2 tips on
books' suggestions
for you, focused on your own professional and personal development,
be it on a coaching process, be it on
a mentoring process. One of the tips
that I really enjoy sharing
are reading suggestions,
and not necessarily only printed books, in
that original press format, but
also Audio-books or even
on tablets. It is vital we
understand that neuroscience brings
studies on
how the brain works on changing habits
such as for instance, if you are used to reading on
a printed book
let's try to change it a bit and read it on
a tablet, for example. Or perhaps read via Audio-book, developing
our brain, and working
not only focused on our self development
and self improvement, but also to
make new neural connections.
So, the 2 tips on books I bring today
are the following ones: Tip # 1
Book #1 with the theme: Communication
my suggestion goes to Dale Carnegie
under the title "How To Win Friends &
Influence People". It is an excellent book
to deal with interpersonal relations,
and to develop our genuine communication.
Tip # 2
And the second book I suggest deals with
balance and living life at its full potential, from Chris Crowley,
that I really recommend, it is "Younger Next Year"
It goes well to all generations, including an auto analysis
to yourself ,
bringing about topics such as lifestyle and our own lives.
It is important we
make a connection among the tips I bring you here
and your own reality. So, please take your notes,
think through them,
consider whether you should apply them to your life this or next week,
or perhaps next month, or still today.
Consider also about
the reading format you are using, if it is all the same,
let's try a new way of reading as I suggested in this video, going for an audio-book or tablet format, and

their fast driving skills in safe conditions
and compete for unique prizes,
ncluding a training day in a professional,
high-performance go-kart on an open track with Lenartowicz Motorsport
and a ride on the KTM X-BOW racetrack
In addition, those interested in the event
were able to familiarize themselves with the new timing system—Race GT.
The innovative proposal, which was born in Krakow

- For today's Cold Email Teardown,
we are going deep into the spam box
to see the best of spam.
So here is something I wanted to show you,
which is a cold email that's trying to sell
video production
to other agencies that they're finding on Crunchbase.
And I thought it was a very interesting
piece of spam mail,
because it's doing almost everything right,
and yet here it is living in the spam box,
and nobody is gonna see this email, right?
Because they lost the domain.
So let's talk about that.
The main reason I think this is getting
marked as spam
is because it's not a human email, right?
If you look at all the followups here,
they have a lot of images,
a lot of gifs that would be in here
that really make it seem like the email's not
written from one human to another.
There's also a lot of links in here
that could be scraped.
So what I want to do today is take this email,
let's put it in Google Docs,
and let's see if there's anything we can improve.
All right. Here we are.
So off the bat, I really like the subject line.
I'd say there's no notes to be had here.
But the main thing I wanted to talk about
is how to remove this from being in the spam box.
This domain name's probably dead,
but Google Domains or any other email client
will make it pretty easy to buy a different one.
So maybe they buy LeftProductions.io
and start over from there.
But advice here is, if your domain is getting
marked as spam, to stop sending from that domain immediately
and create an alias domain.
So here we go. "Hi Alex,
I came across X27 while looking through a list
of popular app companies on Crunchbase.
As I'm looking to build some new relationships
in the industry, I thought I'd personally
reach out."
So off the bat, this first line's very me-centric,
so let's see if we can get rid of some of the I's.
So, "Came across X27 while looking through a list
of popular app companies on Crunchbase."
Add a compliment, "And love your style."
Something like that.
"As I'm looking to build some new relationships
in the industry, I thought I'd personally reach out,"
is actually irrelevant to the email,
so we'll just remove that.
So the thing to keep in mind about the disconnect here
is this email's not about app companies,
even though he's reaching out to app companies.
You want to make sure that everything is aligned
with what you're trying to sell.
So let's try rewriting this really quick.
So off the bat, I restructured this sentence
a little bit, and got rid of one of the examples here.
There is too many examples all at once,
and the show reel on top of it is just too much
you're trying to show them at once.
The goal of the initial email's to get a call.
If they want to see the show reel,
let's make it about the show reel.
If you want people to just watch animal video
and make it about that.
But right now, there's just way too many calls to action.
So actually, we could make it just about the show reel.
So I'll remove every link except for the show reel,
and then we'll rewrite that in a second, too.
"Are you planning on producing video content
for X27 this year?
If so, would love to have a chat with you,"
is a fine call to action.
So here's kind of the reworked email.
And then I'd say something like,
"Thanks, Blaze."
So what we ended up doing is putting this in the P.S.,
and that should make for a more solid email.

hey what's up everybody this is to Sushil
back with another video and today we are looking at what is on my Android
smartphone to start with I want to make it clear that I'm running on lineage OS
7.1 which I flashed just yesterday so here is my home screen at the top I got
a widget made using Zooper widget application if you want to try it out I
suggest you to try it out because it is a really interesting app and it allows
you to create widget from scratch so at the bottom I got some applications that
I use on a daily basis so things like call YouTube app and Instagram and those
type of applications and at the right I got the greenify hibernate
application which I use to save battery and I have hidden it in the right just
so it blends with the wallpaper so I'm running this on Nova Launcher and I
don't change many things in Nova Launcher I just let it be as it is after
installation but I do make sure is to keep the grid size to 5 by 5 which is
is also default so other things you might not be able to see in there is
gestures i use so I can use swipe up to open the camera and in the same way I
have used it in applications as well so if I swipe up from YouTube it opens
creator studio in the same way if I swipe up from Instagram it opens
snapchat I use this because it is fast and easy to access and at the same time
it saves a lot of space in the home screen it is very useful you should try
it out and there is the Google search bar which I tend to use more than
I think because I like to do the quick searches and it is really easy with the
Google search bar at the front so if we go into the app drawer there's not thing
there's nothing much interesting going on in there it is justapplication lots of
applications and icon packs I am using right here is called flight lite it is
a really good icon pack so you might try out that one as well so at the top I got
some recent apps which again helps a lot
the most used applications that I use the most in the top it's easier to access
them so I think that is it I haven't got anything else in here

In the next episode, The Slashing Warrior General of The Pride Troopers Kahseral takes
on Universe 6 and 7!

get unleashed.
In this video, I will breakdown 'Dragon Ball Super Episode 101' preview trailer.
We will go almost frame by frame, but just want to let you guys now, this time we are

Now let's go through the recently revealed spoilers-
Episode Title- Here Comes The Warriors of Justice!
Pride Troopers!
Goku challenges Jiren of Universe 11, but Jiren sends Kahseral along with 5 other members
of the pride troopers to face Goku's group.
To defeat them Goku join forces with Caulifla and Kale!
The enemy of my enemy is my friend?!
Goku fights alongside Caulifa and Kelly!
Kahseral fights as well as you would expect of the leader of the pride troopers.
Getting separated from his teammates, Roshi resorts to use- Thunder Shock Surprise- against
his opponents!
Master Roshi is still very strong!
The last episode ended in a cliffhanger, looked like Goku was finally going to get to battle
Jiren!
Actually, that scene was quite funny if you think about it from Goku's perspective.
Hit and Jiren are like 2 of the strongest fighters in the battle royal, if you were
a Universe 7 fighter, you would hope that they clash.
In this case, they were about to, and you would think no one would interfere.
Because, if Hit and Jiren battles and damage each other, Goku or Vegeta would have been
left in an advantageous position.
Also, the fans were really wanting to see these Jiren and Hit fight, but Goku comes
out of nowhere, and he is like ' Hey!
I want to waste my energy.'
You know like the fighting instinct really takes over Goku, this is why he isn't the
best strategist in these types of situations.
So, Hit obviously backed off, and was like back to not volunteering to wasting energy.
However, we won't be getting to see Goku v Jiren in Episode 101.
From the spoilers, we know, Jiren is going to play more games with Goku, as he decides
let Kahseral and the squad take care of him.
Jiren realizes how desperate Goku is, and until he gets to fight him, his mind is going
to be unstable.
So Jiren is making Goku exhausted even before he can touch him.
Fighters like Jiren and Hit didn't use much energy as of yet, while Goku already had to
transform to SSB thrice, but I won't put all blames on Goku either.
Because, Universe 7 is the most targeted Universe, and over that Goku is the most targeted fighter,
and the way Jiren dealt with Kale, it makes me wonder how Goku can defeat him!
I don't know but I am leaning towards an ending where Goku isn't going to defeat
Jiren One v One.
I don't know how it would go, I would like some predictions from you guys in the comments
section!
Now let's come to the General, he is kind of a like a leader of the team according to
the spoilers at least.
Previously, it was implied that Toppo is the leader, the way I am seeing it now is, in
this battle royal The General will be leading this Grade B sub team of the pride troopers,
you see this colorful squad yeah them.
While Toppo is like the brain of the top 3, and even maybe when other members get taken
out Kahseral will come under Toppo's wing.
That's how I see it.
In terms of power from what we see, this is how I'm going to rank U11 fighters for now-
1.
Jiren 2.
Toppo 3.
Dyspo 4.
The General Khaseral
The Generals seems like the smart type, so it makes sense for him to lead.
Looks like he has versatile moves too, in this shot we see him attacking with two Ki
swords.
Kind of like the ki blade, Goku Black used in the last or the one Vegito uses.
We see him taking on the androids, and our androids are really Cyborgs, the General is
also a Cyborg, so it will be exciting.
So, I think to take on this 5 man sub team of U11, U7 and 6 will probably have the 5
fighter team of Goku, 17,18, Kale and Caulifla.
However, the game is never easy for U7, due to the reputation they have established.
We have an interesting shot here, A blue creepy guys got hold of Goku from behind.
What's he doing?
It's that master lock submission style move or is he trying to self-explode to take out
Goku!
Who is he actually?
I don't remember seeing him in any of the teams.
I could be wrong, if that's the case please comment, I'll pint it.
Could he be one of the 2 invisible fighters?
In the Universe 4 team, you can see 2 guys aren't clearly visible, but their shadowy
figure gives us a slight idea.
If I zoom in, his face kind of looks similar to the one in the absolute right.
So probably he'll appear out of nowhere and catch Goku by surprise.
Moving on, we see a shot of this guy, many fans thought he looked like Cell, there are
some similarities, and I am eager to find out more about him, he looks like the type
of fighter that has some transformations.
I would enjoy if he transforms and looks something closer to Cell, but in this shot he has this
I'm about to get kicked type of look you know.
This small guy from U11 doesn't look all that powerful, but might have one of those
annoying techniques which until broken can be troublesome.
The Caulifla-Kale scene of the trailer looks really mysterious.
Hard to guess what's happening, from simple first look it appears as if Caulifla is getting
eliminated or maybe attacked by someone, while Kale is losing her mind?!
Like, Kale already transformed and all, will she go Berserk again, what would be the point
of that?
We did see a SS1 design of Kale, in one of the promotional materials earlier on, so maybe
this time around she controls her power, and she is kind of a prodigy, her Super Saiyan
from is expected to be way superior.
The scene looks really emotionalistic, I just invented that word.
So just for the sake of it, let's reverse think it, maybe this time something bad happens
to Kale and Caulifla ends up transforming.

I want some deaths though, like yeah it's against the rule, but someone might accidentally
break the rule or might even intentionally sacrifice to take out a strong opponent.
That would trigger some serious transformations!

What's Your Why - The Secret to Health and Fitness - Duration: 4:22.
Why are you here? That's an existential question. In reference to the first video
I talked about the struggles or the challenges. What are your struggles
or your challenges in relation to your health and fitness right now, and that
there could be a conflict between what you value and what you're prioritizing in
life. And in order to actually affect change
you would need to know why you want to make that change. You would need to know
why you want to improve your health, your fitness, or your wellness. So let's get
into that and I want to use something that's called the 5 why's exercise.
I've done this with myself many times and I've done this with many clients and
it's a fascinating exercise, because the first answer is usually very banal and
very generic. So let me give you an example. I might be sitting across from you and I
say, "Hey why is it that you want to improve your health?" And you might say
something like, "Well coming up this summer one of my best friends is getting
married and I would like to, you know, fit into a dress size that's two sizes smaller."
Or you're a guy and you're like, "I'm feeling a little paunchy around the stomach and
I don't want my mates to make fun of me so I'd want to tone up a little bit.
Maybe lose 10 to 15 pounds." That's a good answer, right, but is it motivating? Will
you be motivated to not eat that dessert, or not to have that super-rich dinner
out, or those French fries? Will you have the willpower? Will that "why" give you the
drive to make a plan and succeed? Probably not! So I'll ask you, "Why do you
want to lose that 10 to 15 pounds? Why do you want to drop two dress sizes?"
Now, this is the second why and the idea here is you ask why of what you just
answered. So how I just reframed it, why do you want to drop two dress sizes? Why do
you want to lose ten pounds around your waist? Maybe you give me the answer like,
"Well I've got all these clothes in my closet and I've had to buy some new ones
because I put on weight. I hate spending money on clothes that I really don't
want to be wearing. I want to go back to wearing the clothes that fit me, that I
invested this money in. And so the next question I would ask is, "So why do you
want to fit into these clothes that are two dress sizes smaller?" Or, "Why do you
want to drop your pants size from a 36 to a 34
waist?" And this is the point where you might have another simple answer. You
might be like, "Well I know that if I lost that 10 pounds I would feel much better
about myself and I would probably have a little bit more energy to play with my
kids." Or, "I would feel more sexually attracted to my partner. You know this is
kind of personal, but I take my clothes off and I don't like what I see in the
mirror." That's a deeper "why"! Or it could be
something along the lines of, and I've heard this before, you know my dad or my mom
had type 2 diabetes .I noticed that when they stopped caring about their health
and their fitness their health started to decline and then they never came back
from that. I don't want to go there. Or my doctor has told me if I don't make
changes to my health I'm just months away from possibly being
pre-diabetic. These are the deeper reasons. When you have that why, that if
you feel it inside, maybe it gives you tingles, maybe you take a deep
sudden breath... "Wow, I haven't actually thought that that was the reason why I
want to do this, but now I feel compelled. The next step is, how do you achieve the
"why". So my suggestion is before you go to the next video, ask yourself "why." Why do I
want to... whatever it is that you're struggling with. So if you want to lose
weight, why do I want to lose X amount of pounds, why do I want to start working
back at the gym. Whatever that question, answer the question and then ask why of
your last answer. So you're using the words from your last answer. Keep going.
You might get it in three, four, five, or six questions, but once you've got that
answer for yourself then let's go to the next video, which is the "what". What are
the actions, what can you do, what do you need to do to make your why a
possibility, to actually put an action plan into place so that you can get to
where you want to go.
