Youtube daily report Jul 30 2018

When you go to the market to buy a fruit or verdura, what are you looking for?

That apple with a vibrant red?

The cheapest banana bunch?

Just like buying fresh fruits and vegetables it is important, the codes present on the stickers

glued on the fruits you buy, can have an impact on your health greater than

you imagine.

These codes tell you more about how fruits and vegetables were treated before

arrive at the supermarket.

A fruit with an adhesive containing a number with 4 digits and starting with 4,

that the item in question was treated with pesticides and pesticides.

The advisable in this case would be to avoid this fruit, even if it looks great.

A 5-digit code that begins with the number 8 is usually used in fruits

and genetically modified vegetables, such as the transgenics.

It would be best to leave this item aside and look for a sticker that contains a number

which begins with 9 These fruits are organic.

But what are genetically modified organisms and why should I avoid them?

A genetically modified organism was submitted to laboratory techniques which,

somehow, modified their genome.

It is estimated that 90% of soy, cotton and corn sold in the US have been genetically modified.

In Brazil it is no different, we are only behind the US when it comes to production

of transgenics.

But what will be the effect of these modifications in our body?

Brazilian experts have different positioning on the real need

to produce GMOs and GMOs.

What many experts who are against the idea of consuming transgenics

is that we have no long-term knowledge the possible effects we can have on the

body when consuming this type of food.

If this is your case, it is best to always lend attention to these codes or even find

places where products can be purchased organic.

Going To Portland | Inside KlientBoost Episode 004 - Duration: 7:03.

- [Luke] I wish, not that popular.

- [Moose] He's actually a popular YouTuber.

- [Luke] Yeah I do video game streaming so we're out here for a tournament.

- [Lyft Driver] Which game?

- [Luke] Diablo II.

- [Brian] Luke where you going?

- [Luke] I'm going to Portland.

- [Brian] Tonight?

- [Luke] Yeah.

- [Brian] Have fun.

- Hey guys I'm Luke.

We are going up to visit our client AskNicely in Portland.

I have our designer Moose with me.

- Hey I'm Moose how's it going?

- And here's our journey.

So yeah AskNicely basically delivers a platform to the client's that allows them to really

learn like what their strengths and weaknesses in their business is.

So we're going up to meet with them.

Figure out how we can set some additional goals in order to really allow them to grow

with us.

This past quarter we've, done really well.

We've generated a lot of new business for 'em but we think we can do more so we're looking

forward to try and figure some ways we can do that.

- [Moose] So they're New Zealand based but they've got like a handful of remote locations

and one of those locations is actually in Portland which is where we're going now.

- Dude, it's just like really sad to me that people aren't downloading the apps for the

airlines that they're flying on.

Like, why do you like wasting time?

We have mobile boarding passes now, use them.

It's not that hard.

- I'm the problem.

- [Moose] We're talking about Luke's day.

- My day, alright so today we had our monthly huddle which was cool.

And then from there we hopped...

Me, Jordan, and Stone all hopped into, and Johnathan obviously, all hopped into a Lyft

and Lyfted down to San Diego.

Met with a client.

Probably had like an, a good hour, hour and a half meeting.

It was a, a pretty long one.

It was pretty good like, came up with some good ideas I think from it.

From there we Lyfted back to the office, hung out at the office for a couple of hours and,

now we just Lyfted to the Long Beach airport where we are getting dinner and then flying

to Portland Oregon.

- [Ticket Checker] Hi how are you?

- [Stone] Doing good.

About an hour left on our flight.

We'll see you all tomorrow.

Moose got us doughnuts.

- [Stone] Dude.

- About to go to that main square.

Enjoy some nice hot douns.

- Did you say douns?

- I did.

- That a word?

- So, I asked the doughnut guy like what were the best flavors.

And he said that, this one, like their signature VooDoo one, so it's like shaped like a voodoo

doll.

Has got like raspberry filling.

Just don't think.

Whoa, whoa, whoa.

Animal!

So let them know, is it good?

- It's really good.

Really, really, really good.

So today we're meeting with a client AskNicely.

They've been our client for a long time over a year.

They, recently got a new director of marketing, Mitchel.

That we're meeting with today.

He's actually been with them for about five months but, excited to meet him, put a face

to a name.

He's been, really fun to work with.

- [Moose] Definitely.

- [Luke] Yeah.

- Yeah no, I think it'd be good to kind of have that face to face.

He seemed really cool on the calls that we have.

Oh my god.

But yeah, no, looking forward to actually finally meeting him, I think it should be

really good.

- But yeah, let me see what happens.

Alright cool, well you guys wanna grab lunch?

- Yeah please, what's everybody feeling?

- I don't know much about the area, if you guys have suggestions.

Overall it went really well.

I think that it's gonna help us set strong goals for quarter two.

Took 'em out to lunch to this cool charcuterie place.

- It's like a private painting studio.

This like wild pug just like almost attacked me I had to like fight it off.

I really have to pee so bad.

- I'm assuming that we can edit that.

Overall it was a good meeting.

We're heading back to the hotel now.

Get some work done and then head back home.

- Think of a handful of things I'm gonna have to do on the plane.

This is like a, okay so this is kind like a, it could be like controversial but it's

like I don't really, it's almost like what, like what I do here I don't really consider

like work really, you know.

And then like, I don't mean to sound really cliche but it's like, basically like, obstacles

that like, you kinda have to overcome and help the client overcome for like their, like

ultimate, like success you know.

Attitude is a big thing like at work like, you know, treat it like work, or you can like,

you know, treat every you know...

Just like think critically about like any sort of challenge that you have and then like,

immediately like your attitude kinda changes but, yeah I don't know.

Like it's, it's all like, it's all like what you make of it I feel like.

DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper & Quavo's "No Brainer" Explained | Song Stories - Duration: 1:50.

JACQUES: DJ Khaled links up with Bieber, Chance and Quavo for another shot at a number one

with "No Brainer."

JACQUES: Bieber's chorus about being a prospective lover's obvious choice shows that this song

may be a spiritual successor to Khaled's 2017 No. 1 hit, "I'm The One,"

which featured the same cast along with Lil Wayne.

JACQUES: "No Brainer" is produced by Khaled, Nic Nac, DaviDior, Sir Nolan and Poo Bear,

and it's currently climbing the Genius Top Songs chart.

It is the latest single off Khaled's upcoming 11th album, "Father of Asahd"—

and even features a commercial with Kevin Hart, as the voice of Asahd.

KHALED: Tell your lawyer don't play no games with me you know this is family.

ASAHD: Nah man, this is business. Bi-

JACQUES: In an interview with Zane Lowe, Khaled spoke on the stress that went into getting Justin on the song.

KHALED: I couldn't sleep at night if I didn't play this for you and see if you would do it.

JACQUES: Elsewhere on the cut, Chance the Rapper opens his verse talking about

his penchant for not wearing pendants,

which lines up with lyrics on 2017's "And They Say."

JACQUES: Directed by Colin Tilley and baby Asahd, the video might share some similarities

with two late 80s Michael Jackson clips, "Liberian Girl" and "The Way You Make Me Feel."

From the movie set setting, to the Afrocentric model, to Bieber dancing on a car.

I'm Jacques Morel with Genius News, bringing you the meaning and the knowledge behind the music.

How to find out who likes and Dislikes Your video on YouTube - Duration: 7:47.

Would you like to know how to find out who likes and dislike your videos on YouTube

Here I'm gonna show you how you can find out okay

First let's go to creator studio

I an in creator studio now, go to community, you know in

community it is exactly where you can find who comment on your video, all the

comments are right here from each video that the person comments on

I have the first comment let's see, that was two days ago

today is July 28th if it was two days ago so it been like it was a July 26 and

I know that person, she is from United Kingdom so that means I am gonna be

looking for someone who commented on my channel two days ago from United Kingdom

and I know which video it is about, okay so now let go to analytics

Now we are in analytics, we're gonna scroll down all the way down

look to the lower left corner, we're looking for likes and dislikes

Now I click on it, here are the videos that have people comment on them,

and I see the likes right here and here I have the dislike

okay there's one video I showed you before there's one person who commented

on it, it was from United Kingdom it was that video, There are two comments from

United States and one comment from United Kingdom I will click on United

Kingdom to see the date

Here you can see it been two days ago which is July 26 I got a like from

that person now let go back to see where my dislikes came from on that video

I have a like and a dislike can I click on it? okay the like came from Brazil so

someone from Brazil liked my video, and then the dislike is from United

States let's click on it, the dislike was on July 16

See that's the date right here July 16 it was like two weeks ago and it was from

United State. Right I will see who commented on my video that day and

if it been on July that was July 6 and that person comment on my video, it been

like two weeks ago so that's one right here and then there

and then there is one person who... when you see that minus sign front of the

numbers it means the person liked your video... okay let's say you liked a video

and a second after, you changed your mind. You don't dislike the video,

but you removed your like, so when you remove your like

this is exactly how it's gonna show in your analytics.

The dislikes will show in the dislikes column and the likes right here in the likes

See it was July 16 let me go to

and it was on the second video

this doesn't show me the exact date but

I know it was two weeks ago

Let see, that comment right here I've been two weeks ago, it's not 100% sure it was that

one, but this is a new channel I don't have that many comments, that means if

someone comment on it and I have like or alike, that will give me an idea

if I go to my analytics and then if I match the date, it will give me an idea

who likes or dislikes my video, and also it will show you who did not like your video

You just have to match the comment with the date, the video, and the location

that's just what you need to find out who likes or dislikes on your video

Okay I hope that was very helpful for you guys

Please comment down below and let me know if there's anything else you

want me to make a video on, or if you have any question about that video

I'll be more than happy to help you. Please don't forget to subscribe

like and share. Subscribe like and share the video

Thank you

Old School Questions Still Apply to Crypto Currencies - Duration: 2:18.

What is your general impression of the cryptocurrency phenomenon?

I think right now there's a lot of hype and craze and speculation in the cryptocurrency markets.

I think from our perspective, investors really need to ask themselves

kind of the basic questions. When I'm investing money in a cryptocurrency, what

am I getting in return? What rights do I have? What is the management team

telling me they're gonna build in terms of their business? and then,

ultimately, if anything goes wrong, who would I turn to?

What is your opinion of a global response to cryptocurrencies from the world's regulators?

That's a huge question. I think regulators across the board are asking themselves how are

we going to deal with this phenomenon. We are working. I can tell you

certainly in Canada, we've created the CSA Regulatory Sandbox to respond to the

fact that, it is going to be Canada wide and global. We've entered into

international cooperation agreements because I think it's important that

we're thinking about this in a harmonized way. One of the things I've been hearing is that

we do need kind of global data standards. So, how do we do that as regulators?

What do you think is driving the Swift pace of acceptance in the

securities industry of cryptocurrencies?

I actually son't think it's the cryptocurrencies. I think it's the underlying blockchain technology.

I think it's got huge opportunities and financial services because it is

transparent, because it is more immediate. There's opportunities both in, you know,

clearing and settlement of anything from securities to debt offerings and

private security. So, certainly a great opportunity in terms of the technology.

I think the cryptocurrency is slightly different because at the end of the day,

you know, it is a representation of something else and I think that's the

piece that will be challenging from a regulatory stand going forward.

How to Transform Your Biggest Hesitations into Action with Phyllis Khare - Duration: 4:49.

welcome to episode 12058 or Episode 5 if you're keeping count

unconscious blocks... it's not the business plan or how much money you put into

Facebook ads it's more that inner game that entrepreneurs go through -- sometimes

the hesitation is a gift - it's a way for us to stop and see what's really going

on - maybe check in and see if this is an

intuition or if it's maybe some unconscious resistance to something

that's coming up - hesitation is a good clue that something interior is going on

and so small hesitations are fine they're totally fine but what happens

when a hesitation grows and grows and grows and grows and then you find that

you haven't completed a project you started two years ago ... if it's still a

great idea then maybe it's something interior

that's causing the stop - I'd like to explore a few things that I found

through time that really helped that have helped me get through this period

of hesitation and some of it is pretty deep but this one isn't very deep it's

just using your calendar - time management is one of the most underrated and most

important things in an entrepreneurs life - so my first suggestion is to sit

with your calendar and do this on a weekly basis and think about the week

ahead and plan everything out put everything you're gonna do in a time

block - you know it used to be long ago when I figured out my time management

program not a lot of people we're talking about this but now everybody has

it every entrepreneur has come up against time management and has

figured out a way to get through it and this is my way and you don't have to do

this at your desk you can look at your calendar on your phone - you can go

outside and sit in the sunshine and examine what you have coming up for the

week and see what you need to plan and what you need to delete and what you

need to move

...should I keep that burp in there... I don't think so - if you try this for a week I

guarantee you will find that you will be more productive and being more

productive means that it's easier for you to push through any resistance or

any hesitation you have on a project pushing through to action actually helps

get rid of resistance - the second thing I've learned to do whenever I find

myself hesitating or feeling like there's some block or some sort of

challenge and something that I'm doing is to just get up and take a break - just

do the opposite of what I'm trying to do instead of pushing forward then get up

go take a walk go jump up and down breathe some fresh air go sing with the

birds whatever it takes to get you away from the desk and away from the task for

just a moment or two to really reconnect with a better space - now doing that

moving your body and getting the blood circulating will do wonderful things for

getting you through hesitation because moving your body actually helps you

move your brain - but really the biggest thing is self-awareness - self-awareness

it's really key and this is my third tip for this - there are three women right now

who are rocking this space online and they are Mel Robbins

Marissa Peer and Brené Brown - oh my goddess - they will unlock all sorts of stuff in

you and if you're feeling hesitation or you're feeling that you're not moving

forward on a project there is most likely some interior reason and becoming

aware of that becoming aware of your own motivations your own fears your own

processes for doing things in the world being self-aware like that can really

help especially if you are in business for yourself - so those are my three

things that you can do to break through hesitation and I hope you follow them

and I hope you already do some of them and I'd like you to you know share this

with some people in your world who are feeling stuck maybe they're they've got

that project they told you about two years

that's not done yet and I appreciate it any likes shares comments I love please

do that in any order it's okay all right everybody back to work

How to Prepare for a Home Inspection - Duration: 3:57.

- Hey there, it's Brendan Stoneman at RE/MAX Kelowna,

and I'm talking to

Home Inspector Murry Klingbeil with AmeriSpec.

So one thing I find as my seller clients,

are going through the sales process.

They know, most likely at some point

the buyer's going to be doing

a home inspection on their property.

That can make them a little bit nervous because,

people have been in the home for while.

They don't necessarily know everything.

What's goin' on behind the walls,

so, any tips that you could recommend to a seller

on how to get ready for a home inspection to come up?

- Sure, there's a number of things that I would recommend

which would make our jobs a whole lot easier.

First of all is if they can give us

clear access to your attic access.

Nothing worse than we have to spend 20 minutes

to take all your clothes, and your top drawer

out of your closet in your master bedroom

so we can access the access.

Same with crawlspace accesses that are always,

usually in the storage under the stairs,

buried in all your stuff.

- [Brendan] Full of boxes, yeah. (laughs)

- So if we have clear access to that

and the electrical panel, and you're main water shutoff.

All of those things are typically buried.

Costs us a lotta time.

Maintenance items on the house,

make sure your gutters are clean.

You wanna make sure

that you got a nice shiny new filter in your furnace

to make it look like it's been well maintained.

Nothing that a buyer hates to see worse

than you pull out the filter

and it's so dirty you could plant potatoes on it.

(Brendan laughs)

Make sure the house is clean.

Flush your toilets please.

(Brendan laughs)

Get rid of the dirty dishes.

Some houses, you think,

"Is this tenant occupied or is this an owner?"

This is the last opportunity

for your potential buyer to walk through your house,

and make their decision.

It gotta show well.

- Yeah, well and for sure,

and buyers go through that home inspection process

and sometimes, maybe,

to an experienced person in the industry or a contractor,

a list of minor details might not phase some buyers,

but to other buyers, if they're a first time buyer

they can get the jitters and walk away,

so you want to make sure you've done as much as you can,

to insure that that inspection goes well.

So do you have any tips maybe for sellers

before they put the property on the market

to have someone come through and take a look?

- That's a very good point.

Many, many times in my experience,

a deal will fall to pieces at the twelfth hour

over the least little thing.

You'll get a, a poor single mother

that's very stretched on her money,

she's got not a dime left

after she gets her down payment together.

So a lousy thousand dollar fix can tube a deal.

Currently we're in a wonderful market so it's much less,

but when we're back to normal,

there's numerous things that you can fix, as a homeowner,

and some of it you're not even aware of.

I've had people that have lived in a house for 20 years,

never stuck their head in the attic.

I do, all of a sudden

you got a serious mold problem up there

because your dryer's been venting in the attic for 20 years.

Best advice, if you wanna sell your house with no hiccups,

no rewriting the contract,

for as close to your listing price as you possibly can,

get a pre-listing inspection done.

You'll have a detailed list

on everything that that house will need,

so they'll be no surprises at the twelfth hour.

And it's to you to either fix those items,

or adjust your price accordingly.

It makes the transaction so much smoother, everybody wins.

- Yeah, you take all the surprises out of the mix,

and just makes for a smoother sale all the way along.

- Exactly, and less liability for you as a homeowner.

You won't get that call six months down the road,

by your buyers' lawyer,

that you failed to disclose this to them.

When we can usually find most of that.

- [Brendan] Perfect, good advice.

These codes tell you more about how fruits and vegetables were treated before

arrive at the supermarket.

that the item in question was treated with pesticides and pesticides.

The advisable in this case would be to avoid this fruit, even if it looks great.

and genetically modified vegetables, such as the transgenics.

Pastor Jorge Prado " Deus acalma as tempestade "(God calms the storms) - Duration: 4:07.

In the Gospel of Matthew chapter 14 we find two stories

interesting the first was the multiplication of loaves where Jesus after

speaking to the crowd he told his disciples we can not dismiss this

crowd have to give something to eat them. The disciples said: We have nothing,

we have only five loaves and a few small fish! Jesus told people

sit up after settling if Jesus multiplied the bread and fish and this

food to more than thousands of people. Interesting that in the continuation of the story

He sent his disciples come out on the Sea of Galilee, they entered the boat and went.

Jesus went to the mountain to pray, and on the hill It took some time and during the 3rd

watch in the night between the three in the morning and six in the morning

Jesus turned to his disciples walking on the sea,

wind is horrible, it was great disciples frightened saw Jesus

walking and thought it was a ghost. Suddenly they so frightened both

so they cried: it's a ghost! Jesus said, be quiet it's me!

And thinking of the words of Jesus pedro said: Lord if is you gets me out of it

boat and walk to you. Jesus, come Peter! and so it came off the boat and began to

walk suddenly Peter remembered that he

He was walking on the waters and the fear, came to distrust the power

He was in the hands of a God who created the heavens and the earth and the sea and it began to sink.

He shouted: Save me Lord!

The Lord stretched out his hand and said to Peter, Peter man of little faith, got up and took

to the boat the bible says that both boarded the boat. Now one thing

interesting to me is the following, Pedro walked with Jesus in the boat

He walked up to get on the boat with Jesus. Now question I have is:

Because he doubted? He doubted because he thought the waves of the sea

He thought the wind, he thought in the whirlwind, he thought of the storm

It was about him and his friends and disciples. And isn't it interesting my

loved that even knowing all the promises that we have of God when it comes

a storm in our lives rather than rely and depend on this

God so wonderful and precious we have taken and the

deeper storms in life we were scared and we cry out

If you are Jesus shows me your power! And Jesus is always showing the power but

We doubt, Peter doubted. But the most interesting thing that

during the prayer of Peter he didn't try to say: Lord, you know I have faith,

You know I trust you. No! He just said, ' Lord save me! And that message

that prayer so short the Lord reached out to Peter and both

walked to the boat. My beloved whatever the storm

in your life whatever difficulty

that is traversing don't forget , during the eddies of life

the storms of life is that God in the proof your presence with us, he didn't

only took Peter's hand and led him back to the boat but the passage said that

the storm calmed down and everyone got along without any problem and so the

disciples said: Truly the son of God! It seems to me and only

for Jesus is a miracle in our lives we trust in your power

not my beloved Jesus is the Lord, our God is wonderful in any

circumstances of your life and my life

God is present. So that day I ask you earnestly whatever

situation in your life whatever storm you

is going through is any turmoil you are

seeing coming around his presence trust! Our God is the God who has

power to calm the waters of the sea to calm the swirling waters of your

life too, trust in the Lord.

7 Evidence-Backed Health Benefits of Oranges

JULY 28, 2018 By Elizabeth Renter

What are the health benefits of oranges or organic orange juice?

If you're like most people, you first think of the vitamin C. There's no doubt, vitamin

C is good for you and plays an important role in boosting immune function.

That's precisely why many people reach for oranges during cold season or when they get

the first inkling of viral symptoms.

But, this is only the proverbial iceberg tip when it comes to health benefits of oranges.

Our friends at GreenMedInfo have compiled a list of distinct health benefits of oranges

and the evidence to back them.

This fruit has profound medicinal properties that are often overlooked.

In a world that depends on pills more than proper diet, learning about these benefits

could save you some money and some downtime.

Health Benefits of Oranges Here are 7 health benefits of oranges.

1.

Orange juice can boost "good cholesterol" levels – A study in 2000 found that drinking

just 750 mL of orange juice each day could improve blood cholesterol levels.

In a period of only four weeks, the LDL-HDL cholesterol ratio was decreased 16% in participants

with high cholesterol.

2.

Orange juice can work to dissolve kidney stones – "A 2006 study found that orange juice

consumption was associated with lower calculated calcium oxalate supersaturation and lower

calculated undissociated uric acid, two indices of lowered urinary calcium stone formation,"

reports GreenMedInfo.

3.

The white flesh underneath the orange peel as well as the orange peel have anti-cancer

benefits – The white part of the orange that we usually pick off after peeling has

something called naringenin in it, a phytonutrient that actually repairs DNA damage, subsequently

reducing the risk of cancer.

Additionally, orange peel extract has been found to increase cancer cell death, inhibit

breast cancer cell lines, and reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.

4.

Orange aromatherapy has multiple benefits – The scent of oranges, whether through

the real thing or essential oils, can reduce anxiety, produce feelings of well-being, and

induce calmness.

One study in 2005 found the ambient scent of oranges worked to improve mood and decrease

anxiety in people waiting for dental treatment.

5, 6, 7.

Oranges have also been shown to reduce inflammation, increase bone health, and boost weight loss

efforts.

Including oranges in your diet could increase your health.

But, make sure your oranges and orange juice are organic – no one wants to eat orange

juice with pig genes!

Better yet, juice your own organic oranges to make sure you are getting all of the good

stuff and none of the additives and "extras" in the store-bought variety.
