Create Automated Reminder Systems For Every Task Your Business Performs - Duration: 10:52.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

In this video I'm going to show you how to create automated reminder systems for every

task you're business performs so you and your staff don't have to remember much of

anything in what they have to do each day.

They'll be reminded by an email that gets sent to them or a text or a voice blast that

gets sent to them.

Now, let me show you first, we go to the follow-up system to do this and then when you're in

the follow-up system you can create a campaign.

So these campaigns can either be follow-up campaigns for your leads or they can be campaigns

that create lists of tasks that you and your staff can use to follow through with the process.

So let's create on here.

I'm going to call this New Lease Option Memo Tasks.

So when we get a new lease option memo signed, these are the tasks that we're going to

do.

I want to select a category and it's not an Automarketer or a follow-up, I'm going

to create a new category and I'm just going to call this category "Tasks."

And I can put an exit campaign here, too.

If I want to do something else or have another campaign or another task started when this

one's done, I can collect an ex-, I can select an exit campaign.

And as soon as this one's done it'll start on this next campaign.

So I can create new campaigns and I can have one lead to the next to the next to the next

if I wanted to.

But I'm going to make this a single-use campaign for a specific process which is,

you know, the tasks that are necessary if you're, if you just go a new lease option

memo, so we want to make it active, I'm going to allow any email, texts or voice blasts

to go out from this campaign and I can turn these off if for some reason I don't want

to send out texts or voice blasts with this particular campaign.

I can turn it off on this campaign.

So I'm going to save the campaign and then it's going to take me to Step 2 and that's

going to allow me to create a task.

So let's call this Task 1 and it's not going to have a loop.

We're going to make it active and we're going to, instead of sending it to a lead,

we're going to send it to a team member.

And if you notice here, you can send it to a lead, a team member or you can send it to

both if you want the lead to get that information.

But just send it to the team member if we're creating a task here, is the way we would

do this.

Then we could pick the team member.

So if you have team members already listed, and remember you can set up your team by going

into Team Management, so you can create as many team members as you need.

But say, let's just give this one to Joseph.

And it's going to go out immediately once this campaign starts and we'll keep it as

a low priority and this is, doesn't really change very much except it just tells you

that it's low or high.

So if you want this to be a high priority for your people you can create a high priority

for them.

And we're going to do it as an email rather than as a text or a voice which we could do

both of these.

So if I wanted to text out I can do that as well.

But let's do it as an email.

And I could select one of the previous messages that we've already created for other campaigns

but this is a specific process that I'm going to do so I'm going to create a new

message and I'm going to save it, going to pick "email" and it's going to open

up a window that's going to allow me to type in an email.

I'm going to just call the subject "Photo, Sign and Lock Box" because that's the

tasks that I'm going to have them take care of.

And then I have to choose text or html email.

I can choose html, that means I could put pictures in here and I can use html and format

it differently, but I don't really need to because this is just a simple text that

I'm going to send to one of my people.

So let me type that in real quick.

So I'm going to type in, we just got a new property located at, and then I'm going

to pick the system variable.

I'm going to put in the lead's address and the lead city and we can put all this

information, I want to put all this lead information in here I can.

I can give them the lead's email, I can give them lead's phone number, and I can

also, I can address this to the specific, you know, person who's doing the work, the

member on my team who's doing the work.

So, why don't I put, do that as well.

So, I'll put in, "Hi," and I'll put in the team member's first name.

So when it sends it out to them it's going to be addressed to Joseph.

"Hi, Joseph.

We just got a new property located at," and this is the address on the lead that we've

got.

And all of these tasks, by the way, are going to be attached to the lead so when the sequences

are attached to the lead then it'll reference the information from that lead.

So here's the whole thing.

Now, we've got, it's email, this is Task 1, that's what I've called it, the subject

line of the email says, "Photos, Sign and Lockbox."

I've made it a text email instead of an html email.

And I've written, "Hi, [team first name]" so that would be Joseph, that was the one

that this one's assigned to.

"We just got a new property address located at," and this is going to be the lead's

address that it's attached to, and city, state and zip code.

And again, I just didn't take the time, but you could probably put in the email address

and their phone number and their first name and last name as well so that your team member

would have that.

"Here are the tasks that are needed.

These need to be done by tomorrow or the next day at the latest.

Please take pictures of the house with the sign in the yard.

We need interior and exterior pictures.

Take lots of pictures and upload them to the lead's contact page in the Automarketer."

So this will tell them that they need to take the pictures, get them uploaded, needs to

be a sign in the yard, call the seller, get the key, put a lockbox on the front door.

Put a handwritten sign on the door that says, or in the front yard that says "Rent to

Buy - No Qualifying - Move in Today" and the phone number.

Let me know when the work is done."

And this is a merge field for the user so the person who is the main user for the system,

which would be you, the investor, would get an email from this person after they get the

work done to let them know it's done.

So once you've done that, you can save this and it creates a task.

So now we know that this task is to be done immediately and here's the information about

it and if you want to edit you can always go back in and reedit the email.

It's going to merge in the information on any lead that it's assigned to and as soon

as it's activated or as soon as it's attached to a lead, that's when that task begins.

Now, I can put as many of these here as I want and I can either, I can send emails,

texts or voice blasts to my people or to the lead or to both of them at the same time.

And the next one maybe I put in is "We need an ad posted on craigslist, and we need an

ad posted on Zillow, and then we need the property posted on our clone site, listing

site."

And you can assign these emails to different team members and, that are doing that job

for you.

If you've got one person who's doing all the work for you, you'd have them all go

to the same person.

If you've got multiple people, then you could change it around.

Maybe you've got somebody who's running your admins, somebody who's working with

your buyers, someone who's working with your sellers, you know, you have different

people.

Maybe you have boots on the ground, a different person that does that work for you.

And this way you can have one template that has all the tasks that you do every time and

you can set up your business like a system and that way everybody knows what's supposed

to get done.

This may be my favorite part of this entire system, the entire Automarketer.

I love getting leads and I love being able to follow up with them.

I love all that stuff.

That's what actually makes you the money, but this actually reduces my work dramatically

because I'm able to create tasks and I've bene doing this in my business, I started

with an old piece of software back when I was a realtor called "Agent 2000" back

in, before the year 2000.

And they had this type of system in there and I've emulated that model so that we

could do this kind of thing in the CRM and we've used a system like that ever since

and it's made it possible for us to whenever anything happens in our business the task

list goes to the person who's supposed to do that work and they follow through with

that bit of the business.

And I've also got it set up so that I've got an admin person or somebody who's checking

that that work is done.

So I always try to build my business in a way where one task is required before the

next task can be done by a different person so that if this one person doesn't do their

work the other person who needs this other work to be done finds out about it and they

say, hey, why didn't that work get done?

And I let them work it out between themselves rather than having to come to me and say,

hey, I didn't get this.

It's all done in a process that keeps things going and if things don't get done, we find

out about it very quickly.

Anytime you have a series of repeatable tasks you can create a series like this and you

can create a follow-up system like this to remind you or your team members or your lead

or yourself to get those particular tasks done and do them in the order that you want.

You can set them up to go out on any day.

So on Day 1 this first tasks goes out.

A week later you want another task to happen, you can set it up for a week later for that

to happen, you know, two weeks later you can set that up.

And you could set it up so that it reminds you over and over again or you can have it

be a one time task.

It's a really cool system and it'll change your business and it'll make it possible

for you when you're doing these deals to make so much more money per hour that you

actually work simply by paying a low paid employee a little bit of money to do this

work for you, to follow these tasks and do this work for you so that you can focus on

the things that make the most money in a business like this which is putting deals together

and closing deals.

All right.

Hope that helps.

I SEE DEAD PEOPLE! @terrencehardge - Duration: 3:42.

Bro, I've been working hard in here but stuff just keeps on going wrong.

She's keeps on doing stuff in here, Bro.

Who? Your girl?

No man. This place has got to be haunted. There's a ghost in here.

A ghost, dude? Come on man!

You didn't feel that? It's cold in here, bro.

Hey, stop playing, man! I don't play with the ghost stuff!

No seriously, I'm out of here. I'm out.

Dude! You ain't gonna leave me in here!

Ain't nobody got time for that!

(MYSTERIOUS WALKING)

(INTRO MUSIC)

Did you see The Sixth Sense?

It's about a boy named Cole with an unusual ability to communicate with spirits

who don't know they're dead.

Bruce Willis plays the child psychiatrist who tries to help him.

I've been doing therapy with children nearly my whole adult life…speech therapy, that is.

And kids can be so unique and have their own special gifts and situations.

I couldn't imagine dealing with the issues that Cole had in this movie.

I see dead people.

In your dreams?

While you're awake?

Dead people like in graves and coffins?

Walking around like regular people.

They don't see each other.

They only see what they want to see.

They don't know they're dead.

Creepy.

But you don't have to be Cole to see dead people.

We see them everyday - at least people who are spiritually dead.

You know when Adam sinned in Eden, sin separated us from God.

Look at what God told Adam about the tree.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:

for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

So Adam disobeyed.

He sinned and ate of that tree.

But he didn't immediately die physically.

His body lived for many more years.

But he did immediately die spiritually.

Sin separates us from God - and that's spiritual death.

But thankfully, God sent his Son to deal with our sin issue.

In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood.

For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness.

So when we had no way back to God, being separated because of sin,

God provided the way through Jesus' sacrifice.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

So there's no reason for us to continue to walk around like zombies – spiritually dead.

Your new resurrected life can begin today by confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus

and believing in your heart that God raised him from the dead.

Remember He is able to do exceeding abundantly above and beyond

all we can think or imagine according to the power that works in us.

Cole might see dead people but I see some living people.

JCPenney Interview - Duration: 6:51.

hi everybody I'm Vanessa and I'm going to be talking to you guys about my

JCPenney interview because I know a lot of you including me likes to do a lot of

research about where you're gonna go and apply to know how the interview is going

to be and you want to be prepared for what to expect and of course I'm exactly

the same way so that's why I'm making this video because a lot of people do

tend to go to youtube and when I did research about JCPenney interviews and

I found about four or five videos talking about the process and what goes

on so I wanted to add to the list of other YouTube videos that you can watch

don't judge my webcam quality because it's not like HD or on like a professional camera

sorry I don't have that so usually what I first and foremost do is I always

search like Google like I would legit just put like in the search bar I'll say

whatever that place is that morning for so like JCPenney I put JCPenney

interview questions and which you will mostly see is a glass door pop-up and I

also see I recommend like looking at it because there's a lot of people who say

about their interview experiences and how it is working for that place and

whatnot and I usually do that first because like I get a lot off of it like

for JCPenney there was a lot that what the people said in in the comment

sections whatever was what happened in the interview and I was like I know a

lot of people would rather do YouTube videos but sometimes there's not gonna

be many videos out there for the designated place that you're

applying for it I applied to JCPenney I think like maybe about a week ago

because they had sent me a email saying oh we're hiring apply today first like

it was a seasonal job I'm assuming for back to school it might be wrong right I

am pretty sure it is I submitted my stuff like my resume and whatnot and I

got a call from the manager a couple days later and she called and she was

like oh this is blah blah blah I was about to say her name this is blah blah blah

we're hiring this day at this time and like people come in if

you are still looking for a job and I said of course I am I'll be there then she

just asked some other basic questions like what my availability was and where

I was attending school and stuff like that then pretty much it we had set up

the interview and she also notified me that it would be a group interview so I

said okay I will see you then don't be scared group interviews aren't

that bad I honestly prefer them over individual interviews even though some

people may think like oh I feel like I'm competing with this person and

stuff it really isn't like that especially for JCPenney

hmm the reason why I didn't feel like it was that scary was because my first

job at Old Navy I did have a group interview and it really didn't feel like

a competition so I was kind of already used to the idea of group interviews

I arrived up JCPenney a couple minutes prior to my interview time like 10

minutes and we were brought back to the to the break room where there was four

other people already weddings for the interview we waited a couple minutes for

the manager not the manager for the hiring manager to be ready to

take us back and when she was ready she did was back to

the conference room and we all sat down in a circle and she said okay like I'll

be right back I'm gonna go grab a couple things so she came back with an iPad and

they she took out some building blocks and she said okay you guys are gonna

work as a team I'm gonna show the first person the iPad it is

going to be shown for ten seconds and that person has to describe to you what like

what the building is supposed to look like so the person who had looked at the

picture wasn't allowed to touch the building works and only was allowed to

describe to us what it was supposed to look like which was kind of frustrating

at times but I think the whole point of the game was to show how well we

worked as a team so we each went around doing that over and over again for about

15 minutes until it was over we finally got it done and she's like okay you know

just put the blocks away and I gotta go get you know

something else and I'll be right back and then she you know all of us were

talking about was like very fun you know It was something different

so she comes back and she hands us papers and they're kind of like sales

pitches to us okay well you guys are gonna have five minutes to like pick

what you want. write any notes and whatnot and then after that she came

back and she asked us okay you guys ready and so one by one we all went

and we explained to her why this would bring people in all that

someone in our group did something for expecting mothers another person did

Fashion Show some other guy did like moved court in a way we all kind of just

sales pitched it to her it wasn't really like a list of how to go off of it, it was however

you want to go and when we were like pitching it to her

the person who interviewed me, when I was pitching it to her

that wasn't really a time limit or a time set frame it was just however long

you thought that it needed to be not too short and not too long and then after

that was done she asked us Oh which one did you like the best and then we all

voted and then after that she said okay well leave your papers there and you

guys could go back to the break room and I'll call you guys in

individually and you know I was thinking okay maybe she's gonna call us in

individually and ask us separate questions like a little bit more like

regular interview questions that you would suspect like oh what are your weaknesses

what are your strengths and stuff like you know stuff like that but no um I was

the second person to be called in and she said oh I'm gonna put you in this

section you are gonna start this month on this week you know I'll call

you in orientation and you know you started paying all that stuff and that

was pretty much the whole interview it lasted about an hour and a half it it

was a different interview for many other ones that I have had and honestly it was pretty

it was pretty fun like I enjoyed it so if you're gonna apply to JCPenney don't

scared the interview wasn't that scary especially if it's for seasonal because

you are with a whole bunch of people and you're not trying to compete with one of

the other you're working as a team to show that you can

work with other people and there wasn't any like interview questions that

you have to worry about honestly you just have to sell the pitch and work as

a team by building the blocks and that was pretty much it so if you guys are

applying to JCPenney I hope you guys get the job and you do well in your

interview and if you have any comments or questions put them down below and

I'll get back to you other than that I hope you guys have a great interview and

get the job bye

Hostage - Spoken Word Poem by Cerise Celine - Duration: 1:30.

Vacuousness.

I must confess

That

Sometimes it

Grips me by the chest.

I suffocate

Holds me hostage

til

I find

it hard

to breathe

Can't breathe Coz I

seethe with hate

DISGUST. DISTRUST. DISGRACE.

I'm irate.

I have to accept

I will never understand

The what, the why

The how of those hands

Thought I forgave you.

I Did.

I Do.

I Wish I could go back

To

Peak

To

Boo

I'm angry. I'm sad.

I'm pissed. And I'm mad.

That memories are tarnished

Some things never had.

Dragged me

Drowned me

Under the waterfall

Came up for air For another gulp full.

Thought you knew best.

As you Always do.

Didn't imagine

That I would have a clue...

Majestic.

Grand.

The elephant stands

Only God

Only you

Understand.
