Hello everyone and welcome to a new Patch 7.3 Preview Video in "Las Aventuras de Perle"!
My name is Juanin and today we're taking a quick look at the Netherlight Crucible.
After some quests in Argus you will gain access to the Netherlight Crucible.
With it, you will be able to customize your equipped Artifact Relics.
Each relic will have three levels of customization, accesible from Artifact Level 61 and upwards.
The Crucible will display your Artifact Relics, and the Light and Shadow upgrades you can choose.
You can only choose one on each tier, so you will have to choose your path carefully.
While the first tier gives you a plain +5 Item Level upgrade for your artifact, ...
...the second tier will usually let you choose a passive combat effect that either heals you or grants you extra Shadow damage.
The third tier will allow you to put an extra rank on an already existing Artifact Trait.
If you want to take a look at the possible upgrades for a relic, ...
...you can drag and drop a relic from your inventory into the fourth slot in the Crucible UI to see them.
This feature is still under development, so make sure to go back to your favorite WoW fansite to check for updates.

The end of Highway 130
And we're about 4 miles away from the lava viewing area
At Mount Kilauea
This is the most active volcano in the world
It has been erupting consistently since 1983
And we're going to try to get a front row seat
Yes i'm ready
You know what I was going to ask you right
So basically you have 2 options
Directly in Kalapana
You can hike 4 miles
Or you can bike ride it
We rented bikes and we're also going to be getting a van ride about 50% of the way
To the viewing area
But on the way back
In the dark
We're on our own.
So that's the part
I am not anxious about for sure
I survived the Lava hike. Should we be afraid?
Alright we've decided we're not going to take the shuttle
We don't want to wait 20 minutes
We're going to go about 30 minutes downhill on bike to the viewing area.

I'd probably put it number 1 on my list seeing Lava
Either through this method
Or taking a helicopter

But you've got to see the lava somehow
Because that's what the big island is known for
It's just a couple of big volcanoes really
This is the most active volcano in the world
About 4 miles in that direction

How to start a profitable business
Many people have been emailing me asking me
Cassie go back to the real beginning when you first started your business
how can I start a business and what are the first steps I should take
if this is your first time on my channel welcome to KICKINwithCASSIE
what's crazy is the start of my business wasn't very long ago. We only launched about 10 months ago
and we've grown it to about $3,000 a week in sales only operating five nights.
to anyone who is new to my channel, I will give you a quick synopsis of what I do.
I graduated college last year and I started a late-night cookie delivery service
out of the back of a local bagel shop in my college town.
when my boyfriend Brandon and I started the business, we were living in our car
and we had to beg a local bagel shop to let us use their kitchen in their off hours
we were able to save enough to launch our first cooking much our storefront in September 2017
and we are really excited! so my first piece of advice don't wait for the
magical idea to come into your head I've heard so many people say that they have
so many ideas but they can't choose what's going to start or they want to
wait until they find the perfect idea they want to wait for their final idea
because they think they're going to be doing it for the rest of their lives.
but just start with something you're passionate about it doesn't have to be
something that you want to do forever. Just start a business to get your foot
in the door and start getting a sense of what it's like to work for yourself!
I don't plan for Cookie Munchers to be the business that I die with.
But I just graduated college and it's something for me to build up to learn about starting
my own business learn how to handle employees and get my foot in the door of
entrepreneurship. If I waited for the perfect long term idea to come along it
could have been 2 to 3 years in a job or career that I just don't want to be in.
Why not in the same amount of time start Cookie Munchers and then in the same
two to three years figure out what business venture I want to start next.
Most entrepreneurs start multiple businesses in their lifetime before they decide
which one they want to be in forever. They learn and grow from each one to get
them to where they want to be. The sooner you start the longer you have now is the
best time to start. Just start something! So your first step push any obstacles
and hesitations you have about starting now
out of your way. Your obstacles could be: "my ideas and perfect I don't have enough
money" or "I don't have enough time." There is never a perfect time to start a business
you have to make that perfect time by pushing through any obstacles in your
way in any way you can. Make a list of all the reasons you can't start your
business right now and take a real step back and look at it. Actually write them down!
Make a plan to fix them and have a timeline to do so. If you don't, it won't happen.
It'll always be pushed to later. If your reason is you don't have enough
time, then make time! Sleep less. Cut more time out of your television.
Work during your commute! Just make baby steps to getting started.
So now you're ready. You want to make moves toward your idea. So what do you do first?
Create a version of your idea to test it. It doesn't have to be perfect.
Ours sure wasn't. We did our first test run over a week-long period, my senior
year of college I tested the idea out of my house just to see if it was in demand.
And to get a better sense of if it could be successful.
The best way to tell if your idea will be successful is to test it. Go out and sell it!
See how it does! We had black and white flyers printed and passed them out throughout the town.
We didn't even have a website yet. We just put a link on the Flyers that
brought them to our Facebook page where we found a free app where people could
order through our Facebook page in the most unprofessional way possible and
only pay cash. I'll be the first to admit it was far from the perfect system.
But people were ordering! Just from those flyers, we were hitting 20 orders a night.
There's nothing to test your idea better than pure sales. So let's say you have a
product idea that you want to invent. Try making a mock version yourself and
creating a few of them to test and sell. If you can't do it yourself, find someone
who can help you just make a few of them and sell them. It's very unlikely that
someone's going to come and steal your idea just from you selling a few of them.
Most people honestly just too lazy. Now with 3d printers, many prototypes can be
turned around in less than 24 hours. I'll even put in the description box below, a
company that will help you build a prototype now. If you have a service you
want to sell, do the same thing! Test it. Make some Flyers of your cleaning
service or whatever it is and pass them out throughout the town. Offer to do
a few places for free just to get some reviews started on your Facebook page.
Reach out to local Facebook groups and tell them about your newly found business.
I can't stress enough that testing your idea is the most important
thing you can do to make sure you don't waste your time or money on an idea that
no one wants. Oh! And did I mention this stage of your product does not have to
be perfect by any means. If you wait until your product is perfect, it will be too late.
You better believe our first week in making cookies, they were far from perfect!
Then after you test it, if you haven't already, come up with your
business name then go to your county's Registrar's Office.
They usually have a website online where you can check if your business name is
taken so that you can avoid getting in trouble. The easiest way to do this is to
Google "Check Business Name Availability" and follow that by your state and your
county that you're in and then press on the first thing that pops up.
And I'm sure that's going to be the page where you have to figure that out.
The logistics. If you're selling a product that you invented, make sure you go and
patent it. Google a local patent attorney and speak to them about your idea.
Usually that first consultation is free so make use of it! If that isn't relevant
to you, go register your business online. I would recommend setting it up as an
LLC because this protects you against lawsuits and helps protect your personal
bank account. Then in a few weeks, you'll get back your paperwork and you are
officially a business owner! So take that paper to your local bank and get a
business bank account. Step 3. Now that all the business stuff is out of the way,
it's time to move on to the fun stuff. During your test run, you may have
already designed a logo. But if you haven't, now is the time you can try it yourself.
or you can hire a graphic designer.
There's a website called Fiverr, which I will link in the description box below...
where you can basically get anything you need, made pretty cheaply including logos,
animations, commercials, basically anything you could need for your small business,
for as low as $5. Then trademark your logo at uspto.gov. I will also put that
link in the description box below. Many people don't know this but when you
trademark your logo, trademark it in black and white. This is because that
makes it cover any colors that you could end up having your logo. If you
trademark it as a specific color, it is only trademarked under that specific color and
only protects those specific colors.
So you want to trademark it in black and white so that it covers all colors that you could
want your logo in. Then if you haven't already make your Facebook page take
some pictures or video and throw them on there to make it look professional. Make
sure you have a nice cover photo and profile picture as well. Step 4.
You can make Facebook ads, flyers. Pass them around town get into the local
church bulletins. Get into the local paper. Tell them your story. If you're
selling a product online, be open to using Amazon, eBay, and Etsy to sell your
product in the beginning as well. This will help get your foot in the door
because they already have a following coming to their website. Once you have
your sales moving, reach out to bloggers and ask them if they'd be open to
reviewing your product or service. If your audience reads their blog, it will
be worth it. Also don't just contact bloggers straight-out. Make sure you've
been liking and commenting on their pages as well, so they get to know you
first and don't just automatically push you off as spam. So that's how you get
your business started from the real real beginning. Last few pieces of advice I
will give you, is surround yourself with mentors if you can. Reach out to people
you admire and send them a sincere message. Obviously don't try to aim for
someone too high here because that would be a lot less likely to get results.
Tell them how much you admire them ask them if they'd be willing to sit down for
15 minutes for coffee where you pick their brain. Or if they're far away ask them if
they'll do a Skype call with you. Maybe if you could find a smaller entrepreneur
like someone on Shark Tank, you can contact them and ask them if you can
pick their brain. I've contacted now about three entrepreneurs that I saw in
Shark Tank and I got responses from every single one of them.
Whatever you're interested in, just ask them. It will never hurt to have someone by your side
that you can ask questions and who can mentor you through the process.
You can also read books to get yourself in the right mindset by just listening to
people you admire. The person I look up to most is Richard Branson. He's in the
exact space that I want to be in in the travel industry and everything he writes
in his book is super helpful and they're actually incredible. Next some people
would disagree with me on this but I highly suggest bootstrapping your
business. This basically means trying to fund it yourself in any way you can
without having to take on investors or a bank. This will ensure you have full
ownership and control of everything you do and ensure that you also don't have
debt to the bank.
This isn't often possible without a lot of sacrifices but as I said before, when
we first started Cookie Munchers, we were living in our car. We were in our car,
and that was okay! All the logistics don't have to be figured out immediately.
Sacrifices will have to be made to help your long-term goal. I would suggest
doing whatever you can to keep your ownership. It will pay off in the long run.
Lastly, be patient but push hard. Don't expect everything to turn out
perfect immediately. You will make mistakes and probably a lot of them but
don't let the money you lose from making these mistakes bring you down.
You better believe that telling people I was starting a late-night cookie delivery
service got a lot of hesitation and a lot of giggles. People thought I was
wasting my degree away by not getting a corporate job and doing an idea that
they never thought would work. But I tested it and I knew it was something
people would want. I lived in that town for four years and I can't tell you how
many times I would have loved to order warm cookies to my doorstep at night.
Don't let anyone bring you down and tell you to give up. Listen to your customers
and if they like the product or service and it's selling, keep doing it! So I hope

DJI Mavic Pro | The Best Mavic Pro Camera Settings for Cinematic Look - Duration: 5:34.
so you have a Mavic Pro and you want to know everything about it for sure you
want to know which are the best camera settings
well these video is for you, I'm going to tell you which are the camera settings
that I am using, I will explain you why in my opinion they are the most
cinematic settings in just a moment
the Mavic is a fantastic machine and I was super excited when I got this, of
course it is important to understand how to operate the camera and which settings
to use and this is what we're going to talk about today at the same time you
need to know that there is another component in order to get very cinematic
footage, which is the gimba!l the gimbal settings are also very important and I
will make a separate video about it so if you turn on the notification on my
channel and of course you subscribe to the channel you will know when that new
video is up but for now let's focus on the camera settings and actually let's
get right into it, So here we are on the Mavic controller and you can see the
display of my phone the first thing is that you want to make sure that you're
on video and the first settings is the ISO I use the manual and I try to use
the lowest ISO possible I use menu because I don't want my image to change
brightness or exposure while I am shooting so I try to plan my shot ahead
and keep the lowest ISO possible which on the Mavic is 100. On the Mavic you
cannot control the aperture of your camera but you can control the shutter
speed my recommendation is to set your shutter speed at twice the frame rate
you're using, following the 180 degrees shutter angle rule in order to have a
nice cinematic motion blur in your images. I am a 24 frames per second at
the moment so I will set my shutter speed at 50! of course when you are
outdoor it is very difficult to be able to use 1/50 of a second shutter speed
there is too much light for it so you need to use nd filters I personally use
the Polar Pro nd filters and I will put a link in the description if you are
interested to check them out I think this is one of the most important elements in
order to achieve cinematic images in your footage. So let's go through the
second menu first thing video size I use a 4k at 24 frames per second
most of the time 90% of the time sometimes I do set 30 frames per second
if I think I'm going to slow down the images in post by 20%, then video format
I prefer to use the MOV as I work on a Mac and I think the MOV is more suitable
in post-production. I live in the United States so I use the NTSC and I control
and set manually my white balance every time I heard the auto works fine on the
Mavic but I think it's easier to grade the images in post when you control the
white balance according to what kind of light you have. in here we are at the
style! the style is a controversial one you will see a lot of different videos
and tutorials that are suggesting different numbers I will tell you my
numbers and I will explain why I use them. I use -1 on sharpness
because I think that the image is straight out of the camera from the Mavic
are too sharp I use -1 on contrast in order to add a wider dynamic
range and I am satisfied with the saturation so I keep the saturation in
zero because it works fine for me. as far as they concern the color profile I use
the D- CInelike, I think it's a very easy profile to correct in post and also it

main part of the video super cool so it's got a eight flames shooting out on
all sides because if you ever read or seen the Ghost Rider
I mean his bike is it's like a ghost bike also with flames all over so it's
really cool a big oversized tires in the back that actually roll oversized tires
in the front they are so they roll really nice and smooth
here for the character to sit in here's the good look at the front of it
in this side of it it is a really cool bike and then here is the hobgoblin so
the hobgoblin is definitely a villain if you guys ever seen the regular Goblin I
mean the hobgoblins ride is very similar to that like a little odd
jet engine powered
what you call it then it's got a little missiles that could fire out here and
the hobgoblin right right on top of it okay then it does also come with three
characters which are spider-man the Hobgoblin and ghost rider
so you've seen me put you guys together in stop-motion animation so that's
really cool and also it comes with this cool little like three location with
newspapers because spider-mans alter ego is peter parker is our reporter so it's got
like little newspapers here you could take out a red box of blue box it's got
a flame pumpkin that the Hobgoblin uses ah those are like bombs that he throws a
spider-man and this also comes with this cool little launcher here so you go
ahead and take any of your Lego figures you put them on there you push this
thing back here and it's going to launch them up into air to the sub

The Socio-Politics of Night in the Woods and the Rust Belt | Gnoggin - Duration: 19:55.
Night in the woods is a very interesting game.
And not one that I would just recommend to everyone.
Though I enjoyed it greatly myself, it's not the kind of game that just anyone can
enjoy.
Though if you are around the age of 20, and are at all depressed or empathetic or are
wondering your place in the world, this game is for you 100%.
But one of the most interesting things about this game to me, was Possum springs, the town
the game takes place in, it is one of the most interesting, unique, realistic, and relatable
settings in a video game I have played.
So yes, there will be spoilers here, but nothing major.
So lets learn about Possum Springs, and its inspiration from the sad reality that is the
Rust Belt.
Now, maybe it's just me and my west coast education, But I hadn't even heard the term
Rust Belt until about a year ago.
And as I think about this, I feel like this video may be common knowledge to those who
live in it, but for me and I assume many of the rest of this side of the country, its
all new information.
But even though I had no idea what a Rust Belt was when I first heard it, thankfully,
I was able to piece together where it was just by the name of it.
It's this area of the U.S, Mainly Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, but also crossing into
Pennsylvania, Illinois, and western New York.
And it gets the name rust belt because… well, basically… it's falling apart.
The most famous city in the rust belt is of course Detroit.
So think of everything famous about Detroit, but spread throughout small towns scattered
across that part of the country.
Here we see the modern ruins of a prosperous past.
In the mid-20th century, this part of america was at its richest.
Its factories and mines were pumping out products left and right, and the big ones too.
Coal, Cars, construction equipment, machinery, steel, lumber, everything.
And this is reflected in Night in the woods well.
Possum springs was a mining town.
And the locals are proud of it.
Spanning murals of their prosperous time along walls, and erecting monuments.
Their local sports team are the Smelters, named after their once prosperous smelting
facilities in the area.
And the older citizens refer to the gold old days frequently.
These older citizens mostly would be from the Baby Boomer generation, the time when
this area WAS at its most prosperous, they grew up in an ever-improving world of high
middle class living.
Only for things to come crumbling down in their adulthood.
"And the kids these days don't understand that things used to be better," because
they grew up at its worst.
But why did it crumble?
Well that of course depends on the political views of who you are asking.
Those on the right will often say it's because Taxes and regulations got too costly, which
caused these businesses, mines and factories to either shut down, or relocate to where
it's cheaper.
And those on the left will tell you it's the greedy CEO's moving out to where they
can line their own pockets more.
And in reality, it's both, along with the added factor of technological improvement.
I mean, 1 miner with a machine can do the same work in a day that 10 miners could in
a week 60 years ago.
And yes, it became significantly cheaper to move these factories elsewhere because of
regulations and taxes.
But many, though not all of those regulations were for saftey's sake.
Afterall Mines and factories are dangerous places.
So It can be viewed as greedy CEO's wanting to just move instead of spending money on
guard rails and paperwork, but it also makes business sense.
Take me for example.
Just a few months ago I moved out of california because the cost of living is too high and
they tax me too much.
Being a Youtuber is considered running your own small business.
So I moved to Oregon for business reasons... and because the weather is much much nicer
here.
Factories, especially at the time, tend to have good wages.
Supporting tons of middle class families from 1 person, usually the father, working there.
So when these factories leave, suddenly these middle class families are stuck with middle
class bills to pay, but are stuck working for lower wages at retail jobs… and thats
if there are even any of those left!
This is also reflected by Mae's dad.
He used to work in the mines, but now works at a grocery store, and he hates it, Mae's
mom has to work now too.
And it sounds like, despite their efforts, something is going to happen to their house...
They probably cant afford to keep it anymore.
Beatrice and her father run a business together, but recently had to drastically downscale
to a small, worn down apartment, because they simply couldn't afford the nice house anymore.
The rust belt is full of empty houses, especially nicer empty houses, at least they used to
be nicer.
But all of the middle and higher class people left, or dropped into the lower class, foreclosures
skyrocketed, and most people could no longer afford to keep their houses.
The same goes for parks, schools, and businesses.
Because if people can barely afford their small houses and apartments, then they don't
have leftover money to spend at other businesses, so those businesses dont make enough money
to stay afloat, so they either fail, or move out to a more prosperous area.
LEaving the rust belt town even more empty and worn down.
At one point, you drive for an hour just to get to a mall, a nicer place to shop and hang
out, but even it is a bit run down and empty.
This is the point in the game that resonated with me the most, because this is happening
across the country, not just in the Rust belt.
Malls suck nowadays, at least compared to how they used to be.
And why?
Well beatrice says it pretty clearly.
Because of the internet.
There are many articles and predictions from economists that state that a "Mallpocolypse"
is just around the corner.
Multiple mall-chain stores can no longer afford to keep running.
They can't compete with internet prices and still pay Mall-rent.
Malls charge a lot for rent, and haven't really adapted to the times.
Most of them just don't realize that they are killing themselves.
And while its hitting malls hardest, the same thing is happening to outlet stores and small
businesses in general.
The internet is making them obsolete.
But while this is hitting the nation, it hits the rust belt especially hard, since its almost
all they have left.
Another point that gets brought up is that the small local businesses are closing first,
and they are being replaced with major chain businesses, like the Snack Falcon.
Seeing this made me relive a bit of culture shock I had a year ago, when I first visited
Oregon.
I had no idea that so many local businesses could exist in one area.
My hometown of Redding CA is 95% chain stores and restaurants, because the only places that
can afford to exist there are the ones with major backing.
But the problem with that is, when you say, buy a starbucks coffee at a walmart, most
of that money is going to another part of the country, where their headquarders are
based.
But when you buy a local thing from a local store, all of your money is going to be used
to further advance your own local area.
You are supporting your local area.
But at this point, the rust belt cant afford to support local, because there are so few
local businesses these days, only the major chains can afford to be there.
And so, its a cycle, and the people get poorer, and poorer.
And the effects are well shown in Night in the woods.
Firstly, everything is run down, but also, there are Lottery ads all over.
Notably, the poorer you are, the more likely you are to buy lottery tickets.
And lottery companies know this and prey on the poor for their dollar.
Lots of the young adults here, especially beatrice, wished they could have afforded
to go to college at all, but they can't, Too expensive.
New technology is expensive too, and even though this game takes place in 2017, most
of the tech in the world is outdated, from the early ot's.
People cant afford to keep up here.
One of the most prosperous and well kept local businesses in Possum springs is a pawn shop.
Likely because the poor citizens are selling their more valuable belongings to afford food.
Another interesting yet obvious statistic is that pawn shops also do better the more
poor a particular area is.
Also, the poorer it is, the more crime and drug use there is.
Which is also why the shadier of pawn shops do well.
And this is also referenced by Mae's friend Casey apparently being in the Meth making
business.
Another trait of the rust belt is sinkholes, which is a recurring point in night in the
woods too.
Its why there is so much construction going on, repairing the sinkholes.
The reason sinkholes are such a big problem in this part of the world is because of all
the old abandoned mines just sitting there, empty, slowly eroding holes underground.
The surface ground can only stay up for so long.
And this segways nicely into the spoiler-y-est part of the video, its about the underground
cult which, thoery: im pretty sure consists mostly of the city council members.
Though they are the antagonists of the game, I feel like they fit into the relatable category
of villains.
The ones that have a good point, good intentions, and are relatable and understandable, but
go about things in... not the best way.
In this case, they discovered that a sinkhole within one of the abandoned mines lead to,
EHEM, an eldritch horror known as the black goat, and when they sacrifice someone to it
their town prospers a bit for just a while.
So the connection between them and the city council is obvious, they are the only groups
you see in the game, and the both have the same goal.
Make the town great again.
And there we go, I said it.
Make the town great again.
Lets go political.
The way I found out about the term "Rust belt" is the same way many other people
found out about it.
The 2016 US presidential elections.
It was the unexpected twist of rust belt states turning red that caused Trump to be elected.
If you go back and look at these political maps, its easy to see that while the rust
belt contains a few swing states, they tend to be bluer, the few times they go red is
when the entire country has a very obvious preference.
But in recent years, people have been getting more and more polarized, so most media outlets
assumed these states would all be blue because of their more recent history.
Its why it was thrown left and right that clinton had a 90% chance to win, and then
she didnt.
Because of the Rust belt, a part of the country that is usually ignored.
And while places like Buzzfeed and popular tumblr blogs will tell you its because they
are sexist and racist, (even though they dominantly voted for Obama both times before, and have
been blue for most of history… so how and why would they suddenly become this….)
Anyway… the real reason is much more complicated, and much sadder than that.
Its because this part of the nation is called the rust belt for a reason.
*Video Clips *I voted for that obamer feller years back, I thought he would help* *Trumps
going to bring the jobs back, thats all I care about*
And a few journalists covered it very well.
This part of the country is experiencing all of those problems I mentioned earlier and
more.
Politicians of all kinds always promise more than they will ever give of course, but Obamas
campaign in particular was one of hope, hope, and change.
Which is exactly what the whole rust belt wanted at the time, and still wants, they
hope for a change that will make their part of the country, great again.
And after Obama made those promises, and fixed nothing... well..
Whats the point in voting for Hillary?
One of the major flaws that political analysers on ALL sides point to in Hillarys campaign,
was that she offered very little change.
She stood for basically everything obama did, little more, little less.
And since Obama did very little for this part of the country, why would hillary?
Meanwhile… Trump went out of his way to appeal to the rust belt.
Claiming that he wants to bring those jobs back.
Which is exactly what the people there want, it's what they want more than anything.
And they can look past the flaws that the media pounds upon constantly, because they
see voting for him as the greater good.
And even if he didn't campaign in that area exactly, many analysts still believe that
these states would have voted for him.
Because he still represents some form of change.
At least something will be different, at least there will be some, even if minor, some small
chance that things will get better...
And that's all these people want now… change for the better, instead of the constant
decline, and instead of being ignored…
And before the comments turn into a dumpster fire for me daring to say anything remotely,
vaguely, slightly, positive about trump.
*ehem* of course he isn't actually doing anything to help much at all, in fact a few of the
government programs that he is cutting the funding from are programs *specifically* made
to help that region do better.
Welcome to politics 101, every politician on every side promises more than they will
EVER be able to do.
Wow.
But the politics of the region and even the rest of the country are well portrayed in
Night in the Woods too.
Albeit subtly.
Both the rust belt and possum springs share a certain dynamic between conservatism and
liberalism.
The older generation is religious, with churches scattered about.
Christendom in the broadest sense, has both a form of conservatism, and generosity involved,
though not through liberal means.
What i mean is, politically speaking, christians and even just religious people in general,
tend to vote more conservatively.
Yet at the same time, tend to be involved much more heavily in charity organizations,
such as helping the homeless.
And you'll notice that the majority of the characters involved in the church even remotely,
are much older.
Meanwhile the discussions you have about spirituality with the younger characters reveal that they
tend to go either agnostic or atheist.
This along with the political ideologies we know of in the game, such as bea being part
of the young socialists, goes in line with what is currently happening.
Many in the older generations tend to be more conservative in general, while the younger
generation right now seems to be the most liberal they've been in modern history.
Part of it is due to polarization of course, but its also because of..well… everything.
Politics, especially in the broadest and generational sense, tends to be complicated.
Nobody is purely one thing, everyone is a shade of grey.
Near the end of the game we see Bea talk about the old cult people wanting to gain back the
"world of the past that barely existed".
Which is very accurate to how many younger people these days see the older generation.
You see on the news, older people talking about their glory days, about their booming
businesses, about Ronald Reagan, about a time where they could walk into a store with conviction
and get a job immediately.
A time where things were only getting better.
More than anything, the world you grow up in and spend your young adult life in becomes
your normal, it makes you who you are.
So "kids these days, they dont know" does have *some* merit to it.
Kids these days grew up in a post 9-11 world that was already falling apart, and ghost
towns are all over the place now.
This is the new normal, and many younger people cant even fathom it being any different.
Much like Bea, they have terrible childhoods, working extra hard just to be able to eat
tv dinners.
"If only those business had stayed, then things would be better.
But they are gone now, those businesses ruined everything, its their fault.
Forget the business sector, capitalism ruined everything! the government should help the
social sector so that my life would be better, so that its more fair."
And thus a socialist is born.
This is also exactly why we have phases and flip flopping political views through the
generations.
Kids grow up being raised by their parents from 1 or two generations behind.
Plus they grow up in a world that is being mainly effected and controlled by the previous
generation.
And because most of us are little rebels, at least on the inside, we want to be different,
unique, so we go against that.
While what classifies as conservative vs liberal has changed over the generations, its notable
that baby boomers were, for the time, very liberal.
But in turn, they raised generation X, a more balanced but leaning a bit towards conservatism
generation.
By today's standards though, both fall into conservatism much more, and that factor, along
with being raised by boomers and gen Xers, the Millennial generation is the most liberal
generation, possibly in history.
The Main characters in night in the woods would fall into the very tail end of this
generation.
And being raised in a more extreme environment of any kind affects your outcome too, in their
case, it makes sense that they would lean towards the left.
They are living in a falling apart city whose older inhabitants are all much more conservative
and, from their perspective, are stuck in the past.
And because the more conservative government doesn't seem to be interested in helping,
well, it just makes sense to do the opposite.
And tangential fun fact, the extreme left views of Millennials and early Gen Z kids
in general seems to be leading to the bulk of Generation Z being the most conservative
generation since the 1940s.
At least according to political, pop media trend, financial, and generational analysts.
And speaking of analysts, not to jump on any fear-trains, but I've read more than a few
times and even did my 6-month-long final project in High School on the prediction that California
is going to become the next sort of rust-belt.
Which looking at my home town, I can see 100%.
The politics and policies that *definitely* benefit southern california, are destroying
northern California.
And thus, more people and businesses are moving out of california, and moving to states like
Texas, Oklahoma, and Washington.
But thats a subject I could spend on hour on for another time.
To summarize, Often times, people who live in the area I do, the West coast, will have
no idea about the problems in the rust belt.
They are confused why and how they could even flip flop politically so much, especially
during the last election.
And to those people I say, Check out Night in the Woods.
It's easily the most accurate portrayal of that part of the country.
Desperate, yet strong and hopeful people of a once-prosperous part of the nation.
They are strong, and do everything they can to stay afloat, arm in arm they raise each
other up in their small towns.
Though, through seeing the continuous decline, some get desperate, and will overlook any
crimes or misdoings if it potentially works for the greater good of their area.
Sure, you could say some are stuck in the past, but at least they haven't given up.
And as on Ohioan, I've certainly experienced a lot of this first hand.
My home town was pretty much a cookie cutter rust belt area.

Does Contributory Negligence Affect a Car Accident Claim in North Carolina? - Duration: 2:18.
It is a complete bar to any recovery, for any accident in North Carolina, if there are
facts sufficient to determine that the injured party contributed even just a little bit to
the cause of the accident.
The best example I can think of is this; The other driver is at a stop sign.
The other driver blows through the stop sign.
But there's an eye-witness that says "My client, who was hit by the person who ran
the stop sign, was traveling seventy miles an hour, or over seventy, in the speed limit
that was set at fifty."
Is it negligent for my client to be traveling seventy miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour
zone?
Maybe.
That's for the jury or a judge to determine.
But it certainly sets up a factual situation where the insurance company can allege, with
some support, valid support, that my client contributed to the accident by their speed.
If they had not been speeding, then maybe they could have avoided the accident.
And when I have clients in my office and I'm explaining contributory negligence to them,
I have found that there's one visual aid that I can give.
And if I can borrow a sheet of paper I can give you an example.
Let's say that this sheet of paper represents one hundred percent of the cause of the accident.
This is one hundred percent.
And there are facts sufficient to show that my client caused that much of the hundred
percent of negligence.
That contributory negligence, not in every case, but in some cases, if it is found to
be legitimate and valid, can prevent my client, who is injured severely or killed, from recovering
one penny.
Extremely unfair result.
But that's the law in North Carolina.

MANCHESTER CITY boss Pep Guardiola is holding out for £14m for Stoke target Fabian Delph. The midfielder has been told he can leave the Etihad this summer as he is not in the first-team plans next season.
Delph will be keen to kick-start his career after a lack of game time at City.
City want £14m for England midfielder Delph. City have already rejected a bid from Potters chief Mark Hughes of around £10m earlier this month.
Guardiola wants to raise as many funds as he can as he continues to splash out with more than £200m already spent. Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has also been asked to be kept informed of any developments of a deal.
An Etihad source said: The club want a decent fee for Fabian, either though hes not in Peps plans and can leave. One bid has already been turned down but we expect them to come back with other offers soon.
We are taking a tougher stance on him as he earns £80,000-a-week, something well within the capabilities of other clubs.
We know he likes it up north as well and Stoke would be perfect for him as its close to everything he knows.

FAB-ian Delph puts Villa in the final. Delph has been at the club since 2015, after signing on a five-year deal from Aston Villa.
He made his debut at the International Champions Cup against Real Madrid in 2015, grabbing his first goal against Southampton in November of that year. Delph was due to captain Villa, but left to City just six days later.
Pep staying firm on his £14m price for Delph. During his two seasons at the club, the England international has only made 24 appearances.
The 27-year-old will be hoping to recapture some of his sparkling form shown at Villa Park. Joining up with Mark Hughes Stoke side may well be the break he needs.

Annoyed, Hae-sung slams a hand into the mystery man's chest to toss him away, but nothing happens. He tries again, but the man doesn't budge.
It's only then that Hae-sung recognizes him from the bus, when he'd asked Hae-sung if he "came back" recently.
The man growls in his face, "Listen well. Don't use your power recklessly." Hae-sung asks who he is, but the man just says not to do anything to draw attention, "Or you'll put all of us in danger.".
She tells Min-joon that Hae-sung is her cousin, which has Hae-sung frowning at her. Min-joon bounces over to say hello, but Hae-sung doesn't like the way he pats his shoulder like a little kid.
As Min-joon drives away, he looks back to see Hae-sung brushing his shoulder off with a big pout on his face.
She tells him that the mix was supposed to be mostly beer, but he says he feels fine. Cut to: Hae-sung staggering through the park, barely able to stay upright even with Jung-won's help, insisting that he's completely sober.
Those pink cheeks would disagree, hee.
Jung-won eventually gets Hae-sung home, and he beams at her as she complains that he has the worst drinking habits. He tells her that he saw both Young-joon and Hae-chul today, and she asks what they said.
But now he says sadly that he didn't have to do that, and he asks Jung-won, "How did I get here?" Jung-won doesn't know what to say other than that she's sorry, and she watches as Hae-sung nods off to sleep.
When Hae-sung wakes, he imagines that he sees all of his old friends there, smiling at him. He rubs his eyes and looks again, and they are there, only they're their grown-up selves.
They stare at him in wonder, and Ho-bang tells them not to think too hard about this.
They're all crying, including Hae-sung, as he recognizes each of them in turn. Jin-ju hugs him and wails that they knew he didn't kill Jung-chul, then Tae-hoon says tearfully that they're all doing well.
The next day, Hae-sung goes to Chungho and walks Ho-bang through everything that happened on the night that he died.
He explains that he left his bicycle light in the art room in his hurry to get help for Jung-chul, and points out the spot where the car hit him.
Hae-sung smiles brightly when Hae-chul joins them, grumbling that if Jung-chul's murderer really is someone else, he'll kill the guy (awww, he'll come around).
He confirms that Hae-sung's family was planning a surprise party for him that night, and that Jung-won sent Hae-sung to the art room on a made-up errand to buy time for them to get ready.
Jung-won asks her to leave, but her mother says that she's sorry for abandoning her when she was young. Jung-won snaps that she doesn't want to hear it, which is when Min-joon steps outside and sees the two women talking.
He slips into a corner to avoid interrupting, and accidentally eavesdrops. She tells her mother angrily that she doesn't need her money, but her mom says that she doesn't have to lie and holds out the envelope again.
Min-joon decides to do something, so he approaches the women and introduces himself to Jung-won's mother. He tells her that he and Jung-won are getting married, backing up her lie.

Hey, guys. So a few videos ago, I did the Get To Know Me Tag and talked a little bit about myself, and my
brother was the one asking me the questions. So for today's video, we're going to talk about my brother with
questions from the Sibling Tag.

Question two: What do you like and dislike about your siblings?
-Oh, I could go on about what I dislike.

What I don't like is you being camped in that room of yours doing your homework.

-*whispers* That is disturbing. -Huh?
-That way you twisted it was disturbing. -*groans, weird noises*
-Wait, is the camera getting it? -Uh oh. *gasps*

-Uh, not really. -What? Hey, what about...I'm not gonna say her name,
but what about her? -Who?
-Read my lips. *caw*
-*screams* -*laughs*
-Okay, okay, yeah! I give up!
How come I don't remember yours? -*caw*, right?
-Oh, he gone. -I know.
-Heeheehee. -Sad.
-Hahaha. -Is he your friend, though?
-Uh, acquaintances. -Kind of. I don't know.
-Heeheehee. -Question nine: Favorite inside joke?
-Huh? -Do we have an inside joke?
-I don't know.
-Uhh... *crickets chirping*

We could just say that we don't have one. -Okay.
-I guess.
-Number ten: Show the earliest photo or most...
...embarrassing of you and your sibling. -Welp, time to do some digging.
-Uh oh. Are you seriously gonna...? -I'll just do the earliest if not the most embarrassing.
-Now what's next? -And that was it! Wow, that was--that felt really short.
-Heehee. Ready to play some games? -Huh?
-Oh, you know what I'm talking about. -Maybe.
-Heehee.
-Allosaurus was a large Jurassic predator from the western United States, Portugal, and Tanzania that one
could recognize by the small horn it had over each eye. Although it had a weak bite force, this carnivore could
open its jaws extremely wide and effectively slash at its prey with its saw-like teeth.
