Nonchalant | March 29 - 31 - Duration: 4:25.

Good morning! I guess not even morning it's like 4:00 in the afternoon actually,

almost 5:00, and I woke up at like 2- 2 p.m? I didn't do anything today.

I mostly just watched YouTube videos and ate, but now I'm getting in the mood to be

productive. But I have to go outside and you feed my dogs, so you get to see that.

I'm gonna go over to my dad's house

It is now, like, 1:50 p.m...

Around that time.

It IS 1:50 p.m. It's just that my

iPad said one time, and my computer said the other time so I didn't really know

what time it was.

I didn't shower I just washed my face and I got ready and I got dressed.

I did my eyelashes.

I mostly got dressed because I might go visit Jana at

work later, visit Shayla I work later. Maybe got a pretzel?

Who knows?

Uhm- Get cat food- one thing.

and also, it just feels nice to get ready and

like put clothes on to do things. Like, yes, you're just gonna be at home but, you

know- might as well get dressed up for it.

These earrings are from N.Cat.

They're nice and red

I don't usually wear earrings but I'm starting to wear them more just

because it's another accessory I can use now that my hair is short

I also have this headband also from N.Cat.

My canada t-shirt that I got from Canada, from the

Vancouver Aquarium or something? Uhm- these overalls which are from jeans warehouse.

They were, like, $15.

Right now I'm gonna edit this video and while I do that I'm

gonna watch some YouTube videos maybe Cat Creature, Conan Gray or even

Hannah Gowan!

I wrote in my journal last night, like, how excited I got when I was

watching her videos like she's really really cute and she's really pretty and

I just want to like talk with her and like have a conversation with her if one

day I can meet here that'd be awesome. She's a student at Columbia College

Chicago, which is a school that I got accepted to, and a school that I'm

actually, like, seriously considering now; like seeing what Chicago looks like.

Uhm- seeing like what the building looks like it was like- it made my heart

flutter. I got super excited.

My whole like... college application and acceptance

experience has been rough.

It's been really strange, it wasn't like what I

thought my college experience was gonna be like.

I applied to, like, so many

schools. Half of them I just kind of- I was like, " screw it!"

I just applied anyway, because they sent me an e-mail, and I was like

You know what, yeah! Sure! I'll do it!

I got into a

good chunk of schools.

Some of them were Art Institute; some of them were regular

universities. My whole application process was just so casual and

nonchalant, that I applied to so many schools that at some point I didn't even

know which schools I applied to and what I applied to them for.

I'll definitely have another conversation with that, but my arm is getting tired and I'm going to edit

this video.

Where to go? The beach resorts in Gran Canaria - Gran Canaria travel guide - Duration: 12:30.

In this video I want to give you a complete look and comparison of all the different holiday

destinations in Gran Canaria so you can pick the right one for YOUR holiday in Gran Canaria.

The first resort is the Bahia Feliz.

This you will find as the first resort when you drive South from the airport towards where

you will find most of the holiday resorts in Gran Canaria.

The Bahia Feliz is a small little holiday destination with just about 5 hotels or something

like that.

There are some stone pebble beaches and a sandy one just a bit outside the resort.

In the smallish shopping center here you will also find a selection of restaurants.

This place is great for a relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria but has no busy nightlife

or something if you are looking for that.

A bit further down but within walking distance for most people is San Agustin.

Some people will claim this is already part of Maspalomas, some will say it is not and

a completely different destination.

San Agustin is similar to Bahia Feliz as it has also only less than 10 hotels however,

San Agustin has some very nice sandy beaches and a bit more choice of bars, restaurants

and shops.

However, if visiting San Agustin and eating outside of your hotel I would very much advice

reading reviews before going into a place as many of the place I drank and eat served

Pepsi when asking for coke, served dripp coffee when asking for espresso and some even served

instant powder coffee for 3 euro price.

I am not saying other places in Gran Canaria, Spain or the world don't have this and maybe

I was just unlucky in picking places but I would just like to give you a quick warning

about this.

Especially be aware of this for the places next to the beach.

Otherwise San Agustin is a great place for a holiday on the beach.

Next up and within Maspalomas is Playa del Ingles.

By far the best known area in Gran Canaria and also the oldest and biggest.

This resort has been around since tourism started on the island about 50 years ago.

It is best compared to such places as Palma Nova in Majorca and Playa de las Americas

in Tenerife.

It's big, busy, pr people everywhere trying to get you into bars and restaurants, much

about the nightlife and 2 for 1 deals all day every day.

Most of the restaurants and bars you will find on the front line but also some very

large open air shopping centers spread out over the area.

The beach is a nice sandy beach and very long but depending on where you are staying, you

might need to take a lot of stairs up or down to get to it.

In some places they also have elevators going to the beach to make it more easy.

Playa del Ingles is great for people who want sun and beach but still all the comforts from

home like international pubs showing your football games and to speak your own language

and be understood.

In the resort you will find a mix from 1 star hotels to 5 star hotels.

Playa del Ingles is very big so I would advise you to have a quick look on Google maps or

something where your hotel is before booking if it is important for you.

Next to Playa del Ingles is the new Meloneras area.

Well actually it is not new but recently many new hotels have established themselves here.

All of these are very big hotels and all of them have great reviews and 4 or 5 stars.

One even has 5 star GL… so basically 6 stars.

It is much more quieter and relaxed there and a bit more upscale.

There are 2 great beaches like the beach of Maspalomas and the Meloneras beach, both are

on the outside of the resort but that is just 1 or 2 minutes walking from the center...

centrally there is no beach.

Meloneras is great if you want a nice relaxing holiday and you stay within the hotel most

of the time and once and a while like to go to the beach.

This area also has great all inclusive hotel options.

Next up is Arguineguin, this is just a typical small Gran Canarian village with just a few

hotels.

Pretty much everything here is Spanish but a large community of Norwegian people has

found there way here, especially pensioners who like to come here in winter.

There is a nice sandy beach and during my last stay they were even in progress to add

another beach.

A bit further down is Anfi, well known for the timeshare hotel there.

It has one of the nicest fluffy sandy beaches in this area and great relaxed vibe.

In the evening there are also live shows and mini disco each night in the harbor area.

Another big resort is Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria.

There are many hotels here on the side of the mountains in all price categories and

star ratings.

All of these are surrounding a centrally located shopping center where most of the bars, restaurants

and nightlife are in the evening.

The resort is very popular with Scandinavian people, especially in winter when the temperature

is still nice here compared to most Scandinavian countries at that time.

This resort has a nice beach and since recently there is now a walkway to the neighbouring

beach of Playa de Amadores as well, so if you want a change, it's just a nice walk

away.

This resort is great as it offers everything you could wish for on holiday however it is

not so big you would get lost.

Everything is easy to find because of the layout.

Keep in mind that depending on where your hotel is you might have to walk a bit uphill

or take a taxi each time.

Also, when I was last here there were a lot of people on the strip asking or advising

people to come join a timeshare presentation… so be aware of that.

If you have time and you are interested… do it, but it might take an entire day even

tho they say you can leave at any time.

This has nothing to do with Puerto Rico of course, just saying so you are informed.

Playa del Cura in Gran Canaria is a nice little chill resort for an "escapist feel" holiday.

There is just a few hotels here set up against the hill and a few in the front near the beach.

Just a small walk away is the new Tauro beach what has recently been constructed and added

sand to, to also have a sandy beach in this area.

There are not very many shops, bars or restaurants but enough.

Since you can find hotels here at very good prices compared to the more popular and well

known resorts in Gran Canaria it is also a great place to explore the island from by

car.

Also because of its central location between all resorts and great connection to the highway.

Taurito is best described as a mini Puerto Rico.

It has the same layout and nice beach.

All the hotels are set up against the mountain side with most of the restaurants and bars

in the center and beach in front.

In the center you will also find the water park, mini golf and all the nighttime entertainment

and mini disco for the public.

Next is Puerto de Mogan, well known for its postcard worthy houses in the harbour area.

This used to be a quiet little fishing village but recently has seen expansion and construction

of 2 very large hotels in this area.

Also construction of a large shopping center is on the way.

Puerto de Mogan is a great place, however I hope it does not get over commercialised

in the next coming year.

If you wanna visit here, I would visit as soon as possible.

On the other side of the island you will find Agaete, a typical spanish fisherman village

that has not been commercialised anything.

Also for this reason it is very cheap.

There are only 3 hotels here, 1 with pool and 2 city style hotels.

It's a really great and surprising place.

If you want to visit Gran Canaria but don't want the mass tourism, this is one of your

best choices.

Also from here it is easy to pop over to Tenerife with the ferry that arrives here.

Next up is Las Palmas or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as some people call it.

This is the capital of Gran Canaria and the place where you will find most of the culture,

museums but also a great beach…

The Playa de las Canteras.

When I first visited Gran Canaria this was actually my first stop as I need to buy some

gear for filming in Gran Canaria.

While I was looking for the shopping center, getting a bit lost in the city, I suddenly

stood face to face with the Playa de las Canteras and could definitely not believe that a busy

capital could have such an amazing, long and awesome beach.

So if you are worried that since this is the capital, it is not a great place to have a

beach holiday… think again.

This beach is also very popular with surfers and surf schools.

On top of that there is also a great shopping center and prices here are often lower than

most European countries.

Be a little bit careful booking a hotel in this area tho as many hotels are not near

the beach, but further away on the other side of the city where there is more busy traffic

and less "holiday-ish vibe".

I really like however that Las Palmas is not know as a summer holiday destination since

because of this you won't find any PR staff trying to constantly sell you something or

try to get you into bars or restaurants.

the following is a passage from the book the fire from within by Carlos Castaneda

where Don Juan guides Carlos to see the energetic cocoon of human beings ending

with potentially dangerous consequences on this episode of all things perceptual

he told me then that I was in my keenest state of awareness and that it was

possible for me to intend my assemblage point to shift deeper into my left

side to a dreaming position he said that warriors should never attempt seeing

attempted to move my head and then a shiny egg-like object appeared it was

resplendent I was awed by the sight and before I could recover from my surprise

and fast that it made me feel frustrated and impatient I felt that I was

beginning to wake up Don Juan talked to me again and urged me to relax he said

that I had no right and no time to be impatient suddenly another luminous

being appeared and moved away it seemed to be made of white fluorescent shag Don

Juan whispered in my ear that if I wanted to my eyes were capable of

slowing down everything they focused on then he warned me that another man was

coming I realized at that instant that there were two voices the one I had just

heard was the same one that had and admonished me to be patient

that was Don Juan's the other the one that told me to use my eyes to slow down

movement was the voice of seeing that afternoon I saw ten luminous beings

in slow motion the voice of seeing guided me to witness in them everything

don juan had told me about the glow of awareness there was a vertical band with

a stronger amber glow on the right side of those egg-like luminous creatures

perhaps one-tenth of the total volume of the cocoon the voice said that that was

the man's band of awareness the voice pointed out a dot on the man's band a

dot with an intense shine it was high on the oblong shapes almost on the crest of

them on the surface of the cocoon the voice said that it was the assemblage

point when I saw each luminous creature in profile from the point of view of its

body its egg-like shape was like a gigantic asymmetrical yo-yo that was

standing edgewise or like an almost round pot that was resting on its side

with its lid on the part that looked like a lid was the front plate it was

perhaps one fifth of the thickness of the total cocoon I would have gone on

seeing those creatures but Don juan said that I should now gaze at people face to

face and sustain my gaze until I have broken the barrier and I was seeing the

emanations I followed his command almost instantaneously

I saw a most brilliant array of live compelling fibres of light it was a

dazzling sight that immediately shattered my balance I fell down on the

cement walk on my side from there I saw the compelling fibers of light multiply

themselves they burst open and myriads of other fibers came out of them but the

fibers compelling as they were somehow did not interfere with my ordinary view

there were scores of people going into church I was no longer seeing them

there were quite a few women and men just around the bench I wanted to focus

my eyes on them but instead I noticed how one of those fibers of light bulged

suddenly it became like a ball of fire that was perhaps 7 feet in diameter it

rolled on me my first impulse was to roll out of its way before I could even

move a muscle the ball had hit me I felt it as clearly as if someone had

punched me gently in the stomach an instant later another ball of fire hit

me this time with considerably more strength and then Don Juan whacked me

really hard on the cheek with his open hand I jumped up involuntarily

and lost sight of the fibers of light and the balloons that were hitting me

Don Juan said that I had successfully endured my first two brief encounter

with the Eagles emanations but that a couple of shoves from the tumbler had

dangerously opened my gap he added that the balls that had hit me were called

the rolling force or the tumbler we had returned to his house although I did

not remember how or when I had spent hours in a sort of semi sleeping state

Don Juan and the others of his group had given me large amounts of water to drink

they had also submerged me in an ice-cold tub of water for short periods

of time were those fibers I saw the Eagles

emanations I asked Don Juan yes but you didn't really see them he replied no

sooner had you begun to see than the tumbler stopped you if you had remained a

moment longer it would have blasted you what exactly

is the tumbler I asked it is a force from the Eagles emanations he said a

ceaseless force that strikes us every instant of our lives it is lethal when

protective shields we have consuming interests that engage

seeing it directly protecting us in this way of from getting hurt by the fright

of seeing the balls of fire hitting us shields are a great help and a great

hindrance to us they pacify us and at the same time fool us they give us a

false sense of security he warned me that a moment would come in my life when

I would be without any shields uninterruptedly at the mercy of the

tumbler he said that it is an obligatory stage in the life of a warrior known as

losing the human form I asked him to explain to me once and for all what the

human form is and what it means to lose it he replied that Seers describe the

human form as the compelling force of alignment of the emanations lit by the glow

of awareness on the precise spot on which normally man's assemblage point is

fixated it is the force that makes us into persons thus to be a person is to

be compelled to affiliate with that force of alignment

and consequently to be affiliated with the precise spot where it originates by

reason of their activities at a given moment the assemblage points of Warriors

drift toward the left it is a permanent move which results in an uncommon sense

of aloofness or control or even abandon that drift of the assemblage point

entails a new alignment of emanations it is the beginning of a series of greater

shifts seers very aptly called this initial shift losing the human form

because it marks an inexorable movement of the assemblage point away from its

original setting resulting in the irreversible loss of our affiliation to

the force that makes us persons

Good morning! I guess not even morning it's like 4:00 in the afternoon actually,

almost 5:00, and I woke up at like 2- 2 p.m? I didn't do anything today.

I mostly just watched YouTube videos and ate, but now I'm getting in the mood to be

productive. But I have to go outside and you feed my dogs, so you get to see that.

I'm gonna go over to my dad's house

It is now, like, 1:50 p.m...

Around that time.

It IS 1:50 p.m. It's just that my

iPad said one time, and my computer said the other time so I didn't really know

what time it was.

I didn't shower I just washed my face and I got ready and I got dressed.

I did my eyelashes.

I mostly got dressed because I might go visit Jana at

work later, visit Shayla I work later. Maybe got a pretzel?

Who knows?

Uhm- Get cat food- one thing.

and also, it just feels nice to get ready and

like put clothes on to do things. Like, yes, you're just gonna be at home but, you

know- might as well get dressed up for it.

I don't usually wear earrings but I'm starting to wear them more just

because it's another accessory I can use now that my hair is short

I also have this headband also from N.Cat.

My canada t-shirt that I got from Canada, from the

Vancouver Aquarium or something? Uhm- these overalls which are from jeans warehouse.

They were, like, $15.

Right now I'm gonna edit this video and while I do that I'm

gonna watch some YouTube videos maybe Cat Creature, Conan Gray or even

Hannah Gowan!

I wrote in my journal last night, like, how excited I got when I was

watching her videos like she's really really cute and she's really pretty and

I just want to like talk with her and like have a conversation with her if one

day I can meet here that'd be awesome. She's a student at Columbia College

Chicago, which is a school that I got accepted to, and a school that I'm

actually, like, seriously considering now; like seeing what Chicago looks like.

Uhm- seeing like what the building looks like it was like- it made my heart

flutter. I got super excited.

My whole like... college application and acceptance

experience has been rough.

It's been really strange, it wasn't like what I

thought my college experience was gonna be like.

I applied to, like, so many

schools. Half of them I just kind of- I was like, " screw it!"

I just applied anyway, because they sent me an e-mail, and I was like

You know what, yeah! Sure! I'll do it!

I got into a

good chunk of schools.

Some of them were Art Institute; some of them were regular

universities. My whole application process was just so casual and

nonchalant, that I applied to so many schools that at some point I didn't even

know which schools I applied to and what I applied to them for.

I'll definitely have another conversation with that, but my arm is getting tired and I'm going to edit

this video.

Years ago I used to watch this show and I really enjoyed watching it and it was

called (singing) 'Fame, I'm going to live forever', Irene Cara' (name's Singer, continues singing) 'I'm gonna learn how ta..' (stops singing). Well you know the song. And it was brilliant

it was a great story about youngsters at, a University I think America's you call

it a college and they were all wanting to be singers and dancers and producers

and so on. Well the truth of the matter is that even those who are famous cannot

live on a mountain top forever. If you think that by becoming famous you're

going to have this glamorous lifestyle, you'll always be on TV, you'll always be

in the magazine cover, you'll always be always be always be I

got news for you won't always be because you'd burn out! Honestly you'll burn out.

I remember watching the documentary about Nina Simone and that woman worked

so hard because of the responsibility of the team she had cuz she was the

business and em well, it did cost her her life. You know em Karen Carpenter was another person worked very very

hard and her brother was saying about he didn't realise the impact it had on

her, so yeah

No one really tells you how tiring it's going to be when you come off

stage. It's tiring, it's hard work um I remember seeing James Brown on stage doing

his thing. Sweats pouring off his head because it's hard hard work and you come

off that stage feeling exhausted.

Or being famous is the thing we all, I said it

We are ALL, all of you want, including me. Em, we all want that fame we all want that attention.

The thing about the the spotlight and the camera is it doesn't last forever and we

have this illusion that when we see all that A-Listers, you know. A-Listers are the

people who are on top of the tree that are promoted internationally, that we

read about in the papers often, when we when we read about them we feel as though

that's their life; they look the slickest, they look the baddest, they look the best

hair's on-point, they're just slayin, slayin,

but in reality they have their days when they're not on stage, when they just need

their downtime and so do you.

You shouldn't go around thinking that every

minute of every second you're on stage because that's not real

Do doctors walk around with a stethoscope around their neck everywhere

they got saying "I'm a doctor" - No. I'm sure the Milkman, if you have a Milkman doesn't go

around with a milk tray in his hand and a flat cap or whatever saying "I'm a

can be honest because let's face it when you're on stage you are revealing

off feeling really really raw, but very excited. Very very great

Last year, around this time,

a man was sitting on an airplane,

sitting in business class,

getting ready to eat his lunch

when something landed in his hair.

And so he raised his arm,

and started messing with his hair a little bit

to see what was inside of there.

And when we did that,

the scorpion that had fallen

on to his head from the luggage bin

fell out on to his lunch plate.

And when he tried to shoo it away,

it ended up stinging him.

But, uh, but don't worry.

The flight attendants, they jumped into action

and they captured the scorpion really quickly

and then they flushed it down the toilet.

Which on an airplane means

it's still on the airplane.

They didn't really get rid of it.

But that airline, I think,

lost a few customers after that incident

because who would want to hop on an airplane

thinking that they might be stung by a scorpion.

How many of you would want that?

Probably not many.

Yeah, I think there's

there may be one situation in which

every one of us would choose that option

as opposed to the other one.

Which, which sting would you rather feel?

Would you rather sit on an airplane

and feel the sting of a scorpion?

Or would you rather feel the sting

of someone's death?

Some of you know the answer to that pretty clearly.

Because some of you have been stung

by death pretty recently.

For others, it's been a while

since your loved one died.

But your heart doesn't hurt any less,

since, uh, since that happened.

And for others, the pain is kind of sporadic.

You can cover over it pretty well when you can

distract yourself with hobbies and with

work or with hanging out with

friends or with children.

But then,

at times you find yourself in a particular place

or catching a familiar scent

and it's a reminder just of how painful

the sting of death really is.

It's a pain that affects every age

of every, and every race.

It's a pain that can come suddenly

and unexpectedly.

Or it can come gradually over time

through uh, through many months, through years of,

of sickness and waiting.

But it's a pain that we get to face head-on

on Easter morning.

Jesus died, too.

His family and friends felt the sting of death

very powerfully.

And yet on the third day,

the Jesus who had died,

was very much alive

and out of the grave.

Jesus had been stung by death.

But not defeated by it.

And that's why the Apostle Paul,

he writes this,

He's taunting death,

reminding us that death doesn't get the final say

in the life of the Christian.

Jesus does.

Jesus promised,

"Whoever believes in me will live even though he dies."

This challenge came about when Hogg, in his "can't be touched" status given to him

by the mainstream media actually tweeted about Alex Jones and even referred to him as a "S###"

journalist.

This hasn't been the only attack Hogg has made.

He also called for all sponsors of Laura Ingraham's show on Fox News to boycott her only because

she made the observation that Hogg had been whining about no college wanting him on social

media.

Not to mention he has also relentlessly attacked NRA spokeswoman and talk show host Dana Loesch

multiple times.

All of these attacks have been either false or misleading, but no one is allowed to call

him out on these because of his victim status.

More on Hogg's feud with Laura Ingrahm and Alex Jones by The Daily Mail:

"Last month, Alex Jones invited Hogg onto his show for a debate.

Hogg accepted, according to Raw Story.

Hogg apparently backed out of the interview, saying he was unaware of Alex Jones' habit

of peddling wild conspiracy theories.

Earlier this week, Infowars came under fire after it played a video of Hogg and other

Parkland survivors at the March for our Lives rally that depicted them as Nazis.

In the video, Hogg's voice is dubbed over with that of Hitler's.

At the end of his speech on Saturday, Hogg raised his fist in the air and right-wing

social media immediately started claiming it resembled Hitler's Nazi salute.

YouTube put a viewer discretion warning on one of the Hitler comparison videos.

The 56-second video, which was posted on YouTube on Monday by user MAGA3D, was flagged as containing

material that some viewers had found to be 'inappropriate or offensive'.

Viewers trying to watch the video were made to click 'I understand and wish to proceed'

in order to watch it.

The YouTube user titled the video: 'Hogg Hitler!

The little dictator in the making'.

Earlier on Thursday, several companies announced they were dropping Fox News personality Laura

Ingraham after she criticized Hogg on social media.

Ingraham, a right-wing host who landed a rare one-on-one interview with President Donald

Trump last year, wrote on Twitter, 'David Hogg Rejected By Four Colleges To Which He

Applied and whines about it.'

Hogg, who filmed students hiding from the gunman in their classrooms during the massacre,

was quick to respond, tweeting a list of a dozen advertisers and encouraging followers

to immediately call them and ask them to drop Ingraham.

Hogg has faced intense criticism from right-wing conservatives and gun advocates who have falsely

called him a crisis actor following the Valentine's Day shooting in Parkland that killed 17.

'Soooo @IngrahamAngle what are your biggest advertisers … Asking for a friend,' he

wrote with the hashtag #BoycottIngramAdverts.

The online home goods store Wayfair, food company Nestle, travel website TripAdvisor

and Rachel Ray's dog food Nutrish all said they are removing their support from Ingraham.

Wayfair said in a statement that it supports 'open dialogue and debate on issues.

'However, the decision of an adult to personally criticize a high school student who has lost

his classmates in an unspeakable tragedy is not consistent with our values.

'We do not plan to continue advertising on this particular program.'

TripAdvisor says it does not 'condone the inappropriate comments made by this broadcaster.

In our view, these statements focused on a high school student, cross the line of decency.

As such, we have made a decision to stop advertising on that program.'

A telephone message left for Nutrish was not immediately returned but the company tweeted

it was in the process of removing ads from Ingraham's show.

Ingraham apologized Thursday on Twitter, saying, 'On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week,

I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the brave victims of

Parkland.'

Ingraham tweeted that she thought she was the first to feature Hogg on her show after

the shooting and added, 'he's welcome to come on my show anytime for a productive

discussion.'

Hogg tweeted later Thursday that an apology to save advertisers wasn't enough and that

he'd only accept Ingraham's apology if she denounced the way Fox News has treated

his friends.

'It's time to love thy neighbor, not mudsling at children,' Hogg wrote."

But since the media drove down our collective throats that these so-called kids can't

be touched then it's only logical for a 15-year-old to challenge the 17-year-old Hogg.

Hogg, you have a lot to learn about the real world.

Just shut up, graduate high school and maybe get a "Liberal Arts" degree in college

and then come out in the real world and try to make a difference.

But for now just sit down, your 10 minutes of fame are up and no one wants to hear your

whiny voice any longer as you attack those who don't agree with you while your friend

in the media try to convince people you have impunity.

DIY - Best Out of Waste Project - Hot Air Balloon Light Shade for a Child's Room - Duration: 8:53.

Hi, today I want to show you how I created a light shade

for a kid's room.

I will start to make a balloon.

For that I bought that wired bamboo lantern.

I will measure bamboo lantern in the widest point.

I measured 78 centimetres.

and I want to use these three colours.

and therefore I will count 78 divided by 3

equal to 8.66 centimetres

and now I will measure 8.66 around bamboo lantern.

Now I will make these helping line.

I turn the lantern and I will do this same on this side

Now I can put wire in the lantern.

and you can see helping lines.

and now I can paint lantern with my colours

and I will paint it two times.

Now, I will make a basket for balloon.

for that I use small box and natural rope and glue.

First I will cover the bottom with rope.

and I start glue rope to the bottom of box

and I covered all bottom with rope.

I will cut the sides.

and now I will wrap rope around sides of the box.

and I have finished.

Now I will clean the top of the books too.

For help I use clothespins.

Now I will make a small bags.

For that I use felt my pieces are 10 to 9 centimetres.

I will fold felt in the middle

and I will sew these two sides.

I will cut out corners for easy turn.

and now I can turn felt to the front side.

Now I use cotton and I will fill bags with cotton

and I use rope for fix bags.

and now I will fix these bags to the basket

Now I will fix long pieces rope to the basket

and these rope will fix basket to the balloon.

I will make a small hole into the corner of basket.

I put rope through this hole and I will make a tiny knot.

and last step.

I will fix the basket to the balloon with glue.

I decorate little bit my balloon with ribbon and that's it.

and I have finish. I finished this a light shade

and my baby have a nice decoration for his room.

where Don Juan guides Carlos to see the energetic cocoon of human beings ending

with potentially dangerous consequences on this episode of all things perceptual

he told me then that I was in my keenest state of awareness and that it was

possible for me to intend my assemblage point to shift deeper into my left

side to a dreaming position he said that warriors should never attempt seeing

unless they are aided by dreaming I argued that to fall asleep in public was

not one of my fortes he clarified his statement saying that to move the

assemblage point away from its natural setting and to keep it fixed at a new

location is to be asleep with practice seers learned to be asleep and yet

behave as if nothing is happening to them

after a moment's pause he added that for purposes of seeing the cocoon of man one

has to gaze at people from behind as they walk away it is useless to gaze at

people face to face because the front of the egg-like cocoon of man has a

protective shield which Seers called the front plate it is an almost impregnable

unyielding shield that protects us throughout our lives against the

onslaught of a peculiar force that stems from the emanations themselves he also

told me not to be surprised if my body was stiff as though it were frozen he

said that I was going to feel very much like someone standing in the middle of a

room looking at the street through a window and that speed was of the essence

as people were going to move extremely fast by my seeing window he told me then

to relax my muscles shut off my internal dialogue and let my assemblage point

drift away under the spell of inner silence he urged me to smack myself

gently but firmly on my right side between my hip bone and my rib cage

I did that three times and I was sound asleep it was a most peculiar state of

sleep my body was dormant but I was perfectly aware of everything that was

taking place I could hear Don Juan talking to me and

I could follow every one of his statements as if I were awake yet I

could not move my body at all don juan said that a man was going to

walk by my seeing window and that I should try to see him I unsuccessfully

attempted to move my head and then a shiny egg-like object appeared it was

resplendent I was awed by the sight and before I could recover from my surprise

it was gone it floated away bobbing up and down everything had been so sudden

and fast that it made me feel frustrated and impatient I felt that I was

beginning to wake up Don Juan talked to me again and urged me to relax he said

that I had no right and no time to be impatient suddenly another luminous

being appeared and moved away it seemed to be made of white fluorescent shag Don

Juan whispered in my ear that if I wanted to my eyes were capable of

slowing down everything they focused on then he warned me that another man was

coming I realized at that instant that there were two voices the one I had just

heard was the same one that had and admonished me to be patient

that was Don Juan's the other the one that told me to use my eyes to slow down

movement was the voice of seeing that afternoon I saw ten luminous beings

in slow motion the voice of seeing guided me to witness in them everything

don juan had told me about the glow of awareness there was a vertical band with

a stronger amber glow on the right side of those egg-like luminous creatures

perhaps one-tenth of the total volume of the cocoon the voice said that that was

the man's band of awareness the voice pointed out a dot on the man's band a

dot with an intense shine it was high on the oblong shapes almost on the crest of

them on the surface of the cocoon the voice said that it was the assemblage

point when I saw each luminous creature in profile from the point of view of its

body its egg-like shape was like a gigantic asymmetrical yo-yo that was

standing edgewise or like an almost round pot that was resting on its side

with its lid on the part that looked like a lid was the front plate it was

perhaps one fifth of the thickness of the total cocoon I would have gone on

seeing those creatures but Don juan said that I should now gaze at people face to

face and sustain my gaze until I have broken the barrier and I was seeing the

emanations I followed his command almost instantaneously

I saw a most brilliant array of live compelling fibres of light it was a

dazzling sight that immediately shattered my balance I fell down on the

cement walk on my side from there I saw the compelling fibers of light multiply

themselves they burst open and myriads of other fibers came out of them but the

fibers compelling as they were somehow did not interfere with my ordinary view

there were scores of people going into church I was no longer seeing them

there were quite a few women and men just around the bench I wanted to focus

my eyes on them but instead I noticed how one of those fibers of light bulged

suddenly it became like a ball of fire that was perhaps 7 feet in diameter it

rolled on me my first impulse was to roll out of its way before I could even

move a muscle the ball had hit me I felt it as clearly as if someone had

punched me gently in the stomach an instant later another ball of fire hit

me this time with considerably more strength and then Don Juan whacked me

really hard on the cheek with his open hand I jumped up involuntarily

and lost sight of the fibers of light and the balloons that were hitting me

Don Juan said that I had successfully endured my first two brief encounter

with the Eagles emanations but that a couple of shoves from the tumbler had

dangerously opened my gap he added that the balls that had hit me were called

the rolling force or the tumbler we had returned to his house although I did

not remember how or when I had spent hours in a sort of semi sleeping state

Don Juan and the others of his group had given me large amounts of water to drink

they had also submerged me in an ice-cold tub of water for short periods

of time were those fibers I saw the Eagles

emanations I asked Don Juan yes but you didn't really see them he replied no

sooner had you begun to see than the tumbler stopped you if you had remained a

moment longer it would have blasted you what exactly

is the tumbler I asked it is a force from the Eagles emanations he said a

ceaseless force that strikes us every instant of our lives it is lethal when

seen but otherwise we are oblivious to it in our ordinary lives because we have

protective shields we have consuming interests that engage

all of our awareness we are permanently worried about our station our posessions

these shields however do not keep the tumbler away they simply keep us from

seeing it directly protecting us in this way of from getting hurt by the fright

of seeing the balls of fire hitting us shields are a great help and a great

hindrance to us they pacify us and at the same time fool us they give us a

false sense of security he warned me that a moment would come in my life when

I would be without any shields uninterruptedly at the mercy of the

tumbler he said that it is an obligatory stage in the life of a warrior known as

losing the human form I asked him to explain to me once and for all what the

human form is and what it means to lose it he replied that Seers describe the

human form as the compelling force of alignment of the emanations lit by the glow

of awareness on the precise spot on which normally man's assemblage point is

fixated it is the force that makes us into persons thus to be a person is to

be compelled to affiliate with that force of alignment

and consequently to be affiliated with the precise spot where it originates by

reason of their activities at a given moment the assemblage points of Warriors

drift toward the left it is a permanent move which results in an uncommon sense

of aloofness or control or even abandon that drift of the assemblage point

entails a new alignment of emanations it is the beginning of a series of greater

shifts seers very aptly called this initial shift losing the human form

because it marks an inexorable movement of the assemblage point away from its

original setting resulting in the irreversible loss of our affiliation to

the force that makes us persons

Today I am going to make party starter the name of the recipes is Deviled Eggs

5 boiled eggs

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1 and 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon grated cheese

1 teaspoon mustard paste

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 small onion finely chopped

And coriander leaves

First, cut the eggs in two parts lengthwise

Then remove egg yolk gently and mash it with fork

Then in that add salt, mayonnaise, mustard paste black pepper powder

Onion, green chillies and coriander and mix well and make a smooth paste

Then put the paste in a ziplock bag and put one by one over all the whites of egg

Then sprinkle red chilli powder, little coriander and little ketchup over it

Yummy and delicious Deviled Eggs are ready to serve
