Youtube daily report Apr 14 2018

Hello everyone, I am Rhoads

Wait, first of all lets put some music

oops, that was too sexy

Ok, that's better

Hello everyone, I am Rhoads

in this video you'll see how was our experience at the IWA 2018

The IWA is just an EXPO, which takes place every year in Nuremberg, Germany

A business event

Where the brands show their products

new releases and prototypes

but also a meeting point for those who work in this business

For me the IWA is a mirror where you can see how the Airsoft products evolve

What does the average player need?

A complete M4, with electronic trigger, mosfet, quick spring release

and tha brand new handguard if it's possible

Here we introduce the M-LOK. -M-LOK logo here

It's getting popular this year, everyone want it

Seems legit right? All the brands will try to attend to this demand

But it feels like a race to the same goal, that's stressing

So what's the interesting part?

The differences, the innovations

Most of them useless or even absurd

But giving fresh air to the hobby, you know...

I want this new G&G RONI even thou I have one already

You know that feeling when you wake up with a need to tear someone apart? Say no more fam

Pst hey guys, Secutor it's gonna release CO2 Berettas

A G&G plastic Raider LMG

Perfect for beginners. Beginners with machinegun

Give me two of them, one in TAn other in pink please

here we have a map of the EXPO, except areas 2, 10 and 11

all the rest has something related with the world of weapons and airsoft

The Airsoft is in the area 8 and specially in the 7

The rest is not related with Airsoft

And what's in there? -Hunting, military gear, real weapons, knives, flashlights, boots...

What difference I see from the previous year?

Not much. The airsoft is focus in this 2 areas

But the hostesses this year are way hotter. That's all

That's good to know

Wiset came to this event the last year 2017

We have videos about it, links below

And the same happened this year

Thousands of interesting stands, Airsoft world people

The expo is so big that you don't have time for it see it all

So I'll show you what we could film

I want to start by CYBERGUN

it was a stand full of things that catched my eye, let's see

This is the new design that CYBERGUN made with WE

A full metal gas Desert Eagle

In contrast with the KWC Deagles, this will be a classic version

Around 330 fps

Such a good sound when you rack it

And the real markings, by CYBERGUN

We also have it in Black, it's mate

Also gas WE

It's ready for sale, this will arrive to Spain at the end of March more or less

And the KWC are custom models

Different grip, upper or lower rain depending of the model

with this aggressive design on the front

it has a semi and auto selector

An automatic Desert Eagle? CO2 Automatic Desert Eagle

KWC is always making it in CO2

And the WE comes in gas

here we have the Tommy

This model was shown at the IWA 2017

Made by CYBERGUN with WE

Gas system on the magazine

Comes with blowback. -Blowback and metalic magazine

No so heavy as spected, it's light

Comes with Thompson original markings

And the other one on top? -That's an AEG model, the "Chicago" version

Made by CYMA for CYBERGUN

One of the last gems

Made by CYBERGUN and VFC, it's a SigSauer MCX model

Ambidextrous, all the body in metal, with details

Qith SigSauer original markings

This is the new polymer holster

It comes with safety button for right and left handed

You can change the pin to the other side as well

And you can adjust it all to any pistol you have

Not 100% universal, but you can use it with many pistols, even the MK23

Exclusive from CYBERGUN, designed in France

For those who are left handed and had problems with using right handed holsters

I think this will help to us who play with left hand

So this holsters here is adjusted for any 1911

Let's try with a Government

Fits perfectly

Now let's try with the previous KWC 1911 model

the only difference is the rail

it fits without problems

Now let's try the new KWC 1911

The new version has a longer rail

Maybe just need to adjust it a bit, that's all

Fits for the main models like Colt, SigSauer, Beretta, Taurus and also Glock

Also FNX45, FNS9, MK23...

How much would it cost? Around 35 to 40 euros in Spanish market

They are showing us how this new vest works

It detects the BBs impacts, making sound and light signals

Vega Force Company, showing a stand with M4s mostly

but with interesting new models

and specially tempting news for the advanced players

Charging the gas is not from the bottom, is from here

So the valve won't get much dirt

RWA, honestly it was an amazing and comfortable circular stand

With fresh atmosphere and nice people

With some people maybe you may know from their YouTube channel

Now you can see how Marck is telling us about their new replicas

This is for CQB

I like that red style

The RWA 10th Anniversary limited edition, these are exclusive customs

And I love it dude, you won't play with a red replica but I love it

This F stands for "fiesta"

Secutor, what's goin' on with Secutor?

They keep doing the thing, maybe with models already known

but with modifications, not only aesthetic this time

The is the new Beretta, 3 models

They have 5 new releases actually

I mean this is the new release that we wanted to see

Specially because you really like Berettas

And I already have a Beretta

This is CO2. -Yes, a CO2 magazine

This one has this low profile cut in the slide

Previously it used to have a platform over the slide

So the Red Dot was too high

In the real gun you can make a low profile cut on the slide without problems

But that's complicated in an Airsoft gun, because the nozzle is placed here

So this has an soecific piece to place the Red Dot in low profile

The product includes the RMR? -Yes it does

Classic Army, here you can understand what I was saying before

They shown us a complete M4, interesting for beginner players but...

Honestly, what I didn't come to the IWA just for the standard M4s

Yes, they are nice and needed, but please look at this

This could be the Classic Army M4 for beginners

The price is under the 250 or 230 euros

It comes with electronic trigger, quick access to the High Torque motor

ICS, I admit I've been always interested in their M4s

A veteran brand showing this modern designs

This is the CXP line introduces the M-LOK

Now included in this line which is being well known for 4 years already

Selling all aroudn the globe the CXP-UK1

But in this case including the M-LOK system

And changing other design features, making it more aggressive and modern

The body is now angular, including mosfet in the stock

ICS has this gearbox in 2 parts

and this line of products is compatible with the ICS electronic trigger

It comes in 3 platforms

The DMR with this stock which is compatible with all the M4s in the market

The carbine version, with a stock with more space for the battery

and also the SBR short version for CQB spaces

G&G, well known brand

always making products convenients for the beginner players

You know what? I must talk about the Raider 2.0

So we will talk about it in another video

And other stands that we couldn't see for much time

but showing really interesting things

Like ASG, always with replicas that looks different

this catches my eye

I love the CZ, I want to play airsoft with something exotic like an Ingram

if you like the SCARs, you should check this BRENs

What a pitty that the magazine is unique for this replica

But then they released the M4 magazines adapter

Then problem solved

Here is the original, and this is the M4 magazines adapter

You can't make jokes about this

Don't fuck with this. This is serious

This is what this channel needs

This is 2 M14 EBR. -yes dude

Together, looks like a blade

Oh my

We didn't wanted to see anything that is not Airsoft

But we just found a Barret

This is absolutely barbaric

This watch has tools, allen and so

This one is real

Did you tried this with yours yet?

We were just taking a break and we met the guys from Quimera Airsoft store

We could see lots of projects and prototypes, with unknown release date

But seems like the new Jefftron electronic trigger will be released in few months

very similar to the Titan, but with this one you can use bluetooth

Lots of interesting things, prototypes, but not much finished products this year

Well, maybe this is their moment to show the innovations

Maybe not the final product, but the moment to show what they will have next

Create a hype, maybe that is what all the brands try to do

IWA 2018, an interesting experience

An opportunity to know the Airsoft in a closer range

and having a global and wider vision about what this hobby is

And by the way

It's also the perfect place for eating really bad and paying more than 20 euros per person

3D Printing in 1 minute - Duration: 1:48.

Do you want to turn your 3D models into real objects?

Do you want to create human prostheses to help

Or do you even want to print your own food?

If so, start thinking of buying or making a 3D printer

Because everything that I mentioned before

and much more is possible with the help of technology

3D printing is an innovative technology

that allows you to create fission objects from a digital model

with an excellent plastic finish

The beginnings of 3D printing go back to the 80's and everything came up with the idea

of creating a technology that allows to create prototypes

in a fast and economical way. 30 years later

and you can have a 3D printer in your home

and give life to your creations, long live to technology!

But to conclude with this we will need

the heart of 3D printing, the printer.

This device is responsible for printing the design

that we indicate through a layer adhesion technique

where different layers of the same material are successively superimposed

until the object is finished.

Speaking of accessibility, we have to be honest and say

that 3D printing is not yet accessible to all people

3D printers are usually not very cheap

and although the material is not so expensive

let's say that the set is not very accessible.

That if, if you dare you can create a yourself with an Arduino microcontroller

and save you a lot of money!

And to conclude, remember that if you ever have one

you can sell your own creations

help donate plastic prosthetics for people who need them

and above all have fun

because creating is wonderful!

Do the Right Thing: Did Mookie Do the Right Thing? - Duration: 15:47.

[And that's the truth, Ruth.]

This video is brought to you by Mubi,

a curated film streaming service with a twist.

You get 30 films per month,

a new film every day.

And these films are a handpicked selection

of influential movie jams

from around the globe.

We're huge fans of Mubi at ScreenPrism.

So go ahead and click the link

in our description below

to get a full month of Mubi for free.

For most of Do the Right Thing,

director Spike Lee's character Mookie

seems to be a passive protagonist --

he slacks off at his job

as a pizza delivery man

[What is this, Mookie, another one

of your patented two-hour lunch breaks?]

[I wanted to come home and take a quick shower.]

He's not a dependable partner or father.

[You're going to run out of here,

and I ain't gonna see your black ass

for another [bleep] week.]

In fact he doesn't seem dedicated

to anything at all.

But then Mookie suddenly takes action

at a crucial moment near the end of the film.

A fight breaks out between Mookie's boss Sal

and his friend Radio Raheem --

and the chaos ends with the police

killing Radio Raheem in a chokehold.

[Mookie, they killed him.

They killed Radio Raheem!]

As the community stands there in shock,

Mookie picks up a trash can

and throws it through the window

of Sal's pizzeria --

and with that action, he starts a riot

that completely destroys the place.

[You see this [bleep]ing place?

I built this [bleep]ing place!

With my bare [bleep]ing hands!]

The film's complex ending makes us think

back to the meaning of the movie's title,

which comes from some advice Da Mayor

gives Mookie early in the film.

[Always do the right thing.]

[That's it?]

[That's it.]

[I got it.

I'm gone.]

And that leads us to the question

that most people leave this movie

wondering about:

did Mookie ultimately

do the right thing?

[Man, we aren't even safe in our own

[bleep]ing neighborhood.]

[Never was.

Never will be.]

It's a question that's been debated a lot.

[Why would the delivery man have thrown the trash can

through his employer's window?

He must have known that his actions

would cause the mob to riot.

It seemed totally irrational.]

But in this video we'll do our best

to get to the bottom of what Lee is communicating here.

[What I feel I have to do as a filmmaker

is present problems so that the discussion can start.]

So before we can figure out

if Mookie did the right thing,

we have to try to understand

why Mookie does what he does.

Some viewers believe that Mookie throws the trash can

to divert the angry crowd's attention

away from Sal and his sons.

So those viewers think Mookie's trying to ensure

the only thing damaged is property.

[You're gonna get it all from

the [bleep]ing insurance anyway, Sal.

You know the deal.]

On one level that makes sense

because Mookie and Sal have

a relatively warm relationship.

[Mookie, I wanna tell you that there's always

gonna be a place for you here,

because you've always been like a son to me.]

But the director himself has actually

weighed in on this interpretation

and clarified Mookie's motives.

[I want to clear up something once and for all.

Mookie did not throw the garbage can through the window

to divert the mob jumping on Sal, Vito, and Pino.

Mookie threw the garbage can through the window

because he just saw one of his best friends

murdered in cold blood by NYPD.]

It's understandable that people want to believe

Mookie is trying to protect Sal

because of what we've seen between the characters

before this point.

But ultimately that theory is an attempt

to find a warm and fuzzy explanation

that's not the truth.

It's not acknowledging that this action

is an expression of Mookie's grief.

All this time as we thought Mookie

was being passive throughout the film,

there was actually a deep, profound anguish

building up inside him --

and now, suddenly, it comes out.

The director has said that the only people

who continue to ask him why Mookie threw the trash can

over the years are white.

[In 20 years since the film came out,

no black person has ever asked me

why Mookie threw the garbage can through the window.

Only white people ask that question.

Still today.

No black person's ever asked me that.]

So Lee's words imply that black people intuitively

understand Mookie's deep frustration in this moment

as he's helpless to stop injustice in his community.

[Mookie threw that trash can

because he was [bleep]ing angry.]

The film's title is a clear directive,

a command telling us to --

[Always do the right thing.]

But in the end that direction is painfully ironic

because the movie shows how hard it is

to decipher what the right thing is.

It's difficult to say if there is a "right thing"

for Mookie to do in this situation.

If he hadn't thrown the trash can,

he would have had to just walk away

and passively accept his friend's murder.

He lives in a place where the people

who are supposed to represent justice are murderers,

and he has no legal recourse.

The movie takes place during a heatwave.

[I have today's forecast for you.

Hot!]

And that oppressive heat symbolizes

the simmering racial tensions in this neighborhood.

[We should stay in our own neighborhood,

stay in Bensonhurst,

and the [bleep] should stay in theirs.]

And when the community sets fire to the pizzeria,

the heat has become wild, destructive flames.

For a lot of the movie, it's not clear

where the plot is going --

but like Mookie, the film is slowly burning up,

building to a powerful crescendo.

When Mookie throws the trash can he yells:

[Hate!]

This calls back to Radio Raheem's iconic speech

about love and hate.

[Hate!

It was with this hand

that Cain iced his brother.

Love!

These five fingers,

they go straight to the soul of man.]

That scene is actually taken from

The Night of the Hunter --

[H-A-T-E.

It was with this left hand

that old brother Cain struck the blow

that laid his brother low.]

so it shows off Spike Lee's cinephile chops,

but the director is also putting

his own spin on this love-hate story

by applying it to the question of

how a person responds to oppression.

In the moment he's pushed to his limit,

Mookie chooses the hate hand.

[Hate!]

But the movie doesn't end with the riot.

The morning after, Mookie goes to Sal's

burnt out pizzeria

and asks for his week's pay.

[Sal, I want my money.]

[Your money couldn't begin to pay

for the window you broke.]

[Mother[bleep] a window.

Radio Raheem is dead.]

Eventually Sal crumples up $500 in cash --

which is double Mookie's salary --

and he throws the bills at Mookie one by one.

[You got $500 -- you're a rich [bleep]ing man now.

You happy?]

Sal is demeaning Mookie here --

he knows Mookie can't afford

to turn this money down,

so he's making him pick up the cash

off the street --

and he's kind of rubbing it in Mookie's face

that this money won't really do anything

for him in the long run.

[He's got 500 [bleep]ing dollars.

He's a big man!

He's a rich [bleep]ing man!]

Sal will get insurance money to rebuild,

but the truth is Mookie's the one

who's truly worse off now,

out of a job because of what he did.

[What are you gonna do with yourself?]

[Make that money.

Get paid.]

In spite of that, Mookie refuses to back down

or to apologize for anything.

His calm composure tells us --

he stands behind what he did.

He thinks he did do the right thing.

At the very end we see two quotes --

one from Martin Luther King Jr.,

and one from Malcolm X --

and the words essentially express

the two leaders' different interpretations

of what "the right thing" is --

King advocates against violence

and its destructive power.

[Good people, please.

Let's all go home.

Somebody's gonna get hurt.]

[Yeah, you, boy!]

[If we don't stop this and stop it now,

we gonna do something we're gonna regret

for the rest of our lives.]

Malcolm X says to "do what is necessary"

and that violence is permissible

in some situations.

[Burn it down, burn it down.]

By putting these quotes one after the other,

Lee is suggesting that both of these leaders

have a good point, and therefore,

there can be no straightforward answer

to the question of what it means

to "do the right thing"

in a world that's wrong.

[In certain times, both philosophies and approaches

can be appropriate.

But in this day and age, in the year of our lord 1989,

I'm leaning more toward the philosophies of Malcolm X.

And that's why we chose that quote to end the movie with

than with the Dr. Martin Luther King quote.]

But after these quotes, Lee shows us

that picture that Smiley sells

of the two men shaking hands.

On one level it's an optimistic image

that shows some reconciliation between the two sides,

the way that they're two halves of a whole

seeking the same thing.

At the same time, the image reminds us

of Radio Raheem's love and hate story,

when he intertwines the fingers of his two hands.

[The story of life is this: static.

One hand is always fighting the other hand.]

So this ending also sends a message of static --

of things not changing.

The two hands just keep fighting.

And ultimately, the end of Do The Right Thing

gives us no resolution.

[I think it would have been a lie and very dishonest

to have a kind of Steven Spielberg ending

where we're all holding hands and singing

'We Are The World.']

The next morning after the riot,

there's just more heat --

[They say it's even gonna get hotter today.]

So the symbolism is nothing has been resolved.

Nothing has really changed.

It's only going to get worse.

The riot scene is a very small part of the film --

most of Do the Right Thing is composed

of neighborhood vignettes,

introducing us to the people in the community.

[Hey!]

[Hi Mookie.]

[Hey Mook.]

Through these scenes, the film slowly reveals

how profoundly helpless and frustrated

these characters feel.

[I own this brownstone.]

[Who told you to buy a brownstone on my block

in my neighborhood on my side of the street?]

It's a predominantly black community,

yet the black people have no power.

The cops are in control.

[This hydrant better not come back on again,

or there's going to be hell to pay!

Come and answer to me, God damn it.]

And small business owners like Sal

and the Korean couple

seem to be the only ones able to succeed

in the neighborhood.

[A mother[bleep]ing year off the mother[bleep]ing boat

and they already got a business in our neighborhood,

a good business.]

Lee is showing that we're kidding ourselves

if we actually think this is a "free country"

with an even playing field.

[What the hell are you talking about,

free?

Free?

There's no free here.

What?

I'm the boss.]

The black characters rebel against the powers that be,

by acting out in small ways --

two young men spray a white man's car with water

from the fire hydrant.

Radio Raheem makes a point of blasting

his hip hop music

[We gotta fight the powers that be]

and Buggin' Out demands Sal put some black celebrities

on his "wall of fame."

[Rarely do I see any American-Italians eating in here.

All I see is black folks.

So since we spend much money here,

we do have some say.]

But these kinds of actions just

release some resentment --

they can't do anything to address

the systemic inequalities that are the big problem.

[You know, if you really tried hard, Buggin' Out,

you could direct your energies

in a more useful way, you know?]

[Jade, you got to be down.

What, you ain't down?]

[Yeah, Buggin' Out, I'm down,

but I'm down for something

positive in the community.]

Watching the movie for the first time

the viewer might feel that the riot

comes out of nowhere --

but on closer inspection, its clear

that all these smaller acts

of rebellion and frustration

are leading straight to that climax of the film.

So does Mookie do the right thing?

On some level it feels like Lee is saying

that there comes a point

when you just have to do something --

you can't just keep accepting

that there's nothing to be done.

Up until Radio Raheem's death,

Mookie hasn't been doing much of anything at all --

so in this heated moment he finally breaks out

of that complacency.

He can no longer stand by and tolerate

that this is the world he lives in,

without raising a protest.

There's a tradition in cinema of directors

giving themselves a key role at a pivotal moment

in their movies.

Here Lee casts himself as the person

who incites the riot.

[It would have been too easy for the audience

for a character like Buggin' Out

to do that because that was expected.

It also would have lessened the effect

because up to that point,

I think for a lot of the white audience

that this is one character in the film

that they can identify with.]

He's directing the action of the scene

from inside it --

and this subtly sends the message

that the film itself is intended

as a riot of sorts --

an expression of anger and grief,

meant to provoke action,

to speak to people who feel powerless.

Do the Right Thing is dedicated to the families

of real-life victims of police brutality.

[It's murder.

They did it again,

just like Michael Stewart.]

[Murder.

Eleanor Bumpers.

Murder!]

The film had foresight --

less than three years after it was released,

the 92 L.A. riots broke out,

triggered by the acquittals of the police officers

who assaulted Rodney King.

[We had the crystal ball.

I mean I think we predicted what happened

with the L.A. riots.]

And the film's understanding of

how the police can hurt marginalized communities

is sadly still as relevant today.

But it's telling that the conversation

about the movie's ending over the years

continues to focus on Mookie's actions and the riot,

when we really should be talking more

about Radio Raheem's murder.

[I know the cops did the wrong thing,

that's for sure.

And what's sad is they continue

to do the wrong thing

and nothing ever happens.

For me, that's what the movie's about.

About human life, and how in America black life

has become devalued.]

Many characters in the film

make questionable decisions --

but the only ones who do the objectively,

undeniably wrong thing are the cops

who kill Radio Raheem,

Obama Campaign Harvested Data from 100 Million More Facebook Users Than Cambridge Analytica.

Facebook announced in early April that the data of up to 87 million users may have been

improperly shared with a political consulting firm connected to President Trump during the

2016 election.

The news STUNNED the American media elites!

The news shocked the political world and launched two full days of congressional hearings into

Facebook practices.

But in 2012 the Obama campaign harvested data from 190 million Facebook users.

The media cheered the sheer brilliance of the Obama campaign.

Research Sprints - Fueling Grand Challenges Research at UMN - Duration: 2:32.

>> Our project is called the CREATE Project.

It stands for codeveloping research and engaged approaches

to transforming environments.

And what we mean by that is really making a concerted effort

to bring our community partners into the research process.

So the project is on Mahnomen [phonetic] wild rice.

The goal is to be able

to protect natural wild rice habitats but to do so in a way

that involves and actually really prioritizes the culture

value of wild rice for Native Americans in the area.

The research [inaudible] for such a great opportunity for us

to put this goal into action.

So we worked with the libraries really early

on to create a model for this research print [phonetic]

where we could bring our community partners

to the University of Minnesota.

>> The research sprints are an opportunity for faculty

to partner with a number of librarians, usually four

or five, over the course of three or four days

to work intensively on a small project

or a component of larger research.

>> And the library was just really amazing.

The -- they sent us six librarians who worked side

by side with us very hard.

>> In three days, they probably accomplished what would have

taken us, gosh, maybe a whole semester to do.

>> That was such a wonderful experience.

We had undergraduates involved, faculty,

and then community partners and librarians.

>> The teams of librarians actually have subject expertise

or technical or kind of what we call functional expertise

related to that researcher's topic.

>> I've done two research sprints now.

I did one for my own personal research and then I did one

as part of a grand challenges research.

And what really is striking to me is how much --

I didn't understand how the libraries provide the

infrastructure for the university.

I didn't realize how helpful the librarians could be

and how actually really -- how very interested they were

in being able to help.

I would say to any faculty member or graduate student

or undergrad, if you're not working with the libraries,

you're missing a whole piece

of what this university has to offer.

I Quit Law School To Become An Actress | L.A. Land | Refinery29 - Duration: 7:42.

Hi.

Hi! -Are you here for the audition?

Yeah.

Go on in have a seat.

I kinda like live for these moments where I get to actually, act.

Sometimes I think we have a theatre ghost in here.

Go ahead and complete the audition form.

Simple as that.

Alright, so now go ahead.

I'll have you stand on stage there.

You will imagine a large object traveling from a distance okay?

It's traveling from a distance,

and arrives at the limp of the stage.

Okay good, that's it.

Alright give yourself a round of applause.

You did really good.

Alright, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours.

You did a great job.

Thanks.

Forget about it.

Relax, it's on Friday.

Enjoy your weekend.

I'm done.

There's something in the air today I feel like.

I just chalk it up to being LA, it's LA.

And there's all types of people in LA.

I moved to LA three years ago to become an actress.

Kapre.

Kapre, kapre, kapre.

And that's clothes.

I, I was about to go to law school, and then I interned for a bunch of lawyers and it was,

no one was happy for me or excited.

And then I just had this huge change of heart.

My mom was just, she just couldn't believe it.

In Indian culture they really care about what other people think and so the first thing she said

was like, "What am I going to tell other people.

What about our reputation?"

In fact they didn't tell everybody I went into acting until two years after I kind of

chose it.

I was in this play and so my dad, the last time we talked, he was like, "Hey did you ever

get paid for that play?"

And I said, "Yeah."

And I don't know why I just said $300 instead of $250.

And he was like, "Wait didn't you drive there like every day over an hour?"

And I was like, "Yes."

And he was like, "And how long did you rehearse for?"

And I was like, "A full month."

And he was like, "So that means, Neha, you didn't even make minimum wage."

Should I do something Indian?

I'm just kidding.

Namaste.

I like coming here because it reminds me of home.

I've kinda become the black sheep of the family.

I know my grandparents just don't, I don't even talk to my one grandfather.

He was like, "That's not a profession.

How can you give up all of your college education on this?"

He was just going off.

I just know to let them talk and say what they want.

But then he turned to my mom after, you know, haranguing me, and he was like, "But this

is your fault.

You raised her like this."

So that was really hard to see that my parents were getting the brunt of a lot.

Their parents are a different generation and just don't even understand.

Yeah, I don't like not knowing what it is.

But.

I'm famous!

Hi guys.

You can hit me up on YouTube later.

Neha. Nice to meet you.

Nice to meet you.

Let me take this.

Guess I'll, do it inside.

Yeah.

After you.

Thank you.

Do you want me to be like center?

You can be wherever you feel comfortable.

Anywhere on the stage.

Okay.

And you can talk to one of us or you can talk to the whole room.

It's however you want to do it.

Everybody needs to own it, everybody.

Because, we are like this, we are like this.

Thank you.

Thank you so much.

Have a great weekend.

Thanks for having me.

Lovely to meet you.

The life of an actor is coming out of every audition and being like I fucked up.

I'm horrible, I suck.

I don't think I look high school.

You know what, submit anyway.

The second audition, he was like, "We liked you, while some of us were on the fence."

And so that was kind of awkward but, then, you know, with this, I just have to let it

go.

I would just like for my income solely to be from acting.

I know it sounds like really bad.

I really don't want to cry.

I know the best way to prove them, is to just be stable in it.

That paycheck, and showing my dad, I can make a career of this.

And I'm going to come back and prove to you that I can do this.

I ask myself every day. Am I doing the right thing?

Am I?

Because more than anything, more than anything in the world I want to be good.

I felt better but I took the lines like way…

Hey everybody! Thank you so much for watching! My name is Nina Ljedi and I'm the director of LA Land.

Should I Buy Real Estate At Market Value? - Duration: 7:28.

Oh my gosh. So many people ask me this question: Should I buy real estate at

market value? And you know what, I could say yes and be wrong and I could say no

and be wrong so today it's going to be a video to break it all down for you.

Should I buy my home at market value, Stephen Miller? - Yes, no. What? It depends.

- It does and it's going to come down to the ROI and today we're going to educate you on

what's called a blended ROI. We're dealing with one property one investment

but this one investment is making you money in a number of different ways and

on some of them it's more and some of them is less so what we're going to do

today is we got to start with the definition of what something is really

worth. Stephen, what is a home really worth?- Well a home is really worth what

other people are willing to pay for it. - Wait. You're telling me that if there's a home

that there's a hundred condos and they've all been selling for $100,000

and if I can buy one for $80,000 and I actually get my hands on it that that is

by definition still with that home is only worse? - It's still my definition of

it's only worth and this is important because a lot of people say, hey, I want

to buy a home with a massive amount of equity, that's the only way I'm ever

going to get into real estate is if I can buy a home with a lot of equity. - And that

would be really short-sighted because equity is only one of the levers that

you want to control when actually looking at a deal holistically. It's not

as simple as, well what's its equity play? By the way, I've bought homes with crazy

amounts of equity that I lost money on so I'm just saying that

equity cannot be the only thing that you look at in isolation so instead we're

talking about how do you make an intelligent purchase and part of that

really just comes down to knowing that along the way you're going to make money in

different ways in fact, right now, - Profit centers. - Yeah, here are your profit centers to

write down. The first one is that you could get it below market so there could

be some equity when you buy it. It is a profit center but it's not the only

profit center. Another profit center is appreciation, right? Like some markets

appreciate faster than others, part of it has to do with the local economy, the

macro economy and the things that are happening big business just moved in.

Utah's like booming right now for example, prices are going up,

there's a lot of money to make on the appreciation side but let me ask you,

Steven, should you only buy a house because the market's going up? - No,

absolutely no. - Because what goes up comes down and that means that you can't look

at appreciation in isolation so we always look at appreciation, it is a

profit center, we account for it, we don't count on it because that means that you

have a crystal ball and you think you know the economy's going to do and nobody's

got that. The smartest most intelligent economist on the planet does not know

when or how busts are going to happen but those are two profit centers, the equity

that you buy it with, the appreciation that can happen.

- Another profit Center is cash flow, right? And so you want to make sure that the

home has good cash flow. Now I want to say this though, what if your home didn't

have crazy awesome cash flow but you were able to secure a twenty or thirty

percent equity position in that home? Could it still be worth getting? - That

all comes down to taking all the profit centers and evening them

out saying, what's my blended ROI? What's my ROI on this property that I'm

projecting and then when I actually end up getting because sometimes, equity is

high in cash flows low, sometimes equity is minimal but cash flows high so you've

got to be able to look at all of them. Another profit center is

going to be your tax benefit, right. Like some of you are in a situation where you

want money, you don't want to pay taxes on it real estate is an incredible place

where you can buy up a lot of real estate, pick up a lot of money and yet

because you get to write off the depreciation, the interest, the tax

benefits, you might be able to actually make up to five or ten thousand dollars

a year on a property before you even pay a penny in tax with all the write offs

that it has. So by the way, is that a part of the blended ROI for you? Yes because

it's not how much money you make, it's how much money you keep and this is the

thing that is important to people with money. One of the rules is don't lose

money and their second rule is, how do I keep the money that I'm making because

there are some scenarios where you could make a grundle of money and by the time

you're done with taxes and everything, you've paid so much of it out the doors

that it's like I could have gone into a way more conservative investment, not

putting nearly as much money at risk and actually route it with more money.

- I'm just curious though real quick. Before we go on how much is a grundle?

- A grundle is at least 4.8. - Thank you. - Yeah. - See that's just what everyone needs to

understand. So should you buy real estate at market

value? The answer is depends, right. There's all

these different profit centers, there's this blended ROI that Kris has been

talking about which is an amazing thing to think about which is you going into

this home, you're going into this investment and just be aware, be aware of

all those different profit centers and how they come together work together

that gives you that overall ROI. - And that's just real quick breakdown as a

bonus what do I mean by a blended ROI? This would mean well on appreciation

over the last two years, my property went down in value but I bought it with

equity so I'm actually still ahead you know, so I could be down 6% on

appreciation, I could be up 10% on equity and then at the same time, I could be up

4% because of my cash flow in the property and I could be up 3% of my tax

benefits I add them all up and I'm sitting at 13% a year on my money, that's

what we mean by blended, some are down, some are up but what is the average as a

whole when you add them all up and frankly that's what real estate does.

When people say they make a lot of money in real estate, I always like to go one

step deeper and say you're claiming that a deal under that strategy made you that

money but I want to know what the profit centers are and where was your real

money made? Where was your safe money made? Where was the risky money made?

Because it might be that you made, someone might be bragging about how

crazy they are and you look at timing in the market and just like yeah, every

idiot that phoned real estate during that phrase made a lot of money you know, stop

believing your press clippings, you're not the stuff, all you did was have good

timing and even though we can't read the market, we can't play timing all that

well, it does give us hints and indications the reality is, there's going to

be periods where you're going to look like a financial genius when you got lucky

and then they're going to be period when the real geniuses emerge because the

markets went down and you made a grundle. 4.8 Hertz, mega Hertz.

Alright, so friends. That's what we mean by blender ROI so should I buy a

property market value? I've done it. There are times when it is absolutely like,

there's a deal I'm doing right now, I'm really buying it up market and the cash

flow is so high on it that I don't care right and there are other projects where

it's just like the cash flow is going to be really pathetic but the equity is really

good. Cash flow I get today, equities tomorrow. There's trade offs, there's pros

and cons so we're inviting you to become a more sophisticated investor and look

at all the different profit center levers and then to look at how they

produce your blended ROI and that'll tell you whether you should

buy a property at market value or not. Hey, friends. Thanks for watching this

video. I hope it was useful for you and really

gives you more of a deeper understanding and that how my decision-making process

works with real estate and understanding values. If you're not a subscriber, make

sure you take care of that right now because every day I'm pumping out videos

and if this is useful for you, if you subscribe then in a matter of videos and

in a matter of time, you'll possess the knowledge that I have

that has allowed me to retire at the age of 26 and frankly make piles and piles

of money so that today I can be living in a world of abundance doing greater

goods, sharing being a blessing to other people. Bottom line is that when we can

get ourselves from fear and scarcity into the world of abundance, everything

is to change and trust me that's a world you want to live in.

DAY 95 OF MY JUICE FAST I MADE MY OWN KIDNEY CLEANSE FLUSH-MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹 - Duration: 13:18.

hey guys today is day 95 of my juice fast and like always I almost forgot

what day it was um today I wanted to bring to you something that was very

interesting to me my lighting is a little bit off as usual but that's not

what we had for I'm on day 95 of my juice fast and I was looking around for

a kidney cleanse to use because I was doing the salt water flush which I do

every single day I have a 95 days done a salt water flush and in some cases I

have done up to three flushes a day to being I'm going to be done today

I did one early this morning after my workout and then I had decided that I'm

gonna do another salt water flush a little bit later to flush out my system

and cleanse but I was surfing around and I wanted to find something for the

kidneys because what we forget is even when we clean the blood the liver the

pancreas and the tissues in the skin if the kidneys are not working properly

all of those detox you know you know remedies that we use a useless because

all of the toxins are going to recycle itself inside of the body and stop

diseases back flourishing the kidneys have to be at optimal levels in order to

after you strip the toxins from the body be able to the kidneys those functions

need to be able to get rid of the toxins after they're removed from the blood in

the liver and our you know colons so I came up with

this juice here the recipe call for four ounces of water and a half a teaspoon of

baking soda and a half a teaspoon of olive oil and the olive oil is to use so

that the concoction you know like the baking soda and the cranberry

unsweetened juice can penetrate through the kidneys and you know it'll be um you

know a hundred percent absorption and I cannot talk today and you know it'll

penetrate through the kidneys and cleanse them out and then we'll pee it

out the the results from the drink so I said what I was gonna do was I was gonna

buy some cranberry juice organic no sugar at all that's the last thing that

kidneys meet needs to have helping to filter and cleanse it out as sugar so I

did eight ounces of unsweetened organic cranberry juice all natural and I didn't

use the lemon juice which I will sometime add lemon juice fresh lemon

juice to the cranberry mix 32 ounces of water and I also added four half

teaspoons of baking soda and the reason why I'm using so much baking soda is

because the recipe consists of four ounces of water I'm doing it in larger

batches and skipping over the lemon juice and I'm using cranberry juice a

different alternative they're both excellent cleanses lemon juice and

cranberry juice to clean the kidneys I will incorporate and I do have lemons in

the house so I will be incorporating the lemon juice but I didn't use my citric

lemon squeeze this morning to squeeze the fresh lemon

juice so I skipped that part but because of making larger batch of this

concoction for my liver clan I mean for my kidney cleanse I use more half 4

teaspoons inside of the solution so basically this drink consists of 8

ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice organic there's nothing but cranberries

in here and filtered water inside of the solution and it's organic I use for half

a teaspoon of baking soda and I also use 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil um and

the reason why I use the grape seed oil was because it was liquefied already I

have cold-pressed organic coconut oil which would have been great too but it

wasn't warmed up so it wasn't in liquid form so that's why I didn't put it

inside of here but I'm gonna figure out a way not to heat it but maybe keep it

somewhere like in the Sun so that it can liquefy and then I can add 2 tablespoons

to this 32 ounce mix that I'll be drinking in the morning time and the

reason why I wanted to bring this to your attention on day 95 of my juice

fast this you know juice tonic juice cleanse slash tonic that I'm using for

the kidney is because when I started drinking it I said to myself this was

gonna taste really nasty one because the cranberry juice didn't have any sugar in

it too because I'm using grapeseed oil and it's not being used like in a salad

salad dressing for a savory aspect and is not being used as an oil in a in a

sweet aspect it's being used in something that you know like cranberry

juice that's bitter

and you know I'm using baking soda that's bitter

so I said to myself I don't know how I'm going to stomach this but surprisingly

enough and you're not going to believe this it has no taste to it

it has no aftertaste once you drink this down it's just so weird it has this is

something if you had a drink every single day that was working for you

giving you an example of what I'm trying to talk about apple cider has been again

water some people stopped using the apple

cider vinegar and water because they just cannot stand the taste of the apple

cider vinegar I get it this here you can't even taste it you can't even taste

the bitter from the cranberry juice and that's probably because the the baking

soda neutralizes it out so that's a good thing so you might say you're drinking

actually 32 ounces of this stuff yes I can't taste it it's it's the color can

can intimidate you and you you could say to yourself I'm actually gonna drink

this but this here is a game changer and I wanted to share this with you I was

gonna put it on my Facebook page I have a juice page if you guys would like to

friend request me and join that group you can do so but I wanted to put it

inside the juice page but I have to probably wait for tomorrow because I'm

almost done with this I have about

I drank about 16 ounces of this and I'd to drink it's kind of relatively slow

because I wanted to show it to you in this video but as you can see it's

almost gone Tom was gone and I just can't believe

that I put together something that they usually say when it tastes horrible it's

usually good for you and when it tastes really good it's usually bad but this

here is a game changer I mean it's it's it's kind of pricey I got the nature's

Promised One because it was a lot cheaper I'm gonna have to stick with

that one and not buy the other one I can't think of the name of the brand but

it's much more expensive what I want like $7.99 for the same leader of

unsweetened cranberry juice but you get what you pay for this is for your health

one way I can measure that this solution is working is my overall how I feel you

know it's gonna help with my anxiety and the last couple of days taking the

candida supplements that I'm taking right now and also the milk thistle I

have noticed a change in my mood and I know that this is a game changer right

here drinking this I might even drink upwards to two of

these a day I'm days when I'm really trying to cut back on drinking the

juices not because it's you know full of sugars and the sugar juice or anything

like that but I mean cutting back on the juices as far as calories because I'm

trying to lose weight and what I'm finding now is that it's getting a

little bit harder when you have lesser weight to lose to lose the weight and

the reason for that is because the body is now adjusting to the fast changes of

weight loss that you have lost in a short period of time and all the dead

skin cells and all that loose skin that it has to repair and

tighten and eat up all that that garbage that's coming from the weight loss it

needs to eat adjust and clear out the system in order for it to show on the

scale and also to show when you look at yourself in the mirror or when you use

your tape measure and see how many inches you have lost like around your

waist your thighs so it's your body adjusting so you are the body is doing

something and you definitely losing weight it's just not showing with the

tape measure or with your scale but this video is getting kind of long but this

is day 95 of my juice fast and I did have to get a video up that was part of

my accountability to myself first and foremost and to you was to put up a

video of my progress but yes this is a game-changer this is juicy I'm very very

very pleased with how determined I am and how literally I searched around

looking for natural solutions then going out buying products that I know you know

the company is not going to tell you you know that little concoction you made can

definitely do it probably a better job than these capsules that we're going to

give you and and charge you $50 for a 30-day supply they're not going to tell

you that you know but in fact there are remedies if you want to take the time

out and pour 32 ounces of water in a jar and eight ounces of cranberry juice

inside of this job and four half teaspoons of baking soda and 2

tablespoons of grape seed oil and make yourself something that is

relatively free compared to what you'd have to pay if you was to buy something

offline to get yourself healthy and then you have to financially keep up with

that product in order for you to reap the benefits from it we are so

consumed thinking that we can't heal ourselves with the things that we have

at home to cleanse ourselves or heal ourselves that we spent all of these

dollars on things that they probably do work but we're not allowing our bodies

to get a chance to see if they work because we don't have the money to keep

up with these luxuries of getting the body well so what all that being said

please subscribe to the channel like and share this video and make it a favorite

[Szok] Wielka radość w małżeństwie Czartoryskiej i Niemczyckiego! || LVTszok - Duration: 3:33.

Wielka radość w małżeństwie Czartoryskiej i Niemczyckiego!

Anna Czartoryska (34 l. ) i Michał Niemczycki (37 l. ) mają co świętować.

Pięć lat temu Anna Czartoryska i Michał Niemczycki wzięli ślub.

Which Is Better NLP or Hypnosis? - Duration: 7:11.

ever wonder what's better NLP or hypnosis stay tuned this is Damon Cart

from NLP Gym ever wonder what's better NLP or hypnosis if you have it already

please click subscribe to this youtube channel so you can get these videos on a

regular basis people don't normally ask me so directly

what's better NLP or hypnosis what people often ask me though is what do I

prefer or what do I use more NLP or hypnosis and to me that's sort of like

asking the same question it's just not so direct think about it like this every

instrument every musical instrument has its place in an orchestra and even more

importantly than that it's the musician who's really responsible for the quality

of the sound for whatever instrument it is that they're playing for me

personally I prefer to use NLP I like to bring unconsciousness or the things that

are in my unconscious into consciousness and whenever I'm coach clients I'd like

to do the same thing I really want to take what is holding them back from

getting what they want which is usually unconscious because if it's conscious

then we usually just go and take care of it or do something about it

but most of us for most of us there's a lot going on in our unconscious like

limiting beliefs that are holding us back so I like to go into the

unconscious and bring into consciousness whatever it is that is holding a person

back or getting in their way and then alter it in consciousness and then let

it slip back into unconsciousness now that's just more my way of working I

like to have measurable results I like the person to be conscious of when they

get what they want but they're very conscious of it some people are really

into meditation trance work shamanistic rituals and mysticism and if you're

really into that you probably are going to take better

to hypnosis but the truth is is it really comes down to trying each of them

out and seeing which one you prefer which one works best for you I will say

that it was learning hypnosis that really opened up NLP for me I'd been

training in NLP for a while and I took a hypnosis class and suddenly I understand

I understood so much more about how NLP works and it made me a more effective in

LP R and a more effective coach and I believe that's true for it for anyone

whose training in NLP it's essential that you learn hypnosis as well it

doesn't mean you have to use hypnosis doesn't mean you have to practice it

every single day or use it in your your coaching work just learn and practice it

enough to understand how it works and it'll open up the NLP concepts like in a

way that you've never experienced it before likewise if you're it really into

hypnosis and you've done a lot of hypnosis training and you're good at it

and you haven't taken an NLP training I really urge you to do that I've met

people who are really good at hypnosis have done a lot of hypnosis training and

no NLP training and I'm always curious about that it's like how did you get

through all that hypnosis training and never take an NLP course and

unfortunately some of them are taught in these hypnosis classes that NLP is it's

it's where hypnosis went wrong or it's where people think that they can do

anything that they want make up their own rules and ethics and morals and it's

totally not that so if you are in hypnosis and you've done a lot of

hypnosis training you will become a better hypnotist by learning NLP again

doesn't mean that you have to do NLP all the time doesn't mean you have to do it

in your practice or in your coaching or on yourself I mean do it enough to get

the understanding because true NLP and hypnosis understandings or conceptual

they are applied they are practical they are experienced all so give both a try

and you will naturally find yourself gravitating to one or the other I don't

know anyone who uses a straight 50/50 NLP and hypnosis for every situation or

on themselves or in their coaching practice and that's the other thing

to some time sometimes NOP is going to be more appropriate sometimes hypnosis

is going to be more appropriate let the situation determine that I don't really

use hypnosis at all in my coaching practice but I use it through the way

that NLP modeled hypnosis I use what they call waking hypnosis so I can be

talking to someone and putting them in a in a trance without saying you know

close your eyes or you're getting sleepier or any of those things so don't

really know what I'm doing but we're going in and out of trance all the time

so I do use trance quite a bit I just don't use the the hypnosis the

traditional style of hypnosis if you think of personal development and

transformation as music then remember that it takes many instruments to

comprise a symphony and it never heard any musician to learn multiple

instruments so it will definitely not hurt you in any way to learn both NLP

and hypnosis in fact it's quite the opposite no matter what it is that you

practice both NLP and hypnosis together are much more powerful and they work

really well together so use them both integrate them both learn them both and

practice both of them like I said you're going to gravitate to one moreso than

the other and that's fine play to your strengths I'm a big believer and playing

To Your Strengths doesn't mean that you should never work on your weaknesses

sometimes it's really appropriate to work on your weaknesses and sometimes

it's just good to let them go it's just not your thing so learn both NLP and

hypnosis and play to your strengths

check out my website NLP-Gym.com follow me on Facebook for real-time

updates on upcoming workshops and talks that I might be giving and new online

trainings also I have some free NLP training

on the website there's a sensory acuity training sensory acuity in calibration

this is the training that helps you build rapport rapidly it's also a

foundational skill in NLP you need to know sensory acuity in calibration

rather more than knowing it you need to be able to do it it needs to become a

natural skill in order to be good at NLP also I have some hypnosis tracks I have

to hypnosis tracks that you can get absolutely for free one of them is about

building confidence and self-esteem and the other one is about relieving stress

and getting better sleep both of those are on the website absolutely free so

take advantage of that and take care all of this hypnosis training

CALL THE MIDWIFE | New Looks for Violet, Trixie and Shelagh | PBS - Duration: 2:21.

♪♪

STELLA O'FARRELL: So just thinking about Violet

for series seven, we were looking at people like

Barbara Castle, Thora Hird in her younger days,

Hattie Jacques in her younger days.

We wanted to move Violet on from late 50s to early 60s,

so that was really nice and good fun,

and Annabelle was really keen on that too.

RALPH WHEELER-HOLES: Historically, Violet's been

in cottons and floral prints all the way.

As we hit 1963, she has a new hairstyle.

I tried to bring her a little more forward

in terms of her dress,

so we've got a few things like this,

suitable for a woman of Violet's age.

But it's still a bit more relevant in the 60s.

She's a bit more Hattie Jacques as we move forward now,

rather than a bit of a floral grandma,

which is what she was in danger of becoming.

STELLA O'FARRELL: So when I was doing the mood board

for Trixie, we wanted to just

change her work hairdo a little bit,

just again to ring the changes, 1963.

So we were looking at people like

Jane Fonda, Julie Christie, Brigitte Bardot

for when Trixie was out of uniform.

Lots of great reference that we sort of

got together and drew our inspiration from.

TRIXIE: In case nobody's noticed,

I've had a full manicure and a professional shampoo and set.

MAN: There's never any excuse for a lady

to look less than her best.

STELLA O'FARRELL: When I started to prep

for series seven, Laura and I were chatting.

We were just talking about how we could move Shelagh on

a little bit from 1962 and we thought we'd

just make her hair a little bit looser,

a little bit higher, and we were looking at people

like Jane Fonda in 1963,

Elizabeth Montgomery, Susannah York, and so we got

loads of inspiration and ideas

just from looking at those characters.
