that is full hollow very nice inexpensive razor yep yeah where soap
tonight I am going fine snake bye I need some menthol yeah this is awesome
in it even though it has been Thal in it it doesn't really mess with your eyes
when you're shaving which I like now I have had the puck warming let me pour
that off and put that one as a pre shape yep alright now hopefully you are having
a good weekend and being able to have some downtime
relax enjoy be with family and friends mMmmm that is awesome

go you just go perpendicular with the blade and you will have a vision
there we go nice pass one complete right there that's good now let's get that
rinsed off and see how many did nope let's wait a minute

Transfer theory suggested over Domogoj Vida to Liverpool ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:23.
A forward theory was proposed as to why Liverpool was linked to the Domogoj Vida of Besiktas.
Liverpool's coach, Jurgen Klopp, was forced to make Vida sign the fifth summer contract
after the impressive World Cup campaign of Croatia.
The Besiktas defender was marked when his country came to the finals, where they were
defeated by Didier Deschamps 4-2 France early this month.
Liverpool have been tipped to raid Besiktas for Vida, having already splashed out on Naby
Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson Becker.
But Liverpool Echo claimed that such claims were built to suit Besiktas.
It is said that the Turkish giants can use red demons to create more attention to the
Vida after his great World Cup.
Despite the link, but understand that Klopp will not sign a contract with Vida.

L, the sweetest character in all of Death Note.
Kind, adorable, and such a great person who stands for justice!
Yeah...no.
Just like Light, he is a bored, deranged, hypocritical, morally corrupt, egotistical,
power-hungry, selfish, prideful, and cunning man.
Now I'll be taking a look at some of the most prominent traits of him I mentioned,
more specifically "power-hungry" and "deranged".
Case and point, L is a very bad boy, and no, not in the way you fangirls are thinking.
L is a character who lusts for victory above all else, wanting power and his ego being
stroked more than anything.
He admits this himself with the Wammy's kids in the one-shot, stating that when he
solves a case, he'd use any means possible to simply win no matter what, something very
eloquent within the actual series, L defying basic human rights and taking illegally drastic
measures in order to solve the Kira case.
This makes sense; the more cases L solves, the more pride he'd take in it, the more
it'd reinforce that he is truly the greatest detective in the world, not to mention it
also thrills him.
It's also worth noting how the power-seeking L already has a ton of power, and this is
similar to Light's situation, someone who has as much power as L does.
You see, before Light killed L, Light really only had a limited killing power, and some
followers.
In fact, L had a ton at his disposal: The fame and recognition as the world's best
detective, the FBI, literally any police organization, surveillance cameras, wiretaps, billions of
dollars, an extremely talented, skilled, and intelligent butler, and so much more.
However, the problem is that Light can kill with just a name and a face, while L has all
this, so I'll say they're at an equal footing, at least in terms of power.
So then, why was L not as deranged as Light throughout the series, when they're both
corrupted with so much power?
Well, here's the thing, you see Light's full insanity only in Part II, after he killed
L, with his distorted faces and irrational thinking beginning there.
In other words, I am saying that the extent of Light being messed up was on par with L's
during Part I. I mean, just think about it, L was messed up for the same reasons Light
was considered messed up.
Committing crimes left and right, and apathetic towards deaths of criminals and innocents
alike, such as when he planned on Lind.
L. Tailor's death, or didn't care much about the deaths of the FBI agents and Naomi
Misora, who literally has a history with L, besides the clues it let out, and then there
was him sulking and being depressed about his ego going ouchie, merely because he doesn't
like being wrong and losing, the latter being the same mentality Light shares.
In that case, what am I implying?
Well, since Light and L's moral corruption and power were on equal footing during Part
I, and Light really only went plain batshit during Part II, I think it's safe to assume
that if L had successfully defeated Light before his death, he would have turned out
the same.
Light initially won against L, which is why Light was justice, which is why he was the
law, during Part II.
Part I was essentially just a battle for power, the winner gaining the world's favour.
Since this victory and power is what made Light extremely deranged in Part II, it's
not too much of a stretch to say that the same would have happened to L. Although I'm
dying imagining L laughing like Light did in the final episode.
Actually, Light even had more of a moral compass than L; Light cared about his family, loved
the human race, and believed in the redemption of criminals, meaning L probably would have
become even more corrupt than Light.
Now there is a sole problem here, if L really only is powerful from all these resources
and his status as the world's best detective, then how can he be more powerful in Part II
than he already is?
After all, Light would have been the only thing to prevent that, so how would L be more
deranged in Part II than he was pre-series?
Well, the battle with Kira doubtlessly increased L's popularity, with the general public
now knowing who he is, when it was mostly limited to high-ranking people in organizations
such as the NPA or FBI.
So, with more people knowing who L is, once he won, he would definitely gain public favour.
Light VS L was essentially a fight for power and pride, a fight for who will gain the public's
favour.
A good way of showcasing this was L's conflict with the NPA, which demonstrates that, while
the majority of people at this point are anti-Kira, that doesn't necessarily mean they are pro-L
either.
So, had L won, he would have gained public favour and his status would definitely increase,
which would have made the corrupt L even more corrupt.

Bad news: it may all be for nothing.
According to experts, everything from technology to our eating habits and ultimately modern
life itself are eroding our brains, chipping away at neural pathways and making us slower,
denser and less capable of original thought.
In this video, I'm going to show you 7 everyday ways you are ruining your IQ.

Most recently, a study by the University of Montreal, published this month, found that
eating large quantities of saturated fat can have a significant effect on brain functions,
damaging the neural circuits that govern motivation and even leading to a sort of addiction.
Since the 1930s IQs across the world have largely increased thanks to better living
conditions, improved nutrition and education.
But scientists are now raising concerns that for the last decade, IQ scores have not just
been levelling out but declining, and our collective intelligence has dropped by one
IQ point in the last 50 years.
As well as learning new things you need to protect the home front it seems.
So, if you want to salvage what damp tissue you have left, here are some of the surprising
ways you could be ruining your brain.
1.
Tucking into a full English.
Consuming large amounts of soggy saturated fats (bacon, buttery toast and fried eggs)
hamper the brain's dopamine function, a vital neurotransmitter responsible for motivation.
Studies show that fatty diets impair cognitive flexibility, slow reaction times, damage memory
and bring on feelings of depression in rats and other animals.
The University of Montreal study found that high-fat feeding can cause "impairments
in the functioning of the brain circuitry profoundly implicated in mood disorders, drug
addiction, and overeating."
As with drugs such as heroin, the more saturated fat you eat, the more you crave it but the
greater portions you need to get that same good feeling.
2.
Juggling too many balls at once.
Earl Miller, an expert on divided attention and a neuroscientist at Massachusetts Institute
of Technology says: "The brain is not wired to multitask.
When people think they're multitasking, they're actually just switching from one
task to another very rapidly and every time they do, there's a cognitive cost."
It means we use up glucose (brain fuel) faster, exhausting and discombobulating our minds
more quickly.
"Multitasking prevents deep, creative thought as we switch back and forth, backtracking,
constantly starting from scratch each time.
As a result, thoughts are less new and more superficial," says Miller.
Just spotting an email mid-task is enough to reduce your IQ by 10 points as your mind
wanders from the job.
Multitasking, Miller adds, is the reason that speaking on the phone while driving is so
dangerous: our limited cognitive capacity to multi-task means we are never fully focussed
on either job.
Juggling multiple plates floods the brain with cortisol (the stress hormone) and adrenalin
(the fight or flight hormone), which also prevents clear thought.
3.
Just Googling it.
Having unlimited information available 24/7 at the jab of a button, both at home and on
the move, is both a blessing and a neurological curse.
Being able to Google addresses, phone numbers, recipes, names, events, even what your friends
have been up to recently, means we no longer rely on memory.
The brain's hippocampus deals with new memories.
While Googling doesn't necessarily affect it per se, it does affect the technique we
use to store memories inside it.
For example, research by Columbia University showed we are now more likely to recall where
we save information rather than the information itself, and Microsoft says our attention spans
have suffered, falling from an average of 12 seconds 15 years ago to eight now.

Having your fruit and eating it.
A 2012 UCLA study on rats showed that too much fructose – a simple sugar found in
fruits, honey and vegetables – effectively slowed the brain by affecting insulin's
ability to help brain cells convert sugar into energy for thought.
But eating omega-3 fatty acids (flaxseed oil, mackerel, herring and trout) counteracted
this mental disruption by protecting against damage to the synapses, the chemical pathways
in the brain.
Dr Sarah Brewer, a medical nutritionist, warns of the damage sweet things can do to your
grey matter: "Brain cells need glucose to function but too much in a short time will
cause a sugar rush and make you feel over-wired."
5.
Those reality TV binges.
We may not have conclusive proof but our long-held suspicion that reality TV is rotting our brains
may well be correct.
An Austrian study by psychologist Markus Appel showed 81 participants a fake reality-like
screenplay based around what a football hooligan got up to during a day, then asked them to
take a general knowledge test.
Those who had seen the reality show beforehand fared worse then those who had not.
Appel blamed media priming, the idea that what we watch, see and listen to influences
our behaviour, and claimed it extended to cognitive performance too.
In short, you are what you watch.
"What you've been thinking about recently or seeing recently (is) at a higher level
in your consciousness, so your brain is kind of predisposed in that direction," is how
another psychologist, Joanne Cantor, put it.

Jet lag and other night-time disruptions.
We all know jet lag makes you foggy-headed for a day or so after landing, but in fact
its dulling effects can last for weeks.
Studies on hamsters found that regular disruption to our internal circadian rhythm - our day-night
pattern - halved the normal rate of new neuron birth in the hippocampus (the area of the
brain dealing with memory processing) and the effects were still noticeable a month
after the last "disruption".
The hamsters' learning ability plummeted too.
Professor Lance Kriegsfeld from the University of California at Berkeley said of the findings
at the time: "What this says is that, whether you are a flight attendant, medical resident,
or rotating shift worker, repeated disruption of circadian rhythms is likely going to have
a long-term impact on your cognitive behavior and function."
7.
Walking and chewing gum.
Not too long ago we thought chewing gum was a Good Thing, neurologically speaking.
Neuroscientist Earl Miller said: "Chewing your gum is a physical exercise that increases
the flow of blood to the brain, boosting cognitive function by giving it extra energy."
But a recent experiment poured cold water on the theory: the act of chewing distracted
participants from short memory tasks such as learning the order of items on a list.
Dr Sarah Brewer says: "When people chew gum for hours it may cause a problem with
distraction.
As soon as the flavour goes I'd recommend taking it out."

so, uh some of the events we've done in terms of community service is
volunteering over at the hockey arena
we also go to the Ronald McDonald House for their annual sale and we help out there
Um we go to the zoo and pass out candy to little kids which is really fun and exciting.
In addition we also do different sales on campus to raise money.
The fact that it's like professional and also has like a social aspect,
community service aspect, and it's a lot of different things not just one business club.
I found a bunch of friends that I can always come to,
if I need help with school or life
and it's really just a great time.

Hi, I am Dr Richa Sharma, Senior Infertility Consultant, Medicover Fertility, today lets
discuss about the topic which many couples enquire when they come for consultation to
me that is: Is IVF painful?
The joy of having a baby is immense, but many couples are not able to experience this feeling
even after trying for a long time.
In this case, they should be aware of their problem and visit an infertility specialist
at the earliest.
Many such couples during their visit to an IVF clinic have a lot of questions to ask.
And the first question they usually ask is, how painful is IVF and how many injections
they need to take?
Well, the definition of pain for every individual is different.
Many people dread at the sight of injection, and for some, it's just a small prick.
During an IVF cycle, there are many stages where a woman may experience discomfort.
The initiation of an IVF cycle starts with injections for the development of eggs.
A woman from her second day of periods needs to be injected with hormonal doses for 10-12
days so that the ovaries are stimulated to grow more mature eggs.
And these injections are painless and can be self-administered like insulin.
After the stimulation process, when the ovaries begin to enlarge a lady may experience lower
abdomen pain and bloating, but in this case, we adjust the dose of drugs and limit the
number of eggs that grow.
Here the experience of a doctor counts in.
In a well-controlled stimulation cycle, a patient usually does not experience any pain.
After 3-4 days of stimulation, a lady needs to visit the clinic for ultrasounds for follicular
monitoring and blood tests.
The next step is the egg retrieval process.
During counselling, couples are well explained about the process of IVF in detail.
So, their next question that generally comes up is - Will there be any pain during egg
retrieval process?
In an egg retrieval process, we remove the eggs by piercing the ovaries through the vagina
using a long thin needle, so a woman anticipates immense pain.
But, there is no pain in this process as it is done under anaesthesia.
The final step involves the embryo transfer.
Usually, after 3-5 days the fertilised egg now called embryo is transferred back into
the uterus.
This process is almost painless, but one might experience discomfort only during the insertion
of a vaginal speculum which is done under ultrasound guidance.
We resort to transfer of at least 2 embryos to increase the chances of pregnancy.
In 95% cases, there is a single live foetus, but in 3-5% , there can be twins.
So, throughout the procedure of IVF, there might be some instances when a patient can
expect pain and discomfort, but again the definition of pain and discomfort differs
from individual to individual.
Some may say we experienced pain; some may say there was minimal pain and others may
say we didn't experience any pain.
Well, being a doctor, I would add on that this journey towards motherhood where you
either conceive naturally or through assisted help from us there would be a certain amount
of discomfort that you might experience.
But if you are explained and counselled well then you will have a smooth journey.
Proper guided information will decrease your stress levels and thus increase success rate.
