Youtube daily report Jul 25 2017

thanks for joining us my friend Carol Carol you've been my patient for how

many years a lot of years a lot of years and today we're looking at these spots

on your hand that just keep coming you've had them in other places too and

these are interesting they they have a lot of keratin in them that's why they

have that hardness kind of like your fingernails and they are because the

cells in the skin have something wrong with them and they're they're causing

this creation of this protein this keratin and it's out of control it's not

a cancer we call it precancerous but it is out of control growth kind of like

happens with cancer cells so we want to get rid of it by freezing them with

liquid nitrogen and you do have a number of them here and they'll heal up just

fine up there yeah we'll get that one too we'll start with this one we're

freezing it by spraying liquid nitrogen right onto it this is really cold stuff

I'm trying to get over on this side too because it's kind of blocking the stream

a little bit we like that to stay nice and white and frozen for about 20

seconds or so and then we come back we'll do it a second time but while

we're waiting for that to thaw out we'll go over here to do this one that's kind

of near your ring oh that's another one look at both now your bad

so we'll spray this one here you can see we're getting the whole area plus a

little bit of surrounding collar you know I continue to get comments about

how shaky my hands are do you think I have shaking hands no and then this one

here that's sadly okay we'll go to there let's see that is all

it's hard to get the keratin cold it's an insulator rather than a conductor so

we get all around it we're trying to get that the skin underneath that really is

what we're wanting to get cold and kill off cause frostbite all right we'll move

on to the next one you want to go that one let me hit this one first all right

you know there there's not as much character there so it's easier to get a

cold quickly then we'll move on to this one then I'll kind of turn it up

sideways like that yeah that works better yeah yeah there we go

and so there's cooled in there you know that yeah first indication transmitter

Oh mr. Sun do that mr. Sun mr. sunshine II then I luck

yeah well it's usually an early but their sunscreen we do want you to using

the sunscreen now we're going to hit them all second times starting with this

one

all right I was gonna be cold for a while then moving on to this one pulling

it up and over so we can hit it with cold get it from this angle too so we

want to knock these out we do not want them to stick around then moving on to

this one here well that's the baby that is a big one yeah we may even have to do

that one a second time it's so big

you want to see me in some days well to get a suture out man yeah from that

other procedure the other that people can watch that other video and see when

we did that which was actually today and then this one here that one way to get

from one angle and it'll turn your hand up on the side because I think that

works best to see this pair right here going is getting bone lets me feel

always so that's the whole treatment those environment after appointment yeah

yeah oh it's reclad to take care of it hey thanks for joining us thanks for

watching that carol get these frozen off of her hand if you're not already

RECIPE: Brazilian Pigeon Pie in Cheese Sauce - Duration: 16:38.

Hello, Guys!

Today, there is no shooting. There is no review.

But today there is a recipe for a Brazilian Pigeon Pie (Empadao).

See the look!

Stay tuned, there is something delicious coming up next!

500 grams of plain flour 300 grams of unsalted butter Salt to taste 50 ml of water 2 egg yolks

Let's go, guys!

To start we will mix the egg yolks, the flour, the butter, some salt and the water.

It is important to not use a mixer to mix the ingredients. Because it is the type of crust, called "Brittle Crust", so you cannot use a mixer.

You have to use just the fingers to mix it.

You will mix it until it does not be sticky anymore. It will become a "ball", completely free of the container. Now, this mixture goes to the refrigerator, for about 30 min.

We will wrap it up using a clean film and put it in the refrigerator, so it can become firm. In the meantime, we will do the filling.

Let's go to the refrigerator!

300 grams of sliced palm heart 1 soup spoon of garlic powder Chives to taste Parsley to taste A pinch of Black Pepper 1 soup spoon of Turmeric 2 Chicken Stock Cubes

500 grams of Italian Passata 100 grams of sliced olives Rapeseed oil (enough to fry) 4 fresh chives 400 grams of Cream Cheese 1.5 kg of fresh Pigeon Breasts

Hey, guys, I am starting to do the filling.

I added some oil, the turmeric, and now I will start to add other ingredients. Some garlic, chives, parsley, black pepper (cannot miss it).

I usually fry all of those a little, before adding the other ingredients.

Add the stem of the chives. The leaves we will add later.

So guys, just explaining, I sliced 4 fresh chives. I let the stem, that is harder to fry together with the meat. And the leaves I let it separate to add later to the filling.

Let's add the pigeon breast.

Many people ask me what I do with the pigeons I hunt. Well, this is one of the recipes. There are more!

Looks beautiful!

Guys, attention to a very important thing. These are NOT Feral Pigeons. It is not the type of pigeons we see in squares, eating garbage.

These pigeons are the ones we call "Aza Branca" (White Wings) in Brazil. The "Torcaz" in Spain and other Latin countries. And in the UK (and North America) it is called Woodpigeon.

Which is a kind of wild pigeon, it stays on the trees, they do not eat any type of food. It is a very selective about its diet. And its meat is very appreciated here.

You can go to the market and buy it as the same you do with chickens. So, this is NOT a recipe about "Street Pigeons", for those who are concerned about that.

Let's keep it frying a bit.

I add the chicken stock cubes. The one I use is a bit sticky because it is low salt and organic.

Other important point guys it that this recipe is an adaptation of a regular recipe for a Brazilian Chicken Pie (Empadao).

Everything I am doing with pigeon breasts, it is possible to be done with chicken breasts. So, who prefer chicken instead of pigeons, may do it using chicken and it will be still good.

Let's wait until it cooks on the Pressure Pan.

Guys it is being 30 minutes already, so let's go take the mixture. You will take 2/3 of it, to cover all the tray. And the rest you will keep it to do the cover of the pie.

You can use a roll to help you to open it. Ideally, it is better if you open it on the top of the clean film, just in case if it starts sticky. Let's go do it!

When the mixture is very open, so it is time for you carefully (because this type of crust is brittle), take the pieces and putting them on the tray.

So, I'm finishing. You can see that it has broken in some parts. I opened it carefully, but it has broken. You do a kind of assembly the crust on the tray.

The most uniform you make it, the better. So, do this part carefully, so the pie will not cook unevenly. And we do not want this, right?

Use a little amount of the mixture to cover the corners, where the crust usually is thinner.

Another point is that is important that the border up on the tray are covered as well. Why? Because when you put the cover of the pie, this is where the crust and the cover will join. Ok?

So, that is it. I think you can see it. It is very uniform. This is our tray with the crust.

Ok, guys! The meat is now cooked. I have shredded it. I simply let it cook very well, so it naturally shred, you just need to press it a bit.

So, nice! What are we going to do now? We will add the Italian Passata and mix it.

Done.

Mix it a bit.

The passata is basically to make the fill denser and add some flavor.

Let's raise the fire and let it reduce with the olives, the palm heart.

Let the leaves of the chives for later.

Add about 3/4 of a cup of water, to help cooking.

The salt is up to you, guys. The base of the seasoning uses the ingredients I mentioned, but some people like more salty, other like less salty. I, personally, like it less salty.

It has very reduced already. You see that there is no more just passata. It has become just one thick meat sauce. You can see it on the camera.

It is time now to add the cream cheese and mix it all.

Now you add the chives. I didn't add it before because I do not want it over cooked.

I add chives on things I cook and I remember my grandmother Dilma. Mother of my mother. When we were kids, she uses to add chives in everything she cooked, and we hate it!

But today I use to add chives in everything I cook, and I love it. So, Grandma, kisses and thank you!

Now we will put it in the tray we did the crust, let's cover it and bake it in the oven.

The oven has to be preheated to 180°C, ok?

You can also use a kitchen brush and an egg yolk, and brush it on the top of the pie, that helps to give it a nice golden color. Ok? Let's go!

So, guys, once again, the mixture is opened inside the tray. You see the 1/3 of the mixture for us to use to cover the pie. Let's us fill it.

It is not only shooting… you have to cook it!

Look!

Nice. Here we have the Brazilian (Empadao) Pie, almost done. You see that the crust goes until the border of the tray. And now we will cover it.

So, guys, you see here the cover of the Empadao. You will try to adjust it and "gluing" the cover and the border you left. Trying not breaking it.

From here, the pie goes straight to the oven. The time will depend on the oven, but it is usually about 20-30min, but a good reference is the cover getting soft dark golden colored.

This type of crust usually bakes very quick. You see that I am letting a bigger border here, but after you finish, you can cut the excess.

So, this is our Brazilian Pigeon Pie (Empadao) in cheese sauce.

Let's go bake it! I am dying to try it. Thanks!

So, guys, that's it! Here it is our Brazilian Pigeon Pie (Empadao). I baptized it of "Empapigeon" (Empadao + Pigeon) if you like it.

I want to especially thank my mother, Miss Eliane and my (other) Grandma Miss Cleuza. For the recipes, they gave me and helped me to create this pie.

I'm going to see my neighbor (Kevin), I have offered it to him, and he wants to try it.

So, let's go see if it is really good.

Greetings and good shots!

Shark Myths You Actually Believe Debunked Shark Week 2017 - Duration: 6:31.

Shark Myths That You Actually Believe

Sharks – One of the most popular Animal topics.

They fascinate you.

They scare you.

But, despite our overwhelming interest in them, there are many myths and misconceptions

that surround these amazing creatures.

It's time to set the record straight on some of the more prevalent myths.

Hi, I'm Leroy and I'm Rosie and this is Animal Facts.

Let's get started.

But, before we start, take a moment to like and subscribe for more fun, fauna facts.

10.

Sharks Are Huge

There are so many species of sharks in the world—over 400 species we know of, and most

likely others that scientists have yet to discover in the vastness of our oceans.

Most sharks are smaller than an average human.

Take for instance the Dwarf Lanternshark.

At 8.3 inches or 21 centimeters, he is small enough to fit in a human hand.

Dwarf Lanternsharks live off the coasts of Colombia and Venezuela in deep waters along

the continental shelf.

These tiny sharks eat mainly krill.

9.

Sharks Are Dangerous

Can sharks be dangerous?

Sometimes—mostly when they're scared.

Are they usually dangerous?

Not really.

The largest shark in existence, weighing in at almost 22 tons, the Whale Shark feeds entirely

on plankton.

Whale sharks are docile fish and sometimes allow swimmers to catch a ride.

Younger whale sharks are gentle and sometimes play with divers.

Underwater photographers such as Fiona Ayerst have photographed them swimming close to humans

without any danger.

8.

Shark Attacks Are Common

You should ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings when you're in the ocean, but shark attacks

aren't really all that common.

In fact, your chances of drowning are orders of magnitude higher.

In the United States, there are just 16 shark attacks per year on average.

The odds of getting attacked and killed by a shark are 1 in 3,748,067.

Your chances of being struck by lightning in your lifetime are almost 50 times greater

7.

Sharks Like to Eat People.

There's a misconception that all sharks eat meat, therefore they want to eat people.

While many sharks are carnivores, preying on both large and small marine life as part

of their daily diet, there are some that don't eat meat at all.

The whale shark for example.

Even the Great White will spit out humans he bites because we are just too bony.

Sharks like fat.

At between 2-20 percent fat by volume, humans are nowhere near as delicious as his favorite

fatty foods.

6.

Sharks Are Scary

Humans seem to love being scared by sharks.

Good ol' Jaws and the creepy music helped popularize that, but the truth is sharks shouldn't

be seen as scary.

They are fascinating, amazing, beautiful creatures.

Modern sharks have been in existence for about 450 million years.

They came along before vertebrates crawled onto the shore.

They were around before plants started colonizing the continents.

The predate the dinosaurs by millions of years.

If that doesn't fascinate you, we can't imagine much does.

5.

Sharks Only Live in the Ocean

Get ready to have your mind blown!

While most sharks do live in salt water (aka the oceans), there are some that live in freshwater.

For instance, bull sharks live in both ocean and fresh water.

They have this amazing ability called osmoregulation—it's pretty cool.

Bull sharks can adapt their osmoregulatory processes to survive in a broad range of water

salinities, from the salt water of the ocean to the fresh water of a lake.

Consequently, this proximity makes him one of the most dangerous sharks to humans.

4, Sharks Are Dumb Dumbs

If you want to give someone a compliment, tell them they're as smart as a shark!

These creatures are some of the smartest in the ocean.

Over the hundreds of millions of years they've existed, sharks have developed sophisticated

social and hunting behaviors.

3.

Sharks Hang Out at the Surface

This is another myth that stems from movies—you know, the shark fin snaking through the water

menacingly!

But most sharks don't stick around the surface.

You'll probably never see them up close because they're deep down in the water.

2.

Sharks Have a Terrible Sense of Smell

Wait—where did this myth come from?

It's a terrible myth and not true at all.

They have an excellent sense of smell and can sometimes detect prey up to a quarter

mile away.

While the exact opposite of this myth is also untrue – no sharks can't detect a single

drop of blood in the ocean, but some sharks can detect blood at 1 part per million.

That hardly qualifies as the entire ocean, but they still have extraordinary olfactory

abilities.

1.

Sharks Lay Eggs - They Lay Eggs?

This one is true … and not true.

Yes, some sharks lay eggs (oviparity), but many others give birth live, called viviparity.

Unlike most bony fish, shark's eggs are fertilized inside the female's body.

The male shark has extensions of the pelvic fins called claspers that are used to transfer

sperm to the female and fertilize her eggs.

Baby sharks (called pups) are born with a full set of teeth and are fully ready to take

care of themselves.

They quickly swim away, even from their mothers who might eat them.

Litter size ranges from one or two pups (for a great white shark) to over 100 (for a large

blue shark or the whale shark).

England star Millie Bright: Let's finish the job against Portugal - I want to be ruthless - Duration: 3:14.

England star Millie Bright: Let's finish the job against Portugal - I want to be ruthless

Millie Bright wants England to finish the job against Portugal.   England hammered Scotland in their first game before Sunday's 2-0 impressive win over Spain left them needing just a draw against Portugal to progress.

The Lionesses will be red-hot favourites to reach the last-eight when they face the tournament's lowest ranked nation on Thursday But Chelsea defender Bright, 23, says there's no chance they will take their foot off the gas and will be gunning for a win.

Bright said: "We won't sit back. We'll stay switched on and aim for another three points to end the group on a high." Strikers Fran Kirby and Jodie Taylor netted against Spain to put England within touching distance of the knockout stages.

But the cornerstone of the latest win was Bright's partnership with captain Steph Houghton at the heart of the defence. England have yet to concede so far but they had to thank the Italian officials for that.

Ellen White was penalised for handball but referee Carina Vitulano reversed her decision admitting she had made a mistake.

Bright said: "It was all a bit frantic. Ellen had slipped and there was nothing she could do about it – the ball came off her thigh then hit her hand.

"At 1-0 it was obviously an opportunity for them to get back into the game.

But luckily the ref made the right decision in the end by correcting herself." Mark Sampson's side survived a Spanish onslaught with England surviving off just 26 per cent of the possession.

But Manchester City full-back Lucy Bronze said: "The fact they had so much of the ball doesn't bother me - there's only one stat that matters.

"We've won twice and not conceded yet. Possession is nice but you need to put the ball in the back of the net.

Our defensive solidity is impressive. "It was one of the top defensive performances I've been part of because of the opponents.

"We knew Spain would be good in possession and that's what they were, but we limited them to that. They didn't force any saves and fortunately our strikers are in good form and they showed it.

"It's a tournament, if you get ahead you need to see the game out. And that's what this England team is really good at.".

How do I get much better results knowing your core values & motivators - Duration: 14:02.

Everyone Dr. Lisa here, and I decided

Stylistically that my YouTube channel is going to be in black and white as much as I can

So welcome I'm going to be talking about core motivators today. I just wanted to give a little info on me

Basically I like to approach women's health as a holistic model and

a lot of times I'm just talking about them being humanbeings and getting their behaviors in check

More times than not, because of me being a doctor physical therapy

They want some sort of better performance or they're looking for

pain control

As a practitioner I have always gone into

A two-way street, I never thought of myself as oh, okay, you're showing up

And I'm going to fix you

Actually you're showing up, and that means you're you know participating in this and let me hear your story

So that I can figure out from all the school work that I can save you so much time make sure you're getting quality information

What my opinion is and my assessment of the situation is and then you decide?

You know how you can make those recommendations a part of your life?

That flips it a little bit you know more on the coaching

Learn More at www.DrLisaHollandPT.com

The reality is I think their behaviors are the medicine and

That they themselves are the healers and what I am is a catalyst to that or a bridge builder to that

I am An educator on how to go about that

I have sometimes had a discussion here or two with some of my professional colleagues who don't agree with me

But personally I don't feel that as a professional it means. I'm your parent and tells you what to do

I think I as a professional

Check my ego at the door and say you know what? This is your body?

I might say

What is it you're actually trying to do here because I can give you a list of things to do to get more followers on

Facebook or to you know drive people to your website or

Again in front of people, but like what are you actually wanting to build?

What is the story you're trying to show because that is the person you're trying to talk to so it?

really goes down to core motivation on their part and

That to me is my biggest Job

I Need to figure out what motivates you

And a lot of times that requires me to listen

More than tell because you're going to do what you've always done unless I figure out a way for

You to have a different attitude

About something or you know a different reason why you want to do

something different and a lot of times unless I you know number one give you access to options and

Not too many because it's hard to make choices

But if I help you narrow it down to one or two

solid choices and

give you the

Opportunity to make it you're going to probably pick what it is that feels most comfortable to you and I can educate you on why?

That may or may not work in this

Situation but ultimately you're going to do what you want

To do and if you're addicted to something you're going to do what you need feel is needed

To do it's going to override you know what you want to do

So if you're somebody who you know really needs to stop eating sugar?

in order to not be

Inflammatory in order to let that tendinitis calm down in order for you to walk which was the goal the functional goal, we decided upon

Then I'm going to need to figure out why

What motivates you to keep eating that sugar and if it is an addiction in your brain then I'm going to have to decide

You know what is it or how is it that I can motivate you to change?

the iner plasticity by Behavioral change by repetitive Behavioral change

Brain change the Brain make the neuroplasticity to science. I know and probably understand

Digestible to you, so there's a couple of ways to think about this we can think about it on that

Hierarchy of needs model maslow's Hierarchy of needs which kind of state you're going to go basically at that survival

Survivalist idea and

You're going to do what feels you can be safest rough

Right so if I combine that with something that has been more evolved let's say from the behavioral

modification model from Behavioral coaching from from Career

Coaching from from performance coaching whether it be sport or getting you know to that next level in your career?

Then I can look at your preferred

values then I look into something that

The science of motivating factors and those are things that make you unique

They're part of your personality traits. So some of that is understanding their behavioral style right understanding

What you naturally would do when there wasn't an increase in performance that was necessarily desired by you and then also?

Your core values. You know understanding just who you are as a person because if you are a Christian a deep

Devoted Christian in the Abell belt of America which I had opened a yoga centric

clinic in

It's going to be a different conversation than if I had opened it up in Asheville a couple hours away

Where the Hippie mentality it's a free-for-all do everything you want kind of thing

I'm selling the same service. I'm talking the same game. I'm offering the same

thing

But your motivators are different

You know your core values are different, and you may be a type-a personality in both places, but I need to speak to

how I can meet your values and

And that's going to motivate you to make the effort

To change because honestly that's what this is all about right no matter what it is

You're you're selling

For someone to get healthier. No matter what it is you're offering or

Wanting to obtain in order for you to get wealthier

It's going to likely mean that you need to change because you're in

the Lifestyle and the behaviors of this reality

which is unhealthy or

Not as wealthy

and in order to live as

that other state of consciousness in

your reality then you need to change your state of

Awareness right your your clarity and like your conviction on being that now your behaviors

So you know what are some of those core motivation behaviors. I want you to think about this and decide

Maybe what they are of you and if you can't figure it out lucky thing I have

An objective tool that I can help you with but for the most part unless you can kind of figure this out

but you got to sit with yourself and the problem is a lot of people end up coming to me for my yoga therapy because

they just don't take this time to sit with themself enough and and and

Yoga is a nice path for that, but in reality

Are you motivated by aesthetic? Do you like things, too?

You know is it about your environment or creating beauty clean you know why do you exercise?

Are you exercising because your core motivation?

I mean, you know we all know I should exercise, but some of us do it and some of us don't

Because some of us align that

Activity in that behavior with what is motivating at our core values and some of us don't if it's about beauty for me

then I'm going to respond to the ad that talks about me looking beautiful if

It's about my guiding principles. Hey, I am a sentient being I am a I am a

Beauty work of art from God and I need to tell you this I need to take care of it

I need to show value and gratitude

Then that's the language that's the reason why I'm going to get out of bed and do it

It's going to be because it's for God and not me right because my guiding principle

Exactly, I'd be giving this body, and I should take care of it

And I should love it

No matter what it looks like can you see where the the gal or the guy that's motivated at their core by aesthetics

Versus guiding principles you'd have to say that exercise solution in a different way

Maybe it's helping others

Hey

you know if you

Do this work with not eating sugar as a diabetic then even if you can't do it for yourself think of your family

think of your family

Every single time you don't want to get up and you don't want to do that exercise

And you want to choose that you know hi sugar?

you know

sports drink versus A

natural sugar

drink like hydrate or even water infused with fruit

you know even that better than the soda then you know many think about your family that's going to have to watch you suffer if

things don't go your way with that diabetes or

financially yourself you know put out you know, what could you be doing to help others with that money or

Yourself instead of putting it towards you know lots of increasing medication

All right, thanks, toria. Let's talk about them too doing an exercise program

Right maybe it's knowledge and discovery

That's the person

I'm going to give a

Whole bunch of information to latest research the statistics on what they if they do this versus this and stuff like that

Yes, leadership. Maybe they'd like to be able to how about you be the first in your family of

generational diabetics to get this right

How about you show the others down the line that have your genetics how to deal with the same environment you all live in

in a better way

Maybe p. Son or me right?

Wouldn't it be nice again?

I'm talking about them on their exercise program

But their motivator is peace and heart would it be nice if you do not have to struggle

Like you're doing now

If you did not have to debate between where the money is going for your medication

versus your therapy versus your maybe you could just affair to that to go to your

Health Coach and

You can make real games

Isn't that wouldn't it be nice to have that type of peace in your life?

Maybe it's return on investment

Okay, here's the deal if you do this for 30 minutes a day research shows that

30 minutes a day five times four times a week

Dedicated with not eating this not doing this not doing it

Just give them the whole plan out if you do that research shows that

Within six months you can make games that allow you to put this amount of money instead of coming to therapy with me

$150 a visit towards a vacation because you will show better

Biomarkers you will have less you know such and such your insulin will be more regulated

That's why you're paying me 150 dollars a week

to

Get this right and use my lifestyle app and use this time where we're going to do health coaching and making your lifestyle change on

Top of the physical therapy or the yoga therapy which will chase start changing your body and make it actually easier to make these choices

So completely different conversations because I listen to your core motive years

I was listening to who you were versus what you just had to do

That's my example of why you need to know this stuff know yourself think about it. Which which are those stories?

I was just telling might make you go exercise tomorrow morning

Take care guys any questions

I would love to hear what you think I would love to hear you know how you took each of those and if it?

Brought in your box on you know maybe just maybe it's not that you can't exercise. Maybe it's not that you're not motivated

It's that you haven't found the right person who could connect to you where your natural motivation is

All right guys. Take it. Let me know what your thoughts are

Serial Killer Jeffrey Dahmer Murdered in Prison Locker Room [1994] - Duration: 0:52.

"This has never been a case of trying to get free. I didn't ever want freedom.

Frankly, I wanted death for myself." So said Jeffrey Dahmer in 1992 when he was

found guilty of killing 16 young men and boys. Testimony at the trial was gruesome

detailing how he strangled, had sex with, dismembered, and even ate many of

his victims, keeping them in his freezer. Their families found it hard to take. Two

years after he began serving 16 life sentences, he was found dead in a prison

locker room—beaten in the head with a steel bar by another prisoner. "I have a

hero out there, and whoever did kill him he's my hero. Prison officials say that

man was Christopher Scarver, who told a guard "God told me to do it."

Korean fashion try on haul for summer-One Square - Duration: 9:17.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to be doing a

Korean clothing haul from one of my favorite stores here in Korea called One

Square. Every time I pass one I can't really seem to not go in or buy

something. So let's go! This is one of the outfits. Actually this was on a mannequin

and I thought I was just so cute so I had to have it. It's really comfy and

here in Korea right now with 30 Celsius or anywhere between 90 and 100 degrees

so it's really nice to wear loose-fitting clothing and stuff that

will keep you cool. So this is very airy and light.

The first item that I am showing you is

just a nice little button up t-shirt here. And it is good in the summertime

here in Korea because it's light and airy and it gets really really hot here

in Korea these days. About 90 degrees or 30 Celsius or even a little bit hotter

than that some days which is way too hot if you ask me.

Next we have a cute little printed tee and it's got Vogue on it and it

says Vogue Seoul right here. It is just perfect for hot weather and it's just

really really comfy.

Next up I have this cute basic button-up tee here.

And it's just nice light airy and cool to wear.

I have this cute little pink t-shirt here.

It's a little bit more dressy, a little bit more neat I feel like

than just like a printed tee. You can wear this without like a spaghetti strap

underneath or you can wear it with one. Basically it is kind of a little bit

see-through. But it's not too much that you absolutely have to wear a tank top.

Next up I have this cute printed tee. Here in Korea they have all these tees

that always say something on it just in English. Random stuff...sometimes it makes

no sense. But this one just says look at something. I don't know what I'm telling you to look at

just look at something. This one is a little bit on the heavier side.

I feel like it might be more towards like fall. That it's better to wear this because it's

thicker. It is still really comfy and I still do wear it in the summer time.

But just on the cooler days.

This tee here I got it

actually for 5,000 won and it's really really light and airy.

It is definitely dressy. A nice dressy shirt.

Perfect for a lot of occasions, night out even just dress up during the day.

I really really like it. The pattern is so cute. The flowers...the colours they're just perfect.

Here we've got this blue shirt. This is actually one of my favorite outfits I

like to wear in the summertime. I feel like summer is just blue like the ocean.

You know blue and stripy. I love stripes too.

So I wear this a lot it's just one of my favorite things. And it's got this

cute little thing in the back here so if you put your hair up you've got some nice

decoration and what you want to call it but it's really cute.

Next up we have skirts. One of them is a black skirt here. Just a plain black skirt.

This is really comfy.

Again here I have a white skirt and it's just good to wear with lots of

different types of tops because it's basic. Basic is the way to go if you want

to just mix and match really easily.

Next up I have jean shorts.

I personally really like these. These are my favorite because of the way that they're

cut it actually makes my legs look thinner. So if you have like thicker

thighs like I do. It actually makes your legs look a lot skinnier. So this is my

favorite cut for jean shorts. They're just super cute and comfy as well and

this size is actually a medium for me in Korea.

The next pair of shorts that I have are also medium and they just have these

cute little frills at the bottom. And again good for summer as always.

Last but not least my jeans. I love these pair of jeans they're so comfy so

stylish. I have two different colours. I have darker blue which you see here

I have my lighter blue pair. Those are also very stylish with the cutout and very comfy.

Alright that's it for my Korean fashion haul. If there's anything that you

want me to vlog just put it in the comments down below and I'll do my best

to get it up for you guys. I actually live in Busan. So if you want to see

anything here in Busan just let me know!

Alright, have a good day you guys! Bye ! Thanks for tuning in.

Please like and subscribe if you haven't. Thanks, bye. :)

Do You Have a Profitable Business or Just an Expensive Hobby? - Duration: 5:15.

hi everyone its Natasha here from Inspire and Drive and in today's inspired

moment I'm exploring whether you have a real business or it's just an expensive

hobby this will apply whether you're currently side hustling or you're already

running a business you might have started your side hustle as a hobby because

it's something you enjoy or because it was something you were interested in

learning about or have a special talent for and over time you went from doing it

just as fun to thinking maybe I could turn this into a real business the bottom line is

that businesses need to make money to survive and if it's not then you won't

be able to serve the customers you're really here to help and it could be

folding before long so serious business owners know that having a plan to make

life easier and can help you make informed decisions about what to sell

who to sell to and how to sell and it can help you avoid the pitfalls that

can lead to failure if you're a serious side hustler and leaving your full-time job

is your ultimate goal there's a few questions you should be asking yourself

so first question is do you consistently have customers asking to buy from you

second have customers actually paid for your product or services and third have

they paid you enough to cover the cost of providing your products and services

when you're just getting started you might not be selling at the highest

possible price but the real question is could you if you're not sure whether you can

actually make money with your side hustle then let's start with some very basic

math so stay with me here knowing your basic numbers is critical to your

success and it's a great decision-making tool so step one is how much does it

cost to produce one product or how much is one hour of your time work if you're

a service provider step two is write down the price that you can or think you can

sell your product or service at and include all the little extras that go

into making up the cost of that product or service and the third step is to work

out whether you have a profit or loss so you take the sales price of the product

or service minus the cost of the product or service and that will give you your

revenue to find out what your real profit is you may need to do some

additional adjustments like taking off the taxes but sales

price minus cost gives you your revenue and when you know what that number is

you can make some decisions so if the number is more than zero then you have a

profit if it's zero then you are at break even or if it's less than zero then you

are running out a loss so now that you know what these numbers mean now you can

start to make some decisions if the number is 0 or less than zero you can

explore ways to decrease your costs or increase the price you sell your product

at if your number is positive you can do the same thing to find ways to

increase your profit the next step is to determine how much money you want or

need to make each month or each year how many or how much of your product you

would have to sell to make that number and how many customers you would need to

be able to sell that volume of your product or service and once you've done

this you can start to get real with yourself is your product or service

something that enough customers will want to buy and are willing to pay a

high enough price to get it so that you can make a profit if your answer is yes

then keep building a customer base until you have a consistent and regular income

and in time you can say goodbye to your day job on your own terms if on the

other hand your answer is no you might not want to take the leap just yet

keep testing and refining your product until you find a way to make money or be

creative and try something else the entrepreneurial journey is not a

straight line so if at first you don't succeed try again but whether your answer

is yes or no be honest don't fool yourself into thinking you have a

profitable business if all of your pay or all your savings is what is actually

supporting you if you really love what you're doing but you can't make money

you simply have an expensive hobby and that won't support you in the long run

I know that you have a unique talent or gift to share with the world and I want

success for you so if you need some help with all of this and

create a real plan for your side hustle or your existing business you can

download my 9 to 5 escape plan and joining my facebook community which is called

inspired action takers and serious side hustlers the links to both of these are

in the description below and if you liked the video of course please

subscribe to my youtube channel so I'll leave you with a question today are you

running a real business or is it just an expensive hobby and what do you need to

change to turn that all around let me know in the comments below well that's

all for me today I'm sure next time take care bye for now

and stay Inspired

Ask Howard Anything / July 2017 - Duration: 1:19.

Hi!

I am doing this month's Ask Howard Anything (AHA) from Mexico City, Mexico!

I'm here for two conferences within the deaf community.

One conference is about bilingual education for deaf students in Mexico

using Lengua de Señas Mexicana (LSM) and Spanish

very similar to our advocacy efforts in the U.S.; especially in regards to policy and legal issues.

I was invited to present at that conference as well as at a second conference,

which focuses on deaf rights in Mexico and is attended by deaf people from all over Mexico.

It's been fun and enjoyable!

For this month's AHA I wanted to explain more about the NAD Leadership and Training Conference (NLTC)

that is happening in October.

We look forward to having you join us at this important conference.

NLTC is a great opportunity for deaf people to continue to develop their leadership skills.

Leadership means many different things

it can be focused on employment advancement, organizational development, state association

governance, government advocacy (including policy and legal issues), and much more.

NLTC will provide training on how to advocate for our rights in all of these areas.

All of us are leaders and the NLTC is way for us to continue to learn and improve our skills for our community.

Join us at NLTC to learn, meet others, and network!

I look forward to seeing you in Oklahoma City!

Thank you.

Cuban Refugee Crisis [1994] - Duration: 1:09.

Today I have ordered that illegal refugees from Cuba will not be allowed

to enter the United States. For 28 years, any Cuban who reached American shores or

was rescued in American waters could receive immediate US residency no more

during the summer of '94, Cubans in massive numbers took to the seas in

homemade boats. Cuban leader Fidel Castro permitted it, watching part of his

economic crisis transferred 90 miles north to South Florida.

This is not a manageable situation—not for Florida, not for Monroe County. You

know we want to see a federal response. So, the rafters were detoured and

detained at US military bases at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Panama and to

put the squeeze on Castro, direct US-Cuban charter flights were banned and

the money Cubans in the United States could send home was cut in half. In

September Cuba agreed to stop the exodus and the u.s. agreed to admit 20,000

Cubans a year, but the US sanctions still a sore spot remain.

China bans Bieber! * And 13 more true weird news stories! #DDWN - Duration: 4:16.

From DailyDoseOfWeirdNews.com, I'm Darren Marlar and this is your Daily Dose of Weird

News...

Justin Bieber has been banned from China in order to "purify the nation."

***Hey – we need purification too!

Could be worth a try... just sayin'…

Researchers say they may have discovered the tomb of King Tut's wife.

***She was the one who really wore the pants in Egypt.

A Louisiana man has been arrested, and booked into the same jail for the 77th time.

This time he was caught when he got stuck in the chimney of a business.

***Shouldn't there be some kind of limit on how many times you can get arrested without

being confined to house arrest with ankle monitor and an electrified fence?

That White Ford Bronco in which the famous O.J. chase took place is now in the Alcatraz

East Crime Museum in Tennessee.

***At least for now.

The Juice is going to need a vehicle to travel between golf courses when he gets out in October.

Apple has shared some of the new emoji coming later this year.

They include a zombie, T-Rex, zebra, mind blown, vomit, yoga, and breastfeeding.

***Breastfeeding?

How often is that emoji needed – who was clamoring for that one?

New research predicts that in 65-billion years, the moon will crash into the earth.

***Wow – good thing I just renewed my homeowners insurance.

A Virginia man has been sentenced to 132 years for stealing tires.

 ***132 years?

Did he then murder a small village with those tires?

A recent study found that women find stubble more attractive than any other kind of facial

hair – and even more than a clean-shaven face.

Researchers theorize it's because scruff makes a dude look more mature.

***However, ladies, it doesn't work the other way around.

We do not think your leg stubble is sexy.

The Three Rivers School District in Texas has approved corporal punishment -- as in

paddling.

Parents would have to approve its use, but if they do, a bad child could be spanked.

***The tougher schools will be incorporating counting the number of swats kids get into

the math classes to help teach addition.

Loubie lives in New York City and is famous for giving hugs.

She's a five-year-old golden retriever who likes to hang out on a street corner near

her owner's home and give out free hugs to stressed New Yorkers.

***With the amount of stress in New York, I'd be afraid my dog would be crushed to

death.

White House spokesman Sean Spicer resigned on Friday.

***"Saturday Night Live" is still in mourning.

A guy in China is breathing better after doctors removed a bottle cap from his throat.

He had accidentally swallowed while opening a beer with his teeth.

***So obviously he was a couple of cans short of a six-pack to begin with.

Hawaii is taking North Korea's new ballistic missile capability seriously and is making

plans for what to do in case of an attack.

***People on the islands haven't been this concerned since the famous ukulele shortage.

Scientists say they have found the reason for misophonia, a condition that makes some

people find certain noises unbearable.

 ***Oh...

I thought it was just being upset over losing your smartphone.

I guess I don't have misophonia after all.

Apparently China does though – since they've banned Bieber.

Freezing Hand Actinic Keratosis with Liquid Nitrogen | Auburn Medical Group - Duration: 5:22.

thanks for joining us my friend Carol Carol you've been my patient for how

many years a lot of years a lot of years and today we're looking at these spots

on your hand that just keep coming you've had them in other places too and

these are interesting they they have a lot of keratin in them that's why they

have that hardness kind of like your fingernails and they are because the

cells in the skin have something wrong with them and they're they're causing

this creation of this protein this keratin and it's out of control it's not

a cancer we call it precancerous but it is out of control growth kind of like

happens with cancer cells so we want to get rid of it by freezing them with

liquid nitrogen and you do have a number of them here and they'll heal up just

fine up there yeah we'll get that one too we'll start with this one we're

freezing it by spraying liquid nitrogen right onto it this is really cold stuff

Sun mr. sunshine II then I luck

yeah well it's usually an early but their sunscreen we do want you to using

the sunscreen now we're going to hit them all second times starting with this

one

all right I was gonna be cold for a while then moving on to this one pulling

it up and over so we can hit it with cold get it from this angle too so we

want to knock these out we do not want them to stick around then moving on to

this one here well that's the baby that is a big one yeah we may even have to do

that one a second time it's so big

you want to see me in some days well to get a suture out man yeah from that

other procedure the other that people can watch that other video and see when

we did that which was actually today and then this one here that one way to get

from one angle and it'll turn your hand up on the side because I think that

works best to see this pair right here going is getting bone lets me feel

always so that's the whole treatment those environment after appointment yeah

yeah oh it's reclad to take care of it hey thanks for joining us thanks for

watching that carol get these frozen off of her hand if you're not already

subscribed please do subscribe to our burn medical group youtube channel and

please put your messages to carol in the comment with sure well as she recovers

from this those of you who would be interested in further material behind

the scenes material like is seen by people the sorts of with the antwine and

petro rosenberg and boo boo kitty you can go on patreon and become a patron of

the album medical group there's a link for that until next time Carol myself
