you're actually seeing it there we go so it's good quilted and studded Peyton a
border of black velvet which is studded and ain't called just wrap many of you
have been asking me since I studied the dreck Macon's clutch strap to bring it
back and this is the first bag that I've done it with a few of you said it kind
of snags your hair and can get in the way sometime so that's kind of why I
removed it but as Mei was so like fuck that's cool as fuck let's bring it back
I'm like yeah you know what I can deal with a few hairs coming out when I look
at this cool so that's how that looks when sitting on the shoulder isn't that
awesome I'm so in love the beauty of this bag is
that you can wear it as a shoulder bag or you can lengthen the strap and then
we're at crossbody as well so it's really versatile which is important in
all of my products and you get to decide how you wear it it is again available in
gold hardware and silver hardware so you can pick which you like it has this
lovely pocket in the back which you can just slip
I will pop the photo up so you can see how cool it looks on as May herself she
took some really nice promotional photos recently which you will start to have
seen me post so this photo that I'm speaking about is her attending the Kat
Von D teeny anniversary party recently which was black and gold themed so it
was perfect because I've got the silver version of her bag and she has the gold
version because that was her preference and I'm like oh I don't think I could do
just gold so we decided to both on the inside you'll see it's quite striking
the Wiccan symbol for goddess so that is embroidered in baby pink if you have a
look in the middle of the star there there's a little alien head so that is
because this may also has an alien head tattooed on one of her fingers so all
trying to customize it as much as possible I always try to incorporate as
many symbols as possible that are important to the people that I work with
so this bag will also have a mirror the inside is a cool just look at that baby
pink and with the patent I don't think I've seen anything as gorgeous in my
life so it's quite wide I've got a big session here it's the same deal the
zipper at the back it's a pretty standard layout for the interior of my
bags it's works and it's simple this isn't suede it's not velvet it's a faux
wall it's so soft I just want to touch it all day it's lovely so I believe this
bag is probably a really good combination of edgy and glamorous but I
also think it might appeal to a wider demographic of people I'm not sure if
that's because of the baby pink thing a more mainstream color on the inside I
don't know what it is it's kind of hard and soft at the same time you know the
spikes here so leave me alone but then you go on the inside he like I'm
if you have that split side to your personality you will probably love this
back now this one isn't part of the stock that's currently being

Families Struggle 3 Years After Florida Teens Lost at Sea: 'There Is No Healing Process' - Breaking - Duration: 9:42.
Unending mourning, ongoing legal battles and bittersweet celebration mark the third anniversary this week of the disappearance of two Florida teenagers into the Atlantic waters off Jupiter Inlet
On the morning of July 24, 2015, longtime friends Austin Stephanos and Perry Cohen boarded Austin's 19-foot 1978 SeaCraft and set out for a fishing excursion, but never returned
"It's so hard to put into words," Austin's father, Blu Stephanos, told PEOPLE
"Losing a child is the most unnatural thing that can happen and we're doing the best we can
There is no healing process." Perry's mother, Pamela Cohen, shares a similar sentiment
"For three years, I've put my head on the pillow each night, thinking of him and praying that this wasn't real," said Pamela
"I used to dream about what he would be like as a man. I was robbed of that." On Tuesday, the anniversary of the boys' disappearance, family and friends of Perry held a small candlelight vigil at a private beach on the north side of 400-foot-wide Jupiter Inlet, near the spot where he and Austin were last seen motoring into the waters
"Our family and close circle of friends gathered, lit candles, hugged each other and prayed for both boys," Pamela said
By all reasonable accounts, the sea stole from both families that day. Just two hours after a final text from Austin to Blu and his mother, Carly Black — "What's up? I am checking in
I'm just out here fishing," it read — a fierce storm ripped through the area. By nightfall, a massive air, sea and land search by multiple law enforcement, search and rescue agencies, as well as hundreds of volunteers, garnered worldwide attention, but ultimately would turn up no trace of the boys
An investigative report from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement released last year cites analysis by Gainesville's Six Maritime concluding that Perry and Austin most likely remained together until they died off the coast of northern Georgia
In the three years since their sons vanished, the boys' families have sought answers as to exactly what led up to the boys' disappearance and whether the tragedy could have been avoided
Sadly, the quest for answers also has forged a rift between them. Central to the ongoing legal battle is cell phone communication between Austin and his family and friends in the days just before and during the boys' fishing trip
The most recent revised complaint in a case filed by Pamela last July requests that text and other data from both Austin's and Blu's cell phones be shared
Pamela and her attorneys assert that data may prove that Austin's parents were aware the boys planned to fish for dolphin offshore and allowed it despite knowing that Perry was forbidden to travel offshore without an adult
Blu counters that he knew nothing of the boys' plans that day and had never seen the boat, which Black had purchased for Austin just two months before
"We don't believe that, from a legal perspective, there is any case against Mr
Stephanos," argues attorney Michael Pike, who, along with Dan Santaniello and Chris Moore, represents Blu
"This is a monumental tragedy. However, the law is designed to look past that and get the heart of liability
There's a saying in the legal world that Lady Justice is blind and part of that is the ability for judges and juries to see past the emotional aspect of a case and determine whether or not there is actual liability

Instead, their families manage to find some solace in running foundations they've each established in their sons' names
The Perry J. Cohen Foundation has served more than 1,000 underprivileged children via boating safety courses, sailing school and an environmental studies summer camp
Last year, the organization broke ground on the Perry J. Cohen Wetlands Laboratory at Jupiter High School, slated to open in May 2019 — the same time Perry would have graduated
And an endowment in Perry's name will fund scholarships for students of the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science
"Our lives now are about fulfilling Perry's legacy," Pamela said. "While he's physically vanished, it's impossible to let his spirit and who he was disappear
" The AustinBlu Foundation also promotes boating safety and related legislation
The organization was key in securing passage of Florida's Beacon Bill, which offers boater registration discounts for boats equipped with an emergency position indicating radio beacon (EPIRB), or whose owner has a personal locator beacon (PLB)
Mikele D'Arcangelo, vice president of global marketing for ACR Electronics, says the legislation has driven sales of EPIRBs and PLBs by some 15 percent
"Ever since that unfortunate day three years ago, when we go to trade shows, three of every five people we talk to bring up the boys to this day," D'Arcangelo tells PEOPLE
Several have been survivors of boating mishaps who credit Austin and Perry's loss with prompting them to better prepare
"We get to call Blu and Carly and say, 'Thanks to all that hard work you've done, here's a family that doesn't have to go through what you did,'" adds D'Arcangelo
"It's bittersweet," Blu admits. "But I know this is what Austin would want." Despite the families' differences, "Two beautiful souls were lost that day," Pamela says

We're talking about body motion as it relates to the upper body work on the bag.
Remember these first several weeks have been talking a lot about the use of
the shoulders and the hips as we strike the bag, making sure that
our knees are relaxed, nice and softened. As we reach for that jab, our hips and
our shoulders are turning. Our upper body should be facing almost to our partner to the side.
As we retract back in, we're coming back to that set.
Same thing on the cross. Reach for the jab and for the cross.
A lot of shoulders a lot of hip motion.
As you put that together on the bag the jab will look like this.
Again shoulders are turning, facing to the side as I'm reaching that extension.
At full speed...
making sure that jab is coming all the way straight back to the
cheek and we're not punching out of the armpits.
When we work on that jab cross, same thing.

I'm going to give you 5 critical tips when buying a new home and I would
highly recommend you stay and watch the entire video because I'm going to show
you how to save time save money and save frustration before I get into the 5
new home tips on what ask you a favor if you like this video please share it

let's start off with tip number one the first tip is use a real estate agent
when you're buying a new home I talked to a lot of buyers and a lot of buyers
think well I'm buying a brand new home why should I use a real estate agent or
if I use a real estate agent it's gonna cost me more money or I could get a
better deal if I don't use a real estate agent or they might even think well I'm
using a real estate agent I'm gonna have to pay the agent money so the question
is absolutely not the real estate agent and their brokers are paid by the
builders the money their Commission is already baked into the price of the home
so whether you use a real estate agent to help you and represent you or whether
you don't it's not going to make any difference and let me explain what I
mean let's say the builders fiscal year end is December 31st the Builder is
going to put their projections together in October maybe early November but
probably October and in their projections they're going to go over
everything for the following year they're gonna know approximately how
many homes they're going to be building how many how much land they're gonna be
buying they're gonna go over their marketing cost their outer ty see costs
are gonna figure out what percentage of their homes sell through real estate
agents usually it's 70 to 80 percent they're gonna make that money in there
then in the marketing budget then they're gonna stake the sales
representatives and they're going to put that money in there they're going to
take there come struction manager bonuses and put that
money in there and in other words everything's going to be in there
already so when you go out to a builder the money's already baked in there
whether you use a realtor or whether you don't use a realtor so tip number two
it's to use your realtor for negotiations to negotiate with the
Builder let me give you an example a while back I had a buyer him and his
wife called me up I talked to him a year prior they liked me so they were ready
to buy a home their lease was over he called me up and he said we already
identified where we want to live he had the subdivision he even had the Builder
and so I got the information and I said well what what the Builder tell you
they'd sell you the home for and he said 198 and I said okay I know the sales rep
let me give Kerry a call I'll call you back in about five minutes see what I
could do and he said all right so I picked up the phone I called Kerry and I
said hey Kerry this is Lance what do you think jeanann would have let the home go
for and he he said well hold on when he put me on hold for a little bit and he
had to go pull the numbers now Gina is the owner of the company and this isn't
a small builder they're one of the largest builders in the nation so he
went and pulled the numbers he comes back and he says well we could let it go
for 193 and I said does that include the garage door opener he said yeah I'll
throw a garage door opener in there so I called the buyer back and I said hey
Mark this is Lance I said I'm just got off the phone with Cary they'll let it
go for 193 and a garage door opener and he told his wife and his wife says I
heard her on the other end of the phone she says how in the hell can they do
that how can they sell it for less money when they have to pay him a commission
and I said but I said put your wife on the phone if you would so she picked up
the phone I said hey Joe with Lance Moore I said let me ask you a question I
said in the next year five years ten years how many homes do you think you're
gonna be buying this through this builder and she said we'll probably just
this one and I said yeah I said you think the Builder knows that and she
said well yeah I'm sure they do and I said okay let's say
the next one five ten years how many friends family members co-workers are
you gonna tell how great this filter is and through your recommendation they're
gonna buy a home through this builder and she says well and I said probably
none right and she said yeah probably not and I said you think the Builder
knows that and she said well yes I said okay said well last year I sold 12 homes
through this builder their average sales price is $250,000 they run about a 20%
net profit margin so that's about $50,000 per home 50,000 times 12
$600,000 I said so last year alone I basically helped this builder net
$600,000 who do you think they're gonna give the better deal to who do you think
they want to work with who's gonna sell their homes next year now maybe I might
sell five of their homes next year maybe I might sell twenty of their homes next
year maybe I'm gonna sell 50 in the next 10 years or 100 in the next 10 years who
knows but that's the point I'm trying to make if you hire an agent that works a
lot with new home builders and an agent that knows what they're doing and I
would highly recommend if you hire a real estate agent especially for new
construction don't think always chintz are the same hire someone who knows what
the heck they're doing who knows how builders work and how negotiate with
builders know one thing I want to add about negotiations I always tell my
buyers upfront I say I may not be able to get the home for what you want it for
but I'll tell you this I will get the home at the best possible deal the
Builder is gonna let it go for you're not gonna find anyone else in your
subdivision that's gonna get it for a better price so I always want to tell
people that up front because expectations are everything I just want
to be completely upfront with people and tell them the way it is so whatever real
estate agent you hire make sure they're always shooting you're straight and give
me an you the honest information that's going to help you alright tip number
three is dealing with issues and problem so I also always tell my buyers
when I'm talking to him I say look you're going to be building to home now
it could take one month or maybe it could take six or nine or ten or
whatever but there's going to be people walking in and out of the home
constantly thousands of people and things can happen the chances are you're
gonna run into problems you're gonna have concerns there's going to be issues
it's not if there's going to be a problem or an issue
it's how is the Builder going to resolve it so what I always tell people to do if
they if they happen to be out there if they happen to see an issue or a problem
or if they have a concern about anything always keep in the loop let me know so
if they happen to go out there and they see a problem with their new home the
Builder may know about it the construction manager but what you want
to do is you want to form a paper trail so I asked them I say email the
construction manager and let them know the problem but see see myself and the
sales rep on there so we're all in the loop because we're all in this to work
together and work as a team to make sure you're happy and if the problem is not
getting resolved I may have to step in and that's what I'm here for so here's a
great example I was having a gentleman and he actually didn't want to work with
a realtor in the beginning he thought he could get a better deal upfront then he
went to the Builder they told him he can't so he great to hire me we're going
down the road about four months into it the Builder was breaking his home it was
a brick home so they were breaking his home and he calls me up and he says well
unfortunately the brick looks great but they read they bricked up the wrong
color and I said okay have you talked to the sales rep Rachel and he said she
said he said yes I did I spoke with Rachel and Rachel told me
to come in and get my earnest money back if I didn't like the brick they were not
going to read brick it and I said okay I expected that if you watch my other
videos builders like two-year-olds or no-no-no
so I just I drove over to Rachel's office I sat down and talked to her and
she explained everything to me and I said we'll give me your sales managers
phone number I want to talk to him and so she did I picked up the phone he did
a little research they reprint his entire home they took everything off I
talked to my inspector I wanted to make sure they were doing it correctly the
inspector told me what they had to do they did it was completely rebury so the
thing is is again this comes to a real estate agent you need to hire an agent
that knows what they're doing an agent they could that's a problem solver they
could get things fixed and know-how builders work know what the expectations
are and again I I don't want anybody to ever think when they're working with me
I'm going to be able to part water or just do things you know anything but at
the end of the day I've been in this a heck of a long time I know a ton about
new construction and whoever you hire is a real estate agent just make sure they
they know a lot about new construction and they are a problem fixer they're a
problem solver so tip number four it's visiting builders if you ever go out to
visit a builder you always want to make sure your real estate agents there don't
just go out and start popping in model homes without your real estate agent
because a lot of times agents actually stand out in front of model homes some
of them stand inside model homes and trying to steal the customers and this
is becoming a problem with all the real estate agents and the business they call
it poaching I think it's absolutely sleazy so I just I don't think realtor
should operate that way I think realtor should put their
customer first not worry about the Commission because at the end of the day
if you treat people right you're always going to be rewarded so I I'm just not
into that I don't like to hear that stuff but the Builder wants to make sure
that you actually do have representation that someone didn't I hate to say this
but someone didn't just poach you because builders call it poaching so
anyhow always make sure you have your real estate agent no I understand that
sometimes maybe your agents out of town or maybe they're with other buyers and
you want to go and look at properties and ice-t-- I completely get that so if
that is the case contact your real estate agent you want
to work together so tell them where you're going to be going and they could
call up the sales rep let them know you're coming let them know your real
estate agent is a real person because if you go in this the model and you
register in your real estate agents not there they may not let you use a real
estate agent and again it's not that they don't want you to use a real estate
agent because builders love using real estate agents because we bring them 70
to 80 percent of their clients and I've had builder reps that I've literally
followed around for year in and year out 10 12 14 years so they want to work with
real estate agents but they want to make sure everything's being done the right
way so always make sure that you contact your real estate agent or if you walk
into a model and your agents there don't sign the registration card just tell
them you don't feel comfortable signing the registration card you just want to
look you have a real estate agent the real estate agent just can't be
there because if you go in and you sign the registration card and you start
talking to the sales representative there is a chance that they may not let
you work with the real estate agent and it's sort of like shooting yourself in
the foot so then you know just make sure your real estate agent is with you when
you go into the model homes all right so the fifth tip is let me help you if you

number two did you get a home inspection on the home you're buying and I'll tell
you so far 100% of the time a number got an answer back to those questions it's
really important that you do both of them you work with a real estate agent
and hire someone who again is really knowledgeable it's sort of like if you
were if you were brought up on a Crimean income it would you just go to the
public attorney that they're going to give you or would you go to the best
attorney out there to get the best representation now what happens if I
told you neither one of them is going to charge you any money well you're going
to go to the best and that's the same thing you want to do when you pick a
real estate agent so if you have any questions don't hesitate if you like

Learning from Trader Joe's - Duration: 6:53.
Hi, have you ever been to a Trader Joe's? it's a big success story. Let's look at
this store from a shopper marketing perspective and see what marketers can
learn from the guys in the Hawaiian shirts. I'll be showing you seven success
factors you can use in your marketing strategy. Number one: Trader Joe's creates
a unique shopping experience. When you visit most grocery stores the word that
usually comes to mind is "boring". Most supermarkets are basically alike. They
look and feel the same. Trader Joe's is different, it has a unique look to it.
All Trader Joe's stores are decorated in what could best be described as a
tropical Tiki style. Let's face it, for many consumers grocery shopping isn't
the most exciting of activities but at Trader Joe's it becomes an experience,
a mini shopping adventure. Trader Joe's somewhat wacky and a little corny store
design helps differentiate it from other supermarkets, And in marketing
differentiation is a good thing! Number two: Trader Joe's makes shopping
very easy. Trader Joe's stores are much smaller than most American supermarkets.
Many have a size of around fifteen thousand square feet. The relatively
small size and simple layout makes shopping more convenient than in a large
Super Center like Walmart or even a Whole Foods Market. Trader Joe's also has
quite a limited product range. A typical supermarket carries about 50,000
products. Trader Joe's carries only four thousand. Again, this is actually an
advantage. As consumer research has shown, shoppers like to have choices but they
are often overwhelmed by too many. Not so at Trader Joe's. Because of the limited
selection, shopping is simplified. Shopping is also facilitated by helpful
product shelf signs. These signs help shoppers with their choices by pointing
out what is special about the product or how to use it.
The company also has a helpful website with product tips and creative recipes.
They also have a newsletter, their trademark fearless flyer, which anyone
can subscribe to. Of course, in-store shelf signs point to the products
described in the flyer. Convenient for the shoppers and a highly effective
sales promotion tool for the company. Number three: Trader Joe's stores have a
personal touch. All Trader Joe's stores have a common theme but nevertheless
they emphasize individuality and regionalism. You can see this here in the
decorations used in my local store in Orlando Florida. This is further
emphasized by the signs, which are handcrafted in each individual store.
You know what to expect when you enter a Trader Joe's but no two stores look
identical, which is appealing to shoppers. Number four: Trader Joe's products are
unique. Trader Joe's has a limited selection of products but the products
they carry feel special and unique. The vast majority of their products are
store brands, which helps the company keep their prices low.
However these private brands don't feel in any way second-rate. In fact, many of
them appear quite exotic and upscale and more in line with what you would get at
an upscale specialty grocer like Whole Foods Market or Zabars rather than a
traditional supermarket let alone a discount food store like Trader Joe's.
They really offer gourmet foods at discount prices. Trader Joe's
also frequently introduces new products which help to keep the product range
fresh and exciting. Each Trader Joe's has a tasting station, which is an excellent
way of introducing shoppers to new products and to enhance the emotional
connection with the store. Number five: Trader Joe's is fun. It is quirky by
design. This fun factor can be seen with the signs throughout the store. Instead of a
boring intercom system they use bells as their communication system of choice.
Humor is also apparent in the product names, which kind of wink at the shopper.
How about this herbal tea? If life gives you lemons... Or this product here...
Italian products become trader Giotto. Spanish products Trader José and Asian
products Trader Ming. There is also fun for the kids. In each store there is a
hidden plush animal like a peacock in this store or a crane in this store here.
if a child or as I was told even a dolt points out the location to a
cashier, they receive a little gift. Hey, never turned down a free lollipop!
Number six: Trader Joe's makes discount shopping
feel okay. Discount stores frequently feel depressing. They make shoppers feel
poor, uncared-for, looked down upon. Trader Joe's is different, It is a discount
store and its prices are on par with other grocery discounters but it makes
the shoppers feel every bit rich and sophisticated. It doesn't have the social
stigma of a shop for the poor. Shoppers from different walks of life
can feel okay here. It's store design is really quite clever because it manages
to convey a certain worldliness and light-hearted sophistication without
interfering with the low-priced image of the store. TJ's even makes fun of its
discount prices. For years it has been selling its inexpensive store brand of
Charles Shaw wines. Alluding to its low price, the company tongue-in-cheek refers
to it as Two Bucks Chuck. Number 7: Trader Joe's staff were genuinely friendly.
It may sound cliche but any company is just as good as its employees at Trader Joe's
you get the impression that staff members actually like their jobs and the
customers. They're easy to talk to, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic
about their products. Ultimately, they are are the ones who make discount shopping
at this quirky store a fun and memorable experience.So there you have it: seven

According to HotNeHipHop, Ray's ex-wife Cheryl Carmichael West broke the news, saying that "he's getting treatment and from what I understand the treatments are working.".
Ray was reportedly diagnosed last Spring, and Cheryl claims that it has taken an emotional toll on Kanye.
"Sometimes you need other events to trigger bigger events," she said.
"It could have triggered something bigger in Kanye because he is super close to his dad after his mom's death.".

According to AJC, Ray West was a member of the Black Panther Party during the 1960s and 70s.
After Kanye's birth, however, he left the organization, and began a career as a photojournalist.
He worked for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution during the 1980s, and became one of the first African American men to excel in the field.
Some of his most iconic work includes a portrait of poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou, photos of the Rev.
Ralph David Abernathy, and photos of President Ronald Reagan in 1983.
In addition to his photojournalism career, Ray worked a variety of odd jobs in different fields."My father was [also] a paparazzo," Kanye said during a 2014 court deposition.
"My father was a medical illustrator, a Black Panther, a Christian marriage counselor." Bustle reports that Ray even opened up a Good Water Store and Cafe in Lexington Park, Maryland in 2006.
It's believed that Kanye lent him the money to get the business off the ground. .

In her memoir Raising Kanye: Life Lessons from the Mother of a Hip-Hop Superstar, Donda West recounted how her relationship with Ray fell apart.
"We had begun not to get along very well," she wrote.
"So funny, however, that every time we'd separate, we'd become best friends again.
Once we even found an apartment for Ray… but he never even stayed in it.".
Donda also recounted how Ray was hesitant to raise a child. "Donda," he was quoted as saying, "I don't know if I can be a good father.
I don't know if it's in me.
That's why I don't want to do it." The couple separated in 1980, and Donda and Kanye moved to Chicago, while Ray stayed in Atlanta.
"I had ideas about things I wanted to do and accomplish," he told VH1.
"I lost touch with what was important.".
During the school year Kanye would live with his mother in Chicago, but he would spend the summers with his father.
In an interview with Complex Magazine, Kanye recalls how Ray would often struggle to make ends meet financially. "I remember he was in vacuum cleaner sales," he said. "And he'd sit up there and show people how powerful the vacuum cleaner was by putting a penny on the floor and then the vacuum cleaner over it and then Pop! It would come out and he would have bent the penny.".
The rapper continued: "I remember some days we would ride around and he had vacuum cleaners in the back and we'd be going up a hill and the car would stop.
And I just see him, like, 'Not today.
Not today.'".
Kanye Has Referenced Him In Several of His Songs.
While Donda West may be Kanye's most famous parental muse, with the song "Hey Mama" and portions of the 808s & Heartbreak album to prove it, Ray has also had an impact on his son's music.
Kanye references the struggles he faced growing up with his dad on the song "Champion," rapping:.

Kanye's support of President Donald Trump has landed him in hot water with many of his fans.
The rapper and fashion designer has remained undeterred in his support, but he told The New York Times that his father tried to convince him otherwise.
The cover story reveals that Ray was present during the recording sessions for Kanye's latest album, ye, and told him that supporting Trump was a bad idea.
"He expressed that he felt that some of the policies were hurtful," Kanye said.
"And that I'm a person that does not intend to hurt people, never hurts people with intention. I expressed the example that I have a cousin that's locked up for doing something bad, and I still love him, so I don't base my love for a person on if they doing something good or bad.".
While Ray prefers to stay out of the limelight, and rarely grants interviews, he has been photographed alongside his son a few different times this year.
