Background information was revealed by cable from Wikileaks which is believed to provide
details on a 2006 nuclear smuggling operation where the U.S. government took possession
of a 10-gram sampled of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) believed to be previously owned by the
Russians.
According to the cable, over two years ago Russian officials requested a 10-gram sample
of HEU seized in early 2006 in Georgia during a nuclear smuggling sting operation involving
one Russian national and several Georgian accomplices.
The seized HEU was transferred to U.S. custody and was being held at a secure DOE facility.
According to a secret "action request" dated August 17, 2009, from then Secretary
of State Hillary Clinton, sent to the United States Ambassador to Georgia Embassy Tbilisi,
the Russian Embassy, and Ambassador John Beyrle, then FBI Director Robert Mueller was directed
to personally conduct the transfer of one 10-gram sample of HEU to Russian officials.
This was to take place in a clandestine plane-side meeting on a tarmac in the early fall of 2009.
According to the cable – "We require that the transfer of this material
be conducted at the airport, on the tarmac near by the plane, upon arrival of the Director's
aircraft."
Mueller originally scheduled the meeting to "return" the sample to Russian officials
from DOE custody in April of 2009 but the trip was postponed for unknown reasons until
September 21 of the same year.
The leaked cable confirmed Mueller's flight to Moscow on September 21 in paragraph 6.
"(S/Rel Russia) Action request: Embassy Moscow is requested to alert at the highest
appropriate level the Russian Federation that FBI Director Mueller plans to deliver the
HEU sample once he arrives to Moscow on September 21.
Post is requested to convey information in paragraph 5 with regard to chain of custody,
and to request details on Russian Federation's plan for picking up the material.
Embassy is also requested to reconfirm the April 16 understanding from the FSB verbally
that we will have no problem with the Russian Ministry of Aviation concerning Mueller's
September 21 flight clearance."
Rather reminiscent of the infamous Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton meeting which occurred
on a Phoenix, Arizona, tarmac back in June of 2016 it seems.
Shady Washington politicians seem to have a penchant for conducting their less than
savory business dealings on tarmacs.
Also interesting to note, past dealings with the Russians are ALSO mentioned in the cable,
thus signifying that previous deals have taken place between the involved parties.
And for those questioning, this would be the very same Robert Mueller that is the current
special counsel appointed to investigate the so-called Russian ties of the Trump administration.
The very same Mueller that has been shown to have significant conflicts of interest
with regard to the integrity of his investigations including his close personal relationship
with ousted former FBI director James Comey.
Mueller has also stacked his team with attorneys that have given significant donations to the
Democratic National Committee.
One of which even did work for the Clinton Foundation.
The three attorneys were recruited from the Washington, D.C., law firm of WilmerHale to
assist Mueller's probe of Russia's interference in the presidential election and potential
collusion with Trump's political campaign.
Mueller worked at WilmerHale after retiring as director of the FBI.
The biggest donor among the lawyers was James Quarles, who donated more than $30,000 to
Democratic candidates and causes while in private practice, the records show.
A second lawyer, Andrew Weissmann, gave Barack Obama's campaign for president $2,300 in
2008, also while he was at a private law firm.
Lawyer Jeannie Rhee donated $5,400 to Hillary Clinton and $7,300 to President Obama.
Both of those donations were made while she was in private practice.
But in 2004, when she was a Justice Department lawyer, she donated $250 to the Democratic
National Committee, according to records compiled by opensecrets.org.
In a story headlined "Swamp Fights Back," Breitbart News reported that in 2004 Rhee
also did legal work for the Clinton Foundation.
Most federal prosecutors do not donate money to politicians while in government service
as a matter of course because it shows bias.
Yet, here we are still investigating the Trump administration for so-called Russian ties
when existing it seems a host of Washington officials are "in bed" with the Russians.

I think it's a fantastic tool,
and I'm going to add some extra info
as well as pronounciation tips
that will take you to the next level,
and some more facts about French culture.
And even if you just want to learn French on your own,
this channel is still for you.

I know, my name is always a big trouble for foreigners.
My wife, who is an American,
called me "honey" for many years,
she didn't want to pronounce my name.
I know most of the tricks that will annoy you,
because I know what annoyed her...
and although she's not around right now,
I know she's plotting something,
I wouldn't be surprised if there was some unexpected actions in some lessons...
I will make one video for each Duolingo course,
and I will explain both the basics
and more advanced questions as well.
I will try to make 5 to 10 minutes videos, not more.
Don't worry if you don't remember everything.
You can always watch the video again,
and I will sometimes repeat the most important things in further lessons.
And remember, you can make it!
But for that you need daily practice,
even if it's just 5 or 10 minutes.
My own experience is that
the best way to learn a language is through practice.
So even if this video will be in English,
I will also make its counterpart in French,
at a slower pace and with subtitles,
for you to be able to understand it.

You can also listen to the English version,
and then listen to the French while reading the subtitles,
it will be easier for you that way.
Let me tell you a secret.
They all say that French is difficult,
but it's not true because you already speak English,
and French is in many ways very similar to English!
In some cases, the effort is quite minimal.
For instance: La personne (The person)
est capable (is capable)
de comprendre (to comprehend)
le français (the French language).
Grammatical structures are almost the same,
but are sometimes inverted (inversé en français).
Note that it is not the French people's mistake,
the British are the ones always doing everything backwards:
they drive on the left hand side of the road,
they use miles, feet and inches,
it is 77 degrees outside when it's 25,
they don't want to use the Euro
and don't even want to stay in the European Union!
So, everything is their fault,
remember that the French language is in the correct order,
and as the English language is of course in the wrong order,
you have to put things back in their rightful place
when you speak French.
Genders are another challenge that scare foreigners.
In French, all nouns,
even those representing inanimate objects or concepts,
have a gender,
and to speak correctly, you have to know them.
It is not always very intuitive,
machine-gun (mitrailleuse) is feminine,
romantism (romantisme) is masculine.
But first you will learn the words directly with their genders,
and second even if you do some mistakes with the genders,
it is not a big deal, people will understand you.
Pronunciation is another aspect that puts off foreigners.
It is not that difficult,
and I will give you some techniques
to learn how to pronounce the sounds as accurately as possible.
Pronunciation is sometimes critical for people to understand you,
and the best is to learn how to pronounce correctly right away,
and develop good habits.
The other aspect is reading a text:
it is sometimes difficult to know how to pronounce a written word,
but it is not worse than in English!
One other fear is that French people speak fast.
But we all speak fast in our mother tongue...
at least that's what all foreigners learning a new language say.
The first time an American told me about "I-ly",
I had to make him repeat the word three times
before I could understand he was speaking about "Italy".
So, French people don't speak faster than the others,
but it is a little difficult at the beginning, and that's normal!
Another hot topic is verb conjugation,
but it is not more difficult than in English,
except maybe if you want to write litterature,
but let's calm down for now.
Finally, as you may have noticed,
there is a lot of common vocabulary (vocabulaire commun).
There are a couple of false friends,
but you can already thank the Romans and the Normands who,
besides conquering England,
have brought Latin into the English language
to make it easier for you to learn French.
As for the keyboard,
the accents and the special characters that cannot be typed directly in the Qwerty keyboard
can be typed by changing your keyboard layout,
there is no need to change your computer's physical keyboard!
In France, the Azerty keyboard is the one most widely used,
it is very close to the Qwerty keyboard
but doesn't allow typing all the characters easily,
such as accents on capital letters,
which are mandatory but often skipped in low quality documents.
Anyway, it is widely used in France,
and it is likely that you will be confronted to one of those if you come to France.
If you don't want to learn the Azerty keyboard,
you can use the International Qwerty keyboard which allows to type accents.
And if you're adventurous, you can learn the excellent Bépo keyboard
which is especially made for French
and allows to type all French characters easily,
although it is still rarely used in France.
In the worst case, within Duolingo you can use the inline help on the page
and not change your keyboard for now,
although the earlier you take good habits, the better.
Finally, I don't really like Duolingo's space repetition learning system,
which doesn't exist on the mobile version for now.
So, to learn the vocabulary and not forget everything after a week,
I advise you to install the free program Anki
or if you don't want to install anything on your computer,
you can go for Memrise or a similar site.

Before we start with our three steps, let's have a look
at our final project website that we're about to build.
OK guys. On the left side we've got our w3schools replica
and on the right side we've got w3schools.com, the real website
We've created a similar top navigation menu
the left navigation menu and the center of if which is the content.
I've changed a bit the footer as it's a more commonly used scenario
which will benefit you in the long run
we can also navigate through this to secondary landing pages
and then, one more level deep down
that's it, now let's go to our three steps.
we want to open our console
our terminal, "cmd" on Windows
and let's create a directory using the "mkdir" command: mkdir
and the name of the directory, I'll name it "cool-stuff" and hit "Enter"
then we want to change into this "cool-stuff" directory
using "cd cool-stuff"
once I've typed in enough letters I can press "Tab"
until I get the right directory and hit "Enter"
In this "cool-stuff" directory we'll put all of our future projects.
So let's start with our first step.
Let's go back to our browser and
and navigate to github.com I'll bump this up using "Ctrl and +" a few times
Let's go on your profile and choose "your stars"
Over here look for "pug-starter" and click on it
If you haven't got "pug-starter" to your favourites
This is the address where you can find it: "https://github.com/marianzburlea/pug-starter"
and once you're on the landing page you can use the "star" button to add it to your favourites
So it can be easily and quickly accessible later on.
The next step is to click on this green button, the "clone or download"
followed by copy to clipboard
Once we've got this text copied
let's switch back to our command line and do the first step.
which is: make a copy of this repository on my computer from GitHub
git clone, let's paste the path and then
hit "space" and give it a name. I'll name it "w3schools-replica"
Now, let's change into our new directory
using "dir" we can see that git created for us "w3schools-replica"
so let's say "cd w3" and let's press "Tab"
And hit "Enter"
Over here, if we say "dir", on Linux and Mac it's "ls -lah"
to do the same as "dir". Se we can see that we have a bunch of files over here and
if we say "git status" git will give us a message which means it's tracking this repository
if we say "git remote -v" we can see that
this project is still linked to "marianzburlea/pug-starter"
so we want to unlink it from there and link it to our personal project
in every project git keeps it's files in a .git folder
so we want to remove that at the moment
so on Linux and Mac we'll say "rm -rf .git"
which will remove the ".git folder"
on Windows we'll say "rd /s /q .git"
which will do exactly the same. Once we've removed the .git folder
if we say "git status" we'll get a fatal error.
which means: "git no longer tracks this project"
now let's fix that and go back to GitHub
and click this "+" icon next to your profile
and choose "new repository"
you should leave as owner your own username, I'll choose "codetapio"
and then I'll say "w3schools-replica"
The description is optional, feel free to fill in one.
I'll go on and hit this button "Create repository"
And let's pay attention to this part over here with this six lines.
This echo here will create a "README.md" file with this content in it.
This is necessary as when you want to initialize a git project
you need minimum one file in that project.
however if we say "dir" or "ls -lah" on Linux and Mac
we can see that we've got a bunch of files and folders so that's not the case for us
we'll skip this line over here and go straight to "git init"
Let's copy it and paste it in our command line and hit "Enter"
Now git has initialized a new repository in this folder.
If we say "git status" we no longer get a fatal error.
Now we also want to remove the source folder
as no examples files are needed because we'll start from scratch.
so to do that on Linux and Mac we use:
rm -rf src
and on Windows "rd /s /q src"
now let's go to the next one which is "git add"
and instead of adding the "readme" file we want to add everything
so when we say "git add ." it means:
add the current directory and everything in it so git can track it.
when we say "git status" we can see that the files have gone from red to green
which means git has started to track them.
Now let's save those changes with a message.
we can go for the default one however I recommend you to be a bit more creative
"This is my first save
in git which is called a commit
OK
The next two lines don't need any change so let's just copy / paste them
and hit "Enter"
give it a sec
once it's done if we refresh this page over here
we can see that our repository is synced from local to GitHub
Over here is also a commit link
It says: "one commit". If we click on it we can see our save
with the commit message.
Our next step is to tell node package manager to install dependencies.
so let's do that: npm i
installing ...
Once the install is finished we can close this one.
And let's open a new Visual Studio Code window.
And add our project to it.
Let's add "w3schools-replica"
and over here, let's recreate our source folder.
So we'll name it "src" ... by clicking the new folder icon.
and in this "src" folder
let's create an "index.pug" file.
So "index.pug"
In this file let's do a very basic, minimal html template
so "doctype html"
Then we follow it by html, and head, and body
In PUG it's very important to pay attention to spacing
as everything needs to be indented properly
so children and parents can know which one is which.
So over here let's say in the head: "title this is my first pug file"
and a tag: "h1 Hello from PUG"
Let's save this and let's go for the menu: help
and "Keyboard shortcut reference"
Let's bump this a bit.
Let's look for "terminal"
So over here you have some shortcuts, just find the one for your operating system.
For Windows it's: Ctrl + '
to toggle the command line or the terminal
So if I say " Ctrl + ' "
it'll toggle the command line
On Mac it's "alt" and some nearby key, I forgot which one it is.
anyway, once we've got the command line opened
our first step it to say: npm start
and it'll open the browser with our HTML page
Let's split this screen and play a bit with it.
... weird alien noise ... OK, so this should look fine.
now, every time we save this index.pug file
gulp will watch the pug file being saved
and compile it in the temporary folder in its corresponding index.html
let's open both of those ones. I'll click the split window button over here.
and then I'll go on the left side and choose to split them horizontally
so I'll have the index file, index.pug file over here
and the index.html file over here opened.
Once I make any change over here
watch what happens. So I make a change and then save it.
when I save it this dot ("circle") will dissapear over there, it'll convert, sorry
it'll convert into a cross.
Once I saved this file, gulp compiled PUG into HTML
the HTML file has been updated and at the same time the browser has been refreshed.
Let's do it one more time: "let's ... do ... it ... one ... more ... time"
This time I'll choose file and save. Once I click save.
Watch over here what happens, and then over here, and then over here.
So: file, save.
See? index.pug has been converted into HTML
by the gulp process that watched that file
also the browser has been refreshed.
You'd be quick to notice that in pug we no longer have to have
opening and closing brackets and opening and closing tags
we just type the tag name followed by a space and then the contents of it
more about pug coming up.

the equal rights of freedom of expression on our social media accounts, youtube channel

For those who wondered where the video of a business corruption of Guthire Hospital
System is, my counsel has advised me not to put it up until the counsel fully reviews
it.
We had a issue that we wanted to point out but with that, the doctors name was on the
letter plus another issue.
One thing is, I do respect the privacy of that doctor.
That doctor was one of the good ones that's employed by Guthire.
However the doctor did went corrupted when he started to lie about a issue including
lying about my wife that was in that video.
Now this was a very smart move that I made contacting my counsel.
And I want to expose it, but I need to be very careful on this issue and I hope you
understand.
Now we will unlist the stand-by alert video until further notice.
I will personally release another statement on the decision of our counsel by the end
of this week.

My administration has informed me about a current situation about one of the videos
posted about the Harris County precinct 1 deputy harassing a black teen.
We had 66,988 views on that video including 251 likes and 19 dislikes.
As far as the comments everyone, we had 241 comments.
Now as far as the sides I take.
Some of you that watches my channel knows that I'm not politically correct and won't
put up with a certain agenda that trashes American Rights and freedoms.
Due to the professional level we have with the government of Harris County due to the
media things we do for them; we have decided not to take the sides of Harris County precinct
1.
CWN NEWS is corporate media and will remain corporate media, however our decision will
shake the world of media outlets and those whom supports the decision of Harris County
corrupted activities.
We fully stand with Mr. Gipson in this investigation due to the raw video clip we've seen including
his side of the story.
Harris county Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen and his staff will not release statements
until the investigation is complete.
Precinct 1 still hasn't released any bodycam or dashcam footage.
However we're working with a county judge right now to get a court order to have that
footage released.
Precinct 1 doesn't respect the, freedom of the press and freedom of information act
for both state and federal level.
That is why the judge that CWN NEWS is working with now, we will get our hands on that footage
soon.
We asked that judge to make that court order non-appealable for a lifetime nationwide for
all courts including the U.S Supreme Court.
As far as the comments go; I know each and everyone of us is extremely ticked off.

We already had some cases and we won those cases due to the "fair rights" laws attached
to the copyright laws.
Now what we do post we will also claim that we do not use it for profit or gain.
That is a true statement.
We do not make profit or gain on the videos that we post.

BOMBSHELL: Hillary Clinton Ordered Mueller To Deliver Uranium To Russians In 'Secret Tarmac Meeting' - Duration: 4:58.Background information was revealed by cable from Wikileaks which is believed to provide
details on a 2006 nuclear smuggling operation where the U.S. government took possession
of a 10-gram sampled of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) believed to be previously owned by the
Russians.
According to the cable, over two years ago Russian officials requested a 10-gram sample
of HEU seized in early 2006 in Georgia during a nuclear smuggling sting operation involving
one Russian national and several Georgian accomplices.
The seized HEU was transferred to U.S. custody and was being held at a secure DOE facility.
According to a secret "action request" dated August 17, 2009, from then Secretary
of State Hillary Clinton, sent to the United States Ambassador to Georgia Embassy Tbilisi,
the Russian Embassy, and Ambassador John Beyrle, then FBI Director Robert Mueller was directed
to personally conduct the transfer of one 10-gram sample of HEU to Russian officials.
This was to take place in a clandestine plane-side meeting on a tarmac in the early fall of 2009.
According to the cable – "We require that the transfer of this material
be conducted at the airport, on the tarmac near by the plane, upon arrival of the Director's
aircraft."
Mueller originally scheduled the meeting to "return" the sample to Russian officials
from DOE custody in April of 2009 but the trip was postponed for unknown reasons until
September 21 of the same year.
The leaked cable confirmed Mueller's flight to Moscow on September 21 in paragraph 6.
"(S/Rel Russia) Action request: Embassy Moscow is requested to alert at the highest
appropriate level the Russian Federation that FBI Director Mueller plans to deliver the
HEU sample once he arrives to Moscow on September 21.
Post is requested to convey information in paragraph 5 with regard to chain of custody,
and to request details on Russian Federation's plan for picking up the material.
Embassy is also requested to reconfirm the April 16 understanding from the FSB verbally
that we will have no problem with the Russian Ministry of Aviation concerning Mueller's
September 21 flight clearance."
Rather reminiscent of the infamous Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton meeting which occurred
on a Phoenix, Arizona, tarmac back in June of 2016 it seems.
Shady Washington politicians seem to have a penchant for conducting their less than
savory business dealings on tarmacs.
Also interesting to note, past dealings with the Russians are ALSO mentioned in the cable,
thus signifying that previous deals have taken place between the involved parties.
And for those questioning, this would be the very same Robert Mueller that is the current
special counsel appointed to investigate the so-called Russian ties of the Trump administration.
The very same Mueller that has been shown to have significant conflicts of interest
with regard to the integrity of his investigations including his close personal relationship
with ousted former FBI director James Comey.
Mueller has also stacked his team with attorneys that have given significant donations to the
Democratic National Committee.
One of which even did work for the Clinton Foundation.
The three attorneys were recruited from the Washington, D.C., law firm of WilmerHale to
assist Mueller's probe of Russia's interference in the presidential election and potential
collusion with Trump's political campaign.
Mueller worked at WilmerHale after retiring as director of the FBI.
The biggest donor among the lawyers was James Quarles, who donated more than $30,000 to
Democratic candidates and causes while in private practice, the records show.
A second lawyer, Andrew Weissmann, gave Barack Obama's campaign for president $2,300 in
2008, also while he was at a private law firm.
Lawyer Jeannie Rhee donated $5,400 to Hillary Clinton and $7,300 to President Obama.
Both of those donations were made while she was in private practice.
But in 2004, when she was a Justice Department lawyer, she donated $250 to the Democratic
National Committee, according to records compiled by opensecrets.org.
In a story headlined "Swamp Fights Back," Breitbart News reported that in 2004 Rhee
also did legal work for the Clinton Foundation.
Most federal prosecutors do not donate money to politicians while in government service
as a matter of course because it shows bias.
Yet, here we are still investigating the Trump administration for so-called Russian ties
when existing it seems a host of Washington officials are "in bed" with the Russians.
