Youtube daily report Jul 4 2017

That happens guys fanaticos youtube fans, here is the futureking commenting again, today I am with a small account, to be able to small little tricks, to climb fast in this game

As you are seeing I am with the Chrysalimon, who leave at the beginning of the map of yokohama, and well guys this is a trick that I had learned when I was new, and well this trick is pretty good

And try, for example that if we start with a friend, you can make a party, to raise level and take apart digi egg for return, these give you 150b each time you deliver them in white panchesmon

That is what happens guys, let's put ourselves in situation, this is necessary to teach level up fast as you see I already got 19 m but 16 egg,

And good guys and girls here we are again, and as you see I went to dats center, when you drop 150 eggs, you will gain something more than 20 m, so drop those, then you will come where panchesmon white, click return, now I make another cut And I tell you that it's coming

And good girls and boys as you are watching here we are in d-terminal, to be able to catch a train, you must go where elecmon, that you will charge 20 m, and we will go to file island, we are now in village of begin, where we will go to step The machine rare coin, this event is very good, in which you will get very good things

And as you can see we are going to throw roulette, if you play some big prize you will get some sparks, and as you can see there are many prizes, and well guys you must go through this place and go to the next area of the map, and well here we are in The next zone,

My recommendation for this area is that you look for someone to help you kill upamon of lvl 45, and you give him the first blow you and they kill him with a stronger digi

And so you will rise faster level as vistilesantes, and I am level 16 digimon, and well here you will see the other way to climb fast, which is killing kuwagamon in this area

Once here just hit it, and get away so I do not kill you, since we are low lvl, we just die will go up a lot of lvl, and it comes out all over the chanels

Then you can have a party with someone that you find low lvl, more specifically the lvl of your digimon, since at lvl 20 you can not do shout, and you must go to kill rockmon, using exp boster of 1000%

And well now I'm back with my real account, and I'm going to explain the route that you will have to do, on this map you must take up the lvl 44 so that you can get missions

After being level 44, we must start to level 55, to go to silent forest, there levear up the lvl 65, then you will go to lost historic, there you will be at lvl 73

Now in file island waterfront, you must do all the missions or go to the zone that I set you to make party of your level, and to be there taking to ant the level 95

After that we must go to pyramid, and there ends up the last level, and nothing more guys and girls like and subscribe and thank you very much

Canada 150 or Colonialism 150? (avec sous-titres) - Duration: 3:48.

It's Canada Day And that means that Canadians are doing some of the things we do best

Navel gazing

Grappling with crippling self-doubt and uncertainty And wallowing in existential crisis

A lot of Indigenous Canadians Think that amounts to 150 years of colonization

And is nothing to celebrate A lot of non-Indigenous Canadians have mixed feelings

Because we know what a shoddy deal Indigenous Canadians

have gotten, and continue to get, from Canada

But at the same time, isn't Canada worth celebrating?

I think one of the reasons this is coming to a head this year

is not just because it's Canada's 150th But because we've had two years to mull over

the findings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission on residential schools

And whether you've read the report or not

You know the basics You know that kids were taken away from their families

And forced to go to schools where the goal

was to "kill the Indian in the child," to make them "white"

And destroy their language and culture And on top of the TRC's report

You can hardly miss the reports that come in with appalling regularity

Of children in remote Aboriginal communities committing suicide

Or of Aboriginal communities that don't have water that's fit to wash with let alone drink

And non-Indigenous Canadians, white or not,

don't always know how to process this information

"I'm not personally responsible, why should I feel guilty?"

"And neither were my ancestors; I'm first-generation Canadian"

But I think when we start looking for guilt, we're looking in the wrong direction

Instead of guilt, we should be focusing on understanding and responsibility

When I say understanding, I mean we should be listening to aboriginal

Canadians and what they're saying Agree or not, but listen

Sure, you and I aren't personally responsible for what happened

And, considering we're a nation of immigrants, probably your ancestors weren't either

But Canada was And each one of us is part of Canada

Whether we've been part of it for 5 years, or ten generations

A lot of provinces have started teaching something about Indigenous Canadians

in Social Studies classes, which is great But for the rest of us, it's kind of up to us

to educate ourselves and fill in those gaps

Taking personal responsibility can start with a small step

You could attend a powwow or some other event that's open to the public

Take the kids You could read a book by an Indigenous Canadian author

You could learn an Indigenous language

You could check out your local Friendship Centre and see what's going on

You could make a donation to support traditional hunting programs in Nunavut

You could fire off a letter to your MP, to the Prime Minister

Reminding them that clean drinking water is something all Canadians deserve

You could read the report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission

Or listen to the videos in your car, on your commute

There are lots of small steps we can all take So let me know in the comments what you'd like to try

Or if you have a good idea of your own

So before I finish up this video I just want to say that

It seems that a lot of Indigenous Canadians Who are questioning whether Canada is something to celebrate

Are pointing to the pretty, empty words and gestures of Justin Trudeau

As evidence of Canada's duplicity

But I think this is misguided

Because Canada is much bigger than Justin Trudeau or Stephen Harper Or whoever the government of the day is

Canada is a big project With a past, a present, and a future

So me, I think Canada's worth celebrating We're a huge diverse country

with two official languages And people with national origins

from all over the world We're a peaceful country with one of the

best standards of living overall And we're free to practice our own religion

and express our opinions So yeah, Canada's worth celebrating

As long as we do it with our eyes and ears wide open

Thank you so much for watching I'm going to link a bunch of stuff

in the description box below Please check it out, let me know what you think

Leave your own links if you have something to share

And also, je sais que quelques rassources

sont disponibles en anglais seulement Mais si vous avez quelque chose

Laissez-moi le lien dans les commentaires Et continuons la discussion

Bon, alors, à la prochaine Happy Canada Day

Handyman - Can I Hire My House Cleaner - Duration: 8:30.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown in this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

This question comes from a homeowner who's wanting to know.

"I need some extra help around my house just an extra set of hands.

And I'm wondering if it's appropriate to ask my house cleaner or my maid if they can help

me with some special projects like assembling furniture from Ikea?

Okay, so the answer is yes you can.

There are lots of maids and house cleaners that sell their services to do special projects.

Special projects can include a wide array of things that you need done that you either

don't want to do or you don't have the skills to do.

And so, I would ask your house cleaner do you do special projects?

And what is the scope of the projects that you do?

Now personally I have helped people put furniture together.

Because sometimes you buy boxes of furniture that come either from the Home Depot, or the

Walmart, or the Target, or Ikea or somewhere like that. And they just need assembly.

There are people that don't have tools and they're not equipped to put it together or

they're not very good at following instructions.

So, it is perfect if somebody has those skills and likes puzzles and can put stuff together

if they can help you with those things.

The very first thing that I recommend is that you check with their supervisor first.

If it's an independent company and they are the owner of the company, ask away.

You have the freedom to ask away.

Find out what they're willing to do for a price that you're willing to pay.

And let them know up front "here's what this project is worth to me

is that a fair price?"

Because the truth is a lot of house cleaners don't know how to price special projects because

they don't know how long it's going to take.

I don't know how long it's going to take for you to put an office desk together.

It might take me an hour might take me 3 hours I don't know.

But if I have a regular rate for house cleaning and I'm doing a special project if you pay

me that same rate per hour, then if it takes me 3 hours

I get paid for the time that I'm there.

So, I'm not underbidding because I don't know how long it's going to take.

And you don't know how long it's going to take either but you have to be fair.

If the person that you're hiring is not the owner of the company.

If they work for another company, I would request to you that you would speak to their

supervisor first.

Because they may have signed a non-compete or a non-side project agreement,

with their owner.

And if they break that by doing side work for an existing client

they could lose their job.

Or they can be taken to small claims court or civil court or whatever it is we're then

they then are fine for breaking a contract.

So you want to check with their supervisor first if they're part of a franchise.

And just say "Hey listen, this is a special project.

It has nothing to do with the regular routine cleaning.

I just need an extra set of hands for the day

can I hire this person that works for you?"

They might say "yeah sure, that's not a problem."

And most people if you're up front they don't have a problem.

And they will work it out amongst themselves so that that maid or house cleaner is not

reassigned to another home.

Because they broke a contract where they don't want you doing side business with them.

Just don't get yourself in that hot water.

Alright, so the next thing that you want to find out is does the house cleaner that you're

going to hire to do the special projects, do they have the set of skills that you need?

I don't know why, I just grew up this way.

(Probably having 12 Brothers.)

I grew up knowing how to use hammers and nails and screwdrivers and wrenches

and tools and fixing things.

Because as stuff would break, we would fix it ourselves.

So, I have my own tool kit.

I'm a proud owner of my own tool kit.

I my own set of tools.

And now that I married, my husband has his own set of tools and he is not allowed to

touch my tools.

Because I know where all my tools are, and I know where I've got my whole collection.

I don't want to someone else using my tools and then misplacing them and leaving them

scattered around.

I'm a specific about my tools.

And so, if need be, it is possible that I could come in and help you hang pictures or

I can set furniture up.

Or if you have something that's broken, I've actually done a little bit of plumbing work.

I'm not a licensed plumber but I certainly can unscrew the U-shaped pipe, underneath

your sink and clean out the hair in the clogged drain and put that back together

without creating any leaks.

There are simple tasks that I can do, that a maid or house cleaner or someone with that

particular set of skills can do.

Now we're in an era where there are a lot of male house cleaners.

And males for some reason,

(I'm not saying women can't do it because I'm a woman and I do it,)

but there are a lot of males who grew up fixing things.

And they are very handy.

And so, there are a lot of men who sell their house cleaning services and handyman services.

So, if you know this person and you trust them and they're a regular person in your

home there a perfect fit.

A perfect fit, to be your handyman when you have a leak in your roof or if you need,

an adjustment to your sprinkler system or something like that there are perfect fit.

And yes, they can figure it out they can do it they can do it on the same budget or a

little bit more or a might be a special project pricing.

But be fair to the person that you hire for the special projects because what you're doing

is you're taking them away from their regular routine cleaning job.

So, you have to make it worth their time but it's perfect for you as a homeowner if you

want to know this person you've already vetted this person.

This person is already proved their reliability and their trust to you.

You're already comfortable having them around your family and your kids and your pets.

So, yeah there a perfect fit.

It also really helps the house cleaner.

Because there are times in the house cleaning business where it's slow.

Where customers cancel.

And so, if you have a special project that doesn't need to be done today

you can mention it.

Just say "listen, I've got 17 pictures that I want hung on my walls.

And I know you're busy today but if you have a cancellation in the next few weeks call

me up and come over and hang my pictures."

And they'll put that on the back burner.

And they'll do their regular job, and then on one day when someone cancels,

(because we all have cancellations)

they'll come over and they'll hang your pictures.

I know in our company we had somebody that went over and hung blinds for a new person

that move into a house.

And they wanted to replace all of their blinds.

What it meant literally was making sure that everything was sized correctly.

And that the little brackets that hang at the top of the window frame were positioned

properly so they could hang those blinds in there.

It didn't take a lot of skill.

It took a couple of hours, but that was done during a cancellation when that person would

normally have been cleaning a house.

And here's why that's a beautiful thing.

The house cleaners that you have they don't get paid a salary. They get paid based on the

work that they do.

So, if they work Monday through Friday they get paid Monday through Friday.

But if there's a cancellation, they don't get paid for that house because nobody gets

paid for that house.

So then they're out whatever the money is, and they still have bills to pay.

So if you have extra projects that you could hire your maid or your housekeeper to do.

During their cancellations, you can just make a full to-do list and say,

"Hey, I've got six or seven different projects that need to be done.

Put me on your cancellation list.

And as you have cancellations in your regular business, bring that box of tools over and

come help me fix up my house."

And that that way everyone wins, so it's a beautiful thing.

Anyway, that's my tip for today.

Now, if you found anything from today's session that you might use -

leave it in the notes below.

Because I'm curious to know if there's anything that you're taking away from this.

Because if you're not, I don't want to bring you useless stuff that's not who I am.

(laughing) So, that's it for today.

Until we meet again leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Draw Tip Tuesday: Watercolor - Blooming and Bleeding - Duration: 1:57.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to

build a creative habit!

One drawing at a time Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

The past week we've been playing around with watercolors on Draw Tip Tuesdays.

Have you been exploring and getting more familiar with your watercoloring paint?

Today I'd like to explore two more fun and simple effects: Bleeding and blooming.

Today we'll be using watercolours, a brush, water, a paper cloth and a pen to add lines

later.

When you paint one color, and then let another color touch it while it's still wet, the

colors will bleed into each other.

You can either just let two pools of color touch and see whatever happens, or you can

add the second color to where a bead of paint is left of the first color, and then pull

that inside the second color.

This is a great way to get to know your palette, to see how certain colors mix, and it's

a great excuse to fill a page with another colourful pattern!

Now for the Blooming effect: clean your brush and pick up clear water.

tap your brush to sprinkle some drops of water onto the page.

See what happens with the paint that's still wet?

With this blooming effect, you can create interesting textures.

And of course, when the paint has dried, you can draw on top of your paint and add a bit

of imagination!

I hope you'll have fun letting the paint do what it does.

And if you want to learn more, go to SketchbookSkool.com and sign up for one of the classes!

Liverpool Transfer News: Keita desperate to move, Lacazette not needed, Wisdom joins Derby

Naby Keita has told RB Leipzig that he's desperate to join Liverpool, according to former Reds ace Titi Camara. Jurgen Klopp is looking to bring the £70m-rated Guinea international to Anfield this summer.

And Camara tweeted: From what I'm led to believe Naby has his heart set on LFC move.

Leipzig have been informed of his intent and are looking for replacement. Keita, who is under contract at Leipzig until 2020, netted eight goals and provided seven assists in all competitions last season.

Liverpool did not look into a summer swoop for Alexandre Lacazette becuase Jurgen Klopp is happy with his attacking options.

The Reds were tentatively linked with the Lyon striker before this summers transfer window but have now ruled themselves out of a move.

The Liverpool Echo report that Klopp is content with his squads goalscoring abilities meaning they have also ended their interest in Borussia Dortmunds Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Lacazette is expected to join Arsenal for around £50m in the coming days while Aubameyang could move to China.

Liverpool believe they dont need key Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette. Liverpool have sold versatile defender Andre Wisdom to Derby. The 24-year-old enjoyed an impressive loan spell with the Rams in the 2013/14 season and has moved to Pride Park permanently.

The Reds said in a statement: Everyone at Liverpool FC thanks Andre for his contribution to the club and wishes him the best of luck in his future career. Wisdom, who made 22 senior appearances for Liverpool, spend last season on loan at Red Bull Salzburg.

How to Inspire! - Duration: 6:08.

How to inspire

In this video I will give some tips which can be useful if you intend to write texts

or make videos with the purpose of inspiring and encouraging others.

Or if you just want to inspire yourself.

It is such a pleasure to really think, to devote days to reading and thinking, immersing

myself in texts and videos which inspire my own deep thinking.

When you start thinking inspired by great philosophers and writers, it's hard to stop

the process.

The texts by my favorite writers and poets exhibit some common traits.

And the advice I will give here is based on what I find most inspiring in my favorite

texts and videos: So here are my seven tips on how to inspire

your audience:

Tip number 1.

Don't explain everything Don't prescribe and instruct.

Always keep in mind that your audience can experience so much better with their own associations

in their inner world than if you prescribe and instruct them exactly how to think.

Make your audience think in new ways, a thinking which includes the treasures of their individual

souls, their own unique memories and experiences.

Don't explain everything: instead push your audience in such a direction that they will

be productive and come up with their own ideas, in their own way!

Evoke memories and feelings which will make your audience think in new ways with the use

of their own experiences and memories.

Make you audience break up their habitual way of thinking.

Make them see new perspectives.

Tip number 2.

Remember that your audience is intelligent Always remember that your audience is a group

of very intelligent sensitive incredible and incomprehensible souls.

Be honest and authentic.

If you aren't honest and authentic your audience will detect it.

Don't overcomplicate!

Make your audience see the reality as it is.

Make your audience start thinking in new ways, and make them leave limiting beliefs behind.

Tip number 3.

Evoke a kind, positive and safe atmosphere Communicate in such a way that you evoke a

positive, kind and safe atmosphere.

We think much better when we feel safe and are surrounded by kindness.

Tip number 4.

Invoke the unpredictable Give the person who listens to you a clue

of something within herself/himeself that she/he can realize in the future.

Make your audience start thinking in ways which might lead them to unforeseeable new

ideas and insights!

Tip number 5.

Emphasize the value of silence and idleness Emphasize the value of silence and of spending

time just with the company of oneself – with uninterrupted time to develop new, good and

useful thoughts.

Tip number 6.

Encourage and motivate Put your audience in a in a mood, in a desire

and ability to progress their thinking in their own way.

Tip number 7.

Lift your audience Lift your audience's thoughts and feelings

from the ground.

How can you do this?

Learn from the best writers or poets or video creators you can find.

Emily Dickinson has described what good inspiration can feel like in such a way that the poem

simultaneously performs what it explains:

Exhilaration is the Breeze That lifts us from the Ground

And leaves us in another place Whose statement is not found -

Returns us not, but after time We soberly descend

A little newer for the term Upon Enchanted Ground -

So my last and best tip today is: If you want to inspire your audience – learn from your

favorite writers, poets, or video creators.

Learn from your idols, from the people who inspire you!

Thank you for watching and see you in the next video!

And welcome to subscribe.

And you are very welcome to write comments below!
