Youtube daily report w Jul 27 2017

In my view, access to justice is an essential element for harmonious socio-economic development.

There is a definite link between access to justice, democracy and development.

Justice is such a valuable commodity because it encourages the development of economic activity

and respect for key principles such as sustainable development, solidarity

and the other major principles enshrined in our Constitution.

In Tunisia, access to justice is guaranteed by law.

The problem lies in a "culture of tyranny":

people have no confidence in the legal system.

But we can change governments, laws and even cultures.

Things are beginning to change. It's a start.

Legal stakeholders, NGOs and lawyers can change society.

Correct arm posture for runners (for sprinters and distance runners) - Duration: 3:36.

Hello, everybody. I'm Arash and today we're gonna start a three-part episode on proper running form. The first thing. I'm talking about are

arms and what most people don't understand is that arms are essential for moving and for running.

what they often do is they don't synchronize their arms to their legs and

they ruin their form and their times. You know, by adjusting your arm movement

You might get 5 seconds out of your kilometer, which might not seem that much but in a 10k

It's almost a minute, and

It's basically the difference between a 45 or a sub 45. So arm movement is essential.

Now what I see people doing, and this is wrong, if they either move like this

With their arms

which is completely... I don't know how you could even run like this like this.. the problem of this is that the

Energy that they use like this goes outwards, which isn't useful or they sometimes just want like this with one

With one arm right now the problem is that by doing all these stupid movements you are not helping yourself by going forward

You are just wasting energy

Sideways/laterally or in another way. So what you want to do is go forwards now the best way

I could explain to you on how the proper form should be is imagine a sprinter. Sprinters line run like this

They take their hand and it almost comes to their ear while the other one goes behind, almost, to the hip right

so what you want to do is you want to mimic this action

Now if you still can't figure out how this works imagine having two

Imaginary slides here, okay what you want to do is you want to take your arm going up and

You want to slide your elbows on this imaginary slide and pull it back

so in truth arm movement isn't helping you going forward it's

Basically you pulling yourself backwards right? It's basically

backwards motion back motion backwards motion and

The reason is because when you see the backwards motion your body

Automatically goes forward thus helping you to go forward. Now if you were doing up hill runs then your movement would be different you would

Pull yourself forward, but since you're going you're doing sprints (or long runs) usually you need to go backwards.

To understand how to run longer kilometers without doing this action you just need to simply reduce

The arm movement. I'm going to show from the other side, too.

And you reduce your movement now a good exercise is to put

weights (two kilos or even one or half if you're starting out) and doing 30 seconds on of just printing mode and

30 seconds of rest. Repeat this five times and once you'll go for a run you'll see that

It's much easier to have that proper arm movement. Once again. I'm going to show this sprinting action

pullback

becomes

slightly less forced.

The same action, but reduced and it's like the action so that's it. Hope it helps

Stay tuned for the next episode

#From Berlin to the Bridge - Duration: 6:39.

From Berlin to the Bridge

Antonio Rudiger will become the latest German to play for Chelsea when he makes his debut, but he wont be the first player from that country to represent the Blues.

The centre-back moved to Stamford Bridge from Roma, meaning we have a German in our squad again for the first time since January 2015.

He trained for the first time with the team in Singapore on Wednesday and as we look forward to seeing our new No2 in action in a Blues shirt, here are a few of the most memorable Chelsea moments provided by his German predecessors in SW6.

CHELSEA 2-1 MANCHESTER UNITED, 26 APRIL 2008. Michael Ballack was playing catch-up throughout the 2007/08 season after undergoing ankle surgery over the summer, missing pre-season and much of the first half of the campaign.

The midfielder returned to action in late December and was soon getting back into the thick of the action, not to mention captaining the side in the absence of John Terry and Frank Lampard.

However, it was late in the campaign that he had his biggest impact, as title rivals Manchester United came to Stamford Bridge with just three Premier League matches remaining.

13 took on the Red Devils almost single-handedly, unsurprisingly being named Man of the Match after firing in both goals, one with a header and the second from the penalty spot, to give us all three points and take us level at the top of the table.

SPARTA PRAGUE 0-1 CHELSEA, 14 FEBRUARY 2013.

This was the game which showed what Marko Marin might have been able to offer in a Chelsea shirt if injuries hadnt caused so much disruption to his career, in the same week he had scored his debut goal for the club against Wigan.

It was both the diminutive German internationals first European appearance for the Blues and our first-ever match in the Europa League as we travelled to the Czech Republic.

The quick thinking and inventiveness of Marin and Eden Hazard coming inside from either wing was brilliant to watch, especially when Oscar was also thrown into the mix, making it surprising it took until the final 10 minutes for us to break the deadlock, en route to lifting the trophy in Amsterdam.

FULHAM 1-3 CHELSEA, 1 MARCH 2014. West London derbies are a good time for any player to make themselves popular with the fans, and thats exactly what Andre Schurrle did when we made the short trip to Craven Cottage in 2014.

Coming just 48 hours after a Champions League trip to Turkey to face Galatasaray, there were signs of fatigue from Chelsea in a torrid goalless first half, but after the break the German forward took the game by the scruff of the neck.

It only took seven minutes of the second period for the combination of Schurrles pace and Hazards vision to give us the lead and it wasnt long before the same combination extended it.

He even made it a hat-trick, all three goals coming inside the space of 16 minutes, with another composed finish after good work by Fernando Torres, extending our lead at the top of the table to four points.

BOLTON WANDERERS 0-2 CHELSEA, 30 APRIL 2005.

Robert Huth may be best known now as a Premier League winner with Leicester City, but back in 2005 he was earning his first winners medal with Chelsea, as well as his third consecutive Chelsea Young Player of the Year award.

With John Terry and Ricardo Carvalho performing so well at the heart of the Blues defence Huth wasnt a regular starter, but he did prove a very effective option from the substitutes bench for Jose Mourinho when holding a narrow lead.

That is exactly what happened at the Reebok Stadium when, five minutes after Frank Lampard had scored the goal which would make us champions of England for the first time in 50 years, Huth was introduced to bolster the defence and make sure they would be no slip on the way to finally lift the Premier League trophy.

WEST HAM UNITED 2-3 CHELSEA, 6 FEBRUARY 2002. Mikael Forssell may have represented Finland, but he was actually born in Germany, where his father – also a Finnish international – was based during his own football career.

Forssell junior had a reputation as something of a super-sub at Chelsea, and not just because his chances of making the starting line-up were reduced by the brilliant partnership of Eidur Gudjohnsen and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

However, manager Claudio Ranieri frequently used Forssell in tandem with Gianfranco Zola in a double substitution when Plan A ran into problems on the pitch.

Having already set a club record by scoring from the bench in four consecutive appearances earlier in the season, against Bolton, Norwich, West Ham and Tottenham, the Hammers were on the receiving end again in an FA Cup fourth-round replay.

Forssell and Zola were thrown on together after an hour, with the Blues trailing 2-1 at the Boleyn Ground, but it took the former less than three minutes to find the net and put us back on terms, before John Terry got the winning goal in injury time.

Michael Phelps raced a Great White shark. - Duration: 3:11.

Have you heard the news? Michael Phelps raced a Great White shark to kick off Discovery Channel's annual "Shark Week" in style. Phelps vs. Shark: Great Gold vs. Great White aired Sunday night after months of

anticipation, and it settled the question that I guess someone maybe thought of at some point: Could the greatest

living male human swimmer defeat an aquatic marvel honed by centuries of evolution to barrel through the ocean and gnash on seals at high speeds?

We'll never know, because the only thing Phelps raced was a computer simulation of a Great White shark. He admitted in interviews leading up to

the broadcast that he did not get in the water with a shark and then race it, which would have been insanely dangerous, and the show told viewers

that the blocky simulated shark was in fact not a fins-and-blood shark. Still, the "race," complete with starting gun and dramatic music

was treated as if it was actually happening and it made for some embarrassing television.

At the 25-meter mark, the Great White accelerates and takes the lead for the first time." No shit, that's what you programmed it to do. This is a spruced-up version of one of those videos they play between innings in

baseball stadiums where three helmets race and one section gets free pizza if their helmet wins, only with a fake

shark and a few dudes playing the whole affair way too straight. At least make it goofy, since, you know, you're having a guy pretend to race a shark.

The producers decided to keep things dramatic until the end, when the "shark" "surged ahead of" Phelps and "won" "the race." As a post-swim

Phelps eagerly told cameras after he had just finished not racing a shark, "You really see the speed that the animal has, how many different gears they can switch into when they really need to." No you don't.

The shark never deviates from a straight line or takes a lunge at Phelps, which, in an actual race against an actual shark, would be the only things

hat could make it a close finish. This may be putting too much thinking into what is a false spectacle, but the interesting thing about a human

racing a shark is them avoiding or not avoiding the hundreds of obsidian-sharp teeth in a shark's grill, not who has better straight

line speed. Why not just have CGI peak Michael Phelps race against CGI peak Mark Spitz or something?

Phelps hosted an hour-long rambling Facebook Live this morning, saying "I had fun racing a shark" (which he didn't do) and insisting it was not

his fault if viewers were hoodwinked into thinking he was racing a shark (perhaps by Discovery blurbs that promised "The Great White Shark meets the Greatest of All Time.")

You can believe whatever you want. Everything was either presented on-air during multiple interviews that I did throughout Shark Week or the beginning of the show," he said, getting snippy in response to another

comment. "Sorry you feel that way. For me, this is something I've always wanted to do and I was honored to be able to do it. I'm sorry that you feel that way, I feel very different.

Intense Coughing is Stomach Cough from Bad Dietary Habits 4 - Duration: 2:51.

The spleen and stomach are Yang organ,

so they like heat.

If you eat too much fruit, since fruit is mainly cold in nature,

and you are someone with deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,

then you end up getting sick.

Mrs. Liu on the other hand, didn`t have any special diet—

but she was busy trading on the stock market every day.

I`ve been trading stocks for years.

It`s just a hobby of mine,

I just think it is a fun thing to do.

I`m at home with nothing to do,

and my kid is at school,

I`m at home with nothing to do….

So, she is very earnest in her trading---

she puts all of her focus on this. She is very earnest.

And that being the case,

it actually causes a lot of pressure, so she can`t even relax,

and it even affects her lunch.

She just eats whatever is at home and go back to it,

and she doesn`t have enough time to digest.

Constantly watching the stock markets,

unpredictable changes,

while eating whatever is handy to save time,

this could be a reason for

the damage to her spleen and stomach?

? The transportation and transformation function of

the spleen and stomach, require the free flow of liver Qi,

in order to properly digest things.

With her, focusing so much on trading stocks,

with all of the pressure she has,

she had liver dysfunction

and her spleen and stomach couldn`t digest things.

It seems like there are reasons

for why their spleens and stomachs would be in poor health---

meaning that adjusting their spleens and stomach would be the focus.

So, we warm the middle Jiao, and nourish the spleen.

We used Chinese goldthread,

false starwort,

fried large-head atractylodes rhizome.

To balance the stomach we used orange peel,

pinella ternate, trifoliate orange, areca peel

and you can also use loquat leaves.

It was all medicine to treat the stomach,

and suppress stomach acid,

and there was some medicine

to treat some ulcers on my duodenum.

There really wasn`t any medicine for my cough.

Like Mr. Han,

Mrs. Liu took medicine to balance her spleen and stomach.

But didn`t she need to get treated for her cough?

I was much better, after two doses of Chinese medicine—

I could get a good night`s sleep.

As long as I could sleep at night, I was happy.

I took it for half a month,

and then I got another half a month`s worth of medicine,

and after that dose was finished,

I was much better.

After taking the medicine and having acupuncture performed,

after two or three acupuncture treatments,

it was almost instantaneously that my cough was almost completely better,

and I didn`t have any acid reflux

It was really amazing.

TCM states that any organ can cause coughing,

not just the lungs.

Some people think of those `false symptoms`

as illusions of disease.

Actually, it is not that the disease itself is cunning—

it`s just that we don`t know enough about ourselves.

Good physicians are like clever detectives,

being able to place together clues

to find the truth of a disease,

and help people resolve their problems.

How Often You Should Be Washing Your Towels, According To Science

Everyone has had that thought, whether it be about towels, sheets, or shirts, where

you wonder: "Am I a gross person if I go one more day without washing this?"

Apart from the clean freaks among us, we're all just trying to get by, doing the minimum

acceptable amount of washing to prevent romantic interests from thinking we're animals.

Unfortunately, when it comes to certain things, what is generally accepted as an appropriate

amount of cleaning may actually be way less than it should be.

For towels, I would say a fairly standard amount of time skipped between washes for

the average Joe is probably about a week.

Of course, this varies greatly.

Some may have read that and thought, 'Only one week?

That's disgusting!', while others may have thought, 'One week?

What kind of psycho has time to wash their towels that often?'.

But alas, our opinions on towel-washing-frequency are likely much less valuable than those of

microbiologist Philip Tierno of the New York University School of Medicine, who says that

once a week is definitely not enough.

So, the answer to the "am I gross?"

question, according to a literal scientist, is yes.

Yes, you are gross… and he's got legitimate evidence to prove just how often you should

be washing your towels.

Buckle in, because this is going to be upsetting.

According to Tierno, bath towels should be washed after every three uses.

The keyword here is uses, not days, as obviously those may not go hand in hand.

So what is the risk we run when we let our towels go too long without a tumble in the

washer?

Basically, we risk having our damp towel come to LIFE with microbes.

Microbes, tiny living organisms that we can't see, include bacteria and fungi.

The problem for us, is that microbes grow best when provided with warmth, moisture,

and oxygen… essentially everything that your bathroom IS, making it the perfect breeding

ground.

"A damp towel is growing," Tierno told Business Insider, meaning that your dirty

towel is pretty much alive.

We are covered in microbes all of the time, so the threat is obviously not THAT deadly. But,

it could be the reason for certain skin issues, including acne, infections, and even boils

(I know, ew).

You are especially at risk if you ever share a towel with somebody else, as doing so may

expose you to bacteria that your body isn't equipped to handle.

Let this serve as a friendly reminder to have a conversation with any roommates about whose

towel is whose, lest you find yourself in a situation where you unknowingly share a

towel with someone who believes that one doesn't wash a towel, the towel washes them:

Dick and Dom discuss the possible return of children's TV show Da Bungalow - Duration: 2:11.

Dick and Dom discuss the possible return of children's TV show Da Bungalow

Wacky comedy duo Dick and Dom have been talking about the potential return of the childrens TV show they starred in, Da Bungalow.

Although by no means confirming it, the presenting double act revealed that they were open to the possibility of the show – which ran from 2002 to 2006 – being revived.

No plans to bring it back at the moment, Dom – aka Dominic Wood – told BANG Showbiz (via The Sun).

I dont think wed ever say no. If the BBC asked us to bring back Da Bungalow for a one-off for Comic Relief or Children in Need, wed probably say yes..

However, he did lament that making it again in this day and age would be tricky: But bringing it back as a series, I think its probably best that we let it rest where it is.

Theres a lot more competition because theres Netflix and Amazon Prime and YouTube.

Kids dont want to go on a schedule – they want to watch when they want to watch it – and its very much about what their mates are talking about in the playground.

In terms of content, I think a programme like Da Bungalow probably wouldnt make it on air these days.

Recalling memories of making the original, Dick – aka Richard McCourt – said: The thing is with programmes like Da Bungalow, even though it was a Saturday morning it was such a good energy in that studio and TV centre.

As soon as you got there you just felt uplifted, and everyone felt the same, from the make-up team, the camera guys, everyone in the gallery, the exec, even the person who pulled up the old carpet that had muck on it – everyone just loved it.
