Here's how to prepare the tea: Ingredients

1 tablespoon of leaves dried oregano, 2 cups water.

As

Make water to boil in a saucepan.

After boiling, add the dried leaves and turn off the heat.

Meanwhile oregano oil requires a little more work, but worth it: Wash three

Shake the jar to cover the oregano with the oil and start the process of release

of oregano substances in the base oil.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for three days to allow oregano oil

mix thoroughly with the base oil.

To consume it, one suggestion is to take a sip water and keep it in the mouth.

Then tilt your head back and put 2 or 3 drops of oregano oil

in the mouth with water and swallow.

Then take some more water.

It is advised to take only once a day this oil for seven days.

Earlier this week, Billboard announced the nominees for their Billboard Music Awards,

One of the most fiercely discussed categories was Top Female Rap Artist, which featured

Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and Bhad Bhabie, although if the BBMAs are based on sales, streams,

and the like, there should be no question as to why Bhad Bhabie is in that category.

Hell, her single "Hi Bich" just went gold.

When TMZ caught up with Bhad Bhabie, she let it be known that she felt Cardi B would obviously

win the award, because she deserved it.

Sounds a lot like facts.

Bhad Bhabie continued on, and might have said a little too much.

"Cardi is way better than Nicki, I don't care what anyone says.

Cardi actually says stuff, Nicki just has attitude.

So what.

to clarify the comments she made on a clip where she specifically wrote "I got love

for both of 'em."

When I was young, I was friends with a girl who would be late for everything.

Since I belonged to a family that was disciplined and always punctual, this behaviour bothered

me.

Nonetheless, I kept the feeling of disrespect to myself and never let her know about it.

I always let it go, fearing that things might go ugly if I expressed my resentfulness.

But it started affecting our friendship which I perceived as more acceptable than expressing

how I felt.

While growing up, we are only taught to keep the emotions like jealousy, discomfort and

anger inside.

Seldom do parents realise the importance of being open and addressing the actual feelings.

However, we must understand that jealousy, anger, tears, etc. are real emotions.

By doing this, we keep away ourselves from being real, being us which is why we find

it hard to find inner peace.

Over time I have learnt that counterintuitively when we express the true emotion that we feel,

we release ourselves from the burden of carrying it around.

Another way that we should deal with the bottled up emotions is to write them down on a piece

of paper and let everything out.

The text need not be exposed to other as much as it needs to be removed from your inside

to prevent it from causing anger, sadness or worry.

This practice has helped me to connect with inside of my body much more deeply than ever.

I can hear a guiding voice in my head which tells me if the things happening around me

or to me are the ones I deserve and should I act on the situation.

Due to all this, I now have become capable of letting myself free from unnecessary and

trivial problems that I used to feel earlier, for example, with my spouse.

I would wait for him to give me more and more time but now I just know that he will be with

me once he has taken care of everything else with a more relaxed mind.

It is the biggest relief to realise that all that resentment and anger wasn�t mine.

It just was there and I didn�t have to carry it inside of me.

Furthermore, I have become more empathetic with people being in full control of my emotions.

Also, about the writing practice I mentioned, it is not a good idea to share every minor

detail to the story and make it sound like cribbing or something that pinched you.

It may seem unreasonable to give so much attention to oneself too.

The fundamental solution is about just addressing the feelings that surface as a response to

the external stimuli.

In sum, I would like to share that in no world is it possible to achieve inner peace while

keeping the dark side of you inside.

Journey within yourself to explore the unresolved and unexplored areas so that when you are

travelling through the outside world, you are in a position

to find solace.

I'm Going to Playlist Live 2018 - Duration: 1:24.

Hey everyone! It's Heidi. This year I'm going to Playlist Live in Orlando,

Florida. The last time that I went to Playlist Live in 2016, I actually flew

down by myself to Orlando for the weekend. It was this big adventure and

now I actually live here. It was really fun in 2016. I remember there being free

cotton candy and a bunch of people giving performances. The pool is amazing.

I still think that's my favorite pool in a hotel ever. The pool party was really

cool. I got to meet some people from Twitter. I got to meet Dan and Phil. It

was just a really fun weekend. Just like two years ago, I plan on vlogging my

experience there, so look out for a video from Playlist pretty soon. If you want to

watch my vlog from Playlist Live 2016, I will put a link to that in the

description of this video. This year at Playlist Live, there are lots of creators

that I just have never seen before. I've already reserved my meetups and I have

meet ups 2 and 40, so I get to meet a bunch of creators, and if you're

in either of those meet ups, let me know. Playlist Live is not this weekend but

next weekend, so it's really close. It's like less than 10 days. I'm really

I'm going to be combining them all into a makeup look on this face right here.

Now for this video, I really wanted to focus on the products that I haven't used as much in recent videos.

So that way you guys get to see something new, something fresh.

I particularly took note of products that you guys mentioned in the comments of that video

So I'm really excited to show you guys how they perform on my face.

So we're gonna go ahead and start with the eyes, so I'm gonna zoom you in a little bit closer so you can see exactly what's going on.

Now I went ahead and primed my eyes with the Smashbox 24 Hr Photo Finish primer.

Now I didn't mention this one in my actual video but I use it all the time. You can get it at Sephora.

I just talk about it all the time and I feel like you guys are tired of hearing me do so.

But anyway, yeah I love this one.

Now for my transition shades, I'm gonna go ahead and go into the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette right here.

And I'm gonna stick to this side of the palette right here just because I'm really feeling these colors.

For my transition, I'm gonna go into Cayenne and sweep it in the upper lid area.

Really focusing on blending this out. I love it because it's a beautiful warm shade that translates beautifully on deeper skin tones.

Now I'm going into En Fuego right here and really using that to deepen my crease.

Because I want this to be as defined and because I have hooded eyes, I gotta make my own crease, girl.

So you guys wanna know something interesting?

I was watching Nikkietutorial's video with Beyonce's makeup artist

And he was saying that when you hold a makeup brush, make sure you hold it

At the end here because it allows you to have much more control over where you blend

and much more flexibility instead of holding it so close to the actual brush.

We really gotta bring in some fire up on these lids.

So these chrome paint pots from Tarte are bomb guys. If you haven't tried them they're bomb.

This one is the shade fire dancer and it's best applied with your finger.

These are what I use when I really wanna look sassy guys.

Now remember I told you guys about the Marc Jacobs Provocouture palette?

I wanna use this deep kind of black sparkle gold shimmer shade to deepen up my outer corners.

And I'm going ahead and tapping it in here

You wanna dust off that excess.

I'm not even doing any kind of blending motions. Just dabbing.

You see how nice that looks like a really light pink smokey eye.

So now that I've got my eyes almost done, I'm gonna pop on some lashes and some mascara and some liner and I'll be right back to start with my foundation

For foundation today, what else? I'm gonna be using the Nars Natural Radiant in the shade Macao.

It has to be one of my favorite foundations besides the Fenty Beauty foundation.

I would be using that except for it, doesn't currently match me color wise

But this is a lovely one. I usually use anywhere between 4 and 5 pumps to cover my face.

For concealer today, we're going in with Nars soft matte in the shade Amande.

And I really think that this concealer is best applied with a brush. This one if the Kat Von D concealer brush.

And then you can go ahead and just pat that out with a beauty blender to just diffuse . Blend out any brush strokes.

Yo this blotting powder is the truth. I'm telling you ever since I discovered it

back when Fenty first launched, I can't stop using it

Which is very unusual for me cause girl you know what? I'm kind of like a product junkie

I like to try new things. But this is my favorite for under the eyes.

Moving on to cream contour, I've got the Smashbox Studio Skin foundation

But I'm using the contour side right here and I'm almost out of it, it's so sad.

I'm just applying this right underneath my cheekbone, and I just kind of dot it along here

And then I also take it down under my jawline

And then I like to take my Kat Von D foundation brush and you can also use this for blending out bronzer.

And I just kind of, like, blend that back into my hairline

And also my jaw. Just kind of stipple it in there

And if you do too much just take your beauty blender that had the foundation

And just go over that to softly blend out that line.

So you don't have such a harsh contour foundation demarcation.

And you see how nice and natural that looks?

Alright honey now we're ready to get into those powders. This is my ABH contour Kit in Tan to Deep

I'm taking this seemingly orange shade right here.

And I'm gonna go ahead and put that under my eye. I like to use it to warm up that area.

And I just kind of...I don't go too far up. I just kind of stick it right here on the outside.

Kind of bring in that warmth there. You want to make sure not to go too far out because we will be putting some highlight here

And I like to keep that area powder free so that it will look wet.

You know that wet highlight look?

Going in with the deepest bronzer. I'm gonna go ahead and dust over everywhere where I applied my cream bronzer

Now I'm gonna apply this Ciate Dewy Stix in the shade Lustre

As my first highlighting product and right where you see that natural highlight? THat's where we're gonna apply it.

And then just blend it out with your finger

So for highlight I wanted to let you know. They are now selling the Jackie Aina La Peach highlight at Sephora.

So if you guys are still trying to cop something on the sale, I definitely suggest getting this.

Because you can get a little bit of a discount. But I'm not gonna use this one today

Cause you guys have seen me use this many times. I'm gonna be using the Natasha Denona All Over Face and Body Glow. This one is the shade 02 right here.

I'm just gonna take a little bit. Dust it on there with my Morphe brush.

And going right over where I added. This highlight is definitely more of that natural glow.

And you can build it up if you want to. As you can see here

I also like to take a beauty blender the side that clean, and just go over and diffuse any of those edges

Now we are not done yet guys. We gotta take this Lancome translucence powder

I like to use this and buff it right on the areas that I wanna create shadow

Which is basically like bronzing

Also up here as well. It also gives a really nice sheen without making it look too powdery.

And for lips, I gotta go in with one of my favorite favorite reds. This is the Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint.

And I like to use a liner first I'm gonna use this MAC night moth liner

So freaking good. I just love those lip combos, like the multi-dimensional lip combos are everything

And now we're gonna take the stunna lip paint and I love the applicator on this. I think it's so easy to apply on the lips.

This is the final look. I mean, she is dramatic, but honey she is glowing.

I'm actually really happy with the way that this came out. I hope you guys

found some use in this video in seeing how these products actually worked.

not taking a single action to actually make anything better because you love to

complain, my family friends and I were over here sharing a post about what

people could do to help Liberty House because they're assisting homeless

veterans. Is it okay to get mad about things and see the injustices in this

country? Sure! Is it really a good use of your

time to sit on hold at a talk station for hours and hours just so you can get

on the air and...bitch? I'm just saying it might be easier to have a lot more 'doing'

and a little less 'screaming'.

Tazria-Metzorah Parshah Preview: If You Don't Have Anything Nice to Say... - Duration: 3:59.

Hi everybody. This has been quite an exciting week,

going from Yom Hazikaron to Yom HaAtzma'ut and now we're back to the normal routine, but

this Shabbos the Torah portion is not really normal. It is a Torah portion of

Tazria-Metzora. If there ever was two Torah portions that are a challenge

for a rabbi to speak about, these are the two put together. Because they speak

about leprosy, and of all the many family issues that come to my office, leprosy is

not one of them, but my task is made easier by the fact that first, the

rabbis were wise enough to see this word Metzora as not simply being

leprosy but as being "motzi ra'ah," one who speaks evil and leprosy being a

punishment for speaking evil. So this is the weekend that rabbis all over speak

about Lashon Hora — speaking badly about others. My task was also made easy by the

fact that, as I said last week, the Torah portion that we have this Shabbos was

read in Israel last Shabbos because of the change in Torah portions based

outside of Israel — the eighth day of Pesach was a holiday, we had a holiday

Torah reading. In Israel they read the regular Torah portion, so they're one week

ahead. So I was able earlier this week to read in the Times of Israel an

explanation of the Torah portion given by Rabbi Jonathan Sacks who is one of

the great Jewish thinkers of our time. And he was writing for an Israeli

audience and they were going to be reading about Tazria-Metzora, so I already

got from him everything that I needed to say. And he makes a fascinating point. He

points out how damaging Lashon Hora really is. Our sages tell us that it

hurts three people —- it hurts the person who speaks it,

the person who listens to it, and the person about whom they are talking.

Lashon Hora was considered so evil that we wanted to chase that person outside

of the camp just as we did to the leper. But there's one camp where Lashan Hora

takes place where we don't want to chase people away, we just want to change them.

And that's when people are sitting in the shul. Rabbi Sacks points out that

Samuel Heilman, the great student of the Jewish community, has in his book called

"Synagogue Life" a whole chapter — how Lashon Hora, talking in shul, has become

part of the culture of a congregation, and I know exactly what he means. There

are people who tell me that they come to shul because they want to speak to God

in heaven and there are people who come to shul because they want to speak to

Schwartz sitting next to them. The problem of talking in shul is universal.

What are we going do? Well, it's hard to stop people from talking.

So what Rabbi Sacks recommends is, if you're going talk, say something good. In

shul and at home and we would all be part of a more joyous, connected community. Shabbat Shalom.

I'm super excited for the Game of Favorites because I found this great internet connection

Which is like 10 times faster without exaggerating than any connection that I've had before

Alright there's different graphical things that I'm going to improve with the Game of

Favorites

But that's not why you're watching this video, right?

We wanna talk about who did I invite to the game show this time round?

The answer is a really great group of people, the first of which is Joseph

I have a lot in common with Joseph

He and I both were studying to be priests with the Legionaries of Christ

And obviously we both discerned out

But as far as where our formation comes from and values that are normal for us

Like how we think

We just have that common ground to build on

Another thing that we have in common is that Joseph and I are both very smart

No, Joseph is much, much smarter than I am

He's a grad student studying astronomy

He also has a degree in philosophy and a passion to continue studying philosophy

The guy organizes a group that meets I think once a month to talk about the latest episode

from Pints with Aquinas

So in short Joseph is a guy that beautifully blends together faith and reason

Very very smart guy

We'll see how he does at the Game of Favorites

Because the Game of Favorites isn't necessarily about being smart

It's about being clever

That might overlap, we'll find out!

The second person competing to win the Game of Favorites this Saturday is John

John is a FOCUS missionary and I love FOCUS missionaries

They do so much good work

I only met John back in August or so so I don't know him terribly well

But he's one of those guys that's a lot of fun to pick on

And that might be why I invited him onto the show

He's also funny in his own right

He really is

I should talk him up right now

He's a very tall man, I look up to him

And he's got this great heart where he just instinctively cares about people in his life

He's very easy going

You can always talk to him about anything that's on your mind

And whatever's on his mind he feels very free to talk about

He also doesn't know yet exactly how the Game of Favorites works

So I'm not sure how much I should explain to him

Or if we should just surprise him on the show

We'll find out

The third person coming to the Game of Favorites is Erina

Funny backstory:

Originally I had two other people slotted in to play this round

But both of those people fell through

One of those people can't make it anymore because,

Well it was a miscommunication issue

Times and dates and things

I get to learn how to be a better communicator in the future so this is a positive thing

And then the other person just got double booked

Which is unfortunate, but sometimes that happens in life

We'll manage

But anyways that meant that in the last couple of days I had to scour the internet and try

to find somebody to fill in

And someone that would make a good contestant on the Game of Favorites

And the first person that I found is Erina

She comes highly recommended by one of the people that had to drop out

And I just met her two days ago

So don't know if I have that much to tell you about her

She's from Texas

John is also from Texas, come to think of it

So I don't know, does that mean that they're going to build up some camaraderie or is there

going to be some rivalry

She's an ENFP according to Meyer's Briggs

Which means what it means

She's cheery, she's bright, she's light hearted

She's fun to talk to

I talked to her so I can tell you that she is indeed fun to talk to

And I'm excited to have her on and get to know her better

And the fourth final person that's competing this weekend is...

I keep confusing her name with Natalie

It's not Natalie, it's Nicole!

Nicole is going to set a record for being the youngest contestant we have had to date

on the Game of Favorites

Don't worry, she's not a minor
