And you will ask - why this thing doesn't chuck clouds at all?
Everything is simple, friends - this is single coil RDA
With side air intake, pseudo-bottom airflow and with pretty deep juice well
This RDA is made by absolutely new company Hugs Vape. Just recently I reviewed their first product and this is their second device
So let's not prolong the beginning and let's dive down
Okay, black packaging with writing Hugs Vape and name of the device on it. And of course the picture of the RDA
On the rear side we have a description of kit contents, information about manufacturer and warnings
Under the cove we're met by the RDA and extra 810 drip tip
At the bottom of the packaging, under the foam, is the thing that you shouldn't eat
A bag with spares - spare o-rings, T-shaped screwdriver, extra screws and regular pin, because initially BF pin was pre-installed into the RDA
And this little User manual with pictures
And now a little bit of specs. RDA is made of stainless steel and available in 3 colors - SS, Gun Metal and Black
It features 810 non-o-ring drip tips slot
Manufacturer assures us, that there will be 510 drip tips adapter in the kit, but unfortunately, I didn't have it in my sample
RDA is designed for single coil with vertical coil leads fixation, featuring side adjustable air intake and dual side pseudo-bottom airflow
Also this RDA initially supports BF mode, but in case if you want to - you can use it in standard mode as well
Overall, diameter at landing is 22mm
So, we're got to the detailed look and, as always, we start from the top, where we have 810 non-o-ring drip tip with these slight cutouts across the body
Also, in the kit we have an extra 810 non-o-ring drip tip and it's look like so
As you can see it has slightly wider bore
And, in case if you want to, you can use your favorite 810 non-o-ring drip tips with this RDA
The main thing is that diameter would fit
Moving forward, we stumble upon airflow adjustment ring
Yes, this top part is rotatable, it has these wave-like cutouts - it'll help you to get a good grab and rotate this part right or left
Unfortunately, this ring doesn't have a stopper, so it's scroll around and adjustment happens on both sides simultaneously, like so
This ring itself is held by two o-rings and, by running ahead, I'll say that these o-rings isn't that good
As you can see, there is no spherical machining inside, only slight notches for o-rings and inner part of the top cap isn't painted - it's painted only on the outside
Next part of the RDA is the barrel. The barrel has two o-rings on it, two airflow slots and two little notches inside to match keys on the deck
Thanks to this locking mechanism barrel section won't be scrolling around, so by grabbing this part it'll be comfortable to unscrew the RDA from your box mod or tube mod
And last thing we'll be talking about is the deck of this RDA
Yeah, this is pretty interesting deck. It's non-standard and non-classical, kinda in their own way
Yes, it reminds something, but despite this it's still made differently, not like everyone else does
Several airflow holes, which is pointed at your coil and it's sorta pseudo-bottom airflow
Air is taken from these two slots on the sides and after the air will go up
Visually it working, but we'll talk how the things is on practice and how's the flavor later
At the bottom we have a holes for coil leads and, of course, the screws, which will be tightening leads in the deck
One screw is on one side, other screw is on the opposite side
That's the key, which will be holding the barrel in place. As you can see, there is no key on the other side
And the juice well. It's very deep juice well. Don't forget, that cotton will be pretty long, so the juice well will accommodate a decent amount of liquid
We'll not be able to see one interesting detail - the hole in that tube at the bottom, because it's simply can't be seen
Through these holes the deck will be filling up with liquid when you use this RDA with squonk mod
And at the bottom we have information regarding the name of this RDA, manufacturers information, certificates and pre-installed BF pin in the insulator
Basically that's all the technical information regarding this RDA
Now let's talk about coil installation
As you can see, I already installed the coil - it took minimal amount of time - so I won't even waste your time on this, to not show how to install the coil, instead I'll wick it and vape it right away and not stretch the review
Overall, the coil is ready and glowing evenly, as you can see, so it's only left to wick it

It works
Single coil is working, it delivers pretty nice cloud production. Not as dual coil RDA, of course, but cloud production is decent. And the flavor is on point
But, anyway, the cons. There are cons and they are obvious. So let's talk about it
In my sample, which I got for review, 510 drip tips adapter is categorically missing
But yo, come on, guys, this is a 22mm single coil RDA after all - 510 drip tips adapter is absolutely essential
Yes, at this moment, at the site it's written, that 510 drip tips adapter is in the kit. Guys from Hugs Vape has heard us, reviewers, and made the right choice
So this 510 drip tip adapter will be in the kit, but I'm giving a con to the sample that I received, without 510 drip tip adapter
Next con I'll give for weak o-rings on the barrel, which is in charge for airflow adjustment - it's practically doesn't hold top cap. O-rings could've been thicker
This RDA is pretty loud. Can't say anything. It's loud. It make a noise and I guess it's because of a fact, that there is a lot of airflow holes
So be aware of this and let's move on
Next con I'll give for the fact, that it's uncomfortable to drip this RDA from the top
If you overdrip, the liquid will get to the airflow holes and after this it'll seep into air intake slots
But, guys initially pre-installed BF pin and they kinda telling us right away - this is BF RDA and it's bottom fill only
But if you, all of a sudden, decide to use it as regular RDA, like I do, be prepared to take off the top cap and fill the juice well
This RDA is heating up. If you throw there some crazy build, like I did, it'll get hot right away and even that 810 drip tip doesn't helping much
So you will feel hot vapor, so be prepared to either put other 810 drip tip or install smaller coil
And last nitpick goes for the fact, that not all 810 drip tips fits in terms of diameter - guys made top part too narrow, so many of my drip tips is simply wider than this RDA itself
And it's not cool
Overall folks, i'm done with the cons and nitpicks. Let's talk about pros
First pro to this device I'll give for good quality of manufacturing and machining
There isn't any burrs. It's kinda stupid to talk about burrs and metal shavings in 2018
Everything is well made, great machining quality, good quality of RDA, a pro to Hugs Vape
Next pro to this RDA I'll give for great idea and quality realization of the deck
It's non-standard deck. It's different and it's something new. And it's cool
Next pro I'll give to this RDA for simple coil installation. Just correctly cut the leads, throw the coil leads in the holes and tighten it by the screws
Coil installation takes minimal amount of time
Very decent juice well capacity. Juice well is 7mm deep and it's really deep
Besides, you're left with pretty long cotton on the sides and it's holding liquid as well
This RDA is accommodating large amount of liquid and I'm giving a pro for that
Another pro I'll give for the locking mechanism on deck. Unscrewing of this RDA from your mod will be comfortable
And last pro I'll give for flavor. Flavor is top notch, i'll rate it 8. Strong 8 with a hint on the 9
Overall, there is absolutely no issues with flavor, airflow do it's job and that's all for the pros
Okay, friends
We're be finalizing at this point, but as always - we will discuss the price
The price of this RDA is 29$ and I think it's a great price for such RDA
Again, this is absolutely average price tag, it isn't something exceptional. It's around 30$ and it's a good price tag

building system improved garbage collection and reduced memory footprint
of physics and prevented the occasional crash in animation reduced memory
footprint of planetary textures from space now it went from Eric's
experimental patch status to full patch status late last night and it will be
rolled out to other console platforms the PlayStation and Xbox via Xbox Live

Manufacturer assures us, that there will be 510 drip tips adapter in the kit, but unfortunately, I didn't have it in my sample
RDA is designed for single coil with vertical coil leads fixation, featuring side adjustable air intake and dual side pseudo-bottom airflow
Also this RDA initially supports BF mode, but in case if you want to - you can use it in standard mode as well
Overall, diameter at landing is 22mm
So, we're got to the detailed look and, as always, we start from the top, where we have 810 non-o-ring drip tip with these slight cutouts across the body
Also, in the kit we have an extra 810 non-o-ring drip tip and it's look like so
As you can see it has slightly wider bore
And, in case if you want to, you can use your favorite 810 non-o-ring drip tips with this RDA
The main thing is that diameter would fit
Moving forward, we stumble upon airflow adjustment ring
Yes, this top part is rotatable, it has these wave-like cutouts - it'll help you to get a good grab and rotate this part right or left
Unfortunately, this ring doesn't have a stopper, so it's scroll around and adjustment happens on both sides simultaneously, like so
This ring itself is held by two o-rings and, by running ahead, I'll say that these o-rings isn't that good
As you can see, there is no spherical machining inside, only slight notches for o-rings and inner part of the top cap isn't painted - it's painted only on the outside
Next part of the RDA is the barrel. The barrel has two o-rings on it, two airflow slots and two little notches inside to match keys on the deck
Thanks to this locking mechanism barrel section won't be scrolling around, so by grabbing this part it'll be comfortable to unscrew the RDA from your box mod or tube mod
And last thing we'll be talking about is the deck of this RDA
Yeah, this is pretty interesting deck. It's non-standard and non-classical, kinda in their own way
Yes, it reminds something, but despite this it's still made differently, not like everyone else does
Several airflow holes, which is pointed at your coil and it's sorta pseudo-bottom airflow
Air is taken from these two slots on the sides and after the air will go up
Visually it working, but we'll talk how the things is on practice and how's the flavor later
At the bottom we have a holes for coil leads and, of course, the screws, which will be tightening leads in the deck
One screw is on one side, other screw is on the opposite side
That's the key, which will be holding the barrel in place. As you can see, there is no key on the other side
And the juice well. It's very deep juice well. Don't forget, that cotton will be pretty long, so the juice well will accommodate a decent amount of liquid
We'll not be able to see one interesting detail - the hole in that tube at the bottom, because it's simply can't be seen
Through these holes the deck will be filling up with liquid when you use this RDA with squonk mod
And at the bottom we have information regarding the name of this RDA, manufacturers information, certificates and pre-installed BF pin in the insulator
Basically that's all the technical information regarding this RDA
Now let's talk about coil installation
As you can see, I already installed the coil - it took minimal amount of time - so I won't even waste your time on this, to not show how to install the coil, instead I'll wick it and vape it right away and not stretch the review
Overall, the coil is ready and glowing evenly, as you can see, so it's only left to wick it

Single coil is working, it delivers pretty nice cloud production. Not as dual coil RDA, of course, but cloud production is decent. And the flavor is on point
But, anyway, the cons. There are cons and they are obvious. So let's talk about it
In my sample, which I got for review, 510 drip tips adapter is categorically missing
But yo, come on, guys, this is a 22mm single coil RDA after all - 510 drip tips adapter is absolutely essential
Yes, at this moment, at the site it's written, that 510 drip tips adapter is in the kit. Guys from Hugs Vape has heard us, reviewers, and made the right choice
So this 510 drip tip adapter will be in the kit, but I'm giving a con to the sample that I received, without 510 drip tip adapter
Next con I'll give for weak o-rings on the barrel, which is in charge for airflow adjustment - it's practically doesn't hold top cap. O-rings could've been thicker
This RDA is pretty loud. Can't say anything. It's loud. It make a noise and I guess it's because of a fact, that there is a lot of airflow holes
So be aware of this and let's move on
Next con I'll give for the fact, that it's uncomfortable to drip this RDA from the top
If you overdrip, the liquid will get to the airflow holes and after this it'll seep into air intake slots
But, guys initially pre-installed BF pin and they kinda telling us right away - this is BF RDA and it's bottom fill only
But if you, all of a sudden, decide to use it as regular RDA, like I do, be prepared to take off the top cap and fill the juice well
This RDA is heating up. If you throw there some crazy build, like I did, it'll get hot right away and even that 810 drip tip doesn't helping much
So you will feel hot vapor, so be prepared to either put other 810 drip tip or install smaller coil
And last nitpick goes for the fact, that not all 810 drip tips fits in terms of diameter - guys made top part too narrow, so many of my drip tips is simply wider than this RDA itself
And it's not cool
Overall folks, i'm done with the cons and nitpicks. Let's talk about pros
First pro to this device I'll give for good quality of manufacturing and machining
There isn't any burrs. It's kinda stupid to talk about burrs and metal shavings in 2018
Everything is well made, great machining quality, good quality of RDA, a pro to Hugs Vape
Next pro to this RDA I'll give for great idea and quality realization of the deck
It's non-standard deck. It's different and it's something new. And it's cool
Next pro I'll give to this RDA for simple coil installation. Just correctly cut the leads, throw the coil leads in the holes and tighten it by the screws
Coil installation takes minimal amount of time
Very decent juice well capacity. Juice well is 7mm deep and it's really deep
Besides, you're left with pretty long cotton on the sides and it's holding liquid as well
This RDA is accommodating large amount of liquid and I'm giving a pro for that
Another pro I'll give for the locking mechanism on deck. Unscrewing of this RDA from your mod will be comfortable
And last pro I'll give for flavor. Flavor is top notch, i'll rate it 8. Strong 8 with a hint on the 9
Overall, there is absolutely no issues with flavor, airflow do it's job and that's all for the pros

Which Water Is Best For Health? Hint: Don't Discount The Tap
You can buy water with electrolytes, minerals or completely "purified." You can buy it with the pH changed to make it alkaline.
You can purify your own tap water or even add nutrients back into it.
But after seeing a video of a pricey, high-tech filter (about $400 U.S.
on sale) that you can monitor with your phone, we wondered, how much of our water filtration fixation is healthy, and how much of it is hype?.
As it turns out, scientists say that most tap water in the U.S.
is just as good as the water in bottles or streaming out of a filter.
"Assuming that the [tap] water satisfies all health and safety codes for the community, yeah, it's perfectly fine," says Dan Heil, a professor of health and human performance at Montana State University.
U.S.
tap water is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency, which sets safety thresholds for the amount of microorganisms, chemicals and other contaminants in the water.
"In general, the drinking water quality in the U.S.
is very good," says Stuart Batterman, a professor of environmental health sciences at University of Michigan.
Of course, there are exceptions, the most glaring being the lead pollution of Flint, Michigan's water brought on by crumbling infrastructure and government mismanagement.
The toxic effects of lead can be especially troublesome in children, and even low levels of lead exposure have been linked to nervous system damage, learning disabilities, short stature and impaired hearing.
In a situation like that, there are quite a few filters that can remove lead from the water, according to the Environmental Working Group.
Back in 2016, NPR created a test you can use to check if you have lead pipes in your home.
If you want to investigate the safety of your water further, this tool can show you if your water is in compliance with federal drinking water standards.
But say you live somewhere with safe water and want to run your tap water through a filter before drinking it.
All that's really doing, Heil says, is making it more palatable by changing the odor or the taste.
There's nothing really wrong with that, he says.
If liking the taste of your water makes you drink more, then go for it.
When it comes to health, Tanis Fenton, a registered dietitian and epidemiologist at Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary, says the typical water filter sitting in your fridge won't really do anything.
It probably won't even do that much for safety, since she says microbiological decontamination generally requires a sterilization step using UV light or sterilization chemicals.
"Water can be contaminated with bacteria, or viruses, or amoeba.
which would cause disease," she says.
"These filters don't do anything to make water safer with respect to those things.".
There's also no benefit to taking the naturally dissolved minerals out of municipally regulated tap water, Fenton says.
There actually might even be a bit of a risk if people over-purify their water, says Neil Ward, an analytical chemistry professor at the University of Surrey in the U.K.
If you constantly drink sterilized water, your gut flora could become used to that.
And then in the off chance you drink water that isn't sterilized, he says your gut could react even more dramatically (and unpleasantly) to microbes or nitrates in the water.
"A lot of that has been brought about because we have become very specialized in removing things from our normal diet," Ward says.
"When we are exposed to untreated things, we have reactions to it.".
But what about adding minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium to the water, like the filter from the video? If you're trying to replace all of the minerals from a healthy diet with mineralized water, Heil says it's probably just not going to happen.
He says you'd have to drink gallons upon gallons of mineralized water before any health benefits are realized.
"Rather than relying first on some fancy, expensive water, the first thing would be to modify your diet so that you are getting in all of the essential minerals and nutrients that your diet should be able to provide on it's own," he says.
Extra minerals from water won't hurt you, he says, but you'll probably just end up peeing them out if you are already getting enough nutrients in your diet.
Another confusing water option lining the shelves of grocery stores is alkaline water.
Alkaline is a fancy way of saying "basic," and this water's pH is a bit higher than standard tap water.
Some proponents say this water can neutralize acid in your bloodstream or help prevent cancer and heart disease, but there's not a lot of research to back that up.
Fenton says there are no health benefits to alkaline water, but there have been instances of side effects, like reduced gallbladder emptying and toxic reactions.
Baby rats given alkaline water even showed low body weight and cardiac problems.
"Those things are really worrying," Fenton says.
"When there's no health benefits, it's really questionable why anyone would want alkaline water.".
Water, just like cars, cell phones and shoes, is a part of the commercial market, says Ward.
Purifying or adding minerals to water are ways to convince customers that one product is better than its competitors, even if in reality the only thing that changes about the water is the taste.
People also tend to like the idea of a quick and easy way to take the "healthy" route, says Heil, and buying a bottle of water with minerals in it is easier than uprooting a diet to make it more nutritious.
"Everybody's got to drink," he says.
"Water all by itself isn't incredibly sexy, and we're all attracted to sexy new things.
With a health outcome attached to it, people like that idea.".
Filter manufacturers often use an environmental angle to sell their products, asking their audience to think about all the plastic bottles of water you could stop using if you could just create perfect water in your own home.
But cartridges and filters must be replaced, and then disposed of or recycled in some way.
For a Brita pitcher, that's every 40 gallons or about every two months that you are tossing out a filter or shipping it off to be recycled into a bike rack or watering can.
At the end of the day, if you are trying to improve your health, help the planet, and save your wallet, filling up a reusable water bottle with tap water is a good way to start.
"Tap water has, I think, become underrated as a source of healthy water," says Heil.
Not to mention that it's basically free and creates less waste than the alternatives.
But water filter manufacturers urge a cautious approach.
Faebian Bastiman, the chief technical officer of the high-tech water filter company Mitte, featured in the video mentioned above, argues that the water delivered to your house only has to legally comply with not having "significant amounts of bad stuff in it." He also says municipal governments don't regulate the pipes inside your house or apartment complex.
Having a filter, he argues, could be a last line of defense if there's something gross hanging out in those pipes.
However, the University of Michigan's Batterman notes that water utilities design and operate their systems to maintain a residual level of disinfectants to be in the water at the tap that should prevent microbial growth or biofilms.
A water filter should only provide the last treatment or "polishing," he says.
And at the end of the day, the most crucial thing is to actually drink water and help your body stay hydrated.

so we are now leaving Banbury for the second time
we've been here for who even knows how long I don't know we
definitely overstayed you're only supposed to spend 14 days per month
in Banbury but we loved it so much we've been moored up for a week
outside Tooley's boatyard
And more about that later before that we did some time on a
14 day mooring just on the outskirts of Banbury
so there was like legitimate reasons we had to be in Banbury first of all Ru
who helped us down some locks you might remember her from a previous episode she
was going to be in Banbury so we were outside of Banbury and we turned around
and headed back to have dinner with Ru and at which point then she said oh you
should have stayed where you were it was only a five-minute extra drive for me
Took us 5 hours. And that awesome reversing you did yeah I had to reverse down
a whole section of canal past 3 moored boats
with an oncoming boat
so we headed back for dinner and
we thought I will just - we'll just go up to a printers we headed back for
a printers which you will have seen in the
previous through the hedge yep and then we headed up to Tooley's just to say
to Matt oh we've got a bit of a diesel leak could you have a look at the engine
And then the printers didn't get back to us so we were kind of stranded with the printing
and then Matt discovered that we had some that our fuel injectors were loose
also that the overflow arm had broken so we needed to order a part
well we've already been in Banbury for 14 days and so Kath called the CRT we were
on a 48-hour mooring and we stayed there for a week which is fine because they
will charge you 25 pounds per day but quite frankly 25 pounds per day is
massively outside of our budget yeah I rang them up and I said
we're officially broken down because our engine won't run
and they put a little note on our file to say that we were allowed to stay for free
which I think they'll do for any legitimate reason when you need to overstay
but we literally couldn't start the engine
but we literally couldn't start the engine
so Matt gave us some
power and giving boaters giving continual cruisers he said you're
officially broken down and I said :-o and then he said do you want some power and I was very excited

then also thirdly when you decide to let us in by the good grace of your sudden
manners don't expect a thank you like seriously that lady was like aww you're

you're not a moron But she was a moron
But also if you are in that much of a rush shut the
second gate for us yes so then she watched me do all the gates by myself while she

Star Trek: Dominion War (Part 2 of 3) - Duration: 6:47.
Severely weakened from years of civil strife, Maquis rebellion, and war with the Klingons,
by 2373 the Cardassian Union was reduced to a third rate power, unable to defend their
borders and by some accounts even suffering food shortages on their homeworld.
In addition, due to their proximity to the Bajoran wormhold, it was entirely possible
they might become the first major target of a Dominion Invasion fleet, when they began
their inevitable invasion of the Alpha Quadrant.
Deciding that something drastic needed to be done, Gul Dukat, a prominent figure in
cardassian politics with connection both to the military and civilian factions of their
government, overthrew the Detapa Council by negotiating a deal to voluntarily bring the
Cardassian Union into the Dominion.
This mutually beneficial arrangement would leave Gul Dukat as the unchallenged ruler
of the Cardassian people, while the Dominion gained a much needed foothold in the region
from where they might launch a full on invasion of the Alpha Quadrant.
At first, this relationship proved beneficial, as Dominion reinforcements allowed the Cardassian
Union to finally crush the Maquis rebellion, and recapture all territories lost to the
Klingon Empire.
In addition to ships and soldiers, the Dominion brought food and necessary supplies with many
believing that at last the years of scarcity and hardship were at an end.
Meanwhile, after being swiftly defeated by Dominion forces, Chancellor Gowron was ready
to retreat into Klingon space and prepare for a fight to the death, but was instead
convinced by Benjamin Sisko of DS9 to re-sign the Khitmor Accords, and once again ally with
the Federation to face the approaching enemy together.
Although war had not yet been officially declared, the Federation-Klingon Alliance was determined
to prevent the arrival of more Dominion reinforcements from the Gamma Quadrant, however their initial
plan to collapse the wormhole was sabotaged by a changeling infiltrator posing as doctor
Julian Bashir aboard deep space nine.
Fortunately the deception was eventually revealed and the enemy agent destroyed when a number
of prisoners, including the real Dr. Bashir and General Martok of the Klingon Empire,
escaped a dominion penal colony and returned to the Alpha Quadrant.
Still needing to stop ships from coming through the wormhole, the Federation alliance came
up with a plan to litter the area with self-replicating mines, fully aware this would be seen as a
hostile action and provocation for war.
And so began the Dominion War, with Gul Dukat, alongside Wayoun of the Vorta, overseeing
the Dominion war effort, beginning with an invasion fleet sent to capture Deep Space
Nine, so they might destroy the minefield.
Opposing this Gamma Quadrant power, would be the Federation, whose forces were led by
Admiral William Ross, and the Klingon Empire whose warriors followed General Martok.
Realiizing they were unlikely to win the opening battle at Deep Space Nine, the Federation
alliance sis not defend their position, instead hurrying to finish placing the minefield around
the wormhole, and abandoning the station, arranging for the computer systems to be sabotaged
before the arrival of enemy forces.
Then, with the invasion fleet distracted at Deep Space Nine, the Federation Alliance sent
their ships to destroy enemy shipyard on Torros III, thereby making it a costly victory for
the Dominion.
As the war escalated further, the Dominion quickly found themselves in the superior position,
winning the vast majority of early confrontations, including their victory in the Tyra system
against the Seventh Fleet, destroying 98 out of 112 enemy ships.
Fortunately for the Federation Alliance, their minefield was proving difficult to dismantle
and so no new enemy reinforcements could arrive.
In addition the Alliance found some success in smaller scale confrontations, successfully
destroying individual shipyards and ketracel white facilities.
Eventually this led to a shortage that threatened to destabilize Dominion forces, as Jem Hadar
warriors were known to go mad without the white.
Nevertheless, the Dominion were largely winning the war, as the Federation alliance was constantly
pushed further back into their own territory.
In desperate need of a significant victory, and knowing that the minefield was all that
kept Dominion reinforcements from flooding into the Alpha Quadrant to secure their victory,
Benjamin Sisko, recently promoted to Adjutant to Admiral Ross, organized Operation Return,
gathering a Federation-Klingon armada to retake Deep Space Nine.
Unfortunately, Chancellor Gowron was hesitant to commit so many of their ships to a single
engagement, and so Sisko sent Commander Worf and General Martok to convince him to commit
his forces.
However as the fleet was gathering, Sisko received a message from trusted friends who
had formed a Alliance resistance cell on Deep Space Nine, informing him that the Dominion
were days away from destroying the minefield which would mean thousands of new ships brought
in to join their war effort.
Believing they could not wait for the rest of the Armada to assemble, Sisko led nearly
700 federation ships into the battle, determined to stop those reinforcements from coming through
the wormhole.
Although they fought well, the Federation was badly outnumbered, and defeat was all
but assured, if not for the late arrival of the Klingon fleet, which allowed Benjamin
Sisko aboard the Defiant to pass through an opening in the enemy line.
Much to their disappointment, the crew soon learned that they were too late, and the minefield
was destroyed.
However Sisko refused to retreat, instead ordered his ship to fly directly into the
wormhole, where the defiant would await the 2800 dominion ships coming through from the
other side, in a desperate last stand to eliminate as many enemy vessels as possible before they
passed into the Alpha Quadrant.
However due to the special relationship between the non corporial Aliens known as the Prophets
and their Emissary Benjam Sisko, he received a vision while inside the wormhole.
When the Prophets made it clear they could not allow the Sisko to die, he convinced them
to intercede on his behalf, causing all Dominion reinforcements to instantly vanish, and would
prevent any future enemy ships from passing through the wormhole.
Shocked and utterly perplexed at the loss of their reinforcements, on whom they were
depending to win the battle, the Dominion quickly abandoned deep space nine and retreated
into Cardassian space.
All except Gul Dukat, who suffered a nervous breakdown after losing the battle and watching
his second in command Damar kill his daughter Ziyal after she admitted to working with the enemy.

How to Deal with Upsetting and Uncomfortable Situations - Duration: 7:55.
As you have lived your life, you have come into situations in which people hurt you and
made you uncomfortable.
I know for myself; I've been on both on ends: the causing and the receiving end.
However, recently, I was on the receiving end of an uncomfortable situation, and it
was quite difficult with which to deal.
As I've gone through the situation, I've learned how to cope with it.
So here I present to you some useful guidelines to help you deal with these situations.
First of all, the most important step is to pray.
Way too often we will go to our parents, pastors, friends, mentors, and just about everyone
close to us other than God, Who should be closest to us.
When we go to our friends and others before going to the Lord, we are saying with our
actions that the advice and opinions of our friends and family are more important than
that of God.
Instead of going straight to those close to us, let's go to the Lord, Who should be
closer to us than anyone.
When I was dealing with the situation, God helped me to remember what a glorious day
it was when I prayed to Him, and the event no longer affected my attitude.
Prayer is incredibly powerful!
Is any among you afflicted?
let him pray.
James 5:13a The next step is to read the Word of God.
When you hear the words of a friend in a time of struggle, they comfort you.
How much more will God comfort you when you hear His Words?
Whether through prayer, the Bible, or through other sources, God's words, if adhered to,
will bring you comfort.
One of the best ways to hear from God is by reading His Word, which is inspired by Him,
useful for every situation.
The day after the problem, I still felt uncomfortable, and after reading the Word and praying, I
felt renewed and revived for the day.
My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
Psalm 119:28 The next step is to rejoice to the Lord, which
includes adoration in prayer, which can come in the forms of poetry and singing.
When you enter into the house of God with praise, you enter into the joy of the Lord.
The Bible says that praise is the entrance to joy, and when you have the joy of the Lord,
you have the strength of God on your side.
When Israel shouted joyful noises to the Lord, the walls of Jericho came down.
If God tore down the walls of a city for Israel, surely, He will give you the strength to cope
with the situation.
The night that I was dealing with the difficult circumstance, I sang myself to sleep by singing
worship songs, and I went to sleep being comforted by the Lord.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto
him, and bless his name.
Psalm 100:4 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy
presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Psalm 16:11 Then he said unto them, "… for this day
is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
Nehemiah 8:10 The next to last step is to talk to close
friends and loved ones who are strong in the Lord.
While they should not be the first people to whom we go, they can help support us in
our times of weakness.
They can encourage us to do the right action and pray with us.
For when two or more gather together in the name of Jesus, God is in the midst.
When I had to cope with the situation, I asked one of my wonderful friends that very night
to pray for me for comfort, and as time went on, I felt much better.
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that
they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Matthew 18:19-20 One step that is often forgotten is to talk
to the person with whom you have the trouble.
From my experience, this can be quite difficult, and I understand why people have often not
come to me in such circumstances.
However, talking to the person and working everything out can end the conflict and restore
and/or build a relationship.
Unfortunately, this step is not always applicable like in this past situation with which I was
dealing, and even if you can talk to the person, you may receive a negative response.
If you receive a negative response, there is not much to do but to pray for the person
who hurt you.
In addition to this, no matter what happens, whether you can work everything out or not,
you must forgive the other person.
Refusing to do so will cause your heart to harden and be crushed by your unforgiveness
until you have nothing left.
Therefore, whatever happens, forgive those who hurt you, and God will help you in the
healing process.
Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath
ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled
to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
Matthew 5:23 From now on, I encourage you to pray throughout
any situation in which you have been hurt and read the Word of God to feel His comfort
and healing.
In addition to this, I urge you to praise the Lord in these difficult times so that
you can deal with the situation with the joy of the Lord as your strength.
After going to the Lord, let's go to our brothers in Christ who can encourage us to
act accordingly.
Lastly, let's pray for those who hurt us and go to the person, giving love and forgiveness,
and if possible, talking to him before the situation gets worse.
Remember that by relying on the Lord, God will help you cope with life's trials and
struggles.

some recourse to de-stress when it comes to wedding planning gee I should put

look it just helps you ditch the wet stress basically and I said I'm Alicia
oh my god it's like I'm having some sort of problem today's episode is all about
just not enjoying wedding planning and how fine that is I've got a chapter in
the bridezilla Survival Guide called it's okay to feel like shit and it is
here's the thing wedding planning like 50 other million events that happen in
your life is a blip and it's an important blip no doubt but it's a blip
and throughout planning you're probably still going to work you will be dealing
with family relationships money stuff health things keep going the life that
you were living before you got engaged continues to go while you're engaged and
getting ready to get married and I guarantee you after you get married
stuff will continue as well I get a bit sort of shitty when people say
everything's great a wedding will solve all your problems and you'll be happy
and delighted all the time which is absolute rubbish just because
someone's put a ring on it doesn't mean firstly any relationship issues that you
were having before will be magically solved by a diamond or a ring that's not
true that if you are having marital problems or you are having problems with
you health mental health issues these are a
big topic in our bridezilla community and a topic that is not discussed really
at all in wedding media and that is that people suffer from depression and
anxiety and all of these extra things that everyday parts of real life that
it's just like people should pack them up in a box and forget about them for
the next six to twelve months because you aren't allowed to not enjoy the
process and I disagree with that entirely stuff happens you get stressed
they're going to be facets like we've been speaking about in the last twenty
eight episodes that some people will really enjoy in other people were like
oh this sucks I hate having to make guest lists and
I'm not really interested in dacor but I love music and I love booze or I really
like choosing the menu but I'm not very interested in my wedding dress
everyone's going to take different experiences from the experience and it
is really one of those things that I feel like we just get trapped in this
idea that you have to be all the time and that's just not the case so I want
to just encourage you to be able to step away from things if they get too
stressful wedding planning and all the tasks Wedman as I like to call it will
always it'll be there tomorrow if you feel overwhelmed if you are not having a
great day if you feel like you don't want to think about this stuff anymore
then don't you don't have to be excited about it all the time and you don't you
know I think that's one thing actually I always forget to mention this friends at
work and people go how's the wedding planning going you having a great time
and sometimes you just want to go no no I'm not but that's not socially
acceptable it's like when someone says how are you and you just go yeah I'm
good thanks even though really you're like actually I'm not good I woke up
with a terrible headache this morning and we've been having some truck I mean
relationship-wise great but money-wise we just feel a lot of stress no one
wants to hear that shit I mean I think it's great
if you're honest but people get very confronted with honesty especially
people at work and sort of acquaintances doesn't always work so it does get
frustrating when people like are you having a great time and if you say
actually this is sucks we don't have enough money I'm having a lot of family
troubles I can't find a dress I'm not very happy with my body image I want to
correct my mindset about that people are like what's happened to her why is she
being honest she should be having a really good time so that's it I this is
a big topic I talk about it a lot in the bride Sheila field Survival Guide God

We live in times of instant mass outrage.
Someone does something, says something or is seen doing something and they can be demonized with a click.
The next time you might be tempted, think of this:.
In the fourth inning of Sunday's game between the Chicago Cubs and St.
Louis Cardinals, the Cubs' first base coach tossed a foul ball to a smiling youngster in the stands who wore a Cubs hat endearingly too large for him.
The kid bobbled the baseball.
What people saw next in video clips that zapped around the world was a man with close-cropped hair, who sat behind the boy, scoop up the baseball and give it to the woman next to him.
Tweets and other social media posts began a barrage about the man who filched a foul ball from a little boy.
There could be no doubt. We saw it.
The Cubs front office quickly dispatched a staffer down to the seats.
He gave the youngster a new ball signed by Javy Baez, the Cubs shortstop.
The little boy smiled under the brim of his boat-sized hat, and held up two baseballs.
The Cubs tweeted the photo to say, "A @javy23baez signed ball should take care of it.
What the Cubs discovered from people nearby was that the man in question wound up with four balls during the game, and gave three to children, including the young man who had appeared to be swindled.
He also gave one to his wife; it was their anniversary.
Julian Green of the Cubs said in a statement, "Unfortunately, a video that was quickly posted and unverified has made a national villain out of an innocent man.
The man doesn't want to be identified, but said through the team, "Many foul balls came our way that day and were happily shared among the children in our area.
No one left disappointed.
I am not 'that guy' that the media and social media made me out to be.".
And the mother of the little boy issued her own endorsement of the stranger who sat behind her son and so freely shared the baseballs he snared: "The fans in his section left the game giddy with excitement from a great game," she said.
"Most of all our son, who had one of the best days of his life.".
I almost retweeted that 12-second video myself, no doubt with some caustic comment.
I think I would have, if the man with close-cropped hair had been a Yankees fan.
I wonder how many people who passed along that video to condemn a man with a click will now pass along the true story of his kindness?.
How many of us today would rather be outraged than informed?.
