Hibiscus Hair Oil for Fast Hair Growth | get very Long Hair, Soft Hair, Smooth Hair and Healthy Hair - Duration: 7:30.

Hi friends welcome back to my YouTube channel

'Priya's DIY Channel'

Today's video is requested video

In this video I'm going to be sharing

With you how to make

hibiscus herbal hair oil at home

Well as you know I have made

3 more herbal hair oils for hair growth

Which you all really liked it.

Well, if you haven't checked yet then

I have shared the link in the description

box if you wish to check.

So here I have added few more beneficial

Ingredients into this so that this oil becomes

more powerful

and we can get rid off all hair problems.

So before start

I request you to watch this video till end

so that you Won't miss any important step

while making this.

Well, this hair oil have amazing results on hair growth,

hair fall and hair thinning

And added ingredients will help to get rid

Off premature grey hair, dandruff and split ends too

So before we start let me remind you to

subscribe to my channel to stay updated

With my upcoming videos

and also don't forget to hit like comment

And share if you find this video helpful

So let's start making this.

So my main and first ingredient is

hibiscus flowers.

It has vitamin C, Phosphorus, calcium and carotene.

Which helps to boost hair growth,Hair fall and

Prevents premature hair greying

So,here I'm using 18-20 hibiscus flowers

Next I'm using 3 aloe vera leaf

We have to take the gel out of this before using

This helps to repair dry & damaged hair

And makes them smooth and silky.

Then I'm using 7 to 8 hibiscus leaves

This has the same beneficial properties

Of hibiscus flowers which helps to cure

Split ends cures greying of hairsin no time

Next I'm using 15 to 20 washed and dried neem leaves

this helps to cure Baldness and stops thinning if hairs

Then I'm using 2tbsp of Fenugreek seeds

This helps to remove dandruff and

If you're having powdered form Then use 1 Tbsp of it

Here I'm using 100ml of coocnut oil (Any brand)

Next I'm using 50ml of castor oil

This will make the hair oil more

Beneficial so try to use atleast 50 ml Of this.

Next is 8 to 10 camphor balls.

Crush them with your finger and use

When it comes to powdered form

And lastly will need a mixing jar

First take the gel out of aloe leaf like so

And then with the help of mixing jar

Add aloe gel & half of hibiscus flowers

Into it and grind them into a fine paste

(Make sure to use half quantity of

hibiscus flowers at this point)

This is how it turned out now let's

Start making this hair oil

So here I'm using heavy bottomed pan

Now will turn on the flame on medium flame and

then will add in hibiscus

And aloe gel mixture.

Stir this mixture on medium flame

For 2 to 5 minutes untill half of it's

Quantity gets evaporated

Friends aloe gel has Proteolytic enzyme

Which repairs hair follicles by removing dandruff and

other antioxidant properties helps to

stimulate hair growth

And hibiscus flowers are best to get rid Off

premature greying of hair,

Cures baldness & prevents hair thinning

It's been 5 mins and you can See the mixture have

Become very thick now so now will add in

Coocnut oil

Castor oil

Fenugreek seeds and

Camphor (powdered)

Now give this a good stir and let it Boil on low flame

(make sure not to Use high flame while making this

hair oil)

Stir it continously untill aloe gel and hibiscus

loses its moisture and you're

left with 100% oil at the bottom of the pan

Coocnut oil works as a great moisturiser to your scalp

which makes our dry and frizzy hair soft and smooth.

& cator oil has Vitamin E, antibacterial & antifungal

properties

which helps to Cure baldness and boosts hair growth

And Fenugreek helos toget rid off dandruff

& camphor helps to make your Scalp refreshed

and cures itchy scalp.

Now its been 12 to 15 minutes

and as you can see the oil is set on the bottom Of the pan

Make sure that the the moisture is totally evaporated)

Or the oil will no last longer.

Now will turn off the flame and will

Add in rest of the ingredients

Hibiscus flowers

Hibiscus leaves ( Break them like this)

Neem leaves

Mix all together and let it cool down For an hour or two

After 2 hours of resting will strain this

Oil with the help of a sieve or a strainer

Make sure to store this into a glass container to prevent

bacterial growth. ( Need not to refrigerate this )

And you can store this oil upto 4 months For best use.

Massage your scalp for at least 4 to 5

Minutes and let it sit there for 4 to 5 hours or

overnight for best results

And then wash it off with shampoo And conditioner.

Use this 2 to 3 times a week

And after few applications you will notice

That your scalp is promoting good amount of

hair growth

and the hair fall is quite lesser than before.

So i hope friends you will find this video Useful

try making this hair oil

and let me know how it works for you

Massive legal contracts!!! - Duration: 10:04.

Okay!

So, we're here in the car and we're on our way to...

Where are we going first?

We're going to the display village first, we're going to check out some new houses.

They're not going to be the houses that we've built.

Yeah, but other than that, we're on our way!

[Into Music]

[Carolyn] What have you found, hun?

[Caleb] My favourite chair!

[Carolyn] Your favourite chair, huh?

What do you think?

Do you like this one?

(laughs)

[Caleb] I'd probably put them a little bit higher.

[Carolyn] A little bit higher?

[Caleb] Well, they're just about where my head would be.

[Carolyn] Okay

[Caleb] Maybe a hundred mil or two hundred

mil higher.

[Carolyn] But seriously, how much time do you spend in the kitchen?

(laughs) [Caleb] What's that got to do with the price of eggs!?

[Carolyn] (laughs)

[Carolyn] I'll be the one cooking in there!

[Caleb] See that?

[Becky] It's quite a nice layout, though.

[Caleb] I can make the light dwindle.

[Carolyn] (laughs)

[Carolyn] I like this.

Butler pantry for the win.

We're in another house.

We're about to go have a look at another house.

[Josiah and Caleb discussing the building - inaudible]

[Carolyn] Going to see houses with a carpenter and an electrician - my goodness.

They pick apart everything!

Anyway, let's have a look at this one.

This one's called... the Somerton.

[Carolyn] (laughs)

[Becky] Oh wow!

[Becky] I don't mind the flooring.

[Carolyn] Oh yeah.

[Caleb] This stuff will look really old.

[Carolyn] The flooring's nice... oooh!

This is a big bedroom!

Look at that! (laughs) [Becky] High ceilings!

[Carolyn] Very high ceilings.

Yeah, I think this is higher than 2.7.

I think these are 3 meter ceilings.

Bathroom.

Ooh.

[Becky] This is very nice.

[Carolyn] Look how big that shower is!

And the toilet.

Mm!

Nice!

[Carolyn] Okay.

Ya'll need to see this laundry.

Boom!

Boom.

Boom.

Boom. (laughs)

This laundry is massive!

This is my dream laundry.

My dream laundry has always been a laundry where I can set up an ironing board and just

leave it set up all the time and never it be in the way, or have to fold it down or

anything.

Yeah.

Bye!

Bye!

Poor Becky!

Didn't want to leave.

She's having fun looking at houses.

[Caleb] I was going to say she could come home with us.

[Carolyn] I know, but we need two car seats.

Because we have two babies.

[Caleb] There's another one over there if you want?

[Carolyn] Stirling?

I think I'm actually getting...

[Caleb] Tired?

Time to go?

[Carolyn] Yeah, do you want to go?

[Caleb] Yep, let's go.

[Carolyn] Let's go.

We're going to head home.

Well, we're not heading home yet.

We're going to stop at my sister's house to pick up my bank card cos she's got it.

And then, we're gonna go to Creative Cooks and we're going to look at baking things!

Okay, so we're here in Creative Cooks and I've found cake tins but... they're kind of

a little more expensive than I thought!

Oh!

Mmmkay.

I really want to buy one.

Mmm.

Mmmm.

If they have some cheaper ones... but not really.

Keep looking!

Good afternoon!

So, it is Sunday.

Someone here is not well! (laughs)

A little bit sick.

Um, so Jemima and I went to church by ourselves and Caleb stayed home and rested.

And, basically what I'm doing now is finishing the vlog.

And I'm going to try and get it uploaded this afternoon for you guys.

But, what I'm also doing is going through the contract for the land, the contract for

the build and the contract for the conveyancers.

And I just want to show you guys how big those documents are.

And when I say "go through" I mean read every single page, highlight the important parts,

look up legal terms if I don't know what they mean already.

Yeah.

It's a to do.

So this is the conveyancer one.

It's a lot.

But, you know, not that terrible.

This is our Statesman Homes Building Agreement.

So we're looking... yeah.

It's decent.

And the print is really tiny so, you can tell, like there's a lot of words per page.

But that's... yeah.

At least several hours.

But this!

Land contract - there we go.

Yep.

So, that is, there's one document in here that's like 60 pages long.

And there's like 4 or 5 other documents that are like 40 pages each.

Um, the builder's about 60 pages total.

The conveyancer's about 20 pages total - anyway!

I've got a lot of homework to do!

And I'm just, I just wanted to also very quickly explain the process and where we're up to

at the moment.

So, um what we've done is - we've put a deposit on the land and we've signed a contract to

say that we're definitely buying the land.

We've put a deposit on the building contract to say that we are definitely using Statesman

Homes and they're definitely going to build our house.

We have booked our conveyancer and a conveyancer is a legal person who um, basically makes

sure that the transfer of the title of the land goes from the vendor (who is the people

or organisation who own it already over to us).

And you HAVE to hire a conveyancer, like, you're not allowed to do it yourself unless

you are a registered conveyancer.

Which is, very strange but they cost like, about $1,000 to use their services.

Anyway, um, and we've booked the conveyancer as well.

What we're waiting for is our builder to write and draw up the master plans.

The master plans then get sent to our bank and our bank together with our land contract

will um, determine the value of the land and the house that we're building and then they

will formally approve our loan.

So, we're in a bit of a scary situation at the moment because technically the bank could

not approve our loan.

They could say that we're building something that too big for the area, and the value doesn't

add up or they don't think - they think it's a risky investment, whatever, whatever.

Um, so, it's pretty scary because we've signed all these big contracts to say that we are

building and that we are buying this land.

But, in the end if the bank doesn't come through then we're not gonna be able to do it.

But anyway, I have all faith that it's all going to go off without a hitch.

So, that's what I'm doing tonight!

I also wanted to tell you guys that you would have seen in the last clip that my hair is

a lot lighter.

And I actually dyed it at home!

My sister in law did like, the first few packets of bleeching and then my other sister did

a different colour over the top.

So, the first go we did was um, a little bit yellowy and not quite right, but we've fixed

it now.

And I think, like, I'm pretty happy with it.

It's really light!

But, yeah.

Anyway, I'm happy with it.

So, that's all for today.

I'm going to end the vlog here.

Caleb and I are probably going to make a habit of going out and seeing more display homes,

going to tiling and flooring, and paint places and all that sort of stuff so, you'll probably

see a bunch of that in the next vlog.

I fyou guys want to know any more about the building process or you want to see any thing

that we're doing, please leave a comment below and I will make sure it is in the next video!

But thank you so much for watching and we'll see you next time!

Bye!

Hello!

I know we just said goodbye but she just woke up after I ended that clip and I just wanted

to show her 'cos she looks so cute!

She's wearing this little sleeping bag and she's so snuggly when she wakes up!

Aren't you?

Can you see yourself?

Hello!

Hello! (laughs) Did you have a good sleep?

Yeah! (whispers) Did you have a good sleep?

You did?

You had a good sleep?

(kisses) Okay.

You wanna have cuddles with Dadda?

Yeah?

(laughs) OKay, thanks for watching guys!

See ya!

Sonos PlayBase review: Don't overthink it! - Duration: 3:21.

- So there are two kinds of people out there.

There are those of us who own Sonos

and then there's everybody else.

I know that sounds horrible, but stay with me for a second.

Sonos is undoubtedly, hands-down,

unequivocally, absolutely the best way

to have wireless music in your house.

If you have experienced it once,

you're going to want more.

(chill beats)

so that brings us to the brand-new Sonos Playbase.

Like the Playbar sound bar before it,

it's seven hundred dollars.

That is not inexpensive.

And like the Playbar, it's meant to work with your TV.

Actually it's gonna work underneath your TV

and thus the base name.

It sits below the little pedestal feet.

So you plug in the TV via one of those optical cables

with the little red light at the end of it.

And then your TV spits its sound out through the Playbase.

And it sounds great, it's a Sonos speaker.

It's going to sound great.

And for seven hundred dollars, it better sound great.

But of course we're talking about your TV

playing along with some sort of external speaker

and that just doesn't always work as well

as you might want it to.

And then there's the matter of remote controls.

If you have a newer TV there's a pretty good chance

this will just work out of the box.

If you have an older TV like I do in the bedroom,

you might have to do a little finagling.

Your mileage very much will vary here.

The fact is, this is a Sonos speaker.

It's going to sound great.

If you've ever done Sonos before,

you know it's the easiest way to do wireless music.

And the Playbase works the same way

as any of the other Sonos speakers.

Works within the app the exact same way

and you still have access to all of your music.

So the Playbase sounds exactly as good

as you think it should being a Sonos speaker

and especially being a seven hundred dollar speaker.

It's got a lot of bass to it, the highs are good.

And if you tune it with Sonos' Trueplay thing,

which is still an iOS only setting,

it'll sound even better, it's great.

And it's still pretty thumpy even if you don't

shell out another seven hundred dollars

for the big giant sub-woofer.

It's that good.

I think it's been a little easy for people

to overthink the Playbase.

It's very much sort of like a soundbar for your TV.

You get approximated surround sound.

You get really good external sound out of your TV.

It just fits under your TV

instead of slightly in front of it like a sound bar does.

It's no different than that,

and by the way it's still a Sonos speaker

so it does wireless music.

Look at it like this.

If you have a pedestal TV,

with one little thing down the middle

and feet sticking out of it,

get a Playbase.

If you have a TV with feet on either end,

get a Playbar.

But if all you wanna do is improve the sound

out of your TV a little bit,

you can get something decent for a lot less money.

Couple hundred bucks, you'll have a nice little sound bar

and go about your business.

But that's not really what you're paying for with Sonos,

you're paying for the name,

you're paying for some really good sound,

and you're absolutely paying for easy wireless music

that works with all the other Sonos stuff

that you might or might not have.

But you really should.

Is it expensive?

Yeah, it absolutely is.

Is it worth it?

I can't quite answer that for you.

It's your money, it's your wallet.

I do know I'm gonna have kind of a hard time

opening mine up to the tune of seven hundred dollars.

But it sounds great, it looks great,

it just costs a lot of money.

(guitar music)

Don't try to be mindful - Daron Larson - Duration: 12:00.

[APPLAUSE]

[MUSIC]

So mindfulness is a way to train your attention using your ordinary senses and

perceptions. Maybe you've heard about it. There's this explosion of research

that's validating its many benefits--the way it helps people manage stress,

reduce their anxiety, and even sleep better. I was

skeptical about these claims, because I have kind of a natural talent for stress.

One time I was stressed out on vacation after a massage...

>> [LAUGHTER] >> At a hot springs spa resort...

And I kept thinking how I wanted to take a picture of this place. Because it

would help me relax when I got back to the job I was dreading returning to.

So that gives you an idea of what I was up against. But I decided, I'm going to

give this mindfulness a try. So I've been practicing every day for 13 years.

And I noticed that it started to quietly

transform the way I was living my life,

when I stopped trying to get the outcomes I was hoping for, and

instead put my attention on doing the exercises required to get there.

It reminded me what I already knew about physical fitness.

If you take the stairs and

you notice your heart starts to beat faster, maybe your legs start to burn,

you don't say to yourself, oh, I must be taking the stairs wrong, right?

>> [LAUGHTER] >> You say,

this is what taking the stairs feels like. And

if we always take the elevator in order to save time and avoid discomfort,

we just miss opportunities for developing our physical health.

And it's the same thing, it works the same way. So many people try mindfulness and

they're convinced they're doing it wrong, so they give up. And

they miss an opportunity to change their relationship with discomfort.

And if you expect your everyday life to be free of discomfort and

confusion, you're going to spend all your energy worrying,

trying not to feel what you feel, and saying,

this messy life is not my real life. So what keeps us holding out for

these perfect, comfortable lives that we imagine? And

how can training your attention help address these habits?

There's an underlying story problem built into the way we relate to our lives.

It feels like I'm a character navigating all these challenges in order to

get somewhere. And this narrative structure is incredibly useful.

It helps me decide what's important. It makes it possible to work towards and

achieve goals--but there's a problem. My obstacles

don't seem to be part of what I consider my actual life.

They feel like temporary annoyances that I have to push through in order to get to

what's on the other side. But very often it turns out what's

on the other side of my obstacles ends up not being the relief I'm hoping for.

Am I the only one? It ends up being another obstacle, and

I have a spoiler alert here... This pattern keeps repeating and

repeating, and we end up waiting for,

habitually waiting for what's ever happening to pass. And

this dilemma scales all the way down to the moment-by-moment experience--all

these little looping stories of waking up on time, and trying to get to work, and

going to meeting, and dealing with difficult people, deciding what to eat...

And maybe the best we can do is sometimes comfort ourselves with the idea

of evenings and weekends and vacations, right? But

it's at this moment-by-moment scale where the work of mindfulness occurs,

all these little places where we distract ourselves and go onto autopilot.

But mindfulness isn't a solution to your story problem, so

don't cancel your therapy appointment. It's not a narrative solution at all.

It's actually a solution for

the problem of living within these narrative constraints.

And any time that you habitually check out,

starts to become an opportunity for checking in.

So let me give you a little exercise that you can use in any situation.

All you have to do is pause to notice some sensory detail of

your current experience. Let's give this a quick spin. For

just a few seconds, what's it like to see? It's easy.

What's it like to hear? What's it like to notice some sensation in your body?

So that's probably the shortest exercise workout I've ever led,

but...what I'm hoping you'll do is compare it to what you already know

about physical fitness. One pushup's not very impressive, it seems kind of trivial.

But we know that if we make a habit and we do several pushups a day,

over weeks we're going to start noticing more strength in our upper body. So

instead of trying to be mindful,

what if you tried to notice what's happening? Every time you stop and

pay close attention to what's happening, you disrupt that narrative,

that narrative of your life from inside your story.

Instead of trying to live in the moment, what if you just started to sneak

this kind of noticing into your routine? When you take a shower,

what would it be like to actually feel the water hitting your body or

smell the shampoo? What would it be like to taste your coffee?

What if you notice what it looks like to see the screen in your hand and,

once in a while, look up and see what's right in front of you,

right? Any activity that doesn't require much thinking will work for this. And

it turns out there's a lot more of them than you realize once you start looking.

And nobody needs to know that you're doing this.

In fact, I recommend you kind of keep it to yourself.

>> [LAUGHTER] >> I've kind of learned from experience that nobody wants to

hear about the relaxation you're savoring in your legs during a meeting.

>> [LAUGHTER] >> And

the details you notice don't need to be pleasant.

What's it like to run late? What's it like to be standing in

the slowest line in the grocery store? What's it like to watch your windshield

wipers as you're waiting for the light to turn green? Your strategy for

living in the present will go a lot better when you accept how frequently the present

sucks. >> [LAUGHTER]

[APPLAUSE]

>> So I've been describing a way to pay attention in the midst of ordinary life.

But there's also a formal version of the practice you might be familiar,

where you pick something to notice over and over again for a set amount of time.

So maybe 10 or 15 minutes, you notice what it feels like to breathe.

You might notice what it's like to hear sounds around you. And

whenever you realize that you've completely lost contact with that,

you just gently bring your attention back. This timed practice is what everybody

thinks is the only thing that counts, and I want to challenge this assumption.

The timed practice is intended, it's like going to the gym.

It supports your ability to be attentive throughout out the rest of the day.

So you might notice relaxation during your timed practice, and

then check in throughout the day to see if there's something restful at all that you

can detect and savor. So, one time I was teaching a class,

and it wasn't a mindfulness class, but it was the first night.

I get a phone call and I had the start time wrong, so I was late and

I didn't realize it. There's a classroom full of people waiting across town for

me. So I spent this whole evening toggling back and

forth between the course content and how rattled I felt. My senses were heightened,

my face was hot, my breath was shallow, I felt embarrassed. It was super-vulnerable.

And over the next three weeks, during my formal practice time, it became about

observing all the related feelings and thoughts. And then, throughout the day,

I would check in to notice, can I detect any of those flavors emotionally?

And they were always there, simmering on a back burner.

And I think people would be surprised to know that,

if you saw me sitting every morning for those three weeks, you would say, oh,

he looks so relaxed. He's not moving, I want some of what he's having.

But inside, it was a total shit storm. >> [LAUGHTER] >> And

I wasn't doing it wrong. This is what my embarrassment and

the reverberations felt like. I think people would also be surprised

to discover that the catharsis I felt during that time was worth every moment of

turning towards that icky garden-variety discomfort instead of pushing it away.

The narrative mode of attention wasn't always our default.

Louise Gluck says, We look at the world once, in childhood.

The rest is memory. Noticing that you're alive is a taste that adults

have to reacquire. People think they don't have time to practice paying attention in

the way I'm describing, but I think what we really resist is being willing to

set aside our unresolved story problems, even for a few seconds.

And I'm not advocating noticing every sensation, all the time.

Instead of trying to put your story aside for even 15 minutes a day,

what would it be like if you limited your worrying, and

your numbing, and your unconsciousness to 23 hours and 45 minutes?

You don't have to try to be mindful, you don't have to be relaxed.

Just by remembering to notice again and again that this messy life,

with its one obstacle after another, really is your life.

And that it's possible to train your attention so that you feel more at home,

both in your story and in the direct experience of living. Thank you.

Learn English Grammar: The Adverb Clause - Duration: 15:09.

Hi. Welcome back to www.engvid.com.

I'm Adam.

In today's lesson we're going to look at the adverb clause.

Okay?

Now, this is one of the dependent clauses that we're going to look at.

I also have a lesson about noun clauses and adjective clauses.

I have a lesson about the independent clause, which is different from all of these.

Today we're looking at the adverb clause, which depends on the grammar book you're using.

Again, they like to use different words.

Some people call this the subordinate clause.

"Subordinate" meaning under. Right?

"Sub" means under, it's under the independent clause, means it's...

The independent clause is the more important one, the subordinate clause is the second.

Now, the thing to remember about adverb clauses: What makes them different from noun clauses

or adjective clauses is that they don't modify words.

Okay?

A noun clause modifies or acts as a specific function to something in the independent clause.

It could be the subject, it could be the object of the verb, for example.

Or it could be a complement.

But it's always working with some other word in the independent clause.

The adjective clause-excuse me-always modifies or identifies a noun in the sentence,

in the clause, etc.

The adverb clause shows a relationship, and that's very, very important to remember because

the subordinate conjunctions, the words that join the clause to the independent clause

has a very specific function.

The two clauses, the independent clause and the subordinate clause have a very distinct

relationship.

Okay?

So here are some of those relationships: Reason, contrast, condition, time, purpose, and comparison.

Okay?

There are others, but we're going to focus on these because these are the more common ones.

And there are many conjunctions, but I'm only going to give you a few here just so you have

an idea how the adverb clause works.

Okay?

So, for example, when we're looking at reason...

Okay? Before I give you actual sentence examples, I'm going to talk to you about the conjunctions.

These are called the subordinate conjunctions.

They very clearly show the relationship between the clauses, so you have to remember that.

So: "because", okay?

"Because" means reason.

So, I did something because I had to do it.

Okay? So: "I did something"-independent clause-"because"-why?-"I had to do it".

I had no choice.

That's the relationship between the two.

"Since" can also mean "because".

"Since", of course, can also mean since the beginning of something, since a time, but

it can also mean "because" when we're using it as an adverb clause conjunction.

Contrast.

"Contrast" means to show that there's a difference.

Now, it could be yes/no, positive/negative, but it doesn't have to be.

It could be one idea and then a contrasting idea.

One expectation, and one completely different result.

Okay?

You have to be very careful not to look for a positive or a negative verb, or a positive

or negative anything else, but we're going to look at examples for that.

The more common conjunctions for that is: "although" or "though"-both are okay,

mean the same thing-or "whereas".

Okay?

"Although I am very rich, I can't afford to buy a Lamborghini."

Okay?

So, "rich" means lots of money.

"Can't afford" means not enough money.

Contrasting ideas.

They're a little bit opposite from what one expects.

Contrast, reason.

Condition.

"Condition" means one thing must be true for something else to be true.

So, for the part of the independent clause to be true-the situation, the action, the

event, whatever-then the condition must first be true.

"If I were a...

If I were a rich man, I would buy a Lamborghini."

But I'm...

Even though I am a rich man...

Although I am a rich man, I can't afford one.

So we use "if", "as long as".

Again, there are others.

Time.

This is another relationship.

When did something happen?

We use "when", we use "while", we use other conjunctions as well.

"I will call you when I get home."

So this call that I will make to you will happen at the time that I get home.

That's the relationship between the two.

Purpose.

"I asked my boss for a pay raise so that I could afford my Lamborghini."

Which I can't afford now.

Comparison, if I want to compare two things.

Now, you have to be very careful with comparisons because they don't always have to take a clause.

But if you're comparing clause to clause, if you're comparing action to action, then

you must use a comparison conjunction with an adverb clause to show.

So: "I am not as able to do this as she is."

Right?

"I am not as able as she"-subject-"is", verb.

Comparing two situations, two actions, etc.

So now that we see some of the relationships we can use and some of the conjunctions we

can use, let's look at some sentence examples to see how this works.

Okay, let's look at some examples now.

I'm going to show you some dos and don'ts; things you should do, things you should not

do.

But again, everything has an exception, we'll talk about that.

Let's look at three independent clauses.

"I love pizza."

Very simple.

"I love pizza.", "I rarely eat it."

I very, very seldom...

I almost never eat pizza.

"It's unhealthy."

"It" being pizza.

Now, I want to combine all of these things together, but I want to make sure that there's

a relationship between these two and this one, maybe even this one. Okay?

"Although I love pizza," so right away you're expecting a contrast.

"I love pizza."

So you're thinking if I love pizza, I eat it every day. Right?

Well, right away you understand probably not.

There's going to be a contrast coming up.

"I rarely eat it".

I love it, I rarely eat it.

It doesn't make sense. They're opposites.

Well, there's your opposite conjunction.

Why do I rarely eat it? "...because it's unhealthy."

So, I rarely eat it even though I love it, there's your contrast, because...

There's your reason and why rarely eat.

Okay?

I have a contrast between how I feel about pizza and how often I eat it.

I have a reason of why I rarely eat it because it's unhealthy.

So this sentence is perfect, everything works well together.

Another thing to keep in mind: One sentence can have many adverb clauses.

As many relationships as you need, you can put into a sentence.

Again, once your sentence gets too long with too many clauses going on, then you're starting

to get a little bit confusing to your reader.

Now, another thing I want to mention: You'll notice the comma here.

Generally speaking, when you begin a sentence with an adverb clause...

Generally speaking, you're going to put a comma.

Now, in today's writing, more and more writers don't like commas.

If they can avoid it...

If I can take it out and still make sense, and it's still very clear and very easy to

understand what's going on, take it out.

If you're not sure, if you're starting a sentence with an adverb, just put a comma at the end

of the adverb clause before your independent clause.

When you get into mixed sentences where you have clauses inside clauses, then it starts

becoming more confusing, but it's still very logical, but I'll do that in a separate lesson.

Embedded clauses that everything sort of mixes up together.

You have all three clauses in one sentence.

It's a little confusing.

Let's look at this sentence: "I rarely eat pizza, although I love it, because it's unhealthy."

Now, if you're saying this sentence, if you're speaking it, no problem, the person will understand you.

This is not a good sentence to write out, in written English.

Why?

Because sometimes you want to place your clauses in a relationship that makes sense.

"I rarely eat pizza, although I love it", okay, no problem.

But if I put: "because it's unhealthy", now, the "because" is about the rarely eat, not

about the "I love it".

I don't love it because it's unhealthy.

I love it because it...

Well, it's delicious.

I don't eat it because it's unhealthy.

So you have to be very careful about positioning your adverb clauses.

Make sure that the relationship makes sense.

In this case, because this one is connected to this...

To this clause, it seems to go together and it seems to show the relationship there.

Again, when you're speaking it, then you will say:

"I rarely eat pizza, although I love it, because it's unhealthy."

So then to the person listening, this goes with this.

This is the actual sentence, and this is an aside.

But very difficult to make a reader understand that.

So go with the logical connections, try to put adverb clauses...

Or try to put clauses together so that the relationship is very clear.

Okay?

Now, let's look at this one.

Just I want to drive this home about the relationship.

It's so important to understand the relationships between clauses.

"Although I love pizza I eat it often."

Now, does this sentence make sense?

No, of course not.

Because the reader or even the listener in this case, as soon as the reader or listener

hears this word they're listening for two opposite things, two contrasting ideas, or

actions, or whatever the case.

So: "love", good; "eat often", good.

Positive, positive.

There's no contrast.

Right?

So the thing you have to remember...

So, what's the relationship here?

"Because".

"Because I love pizza I eat it often."

Notice here I didn't put the comma.

With "because", very uncommon to use the comma, but again, you could.

You don't need to because it's very clear, the relationship.

It's very clear you have two separate clauses here.

Leave it out, it's fine.

Okay.

Let's look at some more examples.

Okay, a couple more notes I want to mention.

Usually adverb clauses can go-excuse me-at the beginning of a sentence, or in the middle,

or at the end, etc.

You can put it pretty much anywhere.

However, in some cases it's recommended to put it in the middle

after the independent clause.

So, for example: "Joe took a week off work so that his wife could take a training course."

So he took a week off for the purpose of giving his wife time.

Now, can I begin this sentence:

"So that his wife could take a training course, Joe took a week off work"?

Can I say that? Yes.

Do I want to say that?

No.

I would rather start with this, because the purpose first of all is more important than

what he did.

Okay?

Unless I want to stress the time off, then I would switch it.

But generally, with "so that", I always put the actual purpose second and the first action

first, because you always do something...

It's like cause and effect.

Why do you do this?

For this purpose.

So it has a logical flow.

But again, you don't have to, you could put it at beginning, put the comma, finish it off,

perfectly okay.

Now, one last thing I want to mention.

You can have sentences that have adverb clauses within adverb clauses.

It can be a little bit confusing, but again, as long as you make sure you understand the

relationships between all the pieces, it works out.

"You should stay home because if you go there there will be trouble."

Okay?

You should stay home because there will be trouble.

But there will only be trouble if you go.

So, basically, what am I doing here?

I'm emphasizing the first part: Stay home.

If you don't stay home, there will be trouble.

So you should stay home because if you don't there will be trouble. Right?

So here the confusing part for some people is: "because if".

You have two conjunctions.

Right?

So, basically, what is going on here: This whole thing is the reason.

Okay?

"You should stay home". Now, the thing you want to do,

you want to count your subjects and verbs.

Subject: "You should stay".

Okay?

That's one clause.

"Because there will be", subject and verb.

Well, subject...

Sorry, this is the conjunction and verb, and subject and verb.

As long as you have different clauses, each of these conjunctions...

This conjunction has a clause, this conjunction has a clause.

They both work, they both work together.

"Because there will be trouble" is too general.

"Because if you go there will be trouble".

I want to emphasize the going, which is why you should stay home.

Okay?

So it works.

But, again, I'm going to look at more deeply at embedded clauses...

I'm going to... You can watch that in a different lesson.

It's very...

It's a little bit confusing.

It's definitely very advanced grammar, but you can watch it there and try to get a better idea.

Because sometimes, especially if you're reading academic material, you'll see very long sentences

with like five, six, seven clauses;

noun clauses, adjective clauses, adverb clauses, adverb clause inside an adjective clause.

All kinds of mixed sentences.

As long as you can break all the pieces down, as long as you can understand the function

of each word, each clause, each phrase, you can understand any sentence in English.

Okay?

Tokyo citizens raise awareness of Japan's military 'comfort women' sex slave issue - Duration: 7:04.

Japan's wartime sexual enslavement of women has long been a contentious issue between

Seoul and Tokyo.

Fuelling anger on the Korean side is the Japanese government's attitude,... that there's nothing

more to discuss.

So... we thought we'd hear from people in Japan who beg to differ with their government's

stance.

Oh Soo-young files this report from Tokyo.

Marking the decades-long cries for recognition, reparation and healing,... the Statue of Peace

outside the Japanese Embassy in Seoul represents the women and girls forced into sexual slavery

by Japan in the early 20th century.

The statue has inspired similar models around the world,... but its meaning is lost on many

Japanese.

"I haven't learned much about it, but I've heard about it on TV."

"I remember hearing about it briefly at high school.

But they don't teach it these days.

I think that's wrong."

"It's not in the curriculum.

I haven't been taught about it.

I think we need to learn more about history to move past conflict."

"It seems most of the Japanese public aren't aware of Japan's wartime sexual enslavement

of women.

Here in Tokyo, there are a number of people working to change that."

Tucked away in a room at a small publishing house in Tokyo.. a young girl waits to see

daylight.

Yuka Okamoto, a writer and publisher, was entrusted with a duplicate of the statue of

peace,... by the sculptors of the original.

"It's been two years, but we haven't found a place for her.

We're worried the conservatives will clamp down on us."

Moved by a victim's testimony in 1991,... Okamoto joined local efforts to raise awareness

of the sexual slavery issue in Japan.

"Because the issue has been erased from most school textbooks-- young people don't know

about it.

And the Japanese media pumps out biased reports that stir up distrust and the misconception

that the statue is anti-Japanese."

She digs for historical evidence and resources and publishes the findings through printed

and online contents.

By building a better understanding among the Japanese public, she hopes some day the girl

in her backroom can sit in the sun.

"The offender has no right to tell the victims to remove the statue.

If anything, Japan is more in need of it, so it never forgets the past."

Preserving memories before they are forgotten,...

A museum in Tokyo,... holds records from nine countries where women were forced into so-called

'comfort stations'.

"Tokyo denies evidence that women were forced into sex slavery, claiming the issue was settled

with the countries.

So we collect official documents, journal entries and personal testaments for our database

available for anyone to access."

Under pressure and even threats from right-wing groups,... the activists here believe that,

as Japanese citizens, it's their duty to ensure that history does not repeat itself.

"It's a human rights issue-- a case of gender-based violence-- which applies today in warzones

all over the world.

We must not forget the terrible acts of our ancestors to warn the world against it."

However, they are in a race against time to collect more evidence and testimonies,...

as many victims and witnesses have already passed away,... and the traces of the events

continue to be erased from Japan's history textbooks.

Yang Jing-ja, a Korean-Japanese translator,... sometimes wonders if she's fighting a losing

battle.

For more than 20 years,... she's led a civic group that calls for Tokyo to fully acknowledge

its past atrocities.

This is a military journal.

It says, "wherever the Japanese soldiers conquer, they rape the women again and again.

So they need to set up a sexual 'comfort' station as soon as possible."

That's what it says here.

Along with other evidence,... Yang turned the records over to Japanese authorities in

2014.

Did you get a response?

A year later, they gave it back.

They just said, "We return your documents."

What keeps Yang going,... is the enduring spirit of the Korean victims.

"When granny Song Shin-do, a victim, lost her 10-year-long court case against the Japanese

authorities, our team wept and wept.

But do you know what she said?

She said 'I'm okay.

My heart is still unbroken.'

The Japanese government may be unmoved.

But we have seen the victims come out of their shells and transform over the years.

And that changed us.

Seeing their humanity and goodness despite everything.

We must pass their message to the next generation."

Mirei Yamagata, an actress and dancer in her thirties,... speaks to her generation.

She first encountered the sex slavery issue, when she was cast to play a Korean victim

in the early days of her career.

"I wondered how to get into that mentality of woman who underwent that terrible experience

but also I felt a strong responsibility as a Japanese woman to play the role of a Korean

comfort woman."

Years later, after visiting a residence for the victims in Korea,... she was inspired

to create her own solo piece, which she performed in Japan and Taiwan.

"The moment they were put in these comfort stations, their lives could not go back to

normal.

I wanted to make the piece a requiem for them, to soothe their souls, give them a place where

they could live the life they couldn't have."

Beyond political and cultural differences,... Yamagata hopes to inspire humanity.

"We need to look at this issue as a big mistake by mankind.

I think it's very important that at least in schools, people get taught more about it.

To understand the psychology or the situation of why these events occured and what's going

to prevent that from happening again."

Settling the past does not mean to forget and apologies mean nothing without an admission

of wrongdoing.

It's by no means a political agenda.

It's a human issue that weighs heavy on the conscience of those who choose to ignore it.

Real estate investment surges as China announces new special economic zone - Duration: 1:28.

China is set to develop its third special economic zone.

The central government says the area near Beijing will cover up to two-thousand square

kilometers.

Kim Hyo-sun reports.

The Chinese government made the announcement over the weekend that it will develop the

Xiongan New Area in Hebei as a new economic zone.

It will become the nation's third special economic zone after Shenzhen and Shanghai,...

and take on some of the role Beijing plays today.

The designated zone currently covers about 100 square kilometers but will be expanded

to two-thousand,... making it even larger than Shenzhen, one of China's richest cities.

Local residents are overjoyed at the news.

"We are very excited.

I hope the environment and the economy here will be better in the future."

Real estate agencies in the region are being flooded with inquiries from potential buyers,...

and increased demand has more than doubled real estate prices in the area.

"One square meter was worth three-thousand Yuan a month ago,... but it rose to six-thousand.

We can't buy anything even with ten-thousand Yuan."

Responding to such sharp increases,... the local government has temporarily suspended

property transactions.

Although no detailed plans have been announced yet,... the Chinese government is already

facing the daunting task of dealing with surging speculative real estate investment.

In this video I'm going to be sharing

With you how to make

hibiscus herbal hair oil at home

Well as you know I have made

3 more herbal hair oils for hair growth

Which you all really liked it.

Well, if you haven't checked yet then

I have shared the link in the description

box if you wish to check.

So here I have added few more beneficial

Ingredients into this so that this oil becomes

more powerful

and we can get rid off all hair problems.

So before start

I request you to watch this video till end

so that you Won't miss any important step

while making this.

Well, this hair oil have amazing results on hair growth,

hair fall and hair thinning

And added ingredients will help to get rid

Off premature grey hair, dandruff and split ends too

So before we start let me remind you to

subscribe to my channel to stay updated

With my upcoming videos

and also don't forget to hit like comment

And share if you find this video helpful

So let's start making this.

So my main and first ingredient is

hibiscus flowers.

It has vitamin C, Phosphorus, calcium and carotene.

Which helps to boost hair growth,Hair fall and

Prevents premature hair greying

So,here I'm using 18-20 hibiscus flowers

Next I'm using 3 aloe vera leaf

We have to take the gel out of this before using

This helps to repair dry & damaged hair

And makes them smooth and silky.

Then I'm using 7 to 8 hibiscus leaves

This has the same beneficial properties

Of hibiscus flowers which helps to cure

Split ends cures greying of hairsin no time

Next I'm using 15 to 20 washed and dried neem leaves

this helps to cure Baldness and stops thinning if hairs

Then I'm using 2tbsp of Fenugreek seeds

This helps to remove dandruff and

If you're having powdered form Then use 1 Tbsp of it

Here I'm using 100ml of coocnut oil (Any brand)

Next I'm using 50ml of castor oil

This will make the hair oil more

Beneficial so try to use atleast 50 ml Of this.

Next is 8 to 10 camphor balls.

Crush them with your finger and use

When it comes to powdered form

And lastly will need a mixing jar

First take the gel out of aloe leaf like so

And then with the help of mixing jar

Add aloe gel & half of hibiscus flowers

Into it and grind them into a fine paste

(Make sure to use half quantity of

hibiscus flowers at this point)

This is how it turned out now let's

Start making this hair oil

So here I'm using heavy bottomed pan

Now will turn on the flame on medium flame and

then will add in hibiscus

And aloe gel mixture.

Stir this mixture on medium flame

For 2 to 5 minutes untill half of it's

Quantity gets evaporated

Friends aloe gel has Proteolytic enzyme

Which repairs hair follicles by removing dandruff and

other antioxidant properties helps to

stimulate hair growth

And hibiscus flowers are best to get rid Off

premature greying of hair,

Cures baldness & prevents hair thinning

It's been 5 mins and you can See the mixture have

Become very thick now so now will add in

Coocnut oil

Castor oil

Fenugreek seeds and

Camphor (powdered)

Now give this a good stir and let it Boil on low flame

(make sure not to Use high flame while making this

hair oil)

Stir it continously untill aloe gel and hibiscus

loses its moisture and you're

left with 100% oil at the bottom of the pan

Coocnut oil works as a great moisturiser to your scalp

which makes our dry and frizzy hair soft and smooth.

& cator oil has Vitamin E, antibacterial & antifungal

properties

which helps to Cure baldness and boosts hair growth

And Fenugreek helos toget rid off dandruff

& camphor helps to make your Scalp refreshed

and cures itchy scalp.

Now its been 12 to 15 minutes

and as you can see the oil is set on the bottom Of the pan

Make sure that the the moisture is totally evaporated)

Or the oil will no last longer.

Now will turn off the flame and will

Add in rest of the ingredients

Hibiscus flowers

Hibiscus leaves ( Break them like this)

Neem leaves

Mix all together and let it cool down For an hour or two

After 2 hours of resting will strain this

Oil with the help of a sieve or a strainer

Make sure to store this into a glass container to prevent

bacterial growth. ( Need not to refrigerate this )

And you can store this oil upto 4 months For best use.

Massage your scalp for at least 4 to 5

Minutes and let it sit there for 4 to 5 hours or

overnight for best results

And then wash it off with shampoo And conditioner.

Use this 2 to 3 times a week

And after few applications you will notice

That your scalp is promoting good amount of

hair growth

and the hair fall is quite lesser than before.

So i hope friends you will find this video Useful

言えなかった言の葉 (Ienakatta Kotonoha) Sound Horizon Nein Concert English Subtitles - Duration: 9:23.

(Since the {third archive}, {what is known as my consciousness} has been linked to that horizon...)

([She] had a small child. There are many such parents in every horizon, but she soared above the rest in the condition called doting.)

(However, certain circumstances led to the child's death. Averting her eyes from this unbearable loss, she embraced the skeleton of her child as she wandered in the sunlight…)

(The conclusion of this tragedy is a factor that can be moved to the right or left. I tried denying her ad921d60486366258809553a3db49a4a…)

(Now, then. Is the cat in the box alive? Or dead? Let's try peeking into the cage–)

"What will the words possibly tell the partners who have different subjectivity?"

"The Unknown Lady who was amoung The Lost..."

"She is the Nein"

I began to climb the hill road, the salt breeze still cold on my skin...

It blows through my hair so that it falls against your forehead...

And I feel an irreplacable warmth against my back...

Everyone lives today whilst waving goodbye to smiles fading off into the distance

I won't cry anymore as spring will come again...

I've frequently traveled this hill road; the sunbeams seem to smile

Playing with the squirrels, they stroke against your face

As I feel an irreplacable warmth in my hand...

Everyone lives tomorrow whilst filling the gaps of their loss

Even so, I long for an unchanging love...

My mother contracted a fatal illness...

My father and I kept vigil over her...

Through a long... long night...

Then my father as well, was lost in a raging winter sea,

And I kept vigil over his corpse... alone...

"Within these empty seasons... I shut myself away..."

"Akin to... a distorted pale seashell..."

Sadness repeats within the melody of the pounding waves...

With the kind people and the shed tears

I didn't draw near to the color of loneliness

He lapped at the dry places with eyes glittering like an animal's

The setting red sun in the distance blurred his kind face

But I forgave everything...

Ah... the flower burst into tiotous bloom

And withered away at the end of the night...

Betraying...

Our morning, he left...

Who... who was it that kept vigil that hot, hot night...?

Without even saying goodbye, he left me...

Alone, simply alone, within the seasons...

Now that I mention it, you must have been inside me since then

So I wasn't alone; I don't want to lose my family ever again!

"I'll try believing once more!"

Within the darkness of my life, I kept living

Since you were there, "My Dear". I found a star of hope

If I were to lose that light, I surely...

Couldn't be able to bear it...

The ones who called the mainland on the stormy night you fell ill...

Were the very same people who were certain that I shouldn't have given birth to you

And then... Setting out in a small fishing boat to save you with no concern for his own safety

The Doctor who answered those feelings

Was a white-haird man with a splended, charming white moustache

Did you know that willow bark can be used as a fever reducer?

"Look!"

"Yuck!"

But medical innovation has led to Aspirin, which is less bitter!

"Aspirin?"

"Yes!"

"Now on sale!"

And then, as I went rushing to and from the doctor's emergency clinic,

I began to care for those around me...

Rock, Rock before my eyes... The scales of life, tilting between Balancing Business, Status, and Private life

"For what reason did I choose this path?"

I felt as though someone was asking me that on that stormy night...

"I'll try believing once more!"

Ah... his eyes as he watched the sea... sometimes had a sudden faraway look...

He too... embraces sadness instead of his heart...

Couldn't he share that heavy baggage with me?

"I Love You"

My lips closed on those three simple words... akin to a shellfish, I just couldn't say them...

All the people that I held close to me have disapeared from my sight

But even so, I will face this world, this Ninth Reality,

And not run away!

So, Please God, give me a little more time, until I've found my courage...!

"The history of Medical Care is,"

"Doctor! A letter came for you!

"In another word, the history of War."

"The sender is a woman?!"

"Ironically, it will accelerate."

"Doctor what on earth is thi-"

"Hey, hey, be careful..."

"And the ominous steps of world war come so near."

here again and in this video noisey with

some things some things a little bit

different you don't normally want to do

these videos I'm boxed off down in the

corner here and I do a screen share okay

but let's not me getting to know you are

you getting to know me you know I'd like

to kick off a bit of engagement here and

if you're new to the channel if you're

new to my videos if you like what you

see HIPAA subscribe button em but I

wanted to talk to you today about for

start e online you know I started online

about 10 months ago and give or take a

week you know when you're growing up you

know your mom your dad tell you you know

stains google get good grades get a good

job you'll have a good life looking

could be further from the truth i am

more than happy that I've actually taken

things into my own hands and I'm my own

boss yes I currently work you know for

an employer but you know over the last

week or so over the last few weeks I

find huge or a huge reminder that you

know the end of the day you are a just a

number your boss might even know your

name okay I've had the experience over

the last few weeks of standing up in a

public forum and speaking to the

managing director and of the company I

work for you to know my name I knew his

name but I've never seen his face that's

a reality check right there you know

when I come home and I work on my own

things I put my everything into it

because it's for me now we do the same

and work at my day job but it's an end

goal you know the last few weeks have

really taught me that you know what

we're taught from a young age that you

know these things girl and you know you

get a good job young good life nothing

could be forwarded from it you know and

it's certainly something that I wouldn't

teach my daughter now I would much

rather see her grow up to be have a

little bit of entrepreneurial spirit do

something for herself evening she has to

fail forward she's never heard of fail

forward

if you think about it when a baby I've

learned to walk the baby falls over many

many times before long is rolling rings

around you same will happen at your

online business okay you may look when i

first started films i joined everything

you know that looks great it's great ah

look at that I'm gonna do so well Mary

and I give me nothing with any of it and

then I was lucky enough to come across a

fantastic mentor so when I was taught me

pretty much everything I know now don't

get me wrong are more than happy to go

find information myself and that's the

difference okay oh I well able look out

for my team as it grows some well able

to pass on the skills he's not only has

he taught me but I've learned myself you

know people think that working online is

about sales and in a sense it is I never

class myself as a salesman but I'm more

than happy to show you what I do how I

help people because a dental day that's

what it should be people helping people

you know I'm not a Salesman I don't have

a background in sales in fact I used to

be a builder you know I did road works

for years and then I just highlight

general driving jobs and you know the

effort I put into my online business is

exactly the effort I get him now i'm not

a huge marketer I don't have a big list

you know you know I don't have an

extensive array of programs you know

that I drag people from here to there no

I use one system some time to tell them

I do promote alerts but only if they

will you know and do something for my

name business it has to fit in or has to

be something I'm excited about now I

know all about sitting on the fence i

sat on the fence for three months and I

is the only only disappointment i have

in my online and there's been some way

on my career like ripping three months

further down the line equipping three

months ahead of my skills you don't you

try and learn something new every day

but basically

some people don't understand what yellow

brick road is some people can get the

product it's not a product it is a

system is a proven plan it's a strategy

but the biggest thing about it is it's a

community it's a community of really

helpful people the person I would have

been lost for them if when I started any

question i had because i didn't i didn't

understand any of it it was a huge

facebook group there with hundreds and

thousands people in it and most of them

are more than happy to help some are

very quiet you know i'm not i tend to be

there i'm quite active in the group if i

can help you out i'm in there whether

it's to make a quick video for you to

show you how to do something you can

send it off no problem you know that's

just how I do it you know everyone has

different ways of bringing people you

know to year or getting people to pay

attention to your to lift yourself up

you know i'm not in a great public

speaker I'm not any of these things but

what I am is helpful and if I can help

you on there you know basics want to

make this video because of you know what

have experienced the last few weeks and

really feeling just like a number you

know I don't feel like a number when I

work online I don't feel like a number

when I go to the elder girl group people

know my name people know who I am what

about them and why I do what I do so if

you're curious about how to build a real

online income and really drastically

change at the way and direction that

your life is going it's going to be some

links and where you're watching this on

Facebook the links will be involved if

you're on youtube links will be below

I'm here to help do yourself a favor

have a look at the presentation see we

should think you know my facebook and

skype and all that kind of stuff be

ended in the description you'll contact

me asking questions if you're sure of

anything I'm here to help you I have the

same help when i first started because

it can be a daunting thing when it

really doesn't need to be all right guys

listen I hope that was okay and I don't

see in my next video
