Celeb Assistant Confessions You Need To Hear To Believe - Duration: 3:54.

You're not alone in wondering what celebrities put their staff and assistants through on

a daily basis, and fortunately for us, they're dishing their employers' juiciest stories.

Here are some celeb assistant confessions you need to hear to believe.

R-rated laundry

Apparently even celebrities need to spice up their love lives every now and then, and

this "Dirty" singer liked to do that with some pretty naughty outfits, according to

some of Christina Aguilera's employees.

A member of the celeb's staff revealed to Star that they'd constantly be picking up

lingerie that was left all over the house, such as, "maid's dresses, nurse's uniforms,

and other risqué clothing..."

The anonymous staff member who leaked the info worked for the pop star while she was

married to music exec Jordan Bratman.

While the two later divorced, it apparently wasn't for lack of trying new things in the

bedroom!

Dance mom

It seems that Queen B brings her work home with her — literally.

A former employee who nannied for Beyoncé and Jay Z was told to learn the entire choreography

from the singer's "Single Ladies" music video.

She revealed to Star that she had to learn the routine and perform it on demand, as requested

by the couple's then-toddler, Blue Ivy.

The former employee revealed, "Seeing her mom sing and dance to the song was the only

thing that settled her down."

Here's hoping that nanny never had to put on a show at the playground.

Reality madam

Kourtney might come off as the most level-headed Kardashian sister, but when it comes to how

she treats those on her payroll, apparently she's not much different than her baby daddy,

aka, "Lord Disick."

A nanny who previously worked for the reality mogul told Star that she wasn't allowed to

call Kourtney by her first name, claiming "She asked me to call her madam at all times."

Unfortunately for this mistreated babysitter, she made a mistake and had to deal with the

consequences.

She confessed, "I once slipped up and called her Kourtney, and she threw a hissy fit.

I never made that mistake again!"

Ice cold

Ben Stiller typically plays the nice guy on screen, but apparently he's quite different

in person — At least, according to his personal assistant during post-production on Zoolander,

who revealed to Minyanville a rather bizarre conversation he had with the star.

On his first day of the job, this PA was told the do's and don'ts in regard to handling

Stiller's needs, which included specific instructions on how he likes his iced tea.

The PA claimed, "It had to be unsweetened, and I was to sweeten it with 1.5 packets of

Splenda inside 16 ounces of unsweetened [Nestea] iced tea."

That's not all, though.

When the PA brought Stiller the tea in a paper cup, Stiller demanded a glass, instructed

the assistant on how much ice to add, and then made the PA pour the tea from the cup

into the glass for him.

After taking a sip, the actor asked him, "What the hell is this?"

Stiller was referring to the condensation, which would have been avoided if he'd used

the paper cup he was given initially.

Instead he had his assistant wipe off the condensation for him.

The PA revealed, "I was worried I'd have to wipe it off between sips because it kept coming

back, since it was condensation."

Apparently Stiller doesn't like his hands to be wet, because if he needs to shake someone's

hand he's afraid they'll think his palms are sweating.

That PA lasted two and a half weeks, pouring iced tea for Stiller.

Eyes off me

Award-winning actress Charlize Theron is best known for her roles in films like Monster

and Snow White and the Huntsman, but among her staff, she's known for something quite

different.

A former staff member, who's role was to take care of the actress's two young children,

revealed just how strange the Oscar winner is behind closed doors, telling Star that

she wasn't allowed to speak or look at her employer.

As the star's assistant and nanny she was forbidden to speak to Theron even about her

kids.

If she had any general issues or questions, she was required to write them in a diary.

The woman told the mag, "It was odd."

It seems that even though the actress had no time to make small talk with her nanny,

she had plenty of time to read her employee's journal.

Refocusing Videos With Neural Networks | Two Minute Papers #173 - Duration: 3:46.

Dear Fellow Scholars, this is Two Minute Papers with Károly Zsolnai-Fehér.

Whenever we take an image with our camera, and look at it after an event, we often feel

that many of them are close to perfect, if only it was less blurry, or the focus distance

was a bit further away.

But the magic moment is now gone, and there is nothing to do other than cursing at the

blurry footage that we're left with when showing it to our friends.

However, if we have access to light fields, we can change some camera parameters after

the photo was taken.

This includes changing the focal distance, or even slightly adjusting the viewpoint of

the camera.

How cool is that!

This can be accomplished by a light field camera which is also referred to as a plenoptic

camera.

This tries to record not only light intensities, but the direction of incoming light as well.

Earlier, this was typically achieved by using an array of cameras.

That's both expensive and cumbersome.

And here comes the problem with using only one light field camera: because of the increased

amount of data that they have to record, current light field cameras are only able to take

3 frames per second.

That's hardly satisfying if we wish to do this sort of post-editing for videos.

This work offers a novel technique to remedy this situation by attaching a standard camera

to this light field camera.

The goal is that the standard camera has 30, so tons of frames per second, but with little

additional information, and the light field camera, which has only a few frames per second,

but, with a ton of additional information.

If we stitch all this information together in a smart way, maybe it is a possibility

to get full light field editing for videos.

Earlier, we have talked about interpolation techniques that can fill some of the missing

frames in videos.

This way, we can fill in maybe every other frame in a footage, or we can be a bit more

generous than that.

However, if we're shown 3 frames a second, and we have to create a smooth video by filling

the blanks would almost be like asking an algorithm to create a movie from a comic book.

This would be awesome, but we're not there yet.

Too much information is missing.

This stitching process works with a bit more information than this, and the key idea is

to use two convolutional neural networks to fill in the blanks: one is used to predict

flows, which describe the movements and rotations of the objects in the scene, and one to predict

the final appearance of the objects.

Basically, one for how they move, and one for how they look.

And the results are just absolutely incredible.

It is also blazing fast and takes less than a tenth of a second to create one of these

new views.

Here, you can see how the final program is able to change the focal distance of any of

the frames in our video, or we can even click on something in the image to get it in focus.

And all this is done after the video has been taken.

The source code of this project is also available.

With some more improvements, this could be tremendously useful in the film industry,

because the directors could adjust their scenes after the shooting, and not just sigh over

the inaccuracies and missed opportunities.

And this is just one of many possible other applications.

Trump's Legal Team Is Abandoning The President's Sinking Ship - Duration: 4:03.

You know, I really don't think that Donald Trump has had a single good week since becoming

President of the United States, but this particular past week probably one of the worst that he

has had.

First of all it started off with him telling Bob Mueller, the special prosecutor that,

"You better not look at my family's finances."

So Mueller responds by immediately saying, "Yeah, I think I'm going to immediately go

and look at your family's finances then."

Following that, Donald Trump's legal team began to abandon him like crazy.

Donald Trump is losing his lawyers this week.

So far we have two of them gone, it's Marc Kasowitz, the man who most people remember

as the one who sent that email to somebody who didn't support him and said, "You better

watch your back bitch."

And we also have Mark Corallo, his legal team's spokesperson, also a lawyer, who has decided,

"I can't do this anymore, I'm going to resign."

Those are two really heavy hitters on Donald Trump's legal team.

Kasowitz has been with Trump for a very long time, and even he understands at this point,

probably not going to do much good being Donald Trump's attorney, and there's several reasons

for that.

First of all, as more information comes out from the investigation and from reporters,

from leaks, it's looking worse and worse for Donald Trump on every single front.

Again, not just the Russia front, but on every possible front.

Second, and this is probably the main reason these people are jumping ship, Donald Trump

is not listening to his legal team.

He's not taking their advice, he's not keeping his mouth shut, he's giving interviews where

he says, "I wouldn't have hired Jeff Sessions if I would have known he was going to recuse

himself from the Russia investigation."

That's the kind of thing that makes you look super guilty.

Aides told the Washington Post that Donald Trump is asking about his pardoning powers,

and whether or not he can pardon himself and his family.

Again, that's the kind of thing that really makes it look like you've done something wrong.

And at some point, even the best attorneys, and I'm not saying these people were, but

even the best attorneys would have to say, "You know what?

Man, you have screwed the pooch here, I can't fix this disaster that you've created, you're

not listening to me so you're making it even worse.

I have no choice but to break off and end this unhealthy relationship, because you know

what?

I have other clients that I could probably help.

Other clients that might actually take my legal advice."

And here's where the story gets even more interesting.

A few weeks ago we learned that Donald Trump's administration, Donald Trump, so, they were

having trouble actually finding lawyers willing to go and represent them.

Major law firms all throughout the country were turning down those offers, using excuses

like, "I'm just far too busy."

But behind closed doors, they had told reporters, "We were worried about the reputation that

would give our law firm."

So the people who've been with Trump for quite a while, are leaving, the people that they

want to get, won't come, so at the end of the day, who's left to defend the Trump administration?

I mean, if this trend continues, are they going to have to go out and just hire a public

defender to represent them against this Mueller investigation?

Because that's what it's starting to look like, because nobody wants to work with a

client who doesn't take your legal advice, continues to sabotage his own defense and

thinks he's just the smartest man in the room, regardless of what room he walks into.

Good luck with that kind of defense Donald.

TUESDAY MORNING HAUL 7/23/17 - Duration: 23:54.

hey everybody I hope you had a nice weekend I went to Tuesday morning

actually this is several trips a Tuesday morning and I wanted to show you what I

got and I also went in search of the Martha Stewart sale items but

unfortunately did not have very much luck but it did find one thing that I'm

really like happy that I did fine so I'll show you that in a bit but the

first thing I wanted to show you was this gift tag these are three tags by K

and company and they're $0.99 and the number is one seven six nine five seven

four if you're interested but I just love the colors and these and I just

thought they're really pretty good look gold

I don't know elastic string there too I guess put the tag on the on the item I'm

not going to use them as gift tags they're probably using for like these

these for like pocket letters I just love the beautiful colors on them like

the blues and the teals and the gold and I love the fact that this one says hi

friend so I'm really this one is the one that sold me and it's got like little

little stones there and this one says you're the best and then this one is

really pretty with the arrows says for you so I really love this one and I

really I only found one in my store otherwise I probably would have picked

up a couple a couple but these are really cute so I'm glad I found that and

then I also found these by stickers well they're stickers I guess by

American yes American crafts and I just thought these were really fun the colors

are beautiful I love these this is it's Friday

cute little hurts sweet things this is the sweet things right here mama

nope awesome so I thought this is really cute

like it looked hustle you are pretty great show time really pretty I just

thought this was really nice for these four cards or pocket letters so and then

this little thing in the middle that's hard and these all say hello and I just

love the the ribbon so I thought it's a really cute again could be for cars for

pocket letters for anything anything that you want to embellish your projects

with and this was 99 cents and these two items over here on this one is a repeat

item these are felt stickers by pebbles and I just love felt stickers I know I

know I've said this before I don't know just remind me of my childhood I guess I

used to play a lot with a felt stickers when I was a child because I used to do

a lot of cross when I was a child as well so I just love these and again this

is a brief one and love this one with a buttons it means for each 99 cents and

this is a new one for me I love the flower theme to this one and the little

buttons in the middle love the colors so you know these are super cute I'm glad I

came across these and I also found these by Julia got a couple and I thought

these were just really really beautiful and just really elegant you get the

roses and I don't know if you can the can cameras picking that picking it up

but it has kind of a sheen to it so it's just really pray this would be great for

a wedding a themed pocket letter or card or flip book just anything that way or

even like or even for st. Valentine's Day just you know white flowers would

just I think universal for any occasion and you also get a couple of little

guests little rhinestones here so I thought these were so pretty I just had

to pick up a couple of these I started it up more than two but I figured - you

know - is good enough for now so these are really creative you guys are

interested the number is one seven six nine nine five six and I also do pick up

a Martha Stewart permanent glue this is the clear glue and I just wanted to try

it this normally goes for four dollars and twenty-nine cents and at Tuesday

morning to have it for 99 cents and this is kind of random but I wanted to try

these soap these are goat milk soap and it says

100% vegetable oil and this is the country fresh scent and you get three of

these for $4.99 and there it says made with fresh goat milk pure vegetable oil

soap base natural skin moisturizer and gentlemen for use of our everyday and

it's paraben and phosphate free formula so I'm going to just looked interesting

and I'm always up for trying new soaps and you get three for $4.99 I'm not sure

if I said that originally $8.99 yeah and you guys know if you watch my videos you

guys know I love my die cuts this haul just you know has tons of die cuts so I

got this one by this sort of tags baby girl they did what a baby boy as well

and the reason I got this one is just because look at all the pretty prints

that you get I love this little cupcake one so that's the reason I got that one

and some of these even though these are really more meant for a you know a baby

girl and I just thought you know some of these you can definitely use for other

things like the ones that really don't have anymore like this pink one this one

right here this one so and that one so I thought these are really pretty and love

the cream with the pink and the block so I got that one and this number if

you're interested is 1 8 1 3 8 2 2 and this is 99 cents the next one I got is

my 7 gypsies I always pick up the 7 gypsies if I see them because I just

love the vintage you know looks at ease and these are also 99 cents and the

number is 181 3 8 6 8 and these are all the ones that you get in this one I love

this one that looks like a stand buses airmail with the with the plane and I

think that's probably the one that sold me but this one is really pretty too

with the flowers and just you know the animals and look at this little stamp

one as well they're all really really pretty and then I also think that this

one this is chocolate on ivory and this one was also 99 cents and you get 17

these are featured tags and these are chocolate on ivory and you get all of

these here these are really pretty as well I love that combination of the

chocolate and ivory I love this one meses love and joy

and then I also picked up two of these I got doubles of this one only because I

really like the fact that it's just a thank you fiend chipboard shapes and

these were a dollar 49 age the number is 181 five five five one and you get a lot

of really pretty prints on these die cuts and they're like I said they mostly

are based you know theme is thank you look at this pretty one too the

chocolate and the multicolored things that's actually really pretty too I love

those flowers and the part is super pretty too so you know I had to get two

of these and look at this cute little one flower sticker wanna buy Joey's this

was also $0.99 and I love the yellow flower what

black-and-white material in the middle I thought that was super super cute and I

liked this one as well this one's by Maya Road and B they're just basically

camera little chip boards in white it's got the Kraft background and then the

cameras sorry I know it's hard to see because of the tab and I can't really

take it all right now sorry guys but you might be able to see it see it the craft

camera a white camera and I also got this one by imagine imagine if and this

one is more of a I guess like a see same one it's got the shells and I think a

couple of fish in there look at the little fish this is what you get in

there and some starfish now I thought this was super cute as well this is a

dollar 49 then the number is one seven eight one six six one and look at these

tasks guys look how cute these are these are also $0.99 these are by my art my

artsy and you get 12 pieces of these and leads your tags these your craft tags

and if you if you can see see it's got like a I guess what kind of look at

and then let me show you the item that I was talking about earlier today from the

Martha Stewart crafts sale don't think I don't think I saw anyone

because of that and because of the mail box that says letters with a little

heart so couldn't pass this out but that it was adorable

songbook and over here there's the ring with the heart so and this was this I do

really cute I love this one too and I got two of these as well these are also

by in that imaginisce and these were dollar 40 learn each and their die cuts

same one love the glug egde look at the passport and how cute all of these are

guys love the the moped really pretty love all the little hearts

I found it and then this one is I am each Amy tangerine and this wouldn't get

42 die-cuts and look how gorgeous these are as well

these are just as pretty as the other one I love the flowers friends look at

the pizza and the donut I love this one and of you guys can see it but this

already here with the four envelopes love that one and I also found some

graphic 45 die-cuts I honestly guys I've never even heard

this company until I just recently saw videos on graphic 45 and I am loving

this stuff I want to get the paper stocks and everything and even stickers

if I have them but I'm hoping to find them at Tuesday morning because they are

you know kind of pricey everywhere else but I have not had luck yet so but I did

find these dicots so I was happy to find these and they're

just really really beautiful I hear that this company is award-winning so yeah

I'm really happy that I found these and these were a dollar ninety-nine and the

number is 186 to 1:06 for both of these these are repeat and then I also I don't

have an embossing or die-cut machine yep and thinking of purchasing one soon so I

figured I would start you know collecting things for at because I've

seen these embossing folders and I think it's Joanne's and these run for about

$4.99 and at Tuesday morning to have them for a dollar so I figured hey you

know I'm going to eventually get the machine so I figured I would you know

start collecting them and look how pretty this one is these are just dis

reminds me of like a cake you like a cake if you guys watch the Food Network

and you know something that they would have in a competition with the you know

topsy-turvy cake and the gifts I just saw this is really pretty and it's good

for any occasion it doesn't have to be for just birthdays it could be for a

grocery just you know you got a new job and so pretty you know for cards and I

love the big bow in the middle so going to cute how to pick that up and then

also on the same theme I want you know I wanted to again get some things for the

machine you know what I do eventually get it so I picked up some Downton Abbey

metal die cuts so I picked up the chandelier being a champagne saucer and

then the family portrait frame and last but not least guys I also

picked up a really pretty paper stack from Tuesday morning and this one I'm

going to use with that travel theme I'm going to use it with desk with this

die-cut I'll probably do a really cute little you know a pocket letter with us

with these die cuts and I'm using this paper stack and let me do a quick look

there so you guys can see I love that one is gorgeous look at that one with

the luggage so thank you guys I even loved this striped one look at the 1b or

planes that's really pretty - I like that the cameras of course and love the

camera snapshots cute more planes traveler world traveler away good time

Sander works great if I could just get the sandpaper on the washer.

You should wear a mask while using a sander, all my food tasted like wood that day.

This is just paper clay, that I drew a slightly tilted down pumpkin on to use as a guide.

At this point I switch focus and work on the pumpkin body, instead of the stem.

Unfortunately my camera ran out of memory and I didn't realize it until later. The finished Pumpkin will be seen on the next update.
