Teach Your Dog to Listen - the Positive Training Trifecta! - Duration: 9:15.Positive reinforcement is widely regarded as the most effective way to
train a dog but there's more to it than just food. Three ways to add some more
rocket fuel to your training without increasing food are coming up!
Ian here with Simpawtico Dog Training, and before we talk about
positive reinforcement, please make sure you're subscribed so you never miss any

resources about the stuff we talked about. Now, today I want to talk about one
of my favorite subjects: what I call the "positive training trifecta." Basically
these are three types of rewards you can use with your dog in your positive
reinforcement training arsenal. Those are presents, compliments, and massages. Most
of you are already doing this stuff, so the aim of this video isn't to show you
something new and revolutionary but rather to shine a spotlight on it and to
get you thinking and using it strategically. I want you to understand a
bit about what happens in your dog's brain and how you can capitalize on that
process. Once you start thinking like this and start tweaking your application,
holy smokes you'll be amazed at how fast your dog starts paying better attention
and doing what you ask. Before we get into the details though let's talk a
little bit about positive reinforcement. What the heck does that really mean? In dog
training you really only have two approaches: classical conditioning and
operant conditioning. Everything is basically some application of those two
things. Now positive reinforcement is one of the four quadrants of operant
conditioning developed by Burrhis Frederick Skinner in the 1940s.
"Reinforcement" simply means that we are increasing a behavior. We are making it
more likely to happen again in the future. The positive part means we're
adding something. Remember that "positive" and "negative"
don't mean good or bad. Dog training is based on psychology and psychology is a
science and in science "positive" and "negative" don't mean "good" or "bad," they
mean "addition" and "subtraction." So positive reinforcement means that we are
adding a desirable stimulus in order to increase a behavior. That's it. Many
people get caught up in the thinking that to increase the influence of
positive reinforcement we need to increase the value of the food that
we're using. No we don't. Layering together other kinds of rewards will
significantly increases the power of the reward system in the first place. And the
proper use of food as a training tool should always include an exit strategy
so that you can get away from it. I talked about this in my phasing
out treats video. Once you've stopped using food what do we have left?
Compliments and massages—things we've layered on top of the food from the
beginning and now the absence of the food isn't nearly as significant. So what
we're talking about today are three types of rewarding stimuli that I feel
give me the most bang for my buck when I'm working with a dog. One: presents.
Presents or anything that you pre-sent to your dog. As we mentioned food is
the most obvious and widely used kind of present. Food can expedite the training
process, it's terrific for use as both a lure and a reward, and it's unmatched
when used in classical conditioning. While food is a great tool it's also
terribly abused. Many owners use too much food and use lures way too long. We have
to phase it out quickly or we'll be using it indefinitely.
Thus food is not the only type of present we have available. Toys can and
should be used to train your dogs. We can use toys as lures and rewards for things
like Come and Heel, and Take It, Leave It and Drop It. Playing with toys is a fantastic
training opportunity. In fact this is the point behind several of my videos. You
can also present abstract things to your dogs such as opportunities, specifically
life rewards. The opportunity to run free to play with other dogs, to play fetch or
tug, to sniff the ground and pee on some weeds, and other things dogs enjoy can
be easily leveraged as training rewards. The second one is compliments.
Compliments are essentially quality, verbal feedback. Specifically we covered
this in the voice and marker training video, but suffice it to say that
accurate, timely, and efficient communication is the backbone of good
training. We mark behaviors we want, we encourage them to keep going when
they're doing it right, and we praise them enthusiastically when they're done.
Finally, massages—that tactile interaction is a
woefully under-used strategy. In my touch tactics video I discussed this in
greater detail, but in a nutshell there are several spots on your dog that are
wired up with bundles of nerves that go right to the pleasure centers in their
brain. Briefly these are the chin in the chest, just in front of the ears, the
shoulders and sides of the body, the inguinal
area, the base of the tail, and the backs of the thighs. So to make the positive
training trifecta work we simply layer all three styles of rewards on to
correct responses. "Yes! Very good, very good!"
Let's jump back into the science a little bit here. Scientific studies on
dogs' brains show that being fed, being praised, being touched, and even just a
few minutes of playing with their owners prompt a release of a number of
feel-good chemicals including serotonin, prolactin, oxytocin, dopamine, and beta
endorphin. These are all the natural "feel-good" drugs both your body and your
dog's body manufacture. These create feelings of trust, attachment, and love.
They decrease the sensitivity of pain receptors, and they produce feelings of
euphoria. These feelings and the chemical processes in the brain even have a
somewhat addictive quality to them. This is why we're drawn to our hobbies and
favorite foods and even certain people. I think you can see where this is headed.
Each of the three reward types—presents, compliments, and massages can and will
produce these chemical reactions on their own, but layering them together and
using them strategically will not only amplify the effects but make several
options suddenly available to you. This is all, as we've said in the beginning,
positive reinforcement, a component of operant conditioning. But let's take a
sidestep here for a second and talk about the other big approach in training,
classical conditioning. In the simplest terms, classical conditioning is
learning by association. Two stimuli are linked together to produce a new learned
response. Two of Skinner's graduate students, Marion and Keller Breland,
continued his work and went on to become both giants in the field of applied
animal psychology, and two of the world's most respected animal trainers. They
established early on that classical conditioning is inseparable from operant
conditioning. Not only is classical conditioning integrated into the process
of operant conditioning, but we are always—ALWAYS classically conditioning
our dogs when we work with them. We are developing what's called conditioned
emotional responses to us and to practicing in general. What that means is
that deploying the positive training trifecta consistently and genuinely not
only acts as an accelerant for training purposes, but it builds a powerful
rapport and bond with your dog. It cultivates what we call "owner gravity."
When all of those feel-good chemicals flood their body on a consistent basis
they start associating all of those good feelings with you, and consequently
develop a strong attachment and drive to please you.
Over time the act of doing these things becomes self-rewarding. Doing things with
you and doing what you ask become one of their favorite hobbies. This is how you
get a dog that pays attention to you, that checks in during walks and off-
leash time, that offers behaviors without being asked, and is generally pretty
happy and agreeable most of the time. As with most of my videos this advice is
aimed for the typical pet dog owner. These may not be appropriate for working
or competition dogs, and you'll have to adapt everything for severe behavior
problems. Of course, seek help from a qualified professional in these cases. I
would say, though, that with about 99 percent of the dogs that I work with in
private sessions, in group classes, and even in the shelters this stuff works so
fast—so fast! In fact of the thousands of dogs I've
worked with I can count the ones this stuff didn't work on with one hand. And
yes, I know some of you are thinking it, this does work pretty well with
children and significant others. I've linked to all the videos I mentioned in

How HOT IS FLORIDA in the Summer? - Duration: 9:49.Hey everyone, Dana here!
It's been pretty warm here in Germany the last few weeks, but I'm from South Florida,
where this kind of weather that we're experiencing right now in Germany in July is something
that I remember experiencing in South Florida around March or April.
So then if it feels that warm in April in South Florida, what does July feel like?
The heat of the South Florida summer is heavy.
It's like a heavy wet towel just covering everything.
A few years ago I flew from Germany to South Florida during the summer and then walking
out of the air conditioned airport for my first time back in South Florida in the summer
in years was such a shock.
It was so intense.
The air there is not just hot, but it's humid.
It's so wet that it just smacked into my body with such a strong force.
It was like walking into a wet wall.
I really suddenly felt it all around me.
The damp air, as soon as I walked out of that airport...it was like I could feel the atmosphere
all around me.
It was so thick.
So what was my life in South Florida like with this kind of intense hot, humid, long
summer, stretching from around March to November?
Well especially in the middle of the summer, to go running, for example, I can remember
waking up at 5 in the morning before the sun came up, and still already at that time, already
at 5 in the morning the air was so thick and so filled with water, that without even running
a step, just walking out my front door, my skin was already damp.
To try and put it into perspective, here in Germany, the other day, it was a really warm
30 degree day and then it rained.
It was one of those really warm rains, where the rain actually does absolutely nothing
to help cool down the day.
And then after the rain, the air was so filled with moisture that it felt even hotter and
stickier after the rain than it had before.
I would say that's how South Florida felt all the time in the summer,
even at 5 in the morning.
And in South Florida, of course, many days it does rain too, which I will talk about
more later.
But after those rains in South Florida it does also get even more humid and sticky after
the rain than it was before.
And even when it wasn't raining, not raining, but sometimes the air outside was just so
wet that paper would immediately get a little damp.
Like, if you tried to take some paper outside to write on it, to leave a note for someone
or something, the paper often didn't stay crisp.
It would start to curl up slightly at the edges, and then it'd tear much easier too.
If you just pushed a little bit too hard with the pen, you could really easily tear through
the paper.
And if you tried to use some kind of liquidy ink on the paper, sometimes it was so damp
that it would bleed a little bit into the paper.
As I mentioned in this video here, I went to sleep away camp in Florida, and we didn't
have air conditionings at the camp.
It was just ceiling and box fans, and so that's when I first learned about the paper, when
I was trying to write letters home.
It was a little tricky with all the humidity.
I also very quickly learned a lesson about envelopes.
That they will seal themselves in the heat and humidity.
The whole packet of envelopes, they were all sealed shut from the humidity.
They closed themselves.
Made writing home quite difficult.
Tape was also a problem.
We liked to tape pictures and magazine cut-outs to the wall at camp, but because of the humidity,
not only did the photos and clippings often end up curling a little bit, they'd often
fall off the wall at some point because the tape just wouldn't hold anymore.
It didn't stay sticky because of all the water in the air.
My hair is also different in South Florida.
With all that humidity my hair is much curlier there.
Here in Germany I can very easily make my hair stick straight with a flat iron, and
once I do that it pretty much just stays that way.
I can also make my hair wavy in Germany, but the waves tend to fall out quicker here.
They don't really hold their form as well.
And I really can't get my hair that curly without using a curling iron in Germany.
Whereas in South Florida, I can straighten my hair all day long if I want, if I go for
a 10 minute walk outside in the summer, it will very quickly stop being so straight,
and just start to form into waves and curls.
Now how about cars.
Leather seats are the best right?
Maybe not in South Florida.
Those leather seats can hurt your legs when you sit down in shorts.
And when you open up the car door at 3 in the afternoon, after it's been sitting in
the middle of a parking lot for a few hours, this, just, wave of heat like from an oven
smacks into your whole body.
I can remember that I could barely breathe, the air was just so hot and heavy, that I
could barely breathe as I climbed into the car.
Of course yelping at my burning legs if there were leather seats.
And then the steering wheel was so hot, the shifter was hot.
And better not let the metal of the seat belt touch your skin, because that thing gets really hot.
So you're like putting your seat belt on, trying to avoid the metal part at all cost.
You're like: don't touch it, don't touch it, don't touch it.
So of course, if you had time, you would try to let the car air out for a few minutes before
climbing in because it was just so hot in there.
And then, there's the rain.
Now here in Germany it rains.
In South Florida in the summer, it torrential downpours.
If you get caught in a Florida downpour or even just try to run from your car through
the parking lot to the store, you can get your clothes, just, completely soaked through
in a matter of seconds.
It's just coming down so heavy.
Sometimes it would start to pour when you were in your car, and then you've got the
windshield wipers on, and they're on high, but it's as if they're standing still.
The water is just cascading down the front of the car in sheets.
It was totally normal for me or one of my friends or one of my co-workers to call from
the car, like: hey, you know, I'll be in, in a few minutes.
I'm stuck in my car in my parking lot.
Because it was often better to just wait it out in your car in the parking lot, because
the rain often only lasted around 10 or 15 minutes before the sun came back out.
But then of course, like I said, the sun came back out after the rain, and then it was often
even more humid and even stickier than before the rain.
The side effect of these massive storms just blowing in so quickly was that, for me, I
can remember often getting intense pressure headaches from the changing weather.
And along with such a summer storm often came really loud thunder.
It was just blasting overhead.
It felt like there were fireworks going off directly above us, and our poor dog, Patches,
was so scared, every time that there was a storm, she would get so scared.
She would start to, like, trying to burrow down into the rug, into the floor.
And she was shaking, and just really scared.
So we would sit there and pet her and hold her and try to tell her, like,
everything's going to be okay!
But, yeah, we just, we felt so bad because she was just so terrified of these storms.
But at least the storm often didn't last that long, it would blow over, like I said, and
then she would, like, bounce back up and be like, oh okay, the storm's over.
Okay, now I'm good, now we can play again.
So least she seemed to recover quickly from that scary experience.
And then, of course, such a warm, wet climate is a lovely place for bugs and mosquitoes to live.
So we had to deal with those as well.

Knitting Help - Converting a Flat Pattern to Circular - Duration: 7:33.In this video, I'm going to talk a little about converting a pattern that is written
to be knit flat to a pattern that is knit in the round, on circular needles.
And I've avoided making this video because I've always been concerned that making this
video was going to create more questions than it was going to answer.
But I've thought about this and I've taken it to a really high level.
I've made...put together four points that are the basics in how you can rework a pattern,
a flat pattern that is seamed, to be something that is knit in the round.
And I can't answer all of your modification questions, but hopefully this will get you
on the right track for doing that yourself.
And I also have a pointer for that as well, if you get stuck.
Okay, when I'm talking about converting a flat pattern to circular, I'm talking about,
like, for instance, a hat.
A hat is normally a tube, right?
A hat that is written to be knit flat, with right and wrong side rows, and then seamed
up one side.
Or a pullover cardigan, that is essentially a tube for the whole body, but it's knit in
pieces instead and then seamed.
That's the kind of thing I'm talking about.
There are other examples.
You can actually have mittens that are written flat with a seam that you can change.
There are all...pretty much anything can be written flat if it's a...can be written flat
if it's normally knit in a tube, or if it's...can be converted to knit in a tube.
I think that makes sense, yes.
But knitting in the round is easier, it's faster for a lot of people.
You don't have wrong side rows.
For...you know, a lot of Americans hate purling, and so we always want the right side row showing
all the time.
Okay, my four points.
If you wanna see a rundown of these points, you can...I've listed them out in the video
description field, just below the video on YouTube.
Or you can click the little "I" to go to my website and I'll have them listed out there.
Number one, the first thing is, is this a good idea?
Is it a good idea to switch your pattern from being knit flat with seams to in the round?
And you wanna think about this because sometimes the seams in a pattern are there for structure,
especially if you have something like a cotton sweater.
Cotton yarn can be kind of heavy, and if you are eliminating the seams from a cotton sweater
that's knit with kind of heavy cotton yarn, you could just be making just this hanging,
heavy mess of cotton that really has no shape to it, where the seams were actually giving
it structure.
So ask yourself that first.
Something knit in a wool yarn, which has...is a much lighter weight yarn, meaning actually
pound for pound it's a lighter weight yarn, chances are you're gonna be okay.
But do think about that, think about the structure of the sweater if that's going to make a difference.
A hat, it probably...you can probably convert it without any difficulties.
A hat can never really get heavy enough for that to be a problem.
Number two, when you're talking about the seams on a hat, you have one seam in a hat
most likely, you wanna subtract two stitches for every seam that you're eliminating.
And if you're working with a pattern that was done by a good designer, a designer who
thought about the seams that were going into their piece, they're going to add two stitches
to the pattern that are going to be eaten up in the seam.
They're just...that's just part of it, they expect you to use the mattress stitch to seam
it, and two of those stitches are just going to be gone.
So they'll add two stitches.
So when you're converting that to being knit in the round, you wanna take those two stitches
out for every seam.
So for a hat, for example, with one seam, eliminate the first and the last stitch, the
first stitch of the row and the last stitch of the row, if there's a stitch pattern that
you're working with, and when you seam it...or when you don't seam it up, when you just knit
it in the round, it should look...have the same stitch pattern as if it was knit flat
and seamed.
And if you're talking about a sweater that has a seam, the body of a sweater has a seam
on either side, you want to eliminate two stitches on one side, two stitches on the
other, for a total of four stitches.
And, you know, four stitches, we're talking about a sweater, you know, like a woman's
sweater, a woman's sweater that's knit in kind of a fine gauge yarn, four stitches is
not going to make a big difference.
But it is going to make a big difference in...if you were knitting something with a...maybe
a super bulky yarn, where each stitch is nearly an inch wide.
You wanna take those stitches out, it could make a big difference in the size.
Mostly it's going to make a difference in any stitch pattern, even if you're just talking
about the bottom ribbing.
So eliminate four stitches for...or two stitches for every seam that you're eliminating when
you change something to being knit in the round.
The third one, okay, yes, the third one is actually really important, because when you're
knitting a flat piece, you're knitting right side, wrong side, right side, wrong side.
And when you are knitting something in the round, it's just right side, right side, right
side, right side.
There are no wrong sides, the wrong side of the work never faces you.
So when you switch something to being...from being flat to in the round, you need to eliminate
the wrong side rows, and that means changing all of the wrong side rows to be right side
rows.
And if we are just talking about stockinette, you know, stockinette, when it's knit flat
is knit a row, purl a row, knit a row, purl a row.
You just want to eliminate the purls.
It's all knit, knit, knit, knit, knit.
Every round is knit.
So that will give you stockinette in the round.
That's how that's done.
It does get more complicated when you're talking about other stitches.
The basic thing you...the most basic instructions I can give you are, every wrong side row,
change all knits to purls and all purls to knits, and that will give you the pattern
that you want on the right side of the work for knitting in the round.
On the wrong side rows, change all knits to purls and purls to knits.
That works for almost everything.
That works for almost every pattern you're going to come up against.
The only time it doesn't is if you have stitches that use psso...this is the only example that
I could think of.
The only time it doesn't is if you have a psso, pass slipped stitch over, and that's
going to give you a real heavy lean that you can't replicate on the right side of the work.
But there are hardly any patterns that do pssos on the wrong side of the work anyway.
I was really stretching for that.
It's really...it's pretty easy to convert it that way.
Okay, the last one, number four is if...these are the basics, the basics.
But any pattern that you're converting, are going to have...there's going to be something
about that patterns that might be unique, and if you're having a difficult time thinking
through it, I recommend visiting your local yarn store, scheduling a private lesson with
the knitting teacher there, and don't just hand her the pattern and say, "Fix this for
me so I can knit it in the round."
Have her walk you through what she's doing, and you'll learn from that, and next time
you'll have an easier time converting the pattern on your own.
If she can convert the pattern for you, she can explain what she's doing to convert the
pattern.
I'm sure she'd be happy to share.
It's money well spent visiting your local yarn shop for a private knitting lesson if
you're stuck on something like this.
So I can't help you modify your specific pattern.
I can give you these basics and I can send you to your LYS for some help.

can't take my dignity from me I can only
give that up and I don't choose to give
it up and I will not go back the Stan
sir is no Rosa Parks changed an entire
society because that day she chose to
focus on something else she gave it a
different meaning this is not a command
you do not have control over me and she
decided to fight and she changed the
direction of a country and of many other
countries she started something we
forget that you don't have to be famous
to have the ability to change at least
your own personal history to change the
direction we go in our life we have the
power to choose even if you have it
before you can finally say no law I
won't put up with that within myself or
from anybody else and here's what I'm
going to do differently that's where the
breakthroughs really start to happen now
the question is why do some people stand
their ground and make something change
versus other people just kind of accept
things why do some people make bold
decisions and other people make
decisions that are based on trying to
hang on to what they've got that's a
more complex question the answer that we
might have in a few minutes in this one
session but there's one that I've spent
my life studying because when you can
change your decisions you can change
your life when you can change the force
that controls your decisions you can
change anything in your life at some
level we have certain beliefs and values
but if I was going to make it simple I'd
say there's two things that determine
your choices the first thing is the
state of mind and emotion here and at
that moment think about it have you ever
snapped at somebody who had nothing to
do with them it was just the state
you're in right you're frustrated you're
pissed off about something and in that
state of mind whatever they said got
interpreted to that state and you made
of a meaning like they're an irritant or
they're interrupting you they weren't
probably feel bad afterwards when we get
in the wrong state we make the wrong
decisions when you get in a strong
empowering state you'll make a better
decision learning how to direct your
state is a big part of what my work is
with people and it's a big part of what
I do on my seminars but the other thing
that affects your decisions would be
what I would call your story or your
blueprint
we all have kind of a story about how
our life was supposed to be comes from a
set of life experiences interpretations
some people think life is all about
getting theirs
some people think life is about growing
and contributing some people think life
is about making judgments some people
think life is about saving other
people's lives
some people think life is about being
successful some people think God is the
basis of everything and the way to know
God is to go through life in a very
specific way with a set of rules and
they follow it that's what they believe
whatever your story is whatever your
blueprint your blueprint just another
way of saying whatever you believe is
how your life is supposed to be at some
level we either follow that blueprint or
we fight it if we follow it or we fight
it we're going to find that we're going
to bump into things in life where life
isn't always the same as we expect the
debate or think it should be and that's
what we start to experience stress so in
this session a breakthrough when you
watch this story and you saw Melissa you
saw the conflict between which he
desired most and what you feared most
I really believe life is the dance
between what you desire most and fear
most that's where you find where we live
our life the dance between what you want
most of what you fear most that's where
all that energy is in life so what does
she want she wants to be famous she
wants to be able to sing and have
everyone hear her voice and be able to
touch everyone she wants to contribute
she wants to share her gift and she
definitely wants to be famous and
successful
she needs to be closer to her children
but one of the big challenges in life is
oftentimes what we want and what we
needed two different things
she has five boys for all extremely
young as I'm sure you've saw and she has
a husband and while they're all
supportive or going on this journey
somewhere along the lines you've lost
that connection to what was most
important now she a bad person to make
bad decisions no good people make bad
decisions when they get in lousy states
what our ego gets involved or when we
start believing our story and here was
the story she had being a mom is
important but the bigger gift God gave
me is my singing voice now once we get
seduced into a particular story and we
start to believe it it takes ahold of
our life and it control
all of our choices and then pretty sound
bad choice on top of bad choice sometime
a choice starts to affect our life
can you write how many times you've made
some choices that you wish like Callie
would have made a different decision
back then and or that no one ever knows
the stupid decisions you made I know I
can relate to that so what I want to
talk to you about today for this brief
little session is how to break through a
crisis crises happen whatever type of
crises you go through in your life and I
know you've had many when we make some
choices unconsciously can we get
consequences and we make them
unconsciously because we're trying to
get what we want we don't really know
what we value most we don't know what we
need can we find yourself waking up one
day and going why is my life this way
it's kind of like life is always calling
to us to constantly grow and improve you
know if you're going to look at what's
going to make life work it's really
simple
what makes people happy is progress
we're happy more progressing if you're
overweight but you leave today you see
you know what this breakthrough thing
what I got today for me more anything
else is I've been stuck waiting for some
magical diets and magical exercise
climbs some magical time in the future
when they have more time there is more
than one more time I don't need a week
wait for that I'm just going to make a
decision today to get started I don't
need to go out there and go interview
twenty trainers and get online I don't
need somebody give me a perfect plan I
used to pick up my shoes and start
walking I need to just get somebody
behind me who just goes wrong I don't
need a way for perfection I'm gonna do
something right now I choose to get that
I choose the walk I just a run I choose
to go join a club I'm doing it now a
breakthrough happens the moment you make
a new choice and you don't have to wait
you can just get yourself in a new state
maybe this tape will get your doing or
just have to have a new thought that
says you know what I made choices in the
past I'm overweight because I chose to
eat this and this I'm not going to eat
it anymore I'm changing now you can
change your whole life real fast with
just a few choices but if you don't make
the right choices eventually you're
going to face a crisis crisis is when
you made so many poor choices that
sooner or later life shows up and
instead of asking gently for you to
change and improve to grow to make
progress to be happy life what if the
crisis now demands change it isn't
asking anymore we borrowed money
society and we overspent and we talked
about changing and we knew we had to
change and our crisis happens and guess
what nobody other choice the game has
changed and what crisis does is it melts
us down it melts us down so that we can
recast our life we can we mold ourselves
and usually on the other side our life
is greater because as we go through that
crisis we have to growl nobody everybody
wants change nobody wants to do it
everybody I should say wants progress
but nobody wants to change everybody
wants their life better but nobody wants
to do the push-ups the running have the
economic or emotional discipline to make
it happen but if you're watching this
right now and you're still with me some
part of you wants more and I'm saying to
you choose it and the way you're going
to choose it is really simple if you're
in that crisis what keeps you in the
crisis is probably because you're being
reinforced most people they over eat or
they smoke or they drink or they yell at
people they keep doing it because
they're rewarded whatever gets rewarded
gets reinforced whatever habit or
behaviors reinforced becomes a habit and
pretty soon do it long enough it becomes
part of your personality and pretty soon
you think it's who you are and you just
keep living that way I mean it's easy to
see this in other people right it's easy
to see how messed up they are and how
easy they could if they just make some
new choices all you gotta do is turn on
the television some news programs an
entertainment program and you'll hear
detailed descriptions about some person
who is very powerful celebrity who is
doing some stupid thing why do we see
all the stuff on television why do we
hear about every person you can imagine
for Lindsay Lohan - Britney Spears -
only back to the old days it was Elvis
or Michael Jackson or whoever it is
that's in the news today in this stage
of life in your countries you're
watching this it's because we want to
see other people who make bad decisions
so we can feel better about our own but
the reason those people don't change
Lindsay Lohan she's got other DUI she's
putting herself at risk she's putting
other people or she could guilt someone
she goes to jail and supposed to be 90
days but here's the consequence it goes
to two weeks and before she even gets
out of the jail she makes a deal for
gets paid a million dollars when she
gets out for the interview what do you
think the chances of her changing when
her bad behavior gets her a million
dollars I don't know if she even makes
that for that much time of acting at
this stage what do you think the chances
are when people around her say it's not
your fault it's not fair they treat you
unfairly as long as we have the decision
that we're not responsible it's not our
fault we can't change anything we have
no power so I don't know if I time you
watch this if Lindsey will change but if
she did it will because the enablers are
gone she's taking responsibility and
she's found something she values more
than attention and money for bad
behavior now it's easy to look at that
with her but what about you and I where
are you hi addicted to our problems
where are you hi reinforced so many
people won't have a big problem listen
if things are going well you say how
it's going so great your friends go well
that's great after a while they go well
easy for you but if you got a problem to
go hey I understand and they connect
with you where do we get addicted to our
problems if you want to make a new
choice if you want to make a new
decision today if you want to have a
breakthrough in summary your life you
have to give up the story that it's not
your fault and you got to give up the
attention and the love and the
connection and the commiserating that
comes with it with other human beings
here's how you change five simple quick
steps and then I'm going to give you a
little tool but if you want to you can
go online and really make a change with
if you're going to change your life step
one I don't care if something that's
happened to you you know somebody
spilled oil all over where you fish it's
horrific it's disgusting how they dealt
with it
but it's happened you got to deal with
it something's happened someone your
family has been injured you've lost your
job I don't care what the problem is if
you're in a crisis step number one see
it as it is but don't see it worse than
it is now what do I mean by that I don't
mean visa mr. Mis positive thinking
right now if you're spending time with
me you know I'm not about that I'm not
here to tell you go to that garden and
chant there's no weeds there's no weeds
or still weed doing affirmations not
going to change your life you've got to
go see what the weeds are opponent
I point a simple you've got to see what
the problem is but you can't make it so
horrific that you just give up today
this is the first generation in almost a
hundred years of Americans who now
believe the majority of Americans now
believe that the quality of life for
themselves and their kids in the future
is going to be worse than the past they
have in other words nothing to look
forward to 63% of the u.s. as of today
Wow when you start thinking there is no
future you go into what we call learned
helplessness a place where you just kind
of give up and if you get to that place
of giving up then you have no power of
your life that's when people get
depressed not some people do crazy
stupid things that's when people want to
turn to drugs or alcohol or sometimes
suicide or just total frustration and
anger and their life starts to do the
opposite of breakthrough it becomes
completely stockin and pain or an
ongoing suffering if you're not going to
break out of that we got to see it as it
is we're not here to be positive
thinking people you got to see what's
really going on but if you're overweight
you can't say to yourself well I'm
big-boned that's not what you're
overweight you're overweight because you
don't work out you eat certain things
you Cheetos all day long watching TV I
don't know what did you do but I know
it's not just cuz you're big-boned
you don't want to make it so it's
outside your control you can't change it
so see it as it is but don't see it
worse than it is so that you have no
reason to try does that make sense
that's the first step step to get to the
real truth and deal with it don't just
see it as it is and not worse than it is
don't just like balance it but now get
to the truth I mean listen yes the truth
is you've been trying to get a job for
two years and you truly have worked
every day in a particular industry the
number of jobs made industry has shrunk
down and you really aren't getting that
job then you might have look at the
truth the truth is you might have to
retool you might have to say gosh you
know the industry I'm in is gone I mean
gross implica simplistic example but for
years vinyl records were around for 85
years there was a gigantic industry and
things came and went during the vinyl
record time what happened well there
were
remember those 8-track tapes are you
ain't enough to remember those things
and you know somebody remembers those
things these big boxes you push it in
and out yeah eight tracks came and went
vinyl records are still here and then
cassette tapes came right and cassette
dates were small or a more compact and
more convenient and more seemingly
indestructible and they came over here
and vinyl records were still selling
like crazy they had a job and vinyl
record you kept it but then a little
thing came along called the CD when that
happened almost overnight you saw an
entire industry been around almost a
century was gone if you were the guy
that worked in the vinyl record factory
and you everything about it it was the
second generation didn't matter it was
over and when now we laugh about a CD
right because everything in this digital
world you can have instantly who wants
to put on a CD pretty rare still
available in vinyl records maybe there's
a small market of people that are
collectors but it's gone my point is if
you're in the battle record business
you've got to tell yourself the truth
you got to see it it is not worse than
it is but you also got to get the truth
and deal with it you got to deal with a
card you're dealt you're going to have
to retool you have to change something
we might have to move if you live in the
Gulf and I don't support anything that's
happened there who could it's
unconscionable what's happening with BP
but if you live in the Gulf and you're a
third-generation fisherman and you're
now you fish for oysters and they're
dead you better get to the truth are
they going to be dead for two years or
10 or 20 to the best of your ability and
you might say but I can't do anything
else
I can't I'm a third generation this is
all I know yes you can get to the truth
and deal with it deal the card you dealt
with you got to deal with it sure I'm
sure illegally but in the meantime you
got to take care of your family I'm not
saying this off-the-cuff easy because
I've been in those situations where it's
impossible it's unjust it's wrong but I
still got to deal with it just like you
and I make it sense it's like you might
say I have a little Maura you might have
to move you might have to fish someplace
else you might have to get I know you
still got to deal with all the
consequences but you got to take that
control of your life
they're unjust things that happen but
you got to take control easy for me to
say I'm not sitting in your shoes I get
that but who hasn't experienced some
form of injustice
someplace who
I've dealt with something unfair who's
not dealt with something it wasn't meant
to be unfair but it affected your entire
life your career your finances whatever
you got to tell yourself the truth and
you got to get to those dealing with the
reality right now the longer you wait
the longer the crisis will be if you're
having an economic crisis got to deal
with it
got a downsize right sighs do whatever
it takes I say okay Tony well so far
you're telling me don't allow myself to
make it so bad I know try see it as is
but don't make it worse than it is
you're telling me get to the truth and
deal with it well that's nice but you
know how do I do that maybe the third
step more than just getting the role
model maybe to be more specific is get a
vision first get a vision and get strong
that's why I think the third step should
be you first tell you something true
this see it as it is not worse than is
Pro yourself the truth and deal with it
but the way to deal with it is say what
am I going to go for there's got to be a
compelling future I got to come up with
a vision for my life or a vision for my
relationship I've had terrible
relationships nothing's worked tell
yourself the truth I've made poor
choices or I told me some stories and
gave myself excuses or I've not had the
courage whatever it is get to the truth
and then get yourself a vision for what
you do want because you have to have
something you're going to move towards
does that make it sense if without a
vision people perish it says in a very
good book called the good book and I
know there many good books but that's a
good one to take a look at we need
something to go for we can deal with any
problem today as long as there's
something that we can look for in the
future that we can strive for it'll give
us the emotional and psychological fuel
the juice to keep moving forward so you
got to come up with a vision and a way
to do that we'll call that step 4 get a
role model you might get the vision from
a role model you might get division just
from coming up with a new idea but in
order to figure out how to go from where
you are to where you want to be to close
the gap from where you are to where you
want to be it's best to learn by other
people's experience whenever you can so
get a role model get their strategy and
go to work get into action so I'll give
you an example um years ago when I was
first starting to try to figure out how
to build myself financially I grew up at
a time when just because I was
do well this big recession happen I
remember I was like 29 30 years old I
think maybe 31 and I was doing okay and
then all of a sudden there were all
these business challenges because we
went through this severe recession back
in those days and I remember the time
everybody was downsizing and freaking
out and I thought you know what I don't
want to just settle for this I want to
find a way to do well who's done well in
really tough times and so I started
doing my homework and those days you
know he didn't go out and use the
internet the way you do today you
couldn't access all that information we
actually went the libraries and did
research in traditional ways I'm H
enough to remember those days and I
started hearing about this man named Sir
John Templeton very famous man he's a
man who became a multi billionaire as an
investor he started with nothing but
that was interesting is when I started
find out about his story because here's
a guy that when he's a young man is
called Sir John heppa Templeton now he
was actually an American originally and
he wasn't served he came from a very
poor family and he just decided that in
his life he wanted not only do well
financially he want to do so well he
could help other people at any level
that he wanted and today by the way he's
passed but before he did he created the
Templeton fund and he also created a
fund that now delivers money gives money
each year at the Templeton Prize to
people to do good spiritual works and
it's larger than the Nobel Prize and it
continues to go on but the guy started
with nothing and here's how I did it
listen to me now the reason I look from
as a role model is because he made all
his money and the worst of times he made
all his money when people were going
through the equivalent of the deepest
recession or depression possible his
whole belief was this is different than
almost anybody else you see around me
was pessimism was the secret to success
that what he wanted to do was make money
when people are most pessimistic because
when people are optimistic they want you
to pay for their house a huge sum of
money but as they start getting more and
more pessimistic or pretty soon they
think they can never the house is the
worst thing to have they'll virtually
give you the house they'll virtually
give you the business and so he metals
money starting in World War two when the
war broke out when Hitler invaded over
in Europe he took all the money hat and
borrow
total money at $10,000 a total amount he
bought with $10,000 every stock on the
New York Stock Exchange that was one
dollar or less that he thought might be
useful including some companies that
look like they're going to be bankrupt
but he did it when people were the most
pessimistic because your call it look
like Hitler was going to take over it
didn't look like we were all going to be
the winners it look like Hitler was
going to dominate more people are that
scared they would give up anything they
had just to get a little bit back and so
he bought all the stock that eventually
made him a multi billionaire became a
billionaire because after things changed
after the war just five years later and
the economy started to surge everything
changed for him where do you think he
invested next after World War two what
was the country that was pummeled that
was down the factories were basically
turned into mud Japan you could buy
things for pennies in Japan that would
have cost you hundreds of thousands of
dollars before and he did when everyone
is most pessimistic he went in did well
and then he sold when the 80s surged and
when everybody thought Japan was the
greatest country on earth had the
biggest businesses he sold made his
maximum profit when people were overly
optimistic he did the same thing down in
South America when inflation went crazy
this man spent his entire life basically
having a strategy of how to succeed when
everybody else was scared I tell you
that because he's a role model what he
did how he did it it's all in writing
it's crystal clear he could do the same
but you won't be able to do it when
you're telling yourself the sky is
falling and it's over when you see it
worse than it is you'll just give up you
won't do it if you don't tell yourself
the truth is you know what this system
isn't working I got to do something I
got to change my findings I got to
change my job I got to reach if you
don't tell yourself the truth and deal
with the truth the real truth nothing's
going to happen you won't ever even
think about a guy like John Templeton if
you don't have a vision that says I
don't care how the environment is I'm
going to find a way to do well and you
won't do well unless you get a strategy
based on a role model whose really done
it my whole thing is this if anybody has
something you want
they aren't lucky they did something if
you model them if you take similar steps
you can produce a similar result make
sense and finally the fifth step look
if you're in a situation where you see
it as is but not worse than it is
if you've told yourself the truth and
you dealt the cards you're dealt with
and just decide you're going to change
it you're willing to do what's necessary
if you put yourself in a place we got a
new vision and you got yourself strong
if you got a role model and you got some
strategy and you've got yourself an
action step five is give much more than
you expect to receive simple as that
sounds if you find a way to meet
people's needs in business in an
intimate relationship leading your kids
needs anybody's needs the whole game
changes what happened here when all of a
sudden you know Melissa finds herself
coming home and all of a sudden she
finds out that while she's gone her kids
now don't want to talk to her boys her
husband is having an affair well none of
that could change if she would have just
said you know what my whole life is over
I'm done and oh by the way I just lost
my career too because while I'm busy
trying to deal with my family I didn't
finish the record so I lose my record
deal oh by the way we don't have any
financial stability now we're losing our
house if that family would have just
said it's over Melissa or Rick either
just said it's over it would have been
over but they told themselves the truth
we got severe problems here but they
didn't make it worse than it was they
didn't say we can't turn it around and
then they got to the truth the truth of
the infidelity the truth of her
addiction to going after fame instead of
being a mom the truth that neither one
of them have been really competent at
parents and have not given the energy to
the kids that they deserved the truth is
the truth will set you free but first
it'll piss you off
you know the truth though it doesn't
feel good not feeling that it sometimes
will you get your drive to change things
they start looking around said we don't
have the skill to even manage your house
much less our finances we got to do
something different we got to focus on
our kids we got to focus on turning
things around we got to turn our
relationship around but that wouldn't
worked unless they got a vision of
starting to see you know it could happen
and that's what I help them with I help
them get to the truth I help them to
stop over exaggerating I got them to a
place where they got to see that this
relationship could be back alive and
passionate and these kids deserve both
their parents and that she really could
be a great mom and that maybe in the end
she could even still have her singing
career
enjoy it to that you'd have to give it
all up I'm really proud of her she did
it because she found a role model she
got a vision but she got a full role
model and the man that she works with
today as a man that's old I think now
five million or ten million records and
most people outside the country business
don't know his name he's her mentor now
he's made music with you know Willie
Nelson with just about anybody you can
imagine in the business and he's done it
for all these years but he's never left
the central part of Texas because that's
where his family is and Melissa's had
offers to go to Sony Sony red she walked
away because they said you have to do
these things without your family she
found out what was most important and
she made the decisions that may met her
needs to be a great mom
when you fight life and go I should be a
singer and not a mom and you got five
kids you got a problem when you fight
life and say you know the economy should
be different you're going to be stressed
deal with what is without exaggeration
with total honesty dealing with the
cards coming up with a vision
finding a self a role model that shows
your strategy work your tail off give
give give keep changing your approach
and you can get where you want to go
make sense now that might sound like a
lot so to get you started here's a lot
like you do for this session start out
if you want by taking a big crisis or
problem you have and going through these
steps ain't okay what's really true and
let me exaggerate let me spout the
exaggeration let me not make it worse
than it's just let's define what's true
let's stop the story just here's what it
is we got this much financial challenge
we got this physical challenge whatever
it is and then go to step two all right

aunts and uncles somebody the greatest
way to make that change happen when you
break out of it you know break through
you break out of a problem you break out
of crisis is model yourself so we have
five questions when you click on this
link and you can do it by video so you
can see yourself and you can share it
with other people or you can type in the
answer I'll tell you advanced what they
are and then when I'm done here I want
you to do it right away if you would

toughest times in your life what's been
one of the toughest times your life that

before the crisis like right before all
hell broke loose usually you say all my
life was so great but when you go back
and look at it was it so great was it
wonderful just out of curiosity right

and then the fourth question what you do
what did you do to go from where you
were at where you are today what did you
do to get over that situation what did
you need to get through that situation
what did you do to turn it around what
action did you take who did you go learn
from what skill did you go get what what
did you physically do kind of give us
the description of what you did because
we all want to know because you can
provide us a pathway you may have been
through a crisis that someone else is
going through right now and they can
learn from you could they can learn the
shortcut finally the fifth question
maybe the most important one besides
what pulls you through and if this one
is how is your life actually better
today because you went through this
crisis whatever the crisis was how are
you stronger or are you more
compassionate because you felt that
suffering you don't want anybody else to
feel it or are you more hopeful because
you know you mean to do that so you can
make it to other things or are you in a
situation where you've got a skill today
that you didn't have and wouldn't have
had if it wasn't for that situation that
made you have to grow for you just
happier today because you have a
contrast of what life could be like and
so now you appreciate the simple moments
how will you better mentally emotionally
physically financially or spiritually
today because you went through the
crisis even though you wouldn't want to
go through it again you know anybody
else to go through it how did it
actually serve you in the end
I think if you answer these five
questions you don't need to remember
them I said them the kind of trigger
you're thinking all you do is type in
the answer or you take the instructions

massive action you know what pulled you
through just tell us we all want to hear
we all need to know and there's lots of
ways to get through hell isn't there
there's lots of way to get through a
crisis there's so many ways that's what
I want people to get so when you're done

For our newsfeatures tonight, Kim Hyesung sheds light on new social trends created as
more Korean women feel comfortable putting that plan on hold or choosing to stay single.
Classy, glamorous, elegant.
Thirty-three year old Kang Bo-hyun, trying out different wedding gowns to find the one
just for her.
"It's so pretty.
Doesn't it look good on me?"
But this bridal wedding photo shoot is a little different.
Have you noticed?
There's no groom.
It's a solo wedding shot.
I "I'm in my thirties... and I want to leave a wedding shot of me when I'm young and pretty.
So I came here today to take pictures at a professional studio."
At around 300 U.S. dollars, the studio provides dress fitting, hair, makeup, bouquet, and
photo shoot.
Basically, the traditional couple wedding shot service package minus the actual ceremony.
The studio CEO says as a growing number of single women in their late 20s and 30s come
for the service, demand for solo wedding shots has gone up by 150% on-year.
"The term 'solo wedding shot' was coined just two years ago after a reality show featured
single female celebrities taking bridal wedding shots.
A couple of years back, customers were shy and asked if there were people taking wedding
shots by themselves.
Now, customers bring pictures asking "Can you take one like this?"
Solo wedding shots have become a new trend in our industry."
"In addition to capturing youthfulness and beauty by taking solo wedding shots, a small
but growing number of single Korean women are freezing their eggs in case they want
a baby later in life."
In this oocyte bank, eggs are frozen at minus 210 degrees Celsius until they are thawed
for artificial insemination.
Egg freezing started in the 1990s in Korea to help female cancer patients facing chemotherapy,
as their eggs and fertility system could potentially be damaged.
But recently, egg freezing has expanded to single women in their thirties.
This fertility center which charges around three thousand dollars to freeze eggs, has
seen the number of eggs increase 17 fold in the last five years.
"More women are freezing their eggs, thanks to an improvement in freezing methods.
We extract around seven eggs at a time and the survival rate after defrosting is over
80 percent.
Another reason is a growing number of single women in their 30s freezing their eggs, mostly
with professional careers who want to save their eggs before the age of 35 or 37 as a
kind of insurance."
A woman is born with all the eggs she'll ever have, around 2 million eggs in their ovaries
from age one.
Eggs can't be produced, the number just keeps decreasing as women age until the menopause,
with 35 marking a turning point.
The older the egg, the more problems it could cause, such as chromosome issues that could
result in birth defects."
Single women who want to expand their reproductive options are choosing to freeze their eggs,
and according to Statistics Korea, more women are getting married with men younger than
them.
The total number of marriages in Korea has been declining, while marriages between older
women and younger men continue to increase, reaching over 36 thousand last year, and accounting
for more than 15% of total first time marriages.
"During the industrialization period, people married for various reasons, like having babies
or for economic reasons.
Traditionally, the Korean family was one with the husband, older than wife, being the breadwinner.
But now the concept of an optimum age to get married, between 26 and 28 for women is gone,
especially as more women enter the workforce.
In Seoul alone, around one in five women aged between 40 and 44 are single.
Staying single or marrying late is no longer deemed abnormal in our society."
More Korean women are choosing to stay single or put off marriage.
It's a change which isn't good or bad.
But one thing's for sure.
It's creating new trends and is set to diversify Korea's traditional family structure.

I've been a mechanic since 1975, from '75 to '85 I worked in a Volkswagen shop here
in Huntington Beach.
In the early 80's, I saw the need to work on General Motors.

With that said, I specialize in electrical, and the reason I specialize in electrical
is because you can't do anything without electrical.
You've got self driving cars, self parking cars, navigation, automatic doors, I mean
you name it, they've got it.
Now, I've been working on electrical like I've said since the 80's, especially in the
90's.
And you can train your mechanics, but if you don't give them the proper equipment the training
means nothing.
So right now we're going to talk about the equipment.
This is a Master Tech.
Master Tech was one of the scanners that I used in the 90's.
It was the latest, I bought it brand new.
And then, they evolved into the Tech-2.
The Tech-2 is the latest version of the Master Tech, and the was good for me for a long time-
I still use it for some of the older vehicles.
This particular vehicle takes the Tech-2.
I wanted this in the 90's- it was more for the Master Tech.
Then later, I think in the year 2013, 2014 they went to a cloud based information.
I don't know which cloud, I couldn't figure it out.
Right now we don't have any but I can still get the information.
I don't know how they do that, figure out which cloud is the GM information.
It's laptop based now.
And I have the subscription to General Motors, I can do anything to the General Motors, I
can do anything on General Motors.
I can refresh a computer, I can refresh a key, reprogram computers- You name it, I can
do it.
Not only do I have there equipment but I have the knowledge.
All of my guys are trained in electrical.
When I hire a new guy I make sure that he has either gone through the course of electrical,
and if not I send him to a three year course at Golden West College, and I give him incentives
to go.
Or they can have training, two to three times a month, four hour trainings, sometimes they
go to three day classes, I pay for the class and I pay them to go to class.
I give them incentives, because without electrical you can't do anything anymore.
Like I said, self parking cars and all that.
So, without the electrical you can't do anything.
So we have the equipment, we have the knowledge, we have the support system, we have a lot
of- the knowledge here is incredible, incredible.
And I get a lot of referrals from a lot of shops to help them fix the automobile.

In my analysis I usually begin by reading economic news
of the previous week
in addition to what is coming the next one
and then I check out the Sterling/Euro charts, that is GBP/EUR
and EUR/USD
but I mainly focus on GBP/EUR given the website
is addressed mostly to entrepreneurs who are active
in the United Kingdom
which has been declining the last days from 1.20 against Euro that has reached
This morning it was around 1.11
In my analysis I try giving out some kind of prediction
for the upcoming week
for the upcoming months sometimes
However every prediction is always risky since readers
usually remember one-two predictions, either positive or negative
and reach an immediate conclusion of how good an author is
this applies not only to investing
on currency, stocks
how good of a trader or investor is someone
how well he/she can predict stock prices
and forex
but in betting as well
which most of you already know of since you first heard of me from there
since a sports betting tipster
can very easily
create a following
or easily alike to drive them away.
with a good run of success or a losing streak
it's very easy for the public to either trust him at once unquestionably
or lose their trust and never again read the author again.
So, every time I give my predictions, I do so loosely
and I often end up saying that
it will most probably rise but it can also fall, or vice versa
or in sports betting, it's very probable the home team wins, but if they don't
it won't be such a surprise!
So, the whole deal with these predictions
and why they are risky
is that the success of an investor, of a sports bettor
of anyone who risks money on something
that success depends on
many many
bets, wagers, trades, investments
that he/she will make during their career.
Therefore in the next 5-10 years
an investor will open positions, will risk their money
1,000 times, 5,000 times, 10,000 times, 100,000 times
on thousands of investments.
So, when we focus on just a single bet of all those things that they risk their money on
so that to conclude how good of an investor he is
I think that the sample is obviously miniscule
and it's impossible to come to a safe conclusion.
However, predictions are what is selling out and not the articles' main content (blah blah)
so, very often, in betting, in forex, in stocks and whenever there's a prediction
usually readers end up reading the closing 1-2 lines of the text
to check out when the investor/bettor/the 'tiptster' recommends
to decide whether they will follow him/her, and usually they'll do
when they ALREADY had a similar opinion
Thus in the Sterling's example
if someone was already thinking of shorting Sterling and investing in Euro
if he reads my article and confirm that I myself predict that Sterling will likely decline
he will think, ah, ok,
I was right all along from the beginning.

First Impression: Hey Honey Mud Mask - Duration: 4:38.hey guys! I am going to wash my face and then I'm gonna do a mask but my mom got
this hey honey uncover detoxifying mud masks in her ipsy bag and was kind
enough to let me have it so I'm going to do my first impression on this if you
want to see that then keep on watching okay so now we are wetting our face
before we wash it I am going to do a face wash to clean off anything that
still might be there before doing the face mask just to make sure we have a
clean surface I'm gonna be using the Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser it's a
makeup remover and cleanser in one this does the job really nicely I like the
way it just takes off everything including makeup that's my favorite
thing about it but yeah and it's smoo.. I mean not smoothes
out but it leaves my skin really soft and smooth so that's why I like it so
much so we're just gonna scrub that in and just wash our face like normal
alright my mom received this hey honey mud mask in her Ipsy bag from June and
she decided that she didn't need it so she was kind enough to lend it to me or
give it to me right this is the hey honey uncover detoxifying mud mask
it says that it clarifies and detoxes the skin of impurities it's supposed to be
used on normal to oily skin types yeah the directions say to apply to the
face avoiding the eye area, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes until dry then
rinse it off that's exactly what I'm going to do I'm gonna put it all over my
face avoiding my eye areas and let it dry and then rinse it off this is my
first time trying it so this is my gonna be my first impression and I decided to
do on camera so you guys can see what you guys think about it whether you want
to go buy it or you just wanted to watch this video but that's what this video is
it's my first impression so let's see how this goes
I'm going to rinse all of this face mask off and then I'm going to pat dry and
moisturize of course and then I'll let you know what I think about the finished
feel of my face so let's get to that
now I'm going on with this face lifting moisturizer it has broad-spectrum SPF 20
in it so it has a little bit of sunscreen in there which is never bad
and let's um see how it is after i moisturize okay so that was it for the
face mask and then I moisturize but my skin does feel really soft and nice so
yeah I liked it it was fun and very easy to apply and to take off and I liked it
so yeah that was my first impression it was great and it smelled like I don't
know like herbs or something but it was good I feel really refreshed and I liked
it a lot so yeah okay so if you liked this video of me doing my first

Final evaluation
So, the race is behind us, I survived.
It was very hot, now it's pleasantly under the clouds.
So, if there is such a weather during the run,
I definitely run better.
It was rather such a cross run,
which I am not used to, I run rather on flat terrain.
It was difficult for me,
and I had to switch to walk for several times.
But I'm glad, I did it under an hour,
I'm glad I have a new experience with running.
The views were wonderful.
The environment seemed to me
as if I was not at all in Slovakia.
So I really enjoyed it.
It's also well organized,
I really appreciate this first year
and give the organizer a big Number one!
I got such a beautiful medal.
Totally beautiful!
I also thank Stanley for the company,
that he came here with me.
And I thank Sue for telling me about this event.
So we enjoyed this run together.
