Gordon D'Arcy: Shut down Smith, shut down the All Blacks

Lions' ability to cut off the supply of quick ball at source laid the foundation to Wellington win.

the more I re-watch the second Test, the more I see how vital New Zealand's scrumhalf is to their attacking template. Aaron Smith dominated the first Test in Eden Park. He dominated the tempo and the direction of play.

That was addressed on Saturday in Wellington. The Lions put so much pressure on the New Zealand forwards that Smith was unable to influence matters as he normally does.

I wouldn't be surprised to see TJ Perenara start the third Test. Nor would I be shocked by Aaron Cruden at 10. Unlikely as those changes are, it might be a route Steve Hansen takes to eradicate clear Lions' tactics.

Perenara for Smith is unlikely, as it almost admits they are under pressure and because Smith calls the shots and Hansen needs him to keep doing so.

He is clearly empowered to overrule any forward, even captain Kieran Read, or Beauden Barrett because his rapid decision making usually has them pouring over the gainline.

The Lions failed to react to this leading up to Codie Taylor's early try in the 30-15 loss in Auckland. There were multiple forward-moving phases, all directed by Smith's bullet pass and quick thinking.

The Lions coaches identified this as a starting point to slow the All Blacks momentum and to deny them a try, which was probably the only way to beat them on Saturday. Playbook.

Smith's cleverest interplays are with Ryan Crotty and Ben Smith. Now, along with Sonny Bill Williams, these hugely effective weapons, these world class operators are striped from Hansen's playbook.

On top of that, with their tight five utterly dominant in the first Test, the backrow of Read, Sam Cane and Jerome Kaino were freed up to wreak havoc.

They could hold their width, especially Read, and damage the Lions off almost every passage of play.

It made them look invincible. All of a sudden, when the Lions pack showed up in Wellington, Read and Cane were embroiled in the nitty-gritty for a change.

Extra men were needed in the ruck. They had to work harder to secure their own ball. That instantly removed the top of the ground version of Read.

The unbelievable offloads didn't reappear because he wasn't moving in the same direction with the same fluidity. Simple, basic means of stopping your opposition were employed.

Factor in the loss of Kaino after 25 minutes as Hansen felt the All Blacks would be better served by covering the loss of Sonny Bill in midfield with Ngani Laumape.

Fishmonger Interview - Kári Þór Jóhannsson- e-FishNet - Iceland - Duration: 4:59.

Why did you become a fishmonger?

I'm born and raised in fish processing.

When I was a teenager working in fish processing

I was often sent to the fish store to help and serve costumers there

and it was my first experience of fishmonging.

How many years have you worked as fishmonger?

I opened my fish store in 2006

No, in 2011

But I have worked as a fishmonger in one way or another since 2005.

What is your academic level?

Primary Education

and I've got some training courses in culinary

and fish handling and processing.

Have you received any previous training to become a fishmonger?

No, I've not. It is not possible

Imagine you are able to choose the contents for a training model focused on Fishmongers.

Which contents would you choose?

Like product handling, cutting, filleting,

freshness identification, shelf life, food safety

marketing, finances, customer service, exhibitor design and so on.

Everything you said

The most important things is utilization of the raw material,

product identification and selection,

how to filleting and store the raw material.

And what is missing here is to know the sellers

and what kind of raw material you are getting from each boat.

To get the traceability and know where they caught the fish

and what fishing gear was used, for example fishing line

seine or other fishing gear.

Currently do you have any possibility to receive training courses related with your business?

For example; financial, marketing, order control, customer service?

You can study finances and more like that in schools

but finances for fishmoning is a bit different.

Currently do you have any possibility to receive training courses related with fishmongering?

No, you can't.

I learned how to fillet fish when I was 13 years old when I was working in fish processing

I learned how to handle the fish from the old men working with me

and my knowledge I got from them.

Do you think that a specific professional training course to become a fishmonger would be positive to your sector?

Everything you can learn and new ideas are good.

Would you send your staff to a training course like that?

Yes, if they wouldn't have to go to far away from home.

and if I thought it would be useful for them

Do you think this specific professional training to become a fishmonger should be compulsory?

If you don't have any knowledge of fish handling and processing you don't become a fishmonger.

If you had the possibility to receive online training, in your opinion would it be useful?

What you find on the internet can be useful

but the knowledge in fish handling and processing is better.

How much time would you spend every day at online training course?

I would have to spend time after work

maybe half an hour or less than an hour.

Which device would you use?

Computer, laptop, tablet, cellphone?

The computer, sit in front of that screen and concentrate.

Have you introduced any update in your business in order to get adapted to new technologies?

Yes, I've got a Facebook account and advertise in newspapers.

Do you have your own Facebook account?

Yes, I do.

And I always let my costumers know

even sends them an e-mail if I know they has a special requests.

But you don't have a web page?

No, just a Facebook account.

Do you think society in general values your profession?

Yes, very much.

Do you think training will improve the general image society has about your profession?

I´m not quite sure.

But you have to learn communication

that's what it's all about. To know your costumer

know your fish and know what your costumer is looking for in the fish.

Thank you.

Come fare i motovlog - 3 (+1) consigli utili - Duration: 9:48.

Now that i've had a nice snack i can go and begin this..

motovlog that i probably haven't been doing in the last couple of weeks

or maybe 3

-I wanted to put 10€ of gas but when you've got a 5€ bill held with tape

the automatic cash won't obviously accept them

oh well..for what i have to do

5€ are more than enough

So today i wanted to talk about a topic

that's been discussed by many motovloggers

on the tube

it's not really a specific topic

it's a widely discussed topic since we're in a community

and we try to help each other

so today i wanted to talk and give out some tips and opinions

on "how to become a motovlogger"

and some people -understandably- might say "but RoadUser you only have 91 subscribers

you can't give tips on how to make videos u.u"

and that might be true but

let's say that

by following various motovloggers i have some kind of an idea about things that

make a quality channel or a shitty one

But today's video won't be another one of those videos that everybody makes

where people throw in

some weird tips

like -if i'm not wrong- RidingWithTom

he once made a video wh- 0:01:34.940,0:01:35.440 [WTF]

-mmm them false neutrals-

RidingWithTom made a video where he said

that you should "try different bikes! Go in new places!"

And that might be good but

it's not like because you're "driving different bikes" you're making a good video, in fact

take Yammie Noob as an example

He's a cancer to youtube's community

and he tried various bikes

but anyways

i was saying that this is not one of those videos because there's plenty of them

and you can check out these fake gurus

that tell you how to be motovloggers

by giving you some advice that 99% of the time won't work

the tips i want to give you today are

3 things that nobody -i noticed- mention

they're 3 tips that nobody talks about

3 things that are important to know

because in the end are at the base of

pretty much everything, not only "motovlogging"

The first basic rule, as an "extra"

(that should be applied in general on youtube

for those who want to make videos on youtube, who want to start a career in videomaking

not only on youtube, even facebook or vim- viméo- vìmeo

however the fuck it's called

the 1st fundamental requirement that you absoulutely need or else you can't even begin is:

Volition

Because videomaking looks like childsplay but it's really time consuming

let's take my channel as an example (because it's my channel and i know how i manage it

and i know what i'm talking about

referred to my channel, maybe somebody else has other ways to do things, this is my way

i work like this)

Friday videos are light, i can make those quickly

it's just a bunch of clips put together

recorded during my rides

which can happen in a months span

i store those clips, one day i edit and put them together

To make a monday video like this one

you have to keep in mind that

when i'm recording i'm

at 2 days since planning

i mean, i have 2 days of planning behind me

and 3 days of editing ahead

which comprehends reviewing and selection of all the recorded stuff

cut, paste, retouching, uploading and captions translation

because i've started putting english captions for my foreign friends

basically it's a one week work for one video

it takes time and sometimes resources

because to make this video i had to put gas

which i won't only use for this video, i'll use it to cruise around, but

you need gas in the bike to do a motovlog, or else i would do some crochet stuff

and call it a "crochetvlog"

so that's the basic rule

you have the will to do this because

it's a hard work

in fact if you've noticed

(you cannot notice that)

now that i've started working half a day

monday videos are almost disappeared because

i don't have the time to record, edit them or even planning them so

today i had a full free day i've decided to do this video

so: Will.

We've got that checked on the list

1st rule:

Monetizing is fine but don't let monetization dictate your schedule

i am a monetization supporter

even my channel is monetized, but then youtube changed the rules while it was monetized

and that's why right now there aren't ads

but still my channel is monetized

and i think that some channels have the right to be monetized because

if somebody works hard on something it's right for him/her

to have some kind of return, either economical or personal satisfaction, anything's good

as long as it's a return

some kind of reward

to me monetizing it's more than right

BUT

you must not do videos specifically to make money

money shouldn't be your driving force

the fuel in your creative engine

ideas must be the thing that drives you

the will that i mentioned before

because when you're driven by money you start to think

"oh shit i must put out a video or else i won't earn any money"

you'll start making shitty videos, people will unsubscribe

you'll have to figure out clickbaits like "A girl and her bike"

and she makes some terrible videos

with some shameless clickbaits

or like Yammie Noob which to become famous started a lot of drama

insulting some other vloggers too

this is what happens when money win over ideas

make videos with your own rhythm, your own method

don't try to be appealing towards ads and advertisers

don't think about money

even if you earn some don't put money in the first place

the 2nd point is something that's NEVER even mentioned by who makes this kind of videos

nobody ever says "work on the quality of your videos"

and i don't mean content quality, i'm talking about audio/video quality

but why i'm saying this: because

i've said this often

a bad video in high definition is more watchable than a well made video in low definition

because too often

i see beginner motovloggers make videos

*like this with an awful quality*

*with a poor audio where you can't understand shit*

but if you manage to listen that video for more than 30 seconds

you realize that it's a good video with some interesting topics

but the awful audio and video quality

don't make it watchable at all

and you only want to click away

and watch something else

and i know that that might be expensive at the beginning but

do your own research

there are thousands of solutions to have some good quality videos

with a clear and understandable audio

so look into that before making any kind of video

because good audio/video quality is alread half job done

because you won't need to overcome video's limits

you won't face any audio issues

and sit there and work 2 hours with an equalizer trying to have some decent audio quality

so audio/video quality not only helps the viewer but also the creator

allowing him/her to edit quickly, leaving him/her more time

to learn better editing techniques

rather than spending hours just to resolve problems

and then start editing the actual video

and the 3rd point

also extremely important

somebody mentions it but..a little bit too lightly -that was a bee i think-

Be yourself.

In every single way

if you have a particular accent, keep it

if you have a specific editing style, leave it

if you have some topics that you feel yours, that you feel comfortable while discussing them, talk about those

don't let mainstream direct you

don't let the popular consensus

tell you which video make, how to make them, how to say things etc.

you are you, that's your channel, your style, your signature

if you do things in an unique way people will remember you as

"that motovlogger who mad that specific thing in that specific way"

and that's also the reason why i stopped making english videos

and kept my tuscanian accent

because i live in Tuscanym this is beautiful tuscany

look at her because

HOLY SHIT IT'S BEAUTIFUL

so my signature is

the tuscanian accent, my editing rhythm, my colors, my style

even the bike i ride

that's a thing for a future video too

everything has to be

based on what you really are

your essence

-i don't know how to translate this, basically my ears did that thing when the altitude changes and then pop :3 -

maybe watching other channels might be your source of inspiration

but you'll have to take the various...

elements from other motovloggers

mix them and make something personal

Inspire but don't imitate

now that i've arrived here

all that i needed to say i said it -well enough i hope-

this vlog will be online i have no idea when because it's saturday afternoon

tomorrow i'll be out all day long

monday i go back to work

and there's another thing in the works that

if you follow me on instagram you might know what i'm talking about but..

let's say...

let's say....

let's say.....

let's say......

that that's a BIG change

both this way

and this way (does the money gesture)

so i don't know when this will be online

but when you'll see it will be online because if you don't see it it's not online so if you see it it's online

GOT IT?!

Now i'm doing this roundabout

and go back to those twisties that you saw me doing at 2km/h because i was talking

see you in the next one!

ciao :D

How Do Pregnancy Tests Work? - Duration: 4:47.

I've always thought it amazing how with just a piece of paper, pee and five minutes

of your time you can find out whether you're pregnant or not.

However, as simple as pregnancy tests are to use, they are actually a feat of biochemical

engineering, and today I'm going to tell you exactly how they work, and how they can

not only inform us about pregnancy, but they can also help us with the diagnosis of prenatal

conditions and certain types of cancer!

[Intro by Cristina de Manuel & Caro Waro] In Ancient Egypt, women used to pee on barley

and wheat plants to find out if they were pregnant, and a few days later, if the plants

had grown, it was a sign that they were pregnant, and the plant that had grown the most would

determine the sex of the future child.

Now, whilst this may sound like a p1$$-take, the Egyptians were actually on the right track

when using urine as a means for detecting pregnancy, and even more surprisingly, a modern

study showed that the plant growth was accurate in detecting pregnancy on 70% of the occasions.

[Not so much so for detecting the sex of the future child mind you!]

Now, the reason for this is that a hormone produced early on during pregnancy is capable

of stimulating growth in plants – and very conveniently, is excreted through our urine.

This hormone is the human chorionic gonadotropin hormone – or hCG for short.

Our bodies produce very low levels of hCG, but after the implantation of a fertilised

ovum in the placenta, the concentrations of hCG in a pregnant person's body dramatically

increases, and this hormone is crucial to signal to the body that it's time to kickstart

pregnancy.

hCG is what is known as a heterodimeric glycoprotein.

The glycoprotein bit means that it's a protein with a carbohydrate group attached, and the

heterodimeric part means that it is formed of two different subunits, alpha and beta.

In hCG, the alpha subunit is common to all glycoproteins of the same family, including

follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinising hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone – but

the beta subunit is unique to hCG – and that is precisely what the pregnancy test

strips are designed to detect.

The way pregnancy tests do it is by using a so-called ELISA test, which stands for enzyme-linked

immunosorbent assay.

Its job is to detect a particular substance within a particular liquid, and in this case,

the substance is the unique beta unit from hCG, and the liquid is urine, and it's a

sandwich because said liquid must pass through three zones lined with antibodies, with the

important test happening in the middle.

Antibodies are very special biological chemicals, made up of a constant zone, and a specific

zone, which is designed to bind to specific compounds.

The first zone is the reaction zone.

It is lined with antibodies that can bind with hCG.

As the urine passes through, these are swept up, and if hCG is present, the antibodies

will bind to it.

The second test zone is lined with antibodies that detect antibodies that are bound to hCG.

These are picked up and cause dye release, which is the positive pregnancy test line

that can be both exciting and terrifying for many!

The final test zone is the control zone, this one simply detects the constant zone of the

passing antibodies to ensure the test has run correctly, and as they detect the antibodies

from the reaction zone passing through, they release dye.

This line basically tells us that the test has run correctly.

Now, so far I've spoken about urine tests, which are your traditional over the counter

tests.

However there are also serum tests which take blood, and they can detect even lower concentrations

of hCG, and unlike urine tests which are generally qualitative tests, serum tests can quantify

the levels of hCG.

There are various reasons that you may want to do that.

For one, it can actually tell you exactly when conception happened, but they are informative

in other contexts as well.

For instance, some studies have found links between persistently high levels of hCG in

the first trimester and Down syndrome.

hCG tests are also helpful for detecting and monitoring ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages

and high hCG levels can also be a sign of certain types of tumours and cancer, such

as pituitary gland cancers or testicular cancers, and measuring hormone levels is a very safe

and non-invasive way to monitor them.

Finally, hCG tests can also be used in anti-doping contexts, as some male athletes may use hCG

to stimulate testosterone production due to its similarity to luteinising hormone.

So without a doubt – how much a simple hormone can tell us about the inner workings of our

bodies can be both relieving and mind-boggling – and it's all thanks to biochemistry!

And hey!

In the time it's taken me to tell you all of this – my test is ready to interpret!

Negative!

I really hope you enjoyed today's episode - this was actually my entry to the Biochemical

Society's Science Communication Competition back in April aaaand it came in third place

- so I hope you enjoyed it.

if you want to see the first and second entries and I think a few written entries as well,

I will link those down below - and as always, thank you so much for watching me and I'll

see you in the next one!

Gordon D'Arcy: Shut down Smith, shut down the All Blacks - Duration: 3:44.

Thomas Lemar: Monaco shocked at Arsenal transfer bid and think Arsene Wenger isn't serious - Duration: 3:05.

Thomas Lemar: Monaco shocked at Arsenal transfer bid and think Arsene Wenger isn't serious

Arsenal are planning to add to their squad after failing to win the Premier League and secure Champions League football last term.

Despite talisman Alexis Sanchez scaling new heights with 30 goals for the campaign, the Gunners missed out on a place in Europes top club competition for the first time in 19 years.

And there was also the added embarrassment of finishing behind fierce rivals Tottenham for the first time since 1995.  Monaco star Lemar is on their radar with reports earlier this week suggesting Arsenal had made a £31million bid in an effort to lure him to the Premier League.

However, the Independent claim they are determined to keep hold of the France international after already letting Bernardo Silva join Manchester City.

It is said Monaco were surprised by how low Arsenals offer was and consequently think he is not one of Wengers top targets.

This, despite the fact Arsenal have monitored his development dating back to his time at French club Caen.  Wenger and La Liga giants Barcelona were both interested in snapping him up but the player ultimately chose to join Monaco after starring at the Toulon Tournament in 2015.

Lemar has been touted as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez, whose time at the Emirates looks to be drawing to a close.

The Chile internationals contract expires next summer and, as of yet, Arsenal have failed to persuade him to sign an extension.  Manchester City and Chelsea, as well as Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, have all been linked with a move for him this summer.

Speaking earlier this week, Chile boss Juan Antonio Pizzi said Sanchez would look at home at any top club in the world.  We think hes very happy. Hes giving his best like everyone else, said Pizzi.

Everybody would like to be at the best clubs in the world, he is already at one, and everyone wants to have him in the squad.".

How To Stop Being LAZY - Daily Video Journal #9 - Duration: 16:18.

Hello. Hello. Hello

In today's a Daily a video a journal number nine

I am going to share with you a strategy on how you can stop being

lazy

Alright, I'm going to give you a tried-And-true

this is something that I've done for many many years on my way to becoming a 6-time national champion A

Bodybuilder and getting myself to do things. I don't know if I normally would have done if I didn't have this strategy

I'm going to give you this strategy on

how to stop being lazy and I'm going to

tell a story that

About a journey that I'm going to go on I want you to go on it, too

And let's see if it

really makes me stop being lazy in the areas that maybe I'm not so excited about maybe I'm not so

passionate about maybe I'm not so talents to

Doing but I need to do it anyway if I want the big picture of overall success

Right, I don't know about you, but have you ever?

Saw yourself as someone who's hardworking

Someone who was determined you said you wanted something, but he just couldn't get yourself to take action

and

then it just it the more and more you could get yourself to take action the

Worse you start feeling about yourself and the more you started doubting yourself

And that certainly wasn't helping you ever do the things you needed to do well. There's something that I?

Incorporated that was math ly successful

before I started bodybuilding

Sort of subconsciously and

then definitely helped me with my bodybuilding and training and I've incorporated and I think that I've gone after

After my competitive bodybuilding career. I'm going to do it here today with you

I'm going to put myself to the test, and that's the whole thing about putting yourself through the test

So you want to know how to get yourself to stop being lazy?

Publicly to tell people what you are going to do

I put yourself on the line

I'm going to do this by this date the more and more people that you tell

the more pressure that you will have more than

Self-Imposed pressure your identity your reputation

Maybe those are positive things you want to live up to it, but many times in life

we are really motivated by getting out of pain or

Avoiding pain, and now you may be saying look I don't need to tell anybody skip

about

What I need to do, I'm in pain. I got to stop doing it

Well that strategy may have not worked the pain may not have been intense enough

For you to actually do it. That's why you're wondering if you're lazy

I have the feeling that you're not lazy especially you're watching my videos you're into personal development

You're a person who works out - I mean

that's the opposite of being lazy being able to do what other people can't do and work out right, so

You're not lazy that may not get maybe you need to apply more pain. Maybe the pain is look

I'm going to look foolish if I don't do what I say now. There's a risk in doing all that

You could look foolish got to put yourself online. You got to take a risk, but if when you are so determined

To create change that you must change you don't care the risk of looking back that's going to push you

to

Stay up one more hour get up an hour earlier to push yourself and do the things you don't want to do because you know

That when you do, you're done

Rash life is going to take you to the next level or you're going to leave it all on the floor trying then you won't

care

about looking bad in

front of other people you'd rather take that risk to look that if that's going to push you because you must you must get to

the next level

Right so holding back, and you know whatever. We need to associate. Well, I don't want to be a bragger

All right, or nobody cares or whatever. We say look this is all about

Manipulating your mind to get the most out of yourself because you're not lazy you just have to be under the right mental

Conditions to use all your willpower and focus energy and time all your talents and abilities is setting yourself in the right

Conditions and said this is worked massively

Well for me as a competitive bodybuilder pretty much right from the beginning. I had to walk my talk. I taught it

Just out of sheer passion of it people would come up to me

And I would teach them what I knew in a sincere desire to help other people and I benefited because it made me

Walk my talk it put that self-imposed pressure on me because Mini comes. I will do they will let ourselves down

We'll let Ourselves down

More than we will let other people down

When our butt is on the line our reputation is online

We don't want people to think badly of us and again if that's a tool

We should use if a voip aine is a tool

you should use it if you really want to get to the other side because that pain is not going to last forever when you're

Enjoying the life and all the accomplishments that you know you just need to get yourself to do

Then you'll enjoy when you get yourself to do the things you do

Alright, so publicly publicly tell people what you're going to do be accountable, right?

Risk it alright. You have that extra layer of

Accountability I mean that's what coaching is all about why don't you find one-on-one coaching?

You know I?

Give them objectivity perspective sometimes my area of expertise

I could give them strategies certainly more options, but one thing about it every single week

They are accountable not just to themselves and their family they're accountable to me in this process

They said they were going to do it and they got to check in every single week that all by itself is huge

It keeps them focused, but also keeps them accountable right you may not have a coach even though. I would strongly suggest

That everyone has a coach

No matter where you are what level how much you've accomplished

There's always a higher level a coach can give that extra level of accountability in addition to the objectivity and the perspective

and

More options in life at least to consider

So put it out there publicly. It's worked for me. That's what I'm going to do here today

I want to tell you a quick story

And it's something we're doing here with this daily video journal the purpose, and I've talked about it. Is that a lot of

My YouTube viewers and said yeah while you got great stuff. Why don't you get any views?

Right and and some of the haters the distractor said that he's failed

He doesn't get a lot of views and you know what I?

just haven't paid attention to it just

It just wasn't important to me the way that I went about my business. I mean did I want a ton of views

Sure, why would I not if I'm able to make this type of impact with so few views what if I multiply that by 10?

Or 20 or a thousand right so I said and if you've been following ass daily journal, it's my thing right here on YouTube

I'm going to do whatever it takes to

Increase these views right so it starts off with your desire quick putting it off like I was all

It doesn't matter hey, I'm doing fine without it, right

Then I really started studying a lot of things about Youtube yesterday I looked through all the Youtube channels about YouTube

Traffic how to get more views and I saw some on Facebook and I immediately jumped in to the YouTube channels

It was great information people really damn passionate about all of this and they really nerd it it down. I said okay

This is why I came here

I really want to take my views for the next level right and that's why I'm publicly committing to you

I am on a journey you are going to see if I fail or succeed

you know

Will it be gradual will it be steep will it be fast how much effort will I put into it every single day I show

Up, and you see my face. That's the scorecard. I'm putting myself out there, all right

I may fail. I may succeed I plan on succeeding, but ah now I'm accountable

I'm putting my reputation online, and that's the secret on how to get yourself to stop being lazy, right, so let's get back to

My story, so you would think all right?

I just jump right into it, and I just absorb the information I was all into it

I'm publicly saying my Youtube channel is going to get more views and make more a connection

But no even with everything that I was saying I was watching the videos you know the Sunday night

This is going man these guys have nerded it down and all these details

Right I even went to a couple of my videos or the last couple days

and I started doing the process of subscribing put this subscribe subscribed and then you put the next video to play and

Have fun, man. This is boring

This is yeah

I just want to I want to say what's on my mind and

In my heart that I know can help these guys and just turn on the camera

Give it out there

And that's and I have learned and it just is true

It just probably not even a couple hours watching Youtube videos everything that I'm doing is wrong

Right just matter what I was I need to be talking about

When you're you want to talk about that has never been on my mind

I'm just thinking about you guys like you're my son. What information do they see what am I observing on the internet?

I'm just going to get on here and give it to them

well, that's maybe has a nice place my heart, but that's not how you

get a lot of views right other thing is I learned that 60% of

the viewers

They search it in the search engine right so you have to use the right title the right keywords

You have to fill in the description a certain way

I'm thinking should I have known this there's a thousand videos on my YouTube channel

And I never really drove into this and makes so much sense

Because all I'm doing is

Have a my potential

Met a guy who I mentor who I coach what I?

My son. I'm the buff dad. I never had big brother somebody. I know who I've coached

I'm just telling them some stuff that can help them

Right if they don't know what they need to know

Then how is someone going to type that in and?

Then how is it a match up with my video so 60 percent or people who search maybe that's why you're here today

if I'm doing my job I get some

Momentum right away they search for it. They're not in the skip La cour club. They haven't been following me for 20 years

and nobody from bodybuilding

60% will come are

By what they search those words are important

I'm thinking I should have known this a long time ago

But here's the thing I was born I was bored out of my gourd, right?

Even though I said I want to do it. I was being lazy

And it made me think about with bodybuilding and training something

I definitely mastered and I had that passion for and I dotted every I and crossed every t and

I was more than willing

To dot every I and cross and routine

I wasn't lazy, and that's why I achieved a certain level of success

so a lot of things to think about here and

A mine ship that I have to take it's something that I'm not so gifted at I'm not so talented

It doesn't come so naturally to me

I'm going to really have to bear down and maybe that's where you are with your body building the training

Maybe that's what your confidence and leadership stress

Maybe you're already doing well enough right you dream about that higher level

But you're doing pretty good compared to most and when it comes to the details you got to learn even when you don't feel like

it

You're feeling lazy, but those are things are going to make all the difference

We'll see if this is going to make a lot of difference

So I did a lot of things just let you know I cut it this might be a fun little journey

Maybe there's some things you can learn as I go through this journey, but how I titled this now

There's a lot of like I said in all the details about how to videos and get searched more often now

I would have checked that title there's a system on how to check the title that I didn't do but I just thought that would

Be good But maybe that's a problem right I know a lot of guys come to me and they they want to use their power they think

They're lazy how to stop being lazy so again. There's a way to check that to see if that's even searched

I'll make sure that I improve little steps right so that was one thing that they said you're supposed to say it in the

beginning of the video

Right another thing is I'm going to get this audio and transcribing on a transcribing

Program that I have and upload that that's supposed to make a big difference when the train description comes along

With a video and then now let's see

Oh, there's nothing

I was supposed to say hey if you like this video make sure you like and if you have not subscribed

Subscribe to my channel maybe just came on to this video and you ran into it. I want you to subscribe to it too, so

Make sure you subscribe

Make sure you like this if you are so moved - and if you want to leave a comment

Maybe go on this journey with me and you can see

the metaphor the

analogy how this is symbolic in your life till you can go on this journey for your thing as I try to improve my

YouTube channel and the Views and the influence and learn a new set of skills

That I don't necessarily find fun or exciting, but I must do them so I could stop being lazy

Right make sure you leave your comments down below because that's what they say to do make sure they subscribe make sure that they like

make sure that they comment - the other thing you'll see the

They call them annotations, right?

They'll be on this side, or this side or down below and you'll say that

- it will pop up on to the screen to make sure you subscribe

And then they'll pop up on the screen to watch that next video

And I'll have it program to watch another one of these daily videos, right?

so I'm a little baby even though I'm

Accomplishing other things in my life. I got a nerd down

I got to do the things I don't like and I got to stop being lazy

Right so how am I going to stop being lazy?

By this I'm going to publicly put myself out there now. I'm going to look like a jerk

I'm going to be I'm going to look lazy

I'm going to look like a heck guy who doesn't follow through if I don't do what I say

But all on a purpose to reach that goal have more of an impact on you, so come along with this journey with me

That's today's lesson

not about videos not about

Abuse it's about life and becoming the best that we can be because that's all that's what I'm known for

That's another thing you see your niche. What's my niche? It's for those of us who love?

Bodybuilding training and we push us us we love the whole feeling of control and making ourselves better with our physical bodies or our identity

We get praise for we love that praise. We share our knowledge and

we want to develop our minds too, so that we have a

totally outrageous

Quality of life besides just having a great body. That's us, right all right

so again make sure you like this video if you weren't around so

inspired

Comment on the video that helps the traffic right the seo search engine optimization

Right and make sure you subscribe

To my YouTube channel. Thank you so much for being here

During this a daily video journal and it out

hope you got some tips one a huge ship that's been successful for me in the past and

My plan is it's going to be successful being in the future on how you can stop being lazy

- so I hope you enjoyed it.

if you want to see the first and second entries and I think a few written entries as well,

see you in the next one!

So I always miss you

I can't take out all the tings in my heart

But this means that I love you

How did someone like you come to me?

If only we could be together right now

How nice would it be

Like the words written in the sand

Where the waves are

I'm afraid you'll disappear

So I always miss you more

I can't take out all the things written in my diary

But this means that I love you

Tonight

I'll send you the firefly from that day

To your window

I hope you have sweet dreams

Hi~ this is a little behind the scenes

AAAAAHH

What causes kidney stones? - Arash Shadman - Duration: 5:15.

The biggest kidney stone on record weighed more than a kilogram

and was 17 centimeters in diameter.

The patient didn't actually swallow a stone the size of a coconut.

Kidney stones form inside the body,

but unfortunately, they're extremely painful to get out.

A kidney stone is a hard mass of crystals that can form in the kidneys,

ureters,

bladder,

or urethra.

Urine contains compounds that consist of calcium,

sodium,

potassium,

oxalate,

uric acid,

and phosphate.

If the levels of these particles get too high,

or if urine becomes too acidic or basic,

the particles can clump together and crystallize.

Unless the problem is addressed,

the crystals will gradually grow over a few weeks, months, or even years,

forming a detectable stone.

Calcium oxalate is the most common type of crystal to form this way,

and accounts for about 80% of kidney stones.

Less common kidney stones are made of calcium phosphate, or uric acid.

A slightly different type of stone

made of the minerals magnesium ammonium phosphate, or struvite,

can be caused by bacterial infection.

And even rarer stones can result from genetic disorders

or certain medications.

A kidney stone can go undetected until it starts to move.

When a stone travels through the kidney and into the ureter,

its sharp edges scratch the walls of the urinary tract.

Nerve endings embedded in this tissue transmit excruciating pain signals

through the nervous system.

And the scratches can send blood flowing into the urine.

This can be accompanied by symptoms of nausea,

vomiting,

and a burning sensation while urinating.

If a stone gets big enough to actually block the flow of urine,

it can create an infection, or back flow,

and damage the kidneys themselves.

But most kidney stones don't become this serious,

or even require invasive treatment.

Masses less than five millimeters in diameter

will usually pass out of the body on their own.

A doctor will often simply recommend drinking large amounts of water

to help speed the process along,

and maybe taking some pain killers.

If the stone is slightly larger, medications like alpha blockers

can help by relaxing the muscles in the ureter

and making it easier for the stone to get through.

Another medication called potassium citrate

can help dissolve the stones by creating a less acidic urine.

For medium-sized stones up to about ten millimeters,

one option is pulverizing them with soundwaves.

Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy uses high-intensity pulses

of focused ultrasonic energy aimed directly at the stone.

The pulses create vibrations inside the stone itself

and small bubbles jostle it.

These combined forces crush the stone into smaller pieces

that can pass out of the body more easily.

But zapping a stone with sound doesn't work as well

if it's simply too big.

So sometimes, more invasive treatments are necessary.

A rigid tube called a stent can be placed in the ureter to expand it.

Optical fibers can deliver laser pulses to break up the stone.

Stones can also be surgically removed through an incision

in the patient's back or groin.

What about just avoiding kidney stones in the first place?

For people prone to them,

their doctor may recommend drinking plenty of water,

which dilutes the calcium oxalate and other compounds

that eventually build up into painful stones.

Foods like potato chips,

spinach,

rhubarb,

and beets are high in oxalate,

so doctors might advise limiting them.

Even though calcium is often found in stones,

calcium in foods and beverages can actually help

by binding to oxalate in the digestive tract

before it can be absorbed and reach the kidneys.

If you do end up with a kidney stone, you're not alone.

Data suggests that rates are rising,

but that world record probably won't be broken any time soon.

How To Grow On YouTube With Better Descriptions - Duration: 6:50.

in this video I'm going to talk about how making a better description can get

you more views and even more subscribers and money on YouTube so be sure to watch

till the end to grow on YouTube for all the details what's going on my name is Devin Street and

today we're going to be talking about descriptions on YouTube and what kills

me is I see so many channels in so many videos I watch where they do one line in

their description they throw their social medias on there and then that's

it that's all they do and that that is the worst possible way you could go on

YouTube if you're trying to grow some people are like I'm trying to grow so

much I'm trying to get tons of subscribers and then they have one line

in the description and at most the time you won't even talk about the video

sometimes they'll forget to even type in a description they'll just put this is

what my channel is about and you should subscribe and that is a huge problem

because here's the thing when people are searching your videos on YouTube there

are going to search your video and then it's going to show up a thumbnail a

title and then the last thing is your description now when they're looking at

this most people don't look at the description but Lots do when they're

reading your description they'll see what the video is about and that your

title sore does that justice but your description can give you a lead and

longer version so one thing you have to do is put your title into your

description in some way because you got a triple keyword like I've said before

in my ranking video you've got to make sure that your title is also in your

description and your tags so you can even rank better on YouTube second you

need to talk a little bit about the video you need to break down every

single little part that's in the video from like here was what happened in Part

A Part B Part C Part D and this is what happened in the video sort of simplified

you don't have to give away everything that happened and but you can't tease

what happened and that's something I don't see many people doing there's a

lot to do it out there and they're very good at it but there's like 20 more for

every single person that does that and next thing is

people are not using the SUBSCRIBE links anymore that's a huge problem too buddy

like I've talked about before which you can find in the my description below

really talks about into buddy there's a little area where you can click and it

will give you a link to where you can put that in your description and people

can go to your description click on it and it will send you right to the

channel page where a little subscribe button will pop up that is super super

huge because when they click on that that will help you get a subscriber

easily so that's sort of just self-explanatory like if you want more

subscribers put that link in your description third thing people are not

doing affiliate marketing if you are youtuber on YouTube you should be doing

affiliate marketing if you want money so many people complain about you know the

ads aren't getting me money like I thought it would I'm not as rich as I

thought I would of course you're not because you're not using affiliate

marketing like the other people are and they're making a lot more money than you

and when you use affiliate marketing you're going to make a ton more money so

I've talked about affiliate marketing before in oh like a 20 minute video on

my channel and when you do affiliate marketing all you can do is simply in

every single video be like here's the link to my camera I use here's the link

to the microphone I use here's links to lighting phones accessories everything I

like just leave like all your gear in the description all the stuff you like

to use the clothes you wore even like you can leave links to the clothes you

wore and make money off that simply and that's one thing people just forget to

do is just leave affiliate links that can make you a lot more money now one

thing people are doing is leaving their social media links that is one thing you

should continue to do is leave your social media links because you don't

want to just stay on YouTube you want to be able to expand out and be on other

social medias just in case youtube somehow drastically dies or maybe one of

the other social media died and you have to leapfrog to another

social media and that goes into putting a link to a website every single person

if you're a youtuber you should have a website and you can't just say oh I'm

not big enough I just started YouTube I have a website here's why because if

YouTube like I said ever collapses you need your own personal space where you

control what happens all these social medias could change a rule where they're

like we don't like this type of people and we're going to ban them on all our

social media sites and every social media does that and you're one of those

people that gets blocked or maybe there's a rule to anger son but you get

blocked and you're gone on all your social medias what do you do well first

you should have an email list to be able to contact your people but second you

should have a website because that's your home base that's where you rule you

have your own rules and you decide what happens on your website and I'm talking

about like right now I've made one video about creating a WordPress website I'm

in the process of making a second video I don't know if it'll even be up by now

but I'm making this long link of tutorials about WordPress websites so

everyone can make their own website because you need your own website and

that's sort of just talking about the description I didn't even get into about

how the description helps you to sort of tag your videos the description is

almost like its own little tagging box for telling YouTube what your videos

about but that's sort of all what I had to talk about in this video and people

really need to be making their descriptions a lot better and focusing

on expanding their descriptions not leaving this one little line and social

media links because that's not getting you anywhere and you're not growing but

anyway guys if you enjoyed this video be sure to subscribe and check out some of

my other videos about expanding on YouTube I got YouTube tutorials but also

business videos and some tech video like I said I leave all my links to my

tech in the description below and I hope you guys enjoyed this video and I'll see

you guys in the next video

Using about 50 percent

Or in other words, half of my max power, I can turn you into space dust

He ain't bluffing...

What speed!

I didn't see that at all...

Again, I couldn't see Freeza's movement...

Can there be this much difference in our powers?

Didn't I say so?

If I use only half of my max power

I could turn you into space dust, as I recall

Dammit!

Welcome!

Your speed is too low! Anyone can see that!

What's the matter?

Never mind half my max power, I'm not even using a third

Serves you right!

Joni's Corner: Benefits of Affliction - Duration: 1:28.

Hi I'm Joni Eareckson Tada.

Psalm 119 verse 67 says "before I was afflicted

I went astray, but now I keep your word"

and then just a few verses later the

psalmist says again it was for my good

that I was afflicted so that I would

learn your statutes O Lord

you know if there's one thing that you could learn

from those two little short verses it's this

God sends affliction to help you learn his word

I know that it's true in my life

when I broke my neck

my affliction made me search the scriptures

with the desperation to find help

I no longer treated the Bible as though

it were something marginal you know like

it were just a an extra add-on to my life

now once I realized my quadriplegia was permanent,

the Bible became my meat and my drink

and friend you don't have to

break your neck to learn this

you got affliction then do yourself a favor

let it help you learn God's Word

What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming

Whose broad stripes and bright stars Through the perilous fight

O'er the ramparts we watched Were so gallantly streaming

And the rocket's red glare The bombs bursting in air

Gave proof through the night That our flag was still there

Oh, say! does the Star Spangled Banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free And the home of
