bankruptcy case is being discussed or he's done something kinda gross, like mocking a

disabled person or leaking a sex tape.

He once was among the most famous musicians in the world.

Now he's a punchline.

Here's a look at why we never hear from 50 Cent anymore.

He promised to quit music

In 2007, 50 Cent announced that if his new album Curtis didn't outsell Kanye West's Graduation,

he would "no longer write music," claiming it would be his last solo album.

Graduation sold 957,000 copies in its first week compared to 691,000 for Curtis.

Oopsie!

While 50 Cent later retracted the statement, the embarrassment cost him a measure of career

momentum that he's never quite regained.

He mocked autism

In May 2016, 50 Cent uploaded a video where he's seen mocking an airport employee who

has autism, a hearing impairment, and suffers from social anxiety.

He later apologized, telling Page Six, "While the incident at the airport resulted from

an unfortunate misunderstanding, I am truly sorry for offending the young man.

It was certainly not my intent to insult him or the disability community, which is a source

of great strength in America.

I have apologized personally to him and his family."

EFFEN Vodka, which counts 50 Cent as a partner, released a statement after Fifty's disparaging

comments about Farrell, saying,

"EFFEN is a brand that considers social responsibility the highest of priorities, and 50 Cent's recent

actions are in no way representative of EFFEN Vodka or our brand values.

We are taking this situation extremely seriously and have communicated our profound disappointment

to 50 Cent directly."

Violation of consent

In 2009, 50 Cent bought a sex tape featuring Lastonia Leviston, his rival Rick Ross's ex-girlfriend,

added his own offensive commentary body-shaming her in the video, then posted it on his website

without her consent.

Leviston sued, saying the "tape destroyed her life and pushed her to the brink of suicide."

50 Cent's lawyer claimed she was trying to get at the rapper's "deep pockets" and asserted

that "her life is better" because of the incident.

According to TMZ, the jury needed to deliberate for barely an hour before ordering 50 Cent

to pay Leviston $5 million.

He's a spokesman, not a rapper

50 Cent's last studio album, 2014's Animal Ambition, sold less than 200,000 copies, a

massive drop for an artist who has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide during his

career.

So it's no wonder that he's turned away from music in favor of endorsement deals, cashing

in on his fading rep to land jobs with Reebok, Right Guard, Vitaminwater, and the men's underwear

brand Frigo Revolution Wear, which reportedly paid him more than $78 million in 2014 alone.

Bankruptcy

Despite the fat stacks of mad cash 50 Cent has been taking in from his endorsement gigs,

he was still forced to file for bankruptcy on July 13, 2015, after losing tens of millions

of dollars on bad business deals, not to mention legal costs associated with Leviston's sex

tape lawsuit.

50 Cent's attorney said in a statement that "This filing for personal bankruptcy protection

permits Mr. Jackson to continue his involvement with various business interests and continue

his work as an entertainer, while he pursues an orderly reorganization of his financial

affairs."

The bankruptcy filing resulted in 50 Cent paying Leviston an extra $2 million in punitive

damages, granting her $7 million total.

He also struck a deal to pay off creditors $23 million in five years, and told a judge

he took had to take photos with fake money for publicity due to his financial woes.

And that's not even the worst of his problems.

"Then I realized, 'Oh my God 50 cent has no idea what a grapefruit is.'"

Nobody likes him

50 Cent's prospects of making a comeback are hampered by the fact that, well...everyone

seems to hate him.

From Meek Mill to Ja Rule to Rick Ross, 50 Cent is constantly feuding with someone — with

Jimmy Iovine, Fat Joe, Cam'ron, Nas, Jadakiss, and The Game among some of the other famous

names with whom he's publicly sparred.

His inability to collaborate and keep the peace could be preventing him from working

on more successful projects.

Come on, Curtis.

Just play nice.

If you like both baking and wacky YouTube videos, chances are you've come across Rosanna

Pansino's Nerdy Nummies channel.

It teaches fans how to create unique treats based on video games, comic books, and sci-fi

characters.

With over 8 million subscribers, Pansino has become YouTube royalty.

But how much do fans actually know about Ro?

Here are some facts you may not know about Rosanna Pansino.

She was an actress

Before she ever appeared on YouTube, Pansino was pursuing her first love: acting.

She told The Huffington Post, "In high school I participated in drama club and theater.

Although no one in my family worked in entertainment, it's what I wanted to do more than anything.

I decided to pursue it after college, so I moved to Los Angeles and took any oddball

jobs I could find."

Among those jobs: an extra on Glee playing a background cheerleader, and the hand double

for the boy on Ghost Whisperer.

Yup...that's pretty odd!

Perhaps her biggest role, though, was on VH1's 2008 reality show Scream Queens.

"I don't think there's anything creepier than a little Stepford Wife."

"Those are the muscle fibers!"

The ultimate ultimatum

While working in Hollywood, Pansino filmed YouTube videos for fun in her spare time.

But soon she was presented with an ultimatum.

She told Cosmopolitan, "My agent pulled me into a meeting and told me I had to choose.

They said, 'You either have to quit your YouTube channel or I'm going to drop you.

All this time you're spending making these videos, you should be spending that time interning.

You should be spending that time auditioning.

You should be spending that time on sets.'"

It wasn't an easy choice, but Pansino ultimately decided to give up her childhood dream and

quit acting to commit to her YouTube channel full time instead.

Looks like she made the right choice.

All in the family

Now that her YouTube channel has become a full time career, Pansino has hired a bunch

of people to help her with production — and most of those people are family members, including

her sister, mother, father, and brother-in-law.

She told The Huffington Post, "I know some families would have a hard time working together

but my family are all very close.

I find it's a huge benefit and asset to have people you know you can trust."

"This one says, 'Do you have any party tricks?'

Does this count?"

"Hahaha!

So the answer is 'no'!"

It's fitting, considering her family inspired the Nerdy Nummies channel in the first place.

Pansino told Business Insider, "I was originally introduced to baking as a child by my grandmother.

I continued to bake for friends and family throughout the years for special occasions.

I began to create themed treats after receiving continued requests from a lot of my friends."

And her father's money management lessons paid off in a big way when it came time to

start her channel.

By following his teachings, she was able to save up a nest egg of $20,000, which she spent

getting Nerdy Nummies off the ground.

She told Cosmopolitan, "$20,000 isn't big, but for me, it was everything.

I had to be really careful about the best camera I could get on that budget, the best

lighting I could get, the best computer."

It's really hard work

Pansino's viral baking tutorials usually range between six and ten minutes, but the amount

of time it takes to actually shoot a video is much, much longer.

How long?

Pansino estimates she spends 70 hours a week in the kitchen just doing the prep work.

She told Business Insider,

"... the average Nerdy Nummies episode takes over five days to create and produce.

The process includes developing ideas, gathering the ingredients, testing the recipes, filming,

editing and posting the videos.

After [more than] 120 episodes, the process hasn't changed much, but I am always looking

for ways to be more efficient."

Books and music

Despite the fact that she seemingly spends every waking hour making cookies that look

like Darth Vader and stuff, Pansino still found times to write a New York Times bestselling

book and launch a music career.

In 2015, The Nerdy Nummies Cookbook: Sweet Treats for the Geek in All of Us debuted at

No. 5 on The New York Times' Advice, How-To & Miscellaneous list.

And that same year, she premiered the video for her first single, "Perfect Together."

"If you were a candy, I would be the wrapper.

And if you were marshmallows, then I would be the cracker."

Nintendo game fame

A quick glance at Pansino's channel reveals her deep love of video games.

In fact, her debut Nerdy Nummies video involved a Super Mario star cake.

Nintendo decided to return the love in 2014 by featuring Pansino in one of its games,

including her in the StreetPass Mii Plaza on Nintendo 3DS.

She told Nintendo News, "It is such an honor [...] It has been really exciting to see everyone's

pictures of finding my Mii on their StreetPass."

No signs of slowing down

All of Pansino's hard work is paying off.

According to Forbes, Pansino makes about $2.5 million per year from her YouTube videos,

endorsement deals, and book sales.

And with more hit videos coming out all the time, it sure looks like Pansino's future

is shaping up to be nummy, indeed.

My Illness Is Not Your Small Talk [CC] - Duration: 9:10.

Hello, hello!

So, a while back I made a video about seven things I wish people knew about chronic illness

during the holidays and in general.

I'll link it here for you.

I feel the need to reinforce and maybe clarify, um, why this pet peeve behavior is so exhausting.

So, social gatherings are exhausting for me in environments where I'm made to feel like

an outsider; objectified, as though my illness is the only topic I can talk about, as though

I were Google, um, as though people were entitled to explanations about my illness, my mobility,

and my disabilities.

It feels like faux concern when I greet people and they immediately ask me about my health

status when they've never checked in on me before.

And um, I want to be clear, uh, please, PLEASE get this, I don't have a problem with people

checking in on me from time to time; I actually want to encourage that, because that is actually

a tremendous support that I really need.

I need more friends and loved ones reaching out to me on an average day, asking me how

they can be of support, asking me at the beginning of any private message, how I am doing or

if it's a good time before asking a labor of me, because sometimes I could be really

sick, I could be vomiting, I could have vertigo, I could be-- borderline fainting, and people

will still ask me to perform a service and-- without asking me about where I'm at!

So when they neglect even that much and then ONLY use social gatherings to ask me about

my health, that is NOT the right time at all.

At social gatherings I want a simple, "Hey, Annie, what's up?

Glad to see you!" End.

And we can talk about the event or literally anything else, not the illness that I live

and fight with every day.

Before getting sick I didn't feel like I was on an interview tour about the same topic

with every single person I encountered at an event.

Um, I didn't feel like there was a line of people waiting to ask me the same questions

and having to repeat the same answers EVERY SINGLE TIME I WAS AT A SOCIAL GATHERING.

I could enter a space without an awkward silence, without someone judging how hard I was trying

to "get better", or make comments about my levels of mobility, or tell me the best

way to "fix" me, um, aside from fat shaming relatives when I was younger but that oppression

is actually quite similar, the entitlement one feels to "fix" a fat body or a disabled body.

As someone who is an ambulatory wheelchair-user I can do VERY short bursts of walking, anywhere

from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes maximum, um, either unaided, with braces,

or with my cane depending on the symptoms at the time.

And I'll get comments like, "You're out of that chair!

Congratulations!

You're getting better!"

[BUZZER]

No.

I mean, while technically there will be some days that are better than others symptom-wise,

but no, there really is no "better", as in I'll always have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

And if you made the effort to check in on me every once in awhile or learn a little bit about

my condition, maybe you would know that.

And it's a no-win situation for me at the moment, um, because if I use my wheelchair

I get pitying looks and advice as to how to get out of it.

And if I am out of it-- uh, for small moments at a time, my accommodations are erased, um,

people forget that I'm in pain that I can't stand in a party crowd, and I need a chair

because I "don't look sick" and they'll spend time asking me how I got better, similar

to how they would ask about a weight loss regimen that they wanted to pass on to a friend.

Privilege is a hell of a drug.

And as far as the medical advice that I did not ask for or give consent to receiving,

the clearest I've been able to put it, is "Unsolicited medical advice does not show

me that you care, it shows me your discomfort around me, your discomfort, your need and

desire to have a sense of control in a situation where there really, truly is none."

I think it's human to see people suffering or in pain and want to help, um, I know that

feeling, I know that when I'm in the presence of someone in a pain flare-- I wish with all

my might to get them some form of relief.

And we could go into the topic of is there such thing as true altruism when the help,

or advice, in this case, is more for a sense of self-gratification or self-preservation,

to satisfy one's personal beliefs and philosophies, to guard oneself of fear of the unknown or

unstoppable, than it actually is genuinely helpful to the person in question?

Advice given to me is often extremely oblivious to my condition and what is helpful and what

is harmful; a lot of the advice suggested would actually be quite harmful to me, and

I hear it over and over and over and over again, it'd be aggravating for anyone, I'm sure.

But more than the repetitiveness, the uselessness, and the unfortunate misconceptions about my

illness, I hope that I'm making it clear, it's that, it's the ONLY thing certain

people can think to open up a dialogue with me about.

It'd be like if every time I entered a room I was greeted with, "Hey!

How is being Latina going?

You know, I heard about a new regimen to make you more white passing?"

[BUZZER]

Or "Hey are you still gay?

Really?

Still?

I don't think you're trying hard enough to be straight."

[BUZZER]

There are just so many other things to talk to me about.

Specifically at parties and at social gatherings, I do not want to be your Google and teach

you about my illness; I want to have fun and I wanna be with you and engage with you on a plethora

of topics!

[LEG SLAP]

I'd find it refreshing actually if you brought up smashing the ableist patriarchy rather

than how I can gain back some able-bodied privilege.

So ultimately, um, what I'm trying to say, I guess, is to just consider how you interact

with people, what you say to them and why, the deep root of why, and consider how what

you say will be received, how will it make them feel, and just put yourself in their shoes.

Just one big problem: being Batman actually kind of sucks.

Sure, you get to be rich and buff, but literally everything else about it is horrible.

Here's a look at the real reasons why no one should want to be Batman.

It's illegal

You would think running around the city dressed as a flying rodent is all fun and games.

But here's the thing: being a vigilante is actually super-duper illegal.

Oh, sure, you can dress up all you like.

Nobody has any problem with that.

But if you actually tried to fight crime?

The police would be on you in record time, because there are certain other words synonymous

with fighting, such as assault, battery, and involuntary manslaughter when your batarang

accidentally cuts someone's throat.

Don't believe it?

"Well, he's a self-appointed superhero, and he's in trouble with the police.

Seattle's Phoenix Jones was arrested early Sunday morning after police say he assaulted

several people with pepper spray."

It ain't cheap

There's a reason only Bruce Wayne, playboy billionaire, could be Batman.

And that's because his stuff is expensive as hell.

He has a super-tank car, a super-motorcycle, a super jet plane — and that's just how

the dude likes to, y'know, get around town when he's sick of walking or using a grappling

hook.

Worse yet, he breaks his stuff all the time.

Whether it's by villains coming into his lair and messing it all up or him just dropping

it into the sea with a nuke, all of his lovely toys are going to cost a dang fortune.

There's a reason Bruce ended up broke at the end of the Dark Knight films, and it's not

just because of Bane's shenanigans.

Maybe he should have pinched those giant pennies instead of spending them on extra bat-nipples

and crotches.

Lifestyles of the boring and tedious

Bruce Wayne may seem have it all, but his life is actually boring as hell.

Sure, he pretends to live the life of a playboy, but that's just a cover for what he really

spends his time doing: eating really healthy, fat free meals while working out eight hours

a day dragging giant tires around a sweaty dungeon.

And do you have any idea how bad bat sweat smells?

Being a billionaire vigilante may seem glamorous, but there's really nothing exciting about

forcing yourself to choke down your sixth boiled chicken breast of the day because you

need energy for your next set of five hundred pushups.

Boooooring.

Inferior Man!

Of course, one of the big reasons Batman has to constantly train is that, unlike almost

every other superhero and supervillain, Batman doesn't actually have any powers.

He's just a rich, angry man with a leather fixation.

Meanwhile, Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Cyborg all have incredible

super abilities that pretty much allow them to do anything Batman could do, only more

easily, and faster, too.

You'd have to think that after a few minutes of hanging around the Justice league, Batman

have any friends.

In Batman Begins, Ra's Al Ghul tries to sway Bruce Wayne into letting Gotham burn by arguing

that it isn't worth saving in the first place.

And he's… actually right.

Time and again, Gotham is proven to just be a dangerous, disgusting cesspool full of criminals,

If Batman were really as smart as he's cracked up to be, he'd just move to Florence or something

check on this guy on April first I

reached out to one of the fundraisers

Spain I'm investigating a man named Kyle

and according to a news article

you have did a fundraising on

November eighteenth 2011 he was

diagnosed for brain tumor but my

intuition and that's the investigation

all about is that true because based on

his criminal records he has a lot of you

well you say that issues I want to know

if that's true if he had that disease

yes or no so he has a lot of what he has

a lot of what kind of issues criminal

issues uh-huh he and Spain no no he's

now active on YouTube and

he is now asking money online and I

was a little bit skeptical i did a

background check together with a former

US soldier and he found out that this

Kyle I don't know how to pronounce

correctly

well and he found out that he

has over 10 criminal files on him

records so I want to know it is if

that's if you have any news about if

it's

true it that he really had brain cancer

because article saying that he was

diagnosed with stage four glioblastoma

and aggressive in a inoperable brain

cancer and her well uhm... it's kind a

hard to say because of you kelly and

i will put in a very very bad

predicament because Kyle was a friend

of ours and yes he was a he worked at a

local place that we are very familiar

with we know the owners and he was

having episode and he was passing out

dizzy and he told us that he got

that he had Stage four

glioblastoma brain cancer and kelly and

i put a benefit on for him and raised

over $3,000 for him and he took that

money and left the state and as far as

we know he's alive and well yes correct

he's alive and well we you don't

believe it no because if you know

anything about glioblastoma

very good friend just died after

85 days later after being

diagnosed he was perfectly fine as well

as far as as far as i know that is a

bunch of bullshit he is not diagnosed with

that we believe him to be diagnosed

and we was quite a bit of money for him

and it was a huge embarrassment for us I

mean we feel terrible about everybody he

asked for money for it was awful we feel

we feel bad that we get ripped off

basically mm-hmm I understand yeah

that's my first intuition but i need

someone to confirm and you confirmed it

that he's rip off and how can you do

that something like that especially if

don't know how something i don't know

how somebody can do that i don't i don't

understand it

I'm going to contact Kyle and I also

will ask him request that he pays the

money back with the money he earn

on YouTube to you or who is responsible

for the fundraising are you interesting

for that no because it was off it was

i'm not interested in getting my money back

the pockets of everybody that donated

and at this point I'm I don't remember

who they are along such a it was such a

embarrassment for us because we've done

benefit for other people who really are

needy and him to do what he did it was

just it was embarrassing and

uncomfortable and made us look bad you

something like that good for other

DOLLAR TREE HAUL #4 - Duration: 23:47.

hey guys so I was on the hunt for a few

things at the dollar tree and I was not

able to find them unfortunately I don't

know if this happens to you guys but

whenever I watch dollar tree hauls

which I love to watch them by the way I

see things that I want to get so I go to

my dollar tree and I try to find them

and of course usually I don't find them

right away because I don't know I feel

like maybe I'm wrong but I feel like all

the stuff i see that i want to get I

feel like all the dollar tree's get them

first before South Florida so I don't

know what's going on but we I don't know

I just could be my mind but I feel like

South Florida gets the stuff later but I

don't know anyway so what happens when

I'm like a lot for these things of

course I see other things that I want to

get you guys you probably you guys

probably know how that is so if you do

comment down below and let me know the

same thing happens to you you end up

going for one or two things and then you

buy like 20 other things that you see a

lot of the way so anyway with that said

I have a lot of stuff to show you and

because i was on the hunt for a couple

of things i actually went to about think

three different dollar trees in my area

to find these things and a fortunate i

still haven't so I'm going to keep going

to olive trees until I do so let me go

ahead and get started the hubby and I

went to dollar tree next to a friend of

ours that we visited today and he said

he needed some hand sanitizer so we

picked up his three pack in the lavender

scent by the brand assured and he did

take one of them out already and he put

it in his car because he you know he

just wanted to leave one in there so we

got that and this is really nice it has

since it has vitamin E and moisturizers

and we just like the fact that it was

lavender scented so we picked up who

think that up and these are kind of

boring but I didn't need them because I

was really honestly completely out so we

picked up a couple of the gallon and

quart storage bag these are actually

really good quality I really

like them so i usually do pick them up

at the dollar tree I don't really get

them anywhere else and I don't know I

think that's I think it's a pretty good

deal with the gallon size I think no the

quart size you get 14 and the gallon

size you get 10 so for a dollar I don't

know I think that's a pretty good deal

let me know what you guys think but i

don't know i think it's a good deal and

we also got these all-natural crunchy

rice rolls i really like these because I

take these to work you know when i'm a

little bit hungry instead of buying

stuff it's not good for me at the

bending machine because we do have a

vending machine at work which is great

it's good a bad it was so when you're in

a pinch and you're really hungry it's

good but it's better to have a healthy

snack so I got a couple of these spell

Polly just bring one of these Tamar to

work so and they're really good they're

really tasty i really like these and

then I picked up a lot of people have

been calling me the pits setting I got

the MN tiller tomato and olive and it

says it's made with real cheese no

flavor enhancers so that's what kind of

drew me to this so and i retried one and

i think it's pretty good I like it I

like the crunch factor so and I taste

the tomato and I do taste the cheese I

don't remember tasting the olive but

anyway it's still pretty good for a bus

you can't be thought so I'm glad if you

know cross that I have a himalayan kitty

cat whose name is Romeo so I picked up a

couple of things for him I have never

seen both of these items that I'm going

to show you next for my cat so i figured

i would go ahead and pick them up just

in case i need them I got this nature's

garden natural flea and tick squeeze on

for cats and kittens and it's a natural

product and I like the fact that it's

you know again natural so I'm glad I

came across this so I also picked up

this really cute toy and

soon as his video is done I'm going to

show it to him and I think he's going to

like he's going to go crazy so it's

basically this stick and once I take

this backing off basically these little

fuzzy fuzzy things that you've seen with

the ball are going to hang so and then

you know you kind of just play play with

uh with the cat like this and then he's

just going to go crazy trying to grab

these so I can't leave repeat buy from

me i did buy two already which i'm using

for in my nail polish and that's what

i'm going to use this for any debt yeah

and they're really good i like them and

they fit any type of nail polish that

you have any shape and size so i got

windows and i also picked up the

supersoft microfiber cloth and i really

like this one because again it's super

soft i'm not going to use it for the car

i'm going to use it for I think for

dusting or on a house I think it'll be

really good for that so yeah and it just

seems like with a good quality very soft

and very durable so yes that's what I'm

using that for and of course I can't

leave dollar tree without looking at the

candle section and I usually find

candles that I want to get so this is

another repeat by for me from

Entenmann's i picked up the lemon pound

cake one the first one that i bought was

the all butter pound cake which is

amazing i love it and i picked up the

lemon pound cake one because I like

anything that smells like lemon so and

this one does not disappoint it smells

really really good really really lemony

so I can't wait to burn this one too and

then i got these are new to my dollar

tree there's a candle cafe frappe online

of candles and I picked up the mocha

frappe and the white chocolate frappe so

I personally love you know when you go

to coffee shops and you smell the coffee

and the Express

so so just having coffee scented candles

is to me amazing because I just love the

scent so I was really happy to find

these and I've seen other dollar tree

haul and they say that the centro is

really really good in the room so it

seems like these are you know really

good quality so i can't wait to try

these out and hopefully if i can find

some more take up some more and i see i

picked up this is another brand the

Bolero brands of bath and body products

this is another brand that people have

really been hauling a lot in the youtube

community I only picked up the soap just

because I have tons of bath and body

products right now but my husband and I

go through so pretty quickly because if

I happen only uses so I you both I use

like soap and bath and shower gel so I

just figured i'm just going to pick up

the soap that's really all I needed you

know even though they have tons that

bath salts shower gels I think oil they

have a whole bunch of different you know

a variety of products and a lot of

different sense too I picked up the

Oregon and shea butter and I don't know

I just thought this one smells really

good yeah really nice and I don't know

earthy I think so i got that can't wait

to try that and it seems like a really

nice big so it's six ounces so this

should last a pretty long time and

actually like the fact that it's made in

USA three different sense and i

absolutely love be sent because their

food sense and I like anything that is

food scented I got the sprinkle donut

which if you guys have watched my

previous videos you know that I like

anything that has donuts on it it could

be cards gift bags and anything at all

really so and then I got this one that's

the coconut cake and this is angel food

cake so and I was actually running below

on my lip balm so I'm really glad that I

came across these if you don't let me

know if this is actually any good I

took the jobs I think you say that

josepho fertilizer spikes and we don't

have pants plants inside the house

because we can't my husband actually had

a kidney transplant a little over a

month ago and we actually not allowed to

have plans in size but we see you have a

lot of really nice plants outside of the

house so I wanted to you know put one of

these spikes inside each of those plants

and see if it works and it is if you got

to try to sleep well let me know if they

actually work so and you get a whole

bunch of em you get starting so this

will last a long time I think and then I

also picked up this serrated shear and

this is ideal for cutting and pruning

flowers trees and shrubs and shrubs

shrugs perfect for artificial flowers

and crafts easily cuts wire so yeah

actually do me know that so this is good

for crafts and for pruning so I'm

excited I found moves and it's a really

pretty pink color so all right and then

i got these humongous chip clips I don't

think I've ever seen two clips these two

say so and the reason that actually

picked these out because we my husband

might have been a Cuban so he loves his

white rice and we get these humongous

bags of rice at the supermarket that

last us about oh no month and half

something like that so I figured these

would be perfect for that so I can kind

of just you know close it up when you

know when we're storing it so yeah these

will be perfect for that and then for I

just think that some just I think just

one thing for cleaning I have my swiffer

wet mop which I love so but those

refills can be a little pricey so I

figured it would try the brillo brand

this is says wet sweeper cloth refills

and you get 84

dollar so i figured i would give these a

try to see if they're good i have been

very satisfied with the brillo brands of

anything that I've purchased so far the

dollar tree so I feeling is it going to

be you know just as good alright and

then I picked up some more washi tape of

course I can't pass them up when I see

them at the dollar tree so I got this

black and white and prince I think you

call this houndstooth I'm not sure if

you guys know the correct if it's not

house dude let me don't let me know what

is this is called in the comments below

but i think it's called house dude and

then I got the navy blue and white print

one it's really pretty and this was

really fun and whimsical black with the

lips there's red pink and white lips and

this one actually friend of mine got me

which is super pretty to love that it's

like a green with teal and teal is my

favorite for your color and I thought

this was really pretty almost a big

wallpaper and this is also a white and

green print really really pretty and

then I picked up this craft and activity

mat and I don't even know if I couldn't

fit it in the frame but and I got it in

black they did have it in a few

different colors but I just figured I

would just get blog I don't know and

what's great about this you can put it

on your surface and it will protect

whatever you're doing is using hot glue

gun or cutting something so this will

protect it this is kind of random but I

picked up a gift bag and I just love the

color I thought it was really pretty and

I like kind of with the silver

holographic print to it and i love the

ribbon for the handles ribbon a silver

and gold and i don't really have an

occasion to use it for right now but i

figure i always like to have a couple

leaves on hand just in case I need it

for an impromptu gifts I came across

these button file

bags by jot and I just took up two

packages and you get three in each

package and I thought maybe that these

would be good for storing maybe your

stickers or you know just any anything

that you kind of want to keep me they

just organized and separated so this is

what it looks like and this again came

in different colors but I just like the

clear one and two seem pretty good

quality and again you can kind of just

put anything like one in there I thought

maybe my stickers I could kind of you

know have another place to put these I

can maybe sort these according to maybe

holiday or type of sticker like maybe I

could put on my Christmas Dickerson one

and maybe all my I don't know maybe by

color I have tons of pink and green

stickers so maybe i could put those in

here so i had to pick up two packages

disease and then i also picked up some

crap sticker notes and these are 200

sheets and I love the color I like

anything recycled looking and even

though i don't believe that these are

recycled they look like they're recycled

so i don't know i thought this is a

really good deal for a dollar and you

get you into cheese so I couldn't pass

it up and then I picked up these markers

and they had a whole bunch of different

ones they had like stamp marker circle

smart markers but I only picked up the

line markers and if you can see like

right here this is what they would write

at just like line and then without being

all the different colors and this is

again it's great for like DIY projects

for your planner your kids I'm sure

would love these so I don't know I

thought they were fun so I had to get

them and i also got these sticker notes

and page flags I thought they were

really cute with the watermelon the

flower the heart and the cupcake super

cute

and i also picked up these shipping

labels by job and then i also got the

linen card stock i got them in the white

and the beige color and then the reason

i picked these up is because i think i'm

going to try to do a pocket letter they

just look like so much fun so i'm going

to use this for that and the reason i

picked these up because they do have a

pearl finish kind of like um you know

crab like your eyeshadow when they have

a little bit of shimmer to it these have

that I don't know if the camera will

pick that up but I just love that so

that's why I picked these up I just

thought that was a nice element to the

card stock and I like the fact that

these are both neutral colors they did

come in different colors like red and

purple and green but I just like the

neutral colors and I picked up also

maybe for a DIY project i have not

decided what I'm going to do with these

yet but i thought i would pick them up

because i feel like this is a type of

item where you see it and then you don't

pick it out and then you have an idea

for a DIY project and then you go back

and get it and it's not there so I just

went ahead and picked it up so I picked

up some wood dowels and I thought this

is a great deal for a dollar and you get

15 pieces and of course in the office

supply section of course you guys I

picked up more pens I know I have a

problem I picked up more pens yeah I'm

running out through did with my pens to

be honest with you and you guys will see

why they have a really pretty print and

the colors are amazing you get a black

one which is you know your basic block

but then you get this really pretty blue

color and then in green color so I could

i I think they're adorable I love the

colors so i'm glad i came across these

because these I definitely needed now

the other ones not so much but I'm still

glad that I took them up it's by this

brand called Pro marks

this brand is so good you guys I have to

pick up three different ones and they

had a whole bunch of stuff by this brand

it so happens that one of the packages

was open I promise you I did not open it

it was opened so I took one out and I

kind of just tried it on a piece of

paper that i had and sees you guys right

so smooth and the color was really just

really bright so I would definitely if

you guys see anything by this brand by

this Pro Mars France at least pick up

one of these because they're really good

and this particular one was really fun I

don't know if the camera picks it up but

this one has like silver Sparkle inside

really really nice so I pick the foul

line and then I picked up a regular one

with no Sparkle and the reason i picked

up this one is because then it's an

ultrafine pen and the ultra fines are

kind of hard to find so i picked this

one up as well and then i picked up tons

of stickers also the I'll show them to

you really quickly I got this one looks

like letters and then this one I thought

was super cute with all the kitty cats

and then this one's really fun with like

the the girls and then you can kind of

dress them up with whatever you want to

put on them and then I look how fine

these are you guys was like animal print

letters and I thought this was super

pretty this is kind of like pastel best

le kind of shimmery letters and these

are fun to animal print hearts

and look how pretty these these are you

guys I love fairies and unicorns how

pretty these are and then these I got as

well these are also kind of glittery

stickers was really pretty words and I I

thought this was lovely I these are

faith inspired stickers says trust Lord

looked love is patient love is kind be

the light really pretty i love this one

um I have this shimmery part 1 and more

fairies and these are super pretty also

look at these and love the colors

alright and that's it for the stickers

the other things I picked up were of

course in my favorite teal color I'm

wearing one of them on my head the

baseball cap and teal and of course I

love love this color and a left gif drop

in teal which it reminds me of tiffany

blue and then i picked up this laptop

sandwich container obably not going to

use this for a sandwich I'm not like a

huge sandwich eater but I thought this

would be good for you know just any kind

of lunch for work or even storage for

leftovers then I also got these two

water bottles working up using them in

my laundry to put fabric softener and

then you know the detergent because we

go to costco and we get these huge you

know containers and they're just really

heavy so i was thinking of just you know

kind of storing them in here and be a

lot easier to pour when i'm doing

laundry so i think i'm going to use them

for that and i got these little little

little can't say that word little water

bottles and i'm not going to use these

for water what i was thinking of to

using these for is i drink lemon water

every morning and my husband when he

cooks he uses lime a lot so i was

thinking of squeezing my lemon in one

and lime in the other and storing them

in the fridge that way so i don't have

to like cut and squeeze a lemon a

reasonable morning and i'll just squeeze

enough for a week so yes that sort of

thing I've using these forests and I

also picked up these containers these

have a flip-top these are called flip

tops Matt containers with lids and you

get a 2-pack and of course in my

favorite color again and this is another

thing that I was thinking of maybe

storing nuts in them and again this is

another great container to take to work

or just store nuts in the fridge which

they last longer that way still

that's what I'm gonna use that for and

then I also got this a silk container

soap mug soup so soup mug so again this

is another thing to like store your soup

or to take it to work or where else

wherever you're going if you want to

bring your soup with you so I hope that

Without adequate blood supply, a lot of the foods that you eat will pass through your

system without being digested entirely, leading to nausea, loose bowel movements, or other

digestive issues which may be easily misdiagnosed and thus go untreated.

Frequent Exhaustion

When your circulatory system slows down, it no longer has the capacity to deliver oxygen,

vitamins, and minerals throughout the body as it should.

As previously mentioned, this can slow down your metabolism.

Without the proper supply of nutrient-filled blood, your whole body will drop into conservation

mode – a built-in defense mechanism whereby it saves as much energy as possible until

it perceives that the hard time has passed.

The result of this conservation of energy is that you'll feel exhausted on a daily

basis, making it very difficult to perform simple day-to-day tasks.

Weakened Immune System

The circulatory system is directly responsible for maintaining a healthy immune system.

When you have poor circulation, the vitamins and minerals your body needs to fight off

infection may not be delivered as quickly or in great enough quantities as they would

be via a healthy circulatory system.

Additionally, due to the digestive malfunctions which often accompany poor circulation, certain

minerals and amino acids which our bodies require in order to synthesize immune-boosting

enzymes may be in short supply.

Tightening of the Chest

When you have poor circulation, your heart doesn't get as much blood flow as it normally

should.

This can cause you to feel tightening or increased pressure in your chest – a symptom known

as angina.

While the pressure and pain may randomly come and go, this is a sure sign that you circulatory

system isn't functioning as it should.

Slackened Libido

Poor circulation can easily lead to problems with the reproductive system, too.

In both men and women, reproductive organs need a lot of blood to work properly and when

they don't get it, like everything else they start to shut down.

In women, circulatory malfunction may manifest as irregular monthly cycles or fertility problems

while men might notice that their bodies suddenly aren't cooperating in the bedroom.

Furthermore, both sexes are likely to experience slackened or complete loss of libido as a

result of poor circulation.

Cold Extremities

If you have poor circulation, blood has a harder time traveling to the furthest reaches

of your body such as your fingers and toes.

Because blood also carries heat from your core to your extremities, slow or inadequate

blood flow will cause these parts of your body feel much colder than the rest of you.

Skin Discoloration

When your hands and feet don't get adequate amounts of oxygenated blood, you may also

notice discoloration of the skin covering these parts of your body.

If you see that your extremities have taken on a blue- or purple-ish tone, you can be

fairly certain that your circulatory system isn't functioning as it should.

Dark Circles Under the Eyes

While are several other possible causes for the areas under the eyes to become dark and

puffy, poor circulation is one of the most common.

To find out if your dark circles are an issue of slow blood flow, try pushing gently against

the skin there.

If the area looks lighter when you take your finger away then slowly darkens again after

a second or two, the cause is most likely related to circulation.

Brittle Hair and Nails

Also due to lack of nutrient-filled blood in your body's extremities, new growth of

hair and nails may become weak and brittle.

If you start to notice that your nails chip much more easily or if your hair breaks and

falls out more frequently than it used to, poor circulation may be to blame.

Swelling of the Feet and Hands

In extreme cases, poor circulation may cause swelling in the hands and feet – a direct

result of nutrient imbalances and the body's inability to keep fluid in the blood vessels

where it belongs.

When the circulatory system malfunctions, fluid may leech out and settle into surrounding

tissues in the extremities, causing them to appear swollen.

Leg Ulcers

Another symptom of poor circulation that could easily be attributed to some other cause are

the rash-like ulcers which may develop around the ankles and knees.

If you begin to see patches of sore, inflamed skin on your legs that won't go away, it

could be a sign that your circulatory system is in jeopardy.

Varicose Veins

In addition to ulcers, poor circulation can cause the veins just under the surface of

the skin on your legs to become swollen, twisted, and very visible.

These blue and purple blemishes are known as varicose veins and in addition to being

somewhat unsightly, they can also become itchy or even painful.

While taking steps to improve your circulation will help varicose veins to disappear over

time, there are a couple of quick-fix (albeit temporary) solutions for this problem such

as wearing compression stockings (also known as circulation socks.)
