Tips for Underground Shopping + $10 Korean Fashion Haul - Duration: 7:55.

Captions provided by KickSubs.com

Good morning, everyone!

Today I have a special video featuring Q2HAN.

Well, they're not here but we both decided to collab

on the topic of underground shopping here in Korea.

So, I've been to many underground shopping centers

in Gangnam, Express Bus Terminal,

Jongno as well as Yeongdeungpo.

And there are much more than that

but those are the top four that I can think of

that are quite big compared to the other ones.

Underground shopping is very popular

because you can buy a lot of clothes for a very cheap price.

I often go during the winter

to pick up a cardigan for 15,000 won

which is less than 15 dollars

and skirts, jeans, you can buy so much

for a very discounted price.

Because if you go to places like Myeongdong

a lot of those pop-ups

they buy from these underground shopping centers.

So, they are reselling it for like a thousand, two thousand won more.

But, yeah, that's why if you have the time and patience

definitely check out the underground shopping here.

I think the Express Bus Terminal is the cheapest

but personally my favorite is Gangnam

only because it's much smaller

and there are lots of trendy pieces that you can find

like all in one place.

Express Bus Terminal, there are so many different ones,

so you do kinda have to look around.

However, if you are okay with that

and if you want an adventure

definitely recommend Express Bus Terminal.

So initially Q2HAN asked if we could do a 30,000 won outfit challenge

and to be honest I didn't have the time

to go to the other underground shopping centers for this video

because of the travels.

So, I decided to share some tips. I have five.

And the haul at the end of this video.

Number one, have cash.

These stores prefer cash over card

because it's just easier that way.

And you can possibly get a discount if you have cash.

And also, you don't have to pay an extra fee if you have a card.

So, don't forget to carry cash

when you're going underground shopping.

Number two is make two rounds.

Whenever you walk into the Express Bus Terminal

or any underground shopping centers actually,

you'll notice that a lot of the stores carry the same shirts,

blouses, skirts, shoes and whatnot.

There is a possibility where when you buy it

and after like ten steps

you'll see that the thing you just bought

is actually a thousand or two thousand won cheaper.

So I recommend that you make two rounds.

First round, walk around and look for pieces that you are interested in

and then the second one, go back to the shops that had discounted prices

and clothes that you liked.

I wanna say the deeper you go into the underground shopping centers,

you'll notice that the clothes get cheaper.

So, right when you walk in you'll see that, "Oh, my gosh! Everything is so pretty"

and you wanna get all the shopping over with

but then trust me

like five minutes in you'll notice that they carry the same stuff,

but it's cheaper.

Number three is commit to a shop.

So if you walk into one specific shop

and pick like three to five things,

there's a higher chance that the owner will give you a discount,

and if you use a card they won't charge you

because you just bought three to five things from them.

So, commit to a shop.

I usually commit to three to four shops

and it would usually for accessories, clothes, clothes and shoes.

Number four is to go on a weekday.

Weekends are packed,

and it's impossible to look through all the items.

So go on a weekday,

and if you do wanna go on a weekend,

in the morning because that's when they open up

and not a lot of people are there.

During the weekends people like to sleep in.

So go in the morning if you wanna go on a weekend.

But it's much easier to shop during a weekday.

My final tip is to learn basic Korean when you go to the shops.

A lot of them might speak English,

but it's just easier and friendlier if you do so.

Some phrases or two phrases that I will share with you guys is,

"Eolma eyo?" That's "How much is it?"

"Kkag-ajuseyo" and that translates to "Can I get a discount?"

So, I hope those tips are helpful and now let's get on to the haul.

Everything I bought in this haul is 10,000 won or less.

So that means it's less than ten dollars.

So I did pick up a good amount of stuff.

So I will share with you guys now.

And first we have this blue blouse.

And I really love the sleeves because you can tie it

and it's just very cutesy and lovely.

And I love the color.

That blouse I believe was 10,000 won.

And the next top I have is this shirt right here.

And I just love this pattern.

This was only 5,000 won.

And I believe I bought it with one of the skirts,

so I got a discount, actually.

Moving on to bottoms now.

The skirt I bought the shirt with is this long, pleated one.

And I just really like this because

it's just nice and flowy and perfect for the summer.

The other white skirt I picked up is this floral one right here.

And it's just super lovely.

And I love how it shows off a little bit of black.

Both of those were 10,000 won

but because I bought some stuff,

they give me like a 2,000 won discount,

which is something I'm always down for.

Next, we have these black shorts right here

and there's a ribbon in here.

With this, you can wear something very plain on the top

and your outfit will still look complete because of this cute detail.

Next, I bought some comfy shorts to wear around the house

and also the gym if I ever decide to go back.

And here they are. Each of these were 5,000 won each.

Both of them are gray.

And finally, something that I can never pass by

when I'm shopping underground are socks.

Korean socks are super soft.

And there are always so many to choose from.

And each of these were about 900 won.

But if you look closely at the tag, it says 3,500 won.

So if you go to certain stores,

they actually sell these socks for this price.

I've been really into these transparent-like socks.

Where it shoes a little bit of skin. It's very mesh.

And I just love how these look with tennis shoes

or even sandals.

I also got it in pink,

a striped one,

as well as just plain ones with a pink and gray detail.

I hope you guys found this video helpful.

This was one of the most highly requested videos from me

to go to an underground shopping center and share a haul.

So, I finally did it.

And don't forget to check out Q2HAN

to check out their 30,000 won outfit challenge

from Express Bus Terminal.

And I do wanna say

I love how in Korea you can buy a full cute outfit for an affordable price.

And I feel like with 30 dollars you can buy a shirt in America.

Like maybe two shirts.

Definitely check out the Korean fashion here.

If you want more fashion videos from me,

comment down below.

And in the description box,

I'll try my best to share the information on underground shopping

because it might be helpful.

All right, see you guys in my next video.

Annyeong!

Astral Projection The Bitter Truth - Duration: 5:24.

Astral Projection The Bitter Truth

Astral travel for me is I close my eyes they dont close all the way and

Im peering through a slit and this happens: the instant I close my eyes I see people and

places instantly.

Maybe its more like remote viewing.

Stanley Victor Paskavich Astral projection is defined as a willful

out-of-body experience.

Believed to be a form of telepathy, this concept assumes that the consciousness or soul often

referred to as an astral body is a separate entity from the physical body, and therefore

able to travel outside of the body through the universe.

A belief that has existed throughout history, dating back to ancient times, it is one that

has been discussed, debated and contested throughout the decades.

At this time experts believe that somewhere between 8% and 20% of people make the claim

that they have had an out-of-body experience at some stage in their lives.

This includes experienced during sleep, while under hypnosis or one that comes about from

nothing more than mere relaxation.

The difficulty in quantifying whether or not astral projection exists in the world of science

is the inability to actually measure the moments in which individuals state that their spirit

leaves or enters their body.

Without tracking this phenomenon there is no way to scientifically measure and assess

whether there truly is a separation between body and soul, or whether they are merely

experiencing a heightened dream state.

Susan Blackmore, author of Beyond the Body: An Investigation of Out-of-the-Body Experiences

explained that people who experience astral travel have been found to score higher

on measures of hypnotizability and, in several surveys, on measures of absorption, [a] measure

of a persons ability to pay complete attention to something and to become immersed in it,

even if it is not real, or imagined event.

Claiming that those who identify as having out-of-body-experiences are more suggestible,

imaginative and fantasy-prone, experts do advise that these individuals have low levels

of drug and alcohol use, and no obvious signs of mental illness or psychopathology.

The question remains, then, if they are not experiencing an out of body experience, what

is actually happening?

It is possible that they are entering a dream state during a microsleep. A microsleep

refers to any time that an individual falls asleep for half a second to a minute, not

realizing that they have done so.

Often people who experience this state wake up believing that they have been asleep for

minutes, or even hours, unaware that they were only sleeping for such a short time.

During this time, it is conceivable that they may be having extremely vivid and realistic

dreams, which are then being interpreted as an out of body experience.

Despite the inability to scientifically prove or disprove the phenomenon, it continues to

take the world by storm, bringing in large incomes for those who are able to appeal to

the believers.

Mark Pritchard even offers an online course and book on how you can learn to astral travel

in eight weeks.

While this may be entirely true, or nothing more than a money grab, it is both entertaining

and harmless.

There have, however, been cases where the experience has been life-changing.

While scientists continue to speculate whether they believe this can actually occur, there

are limitations to science and aspects of the natural world that it cannot hope to understand.

For this reason, whether it can be scientifically measured doesnt disprove its ability to

occur.

It simply leaves us with unanswered questions and the amazing first-hand accounts of those

who have experienced it, until such time that Science may some day catch up.

[Science] is not perfect.

It can be misused.

It is only a tool.

But it is by far the best tool we have, self-correcting, ongoing, applicable to everything

Harjatan in Tomb of Sargeras - Heroic/Normal Harjatan ToS Boss Guide - Duration: 3:33.

Hi!

I'm Hazel, and this is a guide to Normal and Heroic difficulty Harjatan in the Tomb

of Sargeras.

He's a big ol Naga Brute with some Sweet Conch shell pauldrons, and he's got his own army

of murloc fanboys to like his tweets and demolish his enemies.

The running theme in this fight is to avoid picking up extra stacks of Drenched by doing

mechanics correctly.

That basically boils down to good positioning, a little awareness and killing adds as soon

as you can.

Drenched puts a dot on you and makes you take more damage from pretty much everything.

Too many of those and you'll stress out your healers until they decide maybe they're just

better off without you.

When Harjatan reaches full energy, he'll cast Unchecked Rage.

Almost the entire raid needs to be stacked for this to help soak the damage.

Unless you have somewhere else to be, stack with the group on his butt at all times.

When he's topping up and about to blow, tanks should face him towards the group for the

Unchecked Rage cast.

Jagged Abrasion Is the tank swap mechanic.

Take 4 to 5 stacks, then switch and let your stacks drop off.

Whoever doesn't have the boss should be picking up Murloc Wavemenders as they spawn to keep

them away from the group.

Commanding Roar will summon adds, which are a huge part of this fight.

There are two types of adds, and both will do their best to stack Drenched up on the

raid.

Adds are always top priority before the boss.

The longer the murlocs stay up, the more raid damage the healers will have to manage and

there's already plenty to go around.

Razorjaw Wavemender sound like they'd heal, but bizarrely enough that's not their cup

of tea.

They will try and cast Watery Splash to build Drenched on their target, which should be

kicked if possible.

They'll also cast Aqueous Burst on random non-tanks.

That needs to be taken to the edge of the room and away from your friends before it

explodes and leaves a puddle.

The puddle applies drenched, so you really don't want those getting dropped in the group.

Razorjaw Gladiators are fixate adds.

They'll choose somebody and chase them with Driven Assault.

Whoever is picked needs to kite that add out of the group and stay ahead of it.

As long as the Gladiator doesn't catch you, he won't use his Splashy Cleave or Dripping

Blade so just play keepaway.

At the end of his cast, he'll cast it again on a new target and somebody else gets to

kite.

If he gets in the group and starts Splashy Cleaving you're going to have a whole mess

of Drenched over everybody so it's important that people realize when they're being chased

and go run.

Harjatan will periodicaly cast Draw In, which is going to give you some Nythendra flashbacks

from Emerald Nightmare.

He stops what he's doing and pulls all the puddles in towards him, with each one giving

him a Frigid Blows stack.

The raid needs to dodge those puddles on their way in to avoid picking up extra stacks of

Drenched.

When he's finished drawing in, he's going to bust out some Frigid Blows.

During Frigid Blows, you want to spread out along the edges of the room while he shakes

off all his stacks.

Pretend that he's a wet dog and you're letting him shake off before you go in for pets.

Puddles will come down, and you want to dodge those and continue standing at the edges to

keep the center of the room puddle free.

When he's done clearing his stacks, he'll do some damage, clear everyone's drenched

and it's back to business.

And that's the whole fight.

This encounter is exactly the same mechanically on Normal and Heroic, with the only difference

being the damage and health numbers.

On LFR, you won't see the Gladiator adds but it's otherwise the same.

The fight at one point had a Darkscale Taskmaster add that you can still see in the model list

of the Dungeon Journal, but he's been removed from all version of the fight.

So, that's Harjatan!

He drops tier gloves and his fight is available in the first wing of LFR that open now, so

if you need gloves go kill him on as many difficulties as you can muster.

Thanks for watching!

Stay tuned for more Tomb of Sargeras guides, please consider leaving a like if you liked

it and have a wonderful, wonderful day.

Bye!

Multifocal Contact Lenses for Presbyopia: Are They Right for You? - Duration: 1:48.

If you have presbyopia and are looking to be fit with contact lenses, your eye doctor

may recommend multifocal contacts.

These lenses are designed for patients who have presbyopia, which is the gradual loss

of your eye's focusing power over time.

Multifocal contacts allow both of your eyes to work as a team to see clearly up close

and far away.

Also, they look and feel the same as any other contact lens, so comfort typically isn't

an issue.

Just like reading glasses, they come in different strengths and can significantly improve your

quality of life.

Multifocal contact lenses come in soft, hard and hybrid options.

Soft multifocal contact lenses are the most popular and are available in daily, biweekly

and monthly disposable materials.

On the other hand, hard and hybrid multifocal contact lenses are a great alternative to

soft multifocals.

These lenses often take longer for your eye doctor to fit and are mostly reserved for

people who have astigmatism or require strict visual requirements.

When your doctor first fits you with multifocal contact lenses, keep in mind the following:

1) They work BEST with both eyes together.

Therefore, don't go back and forth comparing your vision between each eye.

It won't be as clear as your vision with both eyes together and will drive you crazy!

They often take time to adapt to.

Therefore, they may require a week or two of wearing before you know if they're going

to fit your lifestyle.

2) They work best in environments with good lighting conditions.

Therefore driving at night or reading in a dimly lit room may be challenging.

3) Lastly, if you have a high amount of astigmatism or have difficulty seeing with multifocal

contact lenses, a monovision contact lenses fit may be a good option for you.

Curious if you're a candidate for multifocal contact lenses?

What are you waiting for?

Make sure to schedule an appointment with your local eye care professional today!

How To Source Great Images For Your Blog - Duration: 3:42.

- It's video and blogging tips time today

and today, I'm gonna specifically give you

a couple of tips

on what images you need to use for your blog posts.

Hey there, I'm Tracey from TraceyRose.com

And in today's video I'm going to share with you

what a lot of people don't realise about the images

they're putting on their blogs.

A lot of images, people are just taking from Google.

This is a big no-no.

I'm gonna share with you why, and also what kinds of images

you need to be using, and where you can find those

or create those yourself.

So back in the day when blogs were starting to get

really really big, people were just taking images

from Google and putting them on their blogs

and not even attributing to where those images came from.

I actually know people who this has happened to

and they've end up having to spend thousands of dollars

on fines because the images were not their own.

So what can you do to combat this?

Well the easiest thing is to always

use your own images.

There's plenty of places to go and find free images.

You can go to pixabay.com or you can go to canva.com

and you can actually even create

some of your own images with Canva.

Canva has a lot of free images

with image creating software.

That is a very easy one to use.

PicMonkey, a lot of people find PicMonkey

easy to use, as well.

I personally use Canva most of the time.

You could also just pay someone on fiverr

to do them for you.

Now make sure that they know they're not to be using

images that are copyrighted.

There's also some other places which are kind of like

image communities and kind of marketplaces.

There's one called Creative Market and each week

they will give you a free set of images to download.

And they also have images for sale, there as well,

which are quite inexpensive.

Sometimes I will go to buy some

or some colour images or flower background images

and download like a pack of 20.

There's also another one called,

I think it's called Haute Chocolate. (laughs)

And each week, she will also deliver you

some free images and then if you want to

you can upgrade and buy some of the other images

and stuff like that.

But they're really called marketplaces to get

some great images for your website.

That will look really professional.

But another really easy thing that I do

is just use images of photos of myself

while I'm recording the video.

So here's a little trick

often when I'm recording a video at the end

I will sit there and kind of pose and smile

for the camera, which, sort of seems

a little bit awkward (laughs)

but I'll show you what I mean.

What I'll do is I'll keep the camera recording

and I'll often sit to the side of the camera

so that I've got some space here

to put in some text for my blog post.

Does that make sense?

So I will sit there and smile like this.

(pop music)

Or. (laughs)

So then when I'm editing, I can take a little

screenshot, save a little image from that file

and then I put them in Canva

and then I add some little text, like I said,

on the side of the image.

And then I'm never ever worried about

whether the images are mine or not

because they're always mine.

So if you are watching this video on my blog

below, I will actually list a few resources

some free, and some paid resources

where you can go buy some images.

Or like I said before, just take some screenshots

of yourself doing video and then pop some text on top.

I hope you enjoyed this video today,

and got some value.

If you know someone that this will help,

please share it with them.

And if you'd like some more tips on marketing

and mindset, head over to my website TraceyRose.com

and I'll see you in the next video.

(pop music)

So what do to (stammering)

(laughs)

Oh My God! The SICK Thing Obama Just Said About President Trump Is As UN American As It Gets! - Duration: 2:12.

Oh My God!

The SICK Thing Obama Just Said About President Trump Is As UN-American As It Gets!

By Lindsey Bruce

Even though Obama is out of office, he still seems to feel the need to address large crowds

in other countries and apologize for America.

This time however it isnt our country he is apologizing for, its our president!

While giving a speech in Jakarta, Indonesia, Obama took a swipe at President Trump and

complained about the temporary absence of American leadership.

In Paris, we came together around the most ambitious agreement in history about climate

change, an agreement that even with the temporary absence of American leadership, can still

give our children a fighting chance, Obama said.

Obama also warned about the rise of an aggressive kind of nationalism, which was

another obvious attack against President Trump and his policy of putting America first.

We start seeing a rise in sectarian politics, we start seeing a rise in an aggressive kind

of nationalism, we start seeing both in developed and developing countries an increased resentment

about minority groups and the bad treatment of people who dont look like us or practice

the same faith as us.

We start seeing discrimination against people based on race or ethnicity or religion.

Lets be honest, Barack Obama complaining about the absence of American leadership on ANY

issue is just laughable.

For 8 years, Obama REFUSED to confront the most important issues facing this nation.

Its because of Obamas absence of leadership that President Trump is left with messes to

clean up in nearly every major country in the world.

America suffered from the absence of leadership throughout the entire Obama presidency.

This country FINALLY has the leader

it deserves!

Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Nasty Surprise After Provoking the Wrong Green Beret | Top Stories Today - Duration: 4:09.

One of the biggest problems Americans face today is elitists who live in bubbles.

Whether they are multi-millionaire actors named Johnny Depp or left-leaning "journalists"

at CNN, elitists live in a closed-off world where they believe that their struggles are

more important than yours, and their minority opinions are actually shared by everyone.

One of those Hollywood elitists got a nasty surprise after she provoked the wrong Green

Beret.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow once compared reading mean tweets on the internet to facing combat

as a soldier, but was quickly put in her place.

While the exchange is a few years old, the response from U.S. Special Forces veteran

and Purple Heart recipient Bryan Sikes is a classic, and is a timely reminder that just

because elitists shriek the loudest, they do not speak for true Americans.

To Miss Paltrow,

I'd first like to start out by saying how terrible I feel for you and all your friends

that on a daily basis have to endure mean words written by people you don't know.

I can only imagine the difficulty of waking up in a 12,000 square foot Hollywood home

and having your assistant retrieve your iPhone, only to see that the battery is low and someone

on twitter (the social media concept that you and all of your friends contribute to

on an hourly basis to feed your ego and narcissistic ways), has written a mean word or 2 about

you.

You've hit the nail on the head, war is exactly like that.

You should receive a medal for the burden you have carried on your shoulders due to

these meanies on social media.

You said, "Its almost like, how in war, you go through this bloody dehumanizing thing

and then something is defined out of it."

I could see how you, and others like you in "the biz", could be so insecure and mentally

weak that you could pair the difficulty of your life on twitter to my brothers who have

had their limbs ripped off and seen their friends shot, blown up, burned and disfigured,

or wake up every morning in pain – while just starting the day is a challenge.

How about our wives?

The ones that sign on to be there for us through thick and thin, that help us to shake the

hardships of war upon our return?

And do all this while being mothers to our kids, keeping bills in order because we are

always gone, and keeping our lives glued together.

They do all this, by the way, without a team of accountants, nanny's, personal assistants,

and life coaches.

Yeah, reading a mean tweet is just like all that.

You know what is really "dehumanizing", Miss Paltrow?

The fact that you'd even consider that your life as an "A-list" celebrity reading

internet comments could even compare to war and what is endured on the battlefield.

You and the other "A-listers" that think like you are laughable.

You all have actually convinced yourselves that you in some way face difficulty on a

regular basis.

Let me be the first to burst your bubble: a long line at Starbucks, your driver being

3 minutes late, a scuff mark on your $1200 shoes and a mean tweet do not constitute difficulty

in the eyes of a soldier.

Understand me when I say this: war does not define me.

It is a chapter in my life that helped shaped me.

Being a husband and father is what defines me.

Remember, sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never…be close to what war

is.

Even a few years later, the left has apparently still not learned that lesson.

As liberals lose their collective minds over Donald Trump pushing back on Twitter and act

as if a humorous video of the CNN logo being tackled is hate speech, it's important to

take a step back and remember what true adversity is.

A soldier deployed in a war zone deserves our respect; a spoiled coastal elitist does

not.

As Independence Day approaches, let's give our attention and gratitude to true heroes

who fight for American ideals, and leave the chattering classes in their small, isolated

bubble.

Disneyland with Baby Driver – misc. - Duration: 9:16.

Look how cool I look! We're going to spend time in Disneyland and California

Adventure over the next couple days. So don't be alarmed if my shirt color changes.

Rocket: Why of course I escaped! For those of you who have not been paying attention

my name's Rocket, one of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Kyle: OK, just got out of the

Guardians of the Galaxy ride. Which used to be the old Tower of Terror ride. Hey Grant!

In California Adventure. So I will just say up front that I don't really do amusement

park rides very well. They go up and down. Teacups are the worst!

So I'm feeling a little bit queasy. But what I always adore about Disneyland is their

ability to use narrative and story in their theme park rides. And here I feel very akin

to the Guardians of the Galaxy universe where you're being taken through the

journey of the Collector's office, and then Rocket interferes, and then you're

kind of being taken on this journey of helping him pull off this perfect heist.

But travel companions, what did we think about the Guardians of the Galaxy ride?

Grant: it was better than Tower of Terror. Kyle: yeah I think so, too.

Way better.

Grant: I think it's a little bit shorter. Kyle: yeah, it goes really, really quickly.

I mean, and I think or there are six or seven different

variations of this ride kinda like Star Tours if you're familiar with that. There's

always get a little bit of a different sequence when you go in there. Alright

on to our next ride!

*singing I I don't have the copyright to.*

Yes, I look weird without glasses on. But I was supposed to be making a bunch of

videos with this with Disneyland and and California Adventure experience. Hasn't really

been happening. Got a lot of B-roll! I just want to talk about some of the

heavy hitters. World of Color last night. Go! What'd you think of World of Color?

Grant: well

I didn't get to see Neil Patrick Harris, so that was kind of sad. Kyle: yeah

this was a completely new set up from what I've seen the last couple of

years. But pretty cool. It was basically all the, I don't know, like A+ material from

all the 90s cartoons.

Grant: And there was a lot of fire.

Kyle: yeah some of the Pirates of the Caribbean music that I like.

Jen: yeah, the pyrotechnics were great.

Grant: I had to avert my eyes, though.

Kyle: the fire was too hot. Too hot to handle! Too hot for TV. This morning was

Indiana Jones. We like that a lot, right? Grant: always! Kyle: oh yeah, we got a Mickey!

Jen: we actually bought merch to represent my love for this, Kyle: that's cool.

What else did we do today? Ummmm. Star Tours! Robot: to keep you safe I have been

programmed to recognize all forms of suspicious human behaviors, including

sweating, blinking, talking, laughing and breathing. Hmmm...

You're all acting very suspicious. Kyle: Star Tours was good. I got to see some sections I'd never seen before.

No Episode Seven stuff. Unfortunately I guess we'll have to wait

to see if I get that the next time. Grant: you might get Episode Eight stuff next time.

Kyle: Yeah at that point, who knows!? Who Framed Roger Rabbit was a cool ride to go on.

We did it Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Winnie the Pooh, which is Grant favourite ride

ever! Thanks for being a champ. Pirates of the Caribbean.

Always solid to go. We went to the Haunted Mansion. Also always solid. I love the floating

head effect, which will probably be playing right now. I'm

a big fan of when it comes to Disney special effects, and Imagineers. And we

just got out of the Tiki Room! Which I will always say as a preface, is probably the

lamest thing to do in the park. But I love it. So much fun to me.

Grant: it's a tradition! Kyle: just to have a Dole Whip, and have a bunch of birds sing

at you with their flappy animatronic beaks, snapping

together forever. So all in all a good trip, and you'll probably see some

fireworks and electric parade things going on like now.

So last night I went

and watched the movie Baby Driver. This is the new film that's directed by Edgar

Wright, who I am a huge, huge fan of. If you're not familiar with what his other

films are, he directed what some people call affectionately the Cornetto Trilogy.

Which is: Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and End of the World. He also directed Scott

Pilgrim, and was supposed to direct Ant-Man but then left that project because of

some creative differences. And here we are now with his new film Baby Driver.

Let's start with what I think are the positives. As with every single

one of his films I think that it is cast expertly, I think that the music inside of the movie works really really well – like it just matches the action. In fact

one of the biggest pluses about this movie is you really notice the sound

engineering. There is sound effects that are matched to the beat of the music,

there is like syncopation with what is

happening on screen. What's happening to your ears h is what is happening

with the background music. It's just a beautiful combination of everything.

The story is fairly basic, in that we have this main character named Baby,

played by Ansel Elgort, who had this trauma in his childhood and is now

needing to drown out the tinnitus that's in his ears by wearing headphones and

earbuds all the time, while listening to music, and being pulled into this seedy

underbelly of crime. He is the getaway driver for all of these

different robberies that are happening throughout the city. Where they introduce

him to some other characters throughout the whole thing.

My mixed bag is this: I honestly believe – and I know that this is getting a

lot of good buzz – but I honestly think this is the weakest Edgar Wright movie

that I've seen. While I think the first half does this really great setting

up of the plot – like, what is it going to happen?

The backstory to our main character, the interesting side

characters that are brought in, and they're kind-of back stories. All this is really

fascinating. I think it's all handled really really well. Where it gets to

though, in the last half of the movie – I think – it kind of falls apart a little

bit. Interesting that this movie is called Baby Driver and does not end in a car chase.

Just kind of an odd thing, I think, that happens. That's kind of a minor nitpick.

But the bigger thing is that it almost switches genres. This is, of course,

like a B-movie. It is a genre piece but it feels like it goes into, like, a

gory revenge flick almost. Instead of this kind of upbeat, fun, heist movie that

it's been. I shouldn't say heist movie, but like robbery and poofy that it's been

for the first half of its runtime. The other big criticism is the

female lead in this movie. And there's something that I might have to throw

shade a little bit at Edgar Wright, and not just him specifically,

but a lot of directors. Whereas I don't really know anything

about her! I know she's a waitress, I know she likes Baby.

That is her character. There doesn't seem to be anything that's pulling her

through the movie. There doesn't seem to be any arc for her at all. We're just

supposed to believe and expect that she's going to go on this crazy plan with our

main character just because they've had one date. And I'm getting a little bit

sick of movies that kind of treat their female leads

as just props. This film really feels like she's just a prop set up there to fill

out some story beats. So those are kind of my nitpick criticisms. I think there is

still fun to be had here. Some of the car chases are really well executed. Like I

said, the music is really well done. This movie is extremely funny in parts, and my

lover Kevin Spacey is in this movie as kind of the big tough guy, mob boss sort of

thing. And he does a great great job. And everyone does a great job in this movie

with what they're given. I just wish that more effort had been given to the

female lead, and that there was a little bit more of an emotional payoff to the

story, instead of where it ends up. Anyways

Baby Driver! It's a good movie just not a great one.

Unknown Facts About Iron Man - Duration: 3:19.

Iron man is a fictional superhero character in comics first published in 1963.

His abilities are far more scientific and tech efficient than super natural.

Iron man comics first made its debut on the big screens in 2008.

Marvel wanted this character to look much more elegant, aesthetic and flamboyant on

the screens so they made some changes to the character of Iron man.

In some places they have also changed the story so that it fits well to fulfill the

demands of the screenplay on the screens.

Here are some facts that we believe to be true about Iron man but they are not.

Genesis of Iron man: In the 2008's debutant Iron man movie it

was portrayed that Tony Stark got kidnapped in Afghanistan.

He returns back safely from captivity and faces a sudden realization that he has a lot

more good things to do for this world apart from making weapons.

So that's when he thought of creating a highly powered robotic suit of iron man using

advanced technology.

It's not true.

At first Stan Lee thought of a plot revolving around the Vietnam War but that concept was

a little backdated so he and his team kept on rewriting the story several times and came

up with the Afghanistan plot.

Tony Stark isn't the real heir of Stark industries :

Howard Stark an engineer and founder of the Stark industries is the father of Tony Stark.

This we know from the Iron man movies that he is a legal heir to Howard Stark.

It was later revealed in the "International Iron man" series that Howard and Maria Stark

weren't his biological parents.

He was actually adopted when he was an infant.

Tony's biological father Jude and biological mother Amanda were the agents of S.h.l.i.e.d.

At one point Amanda came to know that Jude was double crossing them and secretly worked

for Hydra, she kills Jude and gave her only child to the stark couple for adoption who

were incapable of conceiving a child.

In the movies this fact was completely hidden to hold high his royal identity.

Tony Stark is not the Iron man: Without the suit, Tony Stark is just a common

man.

He could only differentiate himself from others because he had a genius level of intellect

and scientific knowledge that he put together to invent the suit.

So the robotic suit comprising of energy repulsor and missile projection is the real Iron man.

His suit can be divided into many categories and each has specialized functions to carry

out.

Tony stark loves slash does not love drinking: Anybody who has only seen the Iron man movies

and never read an Iron man comic would believe this false information about Tony Stark.

In the movies we get to see Tony Stark holding a glass of drink whenever he gets an opportunity.

But in the comics he had some problems with drinking and always avoids alcohols.

Robert Downey Jr portrayed Iron man on the screens :

Robert Downey Jr was cast as Iron man.

Many of us believed that he is the real visible face of Tony Stark on the screens.

But that's not the real case.

Robert Downey Jr had to change a lot regarding his looks and hair styles to look similar

to the sketches of Tony Stark made in the comics.

We hope you like this video.
