5 Video Marketing Strategies to Grow Your Business - Duration: 8:07.

Welcome back to the best place to build income, influence and impact for your business or
brand online.
If you're new here, make sure you subscribe because I share new social media and brand

Online video marketing is taking the internet by storm this year, and it's showing no
sign of slowing down.
Brands and businesses are taking video marketing beyond the cute cats and babies that may or
may not be flooding your news feeds, and tapping into this channel of content marketing to
reach new clients and customers.
With more video content being uploaded to the internet in a single month than TV has
created in three decades, it's no wonder more businesses are looking to claim their
piece of digital real estate in front of millions of potential clients and customers.
If you're not already exploring the world of video marketing, it's time you hop on
the bandwagon and buckle up because your business has the potential to skyrocket.
That's why today I'm going to share five relevant strategies for growing your business
using video marketing.
Number 1: YouTube
YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world, and just so happens to be owned
by the largest search engine in the world – Google.
People come to YouTube looking for answers to questions and solutions to problems, so
by creating quality, informative content, you can easily reach hundreds or thousands
of potential clients and customers.
Reaching a larger audience is exciting, but it's even better if you can convert them.
The best way I've found to do this is by creating a free content upgrade for each video
or video series you share.
That way, viewers can learn more by simply downloading a free checklist, workbook or
cheat sheet and you get to convert them to your email list.
Another great thing about incorporating YouTube into your content marketing strategy, is the
fact that you're essentially creating a resource library of evergreen content and
information.
This is content that you can easily repurpose and cross-promote across other social networks,
and even monetize either by optimizing each video for advertising, or by updating well-performing
content into other material like courses.
Number 2: Webinars
If you're looking for a universal solution to your list building, money making, video
marketing problems, webinars are your answer.
Webinars build your list by gating your content, which means that if someone wants to attend
they have to register their name and email.
The people who register for your webinar are decision-makers which leads to higher conversions
whether you're charging a fee to attend the webinar, or waiting until afterward to
sell a product or service.
Webinars are awesome if you're just getting your feet wet with video marketing, because
there isn't as much pressure to be on-camera the entire time.
You should at least make an appearance at the beginning and end, but in between you
can share slides that educate your audience and demonstrate your expertise in your niche.
Your goal with a webinar should be to make a big impact in a short period of time.
Gone are the days of keeping people on a webinar for an hour or more, instead, keep your focus
results-oriented.
Your audience should be able to walk away feeling confident about a specific process,
system or strategy which can generally be accomplished within 20-30 minutes of teaching
followed by a 10-15-minute Q&A.
You also want to leave yourself enough time to pitch your product or service before you
start losing your audience's attention, so if you keep the training short and sweet,
you can complete your webinar in under 1-hour.
Number 3: Live Streaming
It's hard to come across a social network that doesn't prioritize and encourage live
streaming.
First came Twitter with Periscope, then YouTube with Hangouts on Air and now YouTube Live,
Facebook, and now Instagram.
55% of North Americans watch videos online every day, and although each social algorithm
is unique, they are all currently pushing live video content to the top of their news
feeds.
So, while everyone is trying to find ways to "break the algorithm", you can simply
create live video content and get ranked in front of hundreds, even thousands of new people
every day for free.
Let's also not forget that people want to buy from and do business with people and brands
they know, like and trust, which is exactly what live video sets you up to accomplish.
It's real-time content that allows you to deliver value on-demand in a transparent,
less scripted manner.
Number 4: Micro Videos
Whichever came first – Snapchat, Instagram or Facebook – each of these social networks
now gives us the relatively same opportunity to dip our toes into the video marketing pond
with bite-sized stories while still having the chance to edit or delete stories we don't
like.
Regardless of which platform you use, stories are a great way to humanize your brand or
business and create a deeper connection with your target audience.
I do have to say my personal favourite is Instagram stories, simply because they go
beyond the filters, text and stickers and allow you to tag other users, geotag your
location, include external links, and use hashtags.
That makes them the perfect tool for taking your audience behind the scenes, promoting
other content, collaborating and engaging with other brands and businesses, answering
questions, and educating your audience – all without the pressure of being picture perfect.
Number 5: Digital Summits
Although it's fun and exciting to attend summits in-person and interact with other
people you've met online in-person, a digital summit is an equally awesome way to bring
people together while also tapping into video marketing.
Organizing a digital summit is definitely not low-maintenance, but the payoff is well-worth
the hard work.
Not only do you get to connect with other like-minded professionals in your niche and
within vertical niches, but you also get to tap into their audience's and convert them
by being a part of it yourself.
You also have the opportunity to monetize a digital summit the way you would an in-person
event by charging for access.
This goes back to what I was saying earlier about webinars in the sense that people signing
up and paying for your digital summit are decision-makers, and are more likely to take
additional action.
That provides you with another opportunity to pitch a product or service at the end of
your portion in the summit just like you would at the end of a webinar.
Just make sure that the focus is always tangible results for your audience!
These are just five ways you can incorporate video marketing into your content strategy
to grow your business, but the options don't stop here.

How to Remember Everything You'll Ever Learn (Spaced Repetition) - Duration: 3:56.
Hey guys, what's up, this is Ari in Beijing, and today we're gonna be talking about how
to remember everything you've ever learned via the magic of spaced repetition.
And no, that's no exaggeration — it's entirely possible and in this video I'm
going to show you exactly how!
So I don't think I've ever talked about this before but in my spare time in addition
to making these silly videos I actually teach Chinese, no surprise there.
Now one of the biggest problems I find with my students is vocabulary retention: they'll
cram some vocabulary or grammar one week, but a few more weeks go by and they've seemingly
completely forgotten everything they learned.
And this probably describes how you've learned things in school as well.
Now why is this?
Well it turns out unless you are actually using the vocabulary you learn the brain simply
says, hey, I don't need this vocabulary anymore given that I haven't heard it in
a while, let me throw it in the garbage.
And that actually makes sense, right?
The brain has evolved over billions of years to be as efficient as possible, and why is
your brain going to waste memory cells on stuff you're not using?
However, it turns out there's actually a scientifically proven way to hack the way
the brain forgets to ensure that you can remember whatever you want forever.
So way back in 1885 the German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus found out through numerous
studies that have since been verified many times over about the forgetting curve, which
is that the brain forgets things in an exponential way.
As time goes on, you lose memories faster and faster.
BUT, once you are given a reminder of the material after a little bit of time, the curve
restarts and starts to get flatter.
Meaning that after your first reminder it's going to take you longer to forget the material.
Repeat this several times over and the curves keep getting flatter, and at some point they
basically become completely flat and enter your memory permanently.
Now the magic of this process is that it's extremely time efficient.
So whereas the first and second review might need to be next to each other by only a couple
days, your fourth and fifth review are separated by two months.
So rather than spending all that time cramming the night before a test only to forget the
material in a week, you could instead spread that exact same amount of time over several
months and yet remember the material for far longer.
So you might be thinking this is great and all but these charts seem really complicated!
Well that's exactly what we have computers for!
So my longtime subscribers will know that I talk a lot about Anki on this show, which
is a free program that implements precisely this spaced repetition system.
But there's other software too, like Memrise, which has lots of premade courses that unlike
most textbooks are based around the principles of spaced repetition.
And one other thing I think is worth mentioning is that spaced repetition, as good as is it,
is actually just an imitation of the natural language learning process.
If you're a native speaker of English you know the meaning of the word "jacuzzi"
despite probably not having heard it in a long time — you may have heard it a bunch
of times one summer vacation and now you don't need to hear it that often for the meaning
to be reinforced.
So eventually once you get into the advanced phases of language learning learning by osmosis
from native level media or conversation is effectively your spaced repetition, and you
no longer need programs like Anki or Memrise.

Holy Spirit Visitation: Neo Christos Church Part 2 of 2 - Duration: 9:58.
My name is Mohini, otherwise known as Elaine.
And today, I would like to talk to you about having a visitation of the Holy Spirit, and,
most importantly, to give you an experience of the visitation.
So, for the past few weeks, we've been working with Dr. Pillai's technology for praying
in the Spirit — where we pray in an unknown language and God speaks back to us by giving
us the interpretation.
Now, the key to praying in the Spirit is to get into the Holy Spirit.
We need a visitation of the Holy Spirit.
And Benny Hinn tells a beautiful story about how he went to see the famous evangelist,
Kathryn Kuhlman.
And his entire life changed from the moment he heard her talking about the Holy Spirit
as her intimate friend.
And she passionately said, "He's all I've got."
And she pointed out to the audience and said, "He is more real to me than all of you.
He's more real to me than the entire world."
And Benny Hinn made a prayer in his heart, "Dear God, I want to be like that.
I want to experience you like that."
So when he went back home to his place in Toronto; it was late at night.
He tried going to bed, but something pulled him up off the bed.
He got down on his knees.
And he didn't even know how to start praying to the Holy Spirit, but with very simple words
he just spoke to the Holy Spirit and said, "Holy Spirit I thought that I knew you,
but now I don't.
Can I meet you?
Can I really meet you?"
And he waited.
He didn't think anything was going to happen.
And all of a sudden he had an electrifying jolt run through his body; and his entire
body began vibrating.
And then the Presence of God showered over him like a warm soft blanket; and he felt
as if his bedroom was transported into Heaven.
And for hours, he was filled with the Presence of the Holy Spirit.
And from that day, the Holy Spirit was his best friend, his companion, his guide.
So today, I want to help you to have an experience like that.
With Dr. Pillai's blessings, that has been the experience of the Holy Spirit for me.
And it is such a precious gift to have a Being like that, who is always with you, comforting
you, guiding you, speaking to you, helping you to know where to go, what to do.
And, most importantly, when you are in those times, when you are facing a challenge and
the mind starts to wander and ricochet all around as if a bird is trapped in a room and
trying desperately to get out, you have to stop and just give yourself over to the presence
of the Holy Spirit and let him do Miracles in your life.
And that is what we are going to do now.
We're going to ask for a visitation of the Spirit so that the Holy Spirit can be our
personal friend and always be with us.
Close your eyes.
Go into your heart and make a simple heartfelt prayer: "Holy Spirit can I meet you today?
I want to know you, I want to feel you.
I want to be with you.
Come, make yourself known to me today."
Now we're going to call upon the Holy Spirit to be with us using the password given by
Dr. Pillai, the Hebrew word, 'Ruach.'
Say with me: Ruach Feel the Presence.
Ruach.
Feel the Presence of the Holy Spirit.
[chants] Ruach, Ruach, Ruach.
Every time you say Ruach, pause and wait and feel the Presence of the Holy Spirit.
Allow the Holy Spirit to come and envelope you.
You have to want it more than anything in the world.
Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach.
Now, raise your palms to the Heavens.
And visualize Golden Flames of Fire showering down from the Heavens above.
Feel yourself surrounded by the Presence, and Power and the Person of the Holy Spirit.
Receive the Flames of Fire through the palms of your hands.
And allow yourself to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Wait upon the Presence of the Holy Spirit.Be open.
Be receptive.
"Come Holy Spirit let me meet you today."
And say with me: "Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach, Ruach."
Now stop the sounds.
Focus on your belly.
Allow an unknown language to pour up and out of the belly and out over your tongue.
And speak forth anything that emerges.
Speak it forth.
Will it to happen.
Speak and create.
Now become quiet.
Go deep within, and listen to God speaking back to you.
And if it feels natural, speak forth the interpretation that God is giving you today.
And relax.
And open your eyes.
[End Holy Spirit Experience] I encourage all of you to really go to the Holy Spirit and
ask for a visitation.
If it didn't happen today, it can happen, it will happen.
And every time you pray in the Spirit, if you don't receive a message just be open.
It can come anytime through the day.
And most importantly feel all day as if the Holy Spirit is with you.
When you wake up in the morning, you can even say, "Good Morning Holy Spirit."
Welcome the Holy Spirit into your life all throughout the day just like we do with our
loved ones.
We look to them; we feel their presence; we acknowledge them.
We want to have a relationship with them.
Just like that, you have to seek a relationship with the Holy Spirit more than anything that
you want in the world.
And the Holy Spirit will definitely make itself known to you in the way that is special to
you.
So I encourage you, "Be with the Spirit."
Have the Holy Spirit as your friend.
And watch the Miracles pour into your life.

More and more people are favoring vegetarianism, for reasons that range from religious to health
and environment related.
The related market has grown so large that it is subject to economic analysis.
In an era of a million vegetarians, we look into the vegetarian culture and vegenomics.
At a park in Seoul last Sunday, mouth-watering smells emanated from here and there.
People were drawn to spaghetti, pizza and hand-made burgers prepared on the spot, but
amazingly, these dishes contain no meat.
This is the site of a Vegan Festival.
There are many types of vegetarianism, and among them, veganism is among the most stringent.
"Vegans are people who do not use any products on the market that contain meat, eggs, dairy,
honey, or even animal-tested products or leather.
That's the lifestyle they aim for."
Many believe that the foods which are available to vegetarians is highly limited, but the
range of foods is very diverse.
Bread made with vegetable oil instead of butter and eggs, spaghetti made from soy cream, cheese
made with coconut milk and meat substitutes made with soy protein are among the many food
substitutes that provide a multitude of flavors.
"This is a food called tempeh.
It's very well known as a vegan food.
There are foods similar to Korea's own fermented soy cheonggukjang, so I tried to bring this
to create a dish.
"
The event venue was crowded not only with vegans but those who favor vegetarianism and
others who were simply curious.

U.S.
market research group Mintel cited the expansion of veganism and vegetarianism as a food trend
of 2017.
According to the Korea Vegetarian Union, vegetarians account for 2% of Korea's population, numbering
approximately 1 to 1.5 million.
However, the number is thought to be much higher if those who favor vegetarianism due
to health or environment-related reasons are tallied in addition to strict practitioners.
"I feel that interest can only grow regarding proper, healthy foods.
Interest in health, the environment and animals' rights is increasing.
It appears that interest in vegetarianism is growing as a result.
"
In fact, vegan food made entirely from plant-based ingredients, is emerging as a type of healthy
food culture trend.
This is an organic food shop in Seoul.
Various processed foods come into view, including soy milk without any animal-based vitamin
D3 and a meat substitute made from brown rice.
The shop is developing various processed vegetarian foods, such as vegetarian curry and vegetable
dumplings.
"Some people come in the interests of their health.
Others are patients who can't eat meat.
As a result, due to customer demand, plant-based processed foods that do not contain meat like
sweet and sour pork with rice-based meat substitute are being released.
"
According to analysis of Q1 earnings by one open market, the sales for processed vegan
foods marked a double-digit growth compared to a year ago.
What this demonstrates is that more consumers are seeking processed vegetarian foods, even
among those who are not vegetarians.
"It's impossible to live without eating vegetables.
Doing so would result in various reactions within our bodies.
Vegetarian processed foods are used in order to consume produce more conveniently and easily.
"
Vegetarian restaurants are also on the rise.
Their menus resemble any other restaurant's, with steaks, pizzas, hamburgers, sausages
and chicken.
But no dairy or eggs are used in the vegan dishes, let alone meat.
This dish, which resembles fried pork cutlet, is called a rice-cutlet, and it's made with
brown rice.
The pizza likewise contains no milk-based cheese, eggs, or meat.
Thanks to various vegetarian preparations developed by vegan chefs, more and more diners
are gathering here.
"It feels like an entirely new concept of meat flavor.
I felt as if I wouldn't really have to eat meat."
"People who try vegan food for the first time might find it to be unfamiliar.
But once they get used to it they begin to wonder
why anyone would eat meat instead of vegan foods.

Despite the vegetarian nature, the flavors and mouthfeel that resemble ordinary foods
are leading to a preference for vegetarianism and even confidence in a vegan lifestyle.
"There are many people who thought it was all about eating greens or fruits only.
But upon learning that there are alternatives like pasta, cheese or cream, they gain confidence
that they can go vegan.
"
Korea's vegetarian population is still small compared to other countries, but the vegetarian
market is expected to grow steadily.
" I feel that this vegetarian market is a blue ocean.
That's why I hope that more restaurants, vegetable-related foods, and infrastructure
will be provided.
"
The vegetarian market has surpassed the 2 trillion Korean won mark.
Vegetarian consumers represent a blue ocean for the food industry.
It appears likely that competition and the development of dishes to entice them will
only continue to intensify.

Ottawa travel guide video (Visit Canada tourism) - Duration: 9:33.
Welcome back to Traveling with Krushworth.
On this travel guide, I'm in Ottawa, Canada's capital.
Not only is Ottawa the seat of government, but it's
known for its art and heritage.
May is a perfect time for the famed Tulip Festival.
Seventy-two years after Canada helped free the
Dutch people from the Nazis, the flowers are an annual gift
from the Netherlands for Canada's role in housing Dutch royals during the war.
To this day, the Royals and the Dutch Bulb Growers Association
sends 10,000 bulbs each a year, as a lasting legacy for the
assistance Canada provided during dark times.
2017 marks Canada's 150th anniversary since its founding in 1867.
Ottawa offers museums, markets, natural areas,
government buildings, but also surprises like yoga on Parliament Hill.
The Ottawa Jail Hostel, which was once the Carleton county
jail from 1862 to 1972, welcomes visitors like myself,
but the building has been named one of the world's most haunted sites.
The stairs are guarded by grim anti-suicide grates,
and the old cells have been repurposed into rooms.
The cell blocks are eerie, but no where near as strange as floor eight.
This is where the hostel remains much the same as
it was when the building ceased to be a jail 45 years ago.
This floor was the jail's Death Row, and the gallows remain in
a dingy, dark cell.
This place is giving me the willies and I have to sleep here tonight
On level four, so the ghosts, I really hope (they) stay up here on level eight.
Alright, and that's enough of the Death Row
Canada's Centennial Flame burns bright in the Parliament buildings'
public grounds.
Located just inside the Queen's Gates, the
monument was erected 50 years ago in 1967.
Built in the Victorian High Gothic Style, East Block
houses the historic office of Canada's first Prime Minister,
John A. MacDonald.
Massive renovations are ongoing on Parliament Hill.
If you're lucky, visitors might see the current Prime Minister,
Justin Trudeau on government business.
I had the opportunity to
see him open a monument to Canada's tradespeople.
The National War Memorial is a solemn place to
reflect upon the immense sacrifices all Canadian military
personnel have made in years long past, now and into the future.
The memorial was installed in 1939 on the eve of the Second World War
to remember those who served and made the ultimate
sacrifice during the Great War from 1914 to 1918.
In 2014, Corporal Nathan Cirillo was gunned down while
guarding the memorial.
The attacker stormed Canada's Parliament
where he was killed by former sergeant at arms Kevin Vickers.
Cirillo's death shocked the nation, but Canadians came
together stronger than ever to protect the democratic values our
forefathers fought for us to keep.
I crossed the bridge from Ottawa to Gatineau, Quebec to visit
the Canadian Museum of History.
Close to 20,000 years of
human heritage await travellers when they walk inside.
My first steps into the Grand Hall offered a striking view
of the Pacific Coast's First Nations, but other exhibits are dedicated to
indigenous peoples' art, culture and artifacts through the ages.
To this day, the museum, the country's most visited,
continues to be a necessary addition to the city and
nation's landscape, as Canadians find it vital to learn the events that shaped the past
The exhibits I saw are a true celebration of First Nations culture.
But, the facility continues to grow and change.
As the country celebrates 150 years, the museum opened
its new Canadian History Hall in July 2017 for all generations to enjoy.
Construction of Ottawa's Rideau Canal, which is now
a UNESCO World Heritage Site, started in 1826 as a
reaction to the War of 1812, which saw an American invasion of what is now Canada.
The goal was to form a secure waterway from Montreal to Kingston, Ontario.
Lieutenant Colonel John By oversaw the canal's
construction and Bytown, Ottawa's early predecessor,
boomed around the massive undertaking.
The 202 kilometre long waterway was finished in 1832
and is navigated through a system of locks and dams.
19 of those kilometres were man-made, dug by hand.
The Canadian Parliament buildings have existed at the
very heart of Canada since the early days of the country's founding.
The initial buildings on Parliament Hill were finished by 1876.
A massive fire, however, devastated Centre Block on Parliament Hill
and shook the young nation in 1916.
Early structures were
incinerated, but the country's famed Parliamentary library was spared.
Librarian Alpheus Todd had once asked for iron
fire doors, and these were shut before library staff fled
into the cold winter night.
Canadians have always been resilient and Parliament was rebuilt.
The library was absolutely unbelievable.
For me, it was if I stepped back to a time when early
Parliamentarians were using the knowledge housed within to shape the country's foundation.
To this day, bullets scar the wooden frame of the
library's door and the very walls of Parliament.
These are grim reminders
of the 2014 attack on Canada's Centre Block.
I was fortunate to have a tour of Canada's Parliament by John Barlow, MP for Foothills.
Visiting the Canadian Senate, the house of "sober second thought," was one of many
highlights.
Every morning as the clock chimes 11, the Turning of the Page
Ceremony takes place in the Memorial Chamber on
the second floor of Canada's Peace Tower.
A member of the House of Commons Protective Services
turns one page on each of the Seven Books of Remembrance,
including the First World War, to honour the wartime dead.
100 years after the 1917 Battle of Vimy Ridge, I
visited the Canadian War Museum to reflect on Canadians'
sacrifices as they took the French hill from the Germans in the First World War.
This battle was a first for the early nation, in that each
and every division of the Canadian corps fought side-by-side
on the same field.
I'm deeply proud of what these men did.
Two years previously, the British had attempted to take
the hill in 1915, but couldn't.
Enter the Canadians and these men were
unstoppable, using the creeping barrage to do the impossible.
To this day, the Vimy Ridge Memorial is a Canadian pilgrimage.
Two of my great-grandfathers fought at Vimy for the Canadians,
one of whom died, and is named on the memorial.
The Canadian War Museum houses a vast collection from
this country's service men and women who fought in conflicts
worldwide, and all guests should visit these exhibits.
However, nothing prepared me for the emotional experience
that was taking in the paintings from First World War masters, many
of which feature deadly battlefields to mustard gas attacks.
These works of art offer an entirely new take on war,
one that comes from the brush strokes of the very people who
lived, breathed and returned home to build the nation we have today.
