Youtube daily report Aug 7 2017

I have with me today Attorney Nathan Guin of Gardberg & Kemmerly.

He's a veteran's disability attorney, and he's gonna talk with us about compensation

ratings to kind of unpack that topic, which there's a lot of questions around that.

So Nathan, thanks for being with us today.

It's no problem.

Always happy to give some useful information, well, hopefully useful information, out there

to veterans and anyone who's looking for it.

It's always very useful, and I love having you on the show.

I appreciate it.

Let's start off and explain to us what are these compensation ratings?

Kind of explain that, and how are they factored into a veteran's disability claim?

Okay.

I know we've talked about service connection before.

So when you get something service connected, it could be one issue, it could be multiple

issues.

Each of those will get a compensation rating, disability compensation rating.

They'll usually be, they'll have different levels, 10, 30, 50, 20, whatever it may be

for each one.

And so for each particular condition there's a diagnostic criteria.

So for example with diabetes it goes 20, 40, 60 so on and so forth, but for each percentage

there's specific symptoms that are assigned for that.

And if you have those symptoms then obviously that's the rating you get.

So it's kind of a mechanical way for them to say, "I'm going through the records.

I see X, Y, and Z.

Okay, that fits.

What box does that fit?

Okay, it's 30%."

Well, then it's 30%.

And then your individual ratings can be combined into your total rating.

So you're saying that all of these ratings depend on this diagnostic code.

Is there any way to increase the ratings possibly outside of that diagnostic code?

There is.

Obviously, you can always do it through the diagnostic code.

Sometimes what we find is in a lot of the diagnostic codes, especially for your back

or knees, a lot of orthopedic issues, they'll all be based on these range of motion tests

or for hearing loss.

Hearing loss, they are all based on this war discrimination, the Maryland audio test.

These basically tests that most doctors outside the VA don't use.

And so it's somewhat challenging to get medical evidence to go for an increase, but there's

always the possibility or the option to try to assert extra scheduler consideration.

Essentially what that is is asserting that your disability picture does warrant an increase,

but it's just that the diagnostic criteria does not fit your disability picture.

They call it a disability picture.

So you're saying, "I understand that you're looking for range of motion in this particular

range for me to get an increase, but I still deserve an increase, but my records don't

have range of motion testing, so that's not something that really happens.

But if you look at functional impairment, the pain level, not able to stoop, stand,

different things like that, functional limitations, you can assert that you need to get it increased

outside of those diagnostic criteria, because they're not really getting the full picture

of what's wrong.

Yeah.

And what about if there are multiple disabilities?

Do they get more than one compensation rating?

Yeah.

So you'll get a compensation rating for any and all service-connected conditions.

So if you have PTSD, you might have a 30% rating or 50% rating or what it may be.

If you have diabetes then you have a separate 20% rating.

You have your knees, let's say 10% apiece.

And then all of those are kind of wrapped into your total combined rating.

So that makes your total compensation rating, which is the rate that you get paid at.

So if you're at 60% total after they do all that kind of stuff, you'll get whatever the

60% rate of payment is per month.

Okay.

Do they just add them all together?

The compensation ratings?

If you have 50 for one, 60 for another?

Is it over 100%?

I wish it was.

That's a question we get a lot.

We get a new rating decision, someone will say, "Well, I got an increase from 10% to

40% for this issue," or, "I have a 50% for PTSD and a 60% for my heart disease, but for

those two issues I only have an 80%.

What gives?"

Because it should be if you do the math 110, and that's not how it works with the VA.

So all of it, and I think we've talked about this in a previous session, is the ratings

reflect the impairment on your ability to earn.

And so somehow or another they've come up with a compensation ratings table and basically

what you do is you take the highest rated issues first.

You find them on the thing, put them together, and they'll give you a number, and you keep

doing that until you get your total compensation rating.

So even if you add up all of your issues, and let's say you could be up to 160%.

Well, that's probably only gonna get you, unless you have unemployability which I think

we'll talk about later, it may only get you 80% or 90% from the VA.

So it's not a one for one kind of situation.

Okay.

Is this all kind of a quantitative analysis?

Or is there some subjectivity to it?

I'm just wondering if they have an ability to appeal if the VA says, "No, you're combined

rating is 80%."

Is there any ability to move beyond that?

The one way you can do that, strictly speaking, as far as the ratings themselves, that's really

mechanical, but there is a way to kind of get around that.

What we file for a lot around here or appeal is for what's called individual unemployability

benefits.

what that is it's another avenue you can take.

So you can always try to get increases for your service connected conditions to get to

100% total, but that's really difficult.

The higher your total rating gets, the less the increases will affect it.

So if you're lower and you get a new rating, it's a lot easier to jump, let's say, from

20% to 50% total than it is to get from 70% to 100%.

So what unemployability allows you to do is if you have one service connected condition

or multiple that come from one particular thing, so let's say you've got 20% for diabetes

but then you have neuropathies that are secondary to that and those equal 60% or if you just

have 60% for something like your heart, you can apply for unemployability benefits.

On that same token is if you have multiple service connected conditions that aren't necessarily

linked together, if you have PTSD at 50% and your heart at 60% like we talked about earlier,

and you're at 80% total, you would still meet the schedule requirements, and then all you

have to show is that you're unable to work based on those service connected conditions.

What that does is it won't necessarily increase your total rating.

You may still be at 80%, but they can grant you unemployability benefits and that'll get

you the 100% payment rate.

Okay.

So getting qualified at the unemployability rating that I guess is good, it doesn't necessarily

mean, I'm getting my terms mixed up, but you don't have to have 100% compensation rating

in order to get unemployability?

Right.

That's basically another avenue to 100% payment.

Okay.

Okay.

It's a really helpful tool.

Not all veterans know about it.

Sometimes we'll talk to someone and they'll say, "Well, I've heard about this thing.

I don't really don't know what it is."

It's kind of this nebulous idea, but it's something that we employ a lot, and it's really,

really helpful to try to get that jump up.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Is that something that is subjective?

The unemployability?

Is that something where ... Because the other part I think you've established is it's very

mechanical, but getting from 80% to 100% through an unemployability rating, is that subjective

at all?

Or is that also pretty mechanical?

It's kind of half and half.

So you have to have a certain percentage to get there, and I've kind of alluded to that

earlier.

I can repeat it again, but basically there's certain ratings, if you have one thing or

one particular ideology or origin that's 60% or if you have multiple and it's 70% or more

with at least one of those at 40%, then you meet the ratings criteria.

So that's the mechanical part.

You have to have a specific amount of total rating, and there's different ways to go about

that.

But the unemployability aspect, what they're judging is based on ... They're judging whether

you can perform greater than marginal employment, and what that means is if you can do work,

that would put you above the poverty line.

So that part of it's more subjective.

A lot of that, like we talked about before, …. statements are really helpful there or

if you get social security disability benefits, that's not binding, but it's something that's

really persuasive towards demonstrating that you're unable to work due to your service

connected conditions, especially if your social security disability benefits are based on

disabilities that are also service connected.

So that parts a little subjective, because you …. have to convince one person that

you're unable to work based on these conditions or rated at a particular standard.

Yeah.

Thanks for clarifying that.

It's a little hard to wrap your head around all of that.

Yeah.

It gets a little jumbled up sometimes.

Yeah, but you explained it very well.

I appreciate it.

I think that's great.

Well, now, Nathan, I know that you practice in the area of veteran's disability, and if

someone has questions how can they reach you or your office?

A couple of different ways you could do it.

You can call us at 251-343-1111 or you can go to our website, GardbergLaw.com.

That's G-A-R-D-B-E-R-G-L-A-W.com or you can contact us at VAcontact@GardbergLaw.com, and

that goes directly to our VA department, and we can answer questions or evaluate your most

recent rating decision and see what we can do to help you out or answer any questions

that you might have.

Excellent.

Well, these shows are getting pretty popular.

We're getting a lot of people tuning in, and that's because of you.

So as always- I don't about that, but it's very flattering.

Great job.

I appreciate the viewers.

Yeah, and also for those of you watching or even on the replay, if you have questions,

feel free to put them into the comments section on this page and we'll get Nathan to answer

them for you.

Yeah.

Absolutely.

Ask away, and I'll be more than happy to give you an answer.

Yeah.

That's awesome.

Well, Nathan, thanks for being with us today.

All right.

Thanks Cindy.

I appreciate you having me on again.

I'm looking forward to the next time.

I am too.

Okay, and to those of you watching, thanks for being with us today.

We'll talk to you again soon.

BREAKING: Ben Carson Just Brought Obama's Welfare Giveaway to a Screeching Halt | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:16.

One of the most controversial changes Obama made while he was in office was the way The

Department of Housing and Urban Development was set up.

It used to be a system where competitive bidding took place to decide who would get a home,

but Obama turned it into a complicated, grant style system in 2012.

According to The Washington Examiner, Ben Carson has changed the system again, this

time for the better.

It will officially revert back to the old competitive bidding method!

Another pillar of Obama's "legacy" is gone.

HUD was sued multiple times due to Obama's system, and the US Supreme Court stopped listening

to HUD's appeals.

Currently, there is no official announcement of when HUD will make the full transition

back to its former system, but an official announced that many of the competitive methods

are being implemented immediately, as signified by Secretary Carson's statement.

This method is much better for society as a whole.

It helps people who actually need it, and manages to save taxpayers' money.

The lawmakers of the 2012 HUD revamp made sure to speak out about it leading up to this

point.

HUD was a mess when Carson first took his position.

According to The Daily Wire, one of Carson's first actions was to audit HUD to evaluate

its activities and efficiency.

He discovered that there was approximately $500 billion in accounting errors under the

few short years of the Obama administration.

While there is no solid evidence that bribe money was handed out under Obama's plan,

it certainly would have been possible to pay those who helped his cause.

HUD's assets and liabilities were improperly accounted for, and significant differences

existed between ledgers.

They failed to carry out basic accounting principles and policies.

If the system under Obama allowed people to choose who HUD money was granted to, then

certainly money could be given to landlords who just so happened to be big supporters

of the former president.

Due to the way Obama's HUD worked, a great number of contractors were forced to appeal

to the Government Accountability Office in 2012.

It didn't take long for the committee to rule that HUD's behavior was "unreasonable

and in disregard of applicable statutory guidelines."

HUD didn't seem to mind much because they continued their political path, resulting

in many different lawsuits.

Contractors were forced to look for new employment or wait it out in court.

Despite everything that happened, HUD remained unchanged–until now.

President Trump and Secretary Carson knew the system was broken and hurting people in

a big way.

Sometimes, the only way a broken system can be quickly repaired is if it reverts to the

previous version.

Eric Strong, the CEO of Navigate Affordable Housing Partners, and former contractor under

HUD, said that he publically lobbied to get the system changed back to the pre-Obama days.

"All we've ever wanted was fair and open competition because we know it results in

the best financial situation for the taxpayer and also will result in better housing for

the residents who in those units."

what do you think about this?

I Was Smiling But I Wasn't Happy On The Inside | Gracie's Fitness Journey - Duration: 1:42.

It's crazy to see how I let myself go, how I had just given up, and how I

actually looked in the photos when I was smiling but I wasn't actually happy. My

name is Grace, I am 28 years old and I'm from Arizona. I remember when this all

started it was a little over three years ago - May 2014. I would just like to come

home and just lay on the couch. I had a try to come up with a reason to

keep going. So, I remember my husband and I had bought a treadmill. This time I

wanted to get in shape the right way, the correct way. So, I knew that the

way that I would be able to get my cardio in was just walking at really

high incline, low speed, holding on to the bars and it's listening to my music. I

feel like my mood and my personality has definitely changed for the better. I feel

like I'm much more positive and I'm not scared to try new things. In the end, you

have to know that there is no perfect journey out there. If I ended up messing

up on a Wednesday I would just pick myself right back up on a Thursday. The

days are going to pass by anyway, might as well just keep going. It would be ... it'd

be so crazy to have like the old Grace just like sitting right here, like right

next to me, right now. I would give her such a big hug and just say to her 'just

keep going, keep working hard and just stay positive because in the end it's

going to be all worth it and you're going to be happy and in shape.'

How I Get Email Subscribers on Autopilot - Duration: 4:14.

How I Get Email Subscribers on Autopilot

all right I want to share with you guys

a small system I call it a micro funnel that I've used to get over I guess over

a hundred and some email subscribers without doing any paid traffic any

promotion the video he barely even gets views so I don't even know how how I get

all these subscribers but I get literally four or five a week from this

one drop card micro funnel and all it is is I've created a simple funnel here

that let me just click the pop-up people go here they want to get this drop card

they go opt-in and they they get forwarded to a site where they can

download this drop car template in a Word document and they get added to an

autoresponder that I have now where all that traffic coming is coming from is

this video that I did right here $100 bill drop card marketing and has two

hundred fifty two views so it converts extremely well if you see how many

subscribers I get and here's the link that you know this is a redirect that

goes to this funnel here so you know when this works like gangbusters as you

can see I'm ranking pretty well for the video here if I check out the vid IQ

stats and you know really good really cheap way like I said I pushed no

traffic to it I did no SEO I created the video the funnel took literally probably

20 minutes to create and then I even created a video on how to create a micro

funnel here as well where is it here yeah right here how to get free email

leads online with a simple funnel um you know you can opt in and get my exact

funnel and I show you what you need to use get response line

page monkey and monkey player you could probably do it without monkey player all

you need to have is landing page monkey and get response and you can create this

super easy to do and when you put in your email address here I show you

there's a 22 minute video on how to build your actual this whole complete

funnel and get traffic for absolutely free so this has been working well I

know this isn't a ton of subscribers but you know I've done nothing to get this

you know I've got some from a SlideShare one from a pop-up one from drop card and

then my funnel on shows you how to build all of this has gotten subscribers as

well so you can do the same thing create these little micro funnels that are

super easy to do and get people on your list and you know be able to interact

with them you know if they're interested in drop cards they probably want to

promote something so you can forget them to promote you know a really easy

product like lead lightening which is seven dollars one time if somebody buys

it from you get six bucks so an easy product that you can offer somebody to

make some money on anyways guys check out these two videos and if you for the

links on my YouTube page my youtube channel and grab the you can grab the

drop card template or more importantly sign up for the microphone itself and

you'll be able to see exactly how I do this for free anyways if you guys have

any questions comments leave them below and we will talk to you later

Giena Tactics outfit (Partizan SS Summer) - Duration: 8:18.

Thanks to them !

Hello YouTube and welcome to this new video !

Today I'm doing something new, I'm doing a presentation video with a voice over

It's a first time for me, so don't hesitate to tell me what you think about it

For this first video with a voice over, I'm going to talk about Giena Tactics

It's a Russian brand which mostly sell tactical clothing, with mostly Russian camouflage

I've been contacted by Giena Tactics at the begining of the year, they proposed to send me products in exchange of a video on my channel... And I said yes

I received 5 products, exactly

I received a cap, with a partizan SS summer camo (17 USD on their website)

What can I say about this... It's a nice cap for sure ; you can adjust it with velcro on the back

The cap itself as a lot of velcro emplacements for patches and stuff, you can put anything you want on it

I also received a boonie hat ; there is a lot of them on their website (7 different sorts !)

I believe I received the "SAS boonie standard", in partizan SS summer, it cost 17 USD as well

There is a string to adjust the size on the back

There is bands all around the boonie hat, I guess it's to put camo parts on the boonie hat if you want to

I received a jacket, the "fleece jacket canada long zip" (then again partizan SS summer, even if most of the jacket is light green)

Its size is 56-58, which is adapted to people with a 110-117 cm chest

With my 113 cm, it's a bit too big for me

Maybe it's a large fit on purpose, so you can easily put several layers of clothes beneath it if you need to

It seems to be really warm, with this polar type of fabric

Since I received it during the middle of spring, I didn't really had the opportunity to test it so far

Finally, I received a combat shirt and combat pants

The combat shirt is the "type 2", partizan SS Summer, 59 USD on their website

Combat pants are the "tactical" ones, partizan SS summer, 79 USD on their website (I got 15 USD olive kneepads with it as well)

First, I'm going to talk about the size

For the record, I didn't choose the size myself ; I gave my sizes to Giena Tactics and they choose for me

I said to Giena Tactics that my height is 173 cm, with 115 cm for my chest and 94 cm for my waist

They sent me a combat shirt in 56-58 (for people with a 110-117 cm chest)

And they sent me a combat pants size 52-54, for people for a waist of 90-97 cm

For each product, you also have to choose your height ; in both cases they sent me products for guy measuring 176 cm

With my 173 cm, I'm being unlucky, since I'm in the middle of two different sizes ; Giena choose to sent me the longuest choice

Also, and it's very important that I talk about this : since Giena Tactics sent me the products, I lost a lot of weight

My waist was 94 cm a few months ago, now it's 80 cm, which I guess is a big difference

Therefore, the pants are too large for me now

That being said, even before I lost weight, the pants were already a bit too large for me

Also, my chest didn't really change, yet I find the combat shirt and jacket to be a bit too big for me as well

So, as far as I'm concerned, Giena Tactics products tend to be large fit, so if you hesitate between two sizes, I would advice to take the smallest one

The combat shirt is made of 2 different fabrics

The tissu in contact with most of the torso is made of thermoregulating clothing : it absorbs and spread sweat

It refreshes you faster and it dries faster as well

The rest of the shirt is made of a strong fabric ; it covers the arms, shoulders and neck

Which I guess is a good compromise

In particular, it protects you well when you use a sling, which is a good thing

There is a second layer of fabric beneath the elbow and forearm, so it won't get used too fast

You can make the sleeve tighter around the waist with a velcro band

Each sleeve has one big pocket ; they have 2 velcro emplacement

One to put a rectangular name tag, the other one to put... Pretty much anything you want

The biggest emplacement comes with a camo patch on it, so it doesn't break your camo

Now, about the pants

The belt location is quite large with some quilted part here, so you can tight your belt but don't suffer from it too much

The pants have a zip and a velcro band

The front belt loops have their own loops, probably for carabiner or something

The pants have a 2nd layer of fabric around the groin area, so it won't get used too fast

The bottom of the pants can be tighten with a velcro band

You have two pockets here, which are quite deep

You have two other pockets on the back, which are deep but tight

On the sides, you have 2 big cargo pockets ; there is really a lot of room inside

You also have 2 front pockets, which are much smaller than all the other pockets

Mostly, they hide the elastics that you can use to adjust the height of the knee pads

2 velcro bands can also help you to tight the pads in the right location

You can really adjust the knee pads to your own morphology

Those pants are obviously too big and even a bit too long for me, yet I can still use them comfortably enough

I tried this outfit in may, the day I used my AA12 Tokyo Marui, if you remember the videos

You can see on the thumbnails that I'm wearing it

I really liked using those, it's comfy enough and yet it seems really sturdy

The knee pads in particular are really well made I think, they're very useful and really comfortable to wear

And regarding the camo itself (partizan SS summer), it seems to be actually quite efficient, especially when it's a bit darker

This day, it was really hot, and I was really warm myself

The thermoregulating fabric of the combat shit isn't miraculous, but it's still much better than a cotton T shirt

Especially if you're wearing a chest rig, a plate carrier, or something like that

In conclusion, I'd say I really like the products which have been sent to me, it appears to be a good quality/price ratio to me

Here we go.

*clap clap clap snap snap*

Well I'll be your rainy day lover.

Whenever the sunny days end.

And whatever the weather, we have each other.

And that's how the story will end Well I'll be your shade tree in summer mmm.

If you'll be my fire when it's cold.

And whatever the season, well, we'll keep on breathing.

Cause we'll have each other to hold.

I'll hold you- I'll sing.

I wanna love you, forever I do.

I wanna spend all of my days with you.

I'll carry your burdens and be the wind at your back.

I wanna spend my forever - forever like that.

Well, I'll be the words on the pages.

If you'll be my sweet melody.

And the tune can keep changing, cause I'll keep arranging.

And this is the song that we'll sing.

I'll hold you- and I'll sing

I wanna love you, forever I do.

I wanna spend all of my days with you.

I'll carry your burdens and be the wind at your back.

I wanna spend my forever

When the rain comes, I'll be your shelter.

When the wind blows, we'll be together.

When the storms they rise, I'll be right here by your side.

And I'll sing- I'm gonna love you, forever I do.

I'm gonna spend all my days with you.

I'll carry your burdens and be the wind at your back.

I'm gonna spend my forever - forever like that.

Today there's only me listening to love songs all alone

Is there anyone who's doing the same?

And today there's only me

Hoping that I'll find, find someone

Is there anyone searching for me?

Looking down the street

All I see is couples holding hands

Looking out, all I see are the images of people in love

I don't know where exactly you are

How much longer must I search?

Where are you, my certain someone?

A person who's lonely like me

I'm not asking for much else

Just for someone to be right here beside me

Lonely with me

Alone together

And today when the sky is bright

If I find you, the person of my dreams

We'll make our loneliness disappear together

Looking down the street

All I see is couples holding hands

Looking out, all I see are the images of people in love

I don't know where exactly you are

How much longer must I search?

Where are you, my certain someone?

A person who's lonely like me

I've been in the hockey program – or affiliated – for 20 years now.

It tugs at your heart and you go, "Yeah, I remember why I was doing this."

When my son started, it was 120 skaters.

Today, it's 600.

The top puck shooters in each age category, they'll win a gift certificate, and everybody

gets a participant t-shirt for 10,000 Pucks.

5 Missed Opportunities in Fallout 4 - Duration: 5:14.

Fallout 4 is not a bad game by any means, but it wasn't the followup to Fallout 3

many fans were hoping for.

And there were more than a few parts of the game where Bethesda sort of dropped the ball.

So, here are 5 missed opportunities in Fallout 4.

Number 5.

Shaun.

Fallout is supposed to be an RPG where the player makes the choices.

Your actions impact you and the world around you.

After killing Kellogg and reliving his memories, you discover that Shaun is in the Institute,

and it's a daunting task trying to get in.

Once you do, you take an elevator ride into the heart of the Institute.

You see a child, seemingly locked away.

You assume that it's Shaun.

The game purposely doesn't tell you how long it was between when Shaun was taken and

when you wake up, so you assume that the child is Shaun.

And the NPC is also named Shaun.

As you talk to the child, the Institute leader arrives, calling himself Father.

Imagine if you had the option to kill Father, take Shaun, and escape to the surface, only

to discover that you actually killed your son and took a synth copy of him.

It'd have been a hell of a twist.

Number 4.

The Hi Honey holotape.

When you leave for Vault 111, you leave Codsworth behind to die in the nuclear holocaust.

Upon leaving the vault and returning to your neighborhood, you discover he survived.

Soon after finding him alive, he gives you a holotype that your spouse made.

This is done after you watch your spouse die, spoilers, and is likely to try and make the

player feel emotionally involved in the game, since you only had a few minutes to spend

with your husband or wife before the world ends.

The message itself is mostly the same regardless of whether you play as a male or female character,

and is just your spouse telling you how much they loved you and how great you are.

The missed opportunity is that you can't tell Shaun about the tape in any way.

You can't say "By the way, Dad recorded this message before the world fucked itself,

want to listen to it?"

Nope.

It would have been an easy way to make you feel more connected to Shaun, which could

have helped make the decision of who to side with all the more difficult.

Number 3.

The Gunners.

So, you've got the Minutemen, right?

The good old boys that fight for the rights of every man, brother (clip of Hulk Hogan).

You side with them and help out the various settlements across the Commonwealth.

Sure, sounds great.

Being the good guy can be fun.

But what about being the bad guy?

What if you got to be the guy raiding the settlement for supplies?

What if you rose within the ranks of the Gunners and became the best mercenary they had to

offer?

You can find out that after the Minutemen's slaughter in Quincy, some of them defected

to the Gunners.

It would be perfect.

There are even Gunners located not far from Diamond City.

Imagine leading a charge against the city and taking it over.

Fuck, i'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

Number 2.

The Combat Zone.

Throughout Fallout 4, you'll hear NPCs and even companions talk about how dangerous the

Combat Zone is.

Upon hearing about it, you'll likely expect that it's an arena, which it is.

You'll also probably expect to be able to get into fights for caps and such, similar

to the arena found at The Fort in Fallout New Vegas.

Maybe they'll be quests to recruit the best fighters across the Commonwealth.

Maybe you can bet on fights to make some caps, like the casino's in New Vegas.

Nope.

As soon as the raiders inside find you, they try to kill you.

You kill them, talk to a ghoul in a suit, and have the option of taking Cait, who was

fighting in the cage, as a companion.

That's it.

It's just another location.

It's similar to East City Downs, which you might be more familiar with if I call it the

robot racetrack.

There's a race track in Fallout 4 where robots race?

Sweet, maybe you can bet on them.

Again, that's a big fat no.

You can turn the robots against the Triggermen that are in the area, shut them down, or make

them blow up.

That's it.

Number 1.

The Memory Den.

This should have been obvious.

Before you find out where your son is, you kill Kellogg and take part of his brain to

the Memory Den, a quaint little business located in Goodneighbor.

You sit in a lounger and relive one of your memories.

It goes well, so you relive Kellogg's memories.

The process is sort of like the virtual reality in Vault 112.

After the two quests are over, you can't relive any more memories.

You can sit in the chairs, but nothing happens aside from the words "Stand By" appearing

on the screen.

This is perhaps Bethesda's biggest blunder of Fallout 4.

It's almost stupid how much sense it would have been to have made this a hub for accessing

DLCs.

Why not be able to encounter another Institute employee, take part of his brain, and experience

the Commonwealth as the Institute gained power after Shaun was taken?

How about finding a Vault that had detailed records or something that let you relive one

of the wars that sparked the Great War?

What if you somehow come across a brain chip from Russia, or China, or Great Britain that

let you see what post-war life was like in another country?

The possibilities could have been endless.

But instead of that, we got fancy lights, cages for Deathclaws, and a build-your-own

robot kit.

I hate to say it, but Bethesda, you fucked up big time here.

PUMPED UP Shoulder And Bicep Workout For Mass! (DUMBBELLS ONLY!) - Duration: 4:32.

What's up Champ! I'm Vince Del Monte of GeneExpressionTraining.com

In this video we have got two exercises for bigger delts and bigger biceps.

Seven minutes of work. Let's get into it.

I wanna introduce you to two of my great friends

This Frank Rich and Robert Piscitello of New York City and Tampa Florida.

Both fitness authors. Bodybuilder. A professional fitness model. They're going

to take us through this workout. This is a really fun workout to do with a friend.

They're going to tell you how to program it. They're going to tell you about a

little details and this is something that's going to blow you up. As you guys

know this channel dedicated to getting more done in less time. We don't have time to

live in the gym. We got lives to live outside of the gym. Our bodies are

designed to help improve all areas of our life alright. This isn't just for

vanity reasons. We want to give you guys tools. Things that you can do in the

gym to get the best bang for your buck. Alright. Let's get into the workout.

Alright guys so we're doing an arms and shoulders finisher here. We're starting

out with dumbbell lateral raise and then going to a dumbbell bicep curl. So we're doing

resending reps and ascending weights. You're going to start out 20 reps for

shoulders. So dumbbell lateral raises. 20 reps for 5 sets. Pick a weight that's

late because you're going up in weight every single set. You'll see we're doing

we're starting out 12 pounds on the first set here. 20 reps 20 reps.

You're going to get a massive pump doing 20 reps here so pace yourself be ready.

Once you do your 20 reps you're going up to the next weight. I recommend doing a

small jump so go to 15 pounds. Next you're doing 15 dumbbell lateral raises.

Right then 15 dumbbell bicep curls. Now the burns gonna start to come on.

You're going to feel the fatigue. Y Your skin's gonna start splitting. Just hang tight.

You're almost there. So it's only four sets. Okay guys. After you do your

15 reps, you're switching to your next weight. Now you're going 12 reps. So still

the same superset. There's no rest in between these sets guys. So you're moving

as fast as you can throughout each exercise right.

So grab your weights. Now its12 reps. By now your arms are on fire. If you're not making

any noise at this point the weight's too light or you're just resting too long.

You should be on fire guys. Next you drop to an eight rep weight. So I

recommend going to 25's or 30's if you're a big strong guy. Right now you're doing eight

reps. Give it all you got. This is tough. Be ready

Push hard and you'll have more arm and shoulder work than ever before.

So like Vince said, what we're looking at here is getting the most amount of work

done in the least amount of time. So by combining the two movements we're really

looking at maximizing our time. Basically what we're going to do as far as the

programming of this, is throwing it in as a finisher in your arm day or your

shoulder day. So basically you're looking for a metabolic effect. So because you're

working for six to seven minutes straight

you're really increasing your heart rate getting that metabolic burn at the

same time with increasing lactic acid build up within those muscles. So I would

recommend placing it, like I said, at the end of your workout, whether that be on

an arm day or a shoulder day as a finisher or if you're looking to bring

up one of those two body parts, throw it in as a frequency on a second day of

training throughout the week. So let's say you're training shoulders on Tuesday,

your could begin or finish Wednesday's workout by throwing this set in.

Basically creating a frequency or a progressive overloaded effect into

that muscle or driving more nutrients and blood creating a greater growth

response for that muscle. Get it done guys. It's going to burn make sure to

keep your execution tight though. If you got to finish with some partials, that's

okay. We're not looking to swing the weights. We're looking to contract those

muscles and make sure your lock down and tight and basically squeezing those

muscles getting that burn guys. Not much more to say. Hope you guys enjoyed that

video. Give it a try. You'll see the power of these shorter workouts when you do

them. Talk is cheap. Get in the gym. Try it for yourself. When you start seeing your

body change in the next few weeks you are going to completely transform the

way you approach your training. You have a new approach on training. On life.

You're getting a better results. I'm always happy to introduce you to men

who are training smarter not just harder so follow these guys are putting out great

information on their Instagrams, on their YouTube channels. I'll put their

information in the description box below. Until next time. Thank you so much.

This is Frank Rich. Robert Piscitello And we will see you guys next time

Father's Day Jam Session! - "Yesterday" - Duration: 3:30.

Hey, What's up?!

Well, we are in the Father's Day week

Usually, my family and i don't care so much about it

cause Mother's Day, Father's Day is everyday and so on

that same old thing...

Is it cheesy? It is.

Is is true? It's true

I don't care much about these commercial dates

but it's always good to pay homage to loved ones, isn't it?

My dad always loved to play the violin, but we never had records of his performances

I really like making videos

Oh really?!

We are here creating this metalanguage

This video is a bit old, about 3 years, i guess

It was the first record of his performance

You will notice how shy he is

It was the way that i found out to pay homage, greet and have a record of him

That is the nicest thing about video: Record the memories

It's beautiful, isn't it?

For all fathers: Happy father's day!

For my dad: Love you! Happy father's day

Let's go!

Edital Building Movements - Feminismos Contemporâneos - Duration: 3:19.

We are experiencing a setback

that puts us in a much more difficult situation.

Resistance means advancing

the democratic process

while also understanding that this democratic process

entails recovering some rights that were lost,

and the advancement of those same rights.

We sleep, we wake up, and we wait

for what will happen,

wait to see which one will suffer a set back among all the struggles

we've done in recent times.

This Dialogue is the first step

for us to recognize ourselves as committed

to an agenda in defense of democracy and justice,

and women's rights

Yes, we have strength

Yes, we can lead

Indigenous women

We are resisting once again

We've been resisting for five hundred years

This moment has been chosen wonderfully

so that we can analyze our strategies

so that we can organize ourselves

so that one can listen to each other

and we can better articulate ourselves

and strengthen each other

I think women move the world

I can see this in my community

If something is needed in our community

it is the women that go for it,

they are the ones who act, who materialize it.

What we are going to do

as young quilombola activists

is to reorganise ourselves in view of the current context

This is change

If in this short time we have already achieved all that,

Imagine with all your struggle

It is not possible that we have not advanced a bit at least

We are coming up with potential solutions

for a collapsing world

And these solutions must involve women

If they don't,

they won't be solutions.

I think what we need above all is investment

to deepen democracy

in Latin America

We'd like to launch a national call for proposals

based on this strategy, this agenda

that we are building together today

Be part of this fight!

Invest in the first national call for proposals to support women's resistance

Fernando Savater - Educação: um instrumento para a não-violência - Duration: 1:20.

Education is an attempt to

eradicate many of the causes of violence.

I think that often the violent,

with the exception of the psychopaths, the morbid…

Often what violence expresses is the inability

to be understood, or heard by others.

In other words, what education wants is

to give everyone this possibility of explain their social demands,

and to make them understandable.

That is why I talked about persuading and being persuaded.

To persuade is to make social demands that are understandable by others.

Who cannot do so, by lack of intellectual training,

of words, etc... to be heard, to be understood by others

is, often, who resort to violence.

So, I think that, although it is not the last

and only cause of violence,

education can be an element to help

amending some of the causes that provoke violence.
