hey guys welcome to another episode cook with Nancy today we are going to make

carrot pancakes with cream-cheese topping and roasted walnuts and some

maple syrup this ingredients are simple we have 1 cup of chopped carrot you can

also use grated carrots if you like but I like to pulse my carrots pulse it

until well shredded and once that is done we are going to add some wet

ingredients to the carrot this is really nice and well shredded now I'm going to

add 1/4 cup of full fat milk and I have 2 tbsp of raisins

I'm using golden raisins and 1 egg at room temperature and then we blend them

together for at least 30 to 35 seconds till the carrots are creamy and thick

and rich in texture once that is done set this aside and we are going to

prepare the dry ingredients I'm using 1 and 1/4 cup of oats flour you can also

use all-purpose flour I have a pinch of salt pinch of nutmeg and quarter cup of

brown sugar I'm using coconut sugar it's very important to use coconut sugar or

brown sugar because it gives very nice caramelization when you make the pancake

then I have 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon 2 teaspoon of baking powder and

then I'm adding the carrot puree that we just made I'm using coconut oil 2 tbsp

you can also use vegetable oil combine them just enough do not over combine

because if you do so the pancakes are going to be hard and flat so it's not

going to be fluffy this is the very secret way of making a pancake to be

fluffy so once that is done rest it for at least 15 minutes when you're

ready to make the pancake I'm heating little bit of butter and a heaping spoon

of batter just cook it on medium heat it's important that you maintain the

heat in the same way for throughout the cooking once you see the bubbles you

just flip it look at the carmelization this is exactly what I'm talking about

if you brown sugar this exactly what the

carmelization you're going to get clean the pan before you go for the next batch

but you need to do the same for the rest of the batter and once that is done we

are going to make frosting I'm using quarter cup of whipping cream 2 tbsp

sugar you can also use more if you like but I think 2 tbsp was perfect

4 ounces of cream cheese room temperature 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

whisk them together in the hand blender or even the stand mixer it's

up to you start with medium speed and then go ahead and increase the speed to

high once you see the stiff peaks are formed you top up the pancakes with the

cream cheese topping and some toasted walnuts and drizzle them with

some maple syrup there you go guys the delicious carrot pancakes are ready if

Swedish Public Service Hates Black People (Eng Subs) - Duration: 25:34.

SVT ask themselves if racial segregation can be a good thing.

Melanin is a new show from the Education Radio about what it's like to be a young Afro-Swede.

I saw this on TV a while back, and despite all the biased nonsense I've seen from SVT I was still astonished.

This is an uncritical report on how "separatism" is good, and they also advertise the hate organisation BLM.

Don't miss this video where I destroy BLM:s reasons for existing, it clarifies how insane the show Melanin is.

The question asked in the show is: "How can you make a difference in society?"

The answer they give: "Isolate yourself from whites. Only hang out with radicals who re-affirm your delusions."

"And delude yourself that blacks are oppressed, in this country where Timbuktu makes millions per year."

Experiencing something alone can be very tough.

When you're the only black person in a context, and you hear something racist,

you might feel you have to excuse yourself and explain why you become upset.

Many say separatism is a good solution to those situations.

What's "separatism"?

It's when you only include blacks into the conversation.

I GET IT

It sounds good, so you can talk up together and share experiences, thoughts.

It's also bad, because whites should be allowed to join and hear what blacks go through.

It would be a lesson for whites.

They shouldn't offer opinions and talk on our behalf, but had they been there they could understand what we mean with our stories.

I've seen such organisations to empower blacks and let them talk, without whites that don't understand and say stuff.

There might be quarrel when white people be like "You can't blame all white people for that".

"Maybe white people don't understand"

This show is aimed at young people, and the message is:

"WHITE PEOPLE DON'T LIKE YOU. THEY WANNA HARM YOU."

"And that's why you need separate safe spaces"

"BECAUSE WHITES WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND YOU"

I don't find this constructive.

It's interesting how the only critical voice they managed to find was:

"It's okay that all-black groups meet, but whites should be there too, and shut up, so they can learn."

I'm not against the concept of listening to each other, it's the basis of a democratic conversation.

But you don't want a democratic conversation. You just want white people to shut up and accept anything.

And that's problematic considering that the definition of racism is fucked apart.

Everything is racist today. Remember when the "Organisation of Afro-Swedes" criticized a bakery for racism and post-colonialism?

When I criticized the show they replied saying that: "Sometimes you wanna discuss with those who've had similar experiences."

"It's not about people being different, everyones equal worth still applies!

To which I replied: "Why don't you interview a white nationalist who feels the same way?"

"If you're spat on, hated and bullied just because you're a white Swede in a ghetto then you probably feel the same type of hate, and seek like-minded for understanding."

No reply there.

That whole "white privilege, whites should be quiet"-culture dehumanizes white people.

And I know some laugh, saying: "You can't dehumanize whites. They have structural power."

A retarded white teenager was kidnapped and tortured for 48 hours

It was livestreamed on Facebook so people could see him being abused, while they shouted: "Fuck white people!" and "Fuck Trump!"

What is that, if not dehumanization?

3 Arabs tried to rob a homeless Swede. When a man with crutches came walking and told them to stop

That he was high on benzo is probably relevant to his behavior on the train, but I can't help wondering:

Where did the perpetrator get his perception of reality? That everything is racist, everyone are racists, and that racism must be fought by all means necessary.

A principal in Sweden got death threats because she's white, after the organisation of Afro-Swedes

held a lecture where they race-baited against "white colonizers", meaning anyone with a power position even if it's something measly like "principal".

One might wonder where this will end.

Shouldn't you consider your responsibility for the culture you create, and the image you're broadcasting?

Rosa Parks from USA who refused to move for a white on the bus.

Why are you putting BLM in the same context as Rosa Parks or Nelson Mandela?

The latter two fought for rights in a time when blacks didn't have rights.

BLM fight for rights in a time when blacks have rights. They want special rights, not equal rights.

HOW TO 360 NOSE PICK | STREET TRIAL (2017) - Duration: 3:10.

Hey it's Jimmy

Today we are together for a new video and today we are going to learn how to 360 nosepick drop !

To learn this tricks, we are going to see 3 steps.

These steps will be progressive so you will be able to train every moves of this trick.

Let's go !

Step 1 : Lateral drop

For this step,the must is to be parallel to the step or slightly inclined.

Then brake with the front brake, put forward to make the rear wheel take off.

As the rear wheel takes off, and goes up, shift the wheel in the vacuum.

When the rear wheel will be at his maximum height,

And starts the descent, we will rise the front wheel.

For this, take an impulse with your arms,

and pull the handlebars to release the front wheel.

Once we take off, we will correct the bike's attitude.

The objective is to land with the rear wheel first.

We will fold the arms and stretch on the bike.

When the rear wheel touches the ground, bend the arms, bend the legs and and absorb the impact.

That's it for the first step !

If you master this gesture, you can proceed to the second step.

Step 2 : the180 Nosepick

The goal here will be to pivot on the front wheel

before starting the descent.

We will brake with the front brake and turn the pelvis on the side to be able to pivot on the front wheel.

This rotation must be done during the ascent phase of the rear wheel.

As before, when the rear wheel begins to descend

It will be necessary to pull on the front wheel

Transformers Titans Return Triggerhappy - Duration: 14:09.

Epp! What have we got here?! New Titans Return figure?

Decepticon Blowpipe & Triggerhappy? It seems nice!

Deluxe class figure. Here you see him in both of his modes.

So this is Triggerhappy. So let's open him and see...epp... Stay up!

So let's open the box and see its contents.

Triggerhappy comes with this card. A nice artwork of Triggerhappy on the front of the card.

Tech specs on the back side of the card.

And of course, he comes with the instructions, here they are.

And on the other side of the instructions you see the features of the figure.

So let's see the figure from close now.

And here we have Triggerhappy in his jet mode. I must admit that his jet mode is very impressive.

Very beautiful jet mode, I like it very much. As for his paint details, he has some silver paint here.

A little bit of silver here, some blue paint on the wings. A Decepticon symbol over here.

He's nice! He also has a landing-wheel over here. He also has two fake ones over here. Of course they don't roll.

This is the storage place for his weapons. Right here.

You can also open the cockpit. And here is Blowpipe sitting in here.

Disconnect them now. Bring the feet-heels out.

Disconnect this piece from here.

Rotate the waist 180 degrees. Rotate this piece 180 degrees as well.

Connect it with the waist. Bring this piece down.

Rotate these wings backwards. Bring these pieces up, like this.

Connect the shoulders in here.

Finally, bring the fists out.

What are we missing now? A head is missing! Transform Blowpipe into a head.

He is so tight! It's a brand new figure and everything is tight! Place him on the body.

And here is Triggerhappy in his awesome robot mode! Very beautiful figure. Very nice!

I like the robot mode as well. He has these wings here that stick out like this.

But the way he is designed, I don't think they could do something different.

The backpack is normal. No stability issues. Also, Triggerhappy can hold his guns without any issue.

Perfectly fine! Or you can close the fist and use this piece as a weapon.

Like they're coming out from his hands. And you can also connect a gun in here.

Very cool, right??? Very nice!

As for his articulation...the head is on a ball-joint, it can rotate 360 degrees.

The arms can rotate 360 degrees as well, they can move up and down, they rotate at the elbow, they bend at the elbow.

No fist rotation, they can only move inwards because of the transformation.

There is waist rotation. The legs can move back and forth, up and down, they rotate at the thighs, bend at the knee

and the foot-heel can move up and down.

Very nice articulation! I really like also how they made his head.

He has a red mouthplate and yellow eyes.

I don't know if you can see it well from the camera but his eyes are painted yellow.

Nice headsculpt, nice details, nice figure, I like it! So let's see a size comparison now.

Here he is next to Titans Return Hardhead and next to Legends Blurr from Takara Tomy.

As you understand Triggerhappy is a deluxe class figure.

And here he is next to a voyager class figure, Generations Roadbuster.

So let's transform Triggerhappy back to his jet mode. First, remove the Headmaster.

Close the feet-heels. Rotate the fists inwards.

Bring these pieces down, like this. Rotate these wings upwards.

Disconnect the shoulders and straighten them like this.

Lift this piece up a little bit. Disconnect the body from here.

Rotate the waist 180 degrees. Rotate this piece 180 degrees as well.

Connect the nose-cone with this piece here. Bend the knees a little bit.

Connect the legs.

Now rotate the legs inwards and these pegs here will connect in these holes here.

Now the shoulders, this peg here will tab in this hole over here.

Finally, connect the wings with the rest part of the airplane.

Place the guns under the wings.

Open the landing wheel.

Place Blowpipe next to Triggerhappy.

Something that I forgot to show you is that you can place Blowpipe on these pegs here.

And Triggerhappy is back into his jet mode!

Final thoughts... Triggerhappy is a very nice figure. Both of his modes are awesome. Normal plastic quality.

Good articulation. Smart transformation! I liked him very much! If I would recommend him??? Definitely yes!

He is worth the money!
