Today we are going to talk about the kids of 10-12 years who are either overweight or under obese category
Their weight is increasing very much and that has become a problem in itself
So what should we do for such kids to keep their weight in control
In my last video I've explain that type of food items to be given to them
But here are some food items where in we don't pay attention but such food items should not given to them
We can't stop giving such food items but too much of everything is bad
But some of them food items must be given to them in controlled way. i. e Processed Food
Junk Foods like pizza, burgers as in now a days they are in trend
Kids borrow money and eat these items in school canteens so we should have some control on this
Don't give them excess of sugary food
There are some food items which actually harms them but we think that they are beneficial. i, e
Chocolates, Cold Drinks or sweeten beverages. So I would suggest
The way our mothers use to give us Home made Lemon Water, Squash should be given
Lot of other drinks can be made with the fruits like Mango, Apple and which are freshly available
So we can give such food items to them
Instead of all the sweetened beverages, cold drinks & chocolates available in the market.
Also there are lot of items, or food advertisement comes which kids likes and even relish them for long.
And then those food items are escaped from the market
Including chips also, we should avoid giving them such food
We should make try to make them indulge in physical activities instead sticking to videos or Tv.
Either they can do Yoga, Exercise, learning Marshall Arts, Dances or their favourite sports like football
Or cricket.Although now a days there is problem of big play grounds due to this they are unable to play outside
Some other sports like badminton which we can play in our veranda & also spend some time with them
So that we can involve the kids into physical activities and their calories should burn out to control their weight.
I hope you'll keep all this points in your mind,
You'll keep them away from sweets, chocolates, processed food and junk food.
And will also involve them into exercises and other outdoor activities.
And I hope these tips will be beneficial for the weight reduction of those kids

Today I am going to share recipe of 1 weight loss drink that will remove all extra pounds
from your body without any strict diet plan and exercise
To prepare this weight loss drink you will need:
Ingredients:
Kalonji (Black seeds) powder:1/4 tsp Black pepper(sabot kaali mirch):3-4 freshly
powdered Lemon: juice from half slice
Luke Warm Water:1 glass Honey: to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients in lukewarm water.
Mix well with a spoon and drink instantly before breakfast or when you just wake up.
If you think you cannot gulp a whole glass of water, you can take less volume like half
glass.
Be sure to add pure honey in your drink as most commercially available honey contains
extra sugar.
Make sure your drink it early morning when your stomach is empty
