HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE - MUSCLE HYPERTROPHY - Duration: 3:15.
Hello everyone!
I'm Mario Gabud and in this video I'm going to explain to you what to do in order to gain more muscle
i.e. achieve muscle hypertrophy.
Well, the muscle hypertrophy is actually how muscles try to adapt to increased shock.
In this instance, the shock comes from trainings.
What should you do to achieve this muscle hypertrophy?
Well, the best way to achieve it is by training with about 70-80% of your 1RM
i.e. the most weight you can lift for a single rep.
And lift that weight in sets of 8-12 reps.
Calculating the proper weight is fairly simple.
Let's say the most you can bench press is 100 kg (220 lbs).
Multiply those 100 kg with a factor of 0,7 or 0,8 and what you get is 70-80 kg (154-176 lbs).
This formula can be used for any other exercise as well.
Multiply your RM by a factor of 0,7 or 0,8 and the resulting weight is what you should lift for sets.
You should train up to 2 muscle groups in a single workout.
For example: chest and biceps or back muscles and triceps or shoulders and legs, whatever you prefer.
Do about 4 different exercises and 4-5 sets of every exercise for each of those 2 muscle groups.
Rest between two sets should be 90-120 seconds and a break between 2 exercises should be about 3-4 minutes.
That's it. Work like this for about 8 weeks.
After that,
your muscles will already adapt to this weight so you should shock them again by changing something.
What I suggest you should do is increase the weight to about 85% of your 1RM
and lower the number of reps to let's say 6 reps for the next 4 weeks.
When those 4 weeks have passed, go back to initial training regime.
But don't forget to calculate in your progress as well.
As you train your 1RM will eventually progress and you should increase the weight you work with
so that it still is about 70 – 80 % of your RM.
The weight won't stay the same because as your muscles grow so does your strength
and those 70% of your 1RM might increase from previous 70kg (154 lbs) to 80 kg (176lbs).
So, keep track of those changes.

CHINESE: Okay so I am back home now and I'm a bit hungry so I'm going to eat a snack.
But I want to share with you guys the snack I made.
So...I'm eating this now..
It's a small ball and I call it 'cookie dough bites'.
and actually it's very easy to make.
In a blender I just blended chickpeas, oats, dates and almonds, these 4 ingredients, to make this small soft ball.
It's really really delicious and easy to make so
if you have time you should make these, and they're healthy too so I really like them :)
KOREAN: It's sooo delicious!

CHINESE: So usually when I make snacks I will make these kinds of things

So my answer is....
(about) 1 hour
But, to me watching korean dramas is also learning korean,
so maybe...2 hours (per day)
But, I don't study korean EVERY day..
If I want to study it, I will. If I don't feel like it, I won't.
But usually I want to (feel like) study korean so I study it almost everyday.
CHINESE: Okay so I've finished studying Korean now,
now I am studying Chinese.
Because actually some people may not know,
apart from Korean I also study Chinese at university
so I am studying it now, and I also wanted to explain,
the reason why I'm studying now is because I currently have classes
Holidays are over, and if it were the holidays I wouldn't be studying on a Sunday, but
because I have class this week I'm studying now.
So now, I'm going to continue with Chinese, and afterwards
probably eat dinner, and then...
At the moment I don't know what I'll do,
but I hope it'll be interesting so you guys won't be bored :)

Bend Steel With Your Bare Hands - Duration: 2:16.

Rev up your engines!
It's time for the Scotty Kilmer Channel.
Today I'm gonna show you how you can bend steel with your bare hands.
And you dont need to have super strong arms, just look at these little twigs of mine.
I can bend them with mine, when I use a little heat.
Now a while back, I had a muffler sent to me and it had the wrong angle on the hangers.
So I just heated it up and bend it backwards so it worked.
And all you need is a torch, and a pair of vice grip pliers.
First you hook up the vice grip pliers, hook em up here nice and tight.
Then you get your torch, and heat it all around until its red hot.
Then when its nice and hot, you start bending it.
Give it a nice even heat and bend it the other way.
And keep bending it till you get it when you want it.
And now you can see it's pointing forwards the way it needs to be to fit on the car.
Now yes, I am using an oxygen acetylene set up, a little mini one that I bought used years
ago for a couple hundred bucks, but you can go cheaper.
You can use this little twenty dollar propane torch.
It's just gonna take a lot longer to get it red hot, that's all.
But me, I'm not that patient of a man, so I'll stick with my used oxygen acetylene set
up, these mini tanks only cost twenty or thirty buck to fill up every once in a while.
So the next time you want to bend steel with your bare hands, now you know how to do it.

in the last 13 weeks 12 going on 13 years well this one person gave me a
bear and then a book but they want are my birthday they were just like gifts
for me to me but anyway I haven't gotten birthday gifts in almost 13 years so
yeah I'm counting on you guys to break this curse because I love gifts I don't
know why people have stopped giving it to me apparently here in my culture I'm
a grown woman actually expecting presents no every girl wants something
and I want to expect you guys to donate to me on patreon which would be lovely
but I know a lot of you are students or kids so I can't expect you guys wants to
your parents credit cards but you don't have to send me teddy bears even though
I love them and all that just be creative do something that I can

Decorate With Me: Getting Started & Drawing A Floor Plan - Duration: 10:04.
Hi friends! How are you? I hope that you're doing well and that you're
feeling a little bit better than the weather is outside today because it's
going from like sunny, to gloomy, to sunny, to gloomy so, hopefully, you're
just feeling plain old sunny! Today, I thought I would share a little bit of an
update on where I'm at with decorating this place, as well as some helpful tips
for getting started on a project like this. Now, I have to admit that I haven't
really made a lot of progress since I showed you around last time. But, if you
remember where I was a couple months ago you'll be happy to know that I have
upgraded to some prettier temporary shades. The sheet and the blanket are now
gone, which is great... right? Yes, this is a nice aesthetic upgrade and helps to hold
me over while I make some decisions, but it is not a permanent solution and I am
very much looking forward to something that is more of a permanent solution.
Between the client projects I've been working on, getting started on these
videos, other partner projects, and just balancing my life out again things have
been at a standstill... and I really haven't had the stamina or the bandwidth
to kind of push this forward. And, now that kind of puts me in a situation of being
the cobbler with no shoes, which is kind of sad and a little embarrassing... um... but
it's going to change so it's all fine. Plus, I am super picky when it comes to this
type of stuff, so I really haven't found things that inspired me and I wanted to
be part of this project. However, I have recently discovered a couple things that
I am super excited about, as well as some DIY projects that I have on my radar so
things are starting to turn around. My vision is coming together a little
bit more and I'm just getting more excited to finally push this forward and
start to get my home more settled, be more comfortable, and just be inspiring
again and the place that I like to call home. I'm sure many of you have found
yourself in decorating situations because you've just moved or you want to
makeover a part of your home and you're standing there going... "I don't know where
to start." "I don't know to do."
"I'm so overwhelmed."
"Where do I start?"
"What do I do?"
"Do I start over here?" You're not alone. Even the most well versed designer or
home DIY-er finds themselves overwhelmed when they're starting a new project. But,
that's why we simply take a step back and we break it down. To help get your
thoughts organized about what you're about to do you want to start by making
a list. I know it sounds super basic, but it's imperative to help you focus on
what you're about to do and get all your thoughts in order.
It also helps so that you don't continue to cycle back around to the same thing,
if you've ever noticed that... you keep thinking about one thing that you need
to do. Like, for example, that I need to take care of my windows. I know. I keep
staring at them every day... but I want to get that thought out of my head so I can
move on to something else... so write it down. You want to think of
this as your brain dump on decorating. Let your creativity run rampant and do
not discourage yourself because of budget... YET. You never know what you'll be
able to DIY or find on sale. Now, if you remember that you need a coffee maker, or
pots and pans, or something like that don't put that on this list. Keep this to
the project at hand, which is decorating, and remember... down to the smallest detail.
So that's cabinet knobs or touching up a spot on a wall somewhere that you need
to take care of... write all of that stuff down. Now, you can do this list as one
huge master list that you can later go through and categorize by room, or you
can actually do it where you just start breaking it out by room from the start. I
prefer to break my list out by room because that's how my mind thinks. So,
I'll go through and I'll have the living room, bedroom, entry, kitchen, bathroom, and I
have all of those spaces written out. When you break things out by room the one thing you
want to do is make sure you leave space at the end of that list so that you can
always continue to add to it... because you never know what other things are going
to pop in your head and you don't want to get your list all sloppy,
disorganized or have to unnecessarily rewrite it. So, just keep that
in mind. The next fun thing we're going to do is draw a floor plan... to scale. I
know! I bet the floor plan part sounds really fun but the "to scale" apart... hmm... that
sounds kind of hard and tedious, right? Well, it's not. I promise it's much easier
than you think and it's actually going to save you a lot of frustration and
money in the long run. Now there are programs out there online that will be
able to help you create a floor plan, however, I actually still prefer to do
the old-school method of graph paper. Now, to get started you're going to want to
measure your entire space, as well as any nooks and crannies or boxouts, kind of
like I have back there in the corner of my living room, and any furniture that
you have and you want to keep. Don't worry about drawing it to scale at this
point. You can just make it really rough. You can see here that mine is actually
quite sloppy and really not neat and tidy at this point... totally fine. Once you have
everything measured and sketched out now it's time to talk about drawing it to
scale. The reason you want to draw it to scale is because it's going to help
you to know what's going to fit and what's not going to fit. So, when you go
to shop for furniture, bring things into your space, you're not going to buy
things that are too small and you're not going to buy things that are too big...
you're going to buy things that are just right... so you can kind of think of yourself as
Goldilocks. Don't be intimidated by the numbers when it comes to drawing to
scale. I know that can be overwhelming, but it's really quite simple and I have
faith that you're going to be able to do this even if you're not a numbers person.
So I'm going to break it down for you right now so that we can try a little
bit together. So there's only a couple supplies that you need for this. You
basically need a pencil, a good eraser, a ruler, a calculator, and some graph paper...
and I'll put a link to all those items in the description below in case there's
anything you don't have and you want to do a quick order for. Now, I like to use
an 8 x 8 graph paper because I find that the squares aren't too big, they're
not too small and they're really just the right size to fit a good-sized space
on that piece of paper. So the first thing we're going to do is determine the
scale for our floor plan... and what that means is we're basically figuring out
how many inches each one of these little teeny, tiny squares is going
to represent... and to do that I'm going to take the longest measurement that I have,
which for this space is 243... and I'm going to divide that by 2....and that
equals 121.5. Now, there aren't 121 squares going across this piece of paper.
There's actually only 88, so that's not going to work for our scale. So next I'm
going to try again and I'm going to take 243 and this time I'm going to divide it
by 3 and that equals 81, which is great because that's actually going to fit. So
that means our scale is going to be 3 inches equals 1 teeny, tiny square on this
piece of paper. So now to lay out my floor plan I just take every measurement
that I have and I divide it by 3 and that's going to tell me exactly how many
squares each one of those measurements is equal to. So, let's do a little bit
together... so I know that the length of my space is 81 squares so I'm going to draw
81 squares... and then the width I'm going to take 156 and I'm dividing that by 3
and that equals 52... so I'm going to do the width as 52... and then I'm going to just
finish off the space... and once the space is squared off now I'm going to start to
draw on the windows, which I know the window is 27 inches from the corner... so
I'm going to do nine squares and start to draw the window... and then I know the
window is 36 inches, which is 12 squares... so I'm going to draw 12 squares to
finish that window... and I'm going to keep doing that all the way around until I
land up with my finished space. A little tip I have for you... once you have the
general outline drawn, go over it again in pen so that way, if you have to erase
any furniture as you're drawing it in, you don't have to worry about erasing
the walls or the windows. It's going to make your life so much easier so take
that extra step. But, now once this whole general outline is complete it's time to
start to have some fun with the furniture... and you can start to add that
in in a couple different ways. You can either
draw it in with pencil just keeping the scale in mind that you've already
determined, or you can actually cut out little pieces of furniture to scale that
you can easily just shift around. I, personally, prefer to draw in my
furniture, but if you have several different floor plans in your mind that
you want to test out it can be easier to actually cut out the furniture so you
can easily shift it around. But that's it! It's really not too hard, right? To draw
floor plans of scale... it's really pretty easy. Now, next time I'm going to get into a little
bit more of the details in terms of laying out furniture and some
measurements to take into consideration, so be sure to tune in for that... and I'll
definitely be sharing some things about what I'm going to do within my space as

Hello everyone, and welcome back it's CivilGuy here and today I just want to
get something off my chest. A few months ago I posted a video on my very first
eBay action camera purchase and you may have seen it the link is down in the
description if you haven't but as you could tell in that video I wasn't too
pleased with what I ordered soon after I posted that video I began
to receive comment from folks I've had similar experiences or even better but I
have to say this though several videos on YouTube today claim that you can
purchase a twenty dollar action camera and have true HD 1080p and video quality
now either I'm searching in the wrong batch or these videos are stretching the
truth just slightly a bit I will attest to this right now though I have
purchased several 1080p cameras from different eBay sellers and nearly every
experience was surprisingly the same for those who believe I should be pleased
with the video quality as is I gladly disagree with you I'm actually jealous
of those who have actually spent less than 20 dollars on a camera that can
actually do everything such as HD 1080p at 60 frames per second with time-lapse
or even loop recording but unfortunately that hasn't been my situation now my
goal is not to discourage anybody from purchasing an action camera if you want
to purchase one purchase but be aware of what you're getting yourself into
also I would suggest you buy one from Amazon instead ebay is okay but
depending on what camera you go for you might be in for a surprise
sure they may cost 10 or 20 dollars more on Amazon but I'm telling you it's
worth it in the next couple of weeks I will be uploading a few new action
camera unboxings so be on the lookout for that subscribe so you'll be notified

For those of you who are new or who don't remember as far back as a year ago, I'm Gillian.
Nice to see you again, or to see you for the first time.
A year is a long time and this last year has felt particularly long.
There has been good and there has been bad... and I have been paralysed, not knowing quite
how to talk about any of it, especially to people who know of me but haven't been through
it all with me.
So my coping mechanism has been to withdraw and to self-isolate, as I am wont to do, but
that is the opposite of healthy.
So... self-expression, talking about things, not worrying about things being perfect and shiny;
that's going to be the theme for this month.
I'm sick of going through the motions and I want to get back to being happy and enthusiastic
and passionate about things... and that's something that I've been struggling with for
the past year and I'm sick of that not being a part of who I am for the most part anymore.
I've started reclaiming passion and enthusiasm in other aspects of my life and I thought
it was about time that I started doing that for video-making too.
So, that is my rambly way of saying I'm going to be doing VEDA this month,
to the best of my ability.

that usually can't be done on a phone kind master there's all kinds of great
transition to overlays in animations out animations overall animations
transitions everything about that and is a great way to edit on your phone and
actually kind master is how I currently edit my videos on this channel so all
you have to do is check out some of the videos on this channel and you'll see
how good this actually is compared to if I was editing on some other phone app
that gives me only the option to trim the videos based on your phone's
capabilities this can even edit in 4k which is huge for a phone app something
that can edit in 4k on a phone that's just amazing but don't take my word for
it go ahead download it and try it out I'll leave a link to it and both the
Apple App Store and the Google Play Store so you can go download it on your
phone and just edit with it and check it out a little bit and see if it's the
right thing for you and if you want to build an online presence and make money
in the process then be sure to check out some of the

Christ, the Son of the living God.
We rely on our own strength and wisdom to get us through.
And it just doesn't work out to well.
So today, ask yourself, Who do I say that Jesus is?
The answer will help you experience peace in the midst of your circumstances.

Well... Les Gets! .. I guess we saw 95% of the official bikepark by now
going to be my last run... nico went to his car already
les gets got 2 chairlifts and a cable car towards the mount chery over there
2 trails there: a black one and the les gets airline jumptrail
pretty sick, technical jumps there.. we didn't want to hit all of them on the first day.
but the balck downhill trail is cool... in the forest and still pretty dry
here we got some flow lines
more downhill stuff down there in the forest
and there is a 3rd lift when you ride down that valley from the top of this one
very nice trails with flowy turns
but after half of the mountain the trails seem kind of unfinished.
but there's a cool jump line I'll upload a video from there soon or give you the link up here!

They loved you so much the first time, they invited you back.
We're gonna talk about that.
I'm gonna give you three great tips and these three tips are the exact same tips I gave
one of my intervention course students, Hannah.
She used them to get the job on her second interview.

For the rest of you, I want you to know the second interviews are not much different tactically
in the techniques that I would use than the first interviews.
All of those other videos I've created on job interviews tactics, those apply, plus
if you haven't seen it, my free webinar, "3 Keys to Ace Any Job Interview," will teach
you how to answer and ask questions in a job interview.
I would check all that out.
It's great foundational stuff.
You want to use all those same tactics, but in the second round, second job interview,
this is about building a deeper connection, a deeper relationship, building more chemistry
with the entire company.
It is about getting them to imagine you as part of the team.
What will their life be like?
You almost want them feeling as though you're part of the team, so how do you do that, so
let's go into those three tips.
Sometimes when you're invited back, you are speaking with the same people that you spoke
with the first time, sometimes not, sometimes they're new people, sometimes there's a mixture,
but use these tactics across, just apply whatever is appropriate based on who you're speaking
with.
The first technique that I would use is when you are speaking with somebody that you have
previously spoken to, whether on the phone or in an interview, what I want you to do
is I want you to use a technique I call "ask again," something that you and they have already
talked about.
What I want you to do is on the second round, say to them, "You know, last time we were
here, you mentioned," and then just talk about whatever it was, "and it really stuck with
me.
I thought more about it and I wanted to talk a little bit more about that.
Could you elaborate on ..." Then insert whatever additional areas you want to investigate and
then start a deeper discussion on something you've already spoken about.
Having more conversation around something that both of you find very, very important
builds a deeper relationship.
It's really important to take some of the areas that you spoke about and drill down.
Having that great dialogue is really, really gonna help you build a relationship with that
person, if you have the opportunity to speak with that person again.
That's one tactic.
The second tactic is, I want you to make sure that you are asking new questions.
If you are speaking with somebody who you've already spoken with previously, you want to
make sure that you're asking him or her a new batch of questions, as well.
If you're speaking with people you haven't spoke with, just make sure you have lots and
lots of great questions.

You will never run out of any questions, but you want to make sure that you have more additional
questions because what that shows is you are well-researched and you are very, very interested
in investigating this company further and that you're doing it in a smart way.
The third tip is you want to make sure that you're being inclusive of other people.
By that I mean, you're making sure that you're referencing conversations you've had with
others in the organization.
You can even use this in the first round of interviews.
Whether you're speaking with somebody you previously spoken with, or you're speaking
with new people, one the best tactics you can use is to refer to what you and someone
spoke about and then ask for their opinion.
For example, "Hey, you know, I talked with Susie the other day and she mentioned this.
I love that, I would love to get your insight on that and I was wondering if you could elaborate
that and how you feel about that."
What you want to do then is look at who you're speaking with.
Is this a subordinate of Susie's, is it a peer, is it a superior, and then just angle
the trajectory of your questioning and take it in the direction of that particular individual.
What you're doing is you're showing them that, not only did you enjoy speaking with with
Susie and you found what she said delightful, but you also want their opinion, so you value
their opinion and you're appearing as though you're a team player.
As you start to reference others in the organization in a sincere way, that will make them already
feel like you are part of the team.
What that also does is it gives you an opportunity to make sure that there is a level of consistency
across their responses.
Are they all on the same page.
It's a nice little bonus from that question, but I really gets them to feel as though you
are part of the team when you start to include other people's names and refer to what it
is that you spoke about with them in a positive light.
There you have it.
Three little techniques.
You want to ask things again, you want to make sure that you dig in a little deeper.
You want to ask more questions to show that you are very well-researched and you want
to be very inclusive of others in the organization in your dialogue to show that you're a team
player and to gather some insight to make sure that you're getting consistent answers.

Today I'm kicking off a Patreon campaign for Rob Plays!

Well those of you who watch a lot of YouTube might already know this, but the whole ecosystem
of being supported by ads is pretty volatile.
While the costs associated with running this channel stay the same, the dependability of
that ad revenue can change in an instant.
I love making videos for all you and sharing all of this Disney history, and I dream that one day I could turn this
fun little hobby into a full-time endeavor.

Now, I'm against the idea of taking content that was free and sticking it behind a paywall

to tell you some tricks power to help you get
more muscle. Among the questions I most are accustomed to do is How to get more muscle mass
feeding? Well today I'll tell you some tricks that are going to help.
There they go. The most important thing is that you take sufficient protein. I have already spoken more
Sometimes it but if you want to gain mass muscular you are going to have to increase

It is also recommended that you take antioxidants, especially taking
Vitamin C and e. I've already talked about the importance of
vitamin C, but also vitamin C and vitamin E favor the anabolic process
recovery, regeneration and cell growth in muscles,
So, as you can imagine, you have them to take. I've told you where you can
find vitamin C, but where You can find vitamin e?
Well for example you can find in avocados, nuts like
walnuts or almonds, in seeds like sunflower or pumpkin or
green leafy vegetables such as broccoli or spinach that why
Popeye took spinach so? Surely if you follow these tips you will achieve
increase your muscle mass with feeding. And in today's video
