

the zoo pass also includes a ride on a cable car or bus to the top entrance

X men Dark Phoenix Production Details and Possible Storyline - Duration: 6:53.

X men: Dark Phoenix is undergoing its production in Montreal right now in a silent and quiet

manner.

It hasn't yet made so much whirling buzz on the social media like 2018's other upcoming

movies like Avengers Infinity War.

But it will.

X men fans, this is what DC, Marvel and Dragon Ball Fanverse has got for you.

Recently, some set photos have been unveiled through the tweets of Tye Sheridan playing

Cyclpos in the movie, depicting his new looks.

The pictures confirm that Cyclops is getting a new visor in the Dark Phoenix making him

look more realistic than what he looked in the X men: Apocalypse.

Many fans have found his looks to be close to that of actor James Marsden's looks in

earlier X men movies.

This movie will follow the Dark Phoenix Saga comic's storyline featuring the young version

of Jean Grey played by Sophie Turner.

Many fans are questioning that when the Dark Phoenix storyline was followed in X men: Last

stand, why Fox is producing a second movie on the same story?

The reason is, in Last Stand, the Phoenix Saga was touched slightly just focusing on

some of its elements; it wasn't captured in details but in Dark Phoenix the story will

be followed in its full depth and it will be pushed in the cosmic and in space.

Previously there were rumors about Angelina Jolie signing for the role of the Shi'ar

Alien Empress Lilandra but that was a petty rumor as we now know that Jessica Chastain

is being negotiated by Fox for the role.

However Jolie as Maleficent in her black attire and swag was sizzling on the screen so I guess

she could have justified with the role of Lilandra and outplayed Jessica Chastain at

the same time.

Jessica Chastain is a great actress, no offence.

The Dark Phoenix is set in the 1990's but the plot is still not confirmed but as it

is based on the Dark Phoenix Saga, we can get our hands on the comics plot to predict

what the movie is about.

So, here is the Dark Phoenix Saga Comics Plot: The Dark Phoenix Saga storyline was featured

in the Uncanny: X men comics #129 to #138.

Returning from the space mission, Jean was exposed to the deadly radiation of solar flare

and attains her ultimate telekinetic and telepathic powers and got her new costume, identity,

power of phoenix on the earth.

She repairs the M'kraan crystal and restrains her power and keeps the crystal under her

own possession.

Mastermind targets her as he wants to prove himself and join the prestigious inner circle

of Hellfire club and he takes the identity of Jason Wyngrade, seduces Jean and projects

illusions into the phoenix mind by the help of a mind tap device.

Due to the illusions Jean starts to believe that she is the Black Queen.

Jean helps Hellfire to capture X men and Jean's love interest Cyclops is faced by the Mastermind

himself.

He kills Cyclops in the psychic duel.

Jean gets furious with it, breaks Mastermind's hold on her psyche and she shatters the final

barriers of her power and renames her to be the ''Dark Phoenix''.

She made telepathic illusions in Mastermind's mind with God hood and turns him insane.

To break her tie with the less powerful identity of Jean Grey, she strikes over the X men and

departs for the distant galaxy.

Her power proves to be far more evil than she thought.

Her inter galactic trip leaves her drained so she recharges herself by devouring the

energy of the nearby star D' Bari causing supernova which kills an entire population

of the civilized planet orbiting the star.

Shi'Ar Vessel attacks her to prevent more damage.

Jean destroys the Vessel but before she could destroy them, the message is passed on to

Lilandra by the vessel.

Empress Lilandra and X men join hands to stop Jean from destroying more stars in the space.

So that is the plot.

The story can be changed slightly in the movie to fit well in the screenplay and it's a

common practice now.

I have no idea how are they going to stick to the original plot of the comics.

Many fans were irritated with Fox Studios approach in X men: Apocalypse and they totally

disliked what they had done with the X: men team.

So fans are claiming a reboot of the franchise and they want Marvel to take over the movie

rights from Fox.

A fan named Anon, commented in Deadline "Nobody cares about these mediocre mutant movies.

Let us all hope Marvel gets back the rights of Xmen , so we can see the freaky team as

it was meant to be, blue and yellow vinyl costumes and masks, really outrageous, bright,

wild, quirky, a true superhero picture with a love of the source material.

No grey flight suits with miscast actors and villains who can barely float.

I will add for balance that the extended cut of Days Of future Past was great."

Well, Anon might think so but in reality, this is not so easy.

Marvel Studios cannot take over the movie rights from Fox even if they wanted to.

Fox is benefiting financially from the franchise so why they would let it go?

Don't forget the Fantastic Four conflicts between Marvel and Fox.

Fox was sinking with that franchise, they were spoiling it and going on losses with

it but they were so clingy and egoistic to let it go.

They did give back Marvel the movie rights of Fantastic Four but that too in exchange

of Xmen TV rights.

X men movie rights can go back to Marvel when same sorts of problem occurs with this franchise

as well but till then we all have to watch Fox made X men movies and hope they won't

spoil it in the upcoming movies.

The Dark Phoenix will hit the theatres on 2nd November 2018.

Our kidneys are super important for our health. They filter our blood, produce hormones, absorb

minerals, produce urine, eliminate toxins, and neutralize acids. So as one of the most

important organs in your body, your kidneys deserve some love.

Damage or steady decline of your kidneys can often go unnoticed for years as your kidneys

can still do their job with as little as 20% of their capacity. Therefore kidney diseases

are often referred to as �The Silent Diseases�. That�s why it is so important to take care

of them before it is too late.

Here�s a list of 10 common habits that put a lot of pressure on your kidneys and can

cause serious damage over time.

1. Not Drinking Enough Water

Your kidney�s most important function is to filter blood and eliminate toxins and waste

materials. When you don�t drink enough plain water during the day toxins and waste material

start to accumulate and can cause severe damage to your body.

2.Too Much Salt In Your Diet

Your body needs sodium or salt to work properly. Most people however consume too much salt

which may raise blood pressure and put a lot of stress on the kidneys. As a good rule of

thumb, no more than 5 grams of salt should be eaten on a daily basis.

3. Frequently Delaying The Call Of Nature

Many of us ignore the urge to go because they are too busy or want to avoid public bathrooms.

Retaining urine on a regular basis increases urine pressure and can lead to kidney failure,

kidney stones, and incontinence. So listen to your body when nature calls.

4. Kick The Sugar Habit

Scientific studies show that people who consume 2 or more sugary drinks a day are more likely

to have protein in their urine. Having protein in your urine is an early sign your kidneys

are not doing their job as they should.

5.Vitamin And Mineral Deficiencies

Eating a clean, whole food diet full of fresh vegetables and fruits is important for your

overall health and a good kidney function. Many deficiencies can increase the risk of

kidney stones or kidney failure. Vitamin B6 and magnesium, for instance, are super important

to reduce the risk of kidney stones.

An estimated 70 to 80 percent of Americans isn�t getting enough magnesium, so there

Just as salt, caffeine can raise blood pressure and put extra stress on your kidneys. Over

time excessive consumption of coffee can cause damage to your kidneys.

9.Painkiller Abuse

Way too many people take painkillers for their small aches and pains, while there are many

10.Alcohol Consumption
