A gold medal performance for Margarita Mamun.

Heather O'Reilly from United States and I play football.

Oh, what a brilliant goal!

Determined, athletic, fierce.

That was sheer quality.

I'm very proud I won gold three times.

Can't beat that.

- I'm Heather. - I'm Margarita.

I do rhythmic gymnastics.

Margarita Mamun!

Today is your turn.

- What do you think? - Well, I'm a little nervous.

I have no rhythm, no flexibility,

I've never done this before but I'm so excited to learn.

(THE SPORT COMBINES BALLET, GYMNASTICS,)

(DANCE AND APPARATUS MANIPULATION)

I'm a very tenacious, aggressive player

and I think that generally the women's soccer world

would say that fluidity and calmness and rhythm

are certainly not the first words that they would think

when they think of Heather O'Reilly

on a soccer field.

So football is the world's most popular sport.

Did you play football growing up?

No, I didn't play and I'm so excited to play it now.

I have coordination,

some feelings with the apparatus -

and I will try my best!

(THE INITIATION)

I want to see what can you do.

- OK. - Maybe like this.

Wow, that was awesome.

I don't know if I remember every step, but...

- OK. - How did you find it?

Very hard.

How many years have you been doing this?

13 years.

Wow. So, do you think maybe in 13 years

I can do what you do?

Maybe, yes.

I think I nailed it, personally.

No. I was terrible, it was so hard.

What Margarita does is amazing.

The grace and poise that she shows

in doing rhythmic gymnastics is really impressive

and it's not easy.

I think that anybody who thinks that that can pick this up

and do it right away is dead wrong.

Is that supposed to be like that?

OK, so we're here on the football pitch.

The game is all about dribbling,

scoring goals, shooting, being confident.

We're going to put a few of those skills together

and it's going to look a little bit like this.

Now it's your turn.

How can I do it?

It's hard.

To look, it's very easy, but to play, it's very hard.

I think that you have really good ball control

for not having played and I think that part of it

might be from your rhythmic gymnastics.

You have very good control of your body.

So, the footwork will come.

(THE BASICS)

Let's start to learn some basic elements.

and catch it in the air.

I want us to work on ball control

a little bit more, right in this space, just dribble

around all the areas of your foot, inside outside.

Inside outside, I know.

Yeah. OK, so now we're going to get

the stepover involved.

So, take your touch, step over the ball

and use the other foot to push it past your defender.

- You can try. - OK, please.

Good. OK, now we're going to focus

on the shooting element of this exercise.

You want to bend it.

And what I mean by bend it is you don't want

to use your laces, you don't want

to use the inside of your foot.

You want to use the spot right in between.

Give that a try.

Nice!

- Yeah. - That was awesome.

Now we're going to work on side volleys

and what you want to work on is getting

your leg up using your laces,

keeping your chest over the ball,

putting in the back of the net.

- Your turn. - Wow, am I...?

You have the flexibility.

So?

- Close. - I have to close. Yeah.

Yeah.

(THE CHALLENGE)

OK, this is your moment

to show all the moves in the routine.

I have never used the ribbon in that way,

so it's completely new to me, completely foreign to me

and I'm such a competitor and perfectionist

but in something like this you just have to,

like, let all of that go and just have fun

and try to learn and do the best you can.

(THREE ATTEMPTS TO SCORE A GOAL)

Here's the challenge.

We're going to put together everything

that you learned, all three skills.

You're going to dribble,

do an inside-out move on the first defender,

then do a stepover move on the second defender,

pass the ball to me and you're going to side volley

into the back of the net.

Plan With Me | July 2017 Bullet Journal Set Up | bluelahe - Duration: 3:27.

Hello everyone. I'm Yu and today I'm making my July monthly spread

I have already done a rough sketch with a pencil and now I'm writing the header

I'm just doing a gradient using darker markers and I'm also adding highlights and shadows

I'm planning to do a dedicated video about headers in the future for those of you that are interested

So I won't talk much about it here

I'm currently using the Crayola supertip markers

But you can find all the others supplies I used in the description box

The theme for this month is red

So I'm just doing some flowers in a suitable palette

It may look a bit complex

But the flowers are actually really easy to draw the only hard thing is figuring out the composition

And this is the finished result. I hope you like it. Now let's move on on the calendar.

I already did the header to spare you the same process I used before

And now I'm just making the grid

I have just noticed that I forgot to write the numbers of the day

So I will have to do that off camera. Sorry

Now I'm just adding some flowers in the same style as the other ones

I have also added some mini habits trackers. Just like I did for last month

If you want to know how they work I have explained it in the plan with me video of June

but basically they are just the normal trackers

I will link it in the cards

This is how it looks completed

I still have to fill out the calendar so it feels a bit empty right now

anyway, now I'm doing the gratitude log

I started doing it again last month. And... you basically have to write two or three things you are grateful for

every day

And this can really make you feel happier

Poll Shows Majority Don't Know Trumpcare Cuts Medicaid – This Is Why Republicans Win - Duration: 3:45.

According to a new Kaiser Family Foundation poll released this past Friday, only 38 percent

of American citizens understand that the House version of the American Healthcare Act, cut

Medicaid by 800 billion dollars.

Only 38 percent of people in this country knew that the Republican Healthcare plan included

cuts to Medicaid.

This poll actually tells us a little less about healthcare, than it does about how in

the hell Republicans keep winning elections.

I have long said that if Americans citizens actually paid attention, if they did a little

bit of reading, a little bit of research, nobody in this country would ever vote for

a Republican again.

At least nobody in the 99 percent.

That's what this poll proves.

That shows us why Republicans are able to win elections.

Because people aren't paying attention!

People don't seem to understand what these Republicans are doing.

Yeah, I know they've got a negative approval rating, and people like to go on Facebook

and Twitter and complain about Republicans.

But clearly, as this poll tells us, at the end of the day, they don't fully understand

what's happening either way.

It's not good enough to just be anti-Republican, folks.

You have to understand why Republicans are bad for the working class.

Why Republicans are bad for the underclass.

Why Republicans are bad for the environment, and for Wall Street, and for the energy sector.

They're poison for everything.

But if you don't understand why, then that's not helping.

How are you going to win an argument with a conservative friend, if you don't educate

yourself about what these Republicans are doing?

How are you going to convince other people that conservatism is wrong and has failed

when put in practice, if you don't know your history?

I know a lot of people, obviously, watching this video, understand the things I'm talking

about.

But we have to do more.

That's what this poll's telling us.

It's less about people knowing that there's cuts to Medicaid, and more of an indicator

that we aren't doing enough.

The Democratic Party isn't doing enough to educate people about the damage that Republicans

are doing.

At the end of the day, the Democratic Party is the only one that can afford to take out

ads on television and explain these things.

But they're not.

I can't afford to do that.

I'm pretty sure most people watching this video can't afford to do that.

But the Democratic Party could, and they're not, so they fail.

So that's where we come in.

We may not have as much reach as an ad running on, say, prime time in New York City, but

we all have to do our part to continue educating everyone until that 38 percent number reaches

100 percent.

Then we start educating on the next issue, and the next, and the next.

If we don't do that, Democrats do not stand a chance in any future elections.

Igbos won't leave the North - Eze Ilomuanya

- The quit notice given to Igbos residing in the north by some northern youths is still a trending topic in Nigeria.

- The chairman of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya has joined in the condemnation of the northern youth groups. - He stated that the Igbos cannot be treated as second class citizens anywhere in the country.

The chairman of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya has vowed that the Igbos would not leave the northern part of the country due to the threats by some northern youth groups asking them to vacate the north.

Speaking at his palace on Friday, June 30, the revered monarch insisted that every Nigerian is free to live and do legitimate business in any part of the country he wishes.

He made the comments at two different events while receiving a delegation of the Ohaneze Ndigbo Youth Council (OYC), Imo state branch and the Association for Media Communication Development.

Eze Ilomuanya said Nigerians are one irrespective of tribal, religious or linguistic diversities. He cautioned youths in the north against threatening the unity of the country by inflammatory and divisive utterances to avoid igniting ethnic conflagration.

Thisday quoted the monarch as saying: "Nigerians are one irrespective of our ethnic-religious, linguistic and tribal diversities. "We must preach peace and unity as a way out of any serious problem or challenge facing us as a nation.

He stressed that anybody advocating for anything that would lead to disunity is unpatriotic. "The socio-economic and political setback associated with disintegration is too enormous to be ignored," he cautioned.

Eze Ilomuanya praised Nigerians who had spoken in condemnation of the eviction threat. He said Igbos had contributed to the socio-economic and political development of Nigeria and "cannot be treated as second class citizens anywhere in the country.

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo had waded into the issue by meeting stakeholders around the country to douse the tension.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the APC in Abia state, Chief Donatus Nwankpa has advised pro-Biafra agitators to shelve their secession plan and negotiate to produce an Igbo president in the country.

Nwankpa gave the advice in an interview with journalists in the state capital, Umuahia on Sunday, June 18. He stated that the agitation for a Biafra Republic is not a viable option for the South-east zone of the country.

So, picture two aircraft flying in formation about 30 feet apart from each

other at 200 to 350 knots at 25,000 feet

Air refueling is a means of providing in-flight refueling to extend the range

and the distance to support military and relief operations throughout the world

We pump gas with 1,200 gallons per minute

The air refueling operator's job is to make sure that that 2,500 pound boom

doesn't hit the receiver airplane. The Air Refueling Operator Station or AROS

is where the air refuelling operator does his job. We used to lie on our belly for 40 minutes.

Add in nighttime ops. We would have a single light on the tip of our boom

to be able to see. What's changed? Now we

set a boom operator up. We use cameras that provide us basically night vision.

We also have the capability to refuel any of our NATO customers, or friends utilizing our

hose-and-drogue system. That's a game-changer. When you're sitting at the AROS,

the operator is using a pair of 3D glasses. That's very critical, because...

depth perception allows the operator to not hit antennas and canopies on top of the aircraft.

Being able to see those images at night anywhere in the world.

The Air Force can now fly at any lighting condition, in any weather condition

Are you salivating over cookies and cakes?

Do those potato chips seem like sheer perfection?

How about a big slice of piping hot

double-cheese pizza?

You may not realize it, but the food you are craving right now

might be caused by your mood, and conversely

the food you eat is causing your mood

While it can seem that a mad-scientist's experimental

torture device is at work here

your body's delicate hormonal balance is at play

when you experience severe food cravings

The bad news is that your brain and gut

work together to form your food choices

This means that if you are consistently choosing low-quality foods

with no vitamins and minerals

and high levels of unhealthy fats, sugar

and even contaminates like glyphosate

aspartame (found in diet foods)

MSG (monosodium glutamate)

or high fructose corn syrup

your body can turn into a hungry monster looking for its next "kill."

You'll essentially be hungry like a beast all the time

and crave more "bad" foods if you continue to "feed the monster"

The good news is that those horrible food cravings can be controlled

by choosing better foods

Here are a few that can tame the beast

Dark Chocolate helps to promote a feeling of bliss

by supporting the creation of the neurotransmitter anandamide

This also keeps you from "stress-eating"

Plant based protein will keep you full till longer

and though it takes some time for the body

to process these proteins

a hand full of almonds, for instance

I have no rhythm, no flexibility,

I've never done this before but I'm so excited to learn.

I'm a very tenacious, aggressive player

and I think that generally the women's soccer world

would say that fluidity and calmness and rhythm

are certainly not the first words that they would think

when they think of Heather O'Reilly

on a soccer field.

So football is the world's most popular sport.

Did you play football growing up?

No, I didn't play and I'm so excited to play it now.

I have coordination,

some feelings with the apparatus -

and I will try my best!

(THE INITIATION)

What Margarita does is amazing.

The grace and poise that she shows

in doing rhythmic gymnastics is really impressive

and it's not easy.

I think that anybody who thinks that that can pick this up

and do it right away is dead wrong.

OK, so we're here on the football pitch.

The game is all about dribbling,

scoring goals, shooting, being confident.

We're going to put a few of those skills together

and it's going to look a little bit like this.

I want us to work on ball control

a little bit more, right in this space, just dribble

around all the areas of your foot, inside outside.

Inside outside, I know.

Yeah. OK, so now we're going to get

the stepover involved.

So, take your touch, step over the ball

and use the other foot to push it past your defender.

Good. OK, now we're going to focus

on the shooting element of this exercise.

You want to bend it.

And what I mean by bend it is you don't want

to use your laces, you don't want

to use the inside of your foot.

You want to use the spot right in between.

Give that a try.

Now we're going to work on side volleys

and what you want to work on is getting

your leg up using your laces,

keeping your chest over the ball,

putting in the back of the net.

I have never used the ribbon in that way,

so it's completely new to me, completely foreign to me

and I'm such a competitor and perfectionist

but in something like this you just have to,

like, let all of that go and just have fun

and try to learn and do the best you can.

(THREE ATTEMPTS TO SCORE A GOAL)

Here's the challenge.

We're going to put together everything

that you learned, all three skills.

You're going to dribble,

do an inside-out move on the first defender,

then do a stepover move on the second defender,

pass the ball to me and you're going to side volley

into the back of the net.
