Hello Spain: Migration and Refugee Expert Gathering

(Ashoka Hello Europe Director) We're excited to gather people from different sectors

all working on migration and integration: businesses, public administration, NGOs,

social entrepreneurs, migrants themselves...

we must all gather to identify the main challenges, and where need to innovate and collaborate.

(UNHCR – Focal Point) We need to take a break from our day-to-day and reflect

on where are coming from and we are heading,

and use innovative methods to improve how we work on integration.

(Director Winkomun Program) Collaboration amongst different migration stakeholders

is not only desirable, but necessary, because migration is a transversal issue,

and it is all very interconnected.

Therefore we can onl offer adapted and viable solutions through partnership and collaboration.

(Area Director – Immigration Integration Subdelegation, Employment and Social Security Ministry)

What's great is that this meeting provides different viewpoints from different worlds and experiences.

I hope to bring innovative ideas back to our government ministry: ideas we hadn't thought of,

to create the synergies that we need to approach such a complex challenge.

(Co-founder PorCausa Foundation) Everything in our current context:

the election results, society's response, the EU decisions on the Mediterranean,

sees migration as a problem, which is the wrong focus.

But I'm very optimistic seeing the capacity of the people here to firmly face these challenges.

There are two main aims today:

First, to create a collaborative environment

to analyze problems, solutions and innovations together.

The second is to find solutions from the citizen sector

to build a better and more welcoming society.

In partnership with:

Lies, those are all lies Things that people say Saying that this love is forbidden That I'm forty and you're twenty

That I am autumn in your life And you are sweet spring They do not know that I keep a summer That burns you when I look at you

Forty and twenty, Forty and twenty It's love that matters and not what people say Forty and twenty, Forty and twenty Take my hand, walk with me looking straight ahead

It does not matter that they do not understand me And that under the breath they comment That a big difference exists That I'm forty and you're twenty

That I have many experiences And you have so much innocence They do not know that our secret It's your youth and my experience

Trek Full Stache - Duration: 1:05.

Let me tell you a story…

Mountain biking was built by the loveable weirdos of the world.

It was built by the kooks: outsiders stepping into the woods to redefine what it meant to be someone who rides bikes.

These kooks built a movement around their own unique lifestyle.

They were dreamers with a love for nuts, bolts, and adrenaline— creating special machines to do what hadn't been done before.

The kooks are still out there today…

While others pass the time guessing at the next big thing, they're already living it.

So, dear kooks, this one is for you — a little something to make the ride a little more interesting.

Aleksandr Karelin's way from Wrestling to Politics | Legends Live On - Duration: 9:31.

I was inspired by the words of an academic

by the name of Vavilov -

"The best chance you have of succeeding

"is by putting as much as you can on your shoulders."

(LEGENDS LIVE ON)

(NOVOSIBIRSK, RUSSIA)

Aleksandr Karelin is a legend.

Three Olympic golds, nine-time world champion

and a twelve-time European champion.

Men like him are born once in a thousand years.

There's always been this fascination with strongmen.

The fact that this monster of a person

came from one of the most inhospitable places on earth,

that made the myth even bigger. He's the Siberian monster.

I first met Aleksandr Aleksandrovich in 1996-1997.

He was visiting our school.

It was a meeting between children and a living legend,

everyone's hero.

I was born here in Novosibirsk in Autumn, on 19th September.

The first gym I attended was a boxing gym

because my father was a boxer.

A coach who was putting a team together came by.

We were messing around during our break and he took all of us

and that's how we ended up in a wrestling gym.

That's how I met Kuznetsov.

I was moved by his philosophy

and that's how I started attending a wrestling gym.

I met Aleksandr Karelin in 1981.

He was 13 then, 179cm tall, weighing 79kg.

A 13-year-old boy with such a weight,

I thought he would make a good heavyweight wrestler.

So I arrived at the gym.

Kuznetsov convinced me in five sentences.

He explained to me it's the process of

overcoming obstacles that matters.

Even these days he can go on

endlessly explaining all the moves.

Move your arm towards yourself.

Aleksandr Karelin and I had a lot of things in common,

things that are important in sport - our personalities,

the ability to work hard and to focus at competitions.

(OLYMPIC GAMES SEOUL, 1988)

By unanimous decision of the staff, my team and my captain,

I was trusted to carry the red flag of the Soviet Union.

I could hardly think straight.

Even to this day, given how talkative I am,

I can't describe those feelings.

When the tournament began,

the sense of pressure had its effect on me.

During the first few fights,

I didn't just walk out to the mat,

I leapt out on it.

Just before the fight, I think about how well I warmed up

and if I'm not confident in my readiness,

I think about how I can compensate for this.

When you go out on the mat, the most important thing

is not to think about what impression you give.

Not to think about the effect you produce

but to think about what you're there for.

Control not of yourself but of your opponent.

It's necessary to drive him into a vulnerable state.

My favourite part of the fight

is when you realise that you got to your opponent.

That you chained him, imposed your manner on him.

This is the sweetest sensation from the fight.

And by the time I made it to the finals,

the pressure was on.

(SEOUL 1988 MEN'S GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING FINAL)

I came out and attempted to do the only move I could do

and he caught me on the counterattack

and threw me over his back.

With time running out, I became flustered.

Nevertheless, I still managed to somehow do my signature move

and that was enough for me to win the Olympics.

The throw for which Karelin became famous

was called the Karelin Lift.

Rivals would lie flat

hoping not to have anything happen to them,

he would reach under them, holding this 285 lb person,

doing the most difficult squat you could ever imagine,

he would pick the person up and then throw them on the ground

and that was the end of the match.

(OLYMPIC GAMES BARCELONA 1992)

He didn't just dominate the world of Greco-Roman wrestling

for 13 years,

he terrified the world of Greco-Roman wrestling

for 13 years.

The American wrestler Jeff Blatnick at one point said

it's a victory if you don't get thrown by the guy.

It was a very fast tournament for me.

Seven minutes for all fights.

He was wrestling at his second Olympics

like it was just another training session.

He was so laid back and confident that he beat everyone

and became a two-time Olympic champion.

(OLYMPIC GAMES ATLANTA 1996)

At the continental championship in Budapest,

I got a very serious injury.

My greater pectoral muscle was torn

and the doctors told me that in a year's time

I wouldn't even be able to lift a spoon with my right hand.

The most important thing was the final match

with his main opponent. Seeing as this was in America

and his main opponent was American,

there was so much excitement. The crowd was roaring.

Ghaffari was running around with a flag.

In '96, when I fought Matt Ghaffari,

we had a very difficult fight. But I attacked,

I did not counterattack but attacked.

The two gladiators, ladies and gentlemen.

Olympic champion,

Aleksandr Karelin.

What this guy has done, this is unbelievable.

He went through six years

without having a point scored on him.

I mean, just think about that for a minute.

(OLYMPIC GAMES SYDNEY 2000)

I was preparing for these Olympics

knowing this was my last one for two reasons.

Firstly was my age.

I understood that I was getting older,

although I was generally in good form.

It was clear that the preparation process

was getting more complicated.

(SYDNEY 2000 MEN'S GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING FINAL)

I made an unfortunate mistake and I did not have

the emotional strength to change the course of the fight.

My father came to support me,

along with a big group of fans from Novosibirsk,

but I lost.

I still haven't learned how to comment on it.

Part of what makes him so appealing

is that he is not what you expect.

He was a very educated man with a PhD and a law degree.

He had interest in ballet,

he had interest in classical music,

and went on to have a political career.

I could no longer remain just an athlete

and that is when I realised

that one can sit around contemplating,

but it is important to act upon it.

(PARLIAMENT BUILDING NOVOSIBIRSK)

I've always taken an interest in the world around me.

So the fact that I became an MP of such a great superpower

was an expression of my citizenship.

People were overjoyed when he won

because we have known a lot of great athletes,

but the fact he is so big, tall, powerful,

and that he represents our country,

and that he's a Christian,

it all makes you feel so thrilled inside

that such people are among us and that they win.

He is respected and valued all over the world.

Everyone loves him in Novosibirsk.

He is a role model for everyone.

We are really lucky to have him here with us.

Today you will be training

with a two-time Olympic champion

in Greco-Roman wrestling, yes?

- Yes. - Roman Vlasov.

Aleksandr always knew where I was and what I was doing.

Whether I was training or at competitions,

he was always there.

This man has shared my Olympic journey all the way through.

That's one of the reasons why I dedicated my victory to him.

- Thank you. - You're welcome.

I hope that anyone, anywhere, will look at my story

and realise they can be a champion.

What a wrestler from Novosibirsk achieved

is easily applicable to any other part of Russia.

Secret of Mana Q&A #12 - Do you have a message for fans of the Mana series? - Duration: 4:31.

Do you have a message for fans of the Mana series?

I've given out a few already.

This game was made by lots of people - music arrangers, the dev team, a lot of people who worked on the original game

As it started to take shape, everyone began to remember doing the same thing with the original

They all got really excited and started say, "Oh yeah, it was like this! No, not like that, like this!"

So I think in that sense, it's something that can really be enjoyed by people who played the original

and players who are coming into it for the first time as well.

I hope everyone will be looking forward to playing what is, I think, a quality game with a low barrier to entry.

It's also pretty affordable, so please take this opportunity to play it.

Well….

Secret of Mana was originally released in 1993, and kids back then played and enjoyed it.

This is just my opinion, but I think kids are kids, no matter the era.

Time moves on and culture may change, but kids…

their awareness, their curiosity and their sense of excitement doesn't change.

So if a game is good, I really think kids nowadays will enjoy it now just as much.

And perhaps even the kids of the future will enjoy it.

If a game becomes a part of culture, I think that's what happens.

Games made in the past stay relevant and enjoyable.

In that sense, I think making this remake might be part of the movement towards this game being a part of culture.

The people who played it back in 1993 when it was originally released still love it and want it to be available again for all the world to play.

The fact that they want it to continue on into the future… that in and of itself makes me really happy.

I think that's true of not just Japan, but lots of countries.

In particular, this time the game is really being released world-wide, and I've had a chance to talk to a lot of people from a lot of places.

A lot of them told me they'd played it and were looking forward to the remake.

Yeah, I don't think it's just to do with a period in time or even a country… That's kids for you.

The love that they had for the game is still alive today - to the extent that it's being remade -

and nothing would make me happier than this being carried on to the kids of the future.

I hope that my role in creating this has contributed to leaving behind something memorable.

All I can really say is thank you.

At this point in time, the kids who originally played the game are now old enough to be making it,

and when the next generation grows up, I hope they'll be influenced by their experiences and memories of this game,

and I hope they'll bring those opinions to the table in order to help create something new.

Mohamed Salah nominated for UEFA award after win over Manchester City - Duration: 2:31.

Mohamed Salah nominated for UEFA award after win over Manchester City

Mohamed Salah has been nominated for the UEFA Champions League player of the week award after another goalscoring display at Anfield.

The Reds monstrous first-half performance saw them head in three goals to the good at the break against Manchester City, before a resolute defensive display saw the scoreline unchanged at the final whistle.

Salah started the 3-0 win with a close-range finish, before turning provider for the third which was headed in by Sadio Mane.

In between the two, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlains lethal long-range effort saw the Reds take control of the tie.

And even after the defensive heroics of his team-mates in the second half, its Salahs contribution to give Liverpool such a commanding lead which caught the eye of UEFA.

The Egyptian is up against Barcelonas Gerard Pique, Real Madrids Cristiano Ronaldo and Bayern Munichs James Rodriguez for the award.

Those are huge individual names and the teams they represent are genuine European royalty—and should the Reds see out the second leg, thats precisely who Salah and his team-mates are likely to rub shoulders with in the last four.

Its an indication of how far the team has come under Jurgen Klopp, and a reminder of years gone by that the name of Liverpool doesnt look the slightest bit out of place alongside such rivals.

Salah himself, meanwhile, left the pitch early in the second half due to a potential groin strain, and Klopp will be hoping for positive news from a full assessment on the injury in the coming days.

Fans can vote for Salah to win the weekly award here on the UEFA website.

Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola agree Champions League quarter-final is not over yet - Duration: 5:18.

Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola agree Champions League quarter-final is not over yet

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and Manchester City counterpart Pep Guardiola both agree their Champions League quarter-final is far from over despite the Merseysiders' 3-0 demolition job at Anfield.

A scintillating opening 45 minutes saw the visitors blown away with goals from Mohamed Salah, his 38th of the season, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sadio Mane.

Unbelievably for a team which has scored 124 times this season, Guardiola's side failed to register a shot on target, leaving them an uphill task at the Etihad Stadium next Tuesday.

But neither manager was taking the outcome for granted.

"Being 3-0 up is better than 3-0 down.

We go to Manchester City and they want to strike back," said Klopp.

"They didn't play bad.

They didn't create the usual number of chances because we defend in a lot of moments outstandingly good.

"That is the only way to get anything against Manchester City and we did it and at the end it was 3-0 because of our quality, instead of 1-0.

(But it is) half-time, no more.

"I am too long in the business.

Years ago I played with Dortmund at Real Madrid, we lost 3-0, and everyone told it was done, I was really angry about that and at home we won 2-0 with six or seven changes in the team and everyone who saw the game knew we should have won 5-0, 100 per cent.

"Being 3-0 down (City) need to open a bit so maybe we can use this, but I know it is not decided.

"No-one was in the dressing room dancing around and celebrating after the half-time result.

This leg is about 180 minutes or so.".

Guardiola remains optimistic his side can turn things around on home soil.

"In this room I think there is nobody except the guy talking to you (Guardiola himself) who believes we can go through.

There are 90 minutes more, we are going to try," said the City boss.

"In football it can happen.

We have 90 minutes more in our stadium, with our people, with our families.

"The result is tough but I don't have the feeling we played to concede that result.

But in this competition the boxes make the difference and they were so good in those situations.".

The night got off to a bad start for City when their coach had windows smashed as it made its way through streets lined with thousands of fans on the approach to Anfield.

Flares were thrown at the bus and other missiles which smashed glass and resulted in City having to call for another vehicle to transport the team home.

Liverpool quickly issued a statement condemning the behaviour and apologising unreservedly and will now investigate the incident.

"Normally when the police know that is going to happen, they try to avoid it happening.

I did not expect that from the Liverpool side, from the people," added Guardiola.

"Nothing happened (but) the bus is destroyed.

"I didn't expect that a club as prestigious as Liverpool would do these kind of things.

Of course, it is not Liverpool, it is the people – it was not only one, only two, only three.

Hopefully it doesn't happen again.".

Harvard Immunologist to Legislators Unvaccinated Children - Duration: 13:35.

Harvard Immunologist to Legislators Unvaccinated Children Pose ZERO Risk to Anyone

by Edward Morgan

Harvard Immunologist: Unvaccinated Children Pose ZERO Risk to Anyone and Heres Why:

Dear Legislator:

My name is Tetyana Obukhanych.

I hold a PhD in Immunology.

I am writing this letter in the hope that it will correct several common misperceptions

about vaccines in order to help you formulate a fair and balanced understanding that is

supported by accepted vaccine theory and new scientific findings.

Do unvaccinated children pose a higher threat to the public than the vaccinated?

It is often stated that those who choose not to vaccinate their children for reasons of

conscience endanger the rest of the public, and this is the rationale behind most of the

legislation to end vaccine exemptions currently being considered by federal and state legislators

country-wide.

You should be aware that the nature of protection afforded by many modern vaccines and that

includes most of the vaccines recommended by the CDC for children is not consistent

with such a statement.

I have outlined below the recommended vaccines that cannot prevent transmission of disease

either because they are not designed to prevent the transmission of infection (rather, they

are intended to prevent disease symptoms), or because they are for non-communicable diseases.

People who have not received the vaccines mentioned below pose no higher threat to the

general public than those who have, implying that discrimination against non-immunized

children in a public school setting may not be warranted.

Polio Vaccine IPV (inactivated poliovirus vaccine) cannot

prevent transmission of poliovirus.

Wild poliovirus has been non-existent in the USA for at least two decades.

Even if wild poliovirus were to be re-imported by travel, vaccinating for polio with IPV

cannot affect the safety of public spaces.

Please note that wild poliovirus eradication is attributed to the use of a different vaccine,

OPV or oral poliovirus vaccine.

Despite being capable of preventing wild poliovirus transmission, use of OPV was phased out long

ago in the USA and replaced with IPV due to safety concerns.

DTaP Vaccine Tetanus is not a contagious disease, but rather

acquired from deep-puncture wounds contaminated with C. tetani spores.

Vaccinating for tetanus (via the DTaP combination vaccine) cannot alter the safety of public

spaces; it is intended to render personal protection only.

While intended to prevent the disease-causing effects of the diphtheria toxin, the diphtheria

toxoid vaccine (also contained in the DTaP vaccine) is not designed to prevent colonization

and transmission of C. diphtheriae.

Vaccinating for diphtheria cannot alter the safety of public spaces; it is likewise intended

for personal protection only.

The acellular pertussis (aP) vaccine (the final element of the DTaP combined vaccine),

now in use in the USA, replaced the whole cell pertussis vaccine in the late 1990s,

which was followed by an unprecedented resurgence of whooping cough.

An experiment with deliberate pertussis infection in primates revealed that the aP vaccine is

not capable of preventing colonization and transmission of B. pertussis.

The FDA has issued a warning regarding this crucial finding.

Furthermore, the 2013 meeting of the Board of Scientific Counselors at the CDC revealed

additional alarming data that pertussis variants (PRN-negative strains) currently circulating

in the USA acquired a selective advantage to infect those who are up-to-date for their

DTaP boosters, meaning that people who are up-to-date are more likely to be infected,

and thus contagious, than people who are not vaccinated.

Flu Vaccine Among numerous types of H. influenzae, the

Hib vaccine covers only type b.

Despite its sole intention to reduce symptomatic and asymptomatic (disease-less) Hib carriage,

the introduction of the Hib vaccine has inadvertently shifted strain dominance towards other types

of H. influenzae (types a through f).

These types have been causing invasive disease of high severity and increasing incidence

in adults in the era of Hib vaccination of children.

The general population is more vulnerable to the invasive disease now than it was prior

to the start of the Hib vaccination campaign.

Discriminating against children who are not vaccinated for Hib does not make any scientific

sense in the era of non-type b H. influenzae disease.

Hepatitis B Vaccine Hepatitis B is a blood-borne virus.

It does not spread in a community setting, especially among children who are unlikely

to engage in high-risk behaviors, such as needle sharing or sex.

Vaccinating children for hepatitis B cannot significantly alter the safety of public spaces.

Further, school admission is not prohibited for children who are chronic hepatitis B carriers.

To prohibit school admission for those who are simply unvaccinated and do not even

carry hepatitis B would constitute unreasonable and illogical discrimination.

In summary, a person who is not vaccinated with IPV, DTaP, HepB, and Hib vaccines due

to reasons of conscience poses no extra danger to the public than a person who is.

No discrimination is warranted.

Vaccine Adverse Events How often do serious vaccine adverse events

happen?

It is often stated that vaccination rarely leads to serious adverse events.

Unfortunately, this statement is not supported by science.

A recent study done in Ontario, Canada, established that vaccination actually leads to an emergency

room visit for 1 in 168 children following their 12-month vaccination appointment and

for 1 in 730 children following their 18-month vaccination appointment.

When the risk of an adverse event requiring an ER visit after well-baby vaccinations is

demonstrably so high, vaccination must remain a choice for parents, who may understandably

be unwilling to assume this immediate risk in order to protect their children from diseases

that are generally considered mild or that their children may never be exposed to.

Measles Outbreaks Can discrimination against families who oppose

vaccines for reasons of conscience prevent future disease outbreaks of communicable viral

diseases, such as measles?

Measles research scientists have for a long time been aware of the measles paradox.

I quote from the article by Poland & Jacobson (1994) Failure to Reach the Goal of Measles

Elimination: Apparent Paradox of Measles Infections in Immunized Persons. Arch Intern Med 154:1815-1820:

The apparent paradox is that as measles immunization rates rise to high levels in

a population, measles becomes a disease of immunized persons.

Further research determined that behind the measles paradox is a fraction of the

population called low vaccine responders.

Low-responders are those who respond poorly to the first dose of the measles vaccine.

These individuals then mount a weak immune response to subsequent RE-vaccination and

quickly return to the pool of susceptibles within 2-5 years, despite being fully vaccinated.

Re-vaccination cannot correct low-responsiveness: it appears to be an immuno-genetic trait.

The proportion of low-responders among children was estimated to be 4.7% in the USA.

Studies of measles outbreaks in Quebec, Canada, and China attest that outbreaks of measles

still happen, even when vaccination compliance is in the highest bracket (95-97% or even

99%).

This is because even in high vaccine responders, vaccine-induced antibodies wane over time.

Vaccine immunity does not equal life-long immunity acquired after natural exposure.

It has been documented that vaccinated persons who develop breakthrough measles are contagious.

In fact, two major measles outbreaks in 2011 (in Quebec, Canada, and in New York, NY) were

re-imported by previously vaccinated individuals.

Taken together, these data make it apparent that elimination of vaccine exemptions, currently

only utilized by a small percentage of families anyway, will neither solve the problem of

disease resurgence nor prevent re-importation and outbreaks of previously eliminated diseases.

Is discrimination against conscientious vaccine objectors the only practical solution?

The majority of measles cases in recent US outbreaks (including the recent Disneyland

outbreak) are adults and very young babies, whereas in the pre-vaccination era, measles

occurred mainly between the ages 1 and 15.

Natural exposure to measles was followed by lifelong immunity from re-infection, whereas

vaccine immunity wanes over time, leaving adults unprotected by their childhood shots.

Measles is more dangerous for infants and for adults than for school-aged children.

Despite high chances of exposure in the pre-vaccination era, measles practically never happened in

babies much younger than one year of age due to the robust maternal immunity transfer mechanism.

The vulnerability of very young babies to measles today is the direct outcome of the

prolonged mass vaccination campaign of the past, during which their mothers, themselves

vaccinated in their childhood, were not able to experience measles naturally at a safe

school age and establish the lifelong immunity that would also be transferred to their babies

and protect them from measles for the first year of life.

Luckily, a therapeutic backup exists to mimic now-eroded maternal immunity.

Infants as well as other vulnerable or immunocompromised individuals, are eligible to receive immunoglobulin,

a potentially life-saving measure that supplies antibodies directed against the virus to prevent

or ameliorate disease upon exposure.

Conclusion: Discrimination Against Unvaccinated Children Unnecessary

In summary:

1) due to the properties of modern vaccines, non-vaccinated individuals pose no greater

risk of transmission of polio, diphtheria, pertussis, and numerous non-type b H. influenzae

strains than vaccinated individuals do, non-vaccinated individuals pose virtually no danger of transmission

of hepatitis B in a school setting, and tetanus is not transmissible at all;

2) there is a significantly elevated risk of emergency room visits after childhood vaccination

appointments attesting that vaccination is not risk-free;

3) outbreaks of measles cannot be entirely prevented even if we had nearly perfect vaccination

compliance; and 4) an effective method of preventing measles and other viral diseases

in vaccine-ineligible infants and the immunocompromised, immunoglobulin, is available for those who

may be exposed to these diseases.

Taken together, these four facts make it clear that discrimination in a public school setting

against children who are not vaccinated for reasons of conscience is completely unwarranted

as the vaccine status of conscientious objectors poses no undue public health risk.

Noomi Rapace became blind after chemical burn on set | English subtitles | Skavlan - Duration: 8:53.

Please welcome Noomi Rapace!

Spring just arrived!

Do you like speed?

I love speed.

I'm a speed junkie.

And I love cars, so yes, the two of us have that in common.

You should join me in a race.

Yes!

How exciting that would be!

I would love to join!

You also want to join?

No!

I would watch.

I would watch behind a protective wall.

Do you drive yourself?

I drive fast. I have a sports car ...

Which I love! I listen to really loud music.

I think well when I'm in cars. Like you said ...

You can find your form of ventilation. I think that I've had speed as a ventilator.

You are ...

You're now working with scent. You're working on a perfume ...

... that you've helped develop.

How much of a business woman are you?

I do things from the heart and from ...

... what I want to carry, what I want to share, what I want to give others.

And that's what this perfume creation started with.

It was something I needed desperately myself.

And also something I wanted to give to others.

The thing about scent, is that it is very much connected to our memory.

Yes.

What is your strongest memory of scent from your childhood?

It's incredible how much I remember ...

And how many memories from my childhood that are related to scent.

Both sad and good memories.

Boyfriends ...

Friends ...

And more than anything, my best friend, you could say, when I grew up ...

... who was a horse.

An Icelandic horse with the name Eldur.

And when I moved from home, I moved away when I was 15, I moved to Stockholm ...

And he was the one I missed, almost the most sometimes.

It was his scent, the muzzle ...

I rarely cried when I was little, I hardly ever showed my emotions.

So I would go out to the box, and he would come and lay his big muzzle on my shoulder.

So I would feel the weight, and his breath ...

You know horses, they breathe ... They communicate via breathing.

And I will never forget the smell of his muzzle.

So I have a lot of strong memories of scent.

What do you think is the worst, to smell too much sweat or too much perfume?

Well, that's a nice question!

Well, some of us are a bit sensitive!

Absolutely.

I think, rather not smell like sweat. But there's ...

... a lot of bad perfume, as well.

Yeah, because it can be really bad if you wear too much.

Oh God, yes, that's the worst thing!

It can be quite aggressive, too.

Like when you're a young man and a bit ...

... a little too generous.

It feels like you're trying to hide something, then!

What did the Rolling Stones smell like?

You did a video with them.

It's actually incredible ...

Mick, who I know quite well, he has such a young spirit.

And he danced non-stop for hours, and was sweating like ...

... really heavily, but he didn't smell at all!

It was really ...

He feels like a really fresh person.

But Keith Richards, he smells ..?

I wasn't that close to Keith!

So I don't know if he smells.

As I mentioned before, you broke your nose.

In a scene with Orlando Bloom.

An action scene.

And since then, you haven't learned a thing, because you constantly injure yourself!

You just did a film called Stockholm.

Which is about the drama on Norrmalmstorg.

And you got injured again?

Yes.

What happened this time?

I became blind!

I got a chemical burn injury on both eyes.

On one eye, I was blind for a week.

And in the other, my sight returned in a couple of days. But it was probably the worst thing I ever experienced.

In the end of the movie, about the drama on Norrmalmstorg ...

I think it was supposed to be the fifth day locked in a bank vault, and then the police sent in tear gas.

And the agent that the make-up artists used to create tears, swollen eyes and redness ...

They had cut open a Vic nose spray.

Which you're not supposed to use in your eyes.

And they had just opened them, so I got ... From the alcohol itself ...

A chemical burn injury.

And I couldn't see anything.

My friend and make-up artist, not the one who did this ...

... she had to help me go to the toilet, shower me, feed me ...

I was completely invalid.

But you've recovered now?

I'm perfectly fine now. But at the same time, it's a weird thing ...

... with actors, I laid there with my blindness and was thinking ...

«Now I know what it's like to be blind.»

«I can play blind now.»

It's like, you can use everything!

Noomi, you live in London. You've lived in London for quite some time.

Yes.

And ...

And, as I understand, you live with your sister?

Yes.

Your little sister?

Yes.

How old is she?

23.

Have you always been close?

She is my best friend. She is my ...

I was like a mini mom for her, because she's 15 years younger than me.

I moved from home when she was born, so we didn't spend our childhood together. But we're catching up!

So I was like a mini mom for her, and then we became sisters, and then we became best friends. And now she's like a mini mom for me!

She's like: «You have to sleep more!»

And if I've been out late at night, I will take off my heels and tip toe in ...

... and be completely quiet. And the next morning, she will ask me: «When did you go home?»

«2-ish?» «No, I heard you at 4!»

So we're very close. I love her and I'm incredibly grateful that she's in my life.

When I see you again now, and it's been many years since we first met ...

You're different.

In a way.

How?

I might be wrong, but to me, you feel ...

... in some way, happier?

... than the first times we spoke together?

Yes?

Am I wrong or right?

No, but I feel happier.

I feel ...

... like I've landed in myself.

And that I ...

I can understand myself more. And that I have outlets for ...

... for everything that happens within me.

I don't clinch that often, I have less conflicts.

I'm less angry.

I feel happier, and more calm.

How did this happen?

It's a hard question to answer.

I think that I ... For people around me ... I grew up with ...

... a belief that you're strong when you're alone.

And that you're not supposed to show weakness, you're not supposed to share, and you're not supposed to show when you're sad or ...

... insecure.

But that means that you're completely in your own bubble. And it's hard to develop when you're alone.

And I've learnt ...

... that it's not a weakness to know when to speak out about feeling insecure or sad or ...

... or when you're in doubt.

I feel like I'm wrong a lot of times. And I learn from people around me.

And I just feel more open about that.

If you were to choose ...

Today ...

... what you value the most ...

... of ...

... freedom or belonging?

Wow.

What would you choose?

Freedom, I think.

Because within freedom, you can find belonging.

But if I don't feel free, I'll break up any belonging.

Good answer?

Yes, a very good answer, I think.

📝 Brooke Forman - Uncharted Lyrics

Never let no one in, it's new to me Transforming like we're alchemy

In my sleep, I repeat all the things Every word you say to me

You can see it through a lens A lens frame in color schemes

Creating our mystic dream Pick me up and spin me around

And hold me now then lay my body right back down

Stay a little bit longer, love growing stronger Never have explored these boundaries before

True be loyal, yet to be free Stripped to the core, keep on reveling

To the map that's been guarded Well my heart's been uncharted

Discovering what's between you and me Where city streets and oceans meet

It's running wild, questions deep, play with me

Get to know you while we fall asleep

I have learned what I deserve It took the worst to get you

Look through your stare, breathe in your air Pick me up and spin me around

And hold me now then lay my body right back down

Stay a little bit longer, love growing stronger Never have explored these boundaries before

True be loyal, yet to be free Stripped to the core, keep on reveling

To the map that's been guarded Well my heart's been uncharted

So much to lose when I'm with you And when you're gone, everything just feels

wrong

Stay a little bit longer, love growing stronger Never have explored these boundaries before

True be loyal, yet to be free Stripped to the core, keep on reveling

To the map that's been guarded Well my heart's been uncharted

A Tip That Will Change Your Night - Duration: 2:37.

Hi my love! We made a video with tips on the morning routine, right,

three tips for you to wake up and do, to help throughout the day.

Then I'll bring it now, a very important tip for you to do before

bed. Look what a cool thing. And then you will

close your day in a very healthy way.

I'm talking about gratitude. And you see, when I say gratitude, I end up

talking different than most people say. Because when you think like this,

"Oh for what I am grateful for." "You always think of great things." You already have a

ready speech, "I am grateful for life, for health ...

" Forget. speaking here the feeling of

gratitude. First I want you to understand that the

feeling of gratitude, it relaxes. truth. It produces wellness hormones,

which leave you relaxed. It's great, you lie down, close your eyes and think of

gratitude. But then, you will not think of that speech

ready. Someone asks you, "What are you grateful for in your life?" You already know everything,

but I did not feel anything. Understood? You will feel, you will

choose three little things that happened throughout the day, and that

made you feel grateful. And it does not

have to be for life, no. It has to be a little thing. "Wow, that spoon of that

ice cream ... That's delicious!" I have a feeling of gratitude.

When I got home my son's smile, just the smile, it's just the smile is not your

whole child. Of course you're grateful for your son, but you're not the kind

I'm talking about gratitude. I'm talking about that feeling about something small. "Hm,

my son's smile, how delightful!" You see? What a delight, my how grateful I am for it ...

My little dog that came to find me. "Oh, how sweet, what a joy I

felt when he approached." I'm thankful for that. That praise I received

at work. "Wow, that was great." You feel the feeling of

gratitude flood within you for three little things, every day

before bed. Go get me and then tell me. If you already have this practice, you

can count too. But then I really want you to tell me, how was it to change your

bedtime, okay? A kiss! Take it!

Aquascaping Lab - POGOSTEMON Erectus Stellatus Helferi plants technical description and management - Duration: 6:45.

Welcome on Aquascaping Lab

in this video tutorial we are talking about Pogostemon Stellatus Helferi and Erectus

These three varieties comes from lamiaceae family

and derive from the South-West of India and from the tropics of Asia

they are stem plants recently present on the aquarium market

but are spreading rapidly because they have a very beautiful shape and volumes

that enrich the aesthetics of the tank

Before analyze the differences in the specific

we can say that their growth rate is medium / high

and will tend to fill the volumes of the aquarium, even if in general

they are quite difficult to manage and maintain

It is also advisable to combine them with non-phytophagous fishes or large cichlids

as they may be very succulent and eaten

Let' see now the most famous varieties

POGOSTEMON ERECTUS

This variety of Pogostemon, for many years confused with the "Rotala Verticillaris"

is characterized by a long stem surrounded by spiked leaves 3 cm long

light green and intense and depending on the light, yellow or gold

It forms compact groups and reaches a height of about 15/30 cm and then exits also from the surface of the water

for this reason it is considered a second or background plan plant

It is classifiable as a fast-growing plant if fertilization and supply of CO2 are sufficient

and needs to be pruned and replanted directly by the stem

Pogostemon is a sturdy plant but requires good filtration and standard water values

to ensure an excellent development it must have an illumination ranging from 0.5W / L to 0.8 W / L

otherwise it could grow thin and look aesthetically ugly and undress

POGOSTEMON STELLATUS

The Pogostemon Stellatus, called for many years also "Eusteralis Stellata"

is characterized by a fairly fleshy stem with punctate leaves

that have a slight and thinning indentation on the perimeter margin

the color is bright green, with red and violet pink hues as we approach the top

Form of compact groups of a height that reaches 20 cm

this can be used as a second plan or background, depending on the proportions of the tank

It is classifiable as a plant at a medium growth rate

is demanding both for the presence of C02

both for the quantity of light that must be high

and the appropriate fertilization, rich in iron and potassium

Pogostemon Stellatus, can be used as an "indicator" of the presence / absence in the aquarium of the micronutrients

necessary for the growth of the plants

we can see it from the color of the leaves that if they turn pale

going from a pale green to a yellowish color

means that it is necessary to increment fertilization

Even this plant needs to be pruned along the stem and replanted in small groups

it is advisable to always prune any side jets that could subtract energy

and nourishment from the mother plant

POGOSTEMON HELFERI

This variety is distinguished by the other two (Erectus and Stellatus) belonging to the Lamiaceae family

for its very particular shape: it has a compact and solid appearance

the leaves are star-shaped and curled on the edges

the color is light green lit and differs from all other low plants

Because of its shape and development it is used as a front plan plant

because it reaches a maximum height of 5/12 cm max

It is classifiable as a medium-growth plant and depends

a lot on the light supplied and the presence of CO2

so it needs a lot of light and adequate fertilization if you want to obtain the "ground" effect

only in that case lateral shoots will form with small roots

that will occupy more space on the ground

In nature, only in emerged form produces purple flowers

but it is very difficult to see them in the aquarium

We recommend planting in small groups of 4/5 bushes planted at a distance of about 5 cm from each other

after removing the old leaves, to promote their proper development

and a good extension on the ground

The Pogostemon variety reproduces by lateral jets and cuttings

so it will be sufficient to cut the stalks with sharp scissors

and replant them in small groups and at a distance of about 5 cm from the mother plant

In nature or in the pond it can reproduce by flowering and fructification
