Going Off the Grid With The Lights - Duration: 6:34.

G'day YouTube

I sided to take the lights off the grid

and I bought myself a extension cord

so what I'll be doing

is basically plugging in on my inverter

cut the end off

run it up

so that's going to be off the grid now

I just turned off the one for the lights this

this is the vent

so I had to get up here

to put the cable in

some of those other cables that you see there

you can't really see the other cable

I plug that up

up there run it into the hole

then ran it across

over there

um I will be cutting this

and then putting an AC circuit breaker rights all the

right all the power is off in the house

these cables that you can see here

they go into all the lights

and then this cable here is it will be going off into the inverter

alright so the brown lead

goes to the red lead

first we turn on the main

so as you can see I think for now

ready the moment of truth

there we go YouTube

the lights are now off the grid

but now got to put a tape over this to

make sure this is off

and no one touches it

you see definitely off

it even says lights

so I might end up going back up there again

once i get my switch

and and solder it

Time Slows Down in DON DET - 4000 ISLANDS - Duration: 7:13.

we're on the ferry to Don Det Justin alright so

we are on the ferry with our two

motorbikes and we're just crossing the

river beautiful sunset actually I'm

pretty sure I could sense some alcohol

from the capital I don't think he

was completely sober anyway we made it

not a single scratch on the motorbike

sorry no! One bike on the way fell over

but nothing's really happened. And just a

few words about the border crossing

from Cambodia to Laos. So basically we had

to pay an extra fee for a motorbike

which we didn't expect so paid seven

dollars for a motorbike or I paid 30

dollars for my visa as I'm from Poland and

Idoya had to pay 35 because she's from spain

and there was actually a list

of countries with different prices so if

you're from Canada you're basically you

have to play the highest fee

2 dollars for a stump on the Cambodian side and

then two dollars on the laotian

and forgetting visa after 4pm we

had to pay extra dollar

good morning so here we are trying to

think of a plan for today. Just ordered

breakfast check out this view

so peaceful and quiet

we are going to find the beautiful

waterfall that everyone is going on

about going back to my motorbike and

let's go hit the road

alright guys as you can see

there is an island called Don Det

that's the island where we are staying

and today we drove our motorbike to the other island called Don Khone

when we crossed the bridge we also had

to pay the admission fee

to get there

now we're very close to Somphamit Waterfall

there is a mini zoo going on in here

following the directions to the waterfall

we've got a cat which wants to be adopted

very desperately. You're exhausted, drink it!

it's a very beautiful place with amazing

landscape and i highly recommend it if

you are ever on this island you must

must come here I think it's worth the

price and it's also not many tourists in

here so we make the experience more

relaxing I guess. And it's still following us.

it's so hot... I really need that bath

And over there, there is a very strong current

I'm a little bit afraid to go there

as much as i think i'm a good swimmer i would not be able to swim

against that current

I would probably end up in a very spectacular

waterfall. Idoya submerge!

mean I got couple of drinks

here you go and now we're going to relax

seen this super chilled out

hammock I'm just going to pretend that

this is very comfortable.

There are two things that you must see on this island

first of all is the waterfalls second of all

are the dolphins and now we're about to

see the dolphins

Irraway dolphins are endangered species

there are less 40 individuals left in 4000 islands

this is largely due to grenade fishing

and by getting caught up in the fishing nets

some locals believe

they are reincarnated humans

Some things to watch for in Monday night's NCAA championship game: IN THE MIDDLE Both teams have size in the middle and quality depth at the position.

Gonzaga's 7-foot-1, 300-pound Przemek Karnowski will go at North Carolina's 6-10, 260-pound Kennedy Meeks

Meeks has been playing really well in the tournament, getting seven points and 17 rebounds in the regional final against Kentucky and then scoring 25 points with 14 rebounds in the Final Four win over Oregon.

He is averaging a career-high 9.4 rebounds this season. Zach Collins, a 7-foot freshman, backs up Karnowski and he had 14 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks against South Carolina in the national semifinal.

North Carolina's reserves up front include 6-9 senior Isaiah Hicks and 6-11 freshman Tony Bradley.

MISSED SHOTS

North Carolina's most effective offensive weapon is a made field goal. Second, is its misses. The Tar Heels average 15.8 offensive rebounds per game, tops in the nation.

They have scored 20 or more second-chance points 16 times this season and they won all of those games. Gonzaga averages 9.7 offensive rebounds per game.

DEFEND

Gonzaga allows 61.2 points per game and they have stayed at the number for the NCAA Tournament. The Bulldogs allow teams to shoot just 36.5 percent, 29.5 percent from 3-point range.

"They change their defenses a little but not much. They're mostly a man-to-man team," Tar Heels coach Roy Williams said.

North Carolina will present a different problem for the Zags. "The biggest challenge is their transition defense," Gonzaga coach Mark Few said. "Getting back, and they're so fast and so good at it."

ON THE SIDELINE

North Carolina's Roy Williams is in his ninth Final Four and fourth championship game, two of which were titles in 2005 and `09. The Tar Heels were in the title game last year and lost on a buzzer-beater to Villanova.

Gonzaga's Mark Few is a rookie in Final Fours and title games. He has taken the Zags to the NCAA Tournament all 18 years he's been there.

"I think experience takes care of some of this stuff," Williams said at Sunday's media event. "But when the game starts, nobody cares how long these guys had to sit at a press conference. …

That's the bottom line. And we've played some teams before that I thought we could win nine out of 10. But the national championship game, it's only one."

This poor six-year-old boy has a four-inch deep crack across his entire skull - and it's getting bigger by the week.

Pheaktra Pov was born with the defect after doctors warned mother Srey, 40, when she was seven-months pregnant that her baby had a problem with his head.

The youngster had a small crevice on the top of his skull but doctors were baffled and sent them home without any further treatment for the tot.

Shockingly, the hole in his head has continued to get deeper and wider - now stretching from his forehead to the base of his skull on the back of his head.

Doctors told Srey that there is nothing they can do but Pheaktra's grandmother Thorn Hong , 67, is determined to find a cure.

Pheaktra Pov was born with the defect . She wheels Pheaktra every weekend to the Angkor Watt temple in Siem Reap province, Cambodia, to beg for donations for her grandson, scraping together about £5 a day.

Thorn said: My daughter checked when she was three-months pregnant if anything was wrong and the doctors said everything was fine. But at seven months they said there was a serious problem but it was too late to do anything.

Pheaktra was born with a crack in his head and it's getting bigger all the time. I can put my hand inside the middle, it is very big.

Pheaktra's father left before he was born so it's just me and my daughter who take care of him. Doctors do not know what has caused this and they said there is nothing they can do.

Until he was five-years-old it seemed like there was water inside his head and it was swelling and getting bigger.

The hole in his head has continued to get deeper and wider . I get about $10 to $25 a week from people at the Angkor Watt temple when I go on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Local charities supply free medicine to Pheaktra but it is to prevent seizures and has no effect on the bizarre crack in his head.

Thorn added: The children's hospital give us some medicine but it is just to make Pheaktra feel better. We pray everyday for somebody in the world that knows how to fix this..

Prophase

Chromatin condenses into chromosomes and the Nucleolus disappears

Prometaphase

Nuclear membrane breaks down

Kinetochore microtubels invade nuclear space and attach to kinetochores

Polar microtubules push against each other moving cetrosomes apart

Metaphase

Nuclear membrane completely breaks down and chromosomes move to the equator.

Spindle microtubules are attached to each centromere on opposite poles.

Anaphase

Chromosomes break at centromeres and sister chromatids move to opposite ends of the cell

Telophase and [Cytokinesis] :the last step

The separating chomosomes reach the poles. Telophase passes into the next interphase as the nuclear

envelope and nucleoli re-form and the chromatin becomes diffused

Cytokinesis is technically the same as telophase as cytokinesis is the full split of the cells for both mitosis and meiosis.

In reality both phase groups go through Interphase which is the STARTING POINT for both cycles

Prophase I: Pairs of chromosomes start to duplicate

Nuclear membrane breaks down. Homologous Chromosomes pair up. Spindle fibers start to form.

Metaphase I: Chromosomes align at the equatorial plate

Tetrads line up preparing to split. Align at the metaphase plate.

anaphase I: The spindle fiber attaches to the chromatids and they separate

Chromosomes move towards opposite poles of the cell

Telophase I : Cytoplasm divides and it forms two new cells

The spindle fibers break down. Chromosomes uncoil and form two nuclei. Cells divide.

The part II of the phases are basically the same as TELOPHASE II and CYTOKINESIS look like this...
