STREET WORKOUT ( CALISTHENICS ) - LEG WORKOUT - Duration: 4:01.

Hello everyone! I'm Mario Gabud and in this video I will show you 2 great leg exercises

for those that like to train out in the open, doing street workout without using weights.

How did I come up with this topic?

Well, a lot of times I stumble upon a discussion between bodybuilders and street workouters

on upsides and downsides of their workouts

and in most of those discussions as one of the main downsides of street workout you will find mentioned

the aspect of using only your body weight for exercising

and how you can't really increase your maximum strength with body weight exercises.

This is where I come in!

I will show you the way to go around that downside and work on maximum strength of your legs with a slightly different approach.

The first exercises you should do is squats with your training buddy in place of a weight.

Grab his right arm with your left arm, place your head under his armpit,

grab his right leg with your right hand and go into squat position.

Exhale on the way up! Keep your back straight at all times. Squat as deep as you can without injuring yourself.

When it gets too easy, find yourself a heavier buddy. The technique is always the same.

Since most of street workouters train with their friends this is a great exercise for them

as they will always have plenty of different buddies to exercise with. You won't need any weights.

When you start feeling it's too easy, get yourself an even heavier buddy.

This one weighs 110 kg (242 lbs)

and I'm still sore from a hard leg day I did before filming this video but fortunately I still managed to demonstrate a proper technique ;)

Again, grab him firmly by the arm and leg, pull him to yourself on the way down.

Technique is the same no matter the weight, exhale on the way up.

This raises a question of whether bulking your legs is even necessary for street workouters

as almost all elements of street workout exercises don't actually benefit from extra weight in their legs

as this only makes it harder to perform those elements.

Basically, they mostly need to work on muscle endurance in their legs and not muscle mass.

On the other hand, if you choose to do street workout as a form of exercise or socialization

and still want that complete and balanced body look, these are the exercises for you!

This is the second exercise.

Give your buddy a piggy-back ride.

Hold him by the legs while he is pushing down with his arms on your shoulders

And now, start doing forward lounges. A simple and great exercise.

This is it. I hope you liked these exercise and that you will find them useful.

There is always a way. You can use your buddy in place of weights for as many exercises as you can think of.

For example, for many years wrestlers didn't use any weights for their strength training.

Instead, they used their training buddies in all their exercises.

There is always a way to work on your weaknesses, you just have to find it.

If you need any help with finding the way, feel free to ask.

Bye!

How to paint realistic papery poppy petals in watercolor with Anna Mason - Duration: 5:24.

Hi it's Anna Mason here.

If you like painting flowers, it's likely you've wanted to paint something like this

gorgeous bright orange Poppy with its papery looking - creased petals.

There's a lot of detail to capture in those petals - and the challenge is getting a balance

between painting that detail in - and also using the paint to achieve the 3D form of

the petals themselves.

Let me show you how I tackled it: I used a photo as my reference and flipped

my paper around to make it easier to paint.

I began with a really detailed drawing adding in some of the darkest creases in the petals

with my pencil.

After adding a few pale colours to the flower centre I used a super watery orange wash to

lay down across the petals, trying to match to the very lightest tones that I could

see in those petals, and using a small brush to carefully go around

the detailed centre of the flower.

Once that was dry I applied the darkest tones within the petals - using thick red paint

and a small brush so I could create neat lines.

I then added more orange to the mix to lighten it a fraction and worked on painting in the

next darkest creases and darker patches of colour - feathering the edges of those darker

shapes with my brush wherever a fairly smooth transition into lighter colours around would

be needed.

By this stage I've established the upper and lower limits of the petal's tonal range which

means it looks way too high contrast at this stage but actually makes it a lot easier to

now go in and work on the midtones.

I began with the darker midtones - concentrating on where they meet up with the darkest tones

I'd just painted.

The mix is more watery to create a slightly lighter colour and I apply it with a larger

brush - working over and into the transitions into the darkest tones, which have now totally

dried off.

Then I applied it further out into new lines and shapes which are this dark in tone.

It's all these detailed line markings which give the papery effect to the petals.

But of course the contrast levels at this point are way too strong and we need to tackle

that by working on the lighter midtones.

I watered the mix down to lighten it and also added some yellow paint which had the effect

of lightening it more as well as giving it a more yellow glow.

I applied this everywhere this colour or darker - holding off from any areas I thought might

be lighter and creating the angular shapes I could see in the reference photo as I painted.

Once that was dry I used another layer of the same mix to concentrate on the transitions

into the darker tone areas to smooth them and make them more graduated.

Already by this stage the petals are starting to take on some 3D form.

And with all this midtone work complete I could now tell that the lightest tones I'd

painted initially were too light in all but a few places.

So next I used a bigger brush and worked on the lightest tones again with a watery orange wash.

With the layers underneath dry I could apply this on top of the papery line markings I'd

made without loosing those markings underneath.

Once that layer had dried, I could now tell that my darkest tones needed darkening some

more to be brought back in balance so I began my first round of tonal adjustments, using

a smaller brush to add another layer to the darkest tone areas.

And then another layer to the to the darker midtones again, I then added more yellow to

my more watery mix to add another layer to the mid midtones to darken them and also correct

the colour here.

With that dry I added extra line details with a smaller brush to increase the papery effects.

After darkening the flower centre it was more obvious that the petals needed more unifying

so I again used a more yellow orange, fairly watery mix, to apply with a bigger brush over

larger areas of the lighter tones within the petals - wherever I felt they should be darker,

being gentle with my brush so as not to interfere with the line details I'd painted underneath.

This had the effect of solidifying the petals.

Then finally once that had dried off I added a few more line details with the small brush

to make sure the creased, crinkled petal effects effects looked spot on.

A full step by step tutorial of this papery orange Poppy is available now in my online School

When Dimple Met Rishi | Spoiler Free Review - Duration: 7:12.

Hey guys it's Trina and this is my review of the book When Dimple Met Rishi

by Sandhya Menon. This is a 2017 debut novel and it is a YA contemporary

romance about two Indian American teenagers who have been set up in an

arranged marriage by their parents. This is a romance so you should expect a

romantic tone to it, but it just shows these two characters really getting to

know each other for who they truly are instead of these expectations that they

had in their head about what an arranged marriage would be like. I really enjoyed

this book and I gave it 5 out of 5 stars as a rating because I just thought it

was super cute. I really loved these characters and so much about it, which I

will get into more depth in my review, but since this one is a debut novel I am

doing the rundown of my list of debut questions which I've been doing in all

my debut reviews so far this year. So first up is why did I pick this book up

and did it deliver what marketing said it would? I have said this before but I'm

pretty susceptible to book hype and this book was getting a lot of pre-release

hype, like especially around when the cover came out. Everyone was really

excited for so I wanted to see what that excitement was about. Did it deliver what

it said it would? I think it did. I think this book was really marketed as a YA

romance and you know, that's what it does. I think that the summary of this book

was very fitting for it, so the book definitely was just what it said it was

going to be. It had all the themes and tropes that you would expect in this

genre and it delivered all the feels that I would expect when reading this

genre so I thought it definitely delivered and met my expectations. Now

I'm going to move into the things I liked and disliked about this book. My

favorite thing were these two characters. They were such total opposites and yet

they complemented each other so well, like each of them would challenge the

other one in just their ways of thinking and I just really loved seeing their

dynamic. Rishi is you're really romantic guy, he's really into this idea of an

arranged marriage because he's so traditional and then Dimple is the girl

who just wants to break out of some of her family and culture expectations on

her and they just contrasted and yet complemented each other so well. I really

really enjoyed reading about these characters. I also really enjoyed the

family dynamic in this book and seeing how both of these characters came from

very similar backgrounds and yet had such different

reactions to it. I also really enjoyed the romance in this book. It has a

meet-cute at first when these characters meet that you can laugh about.

And another thing that I really appreciated about this book going along

with how their culture is portrayed, is how both of these characters face

everyday racism in their lives and that's definitely not something that is

easy to read, and they both, again, react to those situations very very

differently. So there was a ton that I really liked about what this book did,

how it portrayed the characters, and the things that it was tackling and looking

at but there was something that I really kind of disliked about the book as well

and that was that I feel like some of the scenes were kind of - especially

the transitions between scenes or between feelings were kind of clunky.

Like I remember a couple of scenes this one big thing was going on that the

characters were kind of consumed with and concentrating on and then all of a

sudden something else just felt inserted in there. It just wasn't done very

smoothly and all of a sudden we had to switch gears and think about this other

thing and these other characters that just seem to come in out of nowhere. It

did not take away from my overall enjoyment of the book but it was

something I noticed when reading, like 'eh, that could use a little bit of an

improvement in the future.' And that leads me into my next debut question, which is

does this feel like a debut, like this author's first work? And to me the answer

to that is yes. It did feel like a debut to me because like I said I

definitely think that Menon can work on some of her scene transitions. And

also going along with this feeling like her first book, which I'm not trying to

say it was a bad first book or anything, but there were a lot of romantic cliches

used in this book and I think that if you read a ton of romance you might be

like, 'oh this is kind of cliche.' I'm not mad at it though. I really just don't

dislike any romantic trope to be honest. That's something that just doesn't get

under my skin but this is an own voices diverse book with Indian American main

characters and we don't have a ton of that and I think it's definitely time

that any kind of diverse minority characters get their time to be a cliche,

to live in a cliche type of story and not having to always just be this

important tough think piece. So that's definitely a pro to this book. So there

were a couple of elements in this book that did feel like this was Menon's first

time out of the gate writing but by far this book was absolutely not bad, it was

not poorly written. She's only going to get better from here and I can't wait to see

where she goes. And then that leads me into my next question: will I read this

author's next book? Absolutely. 100% without a doubt. I know that she's got

her next two books announced and one of them is following one of the side

characters from When Dimple Met Rishi, so like if this book is an idea of things

to come I'm definitely looking forward to both of her next two announced books.

I will definitely be reading them, so this is definitely an author I want to

watch and read much more from. And finally, do I recommend this book?

Absolutely. Unless like, you just know 'I hate contemporary romances. I'm not going

to touch it because I know I'm going to hate it.' You know, if that's the case

don't read something you know you're going to hate, but I would give a blanket

recommendation of this book. I absolutely loved it and I think it's going to have

appeal to a lot of readers so I definitely do recommend it. That's the

end of my structured like questions but there is one other thing that I want to

address with this book. I read this book last month and I've already talked about

it briefly in my June reading wrap up and I did a Goodreads review on it and since

those reviews I started seeing this conversation happening on Twitter where

a few people were reading a couple of the scenes in this book and they started

saying that Dimple was aggressive or violent or even abusive towards Rishi in

the book and that conversation was popping up a lot in my Twitter feed so I

do want to address it. I know exactly what scenes are being

referenced here and when I read it I absolutely did not get that impression but I

mean, you might. The thing in question is that Dimple sometimes punches Rishi like

in his arm or in his ribs when she's feeling awkward or uncomfortable and

when I read those scenes the only thing that I thought about it was, 'wow that's

a really relatable teenage thing,' because when I was a teenager a lot of my female

friends they did that. On Dimple's side I never saw any indication of her

actively trying to harm, hurt, or manipulate Rishi so like I just

don't think that this was a portrayal of a toxic relationship. I honestly just

thought it was a realistic portrayal of an impulsive teenager. No you should not

always go around punching people when you're uncomfortable in every situation,

adults definitely shouldn't do that, but like she's a teenager and I really

didn't think that was marker of an abusive

relationship in this situation. So you know, if you heard that about this book,

that is present. You may not like those things so you know heads up on that, or you

may not be bothered by them at all. That's all I have to say about When

Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon. I really enjoyed this book. I hope you guys

will pick it up. I hope that this review has been helpful as to whether or not

you want to pick it up and if you have already read this one I would love to

discuss it with you in the comments further. Thank you so much for watching

and I will see you in the comments. Bye!

Utah I-15 Plane Crash: Names of the Victims Released | TENTEN TV - Duration: 2:49.

Utah I-15 Plane Crash: Names of the Victims Released

A small plane crashed onto Interstate 15 in Utah on Wednesday afternoon around 1 p.m., shutting down all traffic northbound and leaving just one lane open southbound. The crash happened near Riverdale Road in Weber County.

Witnesses said the plane just seemed to nosedive from the sky. All four people on the plane died, but no drivers on the interstate were injured.

The names of the four people who were on the plane have just been released by the Department of Public Safety, KUTV reported.

There were two married couples on the plane. Layne Clarke, 48, and Diana Clarke, 46, from Taylor, Utah were two of the victims. One friend said on Facebook that Layne was a member of Weber High School Class of 1987.

The other two victims were Perry Huffaker, 45, and Sarah Huffaker 42, a married couple from West Haven, Utah.

One friend of Perry's wrote on Facebook: "We just work[ed] the rodeo on Monday and you were telling us how proud you were of a good job we did. this is such a sad tragedy.".

Officials have not yet identified who was flying the plane or what caused the crash. The plane took off from Ogden-Hinckley Airport, KSL reported. It crashed just a half-mile away from where it took off.

One witness told KUTV that the plane was traveling south and it was about 300 feet in the air, trying to gain altitude, when the engine made a loud sound and dropped vertically.

April Demetropolis told KSL that the plane just seemed to come out of nowhere and nose-dived into the middle of the freeway.

Randy Paulson, who witnessed the crash, told KUTV: "It was a big black solid red ball of fire. There's no way you could've survived it.". All northbound lanes were shut down after the crash, causing traffic to be backed up for miles.

My oil control soap? + How I remove my eye make-up | Stella Es - Duration: 6:00.

Hi Guys! Welcome back to my channel it's Stella

And in today's video, I'm gonna show you how I remove my eye makeup

Today, I have eye makeup, I don't know if kitang-kita sa camera, low quality kasi.

sorry walang budget!

I also have eyeliner and I have blush on.

This is the product that I use when I erase my makeup. This is the Pond's cold cream cleanser

By the way guys, I'm sorry if maingay, yung exhaust fan yun dito sa cr.

It is a moisturizing deep cleanser. So 2 in 1 ito, pwede mo siyang gamitin as a cleanser and a make-up remover

Lagay lang tayo. I'm gonna be using a Qtip for hygienic purposes. Kalat lang natin sa face natin.

nag-practice kasi ako kanina to do my eye make-up

kasi abangan niyo guys, mag-a-upload ako ng.. not really tutorial but

I'm gonna share one make-up look to you guys.

Because di naman ako marunong mag make-up talaga, hindi ako magaling. Kaya it's never gonna be a make-up tutorial with me.

Naalis niya naman yung eyeliner. Waterproof yung eyeliner ko so great

ang ayaw ko lang dito sa make-up remover ko is very oily siya

knowing na oily din yung face ko

pero okay lang siguro hindi lang ako sanay

And then we will rinse it off

Mahapdi siya konti sa mata

So since matutulog na din ako

I'm going to cleanse my face na rin with my soap. Since oily ako, I use a soap na para iwas oily

tsaka anti-bacterial na rin

So I use this tea tree oil soap

I got this from my derma clinic, kung napanood niyo yung vlog ko, yung Primea, dun ko siya nabili.

and so far so good, maganda naman siya dahil parang na-control niya yung pagiging oily ng skin ko

and I can see the difference talaga kasi alam niyo naman kung gaano mag oil yung face niyo diba.

I can clearly see the difference. Hindi niya binabawasan masyado yung oil ko and that's a good thing!

kasi kailangan din naman ng face natin yung oil kaya wag kayo magalit kapag oily pa rin kayo.

kasi healthy din naman ang oil (naturally from your face) but too much is not.

kasi it makes your face younger.

and kapag matutulog na. Pero kapag dito lang ako sa bahay, I don't really use this soap.

kapag bago lang matulog and aalis lang

one thing na lagi kong napapansin is... makati. Ewan ko bakit kumakati.

Rinse na natin kasi ang kati na

hindi lang siya para sa oily skin guys ha, anti-bacterial din siya.

make sure na na-rinse off niyo na lahat-lahat ng product sa face niyo kasi

that's one of the reasons why nagkaka-pimples ang isang tao, because of the residue

yung mga natitira na product sa face niyo sa make sure na wala nang natira sa inyong face

F R E S H!!!!!!!!!!!

Yun lang guys, tapos na ako and I'm gonna end the video na rin.

Thank you so much for watching today's video. I'll see you on my next one

and don't forget to subscribe, like, and share!

and comment down below what other videos you want me to do. Good Night guys, have a good night sleep. M W U A H H H H

A RESPOND TO Purple Butterfly1979-UPDATE CHARLIE CHILL DRAMAALERT W/JAKE PAUL & HE'S WINNING🏆 - Duration: 9:50.

hey guys I would like to start with my disclaimer there is no nudity or sexual

content no harmful or dangerous content no violent or graphic content no

copyright and no hateful content no threats no spam misleading tags or scams

and my description title I mean excuse me my description tags title video or

thumbnails but further ado I would just like to start off by saying I had looked

at a video from purple butterfly 1979 it was a update on Charlie Chill

have no beef with her she's been all right with me

not disrespectful and doesn't copyright the reason for this video is because I

just wanted to say that I totally agree with your you know with you saying

that you know you believe that he's in rehab and people are making

these videos with these allegations its allegations like your last video today I

want to say you must have uploaded it on the 26th or the 27th but when I woke up

today I seen it your videos allegations too

neither one of us know Charlie chill personally no one who watches the videos

no Charlie chilled personally where just subscribed to his channel like the rest

what I do with my videos is far as Charlie chill is what I've been doing

for years I started internet marketing and somebody told me you should do

YouTube videos because you know how to get traffic to like your website I

wasn't doing YouTube videos you know how to get traffic and any traffic I get to

a website or a video I'll say a video now because what I'm currently doing

there's no clickbait it's just how you present what you're offering or you're

trying to sell or you're trying to promote or like in this case what you're

trying to get the viewers to look at I started this channel on February 26 2017

and I just was doing these kind of videos okay this one here when I did it

it included some copyright crap but but I didn't get very many views on it

that I did this video on the same guy this was the hot thing at the time for

like a week so of course that's why I did it so I tried to do some hot topics

on some videos I made this cat video it got 19,000 views it was what clicked

that gave me views I got like a video with 58,000 views on it but as a whole

my channel has 198 thousand views I started making videos about Charlie Hill

July 5th 2017 and the very first two videos was about Tina

I was actually mad at her because I was saying who is this lady and I don't care

what Charlie Hill has done who are you to talk about him

because I could relate to him because I had an alcohol problem drinking is

something I can't pick up so I related to him and I looked at his videos and I

enjoyed them they were kind of lengthy videos that I could watch

for a few minutes and I actually stayed to the whole video and I enjoyed them

they were entertaining and I knew the place that he was coming from so I could

relate to him in a way and I was proud of him because I said it myself this is

what I'm trying to do I'm trying to stop all this drinking you know what I'm

saying and I'm trying to do something positive I'm trying to make an extra

income stream online I'm not doing anything no different then dramaalert

and a lot of people might say well you're not dramaalert you're right but

dramaalert started just where I started from making videos on a consistent basis

and trying to make videos on things that that are relevant today but the

present time and if it was something that was clicking

he kept hitting on it and hitting on it and hitting on it like right now the

biggest thing is he's like the biggest youtuber on YouTube is Jake Paul he gets

about over a million views a day it's probably more I think a 1.9 million or

whatever but he gets a lot of views so if you're making a video on an exposed

alleged a exposed video of Jake Paul you're gonna get views to that video if

you know how to put in your title your tags and your description you can't just

slap up a video like half of these people are doing and you just get lucky that you

even get in those views everything has to be set up correctly in order to get

people to come or find the video but drama alert

he's making videos as many days as he can

when he can find out information about Jake Paul and he's winning I don't get on

here and on on the internet and just surf I'm trying to make money I've

always made money online I work from home if you look in my video scroll down

you'll have to look at the video it's gonna probably take too long for me to

find it only because I should have when I sign

at this video I've already had it up but I have a contract job I work for home I

do customer service calls I have four years not worked because I

don't like to have to listen to a boss tell me what to do and that's what I

chose to do so all of my work is from my bedroom my big bedrooms that I've lived

in I'm have headphones when I log onto my shift I'm working out of my bedroom

doing customer service that's not a bad thing for a job you just wake up in your

job right in your home that's what I do

this is what drives me making money on the internet this is the wave of the

future this is how a lot of people are going to be working whether it's a job

say you work at John Hancock which is a company I work for for many of years and

in my younger year and a lot of work is

going to be outsourced and a lot of people are

going to start working from home because then companies can cut back benefits and

all of the things that they're given to you an overhead and have you work from

home doing the job there this is the wave of the future is the Internet this

is how you make money or this is how you get your entertainment or you contact the the world

the world the people you want to get in contact with family and friends but I'm

gonna say this I have over hundred and ninety eight thousand views I started this channel on

April 17 2017 I have only had this channel up since that time but I've only

started getting serious about my videos three months ago and that was a month

after April and that was May

May June July that has been three months in ten days and I have in three months

90 days no a hundred days because we have to add in the ten days so in a

hundred days I have almost two hundred thousand views and it's not from no

Charlie chill videos because I just started making charlie chills

July 5th 2017 and those two videos before I made an official video of

Charlie chill July 5th was on Tina the angry neighbor that was her videos

that I had done before Charlie chill all everyone is up here doing is making

opinions just like purple butterfly in 1979 all she did today I'm thinking she

had some well actually I have actual proof Charlie chill is in a rehab no she

doesn't have any proof she's giving an opinion and she's asked you to tell in

her video she's very admit that this is what she believes but again your

video is no different than anyone elses video it's an opinion so with that all

being said I have a phone call and I'll see you in the next video bye for now

🇵🇷 DIY BLACK LACE SKATER DRESS + DIY BELL SLEEVES 🇵🇷 JENNIFER LOPEZ INSPIRED | DIY CLOTHES - Duration: 7:04.

Hi loves and welcome to another tutorial inspired by Jennifer Lopez

this is the dress that was the inspiration for this look

but I made a few changes

I decided to make the sleeves more bell like like the top inspired by my mum

the bottom is more of a gathered skirt look inspired by the skirt of my grandma

and I made it a little bit longer because I know some of you prefer a more conservative look

so that's why I decided to make it more mainstream

Enjoy this tutorial and make sure you also check out Jennifer Lopez's new single Ni Tu Ni Yo

For this tutorial I used 2 yard or meter black

lace fabric Use 3 or 4 yards if you're plus size

Fold it double with the wrong side up and lay a skirt and top on top

I used a long sleeve top of which I ripped the sleeve off so I can use it as a pattern

Cut the bottom first and use the whole width

Cut the top and then the sleeve

For the sleeve I cut the bottom in a wide fashion

Then I cut the front neckline of the top.

Pin the top and the sides of your top

Then fold your sleeves with the wrong side up and pin it

Once that's done sew it all

The top is with the wrong side up when I place the sleeve

Turn your sleeve to the right side, place it inside and pin it all around.

Do this on both sides

I'm not used to working with black fabric so I hope that you can clearly see what I'm

doing

Sew it all around

Turn your top to the right side

Grab the bottom and place the right side of

the bottom on the right side of the top

And pin the beginning on the side

You can pin the beginning and end first, then create folds as you go while pinning it. and

spread it so, SO THAT at some point the bottom fits the top.

now sew it all around

When you do it, one side of the skirt will still be open, so pin it on the wrong side

and sew it

Since the top layer is black and transparent I created a 5min DIY black dress to wear underneath.

Check out the tutorial for that look or if you already have a black fitted dress you

can pair it with the black lace dress on top

And this is the final look.

a classy black dress you can wear to many formal events

For my hair I used a jumbo braid, and I got the shoes in Rio 10 years ago

If you enjoyed this tutorial, subscribe, like and share it with your friends

Thank you so much for watching and tune in on Monday to see how I transform boring black

heels into a creative african print

How To Get Rid of Depression / Anxiety Naturally? | Interview of Dr. Madan Gulati (MD-AYURVEDA) - Duration: 17:42.

Hello friends! Welcome to our show "Swasthya Gyan Health Diary".

Friends, in today's modern and busy lifestyle we're unable to take care of our health.

Due to which, we invite lethal diseases like hypertension, obesity and diabetes in our body at a very young age.

The reasons for this are our eating habits and lifestyle.

Today, we'll talk about Depression.

Depression, a deadly disease that has very badly encircled kids, youngsters and old aged people.

With a solution for this problem, we have amongst us Dr. Madan Gulati.

Dr. Gulati, we heartily welcome you to our show.

Thank You!

Let's first know about depression. What is Depression?

Dr. Gulati, first of all tell our viewers, what depression is?

Today, depression has affected 350 million or 35 crores people are affected by depression.

36% of the total population affected by depression are in India itself.

10 million people are added in this list every year.

It is also said that 1 lac (100 thousand) people are committing suicide due to depression.

Depression is an ailment that causes continuous sadness.

Rather I would say that depression is the opposite of happiness.

If we're depressed constantly for a few days and have no interest in doing any work or talking to someone.

We call this disorder as Depression.

When days of sadness convert into weeks or months then the problem keeps getting severe

as the patient keeps crying without a reason and he is disinterested in almost everything.

The word Depression refers to being depressed or depress that means a ditch that signifies emptiness in life.

If there is a ditch on the floor or road then we fill it to make it functional.

Similarly in depression, a ditch is made due to being jobless or several other reason.

Just like the state of being happy is happiness, similarly depression is also a state of sadness which is continuous.

Sir, what are its symptoms?

The patient loses appetite, has a disturbed sleep pattern.

He might spend the entire night staying wide awake and he would be surrounded by negative thoughts.

He feels helpless and has an irritable behavior.

He just walks out of an active conversation.

There is a sudden loss of excitement in the patient's life.

These are a few symptoms which are commonly seen in depression patients.

They start crying without a cause right after waking up in the morning.

He is always surrounded by a feeling of guilt and defeat.

The body language and posture is not appropriate, his face looks dull and shoulders are also droopy.

The patient has no confidence.

His mind and body are not in sync.

Our brain has neurotransmitters that release chemicals.

Serotonin, is a very important hormone that affects mood lacks in a depression patient.

Dopamine, endorphin are also mood elevating hormones.

The lack of these hormones causes biological changes also.

This phenomena doesn't only affect the psychological condition of a person but also causes a stir biologically.

This is caused by hereditary also.

If the patient has a family history of depression that can also cause depression in him.

We have heard renowned people like actress Deepika Padukone also suffering from Depression.

In holy books like "The Gita", the name of the very first chapter is "Arjunvishadyog", in hindi vishad means depression.

A great and focused personality like Arjun was also suffering from Depression.

He gave up before war. Lord Krishna gave him spiritual knowledge, he made Arjun perform the RajYoga.

He didn't make him do Pranayama or ask him to take some drugs or herbs like Brahmi.

Lord Krishna simply made him aware of who he was, that he's not a body but a soul.

He also said that Arjuna's opponent were already dead.

After attaining this knowledge, the feeling of enchantment and attachment vanished in Arjun.

Attachment is the root cause of Depression.

When you have some sort of attachment with a person, suppose if a loved one dies, then the related person goes into depression.

There is an Ayurvedic verse which says, "Nashtomoha gatsandeha smritilabhta||"

It means you have gained wisdom and self-consciousness.

Sir, nowadays, it is seen that mostly youngsters are affected by depression.

What is the reason behind that?

That is absolutely correct.

Nowadays, little kids also suffer from depression.

If there are 2 siblings and their age gap is of around 2 years than they can play together

but if the gap is longer and there is no one to play with than the child feels lonely.

Depression is commonly seen in kids because of longer age gap or in some cases there is a single child,

they go into depression due to lack of companionship.

Dr. Gulati, tell us about the types of depression.

Depression is of various types.

If the symptoms of sadness persist for a few days or the person has kept a condition that if I get this than I'll be happy, it is known as Reactive Depression.

Another type is Endogenic depression that is caused due to biological reasons or imbalance of hormones.

Then there is severe or high risk depression in which the patient might commit suicide.

These patients require medical help, we generally prescribe Brahmi, Ashwagandha and in modern science, Tab Talopram is usually prescribed.

But in most patients, it's all in the mind and for that they need counseling and should be taught meditation or Rajyog meditation.

Until, they are taught how to meditate, they can't defeat depression.

I always stress on doing meditation to cure depression to my patients.

The word meditation is originated from an Italian word Meditary and it means to heal.

Now, what do we need to heal?

Our mental injuries which have been caused by bad experiences in the past or uncertainties towards our future

that have been caused by the accumulation of negative thoughts.

The Depression patient needs to meditate.

Meditation is a form of art which is taught by letting us know who we are, we are the children of Lord Almighty.

To unite the soul to the Supreme powers, the patient needs to practice Rajyog meditation.

When he's able to recognize his inner self then patients easily escape from depression.

For depression, my message to the viewers is that if you need medicines then there are very simple medications

that can be taken like Saraswatarishta, Manasamitra Vatakam and then we have a formulation of Planet Ayurveda called Stress Support capsules

then there is Brahmi, Gotukola, Ashwagandha, Vacha, Tagar

then we have Medhya churna and in females we give Naari kalyan churna and the ingredients in it are Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Brahmi, Jatamansi.

These formulations are given to patients and in modern sciences also we need to give certain medications to balance chemicals.

We need to take strict care of diet in depression.

A depression patients should definitely eat 1 or 2 bananas as they increase the level of Tryptophan and serotonin levels.

A recent study suggests that earlier it was thought that Serotonin was created by the brain but according to Dr. John, 95% of the serotonin is made in our gut.

It is said that Happiness lies under the diaphragm and it is absolutely true.

This justifies Ayurveda because Ayurveda says the Vata dosha is situated in the large intestine.

As depression is a Vataj disorder, Ayurveda says "Krodharth pittam bhayarthvayu||"

there is a fear created in the gut and that is why Vata gets vitiated in a depression patient.

Therefore, serotonin is not related to the brain but to the gut, if our diet is balanced then Depression can't occur.

According to Ayurveda, Satvik bhojan, it is divided into categories like Satvik, Rajsik and Tamsik.

There is a saying that food decides our mood.

We are controlled by our hormones and hormones are controlled by our thoughts.

If negative thoughts are overpowering you then you'll fall prey to depression but if you have made up your mind to stay happy

and you don't let situations affect your happiness then such people get out of depression very easily

and the ultimate ocean of happiness is the Lord Almighty, he is an ocean of knowledge, love, delight, joy and serenity.

When we connect with the Lord almighty it gives us inner peace and happiness

because more than a physical ailment depression is a mental ailment and connecting with spirituality automatically regulates our hormones.

So, Dr. Gulati tell us that does depression also depend on our dietary habits?

As far as diet is concerned, consumption of Satvik foods like milk and milk products,

bananas and other fruits is beneficial and avoid Rajsik and Tamsik foods.

Depression patients should totally stop non vegetarian and start taking satvik diet along with lots of salads.

A diet like this along with some Ayurvedic formulations will prove to be very beneficial to depression patients and not to forget meditation.

Dr. Gulati, how can depression be curbed?

If you want to be saved from depression than it's better to keep yourself busy.

They say that work creates happiness.

Plan your day and try to finish as much work as you can. Just get out of your past.

I once had a depression patient who just stuck to his past relationship with his wife and couldn't forget her even after separation.

You should never allow such things to tag along, just let it go.

You should never live with your past, past is a cancelled cheque.

Start living in your present and think about your future.

Think that whatever is happening in your life is good and whatever will happen will be good too.

Enjoy each and every moment and just live in your present and you'll never suffer from depression.

You should understand one thing that you're not dependent on these superficial things to be happy, your happiness comes from within.

Nothing can affect your happiness unless you allow.

If you surround yourself with such positive thoughts you'll always be happy.

One more thing I would like to say to my viewers is that the first thing in the morning

that we feed our brain with is newspaper, news channels or whatsapp puts a negative impact on our mind.

Reading about negative things like rape, murder etc. gives rise to negative thoughts.

If your child gets late in reaching home then you'll have negative thoughts about that

but he could be busy with some better things also but the first thought would be negative.

I would suggest you not to read such news in the morning.

Wake up early during the Brahm muhurta.

There's an Ayuvedic verse which says, "Brahmmuhurta uttishthit swasthrakhshart Ayushya||.

It means that if you want to stay healthy then wake up in the Brahm muhurta as it will help in the proper functioning of 18 hormones,

9 hormones are given by the hypothalamus, 8 by the pituitary gland and 1 by the pineal body which is very important for proper sleep.

This total of 18 hormones is attained by us if we rise in the Brahm muhurta and keep ourselves busy and happy because there is no better diet and medicine than happiness.

Keep yourself attached to the the supreme powers and gain some spiritual knowledge.

Always give credit to God for the good deeds done by you and be thankful and you will never be depressed.

Dr. Gulati, what message would you like to give to our viewers through our show?

I would like to give this message to my viewers that don't let sadness show on your face, make it your slave.

Thank you!

Friends, I hope that you would have noted down all the important information given by Dr. Gulati.

We'll be back with a solution for another problem.

Till then Dr Gulati and I will take your leave.

Namaskar (Greetings)!

Easy Way To Come Up With Ideas For YouTube Videos - Video Ideas - Duration: 2:59.

if you want to come up with YouTube video ideas very simply just be sure to

watch till the end of this video as I explain some secrets that lots of people

don't know about what's going on

my name is Devin Strait helping you build an online presence and make money

in the process and today we are talking about YouTube video ideas and how to

come up with them very simply for instance maybe you're a fitness channel

and you teach people how to lose weight so what you can simply do is go to

youtube search and type in lose weight and then you're going to see lots of

suggested results appear below it for instance how to lose weight fast how to

lose weight in a month how to lose weight in 3 days these are all 3 video

ideas that you could simply do and there you go you have 3 videos right there and

you can go down the list for instance next another thing you could do is

simply add a letter of the alphabet and go down through the alphabet so what I

mean is type in lose weight and then add the letter A and you're going to get

tons more results like how to lose weight at home how to lose weight and

build muscle and how to lose weight after pregnancy more video ideas that

you could make that is very simple another thing you can do is put an

underscore before lose weight what this will do on YouTube desktop only is

include lose weight or something similar into a search and it's going to bring up

the most popular searches and for instance it'll have something like how

to lose weight instead of just lose weight and it just puts it near the

middle instead of being in that front spot so it's a lot easier to find videos

and it's another secret lots of people don't know about another thing you can

do is go to google and search lose weight and then scroll to the bottom and

you're going to find related searches and it's going to tell you all kinds of

stuff for instance if we search lose weight again you're going to come up

with stuff like how to lose weight fast how to lose weight on your stomach how

to lose weight on your face and even stuff that doesn't include lose weight

but is very similar like lose ten pounds fast weight loss

friendly food and losing weight naturally all those did not include the

phrase lose weight but it did include things that are very similar to it and

those are just some simple ways to come up with some YouTube video ideas other

suggestions I have is maybe go on some other people that make videos like you

and get inspiration from them I'm not saying copy but what I am saying is get

inspiration take their ideas make them into your own and if you want to build

an online presence and make money in the process all you have to do is subscribe

and I hope you enjoyed this video and I will see you in the next video

i still don't knw about love yeah

i regret that a lot baby

i thought at that time, it was young to be selfish

it's a song, but for truth

come back

i will hold you tight and smile like back then

although it's a little late and little hard

i don't know the meaning of tears

i can't afford to live

i can't afford to lose

my pride that i had

i regretted a lot baby

come back

i will hold you tight and smile like back then

although it's little bit late and little bit hard

just come back im your home

althought its a little late and hard

[ Engsub / BL ] Empty Nest - Asian Short Movie - Duration: 16:01.

How is Fanny doing at school?

She got an A in math.

My teacher liked my drawing too.

Is that so? Did you bring it to show me?

I haven't seen you lately. How's work?

Same old. It's alright.

My firm is hiring for a senior analyst.

No thanks. Not interested.

You shouldn't stay there. It's not good for your career.

You're never gonna move up. How long have you been there?

Fanny, let's do some drawing together later.

It's so nice that we're sitting together having dinner.

You should visit Dad more often.

Grandpa, we can visit you more often too.

Fanny, stop playing with your food. What do I always tell you?

There are starving kids in China, you know. Could you please sit straight...

Alex, your sleeves are getting wet.

That's fine. Don't worry about it.

Did June tell you that she just got promoted at work?

She's now a director of something something...

She has 30 people working for her.

Dad, you know that fish you made the other night.

You should teach me how to make it sometime.

Speaking of food...

Your cousin just opened his third restaurant.

By the way, June asked me to remind you to send her your resume.

I never agreed to that.

Why don't you listen to your sister?

Why? Because she's always right?

Because she means well.

Is it embarrassing to have a son who is not successful?

No one is saying that!

You're all thinking it. Nothing I do can ever impress you.

Sorry, I'm not June.

We already accepted your gay lifestyle.

What more do you want?

I wish your mom was still alive.

She would know what to do with you.

let's pick up from last week's session.

Some of you were able to share your story with the group, but some of you didn't get a chance to, so...

I thought we can finish up today.

Maybe Lucas, you can share your story today.

I can't imagine what my family would say if they knew how I really am.

My mother, she still thinks that I'm in a med school becoming a doctor.

I guess it's because I'm a good actor.

But the truth is, the more I think about my family, the more I want to use meth.

Getting high just takes away all the pain and stress.

What about you, Chang?

I just used once...

3 month later, I lost my house, my job, and my partner.

And after that, I wanted to use even more.

But there is no worse feeling that not having the money to pay for it.

I started to sleep with whoever could just get me high.

And you, Jeremy?

It just makes me feel more confident.

When I'm using, I know how I would be with other guys sexually.

I've never been proud of myself since I was a little kid.

No one seemed to pay attention to me.

All I want is to be loved and cared, but...

Things seem to keep going wrong. I'm such a mess.

I can easily get out of this mess.

I haven't been using for the past 2 months.

Actually, that's 1 month.

I think I'm doing pretty good so far.

Alex, are you okay?

All I've ever wanted was love and acceptance.

Growing up gay in an Asian family with traditional values was definitely not easy.

When I came to Canada and started exploring my sexuality... Nobody wanted to talk to me.

When I went to the bars, they would just stare at me as if I was like...

I just wanted to fit in.

So I started smoking and drinking because that's what the group of guys I was hanging around did.

And then someone introduced me to meth.

I didn't even know what it was back then.

I started partying and playing without condoms.

Somehow I just thought I wouldn't get it.

I could still remember their eyes as I left the clinic.

The people in the waiting room, they could tell the result just by your facial expression.

Alex, have some food.

I'm sorry, dad.

All my life, I was afraid to become a big disappointment.

Look at me now.

I'm not disappointed.

Just sad, not disappointed.

I'm so embarrassed.

The first day that I saw you at the hospital,

I knew my role in life.

I thought I was doing pretty well.

When you were little, we would spend a lot of time together.

Then you grew up, moved out.

You would come home on the holidays.

Then not even on the holidays.

It hurts when your son doesn't want to see you.

Every time I see you, I feel ashamed for being who I am.

I feel I'm not good enough to be your son.

No, you're my son.

No such thing as not good enough.

I'm not good enough.

I didn't know what to say when you first came out.

I didn't know how to help you with your relationships.

I still don't know.

You know, when you're 60,

You'll still be my son.

I'm proud of you.

My arms smelling like you

Wanna love ya like there's no tomorrow

Ethical Hackerspace _ Hacker good people or bad people _ Filippo Cavallarin - Duration: 2:07.

Ethical Hackerspace

Hacker good people or bad people?

Initially, the term hacker carried a negative meaning,

in the sense that the hacker was the cyber criminal,

the person who attacks the systems

for malicious actions.

I talk following my memories,

so I talk about the Italian hacker underground,

but I'm convinced it can be extended

to the global hacker underground.

There was a time when people,

hackers, who we can define as computer enthusiasts,

have fought to ensure that the term hacker

was no longer associated with the cyber criminal,

but they were passionates about something

they dedicated their lives to what they liked to do

and they mainly did that.

In fact, we can say that the term hacker can be applied

to the field of computer science,

and so we have people at 12 years of ages

who started to program when computers were only few.

However, the same word can be applied to anyone

who is passionate about somethings, for example, motors.

If a 12-year-old kid likes to fit candles and carburettors on engines

and starts to disassemble any type of engine,

for me that's a hacker as much as 12-year-old programmer.

Now we can say that...

the mostly negative perception of hacker has changed a bit,

so many people know that hackers are actually the passionate ones.

However, the media continues to describe the hackers as a bad people.

We say that the hacker is the good person,

the passionate one, the person who fully commit to a specific thing.

On the other hand, the cyber criminal is someone the media define as hacker.

They are more or less passionate about computer science

and they exploit techniques and tools to pursue cybercrimes.

V-Ray 3.4 | Desafio 60 Materiais em 60 Dias | 02 de 60 | Chocolate - Duration: 5:13.

hello Masterfans

Welcome to Mastertuts

I am Henrique Barros

Architect and instructor of courses Mastertuts

And in this video lesson

We're going to continue our challenge

60 Materials after 60 days

And in class today we will meet one more request

To learn how to set the chocolate material using V-Ray 3.4

So come to our class

I will open SketchUp

I already have my scene prepared

I go to enable Frame Buffet

For us to see our scene so far

Look there

I have no material configuration yet

Let's start creating new material in SketchUp

I'm going to name him chocolate

Then we take a tint

Just to have a color

That's closer than we want to create in the material

Let's Click OK

Then apply this material to our object

Let's make an initial Render order to understand the properties

OK

As we can see at the moment

we do not have any material property

Only the color

And Diffuse will be used only to view the material on the screen

We will set these properties

So it really has a bit of Transparency

Especially at the edges of the material

This effect we'll get working with the property translucency

I'll close the window frame Buffet

And now let's go to the Asset Editor

And set the required settings for this property

To start setting our material

We will modify the refractive

You will put the refraction of this material in 100%

And click Ok

Note that when we change the color of refraction to 100% White

The color of the material passes Diffuse not have more functionality

You can use any color here

To be able to represent this material

It is interesting that you use similar colors to the material you want to develop

For it to be no different in the viewport SketchUp

To that we can have the color of our material

We will change Fog Color properties

And enter the following values

60 for red

19 for the green

8 for blue

OK

We already have the color of our material

Note that the preview the material takes on a Gradient

Among the darkest area and the lighter material area

Precisely this effect that we want to represent

So we get to have a better quality of our material

We will modify the Fog Multiple choice for the value 5

And then change the Fog Bias for value, 2

With this property we can define the transition

Between transparency and the colored area of our material

Now we will reduce property Glossiness

To be able to create a noise in this material

Although this option it is changed

When we work with the translucency settings

OK

Finally the properties of our material

We go to translucency setting

And now choose Hard

Then change the foreground and background coeff

What sets how much of the light being absorbed by our material

So I will modify this value to comma 5

OK

Now we have all the properties defined for the material

Let's change the reflection configuration

So we can have a better quality of presentation

We will also reduce the value of the reflection Glossiness to com 8

To make the reflection less clear

Look there

We already have the results for our material

Let's go to the frame Buffet

Let's save this scene in history to compare

OK

And now we Render to see the result

Come on

OK

After the render finish this here is the result we got

Cool!

We have a material where the edges appear with the lighter shade

Note that the material only with the color of the Diffuse

It is completely homogeneous

While this configuration translucent

It causes the material it creates this very interesting effect

Look there!

You can set this material

Using other colors too

Based on this idea in order to create this property

Here!

Note that our scene she got some white dotted here

Caused by reflection

But are easily removed when you put quality in their rendering

So that's it

This configuration is for you can create a chocolate material

I hope you enjoyed this lesson

subscribe to the channel

For you not to miss any video of this challenge

Thank you again for watching

A big hug

And Thanks!!!

Pasquasia | Trailer - Duration: 1:20.

Pasquasia had some mineral blocks that today, with the new technology,

if with the old technology, to consume a block it took 20 years...

today, with modern technology, 10 years would be enough to take out a mineral block.

it had about 73 billion lire, about 73 billion of debt... a huge thing...

We were producing at full capacity... out of the blue, it came the order to stop.

And we did everything that needed to be done...

We occupied the mine, then we went many times to Palermo.

Despite all the years that have passed...

we do not know yet. It's a mistery.

A mistery. No one knows why it was closed.
