Youtube daily report w Jul 3 2017

Well good morning good morning.

It is a beautiful Friday here in Budapest so today we're planning a day trip.

A day trip.

We are going to Szentendre.

Or at least that is how we think it is pronounced.

It means Saint Andrews.

Yeah, and I mean to get there we're going to have to take what a some kind of a metro.

Metro.

Train.

And then I think we're going to be taking a river cruise on the way back.

Yes.

So today is going to be about exploration and also the transportation too.

Let's go.

We have our tickets in hand and this is a very fast moving escalator.

It is almost a little scary to get on.

Haha.

How much did we pay?

They were 350 Forent each.

So like just slightly over a Euro basically.

We have arrived!

We've arrived.

It was a 30 minute journey and we actually bought the wrong tickets.

Yeah.

So we had this lady came on and it looked like she was actually selling baked goods

but no she was a ticket checker.

She was an inspector and so we had to pay what was it?

310 Forent on the spot.

Yeah.

Yeah, which isn't a lot.

It is not a lot.

Alright guys so we have arrived in the center of town and that was a very short walk wasn't

it?

Yeah, super short and already our first impressions I think of this place is that it is so cute

and that it is so quaint and quiet compared to Budapest.

Cute and quaint.

Look at the words Sam is using.

Yeah, that is surprising for this early in the morning.

Haha.

But I am hungry so I'm thinking let's how about our first order of business is to go

get some food?

Alright, food.

Food.

So apparently this is the way to Langos (Lángos) for pancakes.

We are here.

Oh my gosh.

Tada.

So I'm sitting at a bit of an awkward angle here because look.

The bench is at the same height is the table.

But we have food in front of us.

Let me show you.

We researched this one place online that serves langos (lángos) and it looks like a fried dough.

We ordered the variety with sour cream and cheese on top and I also put like garlic sauce

and hot sauce.

Oh my gosh that is fully loaded.

It looks pretty tasty.

Hot.

My snack is jacked.

Your snack is jacked.

Let's see.

Mmmm.

Is it good?

That is good.

Yeah.

It is just like a fried dough.

Fried dough.

It is a pretty simple batter with toppings.

Mmmhmmm.

And you know what?

We saw that you can get this as a savory snack or a sweet snack with like jam or fruit on

top so yeah.

We're going savory.

And for dessert.

And on to dessert that did not last long I have to say.

The first one.

The langos (lángos).

Yeah, we were pretty hungry so.

So if you can see this here there is tonnes of icing sugar on the side and we did you

order the cinnamon one?

Cinnamon variety.

That is the one that I had asked for.

As requested.

Thank you.

Okay, so I'm not sure how you're supposed to have this but I'm just going to take a

huge bite.

Mmmmm.

Oh man.

When they said they were putting cinnamon on here they did not skimp out.

That is really nice.

I can also taste like a little bit of maybe honey and brown sugar added too.

Mmmhmm.

And the texture of this pancake is very delicate it is like a crepe.

And man, this is just a nice sweet treat to end off our little first snack of the day.

Meow meows.

Hi meow meows.

Are we making a friend?

Yes.

Hello friend.

Oh there is another cat.

So that was a pretty tasty snack and if you want to find that place you basically follow

this tiny little alleyway that is all stairs just off of the main square and half way up

you'll see the shop on your right hand side and then once you're done eating your langos

you keep going up the steps and you're going to reach a second square with a church and

you get some pretty cool views of the town and we're pretty high up right now.

(Church Bells Ringing)

So Sam is not the biggest fan of museums and this town has a lot museums but one of them

is wine museum.

Yeah.

So thoughts on that?

Thoughts on that is I actually can't wait to explore that and there is another museum

that we want to go as well.

And that is the marzipan.

And we're doing this for your Mom Audrey.

My Mom would love this.

She's like marzipan a lot.

Yes.

So we are visiting food and drink themed museums which is great.

I hear that at the wine museum they have a cellar and they have a restaurant and you

can drink wine while you are there.

Well there you go.

Let's go find it.

Sold.

He found it.

There he is filming the wine museum.

We are going to be drinking wine.

Drinking wine.

I don't even know what that accent is.

That is definitely not Hungarian.

We are just being goofy.

Oh my gosh.

Goofballs.

So we are right down here in the cellar and right now we are the only people visiting

it.

Yeah.

So visiting the museum is free and then you can pay to do a wine tasting or you could

just have lunch and drink some wine so I think that is what we're going to do because we

are still pretty hungry after that snack.

Haha.

Also the lesson of the day if you're a really tall man you kind of need to hunch down here

because like 30 seconds into it Sam was like urggh.

He walked into the wall.

That is the story of my life.

You don't know how many times I've banged my head on walls or shower stalls.

If you're not paying attention like even I could bump my head.

I think the worst thing for me is that I'm not super tall.

Like I'm 6 foot one but like I feel like a lot of these places that I hit my head on

like it is kind of in my blind spot.

Like if I was a little bit taller I might see it.

If I was a little bit shorter I'd somehow get under it.

I don't know.

So I already have a favorite part of this wine tour museum.

Oh yeah?

What is that?

That by far is the temperature down here.

Oh my gosh.

It is so cool.

Of course you would say that.

Oh, this is wonderful.

This is like refuge from the warmth outside.

Yeah, and I don't know if you can see this over here but there is mold.

Yeah?

On these gates because of the cool temperature.

I think I could be a wine cellar dwellar.

Alright.

We'll leave you behind here.

We are now entering the Weinshop.

The weinshop.

And check out this.

This is the local Hungarian wine.

The Bikaver.

Oh yeah.

2014.

We've been drinking that one.

We have.

We finally found a really good one from the grocery store.

There was a couple of duds.

Like I usually error on the side of being cheap.

Yep.

But I found one that is really good value and we'll be showing that in kind of a picnic

video.

Oh really?

Picnic video.

And now Sam is going to recite the 10 commandments for wine drinkers.

Begin.

New drink wine on an empty stomach.

Never eat sweet dishes before drinking.

Pay attention to the temperature of the different types of wine.

Always drink wine slowly.

What?

(Sam speaking fast)

Alright.

That is pretty good advice.

I've definitely broken some of those especially drinking it on an empty stomach but uh yeah.

Good advice.

This is pretty cool.

It is indeed.

Look at that.

That lady has big boobs.

My wine has arrived so I ordered the house red.

I believe this one is a cabernet sauvignon.

So let's see if I've learned a thing of two from all of the wine tastings I've been to.

Swirl it around.

Sniff and see some of the notes.

What do we smell here?

Let's close our eyes and pay attention.

Hahahaha.

I'm still not very good with the notes.

I would choose like raisins and plums and cherries.

Is that right?

I guess it is up to my nose right?

Whatever my nose thinks is right.

It is all highly subjective.

Uh huh.

Even though you know there are experts that would say oh that is definitely tastes like

this but it is all subjective.

I like it.

It goes down smooth.

It is not dry.

Which I like.

And it is not one of those full bodied wines that is really overpowering.

I'm not a big fan of those.

This is right up my alley.

That is more my style.

Yeah.

Hahaha.

The food is here.

And check it out.

I got goulash (gulyás) of course because when in Hungary.

Gagaga-goulash.

Look at my bowl.

Look at that.

It is like a little metal basket type deal.

It is so cute.

Let's call it a cauldron.

A cauldron.

A mini cauldron.

Pick up that cauldron.

Where I can brew my special potions for Sam.

Is that the witches brew?

So he will still love me.

Haha.

But yeah look at it.

As long as you feed me.

Just kidding.

It is so hot.

I already burned myself.

I was eating before you started filming.

Well, good good good.

It is hot.

So hot.

Fresh off of the stove.

And I think this one has a bit more paprika than the one I had the first time in Budapest

when we went out for food.

This one is a little more spicier.

But it is good.

I'm happy.

So Sam here went for super Hungarian dish am I right?

Hahaha.

Not really.

It is more Italian than anything.

Yeah, this is chicken.

Chicken breast with cheese and napolitana sauce.

So let's get a little bit of all of that.

Mmmm.

What do you think?

Mmmm.

I especially like the sauce.

Yeah?

Yeah.

That is the best part.

Really rich and flavorful.

It is nice and savory.

And the temperature inside of this restaurant is cool so I don't mind having a bit of a

warmer dish like this right now.

And you've got some nice potato wedges happening over there.

I know.

All mine.

All his.

All mine.

All his.

So we have just entered the Marcipan museum.

And I'm used to seeing like small little works of marzipan that are edible but they usually

are like small.

And right now we're going to see some monster works of art made with marzipan.

Wait until you see this.

Mickey Mouse over here.

Let's look at him.

He weighs 94 kilograms.

And you thought I was fat.

And the work time was 120 hours.

And he's made out of marzipan.

Pure marzipan by Angela.

Good job Angela.

Meet Michael Marzipan Jackson.

Looking fly.

And the wedding cakes.

Also made out of marzipan.

Here we have King Stephen the first king of Hungary in marzipan form.

And this one kind of resembles my family's dog Togo the German Shepherd.

So Sam simply couldn't resist the chance to try marzipan.

No, after that museum it was like we've got to eat some right?

Yeah.

So we didn't get a fancy little animal.

No.

We went for like a big tube of marzipan.

We went for a big tube.

We're going for the economical tube.

Because yeah there were some pretty cute looking animals and faes.

I almost feel guilty eating one of those.

I know.

What do you think?

I quite like it.

I didn't grow up eating marzipan though so it is slightly an acquired taste for me.

But yeah, it wouldn't be my go to sweet.

But it is decent.

It is okay.

Yeah?

Yeah.

So what is your experience with Marzipan?

My experience.

Okay, so when I was little and living in Argentina my Mom's cousin would visit from Germany and

he would bring little marzipan animals and I thought they looked so cute but that they

tasted disgusting.

I couldn't stand the taste of marzipan.

So we would just put them on the birthday cakes as decorations.

Let's see if I've acquired a taste for this.

So in other words you would have collected a museum of them in your house.

You could have opened your own museum.

What do you think?

It is not bad but I'm still not a huge fan.

It is like an almond paste.

Like a sweet, sugary almond paste.

It is too bad we couldn't send the rest of this to your Mom huh?

My Mom would devour it.

She would like that.

I know.

So Audrey we are going to inquire about renting a chair.

A beach chair and napping in the sunshine.

Well I'm going in the shade.

He looks grumpy because he had to get the drinks for us.

He looks grumpy.

Hold those.

Here it is.

So we may have overdone it in the food and wine department.

We are stuffed.

Yes.

So since we've arrived in town we've had that fried dough.

The langos.

Yeah.

We've had lunch.

We've had lunch with wine.

I had goulash.

Yes.

And then we also got.

We had a little snack with the marzipan.

Oh right, we had that we went to the cafe.

Didn't we?

We had cake.

Now we're having drinks.

Anyways, the reason we're kind of chilling right now is we've decided we want to take

a river cruise back.

And that doesn't go until five.

And right now it is 3 pm.

We feel we've had a really good walk through the town.

Yes,, so we want to cool off a bit.

Down by the river there is a really nice area and it is shaded, lots of trees, you have

lawn chairs.

It is so cool.

So this is going to be our siesta.

We're going to have lemonade and an afternoon nap.

Oh, I can't wait for the nap.

I did not sleep well last night guys.

Oh my gosh.

That was the best sleep.

I've been conked out for like a half hour.

Oh my gosh.

Dream siesta.

Waking up.

So we are back in the city.

We hope you guys enjoyed the footage from the boat.

Oh man, we were treated to like amazing light and just on the right side of the boat too.

It was incredible.

So yeah, we actually were thinking of taking the metro back but we saw the light and it

is just so gorgeous outside so we're like why not walk.

Walking back.

Let's walk across the bridge and walking all the way back to our apartment now.

Yes.

Alright and that is it for today.

See yah later.

Monday Shout-outs | Lundaj Anoncoj - Duration: 3:55.

Hello all

I'm Evildea. Your God.

and today I want to introduce a new program

on my YouTube channel

So, people often contact me and ask

or request ... I guess

Evildea, I have a new project, website

blog, etc ...

Can you please present it to your viewers

and then I think, "Well, I'd like to

but I don't know how I could mention it

in the middle of a vlog when

I'm on the street ... I don't know"

But, now my new idea

>From now ...

Every Monday, I'll present new announcements

and ideas, blogs, etc ...

of other Esperanto speakers

If you want me to shout something out

and I think it's good for my audience

just contact me through my email

you can find it in YouTube's settings

and just tell me about your idea

and the following Monday, I'll presenti it

If I like it

So, today I want to present a few things

So, first, an Esperanto speaker from New Zealand

He's a friend; new freshly baked Esperanto speaker

who learned Esperanto recently

He contacted me and with really good Esperanto

said, "Oh, I want to translate my entire blog

to Esperanto but I want the advice of another

really experience Esperanto speaker

and I'm ready to pay for it

So, here's his email address

if you're an experienced Esperanto speaker

and you're looking for work, just contact him

and I guess come to an agreement

with him and if all goes well

You'll have Esperanto work

So, here's his email address again

Of course, you need to be an experienced Esperanto speaker

So, the second thing

And in fact, this wretch didn't contact me

but I just wanted to speak about it

Jonny M, recently published his last, best song

"I need sleep"

Sleep, sleep, sleep!

But he published it for free in YouTube

So, there's a link in the description below

Just click on it

Watch and listen to this beautiful piece of art

and then comment in the comments

and say that you like it

because I believe that it is one

of the best original songs in Esperanto

I first heard about it

when I was at JES

and I really liked it

It gave me good memories

So, just go and watch it

and the third thing

What is it? I almost forgot

Ah ha, I didn't forget!

Amikumu is now looking for a new Android programmer!

So, if you're an Android programmer

and looking for Esperanto work

There's a link in the description to the form

Just contact us through the form

not through my person email

and if I'm interested in you

I'll contact and you hopefully

You'll work with Amikumu

So, I just wanted to say

that right now we can't pay you full time

but in a few months

when Amikumu launches for other languages

hopefully, we can then pay you full time

So, if you're interested, just contact me

through that form

and now if you want to contact me about announcements

just email me

And that is all!

If you've liked this film

like it, share it

Sub to my channel, if you haven't subbed already

and I'll see you all in the next film

and if you're not there

I'll find you and I'll announce everything ...

in your bathroom ...

Java Tutorial in 2 minutes - History of Java - Duration: 1:48.

Hi! I'm Chiccodb00

in this episode of Java in two minutes

I'll tell you briefly the history of Oak

or rather Java

Oak was the original name of the language

homever was changed in Java

for some copyright issues

Java is a high level programming language

so very far away from machine language

It was created by an expert developer team

headed by James Gosling

in the far 1992

Java was presented

officially on 23 May 1995

even though it actually began to gain popularity

in 1993 when there was the Internet explosion

through the applets

applications executable directly by the browser

This is because through these applets

the web pages became interactive

including chats, games and so on

In May 2007

Sun, Java's proprietary company

published the source code of their libraries under GPL license

then Open Source

in this way everyone can view the source code

Regarding the compilator and the virtual machine

(only on IcedTea environment)

they earned the GPL license a few months earlier

on November 2006

Until the creation of this video

have been released 9 "mayor" versions of Java

starting from JDK 1.0 in January 1996

up to the present Java SE 8 in March 2014

Finally this language was purchased by Oracle in 2010

and it continues its development

If the video helped you understand the subject

leave a "like"

otherwise leave a dislike

anyway you can comment

Jose Mourinho doesn't want to sell Matteo Darmian this summer - Duration: 2:18.

Jose Mourinho doesn't want to sell Matteo Darmian this summer

Jose Mourinho has no intention of selling Matteo Darmian. JOSE MOURINHO doesn't want to sell Juventus target Matteo Darmian this summer. The right-back has been strongly linked with a return to Italy after starting just 15 Premier League games last season.

However, ESPN claims Darmian will not be sold by Mourinho and could be forced to submit a transfer request if he is desperate to leave.

The defender has proven to be a handy asset for Manchester United. Chances of first-team football are sure to be higher at Juve after Darmian was used primarily as back-up to Antonio Valencia last term.

The Serie A champs have already lost Dani Alves and could be about to sell Alex Sandro to Chelsea.

Mourinho is a big fan of Darmians versatility. Darmian's versatility means he can play either flank, with most of his appearances under Mourinho coming at left-back.

The Special One does not want to lose a player capable of slotting in on either side of the defence. But the report adds that if United may sell if they receive an offer too good to turn down.

Darmian has been playing second-fiddle to Antonio Valencia. Barcelona star Jordi Alba has already been identified as a potential replacement, even though there is little chance of the Catalans selling him.

But Mourinho would prefer to keep things as they are, with the Portuguese tactician instead focused on landing a new striker, winger and central midfielder after already splashing the cash on Victor Lindelof.

Darmian may have to submit a transfer request if he really wants to leave.

THESE AREN'T YOUR MOTHER'S MICRO MACHINES: Micro Machines World Series | Review - Duration: 4:22.

[Gardiner making car and brake noises]

[Announcer] You finished!

[Gardiner] Well, that was fun!

I wonder what's next?

Wait, I've played this course before.

Ugh.

Wait a minute.

Hot Wheels?

I thought this was supposed to be Micro Machines!

Hey everybody!

I'm Gardiner, the Linux Gamer and I just played Micro Machines World Series!

It's a top-down racing and car combat game, developed by Codemasters and brought to Linux

by Virtual Programming.

Micro Machines World Series was released for Linux June 30th, 2017.

I bought this game with the help of my incredible patrons.

Thanks, guys!

You make this possible!

If you want to help this channel grow, you can pledge a monthly contribution over on

Patreon, or you can hit that subscribe button.

Micro Machines World Tour has a rather cartoonish look that fits in with brand's overall style.

The vehicles in this game feel appropriately small, as the courses and the objects littering

them, provide a real sense of scale.

Matches take place on courses laid out across billiard tables, muddy gardens, and kitchen

countertops.

There are humongous cheerios, oversized acorns, and even a toaster that serve to obstruct

or even help you.

Overall, this game feels more like a vehicle for Hasbro product placement, though I don't

know what else I expected from this game.

Nerf, Hungry Hungry Hippos, and a ton of other licensed content dots the landscape.

The game controls well, with a nice mix of slippery arcade goodness and a true sense

of control and there's nothing that differentiates one vehicle from the next.

I have to say the weapons have decent audio and vibration feedback, too, though there's

a limited selection to choose from.

Micro Machines World Series is an enjoyable racing and car-battling title, though, after

you've tried the various modes like elimination, battle, and race, you've seen most of what

there is to see.

The game's emphasis seems to be on multiplayer.

The issue is, however, that I tried to play the game online, yet I found myself racing

against bots, time and time again.

Even when there were a small handful of human opponents to race against, the rest of the

competitors were computer-controlled.

Now, there's nothing wrong with the AI in the game.

I found them to be an appropriate challenge.

But for a game that so heavily emphasizes the multiplayer component, the lack of people

actually playing the game and the long wait periods between matches makes this supposed

online functionality quickly take its toll.

See, the only way you can unlock new stuff is by playing online matches, but playing

online matches require you to wait for 'games to be found.'

Sometimes taking upwards of 70 seconds to be placed in a random match with bots.

Now, there is a local multiplayer option, which I'm quite interested in trying.

But I haven't been able to get people over to my place to play before I had to start

working on this review.

Micro Machines World Series performs surprisingly well for a Virtual Programming title.

The eON wrapper has come a long way from its clunky, unstable beginnings.

Some folks in the community have criticized me in the past by choosing to highlight and

review these non-native games.

However, I believe it's fair to talk about non-native titles that have been packaged

and are being sold as 'Linux versions.'

With that being said, the game does pretty well on my Steam Machine with an Nvidia GTX

970.

The same can't be said for my office computer with a GTX 750.

Even on low settings.

So, what do I think of this game?

In terms of content, Micro Machines World Series falls in a strange no-mans-land between

a polished mobile game, and an unfinished AAA experience.

I had fun, but after an hour I had seen just about everything the game was going to surprise

me with.

I feel like the local multiplayer will make for a decent time during a party game night,

but if I were you, I'd definitely wait for this game to go on sale before I bought it.

It's available for Linux through The Humble Store, GOG, and Steam.

Links are in the description.

LEADER SPEAKS LAST - Duration: 6:20.

Good morning,

Our gate is again working not as it should...

it is like Brazilian soap opera.

Three weeks we are trying to fix this problem,

( why this navigating apps are always interrupting in the conversations?! )

Simply Brazilian soap opera.

All the time there are some problems...

The gate is not connected well, something else pops up...

Now it stopped working altogether.

I guess one of my friends will say that I am complaining, but it it not exactly like that...

It is not that I want everyone to be perfect...

But I truly would like everyone

to aspire to that perfection.

If someone is fixing gates as professional career, I would like this person to run complete diagnostics of what he is supposed to fix.

To be sure that after 1 day it will not break again.

It does not have to be perfect every time, but we all should try!

Not like doctors who don't pick up their private' practise phone...

You can really see that everywhere in Poland.

People don't answer emails, don't pick up calls,

they don't provide you with excellent service (but just good enough),

being 1-2 hours late for a meeting...

or not coming at all, if it happens to rain!

One should aspire to be the best version of themselves and to have their own scale of professionalism.

If you have your own business and you don't pick up the phone - that's not professional at all!

If you don't answer your phone - that's not professional either...

There is a saying that the leader shall speak last.

Let's think what does it mean...

The meaning of this saying lays in the belief that if a person is a "boss" of some team,

company, he/she should listen to everyone else before he speaks.

Why? Because if he will speak as the first one, he will impose his point of view on the group

and he will not have a chance to benefit from the knowledge of other team members.

Secondly, if there are shy people within the group, most likely they will not speak at all,

assuming that if the boss said something, I shall not question that.

Person with such personality will not speak.

Good leader speaks last.

The leader listens to his team as the first step and then expresses his opinion.

I have my Berlingo back! Yeeey!

What's the other important feature of a good leader?

Maybe even the most important one!

Leader should make sure that his team feels secure,

which is the ultimate condition for people to deeply engage in what they do.

It is a feature of modern enterprises, which will be created in the future, or enterprises that are transforming

in order to catch the criteria of today's business world.

Leaders shall not be people who are listened to because of their role within a company,

but rather people who are listened to because of the comfort they've created.

There is no exciting vlogging material after the weekend... our daughter has been sick.

What happened?

About two weeks ago, Helena has been bitten by the tick (which is not a big deal considering we live in the forest).

During the weekend she had high fever, so we were sure that it is tick's bite inflammation.

It came out that the grandma, who has been taking care of Helena, was feeling bad as well,

with 40 C fever.

So luckily (even tho being sick is far from "fun" because she is suffering),

luckily it was not tick's bite inflammation.

Therefore, I dedicated time to take care of my girls, cooking and hanging out.

That's it!

I hope you enjoyed my video. If so, please leave a like and subscribe to my channel.

Share an info with your friends! If you have any questions, leave them in the comments, I will answer them all. Take care!

How To Get Rid of Cellulite

The cellulite is a problem for many women. It looks like cottage cheese or orange peel

and makes our body unattractive. The main culprit of the cellulite are estrogen

and progesterone and because of that women suffer from it mostly.

It is very difficult to get rid of the cellulite, we need to make some life changes and a lot

of exercises. So today we are going to present you some remedies that will help you with

that.

10 REMEDIES FOR CELLULITE

COFFEE SCRUB

The coffee is considered to be a great exfoliator it removes the dead cells and renews your

skin.

Ingredients

Olive oil or coconut oil (2-3 tbsp.) Sugar (3 tbsp.)

Coffee grounds (¼ cup) Preparation

Melt the oil and then mix all the ingredients together. Now massage the affected areas with

this mixture for a few minutes. You can also massage with the oil first and then a mixture

of the sugar and the coffee. At the end wash the mixture with some warm water.

warm. Now apply it on the affected area cover them with plastic wraps. Leave the mixture

for a ½ hour before you wash it well with warm water. You need to do this two times

per week.

DRY BRUSHING

The best anti-cellulite remedy is probably dry brushing. In this way you tighten the

epidermis and remove the dead cells. This stimulates the blood and the lymphatic flow

and your skin is glowing. You must choose the right brush and do it the right way.

How to select the right brush?

Bristles made from natural material. Stiff but at the same time not too hard.

Brush with a handle. When is the right time to brush?

Before shower on a dry body. If you have a lot of cellulite do this every

day even two times per day. Shower yourself after that 5-10 minutes to

get rid of the dead cells. Do it in the right way.

Brush in the direction of the lymphatic system- towards the heart.

Don't brush in circular motions or back and forth.

Don't scrub. From your feet move upwards.

Brush the arms towards the chest. Brush your stomach in a clockwise direction.

After brushing there shouldn't be any redness on your body. At the end apply some oil.

JUNIPER OIL

Ingredients

Olive oil (¼ cup) Juniper oil (15 drops)

Preparation

Mix the ingredients and apply the mixture to your skin massaging it. Leave it for 10-15

minutes. Do this for a month one or twice per day.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

The ACV is great for the skin. It is full in magnesium, calcium, and potassium and it

detoxifies the skin. It removes the cellulite in a way it helps you to lose weight.

Reasons for Water Retention and Tips on How to Reverse the Process - Duration: 2:05.

Reasons for Water Retention and Tips on How to Reverse the Process

Edema is the condition known popularly among people as water retention in the body.

It means that there is too much water in the cavities, tissues…This is the reason why

sometimes you might feel pain in the ankles, feet, wrists.

Very often pregnant women have this kind of situation, because their body deposits more

water due to the bigger amount of food they are consuming.

Salt is the enemy of the edema; that's why pregnant women are advised not to consume

too much salt during the pregnancy.

EDEMA CAN'T BE FATAL FOR YOUR LIFE, BUT NEVERTHELESS, YOU SHOULD KNOW THE BIGGEST

CAUSES OF THIS SITUATION AND FIGHT WITH THEM.

Processed food dominating on your menu – Due to the toxins and additives we find in the

fast food and processed food, your kidneys and liver are endangered.

Dehydration – if you don't drink enough water, your body will easily retain water.

Don't forget to drink water even when you are not thirsty.

Less Vitamin B6 – You might not know, but this type of Vitamin B is important for keeping

the balance of water in our bodies.

You need to combine this vitamin with food like bananas, pistachios, tuna…

Exclude a lot of spices and salt – We all love spicy and salty, but take care of the

amount of it.

Include Himalayan salt in your menu.

Not enough potassium – if some mineral is crucial for the life of cells and organs – that

is potassium.

It also has the role of keeping the balance of water.

When a person has a potassium deficiency, then the person has weight gain, cramps.

Not enough magnesium – this is one of the most important minerals in our body.

The daily doses of 200 mg of Mg are completely enough for edema to be reduced.

Use more of these herbs in your food: dandelion, hibiscus, fennel, corn silk, parsley, garlic…

Szentendre Travel Vlog | Day Trip From Budapest, Hungary - Duration: 17:14.

Road Biking On July 4th | Warm Weather Riding | I'll Drink To That - Duration: 7:49.

Well it's Sunday and July 2nd it's warm it's humid we had a southwesterly breeze

about 8 15 miles an hour on occasion and it's about 1 o'clock in the afternoon

Susan I decided to take a ride today and enjoy this beautiful summer-like weather

a little bit warmer humid than we would prefer but the forecast says it's

supposed to cool off somewhat this afternoon in terms of humidity so that

should be very nice I will tell you every time that I'm running into the

shade like I am right now extremely comfortable very nice beautiful day it's

summertime if you've seen some of my previous videos you know Susan is now

writing a ebike converted specialized Dolce

we decided to

at some power so that she could keep up with me and enjoy the ride and right now

she's behind me and she looks like she's got some people reluctant to go around

us

but she's we did 130 30-something mile ride with the bike so far and I'm

telling you it's really quite the technology for getting out on a road

bike and she loves it

gotta watch where I'm going

so it's the holiday weekend 4th of July weekend and Susan actually has this

whole week off so we are hoping to do a bit more writing than we have been doing

recently and the weather is supposed to be just phenomenal so all the

ingredients are there

so we're going to be heading into the center of town and to Guildford after we

go through this red light and then probably head off to where we typically

deal with the Stoney Creek which is on Branford Connecticut

now warm-weather writing today is like I said it started off on the humid side

humidity is going to be clicking down a little bit during the afternoon hours

but one of the things as you guys well know I'm very warm hot days that would

be very mindful of staying hydrated keep drinking keep those fluids in you I

remember last year somebody I was following on Strava was out doing hill

climbs in the heat somewhere out in Indiana somewhere and she passed out

from the heat fell over fractured her hip pelvis I guess the more specific

fractures had can ended up with a fractured pelvis so yeah there are some

really bad things that can happen to you if you don't maintain your fluid levels

you know stay hydrated very dangerous speaking of staying

hydrated and drinking I've never been one for drinking water never really like

drinking the water so last year I started thinking about using sports

drinks on my ride but I've heard some very bad things about Gatorade I guess

in Europe it's been kind of banned from certain countries for a while

maybe because of all the salt or something whatever their formulations

for making Gatorade so anyway I did some searches around for making your own

sports drink and I found a recipe by a guy who's well-known on the on YouTube

channels but it made me chef Jon and turns out making sports drinks is about

the disease that it can get relatively inexpensive compared to buying a bottle

sports drink and

so today what I did in Susan's and mind water bottle is I combined mostly water

with orange juice lemon juice and just a touch of salt and that's it that's what

we're drinking today and it should it should help but we for me I'm like I

said I'm never was a big fan of drinking water by itself and

I think and I think adding some flavor by the orange juice in a lemon is really

going to be not only helpful but they'll give you a better taste in just drinking

water I think it's probably a smart thing to do as well

beautiful data wow it really is nice

we've been kind of planning on doing more writing it through as soon as Susan

got on vacation which they is actually her first paid vacation but we kind of

had our fingers crossed as we heard the humidity is going to be on the tropical

and brento press aside and we decided to deal with it let's go this is what

summertime is all about

so there's nothing that you can't go out there and just not push yourself so hard

and just enjoy the weather

oh boy it is beautiful day that's for sure

you
